- 0:32[SPEAKER_02]: Now the way I think about agents is they're like teenagers.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_02]: They are supremely intelligent.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_02]: They don't really have a fear of consequence, and they exercise poor judgment quite frequently.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_02]: And so we have to make sure that we can apply some level of guardrails.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_28]: President Trump writes on social media today, the only guardrails AI needs is a strong and smart, high IQ president.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_28]: Textdocs lagging today amid all the news about AI.

- 1:21[SPEAKER_00]: Police say they understand those concerns, but will not speculate about a motive without evidence.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_22]: This is an ongoing investigation in which we also expect to execute more restaurants in this case.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_00]: Investigators also not saying how fortune was killed or what led to her body being found hanging from a tree behind a vacant home, saying releasing that evidence could jeopardize the investigation.

- 5:12[SPEAKER_05]: And that'll be brand.

- 5:15[SPEAKER_05]: Give me some local news.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_05]: Two people killed in a buggy accident up in near Canton.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_05]: You know we sit there and we have our click it and tickets and stick it and wickets and whatever campaigns and we wrote 11,000 tickets last month and yet we allow these people on the road and unlighted vehicles like that.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_05]: We had a buggy accident up near LaFargeville, one in Canton that killed two people tragically.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, these got their rights.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, driving's a privilege.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_08]: Didn't you hear that?
- 5:47[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, didn't you hear it?
- 5:49[SPEAKER_05]: He's gonna see if we got 10 DWIs that set a new chunky today, too.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_05]: He's one of them, the guy who drove his vehicle up on the guardrail and gun parked the other night.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_05]: He was smart, he got away.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_05]: Get away, the worst they can do is leaving the scene after that.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_05]: Smart move.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yep, smart move.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_05]: A choker in the city, 51 year old man, strange, you know.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_05]: Shutting down that pathway to air.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_05]: what kind of guy goes that he's that part of the man's fear they talk about or something i don't know crazy it's crazy uh... he's out you know how many of you have said some of you have some of the uh... intelligence here among you oh that what trump said about given away five thousand dollars at stupid that's crazy that's
- 6:51[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, when I get my 200 from Kathy Hockel, eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh
- 7:17[SPEAKER_05]: And it would be an interesting story, but a friend of mine who manages some apartments in town, went to evict some people over the weekend, and the city, I don't know.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if you can throw stuff out in the curb if it's legal out.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_05]: But anyway, and the guy walked into the apartment, and all of a sudden he sees this huge, I mean, big, at least 40
- 7:50[SPEAKER_05]: That's a type of turtle, and, you know, living there on the living room floor.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_05]: He probably eats and drinks and blanks and blanks right on the floor.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_05]: And this apartment was trashed, he said, and there were three kids and six cats in a dog, and a enormous tortoise, and they kicked him out, they picked up the tortoise and took
- 8:17[SPEAKER_05]: should have taken it up to the zoo or something.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_05]: That's not a house pet.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_05]: And the guy sent me a picture of it, so it's even available to the news media.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_05]: That's not the kind of news.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_05]: That's water cooler news.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_05]: They don't like that here in the North country.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_05]: They'd rather see what's Natalie Brandy got to say at noon from Washington.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, exactly.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_05]: They're still wondering and watching it where I could
- 8:48[SPEAKER_05]: Senator McConnell is Mitch McConnell from Kentucky.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know where he is.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_05]: He should have stepped aside, but to do show, you know, cost a vote in the Senate, and that's not a good thing.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_05]: So he's hanging until the end of the year.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_05]: Nobody knows, really, but his condition is a worry.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_05]: That's OK. That's OK.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_05]: Most of the, there's a lot of members of Congress who are in pairs in some way, and we shouldn't question
- 9:18[SPEAKER_05]: What else is going on?
- 9:23[SPEAKER_05]: This is a tragedy, but, you know, it said that actress Hayden singer, too, Hayden Panateur, she died recently, she was quite fetching.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_05]: And if she took just one pill, laced with fentanyl, authorities say, was an oxycodone.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_05]: And they say she got it from her usual drug dealer.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_05]: Well, that's a problem.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_05]: If you have a usual drug dealer, that might happen.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_05]: So these people take those kinds of chances and we spend millions investigating it.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_05]: The rest of us do that, nobody would give a damn.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_05]: Right?
- 9:58[SPEAKER_05]: Nobody would give a damn.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_05]: 755, 1240.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_05]: If you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today,
- 10:18[SPEAKER_05]: His name first name is Damian.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_05]: Hmm, it's kind of a devilish name, isn't it?
