- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice. Welcome to the Naughty but Night Show. I'm your host,
- 0:17Speaker 1: Rob Shooter. Hey, it's Thursday, which means our dear Fred
- 0:22Speaker 1: Mark Lupo is joining us. LUPI are you there on
- 0:26Speaker 1: my favorite day of the week. I'm here rab Hello.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Is it your favorite day of the week, mom, because
- 0:31Speaker 1: we get to hear your voice, you get to talk
- 0:34Speaker 1: talk talk talk talk. Or is it your favorite day
- 0:36Speaker 1: of the week because you get to see all the
- 0:38Speaker 1: naughties and my good soul. I would say it's a
- 0:41Speaker 1: mix of both. But I love I love when you
- 0:43Speaker 1: talk talk talk right to me directly. This is really
- 0:47Speaker 1: what we do. I think the success of this show
- 0:49Speaker 1: is we forget that anybody else is really listening, is
- 0:53Speaker 1: joining us. This is what we do when we can
- 0:56Speaker 1: drink it. We pull up a chair, we sit down,
- 0:58Speaker 1: we say what is it? Screen tea time, and then
- 1:01Speaker 1: we begin. So let's start it up officially here on
- 1:05Speaker 1: the show. What time is it? My friends? It is?
- 1:08Speaker 1: Thank you very much. So Megan Marco could be deposed
- 1:12Speaker 1: in Prince Andrew's sex abuse case. This so Attorn is
- 1:17Speaker 1: the represent Miss Duffrey, who is accusing Prince Andrew of
- 1:23Speaker 1: sexual abuse in a civil case are saying they potentially
- 1:28Speaker 1: could call Megan Marco as a witness and deposed. Wild
- 1:34Speaker 1: let me tell you what they are saying. Quote, she
- 1:36Speaker 1: is one of a number of people who we are
- 1:39Speaker 1: considering deposing. We only have between ten and twelve depositions,
- 1:44Speaker 1: so we're going to take it very carefully, obviously, but
- 1:48Speaker 1: she is somebody that could be a witness. They said
- 1:53Speaker 1: that at least a couple of depositions will be people
- 1:56Speaker 1: that know Andrew personally. So I don't think they're saying
- 2:00Speaker 1: Megan knows anything about the case. She clearly wasn't there,
- 2:03Speaker 1: she wasn't around, But she does know Andrew remember to
- 2:06Speaker 1: her favorite royals. In fact, the only one she's still
- 2:09Speaker 1: close with are Andrew's children. And she told us all
- 2:12Speaker 1: this in the Oprah interview. Wouldn't it be wild if
- 2:15Speaker 1: that Oprah interview comes back and bites them? And so
- 2:18Speaker 1: she did tell us that she's actually quite close to
- 2:21Speaker 1: Andrew and Fergie and their kids. And when she first
- 2:23Speaker 1: met the Queen, she was with Andrew and Fergie. So
- 2:27Speaker 1: Megan marcol apparently is in a position in the family
- 2:30Speaker 1: to know about Andrew. And get this the reason they
- 2:33Speaker 1: are going to depose her is She's in the United States,
- 2:36Speaker 1: so it's going to be easier to depose her than
- 2:38Speaker 1: someone that's in the United Kingdom. So basically, Andrew's hiding
- 2:42Speaker 1: in his mommy's castle. He's never going to leave England.
- 2:44Speaker 1: You're never ever going to see Prince Andrew ever. Again,
- 2:47Speaker 1: they can't get to him. He's locked in a castle.
- 2:49Speaker 1: It's going to be very very hard to get him
- 2:51Speaker 1: ever to sit down for a deposition. Megan is in California,
- 2:56Speaker 1: she's here in America. Plus, they're saying Megan has made
- 3:00Speaker 1: it her life's work to defend vulnerable women. This puts
- 3:05Speaker 1: her into such awkward, horrible position because she defends women.
