- 2:00Speaker 1: like three hundred He's like he's as old as money
- 2:03Speaker 1: is on Spotify. Like he's like three hundred million. It's

- 2:10Speaker 1: well you know me, you and you and I met
- 2:11Speaker 1: in Austin for the first time on raah Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I went out there with Fred Gibbs, who he brought
- 2:18Speaker 1: onto the Rogan Show with you name Draw, and we
- 2:22Speaker 1: had an interesting weekend. We did cav we uh yeah,
- 2:27Speaker 1: we we. I tell this story about my bad mushroom
- 2:30Speaker 1: ship in Texas and you're one of the few people
- 2:32Speaker 1: who are actually there for that. Yeah, you were angry.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I was just freaking the fuck out, and then I
- 2:38Speaker 1: gave you mushrooms the next night and then you and
- 2:40Speaker 1: I was I don't know if you got beat up
- 2:42Speaker 1: or you ended up in front of some There was
- 2:45Speaker 1: this really annoying white lady who was following us around.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Do you remember that lady. Yeah, it was a friend
- 2:51Speaker 1: trying to be friends with me, and I just kept
- 2:52Speaker 1: looking at her like I'm fucked up, leave me alone,
- 2:55Speaker 1: weird ass white woman. You don't like her. I was
- 2:58Speaker 1: not a fan. You weren't a fan of that white
- 2:59Speaker 1: woman that way that that was your Black Lives Matter
- 3:02Speaker 1: protests and shout out to all the homeless people that
- 3:06Speaker 1: were there too when we were on, because we were
- 3:08Speaker 1: really just hanging out on six for the most part,
- 3:11Speaker 1: and I was like, this is just La, but smaller
- 3:13Speaker 1: and like with barbecue, yeah, and hotter and then uglier,
- 3:16Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Yeah, yeah, like La is
- 3:19Speaker 1: like cousin, Like yeah, you could smash probably right right,
- 3:21Speaker 1: and then like you don't have to call her back.
- 3:24Speaker 1: That's Austin. Shout out to Austin. Yeah, No, we had
- 3:26Speaker 1: a good time out there. How long have you known
- 3:29Speaker 1: the Rogan Man, because you've been You've been on to
- 3:30Speaker 1: show multiple times at this point. Yeah, he came to
- 3:34Speaker 1: the Back to the store like twenty fourteen, fifteen, I'd
- 3:36Speaker 1: say so, I probably met him around then and you
- 3:38Speaker 1: had been doing how long have you been doing your
- 3:40Speaker 1: staple there? You've been doing? Uh, I've been. Yeah. We
- 3:43Speaker 1: started We started in like July twenty thirteen. Jeff Ross
- 3:46Speaker 1: got involved around December twenty thirteen kind of thing, and
- 3:51Speaker 1: then we just kind of rode that bitch out until
- 3:53Speaker 1: we sold it in twenty sixteen. So when you sold it,
- 3:57Speaker 1: it's obviously ended up on TV. Give everyone like a
- 4:00Speaker 1: a background on well Kevin Well, Yeah, yeah. For people
- 4:03Speaker 1: who don't know, you're obviously a great comedian and roast
- 4:06Speaker 1: battle was kind of like your baby, right, So yeah,
- 4:08Speaker 1: you still do it to this day on Tuesdays at
- 4:09Speaker 1: the Comedy Store. She was like my side project and
- 4:11Speaker 1: then she became like my main bitch. Uh yeah, so
- 4:13Speaker 1: we still do it every Tuesday. We live streaming. If
- 4:15Speaker 1: you're into you know, watching shit at home and being lazy,
- 4:19Speaker 1: it's on Mint Comedy. So they partnered with Verizon Media.
- 4:22Speaker 1: So shit looks ill, you know, it looks like a
- 4:24Speaker 1: Netflix special, but we're just in the Comedy Store being stupid. Uh.
- 4:27Speaker 1: But yeah, we started as like like a you know,
- 4:30Speaker 1: for as like a comedy fight club kind of a thing.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Guys who didn't like each other, Guys who just wanted
- 4:34Speaker 1: to like talk shit about each other in front of
- 4:36Speaker 1: a room of their peers. That's kind of what it was.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Because it wasn't open mic. That was running with my homegirl.
- 4:41Speaker 1: And then she took off and then we brought it back,
- 4:44Speaker 1: and then we brought it back. It was just like
- 4:45Speaker 1: a lot of that that toxic mail energy they talk about. Yeah,
- 4:49Speaker 1: I love that, you know what I mean. So then, uh,
- 4:51Speaker 1: it was just became like a skate park and then uh,
- 4:53Speaker 1: these two casts were talking shit. I wanted to work there,
- 4:55Speaker 1: and then another one who was just like kind of like,
- 4:57Speaker 1: you know, a new guy on the scene, and then
- 4:59Speaker 1: a Kenny Lyon Josh Martin. I'll say your names, but
- 5:02Speaker 1: uh yeah, we wanted to those cast the slab box.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Oh yeah, but they just installed cameras in the comedy store.
- 5:08Speaker 1: So I was like, we can't have you know, we
- 5:09Speaker 1: can't be like a bump fights crazy. So we told
- 5:13Speaker 1: them to talk some about each other like a bunch
- 5:14Speaker 1: of people. They're like, yeah, you just talk shit about
- 5:16Speaker 1: each other and well, yeah, your name, you know, like
- 5:18Speaker 1: like a Roman colosseum. And that was it. And then
- 5:21Speaker 1: every Tuesday since niggas just want to talk shit to
- 5:23Speaker 1: each other from everybody, Yeah, no, I would and checked
- 5:26Speaker 1: it out and it was it was like zero fucks
- 5:31Speaker 1: given shit talking. It was amazing. Yeah, it's it is
- 5:35Speaker 1: the the Church of free speech as uh, if we're
- 5:37Speaker 1: gonna name drop, John Mayer says, it's like a temple
- 5:39Speaker 1: of a free Yeah. There. So like every week you
- 5:41Speaker 1: have like there's like judges, right, so it's like the
- 5:44Speaker 1: judges changed from week to week, right, so special guest judges.
- 5:48Speaker 1: It's cool. It's got like that real speakeasy thing of
- 5:50Speaker 1: like have you heard about this thing? That's kind of
- 5:51Speaker 1: how it started. And then jeffould bring his famous friends, right,
- 5:54Speaker 1: and then you know, people would get acquainted with the
- 5:57Speaker 1: show and they'd be like, I'm just gonna come, and
- 5:58Speaker 1: people just like came. Bro, you had a Jim Carrey
- 6:00Speaker 1: thing there. You had Brett Radner, who you know directed
- 6:03Speaker 1: all the Rush hours. Yeah, that cat. You have the
- 6:05Speaker 1: Wolf of Wall Street come through, want the actual one.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Jordan Balfert, he actually came. Watched his podcast sometimes. Yeah,
- 6:10Speaker 1: he came through. Uh, one of the ANDREATI kids, I
- 6:13Speaker 1: mean Chappelle Hotel, I mean yeah, for sure. No, it's
- 6:17Speaker 1: definitely like a staple out here. And then like I
- 6:19Speaker 1: think it's it's like a fresh like you know, coming
- 6:24Speaker 1: from being a hip hop fan. It's almost like it's
- 6:27Speaker 1: some like freestyle battle type ship, but just on stage.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Like obviously we watched the Famous People roast on Comedy Central,
- 6:33Speaker 1: which is different. This is like two killers on stage,
- 6:36Speaker 1: no holds barred till them KIV just fucking going crazy.
- 6:41Speaker 1: There was a guy in a wheelchair yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 6:46Speaker 1: was battling him. Did not hold back. She said he
- 6:49Speaker 1: looked like a fucking pterodactyl. Yeah, dog, because when you
- 6:52Speaker 1: have consent, you should be going hard, you know what
- 6:54Speaker 1: I mean? Like all right, now we in here, you
- 6:56Speaker 1: know what I mean, Like we all got consented. That's bad.
- 6:59Speaker 1: It's a nice it's a nice uh mantra to live
- 7:01Speaker 1: by fellas. You know what I'm saying. But when you
- 7:04Speaker 1: have consent, you go hard. Okay, listen, listen. I don't
- 7:07Speaker 1: have no no Mike Tyson ship. Yeah, you know, like
- 7:09Speaker 1: on some like Bill Cosby, shit, you know you gotta
- 7:12Speaker 1: go softer, we think. Listen, let's start. Bill Cosby's out
- 7:16Speaker 1: of jail, My nigga's out and I saw that, like
- 7:21Speaker 1: he's thinking about touring. Yeah, but he's got to wait
- 7:23Speaker 1: for R. Kelly so they can do the best the
- 7:24Speaker 1: worst world tour. And that'd be crazy, that would bro,
- 7:27Speaker 1: that would go up. I'm not gonna lie. I always
- 7:30Speaker 1: say this. I love R. Kelly's music. I appreciate him
- 7:33Speaker 1: as an artist. Yeah. I never was like a huge
- 7:35Speaker 1: like I think I grew up like a little bit
- 7:37Speaker 1: past the Cosby Show, so that wasn't like I was
- 7:40Speaker 1: like right before like my childhood, So I really never
- 7:43Speaker 1: really cared about Bill Cosby. That's kind of like Kelly's
- 7:46Speaker 1: the Goat. Yeah, that's kind of like me and OJ, Like,
- 7:48Speaker 1: I wasn't a fan before, Like I heard about the
- 7:49Speaker 1: murders and I was just like it is so I know, yeah,
- 7:52Speaker 1: I know he killed this white woman then their boyfriend. Yeah,
- 7:55Speaker 1: all you yards, Okay, that's cool. Yeah. I wasn't watching
- 7:57Speaker 1: fucking usc Yards that season. It's crazy. No, But you
- 8:02Speaker 1: think do you think Bill Cosby could like do a
- 8:04Speaker 1: successful stand up tour? Yeah, like the chip Lin Circuit,
- 8:08Speaker 1: bring that shit back, you know what I mean? Like
- 8:09Speaker 1: people would like, I think people would pay to see him,
- 8:11Speaker 1: But do you think promoters would book him or do
- 8:13Speaker 1: you think they are afraid of the outrage? Black people
- 8:15Speaker 1: are so forgiven they support that dude. I mean, like, listen,
- 8:18Speaker 1: he's a monster. I don't know what's gonna happen, but
- 8:20Speaker 1: you know, monsters have fans too. I bet if Jeffrey
- 8:22Speaker 1: Dahmer was out there or Tim Bunny were out there,
- 8:24Speaker 1: then niggas would have fucking fans too. Yeah. I think
- 8:27Speaker 1: it's crazy Charles Manson fans. Well, you'll see people on
- 8:30Speaker 1: Instagram that might act like what happened with Cosby getting
- 8:32Speaker 1: out of jail means that like he was redeemed and
- 8:35Speaker 1: I'm like, no, it was a it was a technicality,
- 8:38Speaker 1: like he he was Raven bits right, Yes he was
- 8:43Speaker 1: keV but like depending on whose Instagram feed you follow,
- 8:47Speaker 1: because you know there's like people who like swear like
- 8:49Speaker 1: you know, he not it's innocent. These girls are lying.
- 8:51Speaker 1: I'm like, bro, like he got out of jail, not
- 8:54Speaker 1: because he was innocent. He got out of jail a technicality. Yeah,
- 8:59Speaker 1: that's crazy. That's like, yeah, that's that's like your killer.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Yeah if I kill my sister and they got out.
- 9:04Speaker 1: If R Kelly gets out, though, that'd be that'll be uh.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I would? I would. I might go pay to see
- 9:09Speaker 1: R Kelly live. I'm not gonna lie. Yeah, who's gonna
- 9:12Speaker 1: produce that album? I don't know, man. Yeah, but if
- 9:17Speaker 1: Phill Cosmon, r Kelly did somebody other bro, that ship
- 9:19Speaker 1: would be crazy. I could see steviej producing the new
- 9:23Speaker 1: R DVJ. Quincy Jones will come my retirement, you know
- 9:25Speaker 1: what I mean, at all the greats. It'd be crazy. No,
- 9:28Speaker 1: it's crazy. So you know, with with I feel like
- 9:31Speaker 1: we were just talking off the camera bit like comedy
- 9:34Speaker 1: to me, feels like, at least in the stand up
- 9:36Speaker 1: realm and podcasting and ship, it feels like the only
- 9:39Speaker 1: form of entertainment that we have nowadays in which like
- 9:44Speaker 1: you can be pretty much as uncut as possible without
- 9:48Speaker 1: worrying about hurt and feelings not circumcised. Hell yeah, because
- 9:51Speaker 1: like you know, when I was, I was, you know,
- 9:53Speaker 1: me and my one of my one of my good
- 9:55Speaker 1: friends were just having a discussion about like funny movies
- 9:59Speaker 1: and I can't remember the last comedy that came out
- 10:05Speaker 1: that was like fucking great. Like it's been so long
- 10:09Speaker 1: since we've had a comedy that like, and I'm not
- 10:12Speaker 1: saying there hasn't been funny movie Maids, I mean that
- 10:15Speaker 1: was that was one of the Girls Trip. Girls Trip
- 10:18Speaker 1: was good. Yeah, but as far I mean, I mean
- 10:20Speaker 1: maybe that's it. I mean, like yeah, I mean it's
- 10:22Speaker 1: few and far between, like so it's the last decade. Yeah,
- 10:24Speaker 1: just if you think about it, like they're like when
- 10:26Speaker 1: we're growing up, like the biggest movies were always the
- 10:29Speaker 1: funny movies, like Friday, even like twelve years ago, the Hangover, right,
- 10:36Speaker 1: that was another one. Yeah, all the Will Farrell movies, right, right, right,
- 10:40Speaker 1: it's like, what do we have now? Yeah, you don't
- 10:41Speaker 1: really have that guy right now. But I mean it's
- 10:43Speaker 1: it takes a minute, you know. It's kind of like
- 10:45Speaker 1: US Soccer. Michael Sarah's No, he's not funny. I don't care.
- 10:53Speaker 1: They keep putting Michael Sarah in fucking movies like I'm
- 10:55Speaker 1: supposed to lie. I mean, by the way, I love
- 10:56Speaker 1: some Michael Sarah movies. Yeah, but but like you know,
- 10:59Speaker 1: he became like a you like super Bad, you like
- 11:00Speaker 1: the rest of the development. Super Bad was good, so
- 11:02Speaker 1: was the other one where he fights all his exes
- 11:04Speaker 1: Scott Pilgrim. Yeah, but I just mean, like, who's that
- 11:08Speaker 1: guy right now? And I don't even seen Michael Sarah
- 11:09Speaker 1: in years, by the way, I mean, like, but who's
- 11:11Speaker 1: the funny guy in movies right now? It's lil real
- 11:14Speaker 1: Kevin Hart. I mean, you know Kevin Hart. I'm not
- 11:16Speaker 1: crazy about his movies. I like his older stand ups.
