- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama, Darling drama, Darling.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Drama, Darling. Hey, darlings, what's up Love Islanders? Are you
- 0:23Speaker 2: ready to get into this? Because we are talking episodes six, seven,
- 0:28Speaker 2: eight of Love Island. Joining me, of course is Emily
- 0:34Speaker 2: Dereesis Ems welcome in.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Hello.
- 0:39Speaker 3: And if you're like, where is one through five episodes?
- 0:42Speaker 3: We're just starting at six.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Yeah, we watched you know, look, she and I may
- 0:48Speaker 2: have watched some one through five, but we we don't
- 0:53Speaker 2: need to even discuss it.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Here's the thing with Love Island. There's so many episodes.
- 0:58Speaker 3: You gotta get on the tree when it's coming. It's
- 1:01Speaker 3: not gonna stop. You gotta get on. Yeah, and they're
- 1:04Speaker 3: gonna recap you. They're gonna hold your hands. They're gonna
- 1:07Speaker 3: give you an after sun.
- 1:08Speaker 2: Yeah, they're gonna give you an after sun. They're gonna
- 1:10Speaker 2: give you an after son real good. You know, whether
- 1:13Speaker 2: it sounds like it's a happy ending or something, they're
- 1:16Speaker 2: gonna give you an after sun. All right, you're to watch.
- 1:19Speaker 2: You're gonna watch some episodes and you're gonna get a
- 1:21Speaker 2: nice after sun after it because you sat through so many.
- 1:28Speaker 3: I'm now at the point where I don't know how
- 1:30Speaker 3: much of the after sun I'm going to watch because
- 1:33Speaker 3: now I'm it like, yeah, it does take about six
- 1:36Speaker 3: or seven episodes for Love Island to really hit you,
- 1:39Speaker 3: and it does.
- 1:40Speaker 2: It does. That's very important to say, because like, and
- 1:44Speaker 2: in fact, last year we didn't even jump in until
- 1:50Speaker 2: till they were kind of at six or seven, I
- 1:53Speaker 2: feel like, and then yeah, maybe it was around twelve
- 1:56Speaker 2: or thirteen, like the magical number when things really popped
- 2:01Speaker 2: off and we were Yeah.
- 2:02Speaker 3: That's when you're like, why isn't there more Love Islent?
- 2:06Speaker 3: Right on mornings also and lunchtime.
- 2:10Speaker 2: We're all of a sudden, like it happened, Hey this show.
- 2:12Speaker 2: It was like, I don't know what everybody's talking about.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Then all of a sudden, it got so good. And
- 2:17Speaker 2: I'm hoping that that will be the case with this. However,
- 2:21Speaker 2: you know, it's it's definitely a slow burn. But we
- 2:26Speaker 2: will discuss.
- 2:28Speaker 1: But it always is.
- 2:29Speaker 3: I think now I'm basing that on one year, but
- 2:31Speaker 3: I just remember last year. I remember you and I
- 2:34Speaker 3: talking like, I guess we're gonna keep watching this, yeah,
- 2:39Speaker 3: like but but I mean, I mean, like Serena and
- 2:42Speaker 3: Cordell were really boring and now all of a sudden.
- 2:45Speaker 3: I was totally invested in them, right. I didn't like
- 2:50Speaker 3: Rob at all, and then I got really angry at
- 2:54Speaker 3: the way he treated Leah and I got very invested
- 2:57Speaker 3: in that. And then Miguel I was like, he's such
- 2:59Speaker 3: a player. I guess I just yeah, I before I
- 3:03Speaker 3: knew it, I was so in and it was it
- 3:06Speaker 3: was a sleepy villa, it was it was everybody was mapping.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Yeah, they weren't just hibernating in their bikinis.
- 3:18Speaker 3: We started watching because of Ariana, and then we were like,
- 3:23Speaker 3: well we got to watch all of it because she's
- 3:26Speaker 3: only on the entire season for twenty minutes, so if we.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Missed those, I okay, So why don't we start off
- 3:34Speaker 2: by talking about Ariana because that's what brought us here.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Arianna is our gateway to Love Island. Yes, and she
- 3:43Speaker 2: just looks absolutely stunning, you know. I mean every second
- 3:47Speaker 2: she's just looking stunning.
- 3:49Speaker 1: And she's only on for a second, so it looks amazing.
- 3:52Speaker 3: I know.
- 3:54Speaker 1: One second.
- 3:55Speaker 2: What's wild to me is the person who's doing the
- 3:58Speaker 2: heavy lifting. Is the is it the Irish bloke? Is
- 4:02Speaker 2: he scott He's a Scottish bloke. Scottish he's Scottish bloke
- 4:05Speaker 2: who's doing the voiceover, and I love him, like I
- 4:08Speaker 2: become my favorite part of Love Island? Do you concur.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Absolutely, because he's doing bits on the side and I
- 4:17Speaker 3: don't know, I don't I know. It's like he's delivering.
- 4:21Speaker 1: I don't know who's writing. Maybe he think he does write.
- 4:23Speaker 2: I think he's one of the writers. Yeah, yeah, because
- 4:25Speaker 2: he's a comedian.
- 4:26Speaker 3: But the timing is like it's it's bits on the
- 4:31Speaker 3: side that like I didn't think of or I'm just like,
- 4:34Speaker 3: that is so good.
- 4:35Speaker 1: It's so good.
- 4:36Speaker 2: It makes it so much better to watch. And I
- 4:40Speaker 2: remember starting Love Island and all of a sudden hearing
- 4:44Speaker 2: his voice and being like, what is happening right now?
- 4:47Speaker 2: And I was so thrown off, and I was like, well,
- 4:49Speaker 2: why aren't they Why are they having this weird cartoon
- 4:52Speaker 2: voice when they could have Arianna and utilize her more.
- 4:56Speaker 2: And it just it's jarring at first, and then it's
- 5:00Speaker 2: just like anything else, like the cold pool gets warmer
- 5:02Speaker 2: and then you really enjoy it. And so now he
- 5:05Speaker 2: really is the backbone of Love Island to me, and
- 5:08Speaker 2: I feel like it would not work without him, period
- 5:12Speaker 2: dot And so you get his sort of institution of
- 5:16Speaker 2: comedy going on. In one aspect of it, you have
- 5:19Speaker 2: the actual action going on, and then you have the hostess,
- 5:25Speaker 2: the host who's bringing the beauty and the foundation to
- 5:29Speaker 2: make it official. And so that's what's so interesting that
- 5:34Speaker 2: they have all these different components that make it work
- 5:36Speaker 2: like a very well oiled machine. In each part seems
- 5:40Speaker 2: to make sense as to why this show works really well.
- 5:43Speaker 2: And I think they do need that kingpin, that grounding
- 5:48Speaker 2: person like Ariana. Just all her job is to do
- 5:53Speaker 2: is to look absolutely beautiful and bring the looks, bring
- 5:58Speaker 2: the bring her charisma, her reputation, her brand, her insight,
- 6:04Speaker 2: and her you know, she's what she's been there.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Like her weight.
- 6:08Speaker 3: We need the weight of her to be like this
- 6:11Speaker 3: is serious now, guys, Yeah, this is serious.
- 6:13Speaker 2: And by the weight, I mean she's probably one fifteen
- 6:16Speaker 2: at best.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I don't under her energy.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Yes, the weight of her energy exactly what she brings.
- 6:25Speaker 2: I agree.
- 6:27Speaker 3: I don't want her on anymore, but we cannot have
- 6:30Speaker 3: her less. It's like it's a good It does hit
- 6:35Speaker 3: you at the beginning that you're never seeing her.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Though, I will say that member being like this is
- 6:40Speaker 2: so strange, but now I get it. We don't want more.