- 3:12Speaker 1: She's very much part of the Me too movement. This
- 3:15Speaker 1: is who she is. But yet it's her husband's uncle
- 3:21Speaker 1: that we're talking about. Oh yes, you think. Well, this
- 3:24Speaker 1: puts Megan in a very very trickiest positions because this
- 3:27Speaker 1: is not like going on OPRAH, where there's guardrails you
- 3:29Speaker 1: can kind of control the narrative. This is something that
- 3:32Speaker 1: you have to be honest, you have to tell the
- 3:33Speaker 1: truth under oath. So she she can't just hide things.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I think Megan knows where all the bodies are buried
- 3:39Speaker 1: in the royal family. She knows all the secrets because listen,
- 3:42Speaker 1: just like us, they gossip about each other, you know.
- 3:44Speaker 1: She I'm sure she's hurt all the rumors. I'm sure
- 3:46Speaker 1: her and Harry have talked about it. But I do
- 3:49Speaker 1: think it's a very awkward thing, like you're saying, and um,
- 3:51Speaker 1: But but to your point, I think Megan is a
- 3:54Speaker 1: talker and she probably would say more than Harry or
- 3:57Speaker 1: anyone else in the family. Yes, they're also talking about
- 4:00Speaker 1: deposing Andrew's ex wife, Sarah Ferguson Fergie, who he still
- 4:04Speaker 1: lives with. They have a very unusual relationship, but they
- 4:06Speaker 1: said it actually could be quite difficult to get to
- 4:08Speaker 1: her and she's probably not going to be as forthcoming
- 4:12Speaker 1: as Megan is. They also went on to say that
- 4:14Speaker 1: they're not going to drag in the queen. They're not
- 4:16Speaker 1: going to depose the queen. They said, given the queen's
- 4:18Speaker 1: age and position, we are inclined to respect her rights
- 4:22Speaker 1: to not have to have her talk about her son.
- 4:25Speaker 1: So I sort of respect that. But Megan's a really
- 4:28Speaker 1: complicated one here. Think about your own family, you know,
- 4:32Speaker 1: the truth might not want to a minute but you
- 4:35Speaker 1: know about that crazy uncle that wacky aren't no? And
- 4:39Speaker 1: this this is serious because this isn't just about having
- 4:43Speaker 1: a silly uncle. This is a really, really serious accusation.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Megan could be deposed, which brings us to our whole
- 4:52Speaker 1: question of the day, Megan Marco could be deposed in
- 4:54Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's sex abused drama. Should Megan answer questions about
- 4:59Speaker 1: her uncle? Should you yes or no? Go votes on
- 5:04Speaker 1: our Twitter page at Naughty Noice, roll about Facebook pages
- 5:07Speaker 1: Norty Gossip. Be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
- 5:10Speaker 1: your results. Mark Love, what are you working on? Things
- 5:13Speaker 1: are not looking good for Chris No Throb. His marriage
- 5:17Speaker 1: is allegedly hanging by a thread amid multiple sexual allegation claims. Okay,
- 5:23Speaker 1: so let me explain what's going on here. So, in
- 5:25Speaker 1: photos obtained by The Daily Mail, Nose wife Tara Wilson
- 5:28Speaker 1: was spotted out without her wedding band and diamond engagement ring.
- 5:33Speaker 1: That's never a good side. So just two weeks prior,
- 5:36Speaker 1: Wilson would seem proudly wearing the rings while attending the
- 5:39Speaker 1: premiere of HBO's Sex in the City revival alongside her husband,
- 5:43Speaker 1: which I know Rob, you were also in attendance, but
- 5:45Speaker 1: now sources tell page six the pair's marriage is hanging
- 5:48Speaker 1: by a thread. What do you think, Rob, Oh, yeah,
- 5:53Speaker 1: they were really lovely Dorvy at the Sex in the
- 5:55Speaker 1: City premiere. You know, when things are going good, when
- 5:57Speaker 1: things are fabulous, when when spotlights on you and everybody's
- 6:00Speaker 1: praising you, it's quite easy to be that in love.