- 11:19Speaker 1: It's a lot of excess. He's can I understand what
- 11:21Speaker 1: he's doing on the movie tip because Kevin Hart's movies
- 11:24Speaker 1: are like they're like like my kids can enjoy him? Yes, Evergreen,
- 11:28Speaker 1: you always go to see Kevin Hart. Yeah, he's like
- 11:30Speaker 1: he's like a black Steve, Steve Guttenberg. I don't even
- 11:33Speaker 1: know Steve Guttenberg. Yes, Police Academy movies, see Before My Time,
- 11:39Speaker 1: Before Your Time. The Police Academy was born in eighty seven,
- 11:42Speaker 1: So when wasps Academy was popping in the eighties. Yeah,
- 11:44Speaker 1: like when crack was hot, Steve Gutenberg was hot. That's
- 11:48Speaker 1: that makes sense. Yeah, everything goes back. I just remember
- 11:50Speaker 1: as a child the Police Academy. I had the toys
- 11:53Speaker 1: and there is the guy who made the noises with
- 11:54Speaker 1: his mouth, Michael Winslow, but he still goes hard and
- 11:57Speaker 1: low keys like was like the first Rozelle. I think
- 12:01Speaker 1: that might have been the same time. Actually, Nah, Rozelle
- 12:04Speaker 1: was like when whenever the roots were popped. I remember
- 12:06Speaker 1: Rozelle was that motherfucker. Though. Yeah, about Rosselle's album as
- 12:09Speaker 1: a kid used at the warehouse, it wasn't very good
- 12:12Speaker 1: and he starting like the eighties though, Rosselle, I don't know, Okay,
- 12:15Speaker 1: shout out to Rozelle, but no, I was just saying,
- 12:18Speaker 1: like I just I just feel like, you know, obviously,
- 12:20Speaker 1: there's almost like a renaissance of like how big stand
- 12:24Speaker 1: up and comedians are with how podcasting is going and
- 12:28Speaker 1: kind of like where comedians fill the gap of what's
- 12:32Speaker 1: missing in mainstream entertainment these days. Do you feel like
- 12:35Speaker 1: it's like a great time to be a comedian. This
- 12:37Speaker 1: is the best time ever. I'm excited. I hate to
- 12:41Speaker 1: I hate to say. This was like, yeah, when you
- 12:42Speaker 1: have oppression and like all this weird shit going on,
- 12:45Speaker 1: like it can only create great art, right, it can
- 12:47Speaker 1: only inspire you to be like, yo, shit is crazy.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Let's talk about it before we're all dead, you know
- 12:51Speaker 1: what I mean, before another asteroid hits this bitch, right,
- 12:53Speaker 1: or before the aliens under the sea, if icking be like, ah,
- 12:55Speaker 1: we got it, you know what I mean. So this
- 12:58Speaker 1: is the best time there's There was Black back Lives
- 13:00Speaker 1: Matter year last year. Before that, you had you know,
- 13:02Speaker 1: everybody mat at Trump with me too, and then dak
- 13:04Speaker 1: Go with the loot immigrants. Right then you got this
- 13:06Speaker 1: pandemic that washed everything, and now we're back to the
- 13:09Speaker 1: same shit. Really, like everybody leaned on that Black Lives
- 13:11Speaker 1: Matter and all that other other bullshit, right, it's not
- 13:14Speaker 1: really bullshit. It gets in this social conscience. But nigga
- 13:18Speaker 1: be outside now and like the shit didn't change, right,
- 13:20Speaker 1: you know what I mean, especially in comedy, it was
- 13:22Speaker 1: like they leaned heavy on it just to virtue signal it.
- 13:24Speaker 1: And now it's like we're back outside and it's like
- 13:27Speaker 1: they're just yelling at each other now, you know, and
- 13:29Speaker 1: like nobody can spit. Nobody's spitting like Dick Gregory or
- 13:34Speaker 1: even you know, Patris O'Neil, or even like Chappelle today
- 13:37Speaker 1: or Rock It's like we're still leaning on Chappelle to
- 13:39Speaker 1: be like, give us the truth, give us the truth.
- 13:41Speaker 1: And it's like, why is everybody else giving us the truth?
- 13:43Speaker 1: You know what I mean? And I'm not gonna name names,
- 13:45Speaker 1: got to work with these casts, but I like that
- 13:46Speaker 1: Damon Wayne's who's the Who's one of the greatest of
- 13:48Speaker 1: all time. It's like, yeah, I'll do a verses against
- 13:51Speaker 1: Dave Chappelle. Like that's the kind of energy you want.
- 13:53Speaker 1: You want dudes who are like I can spit, and
- 13:55Speaker 1: I'm gonna show you I can spit like I ain't
- 13:57Speaker 1: dead yet. Motherfuckers as Richard Pryor say right or even
- 14:00Speaker 1: Bernie Mac. It's like it's not the same anmore. Nobody's
- 14:03Speaker 1: afraid to get in trouble, Like that's what makes the
- 14:05Speaker 1: art great. It's like if you're not afraid to say
- 14:07Speaker 1: something because we are, you know, the village idiot, right,
- 14:10Speaker 1: but we are the kind of the voice of reason
- 14:11Speaker 1: too because we're bringing it down. So you can be like,
- 14:14Speaker 1: oh that's true. We should be better than that, you
- 14:16Speaker 1: know what I mean? Yeah? No, I love when I
- 14:18Speaker 1: obviously growing up Damon Ways is like Major Pain was
- 14:20Speaker 1: one of my favorite movies ever, and I was so
- 14:22Speaker 1: glad to see it like back on Netflix and like
- 14:24Speaker 1: in the top ten. I was like, oh my god,
- 14:26Speaker 1: that means kids are watching Major Pain. Oh yeah, welcome back. Yeah,
- 14:30Speaker 1: Taliban back all that shit. My god, it's great. But no,
- 14:32Speaker 1: he said Taliban. Everything's coming back the Taliban. Hey man,
- 14:36Speaker 1: Right before that twentieth the season what merch Drop? Season
- 14:42Speaker 1: twenty Afghanny war merch Drop. The addition, you were saying,
- 14:48Speaker 1: who are the comedians though, because it's easier to name
- 14:51Speaker 1: names when you're giving him prop So who are the comedians?
- 14:54Speaker 1: Now that you kind of look at you and you're like, Okay,
- 14:55Speaker 1: you're a dope, You're you know the next people coming up?
- 14:58Speaker 1: Right now? Man, Beth Stelling can spit Jamar Neighbors can
- 15:02Speaker 1: fucking spit Andrew Santino Spitz. Uh, I mean there's a
- 15:05Speaker 1: lot of precious haul spits. I mean, if we're talking
- 15:07Speaker 1: about like the next ring was Teddy Ray Spitz. I
- 15:09Speaker 1: just saw, Yeah, I saw Andrew and Phoenix and uh
- 15:13Speaker 1: he had he did a bit about the F word,
- 15:15Speaker 1: and I was I was like, yes, yeah, yeah, those
- 15:19Speaker 1: are the kind of casts that like Morgan Murphy Spitz.
- 15:22Speaker 1: I mean like there's there's people out there who are
- 15:24Speaker 1: like who are getting after it, but you know, people
- 15:26Speaker 1: are afraid to like say the wrong thing, And those
- 15:28Speaker 1: are the people I just named are the most fearless
- 15:30Speaker 1: people probably doing it right now. And I'm sorry if
- 15:31Speaker 1: I didn't name anybody I love out there doing it.
- 15:33Speaker 1: That's why I mean all my like, you know, I
- 15:35Speaker 1: love I love Tim Dillon. So I don't agree with
- 15:37Speaker 1: that's another one. Yes, exactly. He's not a friend. Yes,
- 15:43Speaker 1: and then when he gets in trouble, he just leans
- 15:45Speaker 1: into it like yeah, like you're really gonna shoot me,
- 15:49Speaker 1: you know what I mean, It's like he's yeah, nah.
- 15:52Speaker 1: I think I just think that, like it's been dope
- 15:54Speaker 1: to see kind of just the evolution of where comedy's gone,
- 15:58Speaker 1: and how like every median that's dope is having a
- 16:02Speaker 1: moment with podcasting, Like Bill Burr's podcast is fucking amazing,
- 16:06Speaker 1: and it's just like a whole nother way to consume,
- 16:09Speaker 1: like what's missing because you can't go to the theater.
- 16:11Speaker 1: And like obviously there's some shows like I Love Dave
- 16:14Speaker 1: on f X. There's like some funny shows still. I
- 16:17Speaker 1: just subscribe to Beads. He plused to check out look
- 16:21Speaker 1: at You for the culture. That lady is so funny.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Miss Patt is so funny. She's Miss Pat. Yeah. Miss
- 16:30Speaker 1: Pat's a monster. She's hilarious. Yeah, and she don't care
- 16:34Speaker 1: about nobody. Yeah, well we don't give a fuck about nobody.
- 16:38Speaker 1: Plus and I just hit play on that ship. Me
- 16:39Speaker 1: and my wife are dying. Yeah, she's the truth. Yeah,
- 16:43Speaker 1: she was just she was just on Rogan. Yeah that's
- 16:45Speaker 1: where I saw her before, on Rogan a couple like
- 16:47Speaker 1: maybe a year or two ago. And but I was like, uh,
- 16:50Speaker 1: I didn't know she had a sitcom. So I was shored.
- 16:53Speaker 1: And I think first season of Roastbelt on Comedy Central,
- 16:56Speaker 1: she was on our Things. Yeah, they're like, you guys
- 16:58Speaker 1: got to see this woman and yeah, we got to
- 17:00Speaker 1: Chicago just to go just to go be around her
- 17:02Speaker 1: and she I mean, man, you talk about what a
- 17:04Speaker 1: give a fuck? And she battle Ralphie may too before
- 17:07Speaker 1: Mike Lawrence did. Wow Yeah that season one, she's yeah,
- 17:09Speaker 1: she's a beach shouts to Ralphie. Ma r P R
- 17:12Speaker 1: r P. Man, how are you kind of like for
- 17:16Speaker 1: your brand and where you're at, Like, like, like the
- 17:19Speaker 1: pandemic happened obviously kind of switched up everyone's take. Like
- 17:23Speaker 1: I think Andrew Schuls kind of showed people like a
- 17:25Speaker 1: way of like doing comedy a whole different way and
- 17:27Speaker 1: still kind of keeping your integrity. Bro. Yeah, he's he's
- 17:29Speaker 1: the Moses right now. That ship he's leading us. It's like,
- 17:31Speaker 1: all right, that's how you that's how you get down,
- 17:33Speaker 1: and it's and it's not corny, you know what I mean.
- 17:35Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying, integrity because yeah, it's not my
- 17:37Speaker 1: space dang cookshit right, you know what I mean. It's
- 17:39Speaker 1: not it's not Yeah, it's not Jonas Brother's my space ship.
- 17:45Speaker 1: It's like it's not like it's like, oh, that's how
- 17:47Speaker 1: you do it. I'm with that. It's like mixtape ship
- 17:49Speaker 1: it's like he's passing on mixtapes out of his trunk.
- 17:51Speaker 1: But on the internet, you know, it's like it's hip hop,
- 17:54Speaker 1: it's punk rock. I'm like, you get down with shots
- 17:56Speaker 1: because of that, and he's not afraid to say shit,
- 17:58Speaker 1: it's facts. But like, for you personally, how have you
- 18:00Speaker 1: kind of like, uh, has it has like like the
- 18:04Speaker 1: last year and some change. Has it kind of made
- 18:05Speaker 1: you look at things differently or pivot in a certain way? Nigga? Yes,
- 18:09Speaker 1: because all this has done is it's separated fake. You know,
- 18:14Speaker 1: it separates the U, the fake, from the from the
- 18:16Speaker 1: real ones. Like you really get to see who your
- 18:17Speaker 1: real ones are, you know what I mean? Like I'm
- 18:19Speaker 1: assuming everyone circle got smaller because obviously because of COVID,
- 18:23Speaker 1: but then you like you really got to see everybody's character,
- 18:25Speaker 1: you know, like especially when you came back outside, it
- 18:28Speaker 1: was like, oh, you niggas didn't really give a fuck.
- 18:30Speaker 1: You were just saying it for the cloud. So especially
- 18:33Speaker 1: with the Black Lives Matter shit, Negro, there's literally a
- 18:36Speaker 1: George Floyd moment happening right now with this vaccine. How
- 18:38Speaker 1: easy is it to be at home where you can't
- 18:41Speaker 1: leave your house and post a black square. Yeah. That
- 18:44Speaker 1: was like what else are you gonna do? Yeah, it's
- 18:48Speaker 1: like you can't do shit about it. No, I don't know, Like,
- 18:51Speaker 1: of course you're gonna post a black square because otherwise
- 18:52Speaker 1: you're an asshole. But what happens when things are actually
- 18:54Speaker 1: open and you know you got Yeah, I don't know, man,
- 18:57Speaker 1: it's just yeah, like yeah, with the vaccine, We're talk
- 18:59Speaker 1: about that shit line too. It's like it's seventy two
- 19:02Speaker 1: percent of the black people they said, like a couple
- 19:03Speaker 1: of weeks go on the CDC weren't getting vaccinated. And
- 19:05Speaker 1: all I kept hearing was just you know, white comics
- 19:08Speaker 1: on Twitter just yellow people to shut the fuck up
- 19:10Speaker 1: and get the vaccine, and like the yanked outrageous just
- 19:12Speaker 1: sometimes like I saw a dude who had posted is
- 19:14Speaker 1: like we need to hog tap people ain't vaccinated, take
- 19:16Speaker 1: them down to jail and bring out the non violent offender.
- 19:19Speaker 1: I'm like, what, like what we were we talking about?
- 19:22Speaker 1: You know, what were we talking about? So it's like
- 19:23Speaker 1: at this point, like this is this is a George
- 19:26Speaker 1: Floyd moment, Like I was just saying a second ago,
- 19:27Speaker 1: where like the medical community has kneeled on the next
- 19:30Speaker 1: of black people for fucking centuries, and now everybody must
- 19:32Speaker 1: be like, hey, can you throw that shit aside so
- 19:34Speaker 1: we can get back to lie now you want to
- 19:36Speaker 1: trust us? Thank you. It's just like what about Black
- 19:38Speaker 1: lives matter? What about you know, like my issues, Like
- 19:40Speaker 1: I don't trust these motherfuckers, you know, like I have
- 19:42Speaker 1: PTSD with this shit, and you guys are like, yeah,
- 19:45Speaker 1: but we can't get back to work and like do
- 19:47Speaker 1: like what we used to do, which just like dominate
- 19:49Speaker 1: the country, So could you Yeah. I was talking to
- 19:51Speaker 1: Glasses Balloon and he was kind of saying the same thing.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Like he's like, I think everyone should get vaccinated. He's like,
- 19:55Speaker 1: but the reason why my community is not rushing to
- 19:59Speaker 1: get vaccin because the medical industry is fucked this over
- 20:02Speaker 1: for ever. So now we're just supposed to just trust
- 20:07Speaker 1: what they want to put in our body. I mean,
- 20:09Speaker 1: that's what I'm saying. It's like for it. By the way,
- 20:10Speaker 1: they're just like, oh, you're dying three times more. We're like, well,
- 20:13Speaker 1: Nigga's been dying, bro, Like where the money at? Like
- 20:18Speaker 1: that's it. And if we're going to talk about you know,
- 20:20Speaker 1: California in general, you know, latinos aren'tett vaccinated either, like
- 20:23Speaker 1: Glasses is talking about, because like listen, a lot of
- 20:26Speaker 1: people that live in those homes, like you know, they
- 20:27Speaker 1: may have an illegal family member, right, the last thing
- 20:30Speaker 1: he wants to do is go put his name in
- 20:31Speaker 1: a system. Next thing, like you know, six months later,
- 20:34Speaker 1: Ice is knocking on your door, Like there goes your
- 20:36Speaker 1: home depot, there goes your produce, there goes your fucking
- 20:38Speaker 1: six same leafblower in the morning. It's just like, bro,
- 20:40Speaker 1: what are we talking about here, getting these digital mandating
- 20:43Speaker 1: digital vax cards for communities that don't trust the medical community, Like,
- 20:47Speaker 1: what are we talking about? Yeah, I think I'm vaccinated.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Every should have backs I' vaccinated too, you know, but
- 20:53Speaker 1: not I think that everyone when you start mandating certain shit,
- 20:56Speaker 1: and like obviously there's always been a certain level of
- 21:00Speaker 1: if you have a kid and they go to school,
- 21:01Speaker 1: they have to have a certain amount of shots or
- 21:03Speaker 1: whatever to go to go to school, right, whether it's
- 21:05Speaker 1: their flu shot or their chicken pox, whatever the fuck is.