- 10:24[SPEAKER_06]: Remember that movie where the, yeah.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_05]: Well, let's see, this guy looks like a nice looking guy.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_05]: Hmm.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_05]: Hmm.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_05]: Wonder if he lives in the city of a sweet girl.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_05]: Hmm.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_05]: I doubt it.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_05]: Probably lives in like Syracuse or something.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_05]: 755-1240 the phone number if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today yeah show of shows talk about whatever you want within the balance of good to we've talked about a bunch of things um... a lot of people were arrested for not more people i saw in the blotter aggravated unlicensed people who have licenses let's get over it
- 11:17[SPEAKER_05]: Just the way of the world these days.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_05]: Just the way of the world.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_07]: Hmm.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_05]: It's all the blotter is.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_05]: It's people without licenses, DWIs, and people, choke and people.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_05]: Those are the three most popular crimes here in the Greater Watertown area.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_05]: So are you scared of artificial intelligence?
- 11:40[SPEAKER_05]: Should you be somebody's AI executives who suddenly say, well,
- 11:46[SPEAKER_05]: going to kill us by the end of the decade.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_05]: Well, that's three years, four years away.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_05]: That's scary if it's true.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if that's true or not.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_05]: They just say it.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_05]: Wouldn't have any idea.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_05]: How is AI going to kill us?
- 12:03[SPEAKER_05]: Somehow we're going to grab control of nuclear weapons or medical systems or what's it do to kill us?
- 12:10[SPEAKER_05]: There's not enough robots out there to really do an
- 12:17[SPEAKER_05]: I guess you gotta go back to the Terminator movies to find out, I don't know, but how are these?
- 12:24[SPEAKER_05]: How is this here AI gonna kill us?
- 12:26[SPEAKER_05]: Like, they say it is.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_05]: No idea, do you?
- 12:33[SPEAKER_05]: But they're all saying it on TV.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_05]: Now, every network, every network is leading with stories about concerns over AI, because one punk wrote a story in publish it online.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_05]: and the president says that we don't need to do anything and now that he's a villain because he doesn't want to regulate he i but a i but we don't really know what what the danger is i mean i use a i to make a picture is like posters or product of the bar seems kind of harmless it is kind of creepy how it learns what you want and it corrects
- 13:14[SPEAKER_05]: invasion of my mind, whatever by AI, just from doing simple stuff, and beyond that, I don't know.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_05]: Am I scared of it?
- 13:27[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I guess, but what am I supposed to do?
- 13:31[SPEAKER_05]: I'm scared of the Muslims, too.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_05]: I'm scared of a lot of things, but I guess AI is going to kill a quicker than the
- 13:44[SPEAKER_05]: 755, 1240, the phone number.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_05]: If you want to be on the air, talk about whatever you want.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_05]: We've put some topics out there.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_05]: Some of them provocative.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_05]: Some of them will cause people to be quite upset with me.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_10]: He shouldn't say that.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_05]: I'll say whatever a damn well, please, within the bounds of good tastes.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_05]: As long as I don't use one of those seven words, I'm cruel or
- 14:09[SPEAKER_05]: You know, he was any pejoratives on race or religion and I stay away from knows I I know the ground rules Yeah, but anything else goes Anything already So Over the news junkie see what he's shortling about today And I sure that's a good word short old, but I like it
- 14:39[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, football yesterday.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_05]: The bills won for those of you who care about that, 3631 or Texas, they held on at the end.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_05]: Defense sort of held at the end, so you know, good job there.
- 14:59[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not one of the people who's romantically charmed by the quarterback there for Buffalo
- 15:11[SPEAKER_05]: they love him.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_05]: The Jets won 23, 10 over Tennessee.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if Tennessee's any good or not, but a win's a win for us.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_05]: And the Giants won last night over Dallas.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_05]: God Dallas has fallen so far since he held scene days when it was America's team and all of that.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_05]: It's all over now.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_19]: All over now.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, let's see.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_05]: Lewis County story featured in New York Post, what the hell was that?
- 15:56[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, a high school senior suspended for bringing a cup of coffee to class.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, let me read about this.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_05]: This could be interesting.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_05]: Because again, it's the type of news you won't see on the Lucky Seven.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_05]: But a New York high school student was suspended for bringing a cup of coffee to class.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, they have a no-outside food policy in place where it was this.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_05]: Beaver River?
- 16:25[SPEAKER_05]: The kid brought a cup of coffee to class, maybe they thought it was at some hooch in it or something.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_05]: The kid says,
- 16:36[SPEAKER_05]: No, it's Julie capitalized so that woman's student.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_05]: I walked in and had my coffee with me.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_05]: Who doesn't in the morning?
- 16:43[SPEAKER_05]: Got to my first period class.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_05]: My teacher said, I'm either going to have the need for either dump that out or consume it on the spot or go down to the office.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_05]: Well, goodness gracious.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_05]: What do you do at that point in time if you're in Beaver River?
- 16:58[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_06]: You don't want to be denied being unaxuralating squad, isn't it?