- 6:03Speaker 1: It's during these times that things get really, really, really
- 6:07Speaker 1: really tricky. Now he's been spotted out. He's in Massachusetts,
- 6:11Speaker 1: she's in l a. So it doesn't look like they're
- 6:13Speaker 1: going to spend Christmas together. But he was out and
- 6:15Speaker 1: about walking. He was smiling, he gave a peace sign
- 6:19Speaker 1: to the cameras. And I supose to some sources late
- 6:23Speaker 1: last night about this, and I was like, what is
- 6:24Speaker 1: he doing? And they said, he's in a no win situation.
- 6:28Speaker 1: If he hides, he looks guilty. If he goes out
- 6:31Speaker 1: and smiles, he looks flippant, like he doesn't care. What
- 6:35Speaker 1: does he do here. He's still claiming that he is innocent. Ultimately,
- 6:39Speaker 1: this is going to be he said. She said, although
- 6:42Speaker 1: there's more than one, let's let's be clear about that.
- 6:44Speaker 1: But there's not going to be a trial here. There's
- 6:47Speaker 1: never been a police report. I'm not defending him here.
- 6:50Speaker 1: I believe the women, But I'm just saying, from his
- 6:52Speaker 1: point of view, what should he do now the rest
- 6:55Speaker 1: of his life? Should he hide away? What happens to him?
- 6:58Speaker 1: It's it's a really complicated, complicated conversation. I think it's
- 7:03Speaker 1: a little bit too soon in my advice to him.
- 7:05Speaker 1: If I was representing him and I believed he was innocent,
- 7:08Speaker 1: I wouldn't be representing him if I thought he was guilty.
- 7:10Speaker 1: But if I believe he was innocent, I'd say, laylow.
- 7:13Speaker 1: You've got a laylow for a while. Disappear, you know what,
- 7:17Speaker 1: four or five days after the accusations, walking around smiling
- 7:20Speaker 1: making peace signs. Not a smart thing to do. Not
- 7:22Speaker 1: a good luck Now, look like you really take this seriously.
- 7:26Speaker 1: But I do understand. You can't hide away for the
- 7:29Speaker 1: rest of your life. What do you think? You know?
- 7:31Speaker 1: This reminds me of like a Matt Lour situation. It's like,
- 7:34Speaker 1: what do you do? What a society do with people
- 7:36Speaker 1: who are in these situations have been canceled, They've been
- 7:38Speaker 1: accused of disgusting things, but they deny it and so
- 7:41Speaker 1: I think Rob, You're right, he should lie low. What's
- 7:44Speaker 1: complicated is that he has he has two young kids.
- 7:46Speaker 1: He's an eight year old, he's an eighteen year old.
- 7:48Speaker 1: You know, I think those are outside of the victims
- 7:51Speaker 1: who are alleging these things. I think they are the
- 7:53Speaker 1: victims too. You know, it's it's it's gonna cause a
- 7:56Speaker 1: lot of complications for his family. Um, but I do
- 7:59Speaker 1: think he needs to take a take a step back,
- 8:01Speaker 1: and then we'll see. He's even center up to the photographers.
- 8:04Speaker 1: He said, I'll let the chips for where they may.
- 8:06Speaker 1: So I think he's understanding that he might not work again,
- 8:09Speaker 1: but you know he has to continue on living. Yeah, yeah,
- 8:13Speaker 1: this this is at first it's so easy, isn't it
- 8:16Speaker 1: just to to say, oh, those people have done I
- 8:18Speaker 1: never want to speak to them ever. Again, what does
- 8:19Speaker 1: the wife do? Like can be married to someone you
- 8:22Speaker 1: have children with them? Like, it's really complicated. I was
- 8:24Speaker 1: putting myself in in his shoes or in his wife's shoes,
- 8:29Speaker 1: And if Bruce was accused of something like this, what
- 8:31Speaker 1: would I do? I wouldn't believe it was true. But
- 8:34Speaker 1: then with all the evidence, it's certainly you have to
- 8:37Speaker 1: question it and then do you forgive. I mean, it's
- 8:40Speaker 1: a very very complicated thing, but we'll certainly keep you
- 8:43Speaker 1: in the loop of what is going on. Hey, moving along,
- 8:46Speaker 1: Hilaria Baldwin is now Hilaria is now slamming reports that
- 8:52Speaker 1: her and her husband Alec were pulled over by the police.
