- 0:19Please buckle up and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23This is Wayne Alan Root, Raw and unfiltered with America's favorite conservative rock
- 0:28star, direct from the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. What
- 0:33time is it? It's time war War. Here's your host, one hundred
- 0:39percent raw Truth, one hundred percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots
- 1:00three Roots on Fire. Welcome to Lindel TV as well as USA Audio Network
- 1:03Hour number two. Not our number one, of course, of a Lindell
- 1:07TV. It's our only hour of Lindel TV, but it's our number two
- 1:11on USA Audio Network. I want to open up this hour with my latest
- 1:15column, Nicky Helly's the new Liz Cheney with a little Mitt Romney and Paul
- 1:21Ryan thrown in. Don't you love those three? What a triumvirate. What
- 1:23a loser Nicky Helly has become. I wonder how much money the three d's
- 1:29bribe you're with Democrats, DC swamp and the Deep State? Was it cash
- 1:34and offshore accounts? Was it ceo offers after the primary, she could become
- 1:40CEO of a big company. Was it a book deal for ten million dollars
- 1:42advance? Was it a guarantee of one hundred thousand dollars galore for corporate speeches?
- 1:49You know she got like fifty speeches lined up. Did they offer Nicki
- 1:52a seat on the view maybe even her own daytime talk show? This much,
- 1:57I know someone gave her one hell of a multimillion dollar offer that leaves
- 2:01her set for life. Why else would she be willing to be humiliated?
- 2:07Why would she stay in a race so long which she has no support and
- 2:09no paths to victory? Why would she be so willing to commit career suicide
- 2:15forever her name is mud forever Because there's no if, sends or butts.
- 2:20Nicki's career is finished, as in could put as in shambles, as in
- 2:24Charles Manson would have the same odds of winning a GOP race. Ever,
- 2:28again, they both have zero chance. And when this GOP primary began,
- 2:32Nikki had a pretty good resume. Governor, you an ambassador. I think
- 2:38she was a congresswoman too. I think if my memory befets me, what's
- 2:43the right word not befalls me. What's the right word? If my memory
- 2:46is correct, how about that? If my memory serves me, that's the
- 2:52right wording. So I think Congressman too, perhaps the most famous female politician
- 2:58in the GP, in other words, the Hillary Clinton of the GOP.
- 3:00She was a guest on my nationally syndicare radio show two years ago. Nikki
- 3:05Helly was and she gave, in my opinion, one of the best interviews
- 3:08of any guest I've ever had on my show. She was that talented,
- 3:13and then it all fell apart. It all fell apart because she had so
- 3:16much Hubert's She decided to backstay up President Trump. She decided to viciously bad
- 3:22mouth, in my opinion, the greatest Republican president of our lifetime. She
- 3:27accepted tens of millions of dollars in donations from Democrats, Rhinos, deep Staters,
- 3:31and assorted villains with trumpt arrangement syndrome. She celebrated her love for wasting
- 3:37billions of dollars of taxpayer money in Ukraine. She promoted wars all over the
- 3:43globe. She defended open borders, and she destroyed her career by making every
- 3:47conservative maga Warrior wan A Puke Now she couldn't get elected. Dog Catcher Nicki
- 3:55has either been bribed or she is delusional. It may be a simple as
- 4:00this. She may suffer for the same mental illness as Liz Cheney, Mitt
- 4:04Romney, Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell. She thinks the key to success in
- 4:08the GOP is in the middle, But there is no middle, not in
- 4:13the GOP on the Democrat Party. To be in the middle means you stand
- 4:15for nothing, You make no one happy. There is only one thing in
- 4:19the middle of the road, roadkill. Delusional morons like Liz Cheney falsely believe
- 4:27there is a Republican, Conservative, patriot, or maybe even Christian voting block
- 4:32that likes her. But she's wrong. There's no one who likes her.