- 17:02[SPEAKER_06]: Isn't every girl in the school on a cheerleading squad,
- 17:08[SPEAKER_05]: Somebody texting, are you open on Yam Kippur?
- 17:10[SPEAKER_05]: Of course we are.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_05]: But this was an honor student, bringing her a cup of coffee into school.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_05]: Just wanted to have a cup of coffee.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_05]: Where'd she get it?
- 17:24[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know where she got it.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, apparently this story was on Channel 7 last week.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_05]: I apologize.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_05]: I apologize.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_05]: Water cooler news and they had it out.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_05]: Well... Well, I'm getting lots of text messages.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_05]: You see, I don't watch much local news.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_05]: No, she was suspended.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sorry.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_05]: I apologize, Mr. Cole.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_05]: I deeply apologize because I know you're mourning a loss of the paddock club.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah, honor students suspended for bringing a cup of coffee to class.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_05]: Now the student is capital of capital.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_05]: Says the rule isn't valid.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_05]: She got an in-school
- 18:31[SPEAKER_05]: You can't have a cup of coffee?
- 18:35[SPEAKER_05]: See, come on.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_05]: I got a cup of coffee right here.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_05]: No rules about it here at the community broadcast or radio, mall or whatever we are.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_05]: Now, the superintendent tied green, one of the many superintendents in the area and they're all cut from the same cloth and what did he have to say?
- 19:03[SPEAKER_05]: he said the district's monthly board meeting in august was considered a public hearing uh... well was it announced why can't you have a cup of coffee at fever ever school yeah well you got to have rules you know they can put a litter box and are in the women in the kids restrooms
- 19:33[SPEAKER_05]: And all of that stuff, but you can't have a cup of coffee in school?
- 19:37[SPEAKER_05]: Hmm, what's the rationale for not having that cup of coffee?
- 19:45[SPEAKER_02]: Hmm, we don't know.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_05]: We don't know.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_05]: All righty, but the story made the New York Post, which is a good thing.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_05]: I often as Beaver River mentioned in the New York Post.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_11]: Hmm.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_05]: Early shoes allowed back in class with her cup of coffee.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_05]: What's the policy over in water town schools?
- 20:14[SPEAKER_05]: What's old Doc Schmiegel got to say about that?
- 20:19[SPEAKER_05]: He's got many people to decide.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_05]: He's got deputy print superintendent.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_05]: He's got.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_05]: Executive principles, he's got principles, and assistant principles, there's many layers of people who can consider whether it's student at Watertown High can have a cup of coffee.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_05]: I wonder where they've come down on this.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_05]: Many layers.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_05]: That's important.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_05]: And then we wonder why we complained about eye taxes.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_05]: That's why you know I've been looking at local governments to much
- 20:58[SPEAKER_03]: I know you're not supposed to say that, but it's true.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_05]: Somebody texted, I'm sure the home room teacher had a cup of coffee, and while she
- 21:29[SPEAKER_05]: So, anything else?
- 21:30[SPEAKER_29]: Oh, there's a call coming in.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_05]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 21:34[SPEAKER_07]: Hi, Mayor, how are you today?
- 21:35[SPEAKER_05]: Good.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_07]: Hey, you know, regarding the coffee in school, you know, we're not in the same really decade of it, but I'm telling you, and I'm sure it's the same for you when you're in school.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_07]: You didn't bring anything at it.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, you brought in anything, you might bring in your lunch, but, you know, and you didn't wear shorts, you had to wear pants, I mean, I just don't.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_07]: I don't see anyone complaining that you couldn't bring coffee.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, isn't coffee something that's supposed to drink as an adult anyway, not like a children's drink?
- 22:05[SPEAKER_05]: Well, you could argue that, you know, when I was in school, you couldn't have a cool life.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_07]: No, no, when I, you know, and people are so, the walk around with water all day, people have to constantly walk into restaurants, into bars, whatever, carrying their own water.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_05]: I hate it.
