• 0:02
You and I have enjoyed an incredible run in the price of
• 0:06
gold and. The price of silver.
• 0:09
  It's been. Great.
• 0:10
But we want to talk about where. We can go because where we can
• 0:15
go is much, much higher than where we are right now.
• 0:19
We're going to talk about some recent developments, all the
• 0:22
reasons, all the examples. Why we very well.
• 0:25
May be in the. Early innings, Yes, you.
• 0:28
And I in the early the innings. Of a big rally.
• 0:32
In the precious metals. Hey, look, I.
• 0:35
Appreciate you joining me down here in the basement.

That way you get notified every time we go.
• 0:55
  Live. Let's talk about.
• 0:56
All the reasons. Why you and I can be excited
• 1:00
about the future. Price of gold and silver and
• 1:03
there are many, many things to be optimistic.
• 1:06
About the first. Thing I want to share is from.
• 1:08
Tavi Costa Tavi Super. Respected Super.
• 1:13
Smart person in the precious metal sector.
• 1:16
Think about this with silver So. Important we talk about. $50
• 1:20
silver Silver hit $50. Back in 1980.
• 1:24
Well, I'm 55 years old and I was. 10 years old.
• 1:27
How old were you in 1980? I'll ask you that.
• 1:30
Question and what? Did $50 buy?
• 1:33
In 1980 compared. To what it buys today and
• 1:36
there's a big reason why we. Want to pay attention to that
• 1:39
because. It has to do with $65 / 80
• 1:43
dollars. Silver 100, maybe even 100 and.
• 1:47
$50 silver. Measured in today's dollars.
• 1:50
But back to Tavi. Tavi said this silver.
• 1:53
When measured against the. CPI has just.
• 1:56
Broken through a resistance level and don't you?
• 1:59
  Worry. We've got a chart.
• 2:00
And we're going to talk about this $1 billion, excuse me,
• 2:04
silver purchase from a world central bank, but silver when
• 2:09
measured against the. CPI just broke through a.
• 2:11
  Resistance level. Held for 46.
• 2:14
Years. More importantly, this is the
• 2:17
important part even after this breakout.
• 2:19
Silver still sits nearly 80% below.
• 2:25
It's 1980 peak on this metric. Of course, that assumes CPI is
• 2:31
an accurate measure of inflation, which it likely isn't
• 2:35
when we account for real Fiat debasement occurring today,
• 2:38
driven by one of the most extreme expansions of global
• 2:42
money supply in history. Silver remains one of the most
• 2:46
undervalued monetary assets in my view.
• 2:50
So when you look at this chart and this.
• 2:52
Is what he is. Referring to.
• 2:54
This adjusts the silver price for CPI as.
• 2:57
You can see right back in 1980, we hit a massive peak right now
• 3:04
  when you adjust. The silver.
• 3:05
Price for inflation and go to the other $50 nominal peak in
• 3:11
2011 you can see. It's at a much lower level.
• 3:15
If you Fast forward to today, what you see is we just broke
• 3:21
through that yellow. Resistance line when you
• 3:24
measure. The price of silver adjusts the
• 3:27
price of silver for CPI. And this number, right?
• 3:31
To get back up to here which? Is where it was in 1980.
• 3:36
It would be. An 80%, it would be a massive
• 3:39
  increase. It's hard to definitively.
• 3:42
Say what that number is. I've heard.
• 3:44
That if you adjust the 1980 high in silver.
• 3:47
Today's dollars it would. Be 150.
• 3:50
  I've heard 100. And sixty.
• 3:51
Who knows? It's well north of 100.
• 3:53
Dollars per oz, that is safe to say.
• 3:56
It's important to remember that because when we.
• 3:59
Look back at these past, we talked about $50 silver, right,
• 4:03
  that it's this big. Deal.
• 4:04
  That's 1980. Dollars $50.
• 4:08
In 1980, again, think about how much you need today in today's.
• 4:13
Dollars to buy what? You could buy in 1980.
• 4:17
With $50. And that's the real.
• 4:20
True high silver price that we can look forward to.
• 4:24
And things are so much different now than in 1980, so much
• 4:28
  different geopolitically, so much different.
• 4:31
  Like Kavi? Said from the.
• 4:32
Perspective of the fact. That there's been so much money
• 4:35
  printing, guys. Just the future.
• 4:37
That alone. Gives us a good optimistic
• 4:39
outlook for the silver. Price alone, but there's more,
• 4:43
there's more, there's more. We got a ton to cover today.
• 4:46
Let's go out and look at our friend Hans.
• 4:48
