- 0:00The LBMA is telling us something very big about silver.
- 0:05China has new big news about silver.
- 0:10We've also got some crazy information when it comes to
- 0:13gold guys. Everywhere we look, it seems
- 0:16like we are heading towards much higher prices for silver and
- 0:20gold. But when the LBMA, the London
- 0:23Bullion Market Association, right, the original manipulators
- 0:28of the silver price and the gold price say something very good,
- 0:32very optimistic, very bullish about the silver price, we want
- 0:37to pay attention. First I want to say you.
- 0:40Yes, you pay. Attention right now, we really
- 0:44appreciate you being here. It's a big deal when you join us
- 0:47in the basement. We love our little club, our big
- 0:49club here, right? Basement dwellers.
- 0:53Thank you. Please subscribe to the channel,
- 0:55give the video a thumbs up and super chat, super thanks.
- 0:58PayPal, donations, any of that stuff never expected, always
- 1:02appreciated. Let's go.
- 1:03Out to the LBMA. Oh, wait a minute.
- 1:06There's something even more shocking about this story.
- 1:09This comes from Yahoo Finance. And Bloomberg, yes, that
- 1:16Bloomberg, like the leading financial news company in the
- 1:19world, they start out talking about gold.
- 1:22But there's something hidden in here.
- 1:24And this is causing earthquakes throughout the silver industry.
- 1:28I first learned about this on Wall Street silver last night.
- 1:32But now everybody's reporting this, and it's breaking news and
- 1:36it's good news. Bloomberg says the gold industry
- 1:39sees bullion surging. 10% in a year to a record high, don't
- 1:44forget. This is really about silver, but
- 1:47we got to cover we got to cover gold first.
- 1:50From Bloomberg Gold is expected to climb to record highs over
- 1:55the next year, according to a survey of the bullion industry
- 2:00at a major annual gathering. I wonder if that leading bullion
- 2:06industry. It was is the.
- 2:08Oh, there it is, right there, delegates.
- 2:11At the London Bullion Market Association event, also known as
- 2:15the LBMA, in Miami, expect the precious metal to rise to 2900
- 2:20an ounce by late October next year, about 10% above its
- 2:24current levels. The numbers based on average
- 2:27forecast from traders, refiners and miners who were surveyed
- 2:31over two days at the LBMA conference.
- 2:34Guys, this is the LBMAI know most people in the silver
- 2:39sector, gold sector have a, let's just say a certain level
- 2:44of distaste for the LBMA. We know they've manipulated the
- 2:48price of metals for decades and decades.
- 2:52So when they say something very optimistic about #1 gold, that's
- 2:57a big deal. But when they say something very
- 3:00optimistic about silver, which we're going to get to here in a
- 3:04second, that's even a bigger deal.
- 3:06The green section there talks about how gold is one of the
- 3:09strongest performing commodities, yadda yadda.
- 3:12We know that bolster by the Federal Reserve shifter cut
- 3:15rate, rate cuts, non yielding gold tends to perform better in
- 3:18a low rate environment, blah blah blah.
- 3:20Investors are increasingly turning attention to the US
- 3:24presidential election. Just a few weeks.
- 3:26In an interview, Donald Trump defended plans for dramatic
- 3:30increase in tariffs, filed more direct consultation with the Fed
- 3:34and dismissed concerns over the federal deficit.
- 3:38Nobody cares about the national debt.
- 3:40We'll go down that path later. Here's where it gets
- 3:43interesting. Buried at the bottom of the
- 3:45story. OK, Silver.
- 3:48Will gain more than 40% in the coming year to reach $45.00 an
- 3:56ounce, according to the survey. Let me ask you, my fellow
- 4:03basement dwellers, did we read that correctly?
- 4:06That's the LBMA. They're having their big major
- 4:09conference. They're talking to all the
- 4:10traders. They're talking to all the
- 4:12members. They're asking them where do you
- 4:15see gold? We hear whatever they said 2900
- 4:18when asked about silver. And of course, they buried it at
- 4:21the bottom of the article, right?
- 4:23The, the, the LBMA convention, the consensus is that we will
- 4:28see $45.00 silver in 2025. And not only is that a big deal
- 4:36because it's coming from the LBMA, right, but it's being
- 4:39reported by Bloomberg and being covered on Yahoo Finance.
- 4:46So that's something that that that a lot of people are getting
- 4:49very excited about. I think it spells right it, it
- 4:52tells us that's the LBMA saying this, the London Bullion Market
- 4:56Association. I've said that nine Times Now.
- 4:59It's a big deal. And we'll keep an eye on where
- 5:03that goes. Now what about China, right?
- 5:05Let's this new news first. First, the story I believe was
- 5:09first broke by the Oriental Ghost on on Twitter, but I've
- 5:16got an article here from the Silver Academy saying now that
- 5:20China will pay above spot for silver and is buying silver
- 5:26concentrate concentrate directly from Mexico, Peru and Bolivia.
- 5:31Says by paying about the spot price for silver concentrate
- 5:34from Peru, Mexico and Bolivia, they're also achieving another
- 5:39significant objective. US weapons and aerospace
- 5:42manufacturers have to stand in line.
- 5:45This is a big deal that China right probably the one of the
- 5:49biggest importers right. One of the biggest demand
- 5:52sources for silver is bypassing the COMEX in the LBMA.
- 5:59This was in the tweet that I saw yesterday from the Oriental
- 6:03ghost in the part that we want to look at me make sure I've got
- 6:07you guys up there, which I do here we go is down here.
- 6:12This gives all the data how you know China is importing more
- 6:16silver than they're exporting consuming a lot of silver.
- 6:21OK. But here, right here where my
- 6:22little hourglasses in the second paragraph, second sentence.
- 6:26According to trading partners, Peru, Mexico and Bolivia are
- 6:32still the main importers of silver concentrate in China.
- 6:38The combined import volume in the first 3 of of the first
- 6:41three countries accounts for 77% of the total or an increase of
- 6:473% over the same period from last year.
- 6:51So what we have here is China, OK, importing silver directly,
- 7:01silver concentrate, not not refined silver.
- 7:04They're refining it themselves. That's what the big deal is.
- 7:08They are bypassing the COMEX and the LBMA, and they're going
- 7:13straight to the source, buying the concentrate from Peru,
- 7:17Bolivia and Mexico. It says this.
- 7:21This development has significant implications for the silver
- 7:25market, particularly as it suggests a shift away from
- 7:29traditional trading platforms such as the Comex.
- 7:35By sourcing concentrate directly, China is effectively
- 7:38bypassing commodity exchanges, which would diminish their
- 7:43influence on price discovery. We've already seen massive
- 7:53divergences or disconnect between paper prices and the
- 7:57physical silver market. Now we have more complications
- 8:01on how silver prices are determined.