- 21:08Speaker 1: But I think that like it's not FDA approved. That's
- 21:13Speaker 1: why some of my wife last night, bro, and my
- 21:15Speaker 1: wife was She's like, I don't give a fuck, and
- 21:17Speaker 1: I'm like, she's like, you know, the FDA has fucked
- 21:20Speaker 1: over so many people with the food they approve, but
- 21:22Speaker 1: at the same time, like, yeah, it's not FDA approved,
- 21:25Speaker 1: So how can you force people to get something that's
- 21:27Speaker 1: not even approved by the FDA? Right? But I mean
- 21:30Speaker 1: not to say the FDA, but like they've done this before.
- 21:33Speaker 1: I mean, like, I mean, this history has shown that
- 21:35Speaker 1: that that's not what scares me about it, Like because
- 21:38Speaker 1: obviously the FDA, like you just said, like how do
- 21:40Speaker 1: you trust them? Anyway? I'm just saying like they've done
- 21:42Speaker 1: this for with emergency submissions. What I'm saying is, uh,
- 21:45Speaker 1: I mean, COVID is in this like sophomore junior season,
- 21:48Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Like COVID had like a
- 21:50Speaker 1: like a Yannish year, you know what I mean. But
- 21:52Speaker 1: it's like, you know, it ain't like it ain't A's.
- 21:55Speaker 1: It ain't you know, it ain't the flu. The flu's
- 21:56Speaker 1: Bill Russell, and I guess A's is like it's like
- 21:59Speaker 1: Theron because it STI puts up numbers and it's like
- 22:01Speaker 1: forty years old. That's so crazy. Nigga. A million A
- 22:04Speaker 1: year's is like Lebron. Yeah, you're like with AIDS, though,
- 22:08Speaker 1: it's like a lot easier now to live. Oh bro,
- 22:10Speaker 1: yeah yeah, I think everybody knows, like somebody with HIV,
- 22:14Speaker 1: you know, like they're still like they just got a crack.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Yeah out here fucking still so doing this shit. I mean,
- 22:19Speaker 1: Magic Johnson, the Facts, he's the guy. He's the guy,
- 22:23Speaker 1: he's the goat. Yeah no, so you got vaccined? Yeah
- 22:27Speaker 1: did you get vaccine? Because it's just like I'm just
- 22:30Speaker 1: I yes, I wanted to work in the industries though,
- 22:32Speaker 1: I had to do it because the sagas you know,
- 22:34Speaker 1: SAG is requiring it. The WJA is requiring it. Right
- 22:37Speaker 1: if you go inside you're a performer, they're requiring it,
- 22:39Speaker 1: and there's no wiggle room because they don't listen. Restaurants, bars, nightclubs,
- 22:43Speaker 1: all this ship. They were close like eighteen months. They're like,
- 22:45Speaker 1: we're gonna comply with whatever they want because we're gonna
- 22:47Speaker 1: lose their fucking business. Yeah, Like, I don't give a
- 22:49Speaker 1: fuck if like you can't come on a building. So
- 22:51Speaker 1: now it feels like if you're a performer, it feels
- 22:53Speaker 1: like you're like back in I don't know, the forties
- 22:55Speaker 1: performing like hey, look at all these white people because
- 22:57Speaker 1: niggas ain't gettingvaccinated, you know what I mean, Latinos ain't
- 22:59Speaker 1: get vacinated. And you're like, eh, did you see the
- 23:02Speaker 1: Arkansas drug dealer commercial for the rod Did I see that?
- 23:06Speaker 1: Like what, I'd be out of your hustle, so I
- 23:08Speaker 1: had to get back. I'd be out of your selling thing. Yeah,
- 23:11Speaker 1: you know, I can't risk contracting COVID nineteen. I said,
- 23:15Speaker 1: oh my god, as he puts fitting on, I was
- 23:18Speaker 1: an actor. Otherwise he's a great actor. Get him out
- 23:22Speaker 1: of Arkansas, moves from California, give him a job. I'm
- 23:24Speaker 1: not restricting it from being a great actor. He actually
- 23:26Speaker 1: might be one because he killed it. Yeah this shit,
- 23:29Speaker 1: yeah no, see him on Power next season. Between that
- 23:32Speaker 1: and the vast thing up Juvenile Remixed, I was like, Yo,
- 23:34Speaker 1: who the fuck? This is like pandering at its worst. Yeah, Like,
- 23:41Speaker 1: are they supposed to think black people are going to
- 23:43Speaker 1: see juvenile sing? Vax that ass up and one to
- 23:45Speaker 1: get a fucking jab. If you ain't vote for Biden,
- 23:48Speaker 1: you ain't black. So you know that's where the marketing
- 23:50Speaker 1: dollars are going. Please get vaccinated. Well, your drug dealers
- 23:54Speaker 1: are getting vaccinated, your favorite rappers are getting vaccinated? Please,
- 23:59Speaker 1: Who's I want to know whose favorite rappers juvenile in
- 24:02Speaker 1: twenty twenty one? Like I want to Taliban Nigga. They
- 24:05Speaker 1: back that Afghanistan shit is crazy, It really is. It's
- 24:11Speaker 1: gonna go crazy. It's gonna go crazy. It's gonna go
- 24:13Speaker 1: all of them. And it's crazy because I see like
- 24:15Speaker 1: both sides of the of the argument where it's like, yo,
- 24:18Speaker 1: there was this is an unwinnable no matter when we
- 24:21Speaker 1: pulled out, this was going to happen, all right, So
- 24:25Speaker 1: like yeah, but always can get this bitch pregnant. But
- 24:28Speaker 1: my thing is, we went there, so I feel like
- 24:31Speaker 1: we owe as much as I when you know, Joe
- 24:34Speaker 1: Biden said yesterday that how are we supposed to say
- 24:38Speaker 1: they're on a fight to fight that they're not even
- 24:39Speaker 1: willing to fight because the army is obviously pussy because
- 24:42Speaker 1: they just was like we out, President left, but it
- 24:44Speaker 1: was just a job for them mercenaries. We also went
- 24:47Speaker 1: there and fucked up their whole ship. But we spent
- 24:50Speaker 1: like they like in twenty years, they're like build infrastructure.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Tons of people have died, and I think like, at
- 24:58Speaker 1: least to the people there, like we should. I feel
- 25:01Speaker 1: like you know, we owe them something at least, like
- 25:06Speaker 1: we you know, and I know it might cost taxpayers money,
- 25:09Speaker 1: but I'm like, bro, we kind of like came through
- 25:11Speaker 1: and fucked up there. I'm not saying we fucked up
- 25:13Speaker 1: their whole country, but we've been there for twenty years.
- 25:16Speaker 1: So there's nineteen year old females that are don't know nothing,
- 25:18Speaker 1: no other life, but all right, an fast demo democracy.
- 25:22Speaker 1: So it's like and we're just gonna just be like,
- 25:26Speaker 1: all right, y'all figure this shit out. Well, this is this.
- 25:29Speaker 1: It's the same difference of like if we would have
- 25:30Speaker 1: fought the cartels, you know, down in Mexico forever, down
- 25:33Speaker 1: in like you know, South America forever, It's like it
- 25:35Speaker 1: would have been the same thing. They were gonna wait
- 25:36Speaker 1: it out and then like cause like this ain't going nowhere, player,
- 25:39Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Like this Pobby feels out here.
- 25:40Speaker 1: There's drug money out here, you know what I mean. Like,
- 25:42Speaker 1: and these guys are more about these guys are little
- 25:44Speaker 1: more religious and spiritual, but it's not other thing that's
- 25:46Speaker 1: up doing that shit. But yeah, they had time to
- 25:49Speaker 1: wait and they were like, nah, we are going to
- 25:50Speaker 1: be here forever, and you're gonna spend that money and
- 25:53Speaker 1: we're still gonna be here. They were ants and that,
- 25:55Speaker 1: and and then we just like bounced and left all
- 25:58Speaker 1: of our weapons and shit, so they got all our guns. No,
- 26:00Speaker 1: it's crazy. Whinn't get nursecurity possible. But I just feel
- 26:02Speaker 1: bad for all those people because I'm like, man, like
- 26:04Speaker 1: they had they had to have like you would. You
- 26:06Speaker 1: would like to think that they could have set up
- 26:08Speaker 1: some sort of way to get out of there where
- 26:11Speaker 1: they they you know, maybe it was gradually slower and
- 26:15Speaker 1: it you know, there was like a way to apply
- 26:17Speaker 1: to come to America if you live there. I don't know.
- 26:20Speaker 1: It's like a new numb right, like a new name,
- 26:22Speaker 1: a new Vietnam. It's like that's what they're saying. They
- 26:24Speaker 1: compared it to Saigon. Damn. Yeah, I saw the pictures there.
- 26:26Speaker 1: That way quicker happened, way quicker than Saigon. Yeah. No,
- 26:29Speaker 1: it was like what that uh Baltimore Colt's thing when
- 26:32Speaker 1: they went to Indianapolis, that is shit in the middle
- 26:34Speaker 1: of the night and just bounced, just dip like all right,
- 26:36Speaker 1: we are man, y'all are fucked. Yeah, that video is
- 26:39Speaker 1: crazy though, The video of the they're playing that shit
- 26:41Speaker 1: is crazy, but that situation is crazy. This thing is crazy.
- 26:45Speaker 1: No I saw. I saw today the Taliman put out
- 26:47Speaker 1: some letter to like all the local political officials saying
- 26:50Speaker 1: that they need lists of all females that are widowed
- 26:53Speaker 1: under forty five or females that are over the age
- 26:56Speaker 1: of fifteen to be married to Taliban fighters. Like what
- 27:00Speaker 1: the fuck? Yeah, man, imagine you're seventeen years old and
- 27:04Speaker 1: you only know this americanized version of Afghanistan and then
- 27:09Speaker 1: all of a sudden you got to go marry some
- 27:11Speaker 1: fucking well, now your lifestyle is gonna be death to
- 27:14Speaker 1: all infidel's, death to America. So crazy. I don't know
- 27:17Speaker 1: how many people are in Afghanistan, but like, if that's
- 27:18Speaker 1: your government right now, that's what the kids is going
- 27:20Speaker 1: to be taught for generations and centuries. And we're gonn
- 27:24Speaker 1: to deal with that forever because there is a lot
- 27:25Speaker 1: of anti America propaganda in that area, as there should be.
- 27:29Speaker 1: So you know, that's like if you know, you go
- 27:32Speaker 1: in to like somebody's house and just beat the shit
- 27:33Speaker 1: up all the time, You're like, all right, we out man,
- 27:35Speaker 1: You're like, all right, all right, I'm gonna get all
- 27:37Speaker 1: my niggas, you know what I mean, So and for centuries.
- 27:40Speaker 1: So yeah, this is not gonna work out. It was
- 27:43Speaker 1: never gonna work out. Yeah, it's wild, man, it's unfortunate,
- 27:45Speaker 1: but you know, it is what it is. Uh sho,
- 27:48Speaker 1: you know, listen, this is what I'll say. I obviously
- 27:50Speaker 1: voted for Joe Biden despite them being a flaming piece
- 27:52Speaker 1: of dog shit. He's not as I still stand by
- 27:57Speaker 1: the fact that I would rather have Joe Biden as
- 27:59Speaker 1: my president of Donald Try. Yeah, but that doesn't mean
- 28:02Speaker 1: Joe Biden is I'm just saying. I mean, like this
- 28:05Speaker 1: whole Alcava league, it's like we had isis you know
- 28:08Speaker 1: last what last decade and ship like we're still banging
- 28:11Speaker 1: isis records like we go back to the we had
- 28:14Speaker 1: to go back to back that ass up with the
- 28:15Speaker 1: Taliban and they back. Now it's just like all right, man,
- 28:19Speaker 1: Like Taliban's having like the nas Kings disease moment. Yeah,
- 28:24Speaker 1: they really are coming back and winning a Grammy lots
- 28:29Speaker 1: in the versus oh you know what I mean, So like, yeah,
- 28:33Speaker 1: Taliban's bag did you watch that? Who didn't watch that? keV?
- 28:36Speaker 1: I don't know some people. I was young gorgeous that ever. Man,
- 28:39Speaker 1: are you kidding me? I've rewatched it like three times.
- 28:41Speaker 1: I rewatched. I rewatched it last night. Ship. I just
- 28:44Speaker 1: fucking some work on my laptop and I had that
- 28:46Speaker 1: Ship playing and I'm just like, fucking Kiss, it's so far. Yeah.
- 28:50Speaker 1: I felt really I didn't feel bad for Dipset. I
- 28:52Speaker 1: feel bad for everyone who just kind of like thought
- 28:54Speaker 1: that they were going to just win. And and like,
- 28:57Speaker 1: on surface, it would be easy to say dips that
- 29:00Speaker 1: will win, but like they weren't as good as performers.
- 29:03Speaker 1: And then like and they don't like each other. They're
- 29:06Speaker 1: not hanging out anymore. No, they're not. Like the Locks
- 29:09Speaker 1: are still with each other, like you know what I'm saying,
- 29:13Speaker 1: Like they've been putting out Epease eight. So yeah. And
- 29:17Speaker 1: then what Kiss was saying was some real shit, We're
- 29:19Speaker 1: in New York. Stop rhyming over your records. They like
- 29:23Speaker 1: kid clue right yeah yeah, man, Kiss is like like
- 29:30Speaker 1: the Kiss write all of hip hop. I mean, like,
- 29:32Speaker 1: what is that that's the go bro geez? Yeah No,
- 29:37Speaker 1: I thought that was the battle was the best verses
- 29:40Speaker 1: in my opinion, it was either that one or the
- 29:41Speaker 1: Gucci Jeezy one because I actually thought someone might come
- 29:44Speaker 1: out of that not breathing. But the lot for me,
- 29:48Speaker 1: the Locks and dipset was it was just like it
- 29:54Speaker 1: to me. It brought people back to why I love
- 29:56Speaker 1: hip hop, and I feel like that's gone. I mean,
- 29:58Speaker 1: obviously we're friends with you know, the Griselda guys are
- 30:01Speaker 1: doing their thing, but on a grand scale, an extremely
- 30:03Speaker 1: mainstream scale, like why we all love hip hop growing
- 30:08Speaker 1: up in the nineties was on display in full force. Yeah. Yeah.