- 8:54Speaker 1: So we talked about it on the show. There were
- 8:55Speaker 1: photographs of them in the Hampton's and they definitely were
- 8:59Speaker 1: talking to a police person. It looked like they were
- 9:02Speaker 1: pulled over. She's insisting that that did not happen, but
- 9:05Speaker 1: they were being chased by photographers, chased by photographers and
- 9:09Speaker 1: that's when they spotted the police and called the police.
- 9:11Speaker 1: So they stopped the police rather than the other way around.
- 9:15Speaker 1: They said that they needed some help. And so that's
- 9:18Speaker 1: what she's talking about here. Does this matter? Should she
- 9:20Speaker 1: just let this go work? You know, it's incredible to
- 9:23Speaker 1: me for someone who's in possible serious legal trouble, we
- 9:27Speaker 1: cannot hear enough from them. They just continue to talk
- 9:30Speaker 1: to us via Instagram, via interviews on the street. Well,
- 9:34Speaker 1: I did find what was funny was hilarious. Accent came
- 9:36Speaker 1: back in the video. If you watched the Instagram it
- 9:39Speaker 1: was quite long, and she was she when she gets
- 9:42Speaker 1: upset at that accent comes back in full forests. That's hilarious,
- 9:47Speaker 1: Hundre said, moving a long. So, oh my goodness, it's
- 9:52Speaker 1: all doom and gloom today on the show, isn't it? So? Now?
- 9:54Speaker 1: James Franco is finally breaking his silence about his sexual
- 9:58Speaker 1: misconduct allegation. He sat down with Jess Cagle on Serious
- 10:02Speaker 1: XM and he talked about the accusations and also talked
- 10:05Speaker 1: about his friendship that ended with Seth Rogan. He said
- 10:08Speaker 1: the following. Over the course of my teaching, I did
- 10:11Speaker 1: sleep with students and that was wrong, but that's not
- 10:14Speaker 1: why I started the school. I wasn't the person who
- 10:17Speaker 1: selected the people to be in the classes, so there
- 10:19Speaker 1: was no big master plan. He's been alleged of coming
- 10:22Speaker 1: up with a big master plan to really abuse these students.
- 10:25Speaker 1: He's saying that he's not the case, but he did
- 10:27Speaker 1: say he slept with him. Once again, he's somebody else
- 10:30Speaker 1: who's pointing out that he thought it was consensual. He
- 10:33Speaker 1: was asked about his friendship, his friendship with Seth Rogan,
- 10:37Speaker 1: and he said that he sort of understands that. He
- 10:40Speaker 1: said quote, I absolutely love set for Ogan. I love
- 10:43Speaker 1: Seth Rogan. I worked with him for twenty years and
- 10:45Speaker 1: we didn't have one fight. He was my absolute closest
- 10:49Speaker 1: friend and collaborator. Of course, it was hurtful in the context,
- 10:53Speaker 1: but I get it. And he went on to say
- 10:55Speaker 1: that he had to answer for his silence and he
- 10:58Speaker 1: doesn't want Seth or his brother to have to do
- 11:00Speaker 1: that anymore. A big interview, Mark, did you listen? What
- 11:03Speaker 1: do you think? You know? It is a big interview
- 11:05Speaker 1: and it took four years. Um, you know, listen. He
- 11:08Speaker 1: is acknowledging some of his his wrongdoings, but I don't
- 11:10Speaker 1: know that he fully accepts responsibility for his actions. I
- 11:13Speaker 1: think he kind of skates over it and kind of
- 11:16Speaker 1: says that it was consensual and blah blah blah. I
- 11:19Speaker 1: don't know. It's the same thing. What do we do
- 11:21Speaker 1: with him? What do we do? We invite him back
- 11:23Speaker 1: to Hollywood? Do we just let him live his life?