Did you ever, ever get the feeling?
• 4:50
Like, well, you know. Silver's doing great, but it
• 4:53
hasn't really met up to its potential.
• 4:59
Maybe you need to? Read what Hanza Sereni says
• 5:01
  here. You're early.
• 5:03
You're not. Crazy silver cannot be printed
• 5:06
  silver. Cannot be re hypothecated.
• 5:08
Silver cannot be. Digitally deleted silver is
• 5:12
  required for every future. Technology.
• 5:15
And if we Scroll down, he runs through some incredible facts
• 5:19
about silver. China silver vaults keep
• 5:21
bleeding out. Both the Shanghai Gold Exchange
• 5:23
and the Shanghai Futures Exchange are seeing drops in
• 5:26
their vaults. He says at this pace.
• 5:30
China's exchange silver hits empty in roughly 2 months,
• 5:36
right? Because remember, China is is
• 5:39
consuming massive amounts. Of silver for their.
• 5:43
Industry. This is not hype, this is their
• 5:45
own. Data thank you chowder wow thank
• 5:49
you for that super chat I just. Saw it pop up on my monitor
• 5:52
  here. Not hype, right?
• 5:54
This is China's data. This is their data.
• 5:57
Showing us that at this. Rate they.
• 5:59
Could run out of silver OK and the first chart from goldfish
• 6:03
chart shows. Exports at records high.
• 6:05
Record highs Imports. Stagnating net imports deep into
• 6:09
the negative and China is now draining its domestic
• 6:13
  stockpiles. To meet their export.
• 6:16
Demands why would a nation running out of.
• 6:18
Silver export or silver? Answer Geopolitical leverage,
• 6:22
  not. Charity.
• 6:23
Meanwhile, Europe is hitting the panic button from the gold.
• 6:28
Telegraph, the EU. Plans to create a central body
• 6:33
to coordinate the purchasing and stockpiling of critical minerals
• 6:37
OK I mean guys, it's happening everywhere in the.
• 6:41
World he goes. On and on about just
• 6:43
unbelievable facts that are changing the the.
• 6:46
  Atmosphere that we're. Living in.
• 6:49
For silver. Now then, we get.
• 6:51
  This. And I want to.
• 6:52
Pull this up for. You just here in just one
• 6:56
second, but I want to say thank you again.
• 6:58
Hold on, let me. Pull up that super chat.
• 7:01
See if I can get that on the screen and that's from our
• 7:04
  friend. I can't my eyes.
• 7:05
Are getting so bad E Chowder. Tio, thank you for the Super
• 7:08
  chat always super expected, never.
• 7:11
  Appreciated. And hold on here.
• 7:15
Here we go. All right, Thank you.
• 7:16
Thank you for that. But what about the look?
• 7:19
We know central banks are buying massive amounts of gold.
• 7:22
  What does that tell? Us.
• 7:23
We know what that tells us. Central banks now own more gold
• 7:27
  than they do US. Treasuries.
• 7:29
But what about silver? Isn't that the next natural
• 7:31
progression? And we got some big news from.
• 7:35
  Jesse Day, Who's? Reporting this, here's a
• 7:40
screenshot from a. Video Jesse Day is.
• 7:43
With Commodity Culture, great YouTube channel, another great
• 7:46
place where you can get really great information about silver
• 7:49
and gold. But he says big money drops $1
• 7:53
billion on gold. OK, That's according to Eric
• 7:58
  Young. So here's the post.
• 8:01
When this first got announced, it says King Kong 9888.
• 8:07
That's Eric. Young, super respected guy.
• 8:09
In the silver and gold sector has big news on silver one of
• 8:14
his. Trusted Sources has revealed a
• 8:16
  major. Central Bank has purchased.
• 8:19
Over. He misspoke here, he said. 1
• 8:22
billion oz. And he corrected himself.
• 8:23
Later that should. Have been 1 billion.
• 8:25
Dollars worth of physical. Silver in a move that could
• 8:29
  completely transform the silver market.
• 8:33
Why could that completely transform the silver market?
• 8:36
Real simple guys, because the silver market.
• 8:39
Is tiny the silver? Market is a bit of a sensitive.
• 8:42
Sally, if you will. Are you sensitive?
• 8:44
I'm sensitive. You know, I fully admit it.
• 8:47
But the silver market is very, very sensitive and in a very
• 8:53
stressed situation right now. If we get big, and apparently we
• 8:58
have right, a billion. Dollars worth of silver.
• 9:01
Which isn't earth shattering, but if central banks continue to
• 9:05
acquire silver and if and when, because we already know.
• 9:10
What does this tell? Us There's a reason why this is