- 30:14Speaker 1: It was the the Anti Hate the Baby concert, you
- 30:16Speaker 1: know what I mean, Like, nah, we love that ship. Yeah,
- 30:19Speaker 1: bring it in here, and it was like celebrated and
- 30:21Speaker 1: it was dope. You know, it's like this is a
- 30:23Speaker 1: cultural thing. Shout out to the baby, shout out to
- 30:27Speaker 1: the baby. Shoot, yeah that was a while though. I
- 30:29Speaker 1: know he's watching them something, ma, did you did you
- 30:31Speaker 1: when you saw what the thing happened with the baby
- 30:33Speaker 1: and you kept doubling down and tripling down, like man, unnecessarynecessary,
- 30:38Speaker 1: it's unnecessary. It's like you're going out of your way
- 30:41Speaker 1: to be like right, right, right, just like all right sorry,
- 30:45Speaker 1: and then like you know, move on, you know what
- 30:46Speaker 1: I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's like el smart you
- 30:49Speaker 1: know whatever you think the bad guy is. You know, yeah,
- 30:51Speaker 1: it's not like he's like a like Boosy, right, Boozy
- 30:54Speaker 1: can say whatever the fuck he wants and it literally
- 30:56Speaker 1: doesn't matter. Boozie's not a pop star. He's a cultural
- 30:58Speaker 1: icon and in certain parts of the country he's like
- 31:02Speaker 1: forever good. Right. The Baby's like at the moment, well,
- 31:05Speaker 1: at that moment had more Spotify listeners than Drake. Damn,
- 31:10Speaker 1: you put up Drake numbers on Spotify. He had more
- 31:13Speaker 1: monthly listeners than any male rapper at the time. Damn.
- 31:16Speaker 1: So you're like in a different stratosphere. There's different bags
- 31:20Speaker 1: being Damn. It's like almost Chris Brown did or something,
- 31:22Speaker 1: you know what I mean. I mean, he didn't beat
- 31:24Speaker 1: the shitt No, I'm not saying I'm not saying that.
- 31:26Speaker 1: I'm just saying, like that heard Chris's streams, didn't it.
- 31:30Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know, shout out to Chris Brown.
- 31:32Speaker 1: I would say, we were talking about this, like, man,
- 31:34Speaker 1: if Chris Brown could come back from beating the shit
- 31:35Speaker 1: out of Rihanna, then the baby gotta be able to
- 31:38Speaker 1: come back. But then again, Chris Brown didn't fuck up Rihanna.
- 31:41Speaker 1: In twenty twenty one word if Chris Brown, if that
- 31:44Speaker 1: happened in twenty twenty one, Chris Brown would forever be exiled.
- 31:48Speaker 1: True facts. Yeah, you can't do that in twenty twenty one.
- 31:51Speaker 1: It happened in O nine and then he went on
- 31:52Speaker 1: Allen or was it no Larry King? He went on
- 31:54Speaker 1: Larry King. He had his you know, and then but
- 31:57Speaker 1: that ain't happening for you if you a man. That's
- 31:59Speaker 1: what with Tory Lanez, depending on what happens with the
- 32:02Speaker 1: with the with the Megan story, if he really shot
- 32:05Speaker 1: her in the feats man, it's gonna be tough. I mean,
- 32:09Speaker 1: you shouldn't shooting nobody. But I'm saying, but like shooting
- 32:12Speaker 1: a black woman, I mean, who's the superstar? And then
- 32:16Speaker 1: putting an album out. He put an album out, Yeah,
- 32:20Speaker 1: the day that Breonna Taylor Verda came in, he put
- 32:23Speaker 1: in an album out that same day where the whole
- 32:26Speaker 1: album was about that incident. I'm like, bro, you got
- 32:29Speaker 1: to read the room sometimes with the baby, It's like, bro,
- 32:31Speaker 1: sometimes you just got to read the room right right right,
- 32:33Speaker 1: like yeah, you like you can't just chill. You can't
- 32:36Speaker 1: just chill. I mean, like arta war that shit you
- 32:38Speaker 1: know what I mean, like, look at you, whoever you
- 32:41Speaker 1: think the enemy is, whether it's good or bad, or
- 32:43Speaker 1: right or wrong, just like you just gotta study you
- 32:46Speaker 1: just gotta study him, are you? Because you know, obviously
- 32:50Speaker 1: with cancel culture being like such a big deal in
- 32:52Speaker 1: today's world, yeah, on the comedians, the culture is the
- 32:57Speaker 1: homie by the way, so shout of the cancel culture. Man,
- 32:59Speaker 1: it's wild out, it's crazy because there's certain there's certain
- 33:01Speaker 1: ship I don't like, yeah, get them the fuck out
- 33:03Speaker 1: of here. But then there's other ship where you'll see
- 33:05Speaker 1: and you'll be like, guys, really right, I mean like obviously, yeah,
- 33:08Speaker 1: the people who are getting canceled should be for the
- 33:10Speaker 1: most part, for the most part, ye, Like of course,
- 33:12Speaker 1: like the what's his name? The fucking fat fuck who
- 33:15Speaker 1: looks like uh Jeff Garland, Uh, the movie guy. What
- 33:21Speaker 1: the fucking the guy who started the met too movement? Yeah,
- 33:26Speaker 1: you get him the fuck out of here? Yeah yeah,
- 33:28Speaker 1: yeah right, But I mean, you know, then there's like
- 33:32Speaker 1: Matt Damon volunteers information in an interview that he barely
- 33:37Speaker 1: just stops saying the F word. Bad move on his part.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Why would you say that? Like, why would you just
- 33:44Speaker 1: throw but at the same time necessary necessary, necessary, at
- 33:47Speaker 1: the same time, obviously he's not a hateful guy who's homophobic.
- 33:55Speaker 1: And there's like there was like a whole Twitter storm
- 33:58Speaker 1: about like getting mad damon the fuck out of here,
- 34:00Speaker 1: because he barely just stopped saying that word. And I'm like, guys, like,
- 34:02Speaker 1: come on, man, Yeah, but Twitter's like, you know, those
- 34:05Speaker 1: agents in the matrix, like they're not your front and
- 34:08Speaker 1: it's a very like weird underbelly of the population who's
- 34:13Speaker 1: like on Twitter all day waiting to be angry. Yeah,
- 34:16Speaker 1: and in at the middle of the country. You know
- 34:18Speaker 1: what I mean. Yeah, it ain't Android users. I got both, man,
- 34:22Speaker 1: you know I got ball your two phones. Okay, I
- 34:25Speaker 1: can't let go the Android man, something about the Android
- 34:28Speaker 1: trap phone. I mean it's beat the ship though. I
- 34:31Speaker 1: still got my I got my iPhone, but I can't
- 34:33Speaker 1: let go there. I can't let go the android man.
- 34:35Speaker 1: I love keV Bro like Kev's gonna get You've been
- 34:37Speaker 1: at the party and you're like, oh, yeah, I got
- 34:39Speaker 1: from Phoenix. I get it. Thanks. I'm taking that as
- 34:43Speaker 1: a non compliment. No, that's a compliment. That's a backhandle one.
- 34:46Speaker 1: But it's a COMPLI. Yeah, we're out here on the
- 34:49Speaker 1: roast battle guy anyway, Noah, But yeah, I just think
- 34:54Speaker 1: like we're just in a weird place in the society, man,
- 34:57Speaker 1: where you know, like you said, like we're talking off
- 35:00Speaker 1: the air about Andrew Scholz and like he's like like
- 35:04Speaker 1: or just people in general who have a fan base
- 35:08Speaker 1: that decides whether or not Joe Rogan, right, Joe Rogan.
- 35:13Speaker 1: They try to cancel Joe Rogan once a month. It
- 35:15Speaker 1: feels like, yeah, he's got influence, but you can't. But
- 35:18Speaker 1: you can't cancel somebody that that that isn't officially and
- 35:21Speaker 1: he's officially tied to Spotify for the record, but you
- 35:25Speaker 1: know who really isn't like really officially tied to like
- 35:28Speaker 1: a big corporation where it's like, hey, you're now we're
- 35:31Speaker 1: taking like Nick Cannon, right, they took wild'n Out Off
- 35:34Speaker 1: right away, right, And Nick Cannon is a brilliant guy,
- 35:39Speaker 1: bro underrated. I mean, people don't give Nick Cannon enough
- 35:43Speaker 1: credit for knowing talent, presenting talent and getting talent so much.
- 35:48Speaker 1: So many opportunities, like you know, he went He's gone
- 35:51Speaker 1: through a couple of things, a couple of incredences, right,
- 35:53Speaker 1: like having Kevin Hartz back about the LGBTQ thing and
- 35:56Speaker 1: then the anti Semitism of it all. But man, I
- 36:00Speaker 1: mean Nick listen, Nick just he just he he wants
- 36:03Speaker 1: to be in the culture so bad and helped the
- 36:05Speaker 1: culture so bad. So it's like when he was like,
- 36:07Speaker 1: you know, signing with the the DeShawn Jackson's of the
- 36:10Speaker 1: world and Stephen you know, the Stephen Jacksons of the world,
- 36:12Speaker 1: the Jackson's. You know, he got in trouble. But then
- 36:14Speaker 1: it was like he took it upon himself to learn right,
- 36:17Speaker 1: Like he didn't the baby, he didn't. He doubled down
- 36:19Speaker 1: for a second. And then you know it's just like yo, bro,
- 36:22Speaker 1: like you might be in the wrong. He's like, all right,
- 36:24Speaker 1: I'm hurting this many people. I got many to talk
- 36:26Speaker 1: to somebody. Yeah, he took that. He took some therapy
- 36:28Speaker 1: tools and like it really got after it. So and
- 36:30Speaker 1: then again like he's he's put so many people on
- 36:33Speaker 1: you wouldn't even think about. So, No, Nick Cannon is
- 36:35Speaker 1: a goat and my first writing job, you know what
- 36:37Speaker 1: I mean, So like shout out Nick can I think
- 36:38Speaker 1: Nick Cannon not only on the on the comedy side,
- 36:41Speaker 1: but on the artist side, like like he found kay Lannie,
- 36:45Speaker 1: I didn't know that he found her. Okay, her was
- 36:48Speaker 1: signeding Nick Cannon first. She was good for Haylani was
- 36:51Speaker 1: signing Nick Cannon first. Right, Nick Cannon is very inspires
- 36:56Speaker 1: me because he has He's so good at so many
- 37:00Speaker 1: things and like it. You know, when I when I think, like, damn,
- 37:04Speaker 1: I plate is so full, I got so much shit
- 37:06Speaker 1: going onok At a guy like Nick Cannon, I'm like, man,
- 37:08Speaker 1: what is his life? Like this motherfucker just had like
- 37:10Speaker 1: eleven children and he's hosting a goddamn mass singer. He's
- 37:14Speaker 1: doing a radio show every day, He's fucking starting his
- 37:17Speaker 1: own fucking daily tea. I'm like, man, motherfucker's like that
- 37:20Speaker 1: man really just like he fires me. He's he's the underground,
- 37:23Speaker 1: like you know, Russell Simmons like he's but he's like
- 37:25Speaker 1: above ground, which is crazy because he's very commercially viable,
- 37:29Speaker 1: but at the same time like some somehow underappreciated exactly. Yeah,
- 37:33Speaker 1: I'm like, I appreciate him. Thanks Nick. Shout out. So
- 37:35Speaker 1: he gave you your first writing job. Yeah, run a
- 37:37Speaker 1: while now to like season eight or something. Like that.
- 37:39Speaker 1: So that was like my first you know, like like
- 37:41Speaker 1: writing job for TV. Yeah, Nick, Wilding Out is like
- 37:44Speaker 1: another show that I at least in the at least
- 37:47Speaker 1: in my opinion, and you're more in the community than
- 37:50Speaker 1: I am, but in the in the comedy community, feels
- 37:52Speaker 1: like it doesn't get enough love. Yeah, I mean, listen, man,
- 37:56Speaker 1: it's competitive down here. And know it's like rap. You know,
- 37:58Speaker 1: like if anybody smells, you know, corniness in the water,
- 38:01Speaker 1: they're gonna attack it. It's like a pure like you said,
- 38:03Speaker 1: it's kind of like I mean, there's a bit of
- 38:04Speaker 1: the roast battle elements to it, but it's it's it's
- 38:07Speaker 1: like a comedy show. Like that was dope. Yeah, I
- 38:11Speaker 1: think it's great, especially like you know when when you're
- 38:13Speaker 1: in there, you're like, oh, these are like the Harlem
- 38:15Speaker 1: Globetrotters of comedy, Like these are the best, and like
- 38:18Speaker 1: they don't you have that you go through a test
- 38:20Speaker 1: and then you know, like I've been on like you know,
- 38:22Speaker 1: I've been in the foot, you know, like change Turtles ship,
- 38:25Speaker 1: Like I've seen I've seen some ship in there. Bro.
- 38:27Speaker 1: They they go hard with the comedy ship. It's like
- 38:29Speaker 1: it's some Navy Seal ship. Who's some of your favorite
- 38:31Speaker 1: people who've come out of that show? Carlos Miller, Chico
- 38:34Speaker 1: being DC, Young Fly. I mean, just to name those
- 38:36Speaker 1: three off top, because they're the illest, uh DCEs and
- 38:39Speaker 1: Merrow we're on that season. I rode on. What's the
- 38:41Speaker 1: white Girl's name? Justina Valentine's fucking great. Corey Sharon can spit,
- 38:47Speaker 1: he's been on there. Uh, Jaco Williams is funny, Kevin
- 38:50Speaker 1: Hart's funny. Uh got Corey Holcome's funny, you know what
- 38:53Speaker 1: I mean? Ka Kat Williams is funny, Pete Davidson, Mikey Day,
- 38:57Speaker 1: Terren Kill. So when you do riding for a show,
- 39:00Speaker 1: like because you've written for other shows, right, what is like?
- 39:04Speaker 1: You know? Because for people who don't know, uh surprise,
- 39:08Speaker 1: most of these all these late night shows have writers
- 39:10Speaker 1: got too. Yeah, they have. So when you're writing for like,
- 39:14Speaker 1: let's say you're writing for a while'n out, are you
- 39:15Speaker 1: helping write some of the punchlines? Are you? Like? What
- 39:17Speaker 1: are you? What are you bringing to the No, you're
- 39:20Speaker 1: bringing ammo? Like they may never use anything you're gonna write, right,
- 39:22Speaker 1: but you're just bring an Ammo you're just bringing like
- 39:24Speaker 1: all right, cool, we got guns, we got weapons, but
- 39:27Speaker 1: they can need an ammo, you know what I mean.
