SPEAKER_01: But that maybe cost in other places.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_01: But the reason for the prices a little more elevate are that we have standards of sanity a little bit, the quality of the products, are certificated in all these things, it's a sufficient limp.
• 0:52
SPEAKER_01: And these are all accessible or accessible.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: So like Monica had stated before, you know, not everything that it's cheap is the better option.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_00: For example, if you could see a day the cabello or a salon, or when I say manicure or pedicure, I try to have options more economic.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: For example, not all the time I selected because in one of the occasions I did get a manicure and a pedicure, and they weren't disinfecting the area properly.
• 1:49
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: Because they wanted more of a client flow and they were disregarding certain things or weren't giving it enough time for the disinfectant to, you know, to clear everything up.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: So what a disinfectant would have taken 10 minutes, they'll probably would have leave it on for five minutes.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: So what happened to me personally, I got a little bit of a fungus in one of the feet.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_00: So there's certain things that you want to make sure you give your attention, your quality, and the investment time for it.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_01: And that's what we do here.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_01: Like we're always like making sure that the space is clean.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_01: Mel, ¿cuáles serían two red flags if you enter one for your facial and does not get right?
• 3:03
SPEAKER_00: Depending on the look or what you have, if there are much toalls in one.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_00: That would be an indication.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_01: But it signifies that you agree in one way and you don't know what you put, no, you put it in a hamper, for me, if you enter the quarter and the things are disordered, but if you are limpiando entre client or patient and patient.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: You know, you don't need to take one of the things that you do or the hygiénic that is in the local is the bag.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: So if you pass in the bag and there are polvo, including if the toil is sucio, and you don't have to make the hygiène, you say run for the hell.
• 4:53
  SPEAKER_00: Don't come back, don't look back.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_01: And I think with respect to the services, okay, if you have a tratamient that normally costs X and much rapidly does, they do the time that they sit, and they are rushing like patient, if they don't respond to the questions that you have, they don't learn, inform, or educate.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_01: So for me, it's a bit a red flag.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_00: For example, if you put a wanted and talk and talk the other thing, and then instead of disinfecting the money or something.
• 5:39
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
• 5:41
  SPEAKER_00: 100%.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_01: For dedicate to our clients, we do tan attention, precautions, because we see certain standards that are in other places that consign a service, no sé, for the mitad of the price, or in a group on or whatever, not ideal because they are these precautions, like, or not doing what they have.