- 22:20[UNKNOWN]: I hate it.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_07]: And it's like, you know, I remember it and going to all, all types of school,
- 22:25[SPEAKER_07]: There's eight ounce milk at lunch.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_07]: You might buy two, but not usually, and then there's a drinking found that you know, it didn't taste good.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_07]: You can drink out of that.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_07]: So kids were capable going all day with eight ounces of milk.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, it's just we're really like over, over hydrating, which I guess is a good thing, but people are just constantly having.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_07]: you know they're drink with them all the time and I see it all the time well I see these people yeah they bring uh... they bring their but they're uh... water into uh... establishment i mean we sell product you know and they bring something and it's you know weird yeah it's for any of the people that have water made their brain sold or doing or but it's just it's so interesting that you know people are just are all about themselves i'm sure that that
- 23:08[SPEAKER_07]: You know, that girl that brought in the coffee is a nice young lady and we don't know or don't anything about it, but you're in school to learn.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_07]: It isn't a coffee break, it isn't college, it isn't a job, it isn't whatever, it's, you know, where children go to be educated, they don't need coffee, they're the mothers to be ashamed or parents were ashamed for sending this girl up the door with coffee to bring into school.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_07]: You know, I'm up early enough to eat a breakfast if that's what they're going to plan on and don't put it on the responsibility of the school, it's just kind of
- 23:40[SPEAKER_05]: I guess I've changed my mind on it.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_07]: You were talking earlier about someone that was trying to fix someone.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_07]: I went through a lot of that during COVID more than ever, but I will tell you there is a local constable, and you could just put in large amounts of glue and glue.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_05]: Well, the constable was on this case, they had the constable with them when they found the turtle.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_07]: I will tell you that he's a real stand-up guy.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_07]: I don't think he's one that's going to take crap for anything And I saw it like during COVID everything he did was shot down and everything you did to try to get rid of Kind of push-out down, but during normal operating things I think he'd be very efficient very on top of things I think things would go what's that?
- 24:23[SPEAKER_07]: I'm just saying that the system was plugged against him again He's a well, we live in a world where the bombs are I give in preference Yeah, it is and that brings me to another point.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_07]: You know what's going on now?
- 24:36[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know if you've seen, but there is actually there's a new market out and I don't think we're going to have to really worry about the shopping cart problem as much as we seem to be.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_07]: Because shopping carts are now getting chipped and there are the chips that I'm doing a lot of reading.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_07]: It's doing a lot of, you know, basically, when you touch the chip, or you touch the cart, it's modern to renew.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_07]: So there's a lot more money into these carts.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_07]: So these cart shopping carts are now valued.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_07]: in the $3,500 to $4,000 dollar rate.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_07]: And there's cart retrieval companies popping up all over the country.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_07]: Now here's what it is when these cart, I just saw an article on it the other day and I was just listening to a little talk radio that was discussing it.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_07]: So when these cart retrieval companies come into an area and they're coming to larger areas, they're going to come in and they're going to warn you that we are going to take the resources of your police to a new extreme.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_07]: because what they're going to do is every time they go and they just drive around until they see some of the shopping cart, they corner them, they call them, please say this is the stolen property, my employer wants them, prosecutes the folks to extend the law, basically wants them walked around and shown that they stole a shopping cart, they're not going to come and just dump the stuff on the person, they're going to make the police do it right there in there and so they've commended these towns and I was, it's almost the thing that saw, it's almost like turning to a reality show where you'll see some
- 25:54[SPEAKER_07]: it's happening in big cities and it's going to happen here.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_07]: So, any of these shopping cars you see out there, they're not going to say they have a $3,500 value, you stole the $3,500, you basically stole in the car, but that homeless person not only loses the car, it loses their stuff, but they're now a felon that has to go to jail and these companies want this.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_07]: In the newspaper they want it on the news.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, well, that isn't going to be all days of your ran a red light and it was written up in the water town times.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_05]: Those days are gone.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_07]: Well, yeah, I can tell you, and in here, this, like, say this in San Francisco, it's as close as Buffalo.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_07]: What's happening is they are challenging the resources of law enforcement because they don't have the resources to do this all because it becomes a big controversy when you're taking away the shopping cart.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_07]: And the shopping cart retrieval companies aren't doing it.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_07]: They're not touching anyone.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_07]: They're spotting it, putting in law enforcement's hand saying here's a 3,500 hour item.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_07]: This needs to be retrieved immediately.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_07]: Charges to the fullest extent.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_07]: It becomes a big problem because up sudden people don't have a place to put their stuff anymore.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_07]: You know what they don't do if they don't stay in that area.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_07]: So it's a good thing that's coming and you know, I know people take things.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_05]: I had a cart out by my house.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_05]: I used it in case I needed to take something over to the bar and I couldn't carry it all.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_05]: and somebody took that and uh... then i saw in the news a few weeks later it was being taken out of a house over on grand street with stolen property but i'm not i'm not fighting that battle i lost my cart that's it uh... i i would say that are the doctor in the council you know seem to be leaning to one way on the subject leaning against the law and i i well he's he's worried well in convenience the homeless well we need to do is we need to
- 27:42[SPEAKER_07]: You know, be stern with everyone on the same level.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_05]: Guess what, Doc, those homeless people don't vote and you're running for mayor.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_05]: So don't count on them.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_07]: Well, I'm sure no one's worrying about the voting of the homeless people.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_07]: But we are running into a winner.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_07]: And they're saying this El Nino that goes through, so it would make it the worst winner, of course.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_07]: That could be publicity, but it's supposed to be a huge one.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_07]: It's going to be hard enough with a shopping cart to be able to survive.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_07]: But these people are going to have all the shopping carts taken away.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, you got to help yourself sometimes and you know, maybe the slink heard someone help himself because you know push the stuff around the shopping cart all that's doing it's enabling people to live as a no mad You know, you don't like I think I'll I'll think I'll open a coffee truck outside of the high school.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_07]: See if I can get some business Well, you could probably park it right over in that plaza make a little deal sounds a good plan All right, hold on hold on.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_07]: I just saw a news group.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_07]: There's already a
- 28:41[SPEAKER_05]: No, okay.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_05]: There you go.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_05]: Bye-bye.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_05]: We'll be back with more in a moment.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_26]: Hey, Kyler Martin here in FxCupera.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_26]: Out here, your vehicle isn't just something that sits in the driveway, it's hauling feed, pulling trailers, getting the kids to practice, heading to camp, making the morning commute, and handling whatever these North Country roads throw you.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_26]: So if your old ride is getting a little more rust than reliable, listen up.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_26]: Right now, it affects the prayer area you can buy now and make no payments for 90 days.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_26]: That's a whole three months of no car payments.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_26]: Get the truck you've been wanting.