- 39:28Speaker 1: So you're just filling up your ammo like they would
- 39:30Speaker 1: they get inspired or they may use your jokes. Right.
- 39:32Speaker 1: So the way I get down is like I go
- 39:34Speaker 1: as hard as possible, so you can tell me to
- 39:36Speaker 1: scale back. I'm never gonna be like, well, I hope
- 39:37Speaker 1: the network likes this. I want to know what. I
- 39:39Speaker 1: want to get in the network's face and be like
- 39:40Speaker 1: this is what we're saying. They're like, okay, cool, don't
- 39:43Speaker 1: say that, you know, maybe try something else here, because
- 39:46Speaker 1: we don't know if we can get this across to
- 39:48Speaker 1: the sponsors and the people who pay our bills, right,
- 39:50Speaker 1: Like that's their fight. We don't want to get fired.
- 39:52Speaker 1: That's everybody in Hollywood, by the way, everybody. That's why
- 39:54Speaker 1: things don't get made. You wonder why things will get
- 39:55Speaker 1: made when you write shit or you're trying like they
- 39:58Speaker 1: bought this and you're like eight years later, you're like,
- 40:00Speaker 1: you know, I sold the script. Right. It's because like
- 40:02Speaker 1: every he's trying to like dumb your shit down enough
- 40:04Speaker 1: to it. They don't get fired, like, you know, because
- 40:06Speaker 1: we sell ship to China now, so it's like especially
- 40:09Speaker 1: you know films and TV shows, it's like we don't
- 40:12Speaker 1: want to get you know, we don't want to lose
- 40:13Speaker 1: that money. This is capitalism, baby. You got to throw
- 40:16Speaker 1: on that. Yeah, Instagram, drop that apology and Mandarin Chinese.
- 40:21Speaker 1: Put some of that water in there, take some the
- 40:22Speaker 1: salts out, you know what I mean, takes some of
- 40:23Speaker 1: sugar out. Do you think that that's a big reason too?
- 40:26Speaker 1: Why like movies have sucked or not been like crazy
- 40:29Speaker 1: because throw everybody's afraid to lose their joe. It's way
- 40:31Speaker 1: everything's been done to death because they know it works.
- 40:34Speaker 1: Why don't like, I mean, has this I mean behind
- 40:36Speaker 1: the scenes, has this ever been something talked about where
- 40:38Speaker 1: like a lot of these like comedians who have big
- 40:41Speaker 1: I'm ready to talk about it. I'm together put a
- 40:44Speaker 1: movie out, yeah, where it's starring like a bunch of
- 40:48Speaker 1: dope comedians who have followings. Now you've seen Harlem Knights.
- 40:51Speaker 1: Nice that was like a prior and uh oh yeah,
- 40:55Speaker 1: I think you said that old school ship like life,
- 40:57Speaker 1: you know what I mean? That was another one. It's like, yeah,
- 40:59Speaker 1: cash to put each other on, like people could all
- 41:01Speaker 1: just pull together and independently produce an amazing movie. Yeah,
- 41:05Speaker 1: and like it'll do well because everyone has followings. I
- 41:09Speaker 1: got the hook up, right, master P did that ship?
- 41:11Speaker 1: That was a great movie. You know, like we should
- 41:13Speaker 1: be doing that shite. We should be selling the bootleg
- 41:14Speaker 1: style bootleg Kep. Yeah, No, I always wonder because that's
- 41:17Speaker 1: what I like about the dudes who do work aholics. Right,
- 41:21Speaker 1: they just made their own movie and they put it
- 41:22Speaker 1: on Netflix. What was that movie called cook where they're
- 41:26Speaker 1: like fucking they're working at the hotel and like people
- 41:29Speaker 1: try to take the hotel over. I was like, damn,
- 41:31Speaker 1: why don't like motherfucking like, you know, it's five or
- 41:35Speaker 1: six of the biggest comedians come together and run run
- 41:40Speaker 1: fucking Bill, Bill Burr, Rogan, you know, showals, the guys
- 41:46Speaker 1: from eighty five South, like yo put it like together.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Yeah yeah Rogan, you don't even got to be be in it.
- 41:55Speaker 1: Just pay for it that Spotify pay for it? Yeah, Spotify. Yeah,
- 42:00Speaker 1: I mean I don't know. You know, people got to
- 42:02Speaker 1: act too. You know, everybody can't act. People can be fearless,
- 42:06Speaker 1: but they young. Doesn't mean that everybody can act. Yeah
- 42:08Speaker 1: that's fair. Yeah, and you know, like, you know, some
- 42:11Speaker 1: people can't read, so that's fair. I just had to
- 42:15Speaker 1: argument with my girl about bad actors because she thinks
- 42:18Speaker 1: Paul Walker was a good actor. Rest in peace. Shout
- 42:21Speaker 1: out Paul Walker. Bro. I'll tell you a story about
- 42:23Speaker 1: Paul Walker after you telling me about your wife. I know,
- 42:25Speaker 1: she was just like telling me how like he's like
- 42:27Speaker 1: one of her favorite actors. I'm like, no, you just
- 42:29Speaker 1: like the way he looks like he can't act. Yeah,
- 42:31Speaker 1: I'm not to say he can't act, but he wasn't
- 42:33Speaker 1: like a great actor. I love Paul Walker. No, I love.
- 42:36Speaker 1: I mean I have a bias, so I mean I wrong.
- 42:38Speaker 1: You ever watch the movie Running Scared? Yeah? I did,
- 42:41Speaker 1: because Paul Walker was in his best movie. That shit
- 42:44Speaker 1: is so dark and twisted and crazy. But that being said,
- 42:47Speaker 1: I mean he's you know, him and Vin Diesel are like,
- 42:50Speaker 1: you know, they're trading on, like who's the worst actor
- 42:53Speaker 1: on Paul Walker? God bless him, rest in peace. I
- 42:56Speaker 1: just didn't think he was like I liked his movies,
- 42:58Speaker 1: but the movie's a good actor. Tarrus is worse than
- 43:00Speaker 1: Paul Walker and Fast and Furious too. You're right, Tyree's
- 43:03Speaker 1: a bad actor. Yeah, I mean I wouldn't say, I
- 43:05Speaker 1: mean in that movie. In these movies, he is. But
- 43:07Speaker 1: it seems like everybody gets in those movies movies and
- 43:09Speaker 1: they become bad actors. It's weird, even like directors who
- 43:12Speaker 1: were great, like John Singleton and who was the other guy,
- 43:13Speaker 1: I think John Woo or something like that, Angley. One
- 43:15Speaker 1: of them did one of those Fast and Furious is.
- 43:17Speaker 1: I know John Singleton did the second one. You're like, oh,
- 43:20Speaker 1: this is just not this is not the part to them.
- 43:21Speaker 1: What's your personal bias with Paul Walker? No? I love him.
- 43:24Speaker 1: So I remember I come from like the sticks. I
- 43:26Speaker 1: come from, like not like the suburbs or the hood.
- 43:29Speaker 1: I come from like nasty parts of like Califia, like
- 43:33Speaker 1: the high desert of California. Oh high desert. Yeah, so
- 43:35Speaker 1: like where though like past Riverside, passed Barstone. I mean
- 43:38Speaker 1: like I mean I've drive ridgecrest Ridgecrest Drive, I drive
- 43:41Speaker 1: through all that shit to go to Phoenix. Oh that's
- 43:43Speaker 1: that's the that's the low shit people go through. I'm like,
- 43:46Speaker 1: if you're going towards like mammoth mountain type shit, so
- 43:49Speaker 1: what's the is the high desert Like Mohave Desert. Yeah,
- 43:52Speaker 1: is that like on the way to Vegas, like through
- 43:54Speaker 1: Lancaster and ship Yeah it's no, it's even like one
- 43:56Speaker 1: hundred mile. Yeah, it's even like fifty to sixty miles
- 43:58Speaker 1: from Mail Lancaster and yeah, yeah that's where Palmdell George
- 44:02Speaker 1: Paul George. Yeah, that like when I was driving, Like
- 44:05Speaker 1: there's certain parts like when you drive to Vegas the
- 44:07Speaker 1: back way. Oh yeah, you'd be like this is some
- 44:09Speaker 1: hills have eyes ship dog that's where I'm from, lives
- 44:13Speaker 1: in Apple Valley and that ship is wild and yeah,
- 44:15Speaker 1: well yeah, yeah, I'm in even worse I ain't in
- 44:18Speaker 1: the So you're from a very interesting part we played.
- 44:21Speaker 1: We played, Oh that's where you know Lukeith Stanfield. He's
- 44:23Speaker 1: from like a sparia in that area, Apple Valley. So
- 44:25Speaker 1: like for high school, we would play those cats like
- 44:27Speaker 1: that's but we'd be like a forty five an hour
- 44:30Speaker 1: ride just going through the desert. It's gross. Yeah, but
- 44:33Speaker 1: uh this uh, this chick I was talking to when
- 44:35Speaker 1: I was like on like eighth or seventh grade, and
- 44:38Speaker 1: I think Paul Walker done varsity blues or running scared
- 44:40Speaker 1: of something, and uh She's like we you know, it's
- 44:43Speaker 1: back when phones were a thing, of course, and like
- 44:45Speaker 1: a homegirl hooked us up, like yeah, call my homegirl. Yeah,
- 44:48Speaker 1: and then uh, she's like, you see like Paul Walker.
- 44:50Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, you're gonna be surprised, and
- 44:53Speaker 1: so ever since then, I was just like, yeah, he's
- 44:54Speaker 1: like a white dude, but like a Paul Walker white dude.
- 44:57Speaker 1: I'm like, all right, I'll go with that. And he's like,
- 44:59Speaker 1: you know, he's like all American looking, So I'll go
- 45:02Speaker 1: with the I love you, Paul Walker, Thank you. He
- 45:06Speaker 1: passed away in Santa Clarida, right is Santa Clarida? Was it? Yeah?
- 45:09Speaker 1: I think Mountain they're racing in Santa Clarita, damn or
- 45:14Speaker 1: whatever or wherever it was. Ri I p With that
- 45:17Speaker 1: being said, I did not see the new Fast and
- 45:20Speaker 1: the Furious. I haven't watched one since five. Really, yeah,
- 45:23Speaker 1: you stopped at five, you dropped out. It's like Police Academy,
- 45:26Speaker 1: just the first whatever one was, the first movie the
- 45:28Speaker 1: Rock was in. After that, I was like, all right, guys,
- 45:30Speaker 1: I've they're going forever. This is how you build generational wealth, keV.
- 45:35Speaker 1: I will watch if they bring Jurassic Park and Fast
- 45:39Speaker 1: and furious together like they've been talking about. Like I
- 45:42Speaker 1: want that because I want to see that level of fuckery.
- 45:44Speaker 1: Wait what, Yeah, they're talking they've been talking about. This
- 45:47Speaker 1: is real, really you they're talking about making a Jurassic
- 45:51Speaker 1: Park and fast and furious like the world's coming together
- 45:54Speaker 1: and somehow intertwining for like a mega movie. Now I
- 45:57Speaker 1: need aliens predators in Jurassic Park. Like what is the
- 46:00Speaker 1: first of all cars? I get it your metal weapons,
- 46:01Speaker 1: But you're not dinosaurs, right, You're not an alien. You're
- 46:04Speaker 1: not you know what I mean? Like fucking Chris Pratt
- 46:06Speaker 1: and Vin Diesel, Like we're gonna find out Chris Pratt's
- 46:08Speaker 1: like Vin Diesel's like third cousin dinosaurs. I got a
- 46:12Speaker 1: car for that. Yeah. No, dinosaurs have too much like
- 46:16Speaker 1: generational trauma. That's what they's so many. I mean, yo,
- 46:19Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie. I was in Florida like a
- 46:22Speaker 1: few weeks ago, and I was looking at an alligator
- 46:25Speaker 1: at Busch Gardens in Tampa, and I was like, that's
- 46:27Speaker 1: a dinosaur. That's a fucking dinosaur. I can get fucking
- 46:32Speaker 1: all alligators a dinosaurs. Bro, that's a real ass dinosaur.
- 46:35Speaker 1: You know. The oldest sharks, like three hundred years old.
- 46:40Speaker 1: I just saw somebody on Instagram, Yeah, post a video. Oh.
- 46:44Speaker 1: I follow a lot of those like like animal people. Yeah,
- 46:49Speaker 1: like Tarzan, and there's like this other guy, I mean,
- 46:54Speaker 1: like what Tarzan and James, the buff black dude who's like,
- 46:56Speaker 1: oh no, he's like hanging out with like snakes and ship.
- 46:59Speaker 1: He's popping his fuck. So I followed like a million
- 47:01Speaker 1: of those kind of people who and yeah, there's some
- 47:03Speaker 1: guy who found this shark that's like one of the
- 47:05Speaker 1: earth I don't even know if it's a shark. It's
- 47:07Speaker 1: like it's supposed to be like one of the oldest
- 47:10Speaker 1: animals left on Earth, and it looks like a fucking dinosaur.
- 47:12Speaker 1: But it's in the water, it's in the Everglades. I mean,
- 47:14Speaker 1: how they gonna know that they've only they've only discovered
- 47:16Speaker 1: or charted five percent of the ocean. I mean, like,
- 47:18Speaker 1: we don't know what you said something earlier about aliens
- 47:20Speaker 1: coming out of the ocean. Yeah, I think that's the play.
- 47:22Speaker 1: That's what. Yeah, first of all, it's hard to get
- 47:24Speaker 1: here from outer space, you know what I mean, Like
- 47:26Speaker 1: we're talking about here. We don't know that we don't
- 47:29Speaker 1: know what space is. Well, did you see the video
- 47:31Speaker 1: that came out where there was It was like a
- 47:33Speaker 1: Navy video and it showed like, do you like unidentified
- 47:37Speaker 1: and it just went straight into the water. Yeah, dude,
- 47:40Speaker 1: I'm saying, there's we've only discovered five percent of the
- 47:42Speaker 1: ocean at this point, like they're coming from the bottom.
- 47:45Speaker 1: Trip this true story. Yeah, my grandma's sister's husband, Yeah,
- 47:51Speaker 1: his name is doc is dad now was one of
- 47:54Speaker 1: the original NASA scientists. Okay, my mom went and visited them,
- 48:01Speaker 1: like twenty years ago or some shit. Yeah, hidn't figure.
- 48:03Speaker 1: They lived in Maryland, and my mom asked him if
- 48:08Speaker 1: aliens are real? Okay, he said he couldn't answer the question.
- 48:12Speaker 1: What years that she asked him. It's probably in the nineties. Okay,
- 48:15Speaker 1: so you were alive. I was alive, Oka and she
- 48:18Speaker 1: and he but he told her, I can't answer that question.