- 8:06The robust demand driving the imports is strategically fueled
- 8:10by China's thriving solar panel and electric vehicle industries.
- 8:13This is not just a trend, but a deliberate part.
- 8:17Of China's economic strategy, by paying above spot for silver
- 8:21concentrate from Peru, Mexico and Bolivia, they're also
- 8:25achieving another significant objective.
- 8:27US weapons and aerospace manufacturers now have to stand
- 8:32in line behind China overall, while these direct imports may
- 8:36not have immediate effect on the spot price right, it's not going
- 8:39to change it overnight. They highlight the evolving
- 8:42dynamics in the global silver market and under score China's
- 8:46growing role as a key consumer and influencer in the precious
- 8:51metal space. China's domestic silver
- 8:54production is in decline. Well, so is Mexico's, right?
- 8:57And with this industrial demand, especially for solar panels, the
- 9:01country is aggressively securing overseas silver supplies.
- 9:06This strategic stockpiling, coupled with China's massive
- 9:09consumption needs, post serious implications.
- 9:12For the global silver market. OK, there's some sources.
- 9:18I think some of this may have came from the J Post as well.
- 9:21So what is that telling us? What is the LBMA telling us?
- 9:25The London Bullion Market Association is telling us $45.00
- 9:30silver next year. What do they know?
- 9:34Do they know? They know what's going on?
- 9:36They know that China, for instance.
- 9:39And what about India? We're not even talking about.
- 9:42India, who's imported what, like 250 million oz, 240 million
- 9:47ounces of silver so far this year.
- 9:52Why is that important? Well, I'll give you one big
- 9:55example. Why just India alone is
- 9:58important, Because the whole world, the whole mining sector
- 10:01in the entire world only produces 800 million oz.
- 10:05You have India sucking in. 200 and 3200 and 50 million of that
- 10:11800 and we have China now who's saying have fun LBMA, have fun
- 10:17Comex. We're going to get our silver
- 10:20directly from the world's biggest silver producers,
- 10:24Mexico, Bolivia, Peru and then. Right.
- 10:29Another reason why this is so critical is we've got the the
- 10:33the the, the world and in particular the United States
- 10:38military industrial complex that is sucking in silver.
- 10:42Who knows how much do you know that in World War 2, they
- 10:46estimated that the that the US industry would need 200 million
- 10:50oz. This was in 1940 when silver was
- 10:53not used as. Predominantly in weapons as it
- 10:56is today. So who knows how much of how
- 10:59much silver is being demanded by the by the US.
- 11:02It's absolutely crazy, but let's go check.
- 11:06Let's go ahead and check our friend.
- 11:07Let's. Just see what the what the
- 11:09silver price looks like in China right now and then we'll take a
- 11:13look and see what it looks like here in the United States.
- 11:16So here we are at our friend the Oriental Ghost with his daily
- 11:20update October 17th, 2024. There is silver AG, that's the
- 11:28periodic table abbreviation for silver in the SG E and we all
- 11:35know what that stands for. Basement dwellers, the Shanghai
- 11:39Gold Exchange and we emphasize the.
- 11:41High because the price in Shanghai always seems to be
- 11:45higher. In China, the silver price is
- 11:47always higher. And that's important because the
- 11:51Shanghai Gold Exchange market is a physical market.
- 11:54It's not a paper market like the COMEX in the LBMA, right?
- 12:00It's not Unicorn fart dust. They if you want to trade silver
- 12:03on the Shanghai Gold Exchange, you pretty much got to have the
- 12:06silver before you can sell it. Whereas in the United States and
- 12:10in London, oh, it's like fantasyland, you can sell silver
- 12:15that you don't even own. I mean, it's crazy.
- 12:18It's called naked shorting. We've seen reports lately, right
- 12:23now, why is this important? It's very important because all
- 12:27of the of that silver that they sell, right?
- 12:30And we've had reports lately that there's like 600 million
- 12:33plus oz short position and the paper markets, all that silver
- 12:40needs to be bought back at some point.
- 12:42And when they naked short it, they don't even borrow it for
- 12:46they just sell it. They just say I'm selling
- 12:48silver. I can sell as much silver as I
- 12:50want. I can sell silver into Infinity
- 12:53until guys until me look you in the eye for this one until
- 12:59right. The physical market for gold.
- 13:04The physical market for silver when it overcomes the paper
- 13:11market, the electronic market, the Unicorn Bart dust market,
- 13:14the the make believe fantasyland comex market where you can sell
- 13:20400 ounces of silver right where you can leverage things up 100
- 13:25to one 400 to one whatever you want to do make believe at some
- 13:28point, right the market always wins.
- 13:33Market fundamentals always eventually went out right and
- 13:38and and force true price discovery, real price discovery
- 13:43to happen. Let's go.
- 13:44Back to the Let's go back to the Oriental ghost.
- 13:47I digress. OK, so on the Shanghai Gold
- 13:51Exchange, silver closed at $34.10 per oz.
- 13:57Let's. Go.
- 13:58So this morning we're going to talk about it's these retail
- 14:02sales numbers are insane. OK, we'll talk about that in a
- 14:05minute, but let's go out to our friends at Pin Backs and check
- 14:10on the silver price. OK, OK, well this is not
- 14:14updated. Who knows?
- 14:16Silver took. It on the.
- 14:17Chin this morning, not the Chinese Chin, the chin, Chin,
- 14:22because because supposedly we had some good retail sales
- 14:26numbers. We're going to talk about that.
- 14:28It's just absolutely infuriates me.
- 14:31But let's press the pin backs button here and OK, silver's up
- 14:34$0.08, gold up $13. Oh my gosh, unbelievable.
- 14:40Hey, I want to say thank you to channel sponsor Pinbecks.
- 14:45Here we are on their website. As you can see, you can click on
- 14:48this little button that says silver.
- 14:50You can go look at all the different silver and gold coins
- 14:54that are available. They sponsored Ron's basement
- 14:57for over a year, please. Right.
- 14:59This is made possible because of the generous support of our
- 15:03sponsors. But even more important than
- 15:04that, you know, you have an opportunity with Pinbecks to get
- 15:09gold, silver, platinum, group metals at prices that are ultra
- 15:14competitive. OK #1 #2 they got a great
- 15:17selection. But #3 what's most important is
- 15:21that it's a company that I believe I trust and I believe
- 15:26you can trust. Now you need, I never will tell
- 15:28you what to do, but you need to discover that for yourself.
- 15:32But it's nice for me. I, I like to think of it as like
- 15:35a one stop shop, like if I want to buy silver and this has been
- 15:39over the last one year plus, I know I can go there.
- 15:44Sure, I will check prices, right, right.
- 15:46Everybody does, right. But I can always feel secure
- 15:49with pin backs that I'm getting like a very ultra competitive
- 15:53price, usually significantly lower than some of these other
- 15:56big online bullion dealers. And it's like a one stop shop.