- 4:36Liz Cheney is a fan club of one her father, Dick, aptly named
- 4:44Why don't Rhino Republican traders like Liz Cheney and Paul Ryan and Jeff Flake and
- 4:50Mitt Romney in a cast of hundreds of others understand that once you backstab Trump
- 4:56and the MAGA movement, you have no audience, You have no fan club,
- 5:00you have no voting block. You are alone in the world. Ninety
- 5:03nine percent of the GOP base hates you for being a turncoat, and one
- 5:09hundred percent of Democrats hate your guts forever being a Republican. You've made both
- 5:14sides on happy. So now you have no one. Now you're a party
- 5:16of one. Fighting President Trump is a suicide mission. The battlefield is littered
- 5:24with the bodies of those who took on that losing battle. Trump has not
- 5:28only destroyed the careers of all the Rhinos, but he a single handedly ended
- 5:30the Bush dynasty, McCain dynasty, Romney dynasty, Clinton dynasty, And if
- 5:36Trump wins again in twenty twenty four, he has once and for all destroyed
- 5:42the Obama dynasty as well. That's a lot of famous and powerful trophies hanging
- 5:46on the wall of Trump's study, all of them far more famous and powerful
- 5:51than Nikki Helly. So what made Nicky think she could take down the king
- 5:57when the Bush is, Romney's, McCain's, Clinton's, and Obama's tried and
- 6:00failed. What hubris to think that she could slay the greatest fighter of all
- 6:06time. As of Saturday, that's forty eight hours from now, the day
- 6:11of the South Carolina primary Nikki's political career is officially toast. And the humiliation
- 6:18of losing in our own home state by massive amounts, by record amounts.
- 6:25It's just hard to believe she was willing to do that. She should,
- 6:28you know. It's the same reason that Santa's dropped out before he ever got
- 6:30to Florida, where Trump was gonna beat him badly in Florida, embarrassing never
- 6:34happened. He never has to endure that humiliation. But Nikki Helly is gonna
- 6:41endure that humiliation. Why there was never a reason. There is no path
- 6:46to victory now I know, I know Democrat donors that convince Nikki Helly that
- 6:49Trump will be taken off the ballot, convicted of crimes or sent to prison,
- 6:55or left disgraced and bankrupt by Letitia James and Fanny Willis. First of
- 7:00all, that's never gonna happen. Second of all, Trump Trump is the
- 7:03rightful GOP nominee. No one could stop him in. Second of all,
- 7:08he has the best chance of winning the general election no matter who the Democrat
- 7:12candidate is, out of any Republican in the world, even if he has
- 7:15to campaign from a prison cell. Why not Joe Biden supposedly won in twenty
- 7:19twenty while campaigning from his Delaware basement in a mask in diapers do doesn't the
- 7:25media try and convince you that so, why can't Trump win? For a
- 7:28prison cell. Secondly, if for any reason on Earth, Trump is not
- 7:31the GOP candidate, if God forbid he gets hit by a car, if
- 7:35God forbid the deep State takes him out, the GOP base will still never,
- 7:41never, never, ever vote for Nicki Haley. She's become poisoned to
- 7:47the GOP base. Poison. Great job, Nikki. I hope whatever goal
- 7:53they gave you or promised you, it's enough to live for the rest of
- 7:57your life. And I hope you can live with yourself for the rest of
- 8:00your life because your political career is now over, dead and buried. You
- 8:03commit a career suicide. Now go complain about it for the rest of your
- 8:07life in the Rhino retirement home with Liz Cheney, Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney,
- 8:13Jeff Flake, and soon to join you, Mitch McConnell. Just watch
- 8:18your back with that crowd. You better have eyes in the back of your
- 8:22head. That is my that is my latest column. It'll it'll be out
- 8:28tomorrow morning at conservative websites around the country, and you can always find it
- 8:31at the Gateway Pundit and my site root for America dot com, Root for
- 8:37America dot com. All Right, just to show you what we're dealing with
- 8:43here, the judge overseeing the Trump Georgia case once donated to Fanny Willis's campaign.
