• 0:44
SPEAKER_01: Hello and welcome back again.
• 0:48
SPEAKER_01: And thank you for joining me, Marnae Boquett.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_01: This is my third podcast of a series of many.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_01: We are going to continue to talk about receiving, and so we're gonna just call this Receiving Part Two.
• 1:10
SPEAKER_01: My last podcast, I talked a lot about the value, the characteristic, and the expression in the divine feminine architecture of receiving.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_01: So I hope that you've had some time to think about this concept or value.
• 1:41
SPEAKER_01: And I really consider it a value because when you are in alignment with your values, your life is going to flow.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_01: You're going to be able to manifest more of the true desires of your heart.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_01: And in that alignment with your values, you can find a path, a direction, an intention to live by on a daily basis.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_01: So as we talk about this beautiful topic of divine feminine alignment and the divine template of the characteristics and the values and the those things that we want to embrace with the divine feminine.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_01: We're going to talk about the actual medicine of the divine feminine and how it correlates with receiving.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_01: So we really live in a world that doesn't suffer from lack of effort.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_01: But what it does suffer from is lack of receptivity, reciprocity.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_01: We have mastered the yang or the outward active logical, or we could call that the masculine.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_01: But the yin, the inward, open, devotional, has actually been forgotten, overlooked, or dismissed.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_01: So that's why we're looking for ways to like reawaken this magnificent architecture of the divine feminine that keeps us moving into more of an awakened state and a more balanced state of polarity of the yin and the yang or the masculine and the feminine.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_01: When we practice receiving, you're not just only attracting prosperity, abundance, money, love, friends, exceptional, amazing experiences, but we are able to move into a place of creativity and flow, and we begin to remember the original rhythm of creation, truly, the inhale, the exhale, the give, and the receive.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_01: Or in some cultures they call it the Shiva or the Shakti.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_01: And we begin to start to restore balance to a world that is very addicted to doing.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_01: Think about that concept for just a moment.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_01: We do live in a world where we have a lot of people very busy, busy, busy, doing, doing, doing all the time.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_01: And we can fall into that paradigm of when I have this, then I'll do this, and then I'll be that.
• 6:09
SPEAKER_01: Or when I do this, do more of this, and do even more of that, then I'll have this something that I believe I want, and then I'll be.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_01: Then I'll be peaceful, then I'll be happy, then I'll be fulfilled.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_01: And that is a paradigm that has kept us in a reverse polarity for a very, very long time.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_01: So the next time something begins to flow your way, like a compliment, a client, a new connection, a check, like from a client or a um maybe a some sort of a savings account or a return from an overpaid premium, something like that.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna choose not to shrink and contract, and to not dismiss it and justify, or rush to give something back.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_01: Now let's talk about that.
• 7:44
SPEAKER_01: When somebody gives you a compliment and you get that little bit of tightness, and you contract a bit, and you're like, ooh, that feels really uncomfortable.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_01: And like we learned about in the last podcast, how there's parts of us that literally believe that it was sinful or unrighteous or um prideful to graciously accept a compliment.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_01: And so when we have that uncomfortableness or that just that unfamiliarity, a lot and when somebody gives us a compliment or gives us a beautiful gift or whatever, what do we do sometimes?
• 8:41
SPEAKER_01: We hurry and rush to give something back.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_01: Whether we rather we try to hurry and think of a compliment to say back to that person, or um quickly make an effort to give a back give back a gift to that person that just graciously brought us a beautiful gift.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_01: And then we're like, oh, I better give something back to her or him or pay them back in some way.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_01: What I'm going to invite you to practice is when something literally comes your way, take a breath, let it land.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_01: Whisper softly to yourself, I am ready to receive.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_01: It is safe for me to receive graciously.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_01: Hold open your body language, open your heart, uncross your arms, place your hands either up to the the palms of your hands, either up to the sky or towards that person, and look them in the eye and say, Thank you.
• 10:18
  SPEAKER_01: I will receive that.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_01: Now, because this is like a sacred prayer or a sacred meditation that we're going to literally turn into medicine.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_01: And it becomes medicine for you as it flows into you as this vessel through which the divine aligned feminine flows.
• 11:06
  SPEAKER_01: Just imagine that.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_01: When you receive like that into you the vessel through which divine flows.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_01: Imagine the universe a vast living river, and you are not separate from it.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_01: When you block receiving, you force the river to flow in only one direction.
• 11:55
SPEAKER_01: You become the current that only gives until eventually the water runs dry.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_01: That is why the elders and wise ones would say the measure you give is the measure you receive.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_01: Not as morality, but as mechanics.