- 6:43Speaker 2: We don't want more, and honestly, like we don't want more,
- 6:47Speaker 2: we don't want her in after sun either, right, we
- 6:50Speaker 2: want I think we need to utilize people like let's,
- 6:54Speaker 2: you know, mix it up and have different people doing
- 6:56Speaker 2: different things. Everything has its own vibe, and she is
- 7:00Speaker 2: the serious vibe that comes in. Do you think get
- 7:02Speaker 2: more relaxed this year? Because that was our note from
- 7:05Speaker 2: last Well?
- 7:07Speaker 3: Yes, but then I can't remember what last year towards
- 7:11Speaker 3: the end was because I feel like by the end
- 7:14Speaker 3: she must have gotten her footing.
- 7:16Speaker 1: She wasn't bad.
- 7:17Speaker 2: That's a bad way to put no, no, no, great, She
- 7:19Speaker 2: wasn't bad. We said she wasn't bad. The only thing
- 7:22Speaker 2: because I look back on my notes from last year
- 7:24Speaker 2: because it saves you know, and our parting words were oh,
- 7:31Speaker 2: and that she needs to relax more goodness and by
- 7:34Speaker 2: the end, goodness, my my, my, goodness, clus your pearlily wow,
- 7:39Speaker 2: oh my. I mean we were firm but direct, Okay,
- 7:44Speaker 2: we rounded it out like that, And I think maybe
- 7:48Speaker 2: we're just so used to her now that if she
- 7:50Speaker 2: is being stiff, we don't recognize it. But I will
- 7:53Speaker 2: say I think that she is better this year.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Also maybe around episode forty, I'm going to say I
- 8:02Speaker 3: could use a little bit more Ariana because I also
- 8:05Speaker 3: remember last year being like, this game should not be
- 8:09Speaker 3: hosted from within.
- 8:11Speaker 1: It felt like COVID.
- 8:12Speaker 2: That's so true. They had two of the gals hosting
- 8:17Speaker 2: and it was just smdy. It just did not make sense.
- 8:20Speaker 2: We needed her, I yeah, and we were like, is
- 8:22Speaker 2: this because Ariana is sick?
- 8:24Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 8:24Speaker 3: Like what's going on here? Like it is feels how
- 8:27Speaker 3: do you get sick and isolated?
- 8:28Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 8:29Speaker 3: Yeah, So that's when I want her more.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:35Speaker 2: When we're taxed text by everybody and everything.
- 8:39Speaker 3: When we have a game and we need a host,
- 8:41Speaker 3: that's what her job is, bring her out. I don't
- 8:44Speaker 3: want to see Love Island people be Arianna. I want
- 8:46Speaker 3: to see Ariana or our host.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Yeah. And I love how when everybody comes out, they're like,
- 8:52Speaker 2: oh my god, girl, you look so beautiful, You're so gorgeous.
- 8:55Speaker 2: My mom a bitch, Oh my god, bit you fucking cunt, bitch,
- 9:00Speaker 2: you look so stupid, bitch, Like they're the Love Islander
- 9:05Speaker 2: ladies kill me. Their mouths are so dirty, and I
- 9:10Speaker 2: love it for them like the guys. You know, they
- 9:14Speaker 2: don't swear half as much as the girls. But you
- 9:16Speaker 2: get these gals in there and they just rip it
- 9:19Speaker 2: up with their mouths.
- 9:20Speaker 1: And oh man, I would too.
- 9:22Speaker 2: I know you have to. It's part of it's part
- 9:25Speaker 2: of the the the tapestry of what makes Love Island
- 9:31Speaker 2: Love Island because when you have these women entering into
- 9:35Speaker 2: the villa and they're just now, you know, getting to
- 9:39Speaker 2: know each other, to see them welcome each other in welcome,
- 9:44Speaker 2: they they immediately embrace the sisterhood and I am so
- 9:49Speaker 2: I love it every time.
- 9:50Speaker 3: Yeah, has anybody any darlings out there that have our
- 9:54Speaker 3: Love Island?
- 9:56Speaker 1: Like, have watched it for.
- 9:58Speaker 3: Years in year, way before Amy and I like, did
- 10:03Speaker 3: they always get along this well? Because this is now
- 10:05Speaker 3: my second time watching and they. I love the bond
- 10:10Speaker 3: that the gals have for each It's the opposite of housewives.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah, is the opposite of housewives. You're so right.
- 10:19Speaker 2: You got Vicky being like, oh no, a do bitch?
- 10:22Speaker 2: I go like, and they always kind of haze them
- 10:25Speaker 2: and they play games and yeah.
- 10:27Speaker 3: Yeah, but Love Island seems to be like, no day one,
- 10:31Speaker 3: we are sisters.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Like it's immediate.
- 10:36Speaker 3: I am going to die for you, and you're going
- 10:39Speaker 3: to take the man that I love.
- 10:40Speaker 1: More than anything, and I'm made a root for you guys. Yeah,
- 10:44Speaker 1: it's so bizarre, it is.
- 10:46Speaker 2: I wonder. Yeah, that's a great question to ask the darlings.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Was it always like this? Because I almost feel like
- 10:51Speaker 2: our first foray into Love Island, which was last season,
- 10:55Speaker 2: we may have experienced sort of what we experienced with
- 10:59Speaker 2: our are coming back to Survivor as we did this
- 11:02Speaker 2: season was Survivor. It was all about loyalty and that's
- 11:06Speaker 2: not normally how the game is played, so right, we
- 11:08Speaker 2: were exposed to that and Survivor, and I'm wondering if
- 11:11Speaker 2: that was the case last year for Love Island, and
- 11:13Speaker 2: if that set the tone for this season that these
- 11:16Speaker 2: ladies are doing the same thing that they did last season,
- 11:19Speaker 2: where they want to build that sisterhood like they did
- 11:22Speaker 2: because it was such a successful season and everybody loved
- 11:26Speaker 2: them getting along. I mean, I don't know what we'll see.
- 11:29Speaker 2: I do I enjoy the fact that there is a
- 11:32Speaker 2: possibility at the end of the like at the back
- 11:35Speaker 2: of their head when they're welcoming each other in and
- 11:38Speaker 2: they're like, oh my god, you're so gorgeous.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Bitch.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Oh my god, that body body ye body, boddy body
- 11:43Speaker 2: ba bady YadA YadA, yeady bitch cunt. And and then
- 11:46Speaker 2: in the back of their head they're thinking like, if
- 11:49Speaker 2: you take my man, I will cut you. I will
- 11:51Speaker 2: fucking cut you, and like I'm here for that too.
- 11:57Speaker 3: Yeah, but there is something refreshing out this that I
- 12:01Speaker 3: am fully.
- 12:01Speaker 1: On board with.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Yeah, because even when things I mean, I know we'll
- 12:05Speaker 3: get there, but I know, like like even when things
- 12:07Speaker 3: got tense with a mayalling, yeah, I was like, oh,
- 12:13Speaker 3: but it does get a little I remember last season
- 12:16Speaker 3: there were moments like that too.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Yes, So I'm not saying it doesn't exist.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Oh my god. Janae and somebody else used to go,
- 12:23Speaker 2: oh it was Janee and the girl from Australia the
- 12:27Speaker 2: Blonde Live, wasn't it Jane and Lived That used to
- 12:30Speaker 2: go at it over and over again, and then they
- 12:32Speaker 2: used like sisters, and then they would come back to
- 12:34Speaker 2: one and they would apologize. I don't know, I definitely live.
- 12:40Speaker 2: I'm not one hundred percent sure if it was Janee
- 12:41Speaker 2: or not.
- 12:42Speaker 1: But for Leah, I don't remember, but you're yes, oh
- 12:46Speaker 1: it was Leah.
