- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: Something's happening in this country that the legacy media absolutely does not want you to see.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_00]: While they're busy spitting their desperate doom and gloom narrative about Trump, quietly, race by race, district by district, Republicans are flipping seats.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_00]: that we're never supposed to flip.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking about seats, Democrats thought we're safe permanently, irreversibly theirs.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_00]: On top of that, President Trump just posted one of the most savage true social posts you'll ever read.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_00]: And the polls, the polls, they're telling a story about 2026.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_00]: that nobody in Washington is ready to admit out loud.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_00]: Stick them to the very end of this video because we're about to see a snapshot of a political realignment.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: That's rewriting the rules of American politics in real time.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: You are not going to want to miss this.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Stevie, or a patron professor enjoying it another glorious day in Trump's school in age that you made possible back in November of 2024, so if you want a front or a scene on how you continue to change the world, in ways you never even imagine, make sure to.

- 1:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's one of the most direct and important ways to support our movement of faith, family, and freedom.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_00]: All right, let's start with the big flip in Anchorage, Alaska.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_00]: This is
- 1:56[SPEAKER_00]: In midtown district four, Republican Dave Donlay has flipped a Democrat held seat on the Anchorage assembly and not just any seat, this was a district that Kamala Harris won by eight points in 2024.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: Let that hit you.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_00]: A district that was blue enough to go for Harris in the state Trump carried by 13 points, just sent to a conservative to city hall.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: Donlay is a known quantity
- 2:25[SPEAKER_00]: A former state legislature, a nine-year school board member who ran on bread and butter issues, writes safer neighborhoods, better schools, smarter city services, everything a Democrat can't deliver.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_00]: The seat had been previously held by Democrat Felix Rivera since 2017.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_00]: He's a radical leftist loon.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_00]: He actually barely survived a recall effort back in 2021, but he was term-limited out and only sees the opening.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: The Democratic legislative campaign committee had literally designated Alaska a battleground state for 2026.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_00]: They do this every cycle.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: I have no idea why they do it.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe it's just a fundraising tactic.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_00]: I have no idea.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_00]: But Democrats were bragging about Alaska.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_00]: They were fundraising off of it.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_00]: And then the day after their fundraising emails go out, a Republican
- 3:23[SPEAKER_00]: That's not just a blip, that's a signal.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_00]: And the signal here is the fact that the midtown district is demographically working class.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_00]: And guess who endorsed the Republican candidate?
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: Labor unions and teamsters.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: This is proving to be a huge game changer for the midterms.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: The labor unions have officially defected away from the Democrats for the first time since FDRs New Deal and they're now pouring millions into Republican campaigns across the country, precisely because Democrats have abandoned them, right?
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: We first saw this back in 2016 when voters went to Hillary's website and they saw tabs for
- 4:13[SPEAKER_00]: They can click on that, a tab for women's issues, LGBT issues.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_00]: There was not a single tab for working class issues, not one.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_00]: Whereas when you went to Trump's website back in 2016, that's all it was.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: It was one big massive website dedicated to the working class and the issues they cared about, like border security, economic, security and cultural security.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_00]: And so as a result, nearly 200 counties in Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Minnesota that devoted Democrat in every single presidential election of the last several decades, suddenly switched over and voted Trump.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_00]: Some by 20 point margins precisely because
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: particular white working class vote, swung so significantly over to Trump, he ended up winning states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Iowa in a way that a Republican had not won in decades.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_00]: So if the unions and the teamsters can get that kind of swing for Republican candidates in general for the midterms, it's going to be a game changer.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_00]: And there's just no way around that.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_00]: And again, we're seeing it here with this anchorage election.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_00]: If a alternate Kamala plus eight district red all bets are off, speaking of take a look at the latest cook political report congressional map for the midterms.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, Sarah, so look at this.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_00]: So Cook has a Senate, a GOP lock.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_00]: They're locked in a guaranteed 51 seats.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_00]: And in the House, Democrats thus far have a solid 213 seats.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_00]: And the Republicans are a near-parity with that with 28 seats, with just 14 toss-up.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: That's right in line with election analysts, Seth Cashles' projection.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: So this race in the end is going to come down to about a dozen seats.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: And keep in mind, this is before the VRA decision, right, a decision that will overturn section to the voting rights act Sam Alito is reportedly writing the majority opinion for that decision, which means that all of these solid blue districts that were deliberately drawn inside solid red states.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_00]: to the exclusion of white voters, right?
- 6:36[SPEAKER_00]: These are districts that discriminated, I get intentionally discriminated against white voters to be deliberately majority minority voters.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_00]: They're all going to be struck down as unconstitutional.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: And Politico has argued that the GOP could pick up as many as 19 seats that may be a little high, it may be more like 12, 14 or so regardless.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they're going to pick up
- 7:00[SPEAKER_00]: Over a dozen seats once that decision is handed down, so even without that decision, the GOP remains super competitive in a midterm environment that has always favored the party out of power over the last century, right?
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: All, but three midterms.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: All, but three, 1934, 1998, 2002, saw the party in power, sorry, the party out of power pick up seats.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_00]: Other than that, midterms have always sucked for the party in power with the minority party picking up an average of over 20 seats.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_00]: And as you can see, 20, 26 is right for bucking that trend once again.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: And at the latest polls or any indicator,
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly what we're about to see, wait until you see this.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: Now, of course, you're never going to get this from the legacy media.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_00]: And that's because they're too busy fueling America's divide, right?