- 8:50How is this allowed? How is that not a massive conflict of interest
- 8:54so wide I could drive a Matt truck through it. How is it possible
- 9:00that we allow that? Do you think it would be allowed if I was
- 9:03a white Republican prosecutor prosecuting black Democrat politician like say Obama, and it turned
- 9:13out I prosecuted him, and the judge overseeing the case once gave a contribution
- 9:18to me, and he's a big Republican. Do you think anyone would think
- 9:20Obama could get a fair trial. It's crazy what goes on in this country.
- 9:26Fulton County Superior Judge Scott McAfee, who's in charge of the case against
- 9:31former President Donald Trump, once donated to Fanny Willis's campaign prior to his appointment
- 9:35as a judge. So you know he's a Democrat and you know he likes
- 9:41Fanny Willis. How is Trump could get a fair trial. He's not.
- 9:45Look at all the trials in New York. No Trump will ever get a
- 9:48fair trial in any federal Washington, DC jurisdiction or in Georgia's Republican right not
- 9:54Fulton County. Fulton County, you can't get a fair trial. New York
- 10:00City, Manhattan can't get a fair trial. Watching DC can't get a fair
- 10:03trial. That's why they brought these cases in those jurisdictions. Other big news
- 10:11today, of course, is that thousands of AT and T, Verizon and
- 10:13T Mobile customers were hit by a cellular outrage exchul me outage outrage, Well
- 10:18it is. I am outraged by it, right, a cellular outage across
- 10:22America, sparking fears of a possible cyber attack. And at the same time
- 10:28that happened, just to see how vulnerable our system is. People couldn't even
- 10:31call nine to one one. Your phone would not allow you to do anything.
- 10:37Now, thank god, it did not hit my phone, and I've
- 10:39got Horizon. But most of the problems are on AT and T phones around
- 10:43the country. But this is what could happen. Pharmacies across the US reported
- 10:48widespread outages following the cyber attack, delays in prescription processing at pharmacies nationwide owned
- 10:58by United Healthcare Group and Change Healthcare. So if China, if Russia,
- 11:05if they want to do an EFP attack, we got problems. If they
- 11:07want to do an act that takes down our grid electric grid, we got
- 11:11problems. Takes down our communication grid, big problems. Don't forget China makes
- 11:16all the prescriptions for almost every antibiotic in America and many other drugs. Don't
- 11:22forget that China or Taiwan. If China takes over Taiwan, China would control
- 11:28all of the computer chips that make our transportation run. The show is sponsored

- 12:11the room, the words up phone Wait Now we live on Li's LTV,
- 12:16as well as USA Audio Network, as well as bridy On TV a little
- 12:22later tonight, as well as Blessed News New Blessed News Network. Right now,
- 12:26by the way, we're thinking of Jake Lang, Jacob, you're out
- 12:28there, I'd love you to text me and let me know you're alive and
- 12:31well and where you are. Well. I know you're not well, but
- 12:35alive and it's still breathing, and where you are. Jake Lang, of
- 12:39course started Blessed News TV network from a prison cell and and my show airs
- 12:46on that network. And they transfer him in the middle of the night two
- 12:48nights ago, at four in the morning, he got transferred shackled, shackled
- 12:54and chained, and they put them on a bus and started driving somewhere.
- 12:58God knows where they're going. God knows that wind up. They keep taking
- 13:01him from prison to prison, so he never knows where he is. It's
- 13:05just it's torture in the United States over nothing. These people went to a
- 13:11rally for President Trump. No one went armed. I don't believe it's ever
- 13:16been charges that one of these people went with a gun, with a knife,
- 13:20with a baseball bat and started to hurt people on purpose. What happened
- 13:24is a many of them were arrested for doing nothing, just being in the
- 13:28area or just walking in when they were waved into the Capitol and see many
- 13:33of them. You know, look, if I was standing in a crowd
- 13:37and with no warning and for no reason, a peaceful crowd, the police
- 13:41fired tear gas projectiles into the crowd, and I felt like I was choking
- 13:46to death. And then the police came in with clubs and started hitting us.