- 12:47Speaker 2: It was definitely Leah.
- 12:49Speaker 3: Yeah, but yeah, it was a hundred last that we
- 12:54Speaker 3: even remember the reason we But even though we say
- 12:57Speaker 3: Janay's name like all the time, it's crazy Jane.
- 13:01Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Yesterday Amy and I were talking and I was like, no,
- 13:07Speaker 3: what was the other And.
- 13:08Speaker 1: I was like, oyeah, my god, we.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Forgot all the names and we forgot Janay entirely when
- 13:15Speaker 2: all we do like the other day. I was just like,
- 13:17Speaker 2: that's crazy Jane, you know. And I've said it to
- 13:20Speaker 2: Maddie and she's like, who's Janey, Maddie? My little girls,
- 13:31Speaker 2: but dum she is rounding out. She her last day
- 13:35Speaker 2: of school is tomorrow. Oh oh my gosh, she better
- 13:41Speaker 2: couple up quick. She does have a crush on somebody
- 13:48Speaker 2: in her class. All year, she's had a crush. It's
- 13:50Speaker 2: and like they never interact, you know, uh, but it's adorable.
- 13:56Speaker 2: I just have to say. I don't want to put
- 13:58Speaker 2: all her business out there, but it is different. It
- 14:02Speaker 2: is so sleek and is sun cute. But this person,
- 14:06Speaker 2: the person knows about the crush because like everybody kind
- 14:10Speaker 2: of there are certain kids that have crushes on each
- 14:12Speaker 2: other and like it's it's exposed. They kind of talk
- 14:14Speaker 2: about it. Yeah, and then this kid was like, Maddie,
- 14:18Speaker 2: do you still have a crush on me? And she's like,
- 14:23Speaker 2: and she nodded her head. Yes. I was there for it.
- 14:25Speaker 2: I saw it. I saw it with my own She
- 14:29Speaker 2: walked away and he was like, oh, it was so cute.
- 14:34Speaker 2: I could not Oh my gosh, okay, what.
- 14:36Speaker 1: If she said no and you watched it hard rejection.
- 14:40Speaker 2: That end of the year. But now they can go
- 14:42Speaker 2: off in the sum eleven, you know they can no,
- 14:46Speaker 2: not that.
- 14:47Speaker 3: But they go to these outdoor concerts. Why didn't you
- 14:49Speaker 3: take them on a date the outdoor concerts?
- 14:52Speaker 2: No, ma'am, I said to bride, told him what happened.
- 14:55Speaker 2: He goes, don't just we need to stop with this,
- 14:58Speaker 2: Like I can't with you, don't. I don't want to
- 15:00Speaker 2: hear that, Like, oh, boase, it's nothing. They're seven years old. Anyway.
- 15:08Speaker 3: Going back back to Love Violent, yeah, I mean we
- 15:11Speaker 3: were just like the Santa Clarita Love Isoland.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Now let's we're going to go to Fiji. I don't
- 15:15Speaker 1: know if you guys are familiar with Santa.
- 15:16Speaker 3: Clarita Love Island hosted by Dana Clarita Danny Clori.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Is hosting Mattie at their house with their eight kids.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, so yeah, we love the ladies coming
- 15:34Speaker 2: in and the and I. We don't need to really
- 15:37Speaker 2: talk much at all about episode one other than the
- 15:41Speaker 2: amazing empowerment support that the women have for each other
- 15:44Speaker 2: and the incredible music video that lies for forty two minutes.
- 15:50Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, it's a piece of art, it is curated,
- 15:56Speaker 2: it is edited.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Finally, say it's a it's a gentle reminder of how
- 16:03Speaker 3: great the Summer by Bravo promos used to be. Wow,
- 16:07Speaker 3: it harkens, you know, it's just a reminder that that
- 16:10Speaker 3: used to We don't get that anymore.
- 16:12Speaker 2: We don't because the housewives are too expensive. There's no
- 16:15Speaker 2: budget for that anymore.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Good good, good.
- 16:21Speaker 3: Does that look like an all day event? And it
- 16:23Speaker 3: looked exhausting anyway.
- 16:27Speaker 2: In front of a green screen.
- 16:30Speaker 3: I will say Peacock's not afraid to pay for because
- 16:33Speaker 3: like songs, because they had like very happening current songs.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Yes with their intro, Yes, they sure did. The beginning song.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Though that's an original, isn't it.
- 16:46Speaker 1: That is an original piece.
- 16:47Speaker 2: I just want to make sure that's an original Love
- 16:49Speaker 2: Island piece? Is it the same piece as last year?
- 16:55Speaker 1: I watched half of this one. Half don't remember.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Okay, I watched it in its entirety. It's my favorite
- 17:02Speaker 2: thing of the whole season.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Okay, I'm gonna go back and watch it.
- 17:06Speaker 3: Because what happened was I was listening to it in
- 17:10Speaker 3: the other room in my AirPods, thinking this was the
- 17:12Speaker 3: opening credits.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Yeah, and I left the room.
- 17:16Speaker 3: Yeah, folded three to five pieces of laundry, and why
- 17:21Speaker 3: say three to five baskets of laundry, because that very
- 17:25Speaker 3: much could have happened. I thought it was. And then
- 17:28Speaker 3: I came back out. I was like, it's still the opening.
- 17:30Speaker 3: I should have skipped the opening, right, right. I came
- 17:33Speaker 3: back and I was like, oh my gosh, this is
- 17:35Speaker 3: a piece.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like episode one is just the intro. Yeah. No,
- 17:42Speaker 2: you had to get right to it though there wasn't time.
- 17:44Speaker 2: It's just that that's a guilty pleasure. I had to
- 17:48Speaker 2: really set the tone for myself because that gets me jazzed.
- 17:51Speaker 2: It's it's the song on a loop, you know, it's
- 17:53Speaker 2: just looping. And I apologize that. I don't know if
- 17:56Speaker 2: it's the same song from last year. I want to
- 17:58Speaker 2: say it is, because why would they write a whole
- 18:00Speaker 2: new one. But I I love that these contestants know
- 18:06Speaker 2: the words, or at least some of them, so they
- 18:09Speaker 2: can kind of like lip sync it.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, Well, Arianne I was saying that she
- 18:14Speaker 3: because she filmed her segment with like professional dancers, not
- 18:18Speaker 3: p cast, and she was on one of those sandbars
- 18:21Speaker 3: that only exist in low tide.
- 18:24Speaker 1: So she said that they had to hustle out there,
- 18:26Speaker 1: like on below deck.
- 18:27Speaker 2: She was, Arianna, you go to get out of there.
- 18:30Speaker 2: You go to go play. You're gonna beach the attenda.
- 18:33Speaker 2: If you don't, you're gonna get You're gonna get under.
- 18:37Speaker 2: You're gonna go dan under. God, Ariana, you never know
- 18:41Speaker 2: what's gonna happen. There's gonna be a hurdle.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Whatever you do is going to have hurdles.
- 18:45Speaker 2: That's so interesting. I didn't know that. I'm so glad
- 18:47Speaker 2: you told me, because you didn't watch it in its entirety.
- 18:51Speaker 2: There are professional dancers scattered throughout the entire cast.
- 18:56Speaker 1: I did see that A is also a dancer, but.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Right, oh right, yes, So anyway, we've got all these
- 19:05Speaker 2: folks in there now, just off the top. Do you
- 19:10Speaker 2: have a favorite of the gals and a favorite of
- 19:13Speaker 2: the guys, and not nearly a couple, but just like
- 19:16Speaker 2: a favorite.
- 19:17Speaker 1: I think Chillie.