- 48:22Speaker 1: But if people knew what was in the ocean, they'd
- 48:24Speaker 1: want to kill themselves. Bruh. And I heard my mom
- 48:33Speaker 1: told me this like when I was like I don't know,
- 48:34Speaker 1: ten eleven or something, and I was like, damn, that
- 48:37Speaker 1: shit always stuck with me. And uh, you know, he
- 48:39Speaker 1: passed away, but he was like, oh g Nasa, O
- 48:43Speaker 1: G NASA. Yeah, og damn. So how crazy, bro. So
- 48:48Speaker 1: every time I see some ocean shit, I'm like, man,
- 48:51Speaker 1: the ocean got some shit in it. Ocean got some shit, bro.
- 48:55Speaker 1: I mean, like, we should be talking to animals. We
- 48:57Speaker 1: should be talking to animals and stuff, worried about this
- 48:59Speaker 1: other shit so we can fight the aliens that are
- 49:01Speaker 1: coming from the bottom of the ocean. Real talk. I
- 49:03Speaker 1: think they're already here, man, No, they've been here. Yeah, Yeah,
- 49:06Speaker 1: they've been here. Like you saw the new Suicide Squad.
- 49:09Speaker 1: They've been here, the Suicide Squad movies. Fire. That's a
- 49:14Speaker 1: good movie, better than the first one. It was better
- 49:19Speaker 1: than the first one. If that's the bar we're going
- 49:21Speaker 1: off of, it's like, ain't no bars. That was a yeah,
- 49:23Speaker 1: it was a lot of alien shit man music. See,
- 49:26Speaker 1: And I feel like that there they picked a perfect
- 49:28Speaker 1: time to start, like kind of we're so worried about
- 49:31Speaker 1: COVID and all this other shit going on, they've been
- 49:34Speaker 1: kind of like throwing us a little like yeah, water people,
- 49:37Speaker 1: I mean, like, come on, they're known us. Little fucking
- 49:40Speaker 1: tidbits like Obama saying that the UFOs are real and
- 49:43Speaker 1: the CIA not. People ain't even really paying it. I
- 49:46Speaker 1: mean people are paying attention because it's made like headlines,
- 49:48Speaker 1: but it's not like people are so worried about everything else. Yeah. Soon,
- 49:52Speaker 1: I think in the next like ten years, we gonna know.
- 49:54Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know. That's crazy. I mean hopefully not.
- 49:58Speaker 1: Jeff Bezos is over here, fucking he's trying to get away. Yeah,
- 50:01Speaker 1: there's you know something they're paying. Uh, they just put
- 50:04Speaker 1: this thing out where NASA is about to pay like
- 50:06Speaker 1: fifty people. They're simulating Mars on Earth and they're gonna
- 50:12Speaker 1: pay like fifty people to live in this Mars simulation
- 50:14Speaker 1: for like a year, so these guys can get the
- 50:16Speaker 1: data and then you know, they can figure out, Yeah,
- 50:18Speaker 1: how can we live over there and start a new
- 50:20Speaker 1: populations of these aliens pop out the fucking ocean. Yeah,
- 50:22Speaker 1: we're gonna have to leave the planet. I mean right
- 50:24Speaker 1: now with all this, you know, all this craziness happening
- 50:26Speaker 1: right with like you know, this new superbug and all,
- 50:28Speaker 1: you know, all this shit we had the previous years,
- 50:30Speaker 1: it's like, yeah, why wuld' they come out now? Like
- 50:31Speaker 1: all right, these niggas ain't look, let's go get them.
- 50:33Speaker 1: It's crazy. I would think, Uh, the first person I
- 50:36Speaker 1: think is like a real Elon Musk gotta have some
- 50:39Speaker 1: sort of He strikes me as like an alien. Like
- 50:44Speaker 1: if someone were like to be like, yo, Elon Musk
- 50:45Speaker 1: is an alien, you wouldn't trip. You'd be like, yeah,
- 50:48Speaker 1: it makes sense, that's cool. Yeah, his wife comes up
- 50:51Speaker 1: the new album what's up? Yeah, he's cool. I mean,
- 50:54Speaker 1: I guess whatever, what do you you know. Being a
- 50:59Speaker 1: comedian during the Trump presidency had to be scary and
- 51:03Speaker 1: awesome because there's like a ton of material, but at
- 51:06Speaker 1: the same time a really scary dude to be running
- 51:10Speaker 1: the country, Like how how how did you? Kind of like,
- 51:14Speaker 1: you know, I always feel like when we have like
- 51:16Speaker 1: these crazy presidents, Like even with like George W. Bush
- 51:19Speaker 1: when he was president, the SNL skits were funnier, like
- 51:22Speaker 1: right right, they had a target, they had a big target.
- 51:25Speaker 1: With Trump, it was just like, oh my god, this
- 51:27Speaker 1: is crazy like this it was almost like we're watching
- 51:29Speaker 1: the Simpsons every day on CNN. Yeah, but you could
- 51:30Speaker 1: equate that to like the roast petal shit you saw,
- 51:32Speaker 1: you know, like if you have a bigger target, you
- 51:34Speaker 1: got more jokes, you know what I mean, Like and Trump,
- 51:36Speaker 1: Trump made himself a you know, inflatable basically almost like
- 51:39Speaker 1: a Macy state parade, you know, balloon. Like even in
- 51:41Speaker 1: England they had like the baby Trump, you know what
- 51:44Speaker 1: I mean, with the big ass head and shit. So
- 51:46Speaker 1: like Trump was doing some many things that were sparking
- 51:48Speaker 1: and creating inspiration because it's like, all right, we can
- 51:50Speaker 1: nail them there, we can nail them there, we can
- 51:51Speaker 1: nail them there. It was just a lot of little
- 51:53Speaker 1: hanging fruit with that cast so much. Yeah, and then
- 51:56Speaker 1: to eat Mike Pence is like also like nothing cap
- 52:00Speaker 1: very like I just I mean it was it was
- 52:02Speaker 1: an interesting time. He's whatever. I couldn't what Yeah, I
- 52:07Speaker 1: couldn't stand. But right now it is even better. I mean,
- 52:09Speaker 1: like there's so much fuck are we going on? So
- 52:11Speaker 1: much fuck shit going on. It's like this is the time,
- 52:14Speaker 1: this is this is when you get it. The twenties
- 52:16Speaker 1: is like the beginning of the century. It's there's so
- 52:18Speaker 1: much crazy shit going on, you know, post Trump, right
- 52:21Speaker 1: post you know, being locked up in the house kind
- 52:23Speaker 1: of a thing. We out and it's still pandemic season,
- 52:25Speaker 1: so people don't give a fuck. Bro, it's crazy. You know,
- 52:28Speaker 1: shooting is going up like fifty percent in LA, right,
- 52:31Speaker 1: even more in South LA. Robberies Yeah, no, members all
- 52:35Speaker 1: that shit people. Yeah yeah, the catalytic CONVERSI getting stolen
- 52:38Speaker 1: like crazy, like two undred percent. They're saying, LA times what. Yeah,
- 52:41Speaker 1: Well I knew count of the convert is getting stolen
- 52:43Speaker 1: was a thing, but it's like that that's like a
- 52:44Speaker 1: thing thing. My homeboy got it stolen twice twice. You
- 52:48Speaker 1: gotta be a real dedicated ass crackhead hop under a
- 52:52Speaker 1: whip and on it. I mean they also let all
- 52:54Speaker 1: the convicts out, you know what I mean, Like during
- 52:57Speaker 1: the pandemics, they didn't want to kill him. I think
- 52:59Speaker 1: to the homeless people out here, that's probably an easy
- 53:01Speaker 1: lick for them. Yeah, I mean know, if you got
- 53:04Speaker 1: a jail, that's an easy lick for you, converse because
- 53:06Speaker 1: you're not about offender who's getting Now it's like for
- 53:08Speaker 1: the most part, those are just car thieves, right, you
- 53:10Speaker 1: know what I mean, Like it's it's not violent, it's
- 53:13Speaker 1: just like during the pandemic, I feel like has has
- 53:18Speaker 1: gotten interesting, man, because obviously the homeless ship has gone
- 53:21Speaker 1: out of control. It was always it's always been a thing,
- 53:25Speaker 1: but now it's like no matter where you're at except
- 53:29Speaker 1: Burbank shout out to Burbank. I love Burbank because I
- 53:32Speaker 1: live there and I don't see any homeless people. It's
- 53:33Speaker 1: kind of wild. It's like a fucking uh y'all, y'all
- 53:37Speaker 1: do the most stringing cops right now. Well, I think
- 53:39Speaker 1: it's because Bourbank has its own police force, and y'all
- 53:42Speaker 1: don't play that fuck shit. Our meetings don't play. They
- 53:44Speaker 1: really don't. I only get pulled over here, I feel
- 53:46Speaker 1: like now. But everywhere there's fucking this homeless ship is crazy.
- 53:52Speaker 1: Like on top of that, the like man, I always
- 53:56Speaker 1: tell everybody, I'm like man, Like anybody who comes to town,
- 53:59Speaker 1: they always are trying to go to Mailrose and go shopping,
- 54:01Speaker 1: and you know, I'll talk to my rapper homies, and
- 54:03Speaker 1: I just tried to tell him, like, bro, I'm why
- 54:05Speaker 1: am I gonna say his name? But like, a close
- 54:07Speaker 1: friend of mine got robbed coming out of one of
- 54:12Speaker 1: those rest I think it might have been Catcher, one
- 54:14Speaker 1: of them, damn, coming out of catch. I live right there.
- 54:17Speaker 1: A gang a gangster rapper what Yeah, all his jewelry
- 54:21Speaker 1: got robbed and you know, I try to tell he's
- 54:27Speaker 1: catch bro, they'd be out there. You know, I think
- 54:29Speaker 1: people forgot this too. Like kids are in the house
- 54:31Speaker 1: right and like the dropout right in LA for like
- 54:34Speaker 1: African American kids, right, because the gang culture is so
- 54:36Speaker 1: big here, like them kids hit the fore end of
- 54:38Speaker 1: years and they they trying to get the stripes, and
- 54:41Speaker 1: people forgot we kept those kids in the house, so like,
- 54:42Speaker 1: who's gonna enforce going to school? You're on zoom. A
- 54:45Speaker 1: lot of them even got the internet, so they're just
- 54:46Speaker 1: like fuck it, I'm out or like the laptop to
- 54:48Speaker 1: be on the internet, you know what I mean. They're like,
- 54:49Speaker 1: I'm gonna be on my phone all day. Even my
- 54:52Speaker 1: car got hit. Someone followed me out of the bank.
- 54:56Speaker 1: And this was in June of last year. Yeah, I
- 54:58Speaker 1: took out like fifteen grand cash. Bro. They hit my car.
- 55:02Speaker 1: Hit a fuck I was. I was out of my
- 55:04Speaker 1: car for maybe a minute and a half, busting out
- 55:07Speaker 1: my window, took my bag and hit a fifteen kids
- 55:09Speaker 1: are out and they are yeah, bro, it's ganggang everywhere.
- 55:12Speaker 1: These kids aren't going to school right now. What do
- 55:14Speaker 1: you do you think that there's even any cause because
- 55:16Speaker 1: you know, with the homeless thing. You almost feel like
- 55:18Speaker 1: it's so out of control that like there's really no
- 55:20Speaker 1: solution to it. That's easy at least that makes sense.
- 55:23Speaker 1: That's it's just gonna hurt people's feelings. I mean, like, honestly,
- 55:25Speaker 1: you just got to sweep all that shit and just
- 55:27Speaker 1: say you can't sleep on the sideway. There's no camping here,
- 55:29Speaker 1: you know what I mean, Like go, you know, I mean,
- 55:31Speaker 1: I don't say anything too harsh, so no, but like
- 55:34Speaker 1: that's really the only option. Yeah, it's to really approach
- 55:37Speaker 1: it from like an asshole. Yeah, you gotta. Yeah, we
- 55:39Speaker 1: got a great Davis and Swartzenegger years that you just
- 55:42Speaker 1: gotta can't. You can't on the sidewalk, bro, Like you
- 55:44Speaker 1: can't have a barbeque on the sidewalk. I know the
- 55:46Speaker 1: rat is fire, but you got to get the shit
- 55:47Speaker 1: out of here. I've been seeing something, man, at least
- 55:52Speaker 1: twenty to twenty five times in the last six months
- 55:54Speaker 1: or so, I've either witnessed motherfuckers out here smoking crack
- 55:58Speaker 1: or shitting just I'll just pull up and there's just
- 56:01Speaker 1: a guy shitting on the sidewalk. Yeah, And I'm like, bro, yeah,
- 56:04Speaker 1: I do business right here. Yeah, no over there. Yeah.
- 56:08Speaker 1: The amount of homeless menu, I mean, the men I've seen,
- 56:10Speaker 1: it's just like, bro, like what is that now? It's
- 56:11Speaker 1: like that is a thing. It's un original now, just
- 56:14Speaker 1: like every niggas asked that out here. Everybody like they're
- 56:16Speaker 1: awn naked. Bro, It's crazy. It's a lot of mental health.
- 56:20Speaker 1: I mean it's like, yeah, there's a lot of mental health.
- 56:22Speaker 1: And it's a lot of like foster kids who got
- 56:25Speaker 1: kicked out. And it's like yo, because obviously if you
- 56:29Speaker 1: go to a shelter, you gotta be drug free, right,
- 56:32Speaker 1: So a lot of these people are like yo, what
- 56:34Speaker 1: Like yo, man, I'll be seeing some of these motherfucking
- 56:36Speaker 1: homeless little encampings that look kind of fire. That's what
- 56:38Speaker 1: I'm saying though. Dogs they got full ass mattresses and
- 56:41Speaker 1: they got their own little I was on Wilshow and
- 56:43Speaker 1: Lebray the other day at a barbecue, you know what
- 56:45Speaker 1: I mean, the homeless en camp and shit was fucking lit.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? That wasn't really but you know
- 56:50Speaker 1: what I mean, bro, come with what. Yeah, It's like
- 56:55Speaker 1: it's like it's like you know it used to be downtown.
- 56:57Speaker 1: You knew it was like bad but now it's like
- 56:59Speaker 1: everywhere is like fucking skid row everywhere, dude, everywhere, bro
- 57:03Speaker 1: Melrose like that, you know, Melroe's not even catch area,
- 57:06Speaker 1: but like you know, going down from like the Fairfax District,
- 57:08Speaker 1: it's crazy over there. You saw that uh that ship
- 57:10Speaker 1: on the TV right with the kid in the Melo
- 57:12Speaker 1: ball jersey. Yeah, the dude trying to pull up and
- 57:16Speaker 1: rob him and he fucking pulled out on him. I
- 57:18Speaker 1: was like this wild West ship. Hell yeah, I am scared. Yeah,
- 57:23Speaker 1: Cally's crazy. And then the thing is like that dude,
- 57:26Speaker 1: if they I don't know if they ever end it
- 57:27Speaker 1: of finding that guy who shot them dudes, but he's
- 57:28Speaker 1: gonna be the one that gets in trouble. No, no,
- 57:30Speaker 1: he's victim. He's victim. That's he had a gun. No
- 57:32Speaker 1: way he had that gun legally. I mean, ain't say
- 57:35Speaker 1: I don't know that kid. Uh the shoe Pallace ship
- 57:37Speaker 1: just last week and that fucked up on TV, Like,
- 57:40Speaker 1: what's what's up on Melrose? That was a sixteen year
- 57:42Speaker 1: old They rested him. He was a sixteen year old
- 57:46Speaker 1: kid who killed a shoe padace. Somebody to get these
- 57:48Speaker 1: kids fucking sneakers, Yeah, better to get these kids back
- 57:50Speaker 1: in school. Bro, it's crazy. Yeah, now that's real. That's
- 57:54Speaker 1: that's an interesting point because you think about they can't
- 57:56Speaker 1: go play football, they can't go play basketball, you know
- 57:58Speaker 1: what I mean, they're bored board, so they're robbing people.
