Comedian Sasha Merci on Reconnection and Recalibration
On this episode of Tamarindo, we are joined by Dominican comedian, actress, and writer Sasha Merci. You can catch her on Mitú podcast Three G’s in a Pod, in the movie Righteous Thieves, and if you’re in LA at a comedy venue near you.
We talk about what it's like living somewhere where you don't have representation aka being Dominican in LA, building community, and the perils of social media. It's a conversation about recalibration, reconnection with self, and redefining what success and happiness look like for you when you truly start to listen to yourself.