- 11:25Speaker 1: I don't know. It's complicated, isn't it. Honestly, I didn't
- 11:28Speaker 1: want to go down this road just before Christmas. But
- 11:30Speaker 1: the story is to table all all like this, Mark,
- 11:33Speaker 1: And it's so difficult because people mess up. But there's
- 11:36Speaker 1: certain things that when you mess up, you have to
- 11:38Speaker 1: have consequences for it. You can't just walk away as
- 11:41Speaker 1: if nothing happened. So it's really something I think we're
- 11:44Speaker 1: all graspling with. And now what happens when we watch
- 11:47Speaker 1: Sex in the City. Can we enjoy it anymore? Or
- 11:50Speaker 1: now are we not meant to watch it? I felt
- 11:52Speaker 1: like this too with Michael Jackson. I loved Michael Jackson,
- 11:55Speaker 1: I really did. He was the first like sort of
- 11:57Speaker 1: mega star I ever went to see in concert. I say,
- 12:00Speaker 1: at Wembley sixty people Mark I was one of the
- 12:03Speaker 1: sixty bands, and I still remember that failing of screaming.
- 12:08Speaker 1: My friend Nadia thought she fainted, she didn't draw. But nevertheless,
- 12:12Speaker 1: it was just such a fabulous day of my childhood.
- 12:14Speaker 1: And now when you're out and Michael Jackson's song comes,
- 12:20Speaker 1: I know, I know, but I think to the I think,
- 12:24Speaker 1: just because it makes us uncomfortable, we can't avoid this.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I've spent a lot of my life avoiding stuff that
- 12:29Speaker 1: makes me uncomfortable, just pretending it didn't happen, and I
- 12:32Speaker 1: don't think that's an option anymore. What do you think? Yeah,
- 12:35Speaker 1: it's funny that you say Michael Jackson. When my brother
- 12:37Speaker 1: was getting married into thousand nineteen, the DJ told my
- 12:40Speaker 1: parents do not play any Michael Jackson songs at this wedding.
- 12:44Speaker 1: He is canceled. Um. I don't know that people feel
- 12:47Speaker 1: the same years later. I think that now, you know,
- 12:50Speaker 1: as more time passes, people kind of shy away from it.
- 12:53Speaker 1: So I think this is still like an involving conversation.
- 12:56Speaker 1: And I don't know that we have an answer yet
- 12:57Speaker 1: how to deal with this, because this is the me
- 13:00Speaker 1: too movement is not very old, right, It's not very old.
- 13:03Speaker 1: It's not very old, and people have done some awful
- 13:06Speaker 1: things they have and it was part of the culture. Unfortunately,
- 13:10Speaker 1: the reason they got away with them is that it
- 13:13Speaker 1: wasn't such an exceptional thing. Being really really bad was
- 13:18Speaker 1: actually more common than we want to admit. And I
- 13:21Speaker 1: think in my early days when I was working in
- 13:23Speaker 1: a PR office and you could scream at people, and
- 13:27Speaker 1: you could slam doors and even throw chairs and and
- 13:31Speaker 1: just be really really aggressive. You've been in the TV
- 13:34Speaker 1: business a long time, Mark, and in the early days
- 13:37Speaker 1: in that business it was very different than it is now.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I mean, the way that you communicate. I feel The
- 13:43Speaker 1: way I communicate now in the office is very corporate.
- 13:45Speaker 1: It's very everything is buttoned up. But maybe ten fifteen
- 13:48Speaker 1: years ago, it was very different. It was it was
- 13:51Speaker 1: very loose, and you can say what you wanted to say.
- 13:53Speaker 1: You can acted however you wanted to act, and that
- 13:55Speaker 1: would not You would be out of a job immediately
- 13:57Speaker 1: if you if you did those things now. Yeah, yeah,
- 14:00Speaker 1: and rightly. So let's let's make that clear here. We're
- 14:02Speaker 1: not we're not trying to go back to the good
- 14:04Speaker 1: old days. Now, lives have really really changed. Hey, quickly
- 14:07Speaker 1: before we get a break. This Bachelorette story made me scream, Mark,
- 14:10Speaker 1: So they did the bachelotte a three hour I mean
- 14:13Speaker 1: that's a little much. Bachelor Abi three hours, three hour
- 14:16Speaker 1: season finale and it's starlet with nobody in the audience
- 14:20Speaker 1: wearing masks. People got really angry about this, and because
- 14:22Speaker 1: it was live, they got that reaction immediately. They came
- 14:26Speaker 1: back from break and suddenly everybody had a mask on. Mark.