- 29:14[SPEAKER_26]: I'll create that family SUV for finally replace the car that's been held together by hope duct tape and a prayer.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_26]: It affects the prayer as some of the best buys and town on the trucks, cars, and SUVs from the biggest names in the business.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_26]: New, pre-owned, four-wheel drive, work trucks, family haulers, we've got them all.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_26]: So whether you're heading to the farm, the job site, the deer camp, we're just down a dirt road because you can.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_26]: Come see me, Kyder Martin, at FX Capriera.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_26]: And remember, right now, for a limited time, no payments for 90 days.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_26]: It's three-hole months of no car payments.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_26]: FX Capriera.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_13]: You know, bad websites are wild.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_13]: Don't I mean, some websites have sliders moving in five directions.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_13]: I'm not browsing.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_13]: I'm trying to survive.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_13]: You know, once I make click contact us and got a PDF, a PDF.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, who are you?
- 30:05[SPEAKER_13]: And stock photos.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_13]: Wow, why does every bad website have the same guy in a head said, spy like an absolutely nothing?
- 30:12[SPEAKER_13]: Who is he?
- 30:13[SPEAKER_13]: What does he do?
- 30:15[SPEAKER_13]: Why is he everywhere?
- 30:17[SPEAKER_13]: You know the sad part, most business owners don't even realize their website is the punchline.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_13]: You know, while they're losing customers, their contact form is playing hide and seek and their home page loads like it's powered by dial-up internet.
- 30:31[SPEAKER_19]: Your website should build confidence.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_19]: I'm material for stand-up comedy, talk to a webbie at Kaufflin, before your customers laugh their way to a competitor.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_19]: Visit online, Kaufflin.co.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_19]: That's Kaufflin.co.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_19]: Thank you.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_19]: You've been a great audience.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_19]: Goodnight.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_12]: Hi, I'm State Senator Mark Wallsick.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_12]: There is nowhere on Earth quite like upstate New York, from our natural resources and landscapes to the grit and determination of our hardworking families.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_12]: I am incredibly proud to represent seven beautiful counties.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_12]: But your utility bill is too high.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_12]: Tax bill too big and the return on your hard work squandered in Albany.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_12]: Our state government has lost its way and New York has been a leader in what not to do.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_12]: One party rule has created a severe imbalance of power.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_12]: Nobody elected me to manage the decline of our great state and I'm fighting every single day to bring balance back to state government.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_12]: Please know that when you vote to send me back to Albany, you're hiring a Patriot who's not afraid to speak up for you and stand up against policies that make it harder for you to earn a living.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_12]: I appreciate your vote for me, Senator Mark Wallsick.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_12]: Paid for by Friends of Wallsick.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_05]: The news in talk of the article I'm curious stopping by Glenn what's the deal with this young lady in beaver river?
- 32:02[SPEAKER_11]: I know we were channel 7 did have it last week, but it made the new art post, I love how you The way you talk about seven and their stories and what they're sad about it.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_11]: I'm sorry
- 32:15[SPEAKER_11]: I literally L-O-L while I'm driving, wasn't he?
- 32:17[SPEAKER_11]: Why is that?