- 15:59I know I can trust them. I placed the order and the box
- 16:03shows up and it's wrapped like Fort Knox and it's always a
- 16:07little heavier than if I'd bought from one of the other big
- 16:10online bullion dealers. It's a little heavier because
- 16:13there's a little extra silver in there because I use the money I
- 16:17saved to buy an extra oz or. Two of silver, so.
- 16:19Please support our friends at Penbacks and if you ever, if you
- 16:24ever decide that you want to convert an IRA into precious
- 16:28metals, you're going to get. The speech, it's going to take
- 16:3020 seconds. Please take your time, look at
- 16:35all your different options, talk to a number of different people
- 16:39for your own benefit, consider talking to the guys at Pinbacks.
- 16:42All right? And then at the end of the day,
- 16:44make your decision, but make sure you factor in how many
- 16:47actual ounces of silver or gold you're going to get with that
- 16:51amount of money that you may be making the decision to convert
- 16:56from into precious metals with an IRA.
- 17:00All right, guys, let's go. This is so much Hold on.
- 17:07Let's have a quick drink of water.
- 17:16Turn the mic back on. Thank you for being here.
- 17:19Thanks for being part of this. Don't forget, right?
- 17:22You're welcome here. You're part of the group.
- 17:24Thank you. I read all the comments.
- 17:26Please, you know, realize. That what you say is important
- 17:31and we really have a great opportunity together to learn
- 17:35from each other on this journey, this precious metals journey
- 17:38that we're on now. Let's go.
- 17:41Let's talk about how crazy things are in the gold and
- 17:45silver. We just saw gold's up $13,
- 17:48silver's up a little bit right now, guys.
- 17:52It's unbelievable how different, how things have changed.
- 17:57Within the precious metals market OK, let me go up here
- 18:04this this is a a series of tweets from the Kobe C letter
- 18:08gold is back in record territory.
- 18:10This was from yesterday. the US dollar, OK, even as everything
- 18:18is changing, all the old relationships and this, this guy
- 18:22points out a number of these major changes that we're seeing
- 18:26right now. The first one, and we talked
- 18:28about this yesterday, the US dollar has strengthened 3% since
- 18:33September 30th and gold prices are still positive this month.
- 18:39OK, here. Next.
- 18:44He says here it's rare to see a time where the US dollar and
- 18:47gold trade together. A stronger U.S. dollar makes
- 18:50gold go down weaker as it becomes more expensive.
- 18:53Over the last three few weeks, both gold and the DXY, which is
- 18:59the dollar, are up over 2%. If you told a Wall Street trader
- 19:07that the dollar was going to be up 2% over a two or three-week
- 19:11period or up 3%, they would have bet the farm that gold would be
- 19:15down. But that's not the case.
- 19:17This is a new paradigm, a new environment for the precious
- 19:22metals. OK, one next one.
- 19:24One of the biggest arguments for higher gold was the recent Fed
- 19:28pivot. OK.
- 19:30Remember the the Fed was going to cut by 50 basis points, 50
- 19:33basis points over the last three weeks.
- 19:35A50 basis point rate cut in November has been completely
- 19:40priced out. This is the.
- 19:41CME Fed watch tool that we go look at odds of no rate cut OK
- 19:46are now nearing almost 10% even with a pullback in rate cut
- 19:52expects expectations gold is soaring so the dollar soaring
- 19:57gold is soaring right that should not be happening that
- 20:01traditionally should not be the case rate cut expectations are
- 20:06coming down that should make gold go down but that's not the
- 20:11case gold is going up OK here we have.
- 20:14And you know what? Let's go.
- 20:15Out there and take a quick look and see where cuz see how it got
- 20:18affected this morning. We'll go to the CME.
- 20:21Let's see what the Fed with the big money it's betting right now
- 20:26the Fed will do so the next FOMC meeting.
- 20:29The next next time we'll hear from Jerome Powell will be in
- 20:31exactly 3 weeks from today, OK? Let's go down though and see
- 20:38where the rate cut odds are right now.
- 20:40OK. So we're still about the same
- 20:42range. There's a 90% chance that we're
- 20:46going to get a quarter point cut in a 10% chance, 9% chance.
- 20:51A 90% chance of 1/4 point cut, a nine percent chance that there
- 20:56will be no cut because there's the current rate.
- 20:58There's the current rate that is a massive again, right The the
- 21:05price of gold should be and silver should be killing.
- 21:09Meanwhile, recession, recession worried worries have calmed as
- 21:13the unemployment rate fell, right?
- 21:15We're getting the strong economic data.
- 21:18So I'll wait till we talk about the retail sales number this
- 21:21morning. It's madding.
- 21:22OK, we got the retail sales number strong, right?
- 21:26So, so if it was a strong economy, that should mean the
- 21:30Fed would be less likely to to lower lower rates, and that
- 21:35would mean that the price of gold should be going down.
- 21:38Meanwhile, he says gold prices continue to push higher even as
- 21:43a primary catalyst has turned bearish.
- 21:48And he says the answer has been a technical analysis.
- 21:51So we got three major components that are telling us the silver
- 21:56price should be lower. Right, we should be at 2620 if
- 22:00if if the old rules the old. Rules of the Game.
- 22:06Right, We're still in place, right?
- 22:08Between good employment data, good retail sales like we got
- 22:12this morning, the fact that the, the, the the the market is now
- 22:16expecting the Fed won't. Be as aggressively cutting
- 22:19rates. The dollar going up, all these
- 22:23things should be torpedoing the precious metals prices, silver
- 22:27and gold, but they're not. We are in a new guys, we happy.
- 22:33I hope you feel the warmth that's coming from me.
- 22:36We are in a new paradigm, a new land for silver and gold.
- 22:40We talked about it all the way back in December, almost a year.
- 22:43Ago now. That's when it really started to
- 22:46shift. But now guess what?
- 22:52Do you guys hear that? The sheep, the sheeple, the
- 22:56other 99%, the 99 Percent, 99 out of 100 people that don't
- 23:03know what you know, little by little by little, they're
- 23:07starting to wake up. And it's just two out of 100 of
- 23:11those sheeple wake up and decide, Oh, yeah, maybe I should
- 23:14buy some silver gold. Because you know what?
- 23:17Think about this. You know why this is so
- 23:19important. Let me explain to you why the
- 23:22when the sheeple. I'll do it one more time for
- 23:24you. Sure.
- 23:27When they start to wake up and they're like, I got sheared,
- 23:30baby. Jerome Powell sheared me when
- 23:35the when the people wake up and realize that their dollar is
- 23:40going down on in value, OK, there's a reason why there's
- 23:44reasons why they're going to come running.
- 23:47Running to get in the lifeboat, Swimming furiously.