- 13:50You know what I would do, I try and fight him. I
- 13:52grabbed the club and tried to pull it out of his arm. That's what
- 13:54they did. I wouldn't club a cop, but I tried and pulled the
- 13:58club out of his arm before he hit me. And then they charge you
- 14:01with assault or assault of a police officer. And now you know, every
- 14:05single city in America, some guy tries to or does hit a police officer.
- 14:11Maybe they even shoot a police officer. They're out in the same afternoon,
- 14:15no bail, they just let them out. But God forbid, you're
- 14:18a January sixer. Forget about it, as they say in New York,
- 14:22forget about it. You go to jail for three years with no trial,
- 14:28being tortured with a light bulbon in your cell to sell the size of a
- 14:31closet and you get one hour a day out of isolation. Right, I've
- 14:37never heard of anything like this in the United States of America. Jake Lang
- 14:41was in the basement of the dungeon at the prison in the Washington d C.
- 14:48Jail, which is the prison in Washington, d C. Really antiquated,
- 14:52smelly, moldy, disgusting conditions, And he's in the dungeon down below
- 14:56at the bottom. And they took him out at four in the morning,
- 15:00shackles and drove them somewhere else God knows where. And you know, they
- 15:03also like to call it a rough ride. They put you in a bus
- 15:05and they're hitting the road at seventy miles an hour and you're in the back,
- 15:09flying up and down, hitting your head on the roof. And you
- 15:13know, I used to laugh at things like that, you know, because
- 15:16they did them to punks, they did it to murderers, they did it
- 15:18to a rapist. I couldn't care less, you know, give them a
- 15:22real rough ride, who cares? But you're doing it to nice people who
- 15:26were Republican conservatives protesting what they clearly saw a stolen election and they were right.
- 15:35Three years later. It's so clear as a thousand studies that indicate the
- 15:39election with stolen and that's how they treat this poor guy. Jake Lang Blessed

- 17:15new poll out that shows Trump crushing Biden, crushing Kamala even worse, and
- 17:23crushing Gavin Newsome worst of all. And the conclusion by the pollsters is no
- 17:29point in replacing Biden because he does better than even Gavin Newsom or Kamala Harris.
- 17:33But what they left out was does he do better than Michelle Obama.
- 17:37I'm telling you they're never gonna put Gavin up, They're never gonna put Kamala
- 17:41up. They will never keep Biden's nominee. It's gonna be Michelle Obama.
- 17:45This poll is the proof why they're gonna do it. They haven't roots on

- 19:11you. Is it my old college classmate, Barack Obama. No, it's
- 19:15the Jewish Barack. It's Barack Luriy. It's not Barack Obama. It's the
- 19:21good Barack, Barack Luri Barack. How are you Wayne? Thanks so much
- 19:26for having me. What a tweet to be on the show again. You're
- 19:29the only Barack I like. I just want you to know that he's the
- 19:32managing partner. He's the managing partner of Luriy and Kramer Law firm in La.
- 19:36Best selling author of Atheism Kills That's it's a book series. His newest
- 19:41book is Keeping the Kids all Right. And we're gonna ask you about the
- 19:45legal judgments against Trump. But first I want to give you a shameless plug,
- 19:49or a chance for a shameless plug. Tell me about your newest book,
- 19:52Keeping the Kids all Right? What is it about. Well, it's
- 19:57all about making sure that the kids that you have don't fall victim to the
- 20:02woke agenda and the culture and all the brainwashing that's going on. It all
- 20:07started from hearing so many parents say how they lost their kids to the wolk
- 20:11culture and some of the kids don't even speak to them. Anymore, let
- 20:14alone come to visit them for Thanksgiving or Christmas or whatever. And that just
- 20:18breaks my heart. And there's no reason for that to happen. As a
- 20:22conservative parent, you should be able to have your beliefs and have the children
- 20:26respect them. And better yet, why not have the children think just like
- 20:30you do about God and country and all the things that we so value as
- 20:34conservative. So that's what prompted it, and the boy it really took off.