- 19:19Speaker 3: I find myself often just rooting for Chelli. Okay, I
- 19:22Speaker 3: really like Sierra too. Okay, I mean, Hannah seems interesting.
- 19:29Speaker 3: She's getting less time than Ariana.
- 19:32Speaker 2: Yeah, but she was a bombshell, so.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Yeah, it just feels like we usually get more time
- 19:40Speaker 3: with the bombshells.
- 19:42Speaker 1: But the weird thing, oh, guy wise.
- 19:45Speaker 3: I'm kind of liking Charlie a lot. That's why I
- 19:48Speaker 3: want to know more about Hannah, because I'm like, if
- 19:50Speaker 3: you're gonna couple up with Charlie, I need to know
- 19:52Speaker 3: more about you.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Charlie the British guy. Mm hmm yeah, yeah, yeah. I
- 19:59Speaker 2: feel like we don't know them at all, and that's
- 20:01Speaker 2: because they just their asses landed in a barrel of honey,
- 20:04Speaker 2: because they coupled up immediately, much like.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Taylor and Aaron.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, and we I I mean Aaron we
- 20:17Speaker 3: already knew from Traders.
- 20:19Speaker 1: I did, Yeah, so I was.
- 20:22Speaker 3: I was invested in him, but not romantically, But I'm
- 20:26Speaker 3: romantically invested into Charlie in terms of like I would
- 20:29Speaker 3: have totally gone for him right off the bat as
- 20:31Speaker 3: if he came in as a bombshell he had zero game.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
- 20:36Speaker 3: But physically I was like Hi and also Jeremiah. I
- 20:41Speaker 3: was kind of into Ace. But Ace is guess like City.
- 20:44Speaker 2: He's a nightmare. Yeah, he's a night Should we just.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Talk about that?
- 20:50Speaker 2: Yeah? Should we? Let Ace is such a he's so
- 20:54Speaker 2: many red flags. The only thing I will give him
- 20:56Speaker 2: is I totally understand him saying I'm not feely. It's
- 21:01Speaker 2: going to take me a minute to get there. And
- 21:03Speaker 2: if you know, if you really think about that, if
- 21:06Speaker 2: a woman said that to a man, you want you'd
- 21:08Speaker 2: want to respect that. And I don't think that's an
- 21:09Speaker 2: asshole thing to say. I think that's absolutely fair to
- 21:13Speaker 2: like be like, I don't want to cuddle at night.
- 21:15Speaker 2: I'm I'm not going to be like touching you all
- 21:17Speaker 2: the time. I just am not there yet. And so
- 21:20Speaker 2: that I am one hundred percent fine with the fact
- 21:24Speaker 2: that he cannot get over that is who is it
- 21:29Speaker 2: that he's with?
- 21:30Speaker 1: You listen to a Maya right now?
- 21:32Speaker 2: Sorry, oh my god, Amaya, that babe isn't part of
- 21:37Speaker 2: her language. I mean he should know by now, after
- 21:39Speaker 2: the eighth conversation that they've had that she calls everybody
- 21:43Speaker 2: babe that he can't take it that personally. I also
- 21:46Speaker 2: I can understand him saying like, please, don't you know
- 21:49Speaker 2: make me so coupled up with you? Immediately I get that,
- 21:53Speaker 2: but that's just part of her language.
- 21:56Speaker 3: Oh my god. He tries to control everything, even with Chelley.
- 22:00Speaker 3: On the surface seems to like actually really.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Like now, well yeah, but he's right.
- 22:05Speaker 3: He's like, here's like when he's talking to Maya, he's like,
- 22:08Speaker 3: here's how it's gonna go.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Yeah, right, you're going to talk, then I'm going to talk.
- 22:12Speaker 2: I choose and he shows her too, I.
- 22:17Speaker 1: Yeah, And he's acting like that's this huge favor. I
- 22:22Speaker 1: don't I don't like so I chose you, so now
- 22:25Speaker 1: you have to like obey me, like that's what it is.
- 22:28Speaker 2: It does feel like that, But I don't know who
- 22:30Speaker 2: else he because if he's so into Shelley, how he
- 22:33Speaker 2: was going to like he had to choose somebody, who
- 22:36Speaker 2: else was he going to choose? He couldn't choose choose Shelley.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Shelley.
- 22:41Speaker 2: I know it's spelled Shelly, but is it pronounced Shelly.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I think it's pronounced shelly.
- 22:48Speaker 2: Oh okay, I thought Shelley.
- 22:52Speaker 1: And I'm gonna say Shelly. Okay, We're gonna.
- 22:54Speaker 2: We're gonna figure out because I'm hearing Shelley, but I
- 22:58Speaker 2: see Chelly.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Yeah. It's almost like the Secret Lives of Mormon wives.
- 23:03Speaker 2: It's like their names. You see them one way and
- 23:06Speaker 2: they're pronounced another.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Yes, yes, I will.
- 23:10Speaker 3: I should have also said I don't even this is bad.
- 23:13Speaker 3: I don't even see Alandria as part of the show.
- 23:15Speaker 3: I see her as like wow, mother figure and host,
- 23:19Speaker 3: like I see oh.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I love I love Alandria. I was gonna say
- 23:24Speaker 2: that my favorites are Landria, yeah, and Huddah because of
- 23:31Speaker 2: the drama. But she really annoys me. She really annoys me.
- 23:35Speaker 2: But I like that we have at least a strong
- 23:37Speaker 2: personality to bring some drama.
- 23:39Speaker 1: What annoys you about Hudda.
- 23:41Speaker 3: I wonder if it's the same thing as me because
- 23:44Speaker 3: I like her, but yeah.
- 23:47Speaker 2: I don't know if I can put it into words.
- 23:51Speaker 3: I think she keeps kicking the hornet's nest when it's
- 23:54Speaker 3: not There's not even a hornet in the nest, and
- 23:56Speaker 3: she's kicking it. And like when like it feels when
- 24:00Speaker 3: there's a quiet moment with Jeremiah, She's like, I mean,
- 24:03Speaker 3: but do you really like the Like she throws out
- 24:06Speaker 3: these scenarios that we don't know if they're going to
- 24:09Speaker 3: happen yet and expects him to answer them exactly how
- 24:13Speaker 3: he'll react, And I'm like, that's impossible.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, I think that you've You've said it. And
- 24:19Speaker 2: I'm surprised that he has been putting up with us
- 24:22Speaker 2: for as long as he has to be totally honest
- 24:24Speaker 2: with you, Like, I'm shocked, But you can see the
- 24:28Speaker 2: wheels are starting to come off now. In episode eight
- 24:30Speaker 2: as where we are so when when when Amaya is
- 24:33Speaker 2: accused of being like of trying too hard? Yes, And
- 24:39Speaker 2: I kind of was like why is She's so confused
- 24:42Speaker 2: about the term. But then the more that they kept
- 24:47Speaker 2: talking about it, what does it mean? What does it mean?
- 24:49Speaker 2: I started to be like, yeah, what does it mean?
- 24:52Speaker 2: Like I was starting to get the overthinking it and
- 24:55Speaker 2: like getting philosophical about it, and I didn't understand I
- 24:57Speaker 2: was like trying too hard for like to be on
- 24:59Speaker 2: this show, oh, or trying too hard to be like yeah,
- 25:02Speaker 2: or trying too hard in the relationship, Like I understood
- 25:05Speaker 2: where she was coming from. Where, Like am I trying
- 25:07Speaker 2: too hard?
- 25:07Speaker 1: Yeah? I got why she was confused.