- 23:51To get into the lifeboat that you and I in the current world.
- 23:55Welcome to the. Club.
- 23:56Basement dwellers. The current world of, of, of
- 23:59gold and silver. Investors are already in the
- 24:02lifeboat. They're going to be swimming
- 24:04furiously, OK? And we're going to be paddling
- 24:07away like we're not, you know, we're not.
- 24:09But the reasons why? They're going to come, right.
- 24:12They're not going to want to put their money in the stock market.
- 24:15The stock market's going to crash.
- 24:16I'm going to show you that here in a little bit.
- 24:18They're not going to want to put their money into real estate
- 24:20because the real estate market. I don't think my, I can't
- 24:25believe, right? I've lived in this house, I
- 24:27don't know, 20 years. It's like triple now of what I
- 24:31bought it for. It's overpriced.
- 24:33The real estate, they're not going to put their money.
- 24:36They're not Remember, this is so exciting, right?
- 24:39There's 6.5 trillion trillion dollars, $6.5 trillion in money
- 24:47market accounts and safe. That's safe money, my friends.
- 24:52Those are all your neighbors, right?
- 24:54They didn't want to put that money in the stock market.
- 24:56They didn't want to put it in the real estate market.
- 24:58They wanted it to be safe. That's their rat hole money.
- 25:01That's what my dad used to always when I was a kid, I got
- 25:03the best dad in the world, born in 1940s, still kicking, all
- 25:07right? And he would always say you got
- 25:08to have some rat hole money, right?
- 25:10Set aside. And that's what those people,
- 25:12that's $6.5 trillion of rat hole money.
- 25:17So when they start to wake up and realize that Jerome is
- 25:22sharing them and they're like, what am I going to do with my
- 25:26money in the money market accounts only making 3%, What am
- 25:31I going to do? I don't know what to do with
- 25:34that money. Oh, well, not they're not going
- 25:36to put it in the stock market. No, it's going to be crushing
- 25:38real estate. No bonds.
- 25:40No, I mean, what are they going to buy?
- 25:44Yeah, You know, they're all going to wake up at once, and
- 25:47they're going to come running for silver and go.
- 25:49That's what I think will happen. And doesn't it make sense?
- 25:53It makes sense to me, right? Made sense to us long before it
- 25:57made sense to them. And sometimes it can be a little
- 26:00painful being early. But, guys, do you feel it?
- 26:03Like this is new. Let's go back out to pin backs.
- 26:06I hope it didn't go down. All right, take a deep breath.
- 26:09All right, there's the the pin backs magic button.
- 26:13Let's press it. OK, silver's down a penny.
- 26:16That's all right. We'll come back.
- 26:17We'll make it go up. Come on, basement dwellers, we
- 26:19need silver to go up. Let's.
- 26:22OK, general market crash. The markets going to crash.
- 26:28Let's. Let's go on there.
- 26:30The markets going to crash, and silver and gold are going to
- 26:34crash with it. Do you buy off on that?
- 26:37Right? The stock market's going to
- 26:39crash, the real estate market's going to crash, and silver and
- 26:42gold are going to crash with it. That's what everybody says.
- 26:45Everybody, even most people in the silver and gold community, I
- 26:50don't agree with that, and I'm going to explain to you why I
- 26:53don't agree with that, OK, All right.
- 26:56But when you listen to to any, any, you know, knowledgeable
- 27:00person of the stock market, they'll say when the stock
- 27:02market crashes, gold and silver are going to crash because it
- 27:05happened in 2008 and because it happened whatever in 2020, and
- 27:10it did, right? Well, guess what, Buttercup?
- 27:14What did we just talk about? You know, back in 2008 also when
- 27:19the dollar went up in value, gold went down.
- 27:22Well, that ain't happening right now.
- 27:23That whole relationship has been broke off, that got divorced.
- 27:28All these long standing relationships between precious
- 27:31metals and the dollar, precious metals and interest rate
- 27:35expectations. We are in a new land, OK, but
- 27:40the stock market is going to crash and I think the opposite
- 27:44we could see. Maybe there'll be a really
- 27:46quick. Down drafting gold and silver
- 27:48like when we had that Japanese stock market crash back in
- 27:52August, whatever, you know, I remember we were driving back
- 27:55from we were driving back from Wisconsin, the family vacation,
- 27:59right? And I'm and I'm wanting I'm
- 28:01looking at stuff and like the world was ending in one day and
- 28:04what did they do? What did they do?
- 28:06This is a perfect example of what to expect.
- 28:10OK. Then we don't even know for sure
- 28:12what they did, but they did something lickety split super
- 28:15quick to fix it that had to do with liquidity.
- 28:20That had to do with the dollar going down.
- 28:22And how did gold and silver? Yeah, it dropped I think that
- 28:24day a little bit, but came bouncing if if we do get a draw
- 28:28down when the market crashes. Or if right, I don't have a
- 28:33absolute crystal ball, we may not even realize the market.
- 28:37The market could be crashing right now that the Fed is
- 28:40reacting super fast because the system is super delicate,
- 28:45delicate. And we got so many examples
- 28:48right now. This is insane.
- 28:49This is absolute insanity. What's going on out there?
- 28:54OK, wrong one. Here we go.
- 29:00OK, the most mind blowing chart you'll see today.
- 29:03Get ready to have your mind blown.
- 29:05NVIDIA, right? The AI company now has a market
- 29:08cap. OK, that means a valuation.
- 29:11The the company is valued. I take every share of stock and
- 29:15multiply it by the number of it's every.
- 29:17The value of all the shares of the stock of NVIDIA combined is
- 29:22equal to almost 12%. Of the total United States GDPI
- 29:29need to look at you for this one, basement dwellers.
- 29:31Does that make sense to you? One company that we hadn't even
- 29:35heard of five years ago? Most of whoa, most of us.
- 29:43How can one company that we hadn't heard of five years ago
- 29:47suddenly be worth 12% of our national GDP?
- 29:54That does not compute. Sorry, No compute, not no
- 29:59compute. No default problem.
- 30:03OK, big major problem this is. This is big issues.
- 30:07I mean, aren't we are in trouble?
- 30:08To put this in perspective, even at the peakofthe.com bubble,
- 30:13Cisco, remember them, that was just 5%, half of the USGDP and
- 30:18that was a massive bubble. In other words, NVIDIA is now
- 30:22more than double, but Cisco was over 10 trillion of market cap
- 30:27has been created since AI hype began.
- 30:31And sure, I think, you know, AI is cool, but look at this, look
- 30:37at this chart. This is Nvidia's enterprise
- 30:40value as a percent of GDP. I mean, the red line, it is
- 30:44crazy. There's Cisco.
- 30:46I mean, it's just absolutely nuts.
- 30:47What other What about Warren Buffett?