- 7:57[SPEAKER_00]: What they try to pass off is neutral reporting often intentionally steers perception instead of surfacing all the facts.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the good news is that millions are finally realizing that our legacy media is broken.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_00]: But then the question is, where do you get, where do you turn?
- 8:14[SPEAKER_00]: Where do you get your news?
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: Well, luckily there's a solution.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: It helps you see what's being emphasized, ignored or spun.

- 8:38[SPEAKER_00]: That's why over a million people of downloaded ground news, check it out for yourself at ground.News slash Steve.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_00]: Now, my favorite feature is the blind spot feed.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_00]: It shows you which stores are blowing up on one side of the aisle, but barely mentioned on the other.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's the clearest way to see media bias and action.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_00]: So, for example, here's a story that the left is completely ignoring.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's on Congress launching an investigation into the massive fraud that appears to be infested California's hospice program.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_00]: That's guaranteed to destroy Gavin Newsom's political career.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_00]: And of course the right, we have our blind spots too, for sure.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_00]: But now you'll know, with every story ground news shows you the entire spectrum of who's reporting from left, right, and center how reliable each source is and who owns
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: each outlet.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_00]: It's everything the corporate press doesn't want you to see and right now you can get 40% off the vantage plan, which gives you unlimited access to all the features that I personally use for about $5 per month.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_00]: Just visit ground.news slash Steve, click the link in the description or scan the QR code that's ground.news slash Steve.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_00]: Take a look at the latest U-Gov poll on Trump's ceasefire deal with Iran.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_00]: Now, if that deal reopens the state of Hormuz, 66% of respondents approved nearly seven and ten are all in for this ceasefire.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: If it accomplishes precisely what President Trump has called for and take a look at the latest
- 10:19[SPEAKER_00]: And it's an important predictive indicator for the midterms.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: Presidential approval is pretty consistent in terms of its predictive significance of President underwater, so say, in the low 40s or in mid 30s, always loses seats in the midterms.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, guarantee Gallup has been tracking that trend for years.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_00]: And we're starting to see the fruit of that, the closer we get to the midterms.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_00]: I know many of you were following the election this week.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: for the Georgia 14 seat, right?
- 10:47[SPEAKER_00]: That's Marjorie Trader Green's former seat.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: And the Republican, the great Trump and Doris Clay Fuller Crushed his Democrat opponent.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: Trump was ecstatic.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: He posted, quote, Marjorie Trader Brown, a great Green turns to Brown under stress.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_00]: Marjorie Trader Brown's seat in Congress has been taken over by a wonderful and talented man, Clay Fuller.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: who won convincingly, and right from the beginning despite many people running for that Trump plus 37 seat, and despite the stench left by green, congratulations to Clay Fuller, a very large improvement over his strange.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_00]: Pred assessor, Trump, just yet why do you want to take on Trump, there's just no point.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_00]: All of this of course comes on the heels of two elections just a couple of weeks back.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: where the GOP flipped Democrat seats Republican Gini Lacroy flipped a deep blue seat on the Prince William County Board of Supervisors in Virginia.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: She's the first Republican to hold the Woodbridge seat in 38 years.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_00]: and in Florida, Salinas Samios defeated a Democrat incumbent in the Royal Palm Beach Village Council race that's literally in Trump's backyard.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_00]: And so with all of these special elections, the Republicans are crushing it.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_00]: They're crowded.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_00]: They won just over 50 percent of all special elections since November of 2024.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_00]: When you came out and changed the world, by the way,
- 12:18[SPEAKER_00]: And again, historically speaking, that's unprecedented.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: The party in power almost always politically suffers in the aftermath of their White House victory.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_00]: It's called, if you don't know, it's called a refractory period where the voters that won the White House are basically they're satisfied with the win.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_00]: And they go back to their regularly scheduled lives, right?
- 12:41[SPEAKER_00]: They port their time to talent their treasure and to the race for the White House.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_00]: They won.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_00]: You know, they returned to normalcy.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_00]: Whereas voters who suffered the loss, they see the midterms as an existential crisis.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: It's the only possible way to redeem that law.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_00]: So they, inordinately, show up to the polls, zealously so.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_00]: And that momentum creates this pendulum swing away from the party in power.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_00]: What we're seeing thus far in 2026
- 13:15[SPEAKER_00]: solid poll numbers with these GOP flips and the VRA decision that's hanging in the balance.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_00]: The Republicans are poised to pull off a very solid midterm election.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, what that means what have to see the closer we get.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_00]: Again, it may just come down to a handful of races that
- 13:39[SPEAKER_00]: a very impressive showing for a party that should be based on the precedent of the past, push back on their political heels and all these elections.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_00]: That's not what we're largely seeing, Trump is poised to pump hundreds of millions of dollars into these dozen or so congressional races.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: They got a great game plan for the Senate, Elon Musk is pumping his millions into the
- 14:08[SPEAKER_00]: And with the economy set to take off like never before in peace in the Middle East and the free flow of energy and oil, all bets are off.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_00]: This is promising to be one heck of a midterms.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: and it may, indeed, be historic.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_00]: Ganga want to invite you to join me on Saturday, April 18th in Ephraut, Pennsylvania, where I'll be the keynote speaker for firm foundation's academies annual fundraising dinner and silent auction.