- 32:18[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, because you're just, I'm because I know what you're saying, that's why I know, uh, the mind of Jeff Graham.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_11]: Mm-hmm.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_11]: Mayor Jeff Graham, excuse me.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_05]: Well, they, you know, they have some, they do some good work, but like the tortoise and the apartment, they won't cover that story.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_11]: That's, that's, I mean, the two-and-a-pounds.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_05]: Not sure what it was.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_11]: I look like a coffee, they thought it was a coffee, some guy thought he was on drugs and was moving.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_11]: But the story that you said, and I heard this through the grapevine last week about the young girl, I didn't know she was suspended from Beaver River.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_11]: but it's just, what is, and of course it makes it to the neopost where, you know, in New York City, if you dangle you a teacher from the fourth floor by his ankles, you know, outside of window, he still won't get suspended, but a girl, a young lady up here, on the honor roll, brings in a cup of coffee because she says it's, it starts off her day like anyone else.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_11]: And that person is suspended.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_11]: That's incredible.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_05]: She's gonna be successful.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_11]: Yes, she already is.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, this story alone, she'll get her
- 33:17[SPEAKER_11]: yeah she's on the internet already and uh... so when you were in high school that you bring coffee no i didn't drink a cup of coffee until i got the college and i didn't really start drinking coffee until i lived up here you know i would have it on the weekend so boring here and he's something to keep you know it's just as you get older i just think coffee something you start to to to make part of your life as you go to the ass certainly yeah yeah big day in new york sports
- 33:47[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know about them, I don't know.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_05]: But the football, yeah, yeah.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_11]: What is happening to you?
- 33:52[SPEAKER_11]: What's that America's team is no more?
- 33:54[SPEAKER_11]: What's that no more?
- 33:55[SPEAKER_05]: America's team, no more.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_11]: They haven't been the America's team since the 90s.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_11]: Where you been?
- 33:59[SPEAKER_11]: My God, since Troy Acme.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_11]: The only time that we even think about them is because Troy Acme is doing the game.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_11]: It's sad.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know why anyone.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_11]: And the only reason why Dallas, because of the cheerleaders, the original stadium, although they played in the cotton ball before that.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_11]: But they got into the East Indivision.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_11]: How that happened?
- 34:15[SPEAKER_11]: That's what made them big.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_11]: You got to be, you play in the New York and Philadelphia and Washington twice a year.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_11]: And you're not even in on it.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_11]: Not even on it.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_05]: So the giants are they contenders in that division?
- 34:28[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, it's a horrible division.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_05]: Well, you got Philly in there.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, they were up and down.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_11]: They may think you'd ever know what down.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_05]: I don't even think of the traps beaten Tennessee.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, Tennessee was one three games last year, Joe.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_11]: And maybe four.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_11]: They weren't very good.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_11]: But to win on the road, I'm not putting them down.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_11]: Giant's look good.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_11]: Um, I honestly I saw the Buffalo game yesterday in Joshua Brady pulled it off.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_11]: It's a win But he got lucky because he was throwing some soft passes early on right through the right through the first Well, they shouldn't be able to come late there.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, you know, yeah, I do that drive But um, no, he got it done.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_11]: That's all it really matters and he's a winner Who knows the jets might might win seven eight games?
- 35:09[SPEAKER_11]: That's fine.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_11]: It's a lot better than I have.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_11]: That's for sure
- 35:15[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, well, but they lost in Australia.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_11]: They played that game in Australia.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's true.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_11]: That was as huge as you won the Super Bowl.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_11]: And you're the Super Bowl champions.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_11]: And you're opening game is in another continent.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_11]: And not even a pod.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_05]: I'm Wednesday, by the way.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_05]: I continent way far away, too.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, come on.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sick of that stuff.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_11]: That's what you won the Super Bowl.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_11]: You should open in your own.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_05]: Who's the commissioner now?
- 35:39[SPEAKER_08]: I go down.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_11]: Go down, Roger.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_11]: he's as bad as he's as bad as a baseball uh... they make money that you know just putting their first sock on they made fifty grand you know i understand the money behind it but i don't think we should be playing games and other continents i mean if we are to franchise and canada yeah if you notice they're going to start playing games and Wednesday's Tuesday's yeah because eventually they're going to have a team in London
- 36:10[SPEAKER_11]: and probably Madrid or Berlin, and they're going to have to force the issue with the... We call it magic games, too.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_11]: What's that?
- 36:17[SPEAKER_05]: We call it Madrid up here.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_11]: Magic, yeah, Madrid, or it's the Risa.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_11]: Or Lowville.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_11]: Lowville.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 36:24[SPEAKER_11]: There's another one.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_11]: There's a lot of them.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, yeah.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_11]: So anyway, that great story made it to the post for good reason.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_05]: Well, it did, and the tortoise story goes nowhere.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_11]: It did make it on Channel 7.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_11]: Cool, plus, column up, just tax them, you know, lateral nose working.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_05]: All the decisions come from the big guy, Mr. Cole.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_05]: He sets the tone, the tempo, the tenor.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_11]: You're walking there, you put your coffee on top of it.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_11]: You think it's a coffee table, and it's a two-one-a-pound turtle.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, my god, I got to go off.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_05]: All right, we'll see you later.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_05]: Vankuri, he'll be here at 5 o'clock today.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_05]: You don't want to miss that on AM-1240 and a WQTK-92.7.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_05]: Ogden'sburg, where they love us in Ogden'sburg, the Maple City loves the hotline.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_05]: There's no doubt about that.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_05]: 755-1240, if you want to be on the air, if you have a turtle in your house, tell us about it.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_05]: Is it, okay, this place was like, they had a large tortoise.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_05]: Six cats a dog, three kids.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_05]: And it was like a blank hole.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_05]: It was like Haiti in there.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_05]: It looked like.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_05]: Mm-hmm.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_05]: Is that okay?