- 25:09Speaker 3: And also like Ace has been talking in a completely
- 25:14Speaker 3: different language that the guys all seem to understand. It's
- 25:17Speaker 3: crazy how it's crazy, Janet crazy, how direct and like
- 25:22Speaker 3: worldly Ace is when he talks to the dudes and
- 25:25Speaker 3: then like how like he's just like he's gonna.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna give you one word, ladies, and you figure
- 25:31Speaker 1: it out. I'm gonna walk away the word riddle. Yeah, Yeah,
- 25:35Speaker 1: the word is riddle. Bye.
- 25:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:37Speaker 2: He gives them like a decoder, like an old decoder
- 25:40Speaker 2: like they use on Survivor they used to use back
- 25:43Speaker 2: in the Wars. Like he he hands it to them,
- 25:45Speaker 2: He's like, figure it out, you know. And then him
- 25:48Speaker 2: just being later telling Shelley Shelley about a Shelly uh,
- 25:56Speaker 2: He's like, She's like, you're just closed off. You're just
- 25:58Speaker 2: closed off. He's like, I'm chill, I'm just chill. You're
- 26:03Speaker 2: closed off. He's like, I'm just this is chill. I'm like,
- 26:05Speaker 2: you were not You're the You've been closed off from
- 26:08Speaker 2: the jump, and you think that this game is gonna
- 26:11Speaker 2: like come to you, and you can't just show up
- 26:16Speaker 2: like this.
- 26:17Speaker 3: Yeah, and like the dudes around him that are being
- 26:20Speaker 3: kind of standoffish, like to Taylor or whatever, He's like,
- 26:25Speaker 3: come here.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Uh, you know she's making you breakfast. You really need
- 26:29Speaker 1: to let down your guard and you know, explain yourself.
- 26:33Speaker 1: I'm like, who's okay? Ace?
- 26:35Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 26:36Speaker 1: Meanwhile, I'm like aceon Taylor would be a pretty cute couple.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Actually, they'd be great happen. Yeah, I got I wish
- 26:44Speaker 2: that there was more men kissing in that pie or
- 26:47Speaker 2: pucker yeallenge, you know, because that was so funny. There
- 26:51Speaker 2: were so many pies, hardly any kisses.
- 26:55Speaker 3: I know, I did love when was it who through
- 26:59Speaker 3: the disc so that she could definitely kiss Chelly?
- 27:02Speaker 1: It was Chilly and Amaya. Yeah, anyway, I loved that.
- 27:08Speaker 3: And then I was like, why are more people cheating
- 27:11Speaker 3: to get a kiss? Yeah?
- 27:13Speaker 2: I know they weren't doing that on purpose, they weren't
- 27:16Speaker 2: really playing it right.
- 27:17Speaker 1: What I how did you?
- 27:20Speaker 3: I'm clearly show you how I felt about Ace licking
- 27:22Speaker 3: that pie and then eating, like putting it into kissing Chilly.
- 27:27Speaker 2: I would not want that done to me, but I
- 27:30Speaker 2: loved it because it was so outside of the box. Okay, okay, yeah,
- 27:36Speaker 2: you know, like I love that it was. It was
- 27:39Speaker 2: a misdirect and the fact that he was and he
- 27:41Speaker 2: did something different and it certainly looked sexy but disgusting.
- 27:49Speaker 2: I think it just I think he wanted to make
- 27:51Speaker 2: a big move with her, and so I just wonder
- 27:54Speaker 2: if she liked it or not. Because the second that
- 27:56Speaker 2: I actually thought about what was happening in their mouths,
- 27:59Speaker 2: I almost threw up. But like, looking at what he did,
- 28:04Speaker 2: I was like, that's really that's really fun. That was
- 28:06Speaker 2: really great. And then I was like, if I'm starting
- 28:09Speaker 2: to think about like the pie, oh yes, going back
- 28:15Speaker 2: and forth, I'm like, oh my god, I would fucking puke.
- 28:19Speaker 3: I know, That's what I thought immediately. Immediately I was
- 28:22Speaker 3: grossed out. But to your I did like the mistrect.
- 28:26Speaker 3: It was different whenever.
- 28:27Speaker 1: But remember last year that Fourth of July barbecue thing.
- 28:30Speaker 3: And I was like, something goes when they're like mama
- 28:35Speaker 3: bird with mustard into each other. Was so gross and
- 28:39Speaker 3: I was like, Aby, you've got to watch it. There's
- 28:41Speaker 3: something crazy that happens, hoping that you want and I
- 28:44Speaker 3: was like, you got to watch it. A bunch of
- 28:46Speaker 3: times something crazy, And.
- 28:48Speaker 2: I thought about that last night after that challenge. It's
- 28:50Speaker 2: the exact thing I thought about. It's like I remember
- 28:52Speaker 2: when Emily tried to prank me, because the second I
- 28:55Speaker 2: started watching that challenge, I was like, she's so full
- 28:57Speaker 2: of shit. She just went this is so disgusting. She
- 29:00Speaker 2: wants me to be to suffer through this. Fastward, fast forward,
- 29:04Speaker 2: fast forward.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Okay, fair enough. Yeah, so I hate it.
- 29:13Speaker 2: As you should. As you should. It just was a
- 29:16Speaker 2: fun reveal and then it just yeah, oh man.
- 29:19Speaker 3: A lot of that stuff too, is like in the moment,
- 29:22Speaker 3: if you're doing it, it's one thing I personally would
- 29:25Speaker 3: be like, please finish that mouthful of food.
- 29:27Speaker 1: But like I get that, like a lot of these.
- 29:30Speaker 3: I just I think I just don't like actual kissing
- 29:33Speaker 3: on TV at all.
- 29:37Speaker 1: Yeah, or at all.
- 29:38Speaker 3: I'm like ace, Yeah, I just feel like I don't
- 29:43Speaker 3: like seeing like I'm grossed out on TV when I
- 29:48Speaker 3: or like in a movie it's all stage, but there's
- 29:50Speaker 3: something about reality show kissing back.
- 29:52Speaker 2: I Oh, I know. I don't know if it's like
- 29:55Speaker 2: because we're older, but I feel like I may have
- 29:59Speaker 2: been more or accepting of it and better about it
- 30:03Speaker 2: when I was younger, but now I just get I
- 30:05Speaker 2: don't know what it is. It's just a little bit disgusting.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Well it's it's it's real.
- 30:10Speaker 3: And so in a movie or a tell, a non
- 30:14Speaker 3: reality show it's lit, well, it stays, it's lit.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Well, it is a huge thing. You don't hear the
- 30:21Speaker 2: sounds and you don't see like the tongues.
- 30:28Speaker 3: Oh, I did not like the Orlandria Taylor just putting tongues,
- 30:33Speaker 3: Like when you just saw their tongues on each other's.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Mouth, but it wasn't even kissing.
- 30:39Speaker 3: It's happening in the photo booths.
- 30:42Speaker 2: These guys are, they're young, you know, I don't know
- 30:44Speaker 2: they need more kissing lessons. I suppose.
- 30:48Speaker 3: Yeah, But what do you think about Landrian Taylor?
- 30:55Speaker 2: Oh? I loved that she wants a cowboy, she wants
- 31:02Speaker 2: a man like him, and he was there and it
- 31:04Speaker 2: was like it seems like a match made in heaven.
- 31:08Speaker 2: And now it's such a bummer because he's just not
- 31:11Speaker 2: feeling it for her, and in turn, I don't think
- 31:13Speaker 2: she's feeling it for him anymore either. I think she
- 31:15Speaker 2: likes the idea of him, but they are not meant
- 31:19Speaker 2: to be. They are not a match.
- 31:23Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't think he's into any of the ladies.