- 20:38I was so pleased about that, but it also made me sad because
- 20:42so many parents needed this book. But they've all been writing to me saying
- 20:47it really really has helped them. So I'm very blessed and I'm so glad
- 20:52that this book is out there. You are, like me, a Jewish
- 20:55conservative, Republican Trumper, MAGA America first. But there aren't enough Jews who
- 21:02think like that. Why I wanted to ask you because I get asked the
- 21:04same question all the time. Want to get your take on why so many
- 21:07Jews are so liberal after everything Trump did for the economy, the country,
- 21:11and for Israel and the Jewish people, and moving the embassy to Jerusalem and
- 21:18always siding with Israel in every single controversial time, he took Israel's side without
- 21:23question. Why would Jews not appreciate that? Well, I mean, it
- 21:29depends on how you define a Jew, first of all, because there are
- 21:32observant Jews and there are secular Jews. When you talk to a Christian and
- 21:36he says he's a Christian, that means he has a faith, he believes
- 21:40that Jesus is a savior, and so forth, and they probably go to
- 21:42church at least twice a month. Not so for a Jew. When you
- 21:45ask a Jew what he believes, it could be anything. So. Among
- 21:49the observant Jews, especially the ones that you see with the curly hair and
- 21:53the black hats, those guys are all for Trump. They are all in,
- 21:57they love Trump. Among the secular Jews, you it's a very different
- 22:03story. They echoed more from the cultural point of view, and what they
- 22:07remember and in the DNA for generations is what it was like in Europe,
- 22:12in Russia and in Germany, and in those places they had to rely on
- 22:17the government to save them from the programs and all the anti Semitism, and
- 22:21so they had this inherent trust of government, as opposed to what we Americans
- 22:26have, which is an inherent distrust of government. So I think that's part
- 22:30of the reason why some of the secular Jews tend to favor government and tend
- 22:34to vote Democrat. You know, that's so funny that you say that,
- 22:37because when people ask me why I'm so different as a Jew, I say,
- 22:41because I learned a different lesson from all the times Jews were slaves and
- 22:45murdered and had their properties taken away, whether it's the Roman Empire, the
- 22:48Egyptian Empire, Nazi Germany. Throughout history, so many times it was the
- 22:52government that enslaved them, was the government that murdered them. It was the
- 22:57Nazi German government that killed them. So I see, that's the reason I
- 23:02distrust government, and that's why I'm a Republican conservative and I can't stand government.
- 23:06So I don't see government as ever saving Jews. I see government as
- 23:10always persecuting Jews. In the Russian government especially, they would come in and
- 23:17stop the programs. They were the ones, the last resort that the Jews
- 23:19had. So perhaps that's the reason why wane. But it is a mystery.
- 23:25There's a sense that somehow it's about takun alam, which is a Hebrew
- 23:29phrase meaning heal the world, and I think a lot of Jews read that
- 23:32message incorrectly. To kronal Lama is about taking care of your neighbor, taking
- 23:37care of your family, one person at a time. It's not about fighting
- 23:40global warming. It's not about accepting transgenderism as a major culture. So those
- 23:45are the issues. But we Jews, you know, certainly the observant ones
- 23:49we are. Conservatism and Judaism are one and the same. And that's why
- 23:55the Orthodox Jews particularly loved Trump so much because they know that he gets it.
- 24:00Yeah, I think there's a lot of naivete with the Jewish people.
- 24:03I think that they've been persecuted, so they have a mentality that anyone that
- 24:07gets persecuted they want to be on their side of the underdog. And they
- 24:11see everyone coming across the border as people that were persecuted and living in terrible
- 24:17conditions, just like Jews once lived in terrible conditions. But they see it
- 24:21so wrong. Baracket's such a ridiculous way to see it. Because every Jew
- 24:25in America came here the legal way through Ellis Island. They were checked for
- 24:27disease, they had to have a job waiting, they had to have family
- 24:32that was willing to pay. If they ever went on welfare, the family
- 24:34would have to reimburse the government for welfare. They didn't come here as freeloaders
- 24:38on welfare, which is what everybody coming across the border is right now.