- 14:31Speaker 1: I love that you can be this quick to respond.
- 14:33Speaker 1: So ABC saw the response literally in live time. They
- 14:38Speaker 1: saw it happening right now, and they changed it and
- 14:42Speaker 1: put everybody in a mask. I like it. What do
- 14:44Speaker 1: you think you would think they would be wearing masks
- 14:46Speaker 1: from the from the start. I mean, we're in another
- 14:48Speaker 1: wave of this pandemic. I mean, what's going on in
- 14:51Speaker 1: the country, right right, right right. That's an interesting one case.
- 14:54Speaker 1: I think when people watch TV, producers are like, oh,
- 14:57Speaker 1: they want to escape. They don't want to talk about it.
- 14:59Speaker 1: They don't want to they don't want to be reminded
- 15:01Speaker 1: of it. Oh, I don't If it was a tap show,
- 15:03Speaker 1: yes I get it, like I don't want to see
- 15:05Speaker 1: masks on sex in the city, but a live show,
- 15:07Speaker 1: and I think they probably did the right thing. Hey,
- 15:09Speaker 1: we're gonna take a quick break here and we're gonna
- 15:11Speaker 1: be here right back. Welcome back to the I'm Rob
- 15:18Speaker 1: Shooter with that dear friend, Mark Lupo, Hey, LUPI, let's
- 15:20Speaker 1: get to the polls that pretty much everybody very nice.
- 15:24Speaker 1: So Kelly Clarkson's ex will not be evicted from her
- 15:28Speaker 1: Montana ranch. Mark ordered, that's her ranch. It's ten million dollars,
- 15:33Speaker 1: it's hers. They thought over who was keeping the ranch
- 15:36Speaker 1: in the divorce. She wouldn't. It's her ranch. So now
- 15:39Speaker 1: she's like, it's my ranch, please leave, and he said no,
- 15:42Speaker 1: and then she went to court to get him evicted
- 15:45Speaker 1: basically had he won the victim. It's so strange. I
- 15:49Speaker 1: don't know why he's not getting kicked out. So our
- 15:51Speaker 1: question where should he get kicked out? Percent said yes,
- 15:55Speaker 1: I'm with the majority. It's how is it's her ranch,
- 15:58Speaker 1: it's her house, and rob do you know she pays
- 16:00Speaker 1: him close to two hundred fifty thousand dollars a month
- 16:03Speaker 1: for alimony and child support. It's like, dude, get your
- 16:06Speaker 1: own house. You could get like an amazing place for
- 16:09Speaker 1: that Rentma what you could rent for two hundred dollars
- 16:12Speaker 1: a month. I hope Kelly's charging him rent. I hope
- 16:15Speaker 1: she is a charging two hundred and one tho dollars
- 16:17Speaker 1: a month. It's so embarrassing, like get do get out,
- 16:21Speaker 1: get out now. It's embarrassing, isn't it. We're with the
- 16:24Speaker 1: majority normally we are, but particularly today, he don't get
- 16:27Speaker 1: to those on today's pole, Twitter paget row but on
- 16:30Speaker 1: Facebook pages. I'll be sure to check back tomorrow to
- 16:34Speaker 1: hear your results. And now I'm marks got noisies. Oh
- 16:39Speaker 1: our nicest of the day. It's Kim Kardeshian and Pete Davidson.
- 16:44Speaker 1: They're making an effort rob he gets to know each other.
- 16:47Speaker 1: So for the first time in nine years, Kim has
- 16:50Speaker 1: a new man by her side for the holiday season.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Kim and Pete were spotted returning to Los Angeles together
- 16:55Speaker 1: after a really cozy weekend in New York, and all
- 16:58Speaker 1: signs or seemed to indicate the new couple Well. Ten
- 17:01Speaker 1: Chris Jenner's annual Christmas Eve bash, and it's gonna be
- 17:05Speaker 1: a party, and Kanye West might even be there. So
- 17:09Speaker 1: that's terrible, Like can you imagine. Yeah, it's gonna be
- 17:11Speaker 1: really good. But the source says Kim is really happy
- 17:13Speaker 1: and they're both putting in a solid effort to get
- 17:16Speaker 1: to know each other. Oh see, I think that's really lovely.