• 12:27
  SPEAKER_01: Energy must circulate.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_01: And circulation begins with permission.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_01: Permission to let love enter.
• 12:42
  SPEAKER_01: Permission to be supported.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_01: Permission to prosper without guilt.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_01: And permission to let the universe meet you halfway.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_01: Abundance, love, success, growth, expansion is not something you achieve, it is something you allow.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_01: And allowing begins when you stop apologizing for being the one that life and the divine wants to give to.
• 13:33
SPEAKER_01: Take a breath and just let all of that land the very best that you can.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_01: Sit comfortably and bring an awareness to the center of your chest.
• 14:04
SPEAKER_01: The heart is the vessel through which the divine gives and receives.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_01: If the heart is armored or closed off, or even in some sort of entrapment through disappointment, betrayal, shame, guilt, nothing can stay.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_01: So we're gonna begin to open that beautiful heart or vessel through which divine gives and receives through this little invocation practice.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_01: Bringing your awareness to the center of your chest.
• 14:57
SPEAKER_01: Just visualize a warm golden pink light.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_01: Coming down from the divine, from the sun, from the higher dimensional realms, from God, from universe, whatever your belief system is, and begin to imagine it, imagine it flowing towards you.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_01: And it flowing through this part or top part of your body through the top of your head.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_01: And continue to visualize this warm golden pink light flowing through your body, through your heart space, through your womb space, and down into the center of the earth.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_01: And then allowing Mother Earth to kiss that light with her gentle nurturing energy and allowing it to recycle or re-turn up through all the healing energies and crystals and water aquifers, and because everything in Mother Earth is a healer, teacher, or a messenger, and just let that energy flow up through your body and just let it settle around your heart.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_01: Imagine with each inhale that golden pink light expands.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_01: And as you whisper on the outhale, on that, on the outbreath, whisper softly, I open my heart to receive all forms of abundance, love, money, support, beauty, and connections.
• 17:15
SPEAKER_01: Inhale, expand the gold, pink light, exhale in a soft whisper.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_01: I open my heart to receive, to receive all forms of abundance, love, money, pure connection, support, and beauty.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_01: And imagine then the light overflowing beyond your body, outside of your body, around your body, and imagine that connecting you to a field of flow.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_01: A field that is known as the divine feminine alignment.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_01: The divine feminine architecture and collective consciousness.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_01: Imagine that that architecture and that collective consciousness is full of frequencies and vibrations of abundance, prosperity, joy, flow, passion, grace, warmth, and all of the beauty and acceptance of who you really are, the divine being of light that you truly are, and continue to breathe that in.
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_01: I accept and receive.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_01: I am ready to receive a rememberingness of my divine truth, my divine essence, my divine worth, my divine identity.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_01: And this architecture of divine, aligned, divine, feminine.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_01: And just begin to notice what you feel going on in your body.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_01: Now that we just experienced and had a personal body somatic experiential with, I would invite you to practice every day.
• 20:01
SPEAKER_01: And I would love to hear back as far as what you experience and what you noticed in your body, any changes you noticed in your body, any changes of how you choose to be and walk and express yourself on a daily basis.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_01: Now, here is another invitation to assist you in really allowing this principle of receiving and value of receiving that is a journal reflection invitation.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_01: The first thing you are going to ask yourself is what does my heart long to receive but doesn't yet feel worthy of?
• 21:15
SPEAKER_01: Or without the need to quickly return something to the giver, or even to brace and contract.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_01: What would that mean for me to receive without those things?
• 21:41
SPEAKER_01: And then the third question is who would I be?
• 21:48
SPEAKER_01: And what would I do without that thought of being unworthy?
• 22:08
SPEAKER_01: You know, our worth and our value is uncalculatable and undisputable because we are of such a divine heritage and lineage that our identity is just impeccably, our true divine identity is impeccably pure and true and full of light and in this feminine alignment, we can really truly begin to remember that truth and to come to know our true higher self.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_01: And to begin to invite her in to our daily routine on a daily basis.
• 23:11
SPEAKER_01: But we also get to be prepared to receive her.
• 23:19
SPEAKER_01: And we do that by literally practicing these things that I have invited you to get curious about, to embrace, and to experiment with.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_01: So I'm going to just leave you with these invitations and these few thoughts and ideas and concepts to just noodle on.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_01: And prepare to be able to do a review and an overview of this concept, principle, and value and characteristic of receiving in the next episode that I will share with you.
• 24:21