- 30:50What about Warren Buffett? Right.
- 30:52Warren Buffett, the world's smartest investor.
- 30:56What does he have to say about what's going on?
- 30:58Well, who cares what Warren Buffett has to say?
- 31:01You're as smart as Warren Buffett.
- 31:02I've told you that. I'm a smart, right?
- 31:06He's done really well investing. Right.
- 31:09Who cares what he has to say? What is Warren Buffet doing?
- 31:13That's what we're what is he doing?
- 31:16We don't listen to what? Gomer Pyle, Jerome Powell at the
- 31:19Fed. Oh, shoot, I'm knocking stuff
- 31:22over everywhere this morning. We, we we don't listen to what
- 31:25these people say. We watch with our eyes, right?
- 31:30Our eyes are much more important.
- 31:32What are they doing? What's Warren Buffett doing?
- 31:39Oh, hey. Thank you, Cool Kim.
- 31:42Super Chad. Thank you guys.
- 31:43Appreciate that. Cool Kim TTTTTTG.
- 31:47Thank you. He's selling all of his stocks.
- 31:50He sold a bunch of Apple stock, a lot of Apple.
- 31:53He sold a ton of Bank of America.
- 31:56Why is he selling all this Bank of America?
- 31:58Stock, but this is even more more.
- 32:00Here's one more. I'll show you why.
- 32:04I'll show you why Warren's selling everything because the
- 32:09Warren Buffett in Decatur hits 199%.
- 32:14It's probably a 200% after today.
- 32:17The highest level in history. Not highest level since 2004.
- 32:26Nine. Not no.
- 32:27The highest level in history, surpassing the dot com bubble
- 32:37and the global financial crisis. You might be wondering what is
- 32:45the Warren Buffett indicator? Well, I'm going to take you on a
- 32:47little journey and quickly explain that to you.
- 32:49It's the Wilshire 5000 index. So that's the combination of I
- 32:55think the 5000, whatever you can Google it, it's 5000 companies,
- 33:00right? It's an index of 5000 big
- 33:03publicly traded companies. I think the biggest index you
- 33:06got like the SP500, which is the 500 biggest, you've got the Dow
- 33:11Jones Industrial Average, which is what 100?
- 33:14You got the NASDAQ 100, you got whatever, right?
- 33:17This is the biggie. This, this is more comprehensive
- 33:21than any of the indexes. So it combines all 5000 of these
- 33:25stocks and compares it to the GDP, the gross domestic product.
- 33:31We are over here guys, 200%. Look back in look back in the
- 33:38year 2000. Remember the tech bubble?
- 33:4021st it was below 150. Remember 2007?
- 33:46It was half of where it is now. We are in such a crazy market
- 33:52bubble and all the sheeple are asleep at the wheel right to
- 33:57make wow everything's fine. My 4O1K went up and it has.
- 34:04Congratulations to all you. People that have exploding 4O1K
- 34:09balances but they have no. Clue, they have no ability to
- 34:14look under the hood. When you look under the hood and
- 34:16you look at what we just looked at, right, the Warren Buffett
- 34:19indicator, things are absolutely crazy.
- 34:22Look. One of the best stories ever,
- 34:25and you can Google this for yourself.
- 34:28Scott Mcneely was the CEO of Sun Microsystems.
- 34:32He was the guy. Sun Microsystems was the AI of
- 34:37today that during the tech bubble burst.
- 34:39Son was the NVIDIA of 1999. OK, after the tech bubble burst,
- 34:45he famously said that his company was selling at a price
- 34:49to sales price to sales ratio of almost 10.
- 34:53He was like it was. Insane.
- 34:56It didn't make sense. That would mean I would have to
- 34:59give every out, every penny of revenue, right?
- 35:02Sales that my company made for 10 years, every penny of it back
- 35:07to investors as a dividend just for them to break even.
- 35:12And that's impossible because there's things like expenses the
- 35:15company, but he was just using that.
- 35:16He was like, it was insane. Let's go.
- 35:18Out for fun? Let's go out and look at NVIDIA.
- 35:22And see what their price to sales ratio is.
- 35:26Here we go. Yahoo Finance, this is how you
- 35:29do it. OK, Type in NV, I'm sure NVIDIA
- 35:34will pull up because it's there. It is.
- 35:37OK, NVIDIA and all, right, price to earnings ratio, that's
- 35:48different, right? That's 65 to one.
- 35:52Where's their market cap, $4 trillion?
- 35:56Let's go to their financials and let's just look at their OK, so
- 36:05we're at their income statement. All right, and we'll do
- 36:09quarterly numbers over here. OK, So they had revenue of 30
- 36:15billion, am I? Wow, so there it is.
- 36:18Is that? 12:50 No.
- 36:20That's insane. Now that's OK.
- 36:22So that's but that's not annualized.
- 36:24So the trailing 12 months, they've had about 100 billion.
- 36:29Now I got to do some math. Hold on guys.
- 36:31So they've got about 100 billion in revenue.
- 36:35That's TTM trail. That means the last 12 months
- 36:38and they had what 4 trillion? Let me pull you back here.
- 36:45Alright, so four, let me do let me do this quickly. 412-312-3123
- 36:54That's billion 1 two 3 / 100 billion.
- 37:01I said right 231231231100 million 100 billion.
- 37:11If my math is correct, they have a price to sales ratio of 4040
- 37:18NVIDIA. That is insane.
- 37:20If that's correct you guys can check me if I'm wrong.
- 37:23That is insane. That would mean that would mean
- 37:28that NVIDIA from right now for the next 40 years, if if you
- 37:33bought a share of NVIDIA stock and they were to give you back
- 37:36all your money in dividends, it would take 40 years of them
- 37:41giving you every penny of sales that the company has.
- 37:47It's impossible for that to happen because like I said,
- 37:50there's expenses, taxes, all that great stuff.
- 37:54And we are in the bubble of all bubbles in this market.
- 37:58And who else is saying, so the Warren Buffett indicator, right?
- 38:01I mean, that's why Warren Buffett is selling stocks.
- 38:06I mean, look at that. These are numbers.
- 38:08These are real. OK, Now let's go out to have you
- 38:13heard of Nassim Taleb? Here it is.
- 38:16He's the author. Super respected guy.
- 38:21Collapse. Risk looms.
- 38:23Collapse. Risk looms as markets are the
- 38:26most fragile they've been in 20 years, Black Swan author Naseem
- 38:33Taleb says. Look, I don't know what's going
- 38:35to happen. I could be dead wrong.
- 38:37Maybe we are in this new Wizard of Oz environment where the Fed
- 38:41can just magically fix, instantly fix any issues that
- 38:48may or may not come along. But guys, I don't know when you
- 38:52listen to the gurus, Ray, Dalio, Warren, but I mean, we are in a
- 38:56very risky, even Jamie Dimon from JP Morgan is talking about
- 39:01how what a risky, crazy risky situation we're in.
