Rethinking Cell Phones in Schools
The ACSA Legislative Lunch Break is back as Naj and Edgar examine what we're learning about limiting student cell phone use in schools. Researcher and University of Pennsylvania professor Angela Duckworth joins the show to share findings from a national study on cell phones in schools, including how different approaches are playing out in districts across the country. We also hear from Poway Unified Superintendent Ben Churchill about implementing cell phone policies at the district level and what school leaders should consider as they develop their own approach.
