Behind the Mask - SlashU "Held Back"
Original Air Date: 3/11/2024
On this week's throwback episode we're revisiting a favorite here at SlashU. It's a unique documentary-style slasher movie from 2006 called "Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon." We loved it because it was a fresh take on the slasher genre. A documentary crew follows around an aspiring slasher by the name of Leslie Vernon while he tries to make a name for himself. But there's a twist. There's always a twist. This one is great and we're looking forward to a rumored sequel. Listen, tell your friends, and rate the show!