• 9:12
important. That ETF purchases of silver.
• 9:15
Have been very strong. It can throw the whole system
• 9:20
into a state. Of well, some people would say
• 9:24
chaos, we would say a state of. Jubilation for those of us who
• 9:29
have been following the silver market for years and years
• 9:32
because of one thing, and that's because that's when physical
• 9:36
  demand overtakes the paper market.
• 9:40
Keith Neumeyer, the. CEO of First Majestic.
• 9:42
Silver said it in a recent interview.
• 9:44
This recent rally that we've had in Silver is.
• 9:47
  Different. Right.
• 9:48
And the important take away from that.
• 9:50
  Is that? He said.
• 9:52
It's been driven by physical demand.
• 9:54
It's not been a short covering rally.
• 9:56
It's not been. It's the actual.
• 9:58
Physical demand for silver. That has created this very
• 10:02
  steady. But consistent and joyful.
• 10:05
For us to. Experience increase in the.
• 10:09
Silver price we've a. Consolidations, consolidations,
• 10:13
  consolidations at higher and higher.
• 10:16
Levels throughout this process. We're going to go look now.
• 10:19
Hold on here, boy. We're getting all.
• 10:21
Over the place, but OK, let's go look.
• 10:23
Now at the an update on the. Silver price, but there's.
• 10:27
Something critical that we're going to observe about what's
• 10:31
going on between the futures market and the spot market.
• 10:35
Let's go take a look first at the spot price.
• 10:38
Of silver and. If we go out to here we go.
• 10:43
  So we're. Right around 50.
• 10:45
  Dollars per oz. At Kitco.
• 10:48
This is the Kitco live chart spot price of silver so just.
• 10:54
Right around 50. Dollars per oz.
• 10:56
Let's go out and take a look. At the futures price of silver,
• 11:01
we'll. Go out to CNBC almost at CNBS
• 11:07
  $49.77. So we're hugging the $50 range.
• 11:12
The big key thing to see here? Is that the spot price of silver
• 11:18
is still higher by about. $0.20 right now the.
• 11:23
Spot price is higher than the futures price.
• 11:26
That is called backwardation. In a normal market?
• 11:30
  OK. In a normal market.
• 11:32
The spot price is lower the spot.
• 11:35
Price is the immediate. Price for silver, the immediate
• 11:38
delivery all right, that is the. Lower than the.
• 11:41
Futures price to. Get it in the future is going to
• 11:44
cost you more, OK. But we now are in a very unusual
• 11:48
situation where and it's not crazy.
• 11:51
And it was a little. Crazier.
• 11:52
  I don't know a month. Ago. 5 weeks ago.
• 11:55
But none the less we are in a situation right now where.
• 11:59
The spot price of silver is higher.
• 12:03
Than the futures. Price that is called.
• 12:05
Backwardation. What that tells us, potentially
• 12:09
  some people like to. Speculate.
• 12:10
Maybe we believe. Maybe you believe it's true.
• 12:14
That that signals that. People are worried about.
• 12:17
Being able to actually. Get delivery of that silver.
• 12:21
  In the. Future right there's.
• 12:22
Speculation about what might happen in December.
• 12:25
There's stress everywhere. In these markets.
• 12:28
  Are. People waking up take.
• 12:30
A look at this. And this tells us something.
• 12:33
Very critical about the. General populace and what is
• 12:37
going on with silver and I was. Actually shocked to hear I can
• 12:43
get the. Right, screen up for you and
• 12:47
that's not. It Here we go.
• 12:50
This comes from Mike Maloney. 'S gold, silver.
• 12:53
  Let's see how many. Followers.
• 12:54
Do they have? On Twitter, but a lot 35,000
• 12:57
yeah, big account. How do I buy silver?
• 13:00
Quote UN Quote the question. That search just hit.
• 13:04
An all time high record high, even higher than during the
• 13:09
  financial. Crisis, OK, that's.
• 13:11
  People searching on the Internet.
• 13:13
How do I buy silver? Not just a recent.
• 13:16
High A record all. Time high.
• 13:20
  Ever. People aren't.
• 13:21
  Preparing. They're chasing price.
• 13:23
As the big crisis. Hasn't even started yet.
• 13:27
Think about that. OK, think about that.
• 13:30
All right, let's just watch a few.
• 13:32
Seconds of this video I like I love Mike Maloney and his.
• 13:37
The guy that works. For him is great as well.
• 13:39
Let's listen to what? They have to say here.