- 24:42They're all coming for welfare, food stamps, and a thousand other government freebies
- 24:47and government programs and free healthcare and free school for their kids. And none
- 24:52of the Jews did it that way. They worked and they earned it.
- 24:53And I don't know why they don't see the distinction, but it's a big
- 24:56one. Yeah. Look, it's a faustian bargain that Biden has has entered
- 25:03into with these illegal immigrants. They get what they want, and Biden and
- 25:07the Democrat Party get what they want. And that's why they're seeing so many
- 25:11ten million, what is it ten million, twenty million? We don't know.
- 25:15I yeah, we don't know. Ten million that they admit to,
- 25:18well, Barack, they admit to catching about ten million, but there's at
- 25:22least ten million got away, so it's really twenty million. And that's that's
- 25:26until this year. Now, between now and next January twentieth, when Trump
- 25:30would get sworn in, would be January twentieth, twenty twenty five. So
- 25:33even if he wins in November, you don't get them until almost February.
- 25:37So between now and next January twentieth, believe me, they're gonna let it
- 25:40in another ten million, so it'll be thirty million by that time. It's
- 25:45it's changed the whole demographics of America. And that's what they wanted to do.
- 25:48That's exactly what they wanted to do. It's the Great what do they
- 25:52call it again, the Great Replacement theory? Yeah, well, okay,
- 25:56they if they know, and I think they do know that they have a
- 26:00really tough road ahead of them for the reelection of this James Joe Biden.
- 26:04Rather, they know that, and so given that they're going to lose,
- 26:10and they feel like they have a very strong chance of losing in November,
- 26:14then the only action that they need to take right now is to make sure
- 26:17to get in as many illegal immigrants as possible, right, and that way
- 26:21maybe save it for twenty twenty eight and beyond. That's the only explanation that
- 26:25makes sense to me, right that in hating America, I mean, it's
- 26:29that in changing America completely because they hate it all right, So let's get
- 26:33off the topic of the Jewish people, because you know, look, other
- 26:36than politics, I love the Jewish people. I always have. I'm a
- 26:38Jew and I'm Jewish blood. I love the Jewish people, and I love
- 26:41them in every way except their political views. I can't stand their political views.
- 26:47Other than that, I think they're great, and they work hard,
- 26:48and they're educated, and they're smart, and they earn money and their achievers
- 26:52and there's everything I say about Jews is good except for their politics. I
- 26:56wish they would straighten out their doing. They live very concerned lives. Yeah,
- 27:00live very conservative lives, Wayne, and a lot more Jews are conservative
- 27:04than we think and vote conservative as well. A lot of them are very
- 27:07quiet about it, but they do vote conservative. And there's going to be
- 27:11a I'm going to guess there's gonna be about thirty five percent, where previously
- 27:15he was twenty five percent. Yeah, vot before a Republican, and I
- 27:18think in this case it's going to be a lot more. Yeah. It's
- 27:21just sad to me that, you know, we've convinced Latinos to be almost
- 27:22fifty to fifty and maybe in this election will be above fifty to fifty for
- 27:26the first time ever. Jews aren't learning the same lessons as Latinos, and
- 27:30I'm very kind of shocked by that. All right, So, Barack Laurie,
- 27:34set aside your jewishness. You're an attorney. More importantly, you're an
- 27:38attorney. You understand legal ease. What's your reaction to the New York judges
- 27:44three hundred and fifty five million dollars ruling against Trump regarding real estate fraud?
- 27:48Is this clearly the weaponization of government? In your opinion? It clearly is.