- 39:05So what? Why did Nassim Taleb say this?
- 39:08He's focused on hedging against a market collapse.
- 39:12He said the market is flashing parallels to prior crashes,
- 39:17right? That means things like we just
- 39:19looked at of the Wilshire 5000 to to the, to the GDP, the
- 39:24Buffett indicator, these are are are are flashing red signs.
- 39:29Noting that it's the most fragile in 20 years, he pointed
- 39:33to risk in high debt levels. Risk like high debt levels and
- 39:38crazy. Yeah, like we just looked at
- 39:42with NVIDIA stock prices in an interview with Bloomberg, but.
- 39:46Yet you'll have people like that Jim Cramer guy saying bye bye,
- 39:49bye, bye bye bye just. You know, and maybe he's right,
- 39:53maybe I'm, I'm, maybe I'm wrong, but I'll always tell you my
- 39:57truth. And my truth is I wouldn't put a
- 39:59penny into some of these tech stocks right now.
- 40:02It's insane. I'd, I'd, I'd put my money in
- 40:06gold and silver development producers in a second before I
- 40:11would think about going into some of these.
- 40:13But that's just me. I'm not a financial advisor.
- 40:16You know, go listen to your financial advisor who may or may
- 40:18not have been selling tools out of a van.
- 40:22But, but anyway, I, I, I digress.
- 40:26Nassim Taleb, the author of The Black Swan, the famed.
- 40:30Treat, treat treaties. On the risk related to
- 40:33improbable events aired concerns over the state of the market on
- 40:37a Bloomberg interview. The environment, he said,
- 40:41mirrors prior crashes. And he added.
- 40:43That he was. Focused on preparing for such an
- 40:45event, he says. Quote, we have a lot of risk
- 40:49building up, the universal investment advisor told
- 40:52Bloomberg on Friday. I would say that my focus would
- 40:55be more on being hedged against an eventual market collapse
- 41:00because we're more fragile than we were probably at any point in
- 41:04the last 28 years, if not the last 30 years, he added.
- 41:09And he goes on and on and on and on about how right now, guys, we
- 41:13are in, we are, we are in an environment like we have never
- 41:18been in in this country. We are fragile.
- 41:20We have the reason, right? The reason really boils back to
- 41:25the US debt clock, the amount of debt that the country has built
- 41:29up by by sweeping problems under the rug.
- 41:33Right? Because Because what did Jerome
- 41:35Powell do? What did Alan Greenspan do?
- 41:39What did Ben Bernack do? Any time there was a problem?
- 41:42What? Did they do?
- 41:44During the when, the when, the when the tech bubble.
- 41:46Burst. What did they do?
- 41:49When the great financial crisis hit, right?
- 41:55Well, we know one thing they did.
- 41:58They bailed out all the big banks and the big nobody got in
- 42:01trouble. They got rewarded record
- 42:05bonuses. But I digress.
- 42:08What did they do? Think about the tech bubble.
- 42:10Think about 2008 great financial crisis.
- 42:13Think about the health crisis that we all lived through back
- 42:17in 2020. I'll show you visually what they
- 42:20did and what they're going to do next time and how you can
- 42:24prepare yourself. I've got all the answers for you
- 42:26today here in Ron's basement. I'm glad you're here.
- 42:30Let's, let's have a visual demonstration of what they will
- 42:33do. Here's what he'll do.
- 42:39Beep beep beep beep beep. Beep Hello, basement dwellers.
- 42:46This is what they will do. OK, they will do this.
- 42:52They will print, print, print, print, print, print, print,
- 42:57print. OK, that's what's coming.
- 43:03And put that back in there. When that happens, it doesn't
- 43:13matter what they tell you about the dollar.
- 43:17Like we talked, this is such great, this is great because
- 43:20what we talked about earlier, the dollar went up over the last
- 43:24what, 12 days and gold should have crashed, right?
- 43:28But it didn't. Gold went up, right?
- 43:30Because all they're, when they're saying that the dollar
- 43:33went up, what they're comparing, OK, what they're comparing is
- 43:38this toilet paper. Imagine this, but it's EUR.
- 43:44Imagine this, but it's Somebody needs to print up some of those
- 43:48fancy toilet paper where it's not just $100 bills, but it's
- 43:52euros. And it's yen.
- 43:54It's comparing a bunch of toilet paper to each other and at the
- 44:02end of the. Day what's going to happen is
- 44:03the gold and silver price will continue to go much much higher
- 44:07OK what about the banks look at this this is this is very
- 44:11interesting what is happening with the banks right now have
- 44:15you noticed let me ask you this have you noticed banks closing
- 44:21throughout the United States and are you scratching your head and
- 44:25wondering why I wonder why Warren Buffett is is is sold all
- 44:29of his bank are sold a lot of his Bank of America stock.
- 44:32I wonder, I wonder if this is any is any clue to us as to what
- 44:38is going on More major U.S. banks on course to close a
- 44:42staggering 1000 branches this year.
- 44:48Here's the fullest list so far. So I want you to visualize your
- 44:53local bank and then visualize 1000 of them, right, 1000 and
- 45:00these banks they're they don't. Build cheap, cheap.
- 45:02Buildings typically right? They usually build free
- 45:04standing, very expensive buildings.
- 45:07I was always amazed Rd. I live on Olive.
- 45:09There's like a bank on every corner.
- 45:11OK, some of them have clothes now.
- 45:13One of them became a jewelry store that prominently
- 45:16advertised we buy gold, we buy gold.
- 45:18Gold's at record highs. But nonetheless, I digress.
- 45:21Why are 1000 banks OK? U.S. banks have closed more than
- 45:25700 branches in the first nine months of the year, forcing
- 45:29thousands to travel further to access vital services.
- 45:33And I know it like, people talking about Bank of America,
- 45:35like, you can't even really get to talk to a teller.
- 45:37I mean, it's becoming more and more difficult.
- 45:40But here's here. Let's pull this up.
- 45:42Is your bank on here? Look at this.
- 45:44Bank of America, 132 U.S. bank closed 100 branches.
- 45:50Wells Fargo almost 100, Chase almost 100.
- 45:54TD Bank 52 PNC, almost fifty citizens.
- 45:58I've heard of them but don't really know.
- 45:59I'm almost 40 Capital One. OK guys, banks are closing at a
- 46:06real alarming rate in this country right now.
- 46:10What does that tell us about what's going on?
- 46:13OK, What is that telling us? So when we look at the economy,
- 46:17right, and we look at the stock market crashing, we look at
- 46:20Nvidia's unbelievable valuation. The Warren Buffett indicator is
- 46:27at record historic highs, OK? The Warren Buffett indicator
- 46:32he's he's known as being a. A pretty astute investor, right?