• 13:42
Well, this is how you help yourself right here.
• 13:44
How? Do how do I buy silver, right?
• 13:49
How to buy silver on Google hits a record high.
• 13:51
Look, this looks like all the other charts, right?
• 13:52
We're higher now than we were during the financial crisis.
• 13:55
Like if I didn't tell you what this was, you'd you'd think
• 13:57
  there's a pattern here. It's it's how do I protect
• 14:00
myself from all the economic shenanigans?
• 14:02
Right. And the good thing is that this
• 14:05
is happening before the the big crisis hits.
• 14:11
The stock markets and real estate have not begun to crash
• 14:14
yet. But you know, it is time to get
• 14:17
prepared. And I think it's good that
• 14:18
people are actually. And basically this has been
• 14:21
caused by the price run up. So this is the people with the
• 14:24
fear of missing out. People cheating.
• 14:26
  OK. So think about that.
• 14:29
The general population is now getting interested in how.
• 14:33
To buy silver how do I get silver realize again right the
• 14:39
physical retail. Market for silver is so slim.
• 14:43
Guys, we could be out of silver lickety split this is.
• 14:48
Different now when we look back at 1980, when we look at 2011
• 14:52
even and compare it to now 15 years later. 45 years later.
• 14:56
The word can spread so much. Faster.
• 14:59
With technology. There's two big key.
• 15:01
Components as to why? The physical retail silver.
• 15:05
Can be stressed out immediately. Number one is communication back
• 15:10
in 1980. People talked at work, people.
• 15:13
Read newspapers, people picked up their telephone.
• 15:16
Remember that right And. Maybe there was touch tone or a
• 15:19
lot. Of people, including my house,
• 15:20
we still. Used a Rotary dial.
• 15:22
Telephone now there's the Internet where information so if
• 15:27
  people. If a, If a.
• 15:28
Frenzy and I'm not trying to create any fear or anything
• 15:32
  like. That were to occur.
• 15:33
If a massive wave of interest. Were to.
• 15:38
Focus itself upon silver. That information is being, is
• 15:42
being transmitted, is being communicated amongst people
• 15:44
  instantly. But wait, there's more.
• 15:47
Think about OK back in 1980. If you wanted to get silver, you
• 15:52
know what you had. To do you.
• 15:53
Had to go to. Your local you had to.
• 15:54
Get in your cuts, Dr. Cutlass to the local coin shop.
• 15:58
Get out. Have your money, have your cash
• 16:00
wait in line for. A people talked about.
• 16:03
Lines that went that waited hours and hours, right?
• 16:06
Some of these coin shop guys up and say they had to go.
• 16:09
Out and tell people. You might as well not even wait
• 16:11
in line because you're not going to get in.
• 16:13
Now think about how different it is.
• 16:16
For us you. If you want.
• 16:19
To buy silver, right? We could pick.
• 16:21
  I could. I could.
• 16:21
  Take this. Thing right here.
• 16:24
My cellular telephone, right, And we could buy a monster.
• 16:28
Box in 2 minutes. People, not only is the
• 16:32
  communication happening so much faster.
• 16:35
But the ability to. Buy you don't have to get in
• 16:38
your cutlass and drive to the local coin shop.
• 16:41
No, you can get on your phone and make a purchase literally in
• 16:45
  minutes. Silver can be wiped.
• 16:47
Out super super quickly. It's going to be interesting.
• 16:50
OK, now next we're going to talk.
• 16:52
About the big Swiss bank. You know the Swiss bankers, the
• 16:55
Swiss, right, they have something very interesting to
• 16:58
say. Before we do that, I'm going to
• 16:59

• 21:25
gold in the mining sector. Now I'm going to show you

• 21:38
  mining sector represent about 5%.
• 21:41

• 22:26
And a couple more examples there as well.
• 22:28
Now that's gold. So think about how, under how,
• 22:32
  how far. This would be.
• 22:35
Like to go from. Here up to here up to this level
• 22:40
would be what? To get to 20. 8% the.
• 22:43
Average between these 228% that would be 7X OK and again
• 22:55
remember key for you to remember here, that's gold now.
• 22:59
Let's go look at this chart that.
• 23:01

• 23:55

• 23:59
not a financial advisor. Don't make any financial
• 24:01
decisions based on what I'm saying.
• 24:04

• 24:10
gold. Imagine if this goes 7X.