- 17:19Speaker 1: You have to put in the effort, whether it's with
- 17:22Speaker 1: love in a romantic sense or love in a friendship way,
- 17:27Speaker 1: you have to put in the effort. We meet people
- 17:29Speaker 1: that become our best friends too quickly, like we do
- 17:32Speaker 1: because of what we do for a living. Everybody in
- 17:34Speaker 1: show business, I love you, I love you, You're my
- 17:36Speaker 1: best friend. I'm like, no, you don't love me. You
- 17:38Speaker 1: just like the fact I've helped you, I got you
- 17:40Speaker 1: on TV I wrote about you and so I'm amazing.
- 17:44Speaker 1: But then the minute I don't do that, you won't
- 17:46Speaker 1: love me anymore. I do like this about making an effort.
- 17:49Speaker 1: You have to make an effort. I make an effort
- 17:52Speaker 1: with my friends too. Obviously I make an effort with Bruce,
- 17:54Speaker 1: but with my friends, I really try to reach out
- 17:57Speaker 1: to them. Like some friends that I haven't spoken to
- 17:59Speaker 1: in months, I say in a little text like, oh,
- 18:01Speaker 1: how are you all? Just thinking about you? And it
- 18:03Speaker 1: only takes thirty seconds. And I think that's the reason
- 18:06Speaker 1: I have friends, so many friends for such a long
- 18:08Speaker 1: period of time is that I do. I do make
- 18:12Speaker 1: an effort, and I've got to be honest. Sometimes it's
- 18:15Speaker 1: an effort, like sometimes I really want to do it,
- 18:18Speaker 1: but I do make an effort. What about you, Mark? Yeah,
- 18:20Speaker 1: relationships take work. You can't take them for granted. You
- 18:23Speaker 1: have to put the time in the affortian or else
- 18:25Speaker 1: they will fall apart. Right, And the ones that ultimately
- 18:28Speaker 1: are too much of an effort I drift away from, Like,
- 18:31Speaker 1: you can't be all effort. There's got to be some
- 18:34Speaker 1: joy too. So I really like that Kim and Peter
- 18:38Speaker 1: not just jumping into this in a sexual way. Obviously
- 18:42Speaker 1: they're attracted to each other. But now that they've done
- 18:45Speaker 1: the deed has and we're leaving her apartment. Now they've
- 18:49Speaker 1: done the deed. Now they're really getting to know each other.
- 18:51Speaker 1: And the only way you can do that is by
- 18:53Speaker 1: spending time with each other. He's in l A right now.
- 18:56Speaker 1: A source of mind spotted them having breakfast yesterday, so
- 18:59Speaker 1: they left a New York and now in l A.
- 19:02Speaker 1: I like this one and nicest of the day, and
- 19:04Speaker 1: now I'm no yest the day. Britney Spiers. His daddy Jamie,
- 19:09Speaker 1: is now saying that he wanted to end the conservatorship.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Mark Wow. People that is it called revise history, saying
- 19:19Speaker 1: it's just not the truth. So his lawyers are now
- 19:23Speaker 1: have a very different take on this, and they said
- 19:25Speaker 1: he actually wanted to end the conservatorship and the reason
- 19:28Speaker 1: he wanted to end it is because he was worried
- 19:31Speaker 1: that people were depleting. Brittney is a stature of money,
- 19:35Speaker 1: you were, Jamie, and so he said that basically this
- 19:39Speaker 1: was his idea. Britney's lawyer is fighting back saying, oh no, no, no,
- 19:43Speaker 1: Britney spears his dad reaped millions of dollars from his daughter,
- 19:47Speaker 1: and he said, this is not what a father who
- 19:51Speaker 1: loves his daughter does. Not good. Do you have friends
- 19:57Speaker 1: that you know, people that remember things in a very
- 20:01Speaker 1: different way that the reality. I mean, what's funny about
- 20:04Speaker 1: this rather is that he might want to revise reality.