- 46:37Nassim Taleb is telling us prepare, we are more fragile,
- 46:42delicate and think about this think about this when it comes
- 46:45to the economy. They bubble gum and duct taped
- 46:48over everything after the tech bubble burst during the great
- 46:52financial crisis, during the health crisis of 2020.
- 46:55Print, print, print, print, print.
- 46:56They just bubble gum and duct tape, which led us to this
- 46:59position that we're in today where we have a unmanageable
- 47:03amount of of debt in this country.
- 47:06And and at the same time, we have China, We have countries
- 47:11don't want our debt. They don't want to finance the
- 47:13United States anymore. Think about that, how fragile
- 47:18this economy has become. Sure, we're still the world's
- 47:22biggest economy. I love my country, right?
- 47:24Look right over my shoulder. I invested in a self waving
- 47:28American flag. But guys, right there, do you
- 47:31see that there's an elephant in the room, right?
- 47:35The elephant, right? The national debt, the deficit,
- 47:40it's a big deal. And it's starting to have a real
- 47:45impact on the economy and the Fed's ability right to, to, to,
- 47:52to, to manage what goes on with the financial system.
- 47:58It's not a good situation. We are more fragile and think
- 48:01about this, if you notice this, that like the events that
- 48:05happened in the world, there's two critical components to like
- 48:09big events, Black Swan type events.
- 48:13Number one, they are happy happening more often, OK?
- 48:18And #2 Because we've built up so much debt, right?
- 48:24The extreme level of the events, they're becoming more extreme,
- 48:29right? With all this debt, it'd be like
- 48:32you. I want you to, I want you to
- 48:33think about this on a personal level.
- 48:36I'm gonna make this about you, OK?
- 48:39Let's say you have $100,000 in debt.
- 48:42OK, you got yourself into a little hole, right?
- 48:45You have 100K in debt total and you're paying 4% interest.
- 48:50You're paying about 4000 a year in interest expense.
- 48:52You are getting any, you're not getting anything for that 4000.
- 48:57I hate that you know that. I digress.
- 48:59I think foundation number one that a person should work for in
- 49:02this world that is slavery, OK debt in my opinion.
- 49:05So, but nonetheless, you got 100K, it's about you paying 4%.
- 49:10You're paying 4000 a year in interest.
- 49:12If that goes from 4% to let's say 8%, well, now you're paying
- 49:178000. And that stinks.
- 49:20But you know, you're a hard worker, blah, blah, blah.
- 49:22You can, you can I gotta talk about the retail sales numbers.
- 49:25This is this is this retail sales situation is gonna blow
- 49:29your mind. We'll get to that next.
- 49:31But interest rates go to 8%. Now you're paying 8000.
- 49:34Not that big of a deal, OK. And that was the United States
- 49:38back in 1970s, OK. Now today, let's say you and
- 49:43your, your, your honey bun racked up, let's say, $800,000
- 49:50in debt. And that's really the equivalent
- 49:51of what our country has done. Now you've got $800,000 in debt
- 49:55and you're paying 4% interest. You're paying 32,000 a year.
- 49:59That stinks. That's that's a bummer, right?
- 50:02That's a real bummer. 32 grand a year, but you can still manage
- 50:06because you're a hard worker and you're smart.
- 50:08But guess what? No banks want to loan you money
- 50:12anymore. Nobody wants to give you any
- 50:14money. And and think about this at
- 50:17800,000, if that interest rate goes from 4% to 8% now instead
- 50:23of 32,000 a year, you're paying 64,000 a year.
- 50:27And you're like, I can't do it anymore.
- 50:29And the banks are like, we aren't giving you any more money
- 50:32and you can't even make your interest payments.
- 50:35And that's the situation that the United States is headed
- 50:38toward if we don't watch it. OK, So what?
- 50:41Let's go back out and check. Come on, come on.
- 50:44Gold and silver, it's not going to happen everyday, guys, but a
- 50:48lot of days we're going to do an update here.
- 50:50Last time we checked, silver was down a penny.
- 50:52I got a feeling it's going to be down like a quarter or
- 50:54something. Still down a penny.
- 50:58Let's see here. OK, well, hey, silver's hanging
- 51:02in there. Thirty.
- 51:03Wow. Gold is up $17.00, 2691.
- 51:10So this morning, temporarily, we got great economic news.
- 51:15Congratulations, America. No, the stock market's not going
- 51:18to crash after all. That guy Ron from Ron's
- 51:20basement, he's crazy, right? We got great economic, good
- 51:24retail sales numbers. Let's, where is it?
- 51:28Is this it? Yeah, here we go.
- 51:29This is great. This is this is humorous.
- 51:32You're gonna you're gonna get a good laugh off of this one from
- 51:36Reuters. US retail sales increase solidly
- 51:40in September OK Oh yeah. So that means the Fed is not
- 51:46they don't the economy strong they can't cut rates.
- 51:48That's gold and silver stank, but OK, where we talked about
- 51:51that, but. Let's have a a brief.
- 51:55Discussion about these retail sales numbers, OK.
- 52:01US retail sales. Increased slightly more than
- 52:03expected in September, supporting views that the
- 52:07economy maintained a strong pace of growth in the third quarter.
- 52:12Retail sales rose .4% last month after an unrevised 1.1% gain in
- 52:20August. The Commerce Department, Census
- 52:23Bureau, and we know they're real accurate, said on Thursday.
- 52:27Economist polled by Reuters had forecast retail sales, which are
- 52:33mostly goods and are mostly goods and are this is the key,
- 52:39the red part not adjusted for inflation.
- 52:44They, they, they forecast that they would rise only .3%.
- 52:48So they beat for retail sales beat.
- 52:51But the key here guys, not adjusted for inflation.
- 52:55Let me say that one more time. Not adjusted for inflation.
- 53:01So they're trying to tell you that retail sales were great,
- 53:05but we forgot to factor in that we got this thing in this
- 53:08country called inflation. Like it what?
- 53:11I mean it's probably 4 percent, 5%, but officially it 3%,
- 53:15whatever it is. So retail sales went up, the
- 53:19economy strong. Let me let me make another
- 53:23quick, very easy example for you to understand.
- 53:26They're not fact. They're not adjusting those
- 53:28numbers for inflation. So the number nominal, that's
- 53:32the fancy way to say it on a nominal basis.
- 53:35Yes, wreath measured in. This paper, Hey everybody,
- 53:41writes the daily visit. From the from the.
- 53:43Flying Dollar, the Unicorn fart does fantasy dollar In fantasy
- 53:48dollars, retail sales went up all right, the economy strong,
- 53:53yeah, we're doing great. But in real, if you adjust that
- 53:57for inflation, I would say they went down.
- 54:00Let me give you a simple example.
