A 45-page federal complaint was filed in U.S. District Court, Washington, D.C., on Thursday, by Erik Slavin, the editor-in-chief of Stars and Stripes, Lara Korte, the paper’s Middle East reporter, and Max D. Lederer Jr., its publisher.