- 31:28Speaker 2: There's a lot of mismatches here. There's a lot of
- 31:30Speaker 2: people who are not Like I don't even know the
- 31:33Speaker 2: names of the two people that connected, the two bombshells
- 31:37Speaker 2: that came in and then they bombshelled each other, and
- 31:40Speaker 2: now they're just one big bombshell. I don't know who
- 31:43Speaker 2: they are, where they came from, and they're just over
- 31:46Speaker 2: the side for me. I know, it's like Hannah and
- 31:48Speaker 2: what's his name, the British guy, Charlie.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Oh, Charlie, My Charlie.
- 31:54Speaker 2: Yeah, you're Charlie. So they're off to the side. I'm
- 31:58Speaker 2: not giving them any attention or any energy because there's
- 32:01Speaker 2: nothing to peel back there until they start fighting, like
- 32:04Speaker 2: Aaron and Taylor from last year. But like they're obviously
- 32:07Speaker 2: coupled up. We see the cracks with Huddah and Jeremiah
- 32:12Speaker 2: right now. We see obviously what's happening between Austin and Shelley,
- 32:18Speaker 2: Shelley and Ace that have there's this love triangle going
- 32:23Speaker 2: on here. Bella's gone Nick who is Nick with Nick?
- 32:29Speaker 1: Is with Sierra?
- 32:32Speaker 2: Yeah, And I don't know if that's gonna like last.
- 32:35Speaker 3: I don't know if it'll last either, but I really
- 32:39Speaker 3: like Sierra's vibe.
- 32:40Speaker 1: She's got the perfect vibe for Love Island in terms
- 32:44Speaker 1: of like she does.
- 32:46Speaker 3: She is open to whatever, but she is really into
- 32:50Speaker 3: Nick and also cool about Nick figuring it out for himself.
- 32:54Speaker 2: So I'm sorry, Can I just interrupt and say I
- 33:00Speaker 2: hate that it's always the woman that is saying that
- 33:04Speaker 2: to the man. It's the usually the woman that's always
- 33:07Speaker 2: appeasing the man by saying like, no, we're chill, like
- 33:11Speaker 2: you do what you want. I would like it to
- 33:14Speaker 2: be more often where the guy says to the gal,
- 33:18Speaker 2: we're chill, like if you want to go off and
- 33:20Speaker 2: do that, Like, I'm fine with that. It just seems
- 33:22Speaker 2: like the men have more control, at least on this season.
- 33:27Speaker 2: That's the feeling I get. And when Sierra was saying that,
- 33:30Speaker 2: I thought, this is so it doesn't feel right, Like
- 33:35Speaker 2: I like what she's saying in general for the game,
- 33:39Speaker 2: but I don't necessarily hear Nick saying it back in
- 33:43Speaker 2: the same on the same level in which she's saying
- 33:45Speaker 2: it to him.
- 33:46Speaker 3: It's almost that's okay if he doesn't feel that way.
- 33:53Speaker 2: Like he doesn't want to wait, I think I don't.
- 33:57Speaker 2: My brain just froze up, doesn't.
- 34:00Speaker 3: It if he doesn't want to lead her on and
- 34:03Speaker 3: be like yeah, yeah, I feel the same way, Like
- 34:04Speaker 3: I do appreciate honesty in that too, but I agree
- 34:08Speaker 3: with you that like that there is a tilt this
- 34:12Speaker 3: season to the dudes having the upper hand.
- 34:15Speaker 2: He really do. I'm ready for it to mix up. Meanwhile,
- 34:21Speaker 2: can we just talk about how Nick had some sort
- 34:24Speaker 2: of asinine control over Jeremiah's opinion of Hoodah within two seconds.
- 34:31Speaker 3: Something's up with Jeremiah because that was he he got
- 34:36Speaker 3: thrown another time. I forget when where I was like,
- 34:41Speaker 3: oh my god, he's in full shutdown mode again.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Whoa, it's in that weird zone.
- 34:46Speaker 2: Hold on, but yeah, let's talk about Jeremiah and Hooda
- 34:49Speaker 2: in a second. We're going to take a quick break, darlings.
- 34:54Speaker 2: You know, I'm obsessed with the peptides from One Skin.
- 34:58Speaker 2: It's literally the only product I have on Subscribe and Save, okay,
- 35:01Speaker 2: and I have been fighting my wrinkles and it's working brilliantly.
- 35:05Speaker 2: You've heard me talk about how One Skin was founded
- 35:07Speaker 2: by an all woman team of scientists with PhDs in
- 35:10Speaker 2: skin regeneration, stem cell biology, immunology, and bioformatics. Yeah, all
- 35:16Speaker 2: that is incredibly important. And you know they've been in
- 35:18Speaker 2: the skin game for a long time, which won't surprise
- 35:20Speaker 2: you about their biggest announcement yet, they have entered the
- 35:25Speaker 2: hair game. That's right, os One Hair. If you're like me,
- 35:30Speaker 2: you're noticing things as you get older. Every day you're
- 35:33Speaker 2: seeing a little more hair in the drain, your part
- 35:35Speaker 2: looks a little wider, and suddenly you're doing that pinch
- 35:39Speaker 2: and zoom and photos and going what is happening with
- 35:43Speaker 2: my hair? Now? I know my hair has always been
- 35:46Speaker 2: thin and fine, but there's something that I can do
- 35:50Speaker 2: about it from not getting worse, and that is os
- 35:53Speaker 2: One Hair. One Skin has a new scalp serum and
- 35:56Speaker 2: it's here to help us with hair loss, thinning, and shedding.
- 35:59Speaker 2: Why would a skin their company create a scalp treatment,
- 36:01Speaker 2: you ask, well, because the scalp is skin, and just
- 36:05Speaker 2: like the rest of your body, it experiences cellular aging,
- 36:08Speaker 2: but instead of wrinkles, it messes with your hair follicles.
- 36:11Speaker 2: How dare you? How dare you mess with my hair follicles?
- 36:15Speaker 2: And then it messes with your natural growth cycle. Leading
- 36:18Speaker 2: to hair loss and thinning. It makes so much sense,
- 36:21Speaker 2: So I say, welcome in One Skin to the hair game.
- 36:25Speaker 2: Os one Hair is the first scalp serum powered by

- 36:38Speaker 2: healthier hair, get to the root of hair loss and thinning.

- 36:52Speaker 2: After you purchase the last you where you heard about them,
- 36:54Speaker 2: please tell them that it was me Drama Darling that
- 36:57Speaker 2: sent you the gal that's really obsessed with their Peptide's
- 37:00Speaker 2: invest in the health and longevity of your skin and scalp.
- 37:04Speaker 2: With one Skin, your future self will thank you. All Right,
- 37:10Speaker 2: we are back talking Love Island episode six seven eight,
- 37:14Speaker 2: and I'm with Emily Theresa. So getting back to Houda
- 37:17Speaker 2: what a Kulda should a? Which I love that that
- 37:19Speaker 2: was the way she described how to remember her name
- 37:23Speaker 2: and Jeremiah and so like they're starting to see, we're
- 37:26Speaker 2: starting to see a little bit of the cracks. They
- 37:28Speaker 2: had that weird kind of fight when they were sitting
- 37:30Speaker 2: on the lounge chairs at night and he was like, no,
- 37:32Speaker 2: I can't talk to you when you're cranky like this,
- 37:34Speaker 2: don't talk to me like a child and whatever, and
- 37:37Speaker 2: she said something like, no, you're doing so good, and
- 37:39Speaker 2: that was really demeaning to him, he felt, and that
- 37:42Speaker 2: was just an odd thing to say. So I go
- 37:45Speaker 2: with him with like, that's very strange. But now, because
- 37:50Speaker 2: of the game, she chose the pucker or pie, she
- 37:54Speaker 2: chose Ace as somebody who was there for like basically
- 37:57Speaker 2: the wrong reasons, right, I mean, she had to choose somebody,
- 38:01Speaker 2: And then he was, oh god, poor Ace. He was
- 38:04Speaker 2: so upset and so hurt. He just couldn't handle it.