- 37:37[SPEAKER_05]: And then there's the man cleaning the store window at Stuart Shops and Brownville with his wet underwear.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_05]: What is that all about?
- 37:46[SPEAKER_05]: When I need junkie, where's that gotta go?
- 37:48[SPEAKER_05]: Is it gonna end up in the New York Post?
- 37:50[SPEAKER_05]: I wouldn't be surprised.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_05]: You know what we talk about?
- 37:55[SPEAKER_05]: the homeless here in water town.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, water don't go.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_05]: It's spreading.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_05]: It's everywhere.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_05]: Here's a report was on the police scanner.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_05]: We don't know how true it is.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_05]: Well, we can play that, can't we?
- 38:08[SPEAKER_05]: Can't we play that here?
- 38:11[SPEAKER_05]: Let's see what we can do.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_05]: Hold on.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_05]: Hold on.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to try to get this for you.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_03]: and then washing the windows with his wet underwear.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_03]: He's now sitting outside going through the garbage.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to line green shirt as a bike with pink wheels with him.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_05]: Well, man, did you hear that?
- 38:41[SPEAKER_05]: Did you hear it?
- 38:42[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's the actual police call on 911.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_05]: Could have seen a new structure.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you so much to New Sharky.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_05]: But there's another story that will never
- 38:56[SPEAKER_05]: You know, it's just not proven proper enough for them.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_05]: They look at, oh, that's, that's mega news.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_05]: We don't want that.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_05]: And guys, sitting there, doing his laundry in the bathroom, it's stewards, and then he comes out with his wet underwear and it's washing the windows.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_05]: Is that true?
- 39:15[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_05]: Well, never know.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_05]: No silly Bob.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_05]: But we'll tell you here.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_05]: We'll tell you right here.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_05]: What do you think of that?

- 47:32[SPEAKER_05]: We'll be nice to him.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_05]: He's the Democrat, you know?
- 47:37[SPEAKER_05]: Now, I don't know, I don't live in that district anyway.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_05]: I live in the 24th district.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_05]: You know, there's a Republican county legislator in the 24th.

- 48:09[SPEAKER_05]: If my uncle had was still chair, that wouldn't be happening.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_05]: But what's Mr. Coon doing about it?

- 48:17[SPEAKER_05]: Nothing.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_05]: It's not the old Republican party.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_05]: I remember here in the North country.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I remember the days when the GOP dinner down the carriage house, you couldn't even get in.

- 49:04[SPEAKER_05]: The opponent we've never met because she doesn't do media.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_05]: At least that element is her name, but sooner or later, you know, they'll call the front office and then I'll be ordered to interview her, but, you know, in the meantime, she said a lot of time to be on the show, but it doesn't want to be.
- 49:20[SPEAKER_05]: Partly because I'm a jerk, that's part of it.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_05]: 755-1240 the phone number if it'd like to give us a call to be on the air and I'll be back with more in a moment.

- 52:50[SPEAKER_05]: And if he else going on, you know, the DOJs announcing COVID loan fraud charges, it must have been a lot of those.
- 52:56[SPEAKER_05]: Another my part, I filed all unnecessary papers, you know, is that I got the PPP and all of the rest of the stuff that made my payments on all of that, and despite what some idiot says on the internet, but a lot of people boil, a lot of people really cashed out on that.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_05]: The big cash out was on that, and the hands on employment.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_05]: We got to have us another one of those, they are pandemic, so everybody can make, that
- 53:22[SPEAKER_05]: the idea that now they want a thirty two hour work week they don't want to really go to work at all if they didn't have to then and we're getting eleven hundred bucks a week what a deal and now on employment in New York is like this regular unemployment eight or nine hundred who the hell would work in this state if you can make eight or nine hundred unemployment do a little on the side under the table whatever or few lawns may you know build a deck for some whatever you get you can do in life yeah
- 53:54[SPEAKER_05]: But after dinner on the air.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_05]: And again, I've made you a fighter.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_05]: Good.
- 54:00[SPEAKER_06]: You've introduced a couple of topics on the air, a one or two or a really almost 72 outrageous.
- 54:09[SPEAKER_06]: And the one is the copying the classroom.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_06]: That just doesn't make any sense at all for a good teaching.
- 54:15[SPEAKER_06]: No, you don't bring food snacks or whatever into the classroom.