- 58:01Speaker 1: That's what that's by the way, that's what usually happened.
- 58:03Speaker 1: The guy who killed Pop Smoke was fifteen damn stripes.
- 58:06Speaker 1: That's fuck fifteen or sixteen. And then these airbnbs that
- 58:11Speaker 1: every artist gets in town. Everybody knows about it, right, Bro,
- 58:14Speaker 1: Like Benny the Butcher was here the other day and
- 58:16Speaker 1: he was like, Yeah, we're gonna do a little function
- 58:18Speaker 1: at an airbnb, like a private party. And I was like, bro,
- 58:20Speaker 1: do me a favor. Don't do that. Don't do that.
- 58:24Speaker 1: This was like a few days ago. I'm like, bro,
- 58:25Speaker 1: you're gonna like everybody knows. Oh, look that's the pool
- 58:31Speaker 1: at that one, so we know where they're staying at. Yeah,
- 58:33Speaker 1: everybody got their everybody got their unemployment. And there's only
- 58:36Speaker 1: like twenty of these airbnb mansions in the hills that
- 58:39Speaker 1: like rappers would actually like to rent. So it's like
- 58:41Speaker 1: it's like they're easy pickings. Bro. It's like dude, like
- 58:43Speaker 1: you're gonna post where you're at, and everyone knows what
- 58:46Speaker 1: each of these houses. And everybody's got a gun now, right,
- 58:49Speaker 1: like everybody used their use their edd get a gun
- 58:51Speaker 1: and they're just like, all right, I'm in the game now.
- 58:53Speaker 1: Shit's crazy, man, what's next for you? Though? Man? I
- 58:57Speaker 1: got a lot of shit. Uh we'll talk off one
- 58:59Speaker 1: of us of the ship, but I mean just yeah,
- 59:01Speaker 1: everybody check out Roast Battle. Every Tuesday. We do that
- 59:03Speaker 1: thing at ten thirty or ten on the Mint Comedy
- 59:06Speaker 1: Is that app? Yeah? Man, yeah, get the Mint app.
- 59:08Speaker 1: It's through like Verizon Media or whatever. But yeah, just
- 59:10Speaker 1: get it just Mint, Mint Comedy, Real Mint Comedy Online
- 59:13Speaker 1: or dot com. And you said what you were saying,
- 59:15Speaker 1: is Jeff Ross still involved Tuesday? Oh yeah, every Tuesdays,
- 59:17Speaker 1: Men and Jeff getting after it. Special guests like Freddi Gibbs,
- 59:20Speaker 1: Sam Jay, you know all that type shit. Yeah. I
- 59:24Speaker 1: wonder if Fred's gonna do another co co Oh he's
- 59:28Speaker 1: got to. I think he is. He'll do another Drop
- 59:31Speaker 1: Comedy Drop. I was how I didn't I wasn't I
- 59:33Speaker 1: was out of town. How do you how was his
- 59:35Speaker 1: first comedy night? You know, Freddy's funny. He's a Nashville
- 59:40Speaker 1: He's gonna be all right. Uh, it was great. He
- 59:43Speaker 1: gradually got better, That's what it was. It was like
- 59:46Speaker 1: he opened you know, he don't normally host a comedy show,
- 59:49Speaker 1: and he made host the comedy show. You also kind
- 59:51Speaker 1: of have to be funny word and then he just
- 59:54Speaker 1: that fearless thing is a real thing. Bro Like when
- 59:56Speaker 1: you don't when you don't feel like you got nothing
- 59:58Speaker 1: to lose, you just are great. And he's also he's
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: not afraid to, uh to look stupid it looked, or
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: to like fail from a comedy perspective, and he's just
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: that's what makes him so great. He's like, yeah, you
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: can get me, or like I can follow my faceball
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: be right back up, you know, like keep that same
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: energy if you talking about me while I'm down, and
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: he keeps that. He does that with everything he does, acting, comedy, yeah, rapping,
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: you know what I mean, raising his keys. I know
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: you're a big hip hop head. We have a similar
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: taste in the in the music ship. Who who is
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: like some of the music that you're appreciating over the
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: last year and some man obviously Griselda, you know, obviously
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: you know big rab uh Well, I like Roam Streets
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: and Rick Hide now I mean crazy Man's Yeah, so
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: that's that's who I'm I'm into. You know obviously what
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: Navy Blue and those cats and they did thing with
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: the Alchemists, so uh pink soufi them kind of cats.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Side show shout out Side show. Uh, side shows like
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: the only cat I know talking about the the Ethiopia
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: genocides having nothing in the Tigert region. I didn't even
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: know that was a thing. Nia, this is what I'm
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: talking about. But you knew about the Gaza and Free
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: Palestine ship because all the celebrities are writing letters. But
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: there's literally a genocide happening right now and ain't nobody
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: talking about it because because there's no special because because
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: Nip ain't here, Like does Nipple talk about the Yeah yeah, well,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: I mean to be fair, like one, there's not an
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: Ethiopian celebrity besides Nip who is like on the forefront
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: of the culture exactly. I think Ruby Rose might be Ethiopia. Yeah,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: Side Show talks about it, but now they like and
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: also too like I feel like, you know, low key,
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: like the US only gets involved in those kind of
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: things that benefit then, like like what the numbers, so
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: what's what are the streams, what are the streams on
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: the what kind of natural resources are in Ethiopia so
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: we could go and help out. Yeah, that is America.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: They're just like all right, put a military base here,
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: and nigga like all this ship. Oh they got poppy
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: fields over there, right, Oh they got oil over there.
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: Oh they got money over there. That's crazy. I didn't
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: know there was a genocide happening. Yeah, nobody's talking about it.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: Please talk about it, Please spread the word. There is
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: a Yeah, there is a humanitarian issue happening in the Atria.
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: I'm sorry, not even you know. It's not Atrich. Get
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: that out of my face. It's Ethiopia and the Tigre region.
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: They're starving the pan just like Tiffany had it. She's Atrian.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: There's a big Petrian population in La but uh but yeah,
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: this is this is Ethiopia and the Tigre region. It's
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: like that's just been going since November, so before the
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: Israel and Palestine conflict that happened again in Gayza, and
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: all these niggas wrote letters. But then it's like okay,
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: there's still another one happening over here. Bro, you know, like,
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: are you picking and choosing the holocaust we're supporting? Now?
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: That's wild? Yeah I didn't know that. Like if yeah,
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: if like if this Genisi was sponsored by like you know,
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: Taco Bell and Red Bull niggas, be like, okay, cool
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: kind of loshroom down on Hulu. What's up? Yeah? You
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: know it's a lot of this fake woke shit. Man's
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: that popular ship what I'm saying? So what are we
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: talking about again? I don't remember what we were talking
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: abou top five genocides, top five all time, top five?
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: I would say, what the Ming Dynasty, right? Or the
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: Ming Dynasty? What about the the monster Genghis Khan is Well,
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: that that's Bill Russell. Yeah he might be the Michael
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: Jordan's might Yeah he might have been some ghost ship
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: shout out. Yo. You know what's crazy is I only
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: know about how crazy Genghis Con was because I listened
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: to Joe Rogan. We'll be talking about that all the time.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: Geng Is Con. Bro, Yeah, he's got This guy's name
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: is the Rafters. Uh. I don't even like, I mean, like,
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: is Hitler even like top five and he's gotta be.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: He's gotta be somewhere in there. I don't think he's
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: top three. I don't know if we're talking genocize on
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: all time since the world is I mean, yeah, Stalin
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: Stall got numbers. Yeah, and Duran Hitler, Yeah he was yeah, longevity, longevity.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: But but Hitler had had the best press because he
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: killed the Jews, you know what I mean. So he
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: was smart. You know, I'm just gonna stay silent. Hey,
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: I'm saying it's a it's a it's a it's a
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: it's a bad joke. It's a joking, bad taste saying
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: you got the press cause Ethiopia, because that's crazy. So yeah,
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: did everyone go research that and yeah, shut up? Yeah,
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: is there a way to donate? I don't know man's
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: way donate. I mean people look online and see what
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: you can do, like go go fly over there, get
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: some freedom fighters over there, and get rid of that ship.
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: Like we got to stop with all this, like yeah,
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: this selective outrage. Yes, what's really about it? What you
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: said is right, It's really just a matter of like
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: whatever celebrities get behind the people. Yeah, and it's like
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: you got you guys know you have a platform. Like,
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: all I'm hearing is celebrities say give vaccinated I talking
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: about like, well, hey listen, I understand this, and I
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: understand your choice and I respect your choice. Like this
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: ship's crazy to me, Like like it's just you get
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: backsading you you're stupid, or you get back saying you're
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: gonna hurt my family. You're like I just saw, like
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: you know something celebrity just said the hell with your
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: free him? Was it Arnold Schwarzenegger. I don't even know.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: I mean Joe Joe Biden said that Ellen vacksener at
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: the scourge of the country. And I'm like my Nickgas
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: right next to me, you know what I mean? Like, Bro,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: I know so many people who are unvaccinated. They're not
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: bad people at all. You're just like, geez, is this
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: what Trump was talking about? There's good people on both sides. No, man, Now,
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I'm dropping bars. I thought this was the
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: Bars show. Cavard keV going in, bro spitting, go in,
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: bro spit spit that ship. Yeah, who's your favorite comedian
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: of all time? Brian Moses? If you had to Richard
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: Pryor Richard Pryor, that's easy. You want to you want
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: to you want to Mount Rushmore, Give me the Mount Rushmore.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: Richard Pryor love Chris Rock. God. I love Chris Rock
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: bigger than Blacker. Love Chris Rock. Love Dave Chappelle of course.
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: And I think fourth is Ellen DeGeneres Allen, Yeah, Ellen,
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: And I think uh q lo b Ellen Degeneral Yeah,
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: because I think Ellen drops her first, her first HBO
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: special is like it's it's one of the greatest of
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: all time because she's just all about economy of words.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: You know, if you're into punchlines and you know, just
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: that was that was a masterclass on like how to
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: how to do it? To me, I was like, yo,
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: like Dave Chapelle gives you that truth, right, Dick Gregory,
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: He's kind of in that mold that Dick Gregor and
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: I love Dick, you know, in Paul Mooney like he
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: will say when he's to be said, same thing as
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: Chris Rock. They're kind of in those same molds, right.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: Richard Pryor is he can do everything like he's he's
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: in it like for people who have things in their bag.
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: He can do everything. He can do, improv he can
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: do you know, he can battle you. You know what
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: I mean, if you need your Rostale battle. He can
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: do crowd work. You know, he's got stories, he's got characters.
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: You know, he's got set up punch. I mean, the
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: guy is that's the guy you I mean, like he is,
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: he's Jesus or you know, he's he's Allah. He's the
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: god of comedy because he can do everything right. And
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: then a high level and the high clip, and then
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: you have those other two. Oh I really like because
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: that's more of my mold. And then just Ellen from
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: a technical standpoint, because she's got bars. I don't think
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: Ellen gets enough respect as a comedian. Yeah, no, you know,
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: it's a it's a man's sport for the most part,
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: because that's who's here. Why would she I always look
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: at like I you know, either her or Roseanne is
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: like the two chick goats. Yeah before Roseanne, Yeah, Roseanne
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: fucking Roseanne was. Yeah, she was, she was ill, she
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: was as a kid. I'm like, man, Roseanne was so
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: fucking funny on TV. Yeah, I liked her too. And
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: then like, yeah, obviously you know your Patrisea's coming up
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: now you're Bill Burr's that kind of a thing, you know, Yeah,
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: out of that new class, right, Like, who do you
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: think is like has the best chance of cracking that mountain?
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: Because I think for me it's probably Bill Burr. I
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: mean it's bird Burr. Yeah, Birr just gotta keep going.
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: And if Patrice would have still been alive, I mean,
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: I think Patrise doesn't get enough. Yeah, and Patrisa's a
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: lot he'd be going hard against all this ship. Right now,
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: it's like we don't have that no more. Nobody's willing
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: to go out there and be like they just want
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: to be on the side of right, so so they
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: can get the retweets because social media kind of fucked
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: everything up. It's just like it's not about talent, you
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: know what I mean, it's not about you know, it's
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: now it's about following, which kind of really makes it real.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: But then it's also like you're talking about following, it's
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: kind of almost like eighties hair Mellow just popular music.
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: It's like, is Motley Crue still a thing? It's poison?
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: There was no substance to that me. Yeah, So like
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: you know, some of the cats are big now. It's
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: like there are great Internet you know, born comedians, but
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: you know, there's a lot who aren't, and then they're
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: getting the rooms right now, who has the best chance
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: to crack crack them out? Rushmore of comedy not your question, Yeah,
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: but I mean you can't deny Joe Rogan what he
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: did for the podcasting community. And just like he really
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: he and Mark Maron kind of single handedly like, hey,
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: there is another lane right there, there's there is a
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: new money stream here, and those cats are kind of
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: leading that way. So I think just those guys, you know,
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: if Seinfeld stays alive, he's gonna be him as long
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: as he doesn't build cosbya you know what I mean.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: I mean, I hope not Yeah, yeah, I mean c K.
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: If c K can come back from this, you know,
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: he'll he'll have a story to tell. Kind of a
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: thing I think Louis c K was is so fucking
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: ridiculously hilarious. Yeah. And man, and by the way, I
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: can't forget about David Tell. I I mean, like that's listen, Yeah,
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: people don't talk about David Tell enough. I mean that
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: is every comics, comics, comic com I mean, like born
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: or Alive. You look at David Tel, You're like, well, yeah,
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: I want to be like that you know what I mean,
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: like economy of words, funny, I mean, just off the
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: cuff some stuff, you like it takes two minutes to
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: get you just like, did he really just say that?
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: That's crazy? Oh my god. You know he's just he's
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: he's a sniper. He's you know, you can you see
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: Louis c k making a comeback from his quote unquote cancelation.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: Uh yeah, I do. I do because he's got a
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: following and uh like Crystalia christ Del is gonna come
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: back to you know, he's got a following. So because
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: the Internet exists, and because podcasting exists, right, and because
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: Louis kind of had a he built a fan base
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: before he got him done, I would love to see
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: him do a podcast. Who Louis? Yeah, but he's more
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: a written guy. He wants to look Yeah, and like
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: what I always loved about him was again like he
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: just doesn't give a fuck, Like I love comedians who
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: just don't care. Yeah, he doesn't give a fun to
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: a point where it's like, can I just mass right
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: in front of you? Didn't give a fuck off while
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: you're in the room. Clearly he doesn't give a fuck.