- 38:07Speaker 2: And so now she has to go over and apologize
- 38:10Speaker 2: to him. And then she's like, well, I mean it
- 38:13Speaker 2: was either you or Amaya, so I'd rather kiss you
- 38:15Speaker 2: than Amaya. And I thought she handled that well. I
- 38:17Speaker 2: don't think that she's fake or doing it as a
- 38:21Speaker 2: player move to get her way to the end. I
- 38:24Speaker 2: really don't think. I think that her motives are as
- 38:28Speaker 2: good as anyone's are to be on Love Island. I
- 38:32Speaker 2: will say I will question any single parent that goes
- 38:35Speaker 2: on Love Island immediately you're already in a negative zone
- 38:39Speaker 2: for me. I think that is very strange to do.
- 38:43Speaker 2: I'm just gonna say it.
- 38:45Speaker 3: I hear you on that because I felt like it's
- 38:49Speaker 3: a weird thing on Love is Blind. But if you're
- 38:54Speaker 3: looking as at it from a point of view of
- 38:58Speaker 3: like an opportunity, unity to make a living, then I'm
- 39:02Speaker 3: kind of all for it.
- 39:04Speaker 2: It's just like then that will go along with Nick's
- 39:08Speaker 2: actual assessment of right then, So it's interesting. Do you
- 39:12Speaker 2: think that she's there for like opportunitist tunistic reasons? I mean,
- 39:17Speaker 2: that's such a weird question.
- 39:18Speaker 3: They're all there for opportunistic yeah, I mean I don't
- 39:21Speaker 3: know what. Everybody has different motivations for going or else
- 39:25Speaker 3: they would have never signed up for it.
- 39:27Speaker 1: That's why.
- 39:27Speaker 2: Then why did Jeremiah believe? Like why did he just
- 39:30Speaker 2: let that take him down?
- 39:32Speaker 1: I think that's what I'm saying.
- 39:33Speaker 3: Something's up with Jeremiah, Like he's got some stuff to
- 39:37Speaker 3: work through.
- 39:37Speaker 1: I mean they're all so young.
- 39:39Speaker 3: But like I just think like if his if he's
- 39:43Speaker 3: going to be that rocked by a dude he just met, Like,
- 39:46Speaker 3: for all he knows, Nick is full of shit and
- 39:49Speaker 3: does this all the time, Like who knows? But and
- 39:53Speaker 3: and Nick has spent two seconds with Hoda, Like what
- 39:56Speaker 3: does he know?
- 39:57Speaker 2: And for all we know, I mean we haven't seen
- 40:00Speaker 2: this in his confessionals or anything. But what if Nick
- 40:03Speaker 2: said that to Jeremiah just to get Jeremiah off Hoodahs
- 40:07Speaker 2: so he could sweep in and take Hoodah. Yeah, I
- 40:09Speaker 2: mean there's anythings that anything's at play.
- 40:13Speaker 3: Yeah, So I'm a little concerned about how Jeremiah processes
- 40:17Speaker 3: some of this stuff. I mean, he did take what
- 40:21Speaker 3: he reacted kinda I mean pretty real to Hudahs saying
- 40:27Speaker 3: that she had a kid. I'm saying real because I
- 40:29Speaker 3: was like, whoa dude, calm down? But I was like, well,
- 40:32Speaker 3: I guess that is a big shock, yeah, and something
- 40:36Speaker 3: you have to really factor in absolutely, so I guess, Like,
- 40:41Speaker 3: but I feel like, yeah, I don't know Jeremiah is
- 40:46Speaker 3: he's so hot, but he concerns me he is.
- 40:51Speaker 2: Yeah, do you think he good with her too?
- 40:55Speaker 1: What's that?
- 40:56Speaker 2: Who's the hottest Charlie? Oh yeah, Charlie is the hottest.
- 41:01Speaker 2: I did think that Nick was super hot, but then
- 41:04Speaker 2: his personality is just not it for me anymore.
- 41:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't, I don't. I don't think Nick is hot.
- 41:12Speaker 1: I think he's like.
- 41:16Speaker 3: He's got good things going on, but like he's I
- 41:19Speaker 3: don't know.
- 41:20Speaker 2: Yeah, Jeremiah might. You know, he's definitely close. Second. Austin's
- 41:23Speaker 2: really cute.
- 41:25Speaker 1: Like maybe Jeremiah is the hottest.
- 41:28Speaker 2: I mean he is, yeah on paper, and like, yeah,
- 41:33Speaker 2: he really is the specimen who that is the hottest,
- 41:36Speaker 2: Like you.
- 41:37Speaker 3: Can't even look at him because he's so hot. There's
- 41:39Speaker 3: something about Charlie to me that I'm like, that's my guy.
- 41:42Speaker 3: I don't know what it.
- 41:43Speaker 2: Is, but like something about her.
- 41:45Speaker 3: Yeah, I think with jeremiah'd be like Okay, that's like
- 41:49Speaker 3: that guy's so he's a supermodel, Like okay.
- 41:53Speaker 2: By the way, hot ah. You know, she asked to
- 41:56Speaker 2: close things off with Jeremiah really early on, which is
- 42:01Speaker 2: so strange. I mean, that's that to me is like
- 42:05Speaker 2: trying too hard. That's why I think that Amaya getting
- 42:08Speaker 2: that vote was I mean, actually the nomination for that
- 42:11Speaker 2: was just very strange to me because I feel like
- 42:13Speaker 2: Huda was really the one that should have gotten Yeah,
- 42:18Speaker 2: so what about Austin in this love triangle, He's starting
- 42:22Speaker 2: to get very uncomfortable with Ace talking to Shelley. Shelley, so,
- 42:26Speaker 2: who do you think she's gonna choose? Because right now,
- 42:29Speaker 2: I you know, Ace is coming on so strong and
- 42:32Speaker 2: they had that big makeout at the pie or Pucker.
- 42:37Speaker 2: What do you think she's gonna do?
- 42:40Speaker 3: I don't wonder for either one. Agree she can do
- 42:44Speaker 3: so much better than both of those guys. I mean,
- 42:46Speaker 3: Austin's fine, but like he's just to me.
- 42:50Speaker 1: He's just there.
- 42:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think that she's right for him either.
- 42:55Speaker 2: I think that like the energy that we're seeing from
- 42:59Speaker 2: him and all his stuff and the yoga and the
- 43:01Speaker 2: meditation and the learning archery movements from Shamans and all
- 43:06Speaker 2: of his journeys, I think, you know, we need somebody
- 43:10Speaker 2: different in that situation.
- 43:13Speaker 3: Yeah, I just I don't want anything to do with it.
- 43:17Speaker 3: I mean, he's fine, he's a nice enough guy, but
- 43:20Speaker 3: I'm ready for like a couple new dude bombshells. I
- 43:24Speaker 3: don't I think we can get rid of Ace and Austin.
- 43:30Speaker 3: Ace really disappointed me because I think, like he's also
- 43:35Speaker 3: twenty two.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Whoa, They're all yeah, you're right, they're all like twenty
- 43:40Speaker 2: two and twenty three.
- 43:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I think there's a co I didn't get all.
- 43:44Speaker 2: Their ages older every time I.
- 43:45Speaker 1: Saw Landria is twenty seven.
- 43:48Speaker 2: Oh no, wonder she's the voice of reason. Yeah, yeah, okay.
- 43:54Speaker 1: I do like that Nick Nick is a nurse.
- 43:57Speaker 2: I do like that. Yeah, but I feel like.
- 44:03Speaker 1: He's you know, Nick's twenty two, Like they're all so young.
