Thad has 25 years of coaching under her belt, coaching at Clemson and Ohio State before joining Penn State. He’s worked with over 25 Olympic swimmers and 18 NCAA All-American. Now in his seventh year leading the SPIRE Academy swimming program, he's developing an epicenter of scholastic development for talent from all over the world.