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: Maybe a bit too much he's trying to give a fuck.
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: Literally he did kind of just jerk off in front
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: of yeah, you know female counterparts. Yeah you know, yeah,
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: backs runbacks shit, yeah, hey man, yeah, shout shout. I
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: think I think Joe Rogan though, like, like you said,
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: like the whole podcasting world is just another stratosphere for
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: comedians now, yeah, and what he does for Like it's
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: like Joe Rogan, what he does for you know, everybody,
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: Like he allows because he is the king of the
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: influence right now. He's like he's the Stern of podcasting.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: It's he does kind of allow everybody to kind of
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: say what they want, like he can be the punchline,
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: like Stern even starting to be a punchline, you know,
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: just because they're kings of the media in that sense.
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: But now everything's open everybody, so we can go do
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: everything because this guy's like, no, no, we got to
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: keep freedom of speech, you know. I mean, like we
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: have to be able to say these harsh words and
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: say these harsh things. That way we can get to
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: the good ship, you know, but maintain the freedom. That way,
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: they start taking away ship. They just start picking shoes
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: what they want to take away and that's that, you
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: know that the woke mob or whatever the fuck it is.
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: But it's like that getting rid of speech thing or
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: you can't joke about that. Like when people came at
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: Michael Jay about some more bilas, it was like, okay,
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: like he retweeted some ship that was that was awful,
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: But I'm glad we're talking about it. And that's kind
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: of the end of the day. It's like we're talking
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: about hardship. But I'm glad we're talking about it. And
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: if we can start a conversation, that's what Colin Kaepernick wanted.
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: These are the conversations Kepernick wanted to have. My God,
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: the fact that, like did the Kaepernick conversation really pisses
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: me off. Yeah. Just the fact that, like just the
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: hypocrisy on the right of America and on the ship
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: that they pick and choose to I get offended by.
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: It's so crazy to me, bro, everybody, I mean, both
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: sides of the gangs, you know what I mean. The no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: I think the extreme on each side is fucking crazy.
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: They got exposed. Everybody's exposed. Now, everybody's exposed. Now, okay,
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: so now you can pick and choose to see like
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: who your real ones are, Like who you're gonna go
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: on a foxhole with. By the way, it's like it's
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: like Rome Streets. He's got this uh this bar where
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: he says like I keep my circle close like Deuce
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: Deuce entry wounds. I mean that shit stuck with me.
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: I was like, you got to keep your circle small, bro,
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: because these niggas are actors out here, especially in show business,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: you know, and you forget that. You know. It's like
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: it's almost like that Bad Joe song, like ninety percent
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: of these niggas carry gads. Now of these niggas, like
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: you hear these rappers are all actors. You're like, okay, fuck,
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: you're right. Nine percent of you comics don't carry guns.
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: This is true? Is it? As someone who's been on
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: Rogan's podcast a lot, he gets a lot of credit
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: for twice, yeah, twice, But he gets a lot of
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: credit for kind of being like a quote unquote king maker.
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: He's brought a lot of comedians, he put a lot
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: of people on. Put a lot of people on, Bro,
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: not even like he's doing it to be like I
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: put people on. He just he's like Nick Cannon, Yeah,
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: put people one, but like Hegan's white Nick Cannon. Joe
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: Rogan is the white Nick Cannon. You're here for buzzwords,
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: buzza hype. No, but but is someone who's been on
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: his podcast? Is it is the effect of being like
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: it is that like a real thing, Like do you
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: notice the the like bump or the jumping like yeah,
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: like all like like how big of a deal is that?
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: I'll say this. At the Comedy Store we had a
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: show called Tiny Sets, which was like NPR's Tiny Desk.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: We had a band behind Cat's doing a stand up
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: right and like a really small area with like you know,
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: before COVID. It was our Yeah, we just had a
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: little audience for no audience. But there was crazy comments
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: on the Comedy Store Instagram and YouTube talking about black
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: comic stuit at the show. Right, they were like, ah,
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: like crazy shit. And then that black comic his name
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: is Jamar Nahbors. You can check out that Tiny Set
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: on the Comedy Store on Instagram. But when Jamar did Rogan,
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: literally all that shit changed. The week after that, then
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: nigga stop being racist and were like, oh, we fuck
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: with you just because he did legitimately, because he did
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: that what comments changed after like like clockwork. It was crazy.
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: It's like you just need a white savior to be
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: like no, no, no, everybody, he's one of the good ones.
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: And then they stopped. I'm like, so, yeah, that's influence,
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: Like you can stop racist from being racist. That's so crazy.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: Yeah that's Rogan. Thinkgan knows that he has that like
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: he does, because that shit's crazy to me, isn't it?
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: Isn't it? Like you bro, you could you could stop
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: a lot of shit just with influence, you know what
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: I mean. But he allows everybody to kind of do
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: their thing. He's talking about freedom of speech, like he
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: can't stop people's thoughts, you know. So that's why he's great.
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: It's like it's like when people are like they watch
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: Standard like, oh, you know all my friends they sound funny.
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: I can do stand up. That's like when I see
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: comics or other like actors being like he's just talking
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: to people, you know, he's just an interviewing people. I
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: could interview people. People tell me I could be a podcasts.
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: It's like no, there's a skill to it, man. And
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: people don't get that part about him, you know, like
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: you can hate him all day, but that niggas a
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: hell of an interview. Where to his fan base, and
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: it seems to be a lot of people, Yeah, and
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: he can listen to both sides. There may be some
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: ins information happening out there between it, but that's the
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: conversation between people truly gonna happen when you're sitting there
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: talking to someone for three hours. Thank you. Yeah, that's
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: what I appreciate about show. It's like, I don't watch
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: every episode, but I probably, like I probably watch about
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: half of like what he puts out, and like I
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: appreciate the fact that, like I might not agree with
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: Joe on some ship, but at the same time, like
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: I know I can go and watch I know I
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: can go watch a conversation he has with someone who
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: I can't stand, like Ben Shapiro. There you go, and
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: I'll be like, hey man, he held him under the fire,
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: over the fire more than anyone else would and had
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: like a constructive conversation. He's not trying to argue. Yeah,
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: he's trying trying to talk to down to anybody. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: So it's like for for like Joe Rogan, like I
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: feel like his his show is a nice middle ground
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: whereas to most most people who do interviews or talk
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: to people, especially on the political side, they all have
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: an agenda. It's like they have an agenda or a
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: cause they're fighting for, so everything they do is very
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: biased or like you said, if they have someone on
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: the show that that they don't agree with, it's very clear. Yeah. No,
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: Joe's like, here's I think his perspective is like, let's
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: see how your mind works. That's why I always work
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: with with Bill Mark to an extent because I was
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: Bill Ma would always bring right wing people on the show.
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: And like if Bill maher outside of being you know,
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: seeing some dumb ship, Bill mar said some dumb shit. Yeah,
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: but like if the left is like doing some out
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: of hand like ridiculous ship, that will call him out.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: And I feel like that's what more people, Man, we're
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: too tribal. Bro, Like, I'm so tired of this tribal
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: ship where it's like, bro, like you don't have to
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: agree with everything that woke America wants you to agree
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: with it. Yeah, No, America loves here. There's what's going
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: about America. Like, you can start cults here, you can
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: start this ship maga, you know what I mean, Like
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: you could just start it and like us as a
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: text right off. So like that's why the ship's like.
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: People love this scientology, gangs and ship. People love this shit. Mormons, bro,
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: we love this ship out here. Yeah, Christianity, Judaism. I'm
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: an atheist. So I'm I'm you're in a gang. You're
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: still a gang. I'm not in any gang. I'm just like, Hey,
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: I don't know all this shit is. You're in the
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: control group. Bro. I guess I'm just not in thee.
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: I'm not in the Petri dish im outside of it.
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: I'm in the control group. I get you. Yeah you're eightist.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: Yeah you think you're out of it. Yeah. The cult
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: shit as wild. Yeah, we are in a world of
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: little cults. Everyone's in a cult. Everybody loves everbody loves
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: to be accepted by somebody because social media, you know,
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: crushed all of our self esteem so that we got
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: to be accepted by certain groups. And we in these groups,
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: and these niggas don't ride with us. Gang gang. It's
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: some gang shit, man. Yeah we do some gang ship. Yeah,
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: she's cool. People got but but what's crazy is most
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: people are are somewhere. We only hear from the people
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: who have Trump flags hanging off their f one fifties. Yeah,
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: or from like really outraged Twitter people. We don't hear
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: from like just normal people that we actually know in
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: real life. And that's most of the people. Yeah, most
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: of the people aren't there in the middle. They're they're
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: just like, yo, man, like, what are we doing? Yeah?
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: Exactly at this point, I don't even know. It's like
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: it really is. It's like, oh, black lives matter. Oh,
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: you know, like black lives matter. Oh, you're real, you
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: don't like black people are like all right, well anti vacs,
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: Oh you're not vaccinated? You voted for Trump. Yeah, it's
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: just like yeah, but Marshall, Yeah, shit, Jesus, who's not
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: a murderer these days? I mean, if you have, if
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: you don't got a body in America, I mean, like,
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: are you really American? Yeah? I mean who did you
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: want to kill? Don't do that? No, no, no, no,
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: I mean if I could kill anybody, who would have
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: been No, we're not gonna be on that. No. I
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: was gonna say, when you when when when you know, obviously, uh,
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: I'm assuming you were't a Trump guy. Trump was the worst, right,
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: So when the when the Democrats laid out there. They're
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: they're pool of thirty eight motherfuckers. Who was the person
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: that you liked for the Dems that year, because it's
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: sure the fuck couldn't have been Joe Biden. No be Joe.
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: Who did I like? I mean, I like Kanye, you
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: know what I mean? It had been it had been Church.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: It would have been like transitioning from like season four
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: of Trump to like a whole another like spin off show. Yeah,
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: I mean, because like listen, man, everyone's mentally unstable at
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: this point, so it's just like, let's just go hard.
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: I was a bit I liked Bernie and I liked
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: Telsey A. Bernie's cool. I get the Bernie of it all.
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: I like the Bernie of it all. Maybe Stacey Abrams
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: would have been cool. Yeah, I don't. I don't really know.
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: I just want to kill her. Mike to run for
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: president one day. There's that, you know, there's definitely that.
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: They're talking about The Rock too. You know, he's kind
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: of voting for the Rock. He's kind of a centurist
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: on the matter. I feel like I'd vote for the
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: Rock without knowing anything, Like he don't like writing it
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: in We're going for the I mean the Rock. If
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: the Rock ran for president, I'm voting for him, and
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: he's gonna get them redneck wrestling motherfuckers to vote for
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: him too, just off GP. Yeah, Yeah, I don't know, man,
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: I don't know. I mean, like I talked to a
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: lot of black people right now, and they're like, man,
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: Trump had my wallet, right though. Yeah, you know what
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: I mean, you know what's crazy is like and you
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: know who's who's more capitalists and American than the American
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: black person. So I got to a point where I
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: was like not talking to family members over Donald Trump
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: or right because I would see the ship they post
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: on Facebook and I would just be like, all right,
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: I can't, I can't, yeah reason with this this shit. Yeah,
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: to me, it's hard to reason with the people who
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: have the Facebook posts and the fucking Trump flags and
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: like those people are crazy people. Just so he just confession, cub,
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: Just so you know, I did buy a Trump golf
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: shirt at a Trump Towers that my parents were staying at.
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: It was because this was like his first year. I
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: mean I thought it was funny, you know what I mean.
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: It was very aggressive. It was like seventy bucks, but
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: that best never wrinkles. It's a great polo, fair enough. Yeah,
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: And my folks folks hate it because they you know,
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: they didn't vote for him, but like they they didn't.
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: They were like, we're saying at these Trump Towers, but
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: it's like it was another Maale. No, it is the
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: Trump Towers in Vegas, right, Yeah, And they were like
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: they were pissed because they had the time share, but
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: like they renovated the building to a Trump Towers and
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: they was just like, well this is where we are now. Sorry, man,
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: I'm like, I don't give a fucking buy one of
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: these shirts. Like I still feel the way I feel
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: about Trump, Like I can't stand him. I despise him
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: as a person. I thought like the energy he brought
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: to the to to the world was dangerous. Yeah, But
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: then I have conversations with people who I didn't even
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: know were Trump supporters, who I know to be like reasonable,
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: and I don't want to use the word Trump supporters
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: people who voted for him, because I don't think I
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: think there's like kind of like a difference, right, And
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: it was really like, you know, I could see, like
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: you said on the on the Money Ship, if someone
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: says to me, man, ship I was running it up
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: during Trump's presidency. So I fucked with Trump. I'm talking
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: like black people, Mexican people who I know voted for him.
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: It was like eighties crashit. It was just like he
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: was making money. We went through a fucking pandemic and
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: the stock market took a ship, but it popped right
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: the fuck back up. And the housing market, what's going
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: on to the housing market right now is insane. How
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: are we in the middle of a fucking pandemic. Yeah,
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: that cryptosh is different. That's like, yeah, during pandemics is
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: like you could like you can get a crazy bag
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: on some doge coin. Oh my I did. Yeah. I
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: know a few folks. I know a few folks who
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: got Yeah, did you fuck with the I didn't get
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: into the crypto. I didn't get into the crypto, not yet,
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: and I saw I saw dope. You know I can
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: get the crypto. Why fuck with the crypto? Crypto is booming? Man, Yeah,
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: try to tell nobody. Can have I seen you over there? No? No,
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: why'll be fucking with the crypto? I mean, you know,
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: I made some money on bitcoin and then I did
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: the dose thing and then it took a ship after that.
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: Saturday Night Live Sunday. Who are your tough three presidents?
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: Who you get? I don't even know keV. I mean
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: I like Barrock, Okay, so Brock is your first one?
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: If I mean, I was only alive for Clinton, Barock,
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: g W. Trump And wait, no, the first Bush. I
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: was born in eighty seven, So the first Bush, I
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: guess since I've been alive. Yeah, can I go Barrock
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: term one? Rock term two? And then I guess Bill Clinton? Yeah,
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: even though Bill Clinton's like a fucking demon. Yeah, bro
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: I got a crazy story, all right. So here's another
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: name drop. So because respousal Popular and Jeff you know,
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: and Jump Ayer are friends. This is back when Seohn's
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: Dayton and Katie Perry, right and uh, you know, she
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: had a party at her house and we went Jeff
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: brought me or whatever, and we were hanging out, met
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: the family, the you know, the Perry's or whatever. And
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: at her place she had these like framed presidential letters
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: right from like all the all the past live presidents
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: like Jimmy Carter, the Bushes, I think the Reagans, because
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: I think Reagan was still live at the point when
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: the Reagan died. I don't even know, but I think
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: it was from the Live ones, but I definitely know
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: was Jimmy Carter was there. It was the Bushes, you know,
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: George and uh and W and the Clinton's, not the