- 27:55This judge knows that he's going to be versed on appeal. He knows
- 27:57it, but that doesn't matter to him. Most judges, they live and
- 28:02die by their appellate record. Right, how many times are you reversed on
- 28:04appeal? I don't know what the exact percentage is, but if it's more
- 28:08than ten percent, let's say, then it's a it's a source of embarrassment
- 28:12for a judge. It's more than thirty percent, that's maybe perhaps cost to
- 28:17excuse him from the judge from the bench in this case. This is a
- 28:21very big case, of course. But and he knows he's going to be
- 28:23reversed, but maybe he's not reversed. Very often in other cases, but
- 28:26this time they'll be reversed. But he doesn't care. He's willing to sacrifice
- 28:30himself on the altar because he's got something much more important of an agenda,
- 28:34and that is he's a true believer and he needs to do his part to
- 28:38slow the Trump train, to cripple him financially and also also time wise,
- 28:45and also to create this sort of impression that that Trump is a crook.
- 28:48He's doing his part. That's the reason why it's happening, because the judgment
- 28:52makes no sense in any respect. Well, and he's old, right,
- 28:56so Judge Angern is old. So this is his last Tarra, and he
- 29:00feels like this will be his legacy. He won one for the liberals of
- 29:04the world, the Marxist, the Socialists, the communists, and he's a
- 29:07true believer, he's one of them, and this will be his last going
- 29:11out prize, right, says last Hurrah, Hey, Barack, we're headed
- 29:15to a break. I'd like to keep you through the break and grab you
- 29:18on the other side and ask you some more questions about Fanny Willis and her
- 29:22testimony. So stay right there. They'll go anywhere, and the rest of
- 29:25you stay right there. They'll go anywhere. Wayne al route with Barack Luriy,
- 29:29you got yourself two Republican conservative Jewish warriors for Trump. Kind of unusual
- 29:34at the same time, right, Well, well, surprise, I wasn't
- 30:19expected to do this. Hi to everybody over there on Lindell TV. I'm
- 30:23trying to get Wayne back. We just lost our connection to uh, Las
- 30:27Vegas. So I'm gonna, Oh, man, I hope I don't shame
- 30:32him, but I'm gonna I'm gonna have to probably uh fill in the fill
- 30:34in this last segment with our aestumed guests, Barack Laurie. Who am we
- 30:37actually gonna go to right now? Uh? Barack, are you there with
- 30:41us? Sorry about being the abrupt change, but we lost our connection to
- 30:44Wayne and there in Las Vegas working at getting him back. Okay, do
- 30:52I have anybody on our line? You have me? Oh? There he
- 30:57is, Hey, Barack. Uh uh So here's the deal, And I'm
- 31:03trying to see where Wayne's that I want to watch, so I know I'm
- 31:07trying to get your notes up here, So I apologize. So I know
- 31:11Wayne wanted to touch on I know we talked about the whole case with Trump
- 31:14in New York and what we're doing right now, what's the end game?
- 31:22Do you think he has a chance on the appellate process in New York?
- 31:25As far as the appeals, he's a fantastic case. Look, a fraud
- 31:33case basically builds on four different elements. One is the actual a false statement.
- 31:37Then you have to have a reasonable reliance upon that false statement by somebody
- 31:42who then you know, suffers to his detriment with damages. Those are the
- 31:48four things. Reasonable reliances two of them so fraud, fresheow statement, reasonable
- 31:53reliance, and then damages as a result of relying on it. And none
- 31:57of those things exist, right, there's no plaintiff that the banks did not
- 32:02step up and say, look, I was defrauded one way or the other.
- 32:06There was no actual defrauding because nobody was actually relying on anything. So
- 32:12that's a big problem for them as well. And there are no damages.