- 54:03Let's say the whole world, all the retail sales were.
- 54:07At at the dollar store, OK And last year when everything at the
- 54:12dollar store was a dollar, you went in with $5 OK, you got five
- 54:18things, some some candy, some I like sprees.
- 54:23What else? What do you like at the dollar
- 54:25store? I like Spree the candy they got
- 54:28these little bean things. I anyway, I digress.
- 54:32And toothpaste and it's a good place to buy shampoo.
- 54:34White rain. That's how I get this hair
- 54:36anyway, you got $5 you go to the dollar store, you get 5 things.
- 54:42That's $5.00 of retail sales. Well, during the year because of
- 54:47inflation, the dollar store raised their prices to $1.25 S
- 54:52Today you go into the dollar store with $5, you don't get 5
- 54:56things, you get 4 things. So you you get 4 things.
- 55:01But it's still cost $5.00. Do you get what I'm saying?
- 55:06Right? So hey, retail sales would be
- 55:09the same under that very simplistic scenario, but the
- 55:13economy is shrinking. OK, the economy is shrinking.
- 55:18I had another example. OK, the economy it's that's not
- 55:22a real number, that's a nominal fantasy dollar number, period.
- 55:28The economy is shrinking. It would also another way to
- 55:31look at this would be like. If if you made $95,000 per.
- 55:35Year a year. Ago and you got a raise and now
- 55:39you're making 100K, but everything you were buying with
- 55:44that $95,000 a year ago now cost you 120,000.
- 55:49You didn't really get a raise. That's the difference between
- 55:53real and nominal numbers. Important for us to remember is
- 55:56they throw out these, what I think are BS numbers, especially
- 56:00with retail sales. You know, I mean come on man and
- 56:04remember the United States is a consumer based economy.
- 56:08The other thing to remember with that is as those as that
- 56:11activity. Excuse me, is that activity that
- 56:18that underlines those retail sales numbers as that continues
- 56:22to shrink, that means job losses, OK, that means.
- 56:26What people lose their jobs, which means other it's it's it's
- 56:30it's just crazy how they present these numbers to us.
- 56:34Did you guys hear about the Curial Horde?
- 56:36How about this one of our viewers, Joseph?
- 56:41Sent this to me and darn it, wait a minute, I have another.
- 56:43We got another. We got to talk about this.
- 56:46Hold on here guys. Almost forgot.
- 56:48One of the most important parts of the show look over there by
- 56:52dynamics is working in the USA, 100% of people pay the inflation
- 56:57flat tax. All pay tax.
- 56:59That's not what I wanted. That was a great one.
- 57:01That's that's you leaving the coin shop before they realize
- 57:07that you gave them paper for silver.
- 57:11We gotta have some laughs. There's my little friend Mrs.
- 57:14That's me at the Comax. OK, Hold on here.
- 57:19OK. This is from Rude.
- 57:20Awakening, he says. This is about when we talked
- 57:25about the gold price last year going to 2500, right?
- 57:29And we got laughed at. I got laughed at on December of
- 57:32last year. I predicted $2500 gold by May.
- 57:35That pretty much happened. We got laughed at.
- 57:37We're still getting laughed at. Guys.
- 57:40I think we can get $44.00 silver by Christmas.
- 57:43Laugh, laugh, laugh, right? Don't make any financial
- 57:45decisions based on that. But I really believe that's the
- 57:49case. And Rude Awakening said this to
- 57:51all of the naysayers. He who laughs last, laughs
- 57:54loudest. Bam, 2024, the 2025 Silver
- 58:00Squeeze. Look, there's no guarantee that
- 58:02it's going to happen, right? We don't know for sure that
- 58:06we're going to have this unbelievable to the butt.
- 58:10I know it's going to happen and I know that I could be wrong, So
- 58:13what? But but nonetheless.
- 58:15Let the people. Laugh.
- 58:17I was attacked back in December of last year.
- 58:20You're a you're a precious metals pumper.
- 58:22You're a this you're. No, I base this off of extensive
- 58:26research. Right.
- 58:30All kinds of research and, and look, there'll be a day when
- 58:33I'll say I think silver is going to go down.
- 58:35I think if silver hits 44 by December that it could pull
- 58:38back, right. But I'd like to see a pull back
- 58:41to about $38 in the early part of 2025, and then from there
- 58:48prices could go much higher. I can see silver hitting that
- 58:52$6063 range sometime later in 2025.
- 58:57We'll see if I'm wrong. Right or wrong.
- 58:59Nonetheless, wouldn't this be nice?
- 59:01Hold on here, wouldn't this be nice?
- 59:03This came. From our our subscriber Joseph
- 59:08and. Look at this, I had no idea this
- 59:11even existed. The Curiel horde was found near.
- 59:15Curiel is the largest treasure trove ever found in Denmark.
- 59:22It consisted somebody found 81,000 silver coins buried in
- 59:28two iron pots and they date from 1365.
- 59:32OK think about that 81,000 silver coins from 1365.
- 59:39Most of the hordes now on display blah blah blah
- 59:41discovery. The carry out horde was was
- 59:44discovered in 1867. I want to talk about these dates
- 59:49when a local farmer was plowing his fields.
- 59:51One of these farmers, they always find all this silver and
- 59:54gold his plow. Hit one of the two iron pots he
- 59:57was. Probably like.
- 59:58Darn it. What?
- 59:59Happened, you know, my plow got screwed up they hit one of the
- 1:00:04two iron pots he found the other pot shortly thereafter and then
- 1:00:08they paid him for a little bit. 81,000 coins OK, so think about
- 1:00:13this when it said somewhere, I think they were German coins,
- 1:00:17none of the coins, OK, most of them were German says down here,
- 1:00:21but I want you to think about this.
- 1:00:22These coins were. Were were minted in 1365.
- 1:00:28What is that about 700 years ago?
- 1:00:31They were discovered in 1867. Guess what?
- 1:00:38Those coins right pretty much were worth the same thing when
- 1:00:43they were minted in 1365 when they were discovered.
- 1:00:48What is that 150 years ago in 1867 and today, right?
- 1:00:55Silver. Everybody talks about gold and I
- 1:00:58love gold. I'm a big fan of gold.
- 1:01:00Gold holds its value gold. Silver does the same darn thing,
- 1:01:05right? Whether you were the, the guy
- 1:01:07that buried those coins in the year 1400, whether you were the
- 1:01:11farmer who discovered them in 1867 or you're holding them in
- 1:01:17your hand today, one of those 81,000 coins, it has the same
- 1:01:23value, right? It's going to buy you a week's
- 1:01:26worth of food. And I guarantee, right.
- 1:01:29And, and, and, and the year 1365 that one of those silver coins
- 1:01:33would buy a week's worth of food, nutrition for somebody's
- 1:01:37family. And that's the same case today.