- 20:07Speaker 1: But we've been watching this play out for years, so
- 20:10Speaker 1: there's no revising my mind about this. Yes, Like, if
- 20:13Speaker 1: you have a disagreement at body you knows, there's probably
- 20:15Speaker 1: only maybe there's probably more there because we go as
- 20:17Speaker 1: a group, but there's very few people there that could
- 20:19Speaker 1: actually say, well, that happened or that didn't happen. The
- 20:22Speaker 1: whole world watch this job, we know what you did
- 20:27Speaker 1: and naughtiest of the day. Okay, let's end with a
- 20:29Speaker 1: moment of rob. You're gonna na you get a rob.
- 20:32Speaker 1: You've been beating yourself up for far too long, hoping
- 20:35Speaker 1: to hurt others. Admit it, you have, but in reality,
- 20:39Speaker 1: you've only been hurting yourself. It's time to forgive and
- 20:42Speaker 1: even being grateful of everything that has happened to you.
- 20:46Speaker 1: So if you have revenge in your heart, if you
- 20:50Speaker 1: hold a gridge, if you think nasty thoughts about somebody.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Next time I see them, I'm gonna say this. Next
- 20:57Speaker 1: time I bump into them, I know I'm going to
- 21:00Speaker 1: have this zinger. No, let it go. It's like drinking
- 21:04Speaker 1: poison and hoping the other person dies. You're drinking the poison,
- 21:08Speaker 1: not them. They're not thinking about you. Stop thinking about
- 21:12Speaker 1: them and get this. This is bold, but I'm gonna
- 21:15Speaker 1: say it. Forgive them. Forgiveness is not about the other person,
- 21:19Speaker 1: It's about you. So them, Oh, Mark, you can hold
- 21:23Speaker 1: a grudge. I mean, I feel like I'm I'm Opera
- 21:26Speaker 1: is talking to me. I feel so inspired. No, but
- 21:28Speaker 1: it's true, like forgive them. It's the holiday season. Let's
- 21:31Speaker 1: let's I'll be merry and break yes. And you know what,
- 21:34Speaker 1: You're not really forgiving them, You're forgiving you really hard.
- 21:37Speaker 1: You free yourself. I used to hold a grudge and
- 21:42Speaker 1: I used to have really mean thoughts. Wait till I
- 21:44Speaker 1: bump into him, I'm gonna say this zinger. Thinking of
- 21:48Speaker 1: things that in your mind, going over all the mean
- 21:50Speaker 1: things you can say, or if somebody comes at you
- 21:53Speaker 1: on Instagram or social media, like oh, I'm gonna fire
- 21:57Speaker 1: this back and show them. No, you're spending a too
- 22:00Speaker 1: much time thinking about them. They are not thinking about you.
- 22:04Speaker 1: It's time to forgive. Hey, that's it for today. Listen.
- 22:09Speaker 1: While we were taping today's show, we had a few
- 22:12Speaker 1: technical issues, so hopefully it all sounds great. If you
- 22:15Speaker 1: didn't hear anything, we are with certain if you. If
- 22:18Speaker 1: you did hear a few little changes in the sounds,
- 22:21Speaker 1: were sorry about it, but we kept to go and
- 22:23Speaker 1: we're getting good at this, Mark Mark. A couple of
- 22:25Speaker 1: years ago, had this happened, the whole podcast would have
- 22:27Speaker 1: fell apart, falling apart. Now we're getting good at even
- 22:31Speaker 1: fixing it on the fly. That's it for today. Thank
- 22:34Speaker 1: you so much. With Rob and Mark show. I love
- 22:38Speaker 1: the sound of that. A production of I Heart Radio.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Don't forget to subscribe on the I Heart Radio app,
- 22:42Speaker 1: a podcast, or wherever you listen. Leave us a review
- 22:45Speaker 1: if you can. They really help and all together now
- 22:47Speaker 1: let me hear you see you out loud. If you're
- 22:49Speaker 1: going to be naughty, you've got to be take care
- 22:54Speaker 1: of everybody. It's starting, but spit raw