- 44:07Speaker 2: So but yeah, how about so Nick kissed two girls
- 44:14Speaker 2: in Wayne one night. We didn't talk about Bella Belle
- 44:18Speaker 2: Uh yeah, Bell Belle Dasha just Bell bell Dee. That's
- 44:27Speaker 2: a better name. Yeah. Fine with her leaving and the
- 44:31Speaker 2: fact that like Sierra had to find out that he
- 44:36Speaker 2: kissed her was weird.
- 44:40Speaker 1: See that's why I like Sierra.
- 44:42Speaker 3: That's why I say she's good on the game, because
- 44:45Speaker 3: she took she got angry. We wanted to see a reaction,
- 44:49Speaker 3: but she took a second to be like, this is
- 44:52Speaker 3: the game.
- 44:52Speaker 2: He did it.
- 44:53Speaker 1: It's fine. We weren't like and she handled it.
- 44:56Speaker 3: I think the right way, Like, tell me next time
- 44:59Speaker 3: so I don't have to hear at secondhand.
- 45:00Speaker 1: But like this was before we locked it in and
- 45:03Speaker 1: all that, So it.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Is what it is, and I also understood what he
- 45:06Speaker 2: was saying. I mean, only like six hours had passed
- 45:09Speaker 2: since Yah had left, So what was he supposed to
- 45:15Speaker 2: do come up to her and be like just so
- 45:16Speaker 2: you know, and just it just sets the weird tone.
- 45:19Speaker 1: I know.
- 45:20Speaker 2: So I don't know. I don't even know if he
- 45:22Speaker 2: should have ever even told her. I mean, I think
- 45:25Speaker 2: it was probably better that she found out from somebody else. Anyway,
- 45:27Speaker 2: it's just a weird thing to say. Yeah, hoodahs lashes
- 45:32Speaker 2: are rubbing me the wrong way, and I don't know how.
- 45:36Speaker 2: I don't know how Jeremiah can see through it. I
- 45:39Speaker 2: really don't. I don't know what's going on. Yeah, because
- 45:41Speaker 2: at first I was like, oh, she must have slept weird,
- 45:43Speaker 2: and I was like, oh, no, they're like that all
- 45:46Speaker 2: the time.
- 45:47Speaker 1: I mean, like I think she got extensions.
- 45:50Speaker 3: Oh yeah, they're definitely extend The puts those Gena lions
- 45:54Speaker 3: right on top of those too, the general lions lashes
- 45:57Speaker 3: right on top.
- 45:58Speaker 1: Because there's like multiple layers.
- 46:01Speaker 3: So like she's got her extensions put on, and she
- 46:04Speaker 3: goes for the longest lash. And let me tell you,
- 46:07Speaker 3: I love a lash extension. It's when I cannot hurl.
- 46:10Speaker 2: To the heavens.
- 46:11Speaker 3: Well, when you get them natural, the like the short ones, right, Yeah,
- 46:17Speaker 3: but when you go to get your lash extensions, they
- 46:20Speaker 3: ask you, they they ask you what level you want?
- 46:23Speaker 2: Oh, she asked for one hundred and twenty. Yeah, she
- 46:26Speaker 2: asked for curl them first, like with a hot iron,
- 46:30Speaker 2: you know.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Yeah, and then put these around.
- 46:34Speaker 3: Yeah, use these as uh snow chains on your tire
- 46:37Speaker 3: and get them real curled up and long, and then
- 46:41Speaker 3: put them on top of my lips.
- 46:43Speaker 2: I do not know how she sees. Well.
- 46:48Speaker 3: It's also like you kind of got to like keep
- 46:51Speaker 3: them combed out when they're that long, because once they
- 46:55Speaker 3: hit that water slide, it was like eight hands coming
- 47:00Speaker 3: out of her eye.
- 47:01Speaker 2: She's got a waterproof those suckers, you know, she's got
- 47:04Speaker 2: a slack them so they stay.
- 47:06Speaker 3: Yeah, and I'm talking like she went and got lash extensions,
- 47:10Speaker 3: and then she's still using lashes on top of the
- 47:12Speaker 3: lash extensions.
- 47:14Speaker 1: So there's like a lot going on there.
- 47:16Speaker 3: That's my read on those lashes, because because I at
- 47:19Speaker 3: one point I was like, oh, there was like a
- 47:22Speaker 3: quick shot again. I love I get. I get from
- 47:26Speaker 3: time to time. I've been known to get a lash extension.
- 47:29Speaker 3: And then when you add just one more lash to
- 47:32Speaker 3: that last when you get home, you're like, oh, I went,
- 47:35Speaker 3: I would just look like a Disney princess if I
- 47:38Speaker 3: added these one another line of lash and you look
- 47:42Speaker 3: like I'm.
- 47:42Speaker 2: Up it exactly. That's a problem.
- 47:46Speaker 3: Or like, what are the the shitsus where the your
- 47:49Speaker 3: hair grows into your eyes?
- 47:51Speaker 1: Sharp shar peis Yeah, cut them out.
- 47:54Speaker 2: And we used to have a shar pei my for
- 47:56Speaker 2: like four years. His name was Lloyd, and he was
- 47:59Speaker 2: like the runt of the litter and he was so cute,
- 48:02Speaker 2: but he didn't love litter. Yeah that sucks, I know.
- 48:06Speaker 1: Well did he have fucked up lashes?
- 48:10Speaker 3: Uh?
- 48:10Speaker 2: Yeah, he had to have that like surgery at the beginning,
- 48:12Speaker 2: you know, to get him to flip out.
- 48:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:15Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's what she needs.
- 48:17Speaker 2: No, she had it flipped out too much, flipped out
- 48:24Speaker 2: like everyone who donates to Locks of Love, like that's
- 48:27Speaker 2: what she's using. Like she's like, I'm gonna don't mind me,
- 48:30Speaker 2: I'm gonna take this. I'm just gonna take this. It's
- 48:34Speaker 2: Locks of Love Island lashes. Please donate.
- 48:37Speaker 3: You're going to give her the benefit of the doubt
- 48:40Speaker 3: because God knows I've been there where it looked every
- 48:43Speaker 3: like I'll do my makeup and everything looks great in
- 48:47Speaker 3: the mirror, and then the second you leave that situation.
- 48:50Speaker 2: And turn your head to the side and you get
- 48:53Speaker 2: a side look at that. Yeah, because she doesn't know
- 48:56Speaker 2: what's happening on the side.
- 48:58Speaker 3: Because they're all doing their own glam. We gotta give
- 49:01Speaker 3: them that too. So I because I remember last year,
- 49:04Speaker 3: I think was there was one gal who was just
- 49:08Speaker 3: like not on top of the glam in the sense
- 49:11Speaker 3: that it was too much.
- 49:13Speaker 1: Remember she was into Kendall.
- 49:16Speaker 3: And I felt bad because I was like, I wanted
- 49:18Speaker 3: her to have a little help with it.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely absolutely. I also want to mention that Shelley,
- 49:25Speaker 2: Shelley and Ace met outside of a club in New
- 49:27Speaker 2: York City. That's hysterical, Like that's amazing. I could not
- 49:32Speaker 2: believe that, and that they're like forget it because you
- 49:34Speaker 2: know La and Miami forget it.
- 49:37Speaker 3: Yeah, that is pretty wild. Yeah, but not still not
- 49:41Speaker 3: worth that. Not that is not a sign to me,
- 49:44Speaker 3: I don't think.
- 49:45Speaker 2: So, you know that's coincidental, yep, And I went her
- 49:51Speaker 2: far away from Ace.
- 49:52Speaker 1: I went Ace to like grow up and come back
- 49:56Speaker 1: on the show.
- 49:57Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, okay, well, thank you so much, Darlings listen.