- 54:18[SPEAKER_17]: Unless it's part of that part of the problem.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_29]: Right.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_06]: The AI is absent from the very, very beginning and a lot of other people said to a very beginning.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_06]: AI means artificial intelligence and artificial means not real, okay?
- 54:39[SPEAKER_06]: It means not real except for the people that program it to do things that they want that are not necessarily what's good for the general public as a whole.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_06]: That's the issue.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_06]: Who decides what's good, bad, ugly, or not?
- 54:58[SPEAKER_06]: There's reason to be, no, there's reason to decide the way that they decide.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_05]: There's reason to be concerned, and he might catch litter boxes connected to the internet.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_05]: Now, what would have thought that would ever happen in our lifetime?
- 55:11[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, if it's really, the people that are talking about putting the trolls on it are absolutely correct.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_16]: There's reason to be controls.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_05]: I agree with you, there's quite possibly problems, but do you really think that the people in Congress have any competence?
- 55:37[SPEAKER_05]: You know, you want Adam Scherfer, Mitch McConnell, drafting legislative, they don't know what they're talking about.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_06]: Well, that's why you go to the experts and you call panels, committee gatherings and what have you.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_06]: And that guy that blew the story, the whistleblower, he was one of the doctors and I was really good.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_06]: And he was a good, I saw his interview, yes, he was pretty good, got good.
- 55:58[UNKNOWN]: And he said, the people that are doing this are just now getting carried away.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_16]: They've lost the focus of what the goal was to improve the way we operate on the internet, what have you.
- 56:09[UNKNOWN]: But it's got not a hand.
- 56:11[UNKNOWN]: And he was absolutely correct.
- 56:13[UNKNOWN]: Absolutely correct.
- 56:15[UNKNOWN]: I agree with him.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but do you think that Chinese give a damn about any of this no way?
- 56:20[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I don't.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_06]: I'm sure they do, if it jeopardizes anything that they might be up to, I think it would not think any other country would.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_06]: So we'll see, but I just think it's, we've got to keep an eye out for who's the developers of these programs that causes AI-I think.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_05]: I think the cats out of the bag, I guess, the horses left the barn, genies out of the bottle, it's all over.
- 56:47[SPEAKER_06]: Well, that's why we need the controls.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_06]: control a lot, but most things like most people do it for obvious reasons, but some things are necessary.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_06]: This is one of them.
- 57:02[SPEAKER_05]: Alright, we'll leave it at that.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_05]: I got a run.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, no.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_05]: Danny, thank you.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_12]: But after you're doing it on the air, Danny is a retard.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_05]: All righty, here we are in the air, 755-1240 is a phone number if you'd like to give us a call.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_05]: We don't have people calling in within salts and so on.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, especially insults that are not normally used in more cultivated settings.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_05]: So, if that's your mentality, then maybe you need some artificial intelligence, right?
- 57:37[SPEAKER_05]: We could use a lot of that here in the North country.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_06]: I guess so.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_05]: all right seven five five twelve forty the phone number if you'd like to be on the air the show of shows and uh... will kind of go from there if that's all right that's it you'll leave me hanging the last couple minutes well that's all right that's all right uh... let's see
- 58:18[SPEAKER_05]: Well, there's a call.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_05]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_20]: Good afternoon, man.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_20]: I'm just saying that AI stuff is getting crazy.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_20]: Like you try to call a company and say, I'm like, can I please talk to a real person?
- 58:31[SPEAKER_20]: And sometimes you don't even know if it's a real person.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_20]: You're like, it sounds like a real girl.
- 58:37[UNKNOWN]: It's fine.
- 58:37[UNKNOWN]: Right.
- 58:37[SPEAKER_05]: Well, that's a whole idea.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 58:40[UNKNOWN]: Can you repeat yourself?
- 58:41[SPEAKER_20]: I'm like, this is my name.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_20]: You know, it's stupid.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_20]: But I don't like the AI stuff, but also, you know, they just nobody likes the Elon Musk.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_20]: He's an innovator, whatever.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_20]: I don't care about the Tesla.
- 58:59[SPEAKER_20]: He's got SpaceX and everything else.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_20]: And look at Nicolas Tesla.
- 59:03[SPEAKER_20]: That's what he means, his company actors.
- 59:10[SPEAKER_05]: Well listen a lot of a lot of people thought the telephone and the light bulb and everything else was the devil incarnate so we'll get over this don't worry about it.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_20]: Hey, man, man.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_20]: What?
- 59:22[SPEAKER_20]: What?
- 59:23[SPEAKER_20]: Who do you think in front of the light bulb?
- 59:25[SPEAKER_20]: Thomas Edison or Nicholas Tesla?
- 59:29[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_05]: I got a run.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_05]: I got a run.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_05]: I know there's some controversy there's there was a period a lot of people were inventing the same thing everywhere Okay, it's like radio, you know, it was invented everywhere.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_05]: That's our show for today Glenn Kerr.