- 32:15But other than that, it's a fantastic case. Well, it just doesn't
- 32:20work, so that's why it must be reversed on appeal. Another reason that
- 32:23people don't talk about very much is that the judge granted sary judgment prior to
- 32:29the second phase of the case. Which is damages. Summary judgment is a
- 32:34very seldom exercised remedy or motional It's rarely granted. And the reason why is
- 32:39that's the easiest way to get reversed on appeal for a judge, because when
- 32:44you are granting some rey judgment, you're robbing the plaintiff or the defendants in
- 32:49this case, of his day in court to actually address the issues and the
- 32:54factual basis, present witnesses and everything else to defend himself. So when you
- 32:59do that, then it goes up to the Court of Appeals and they get
- 33:01to review the case in what we call a Donovo standard. Can you hear
- 33:07me, Barack? Can you hear me? Now? I sure can't.
- 33:09All right, I don't know what happened. We lost our connection with USA
- 33:13audio, no idea, what happened. I heard you talking, so I
- 33:16don't know. It was Chris interviewing you? Who was interviewing you? He
- 33:20sure was Chris about took over A good job, good job. Uh.
- 33:27The technology technology is not caught up with our with our with our TV and
- 33:31radio on a daily basis. I don't know. In any case, let's
- 33:36talk about Fanny Willis's testimony is that what he was asking you about Fanny Willis.
- 33:40We were talking about the Trump Bertith again, but I know you wanted
- 33:43to talk about Fanni Willis, and I'm happy to do that. Yeah.
- 33:45Not not just Fanny Willis persecuting Trump, which is obvious, and the conflicts
- 33:50of interest of Fanny Willis, which is obvious, but her personal, uh
- 33:53you know, testimony in front of the judge. I mean, it was
- 33:57just I've never seen anything like it in my life. Absurd. It was
- 34:01absurd. She came in the middle of it. I was watching it live
- 34:05and then founding Willis just shows up all of a sudden. I thought,
- 34:07well, this is very odd. I thought she was fighting the subpoena.
- 34:10But there she is. She's appearing. And the reason why, Wayne is
- 34:15that I guess she was listening to her ex lover A Wade, I think
- 34:19it was, and deciding that what he was saying was just not helping the
- 34:23case or the cause at all, and therefore she's going to step in and
- 34:27she's going to rescue this situation. But in the process, of course,
- 34:30she looked like a crazy woman. She really did. Putting aside the fashion
- 34:35faux pause. For example, her dress was on backwards. I didn't realize
- 34:37that until my wife pointed that out, and then all of social media pointed
- 34:42that out as well. Putting that aside, she looked really crazy, and
- 34:47I almost thought that the judge was going to say, look, we're here
- 34:51too on the motion to disqualify based upon whether or not you had an affair
- 34:54before you appointed him as prosecutor or after. I think it shouldn't matter by
- 35:00way, but nevertheless, that's the issue. And I think the judge was
- 35:04so unimpressed with Fannie Willis and Wade because they're they're so incompetent, they're they're
- 35:10they're like the Keystone cops. I thought they was going to disqualify them.
- 35:15Yeah, because they were stupid. Barack. You realize that judge is a
- 35:19lifelong Democrat who donated to Fanny Willis's campaign before he became a judge. So
- 35:23it's just conflict of interest everywhere. The prosecutor, the prosecutor's boyfriend, the
- 35:30judge, any jury they put in front of you are going to be all
- 35:32Democrats who ate Trump's guts. It's incredible. And then of course Fanny's father
- 35:37testifying the former big shot Black panther when they asked them about her keeping cash.
- 35:44He actually said black women keep cash in their house. He sounded like
- 35:47a madman. It's hard to even believe. What if a white person said
- 35:52black women keep cash in their house. What a racist thing to say,
- 35:55What a strange thing to say. I don't know what to say anymore excepted
- 35:59to witch hunt. And it's the crime of the century. It's the takedown
- 36:04of the president of the United States by a communist cabal and a communist conspiracy.
- 36:09Very very sad, Barack Laury. We thank you for coming on.
- 36:14Fantastic and we appreciate your insights. Thank you for all of you on USA
- 36:20Radio. We're coming back now for all of you on Lendell. We'll see them on
