Latest / The Paul Barron Crypto Show / Congress Delays Bills For An Early Vacation🚨Crypto Catalyst in January?
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Well, you asked for it.
- 0:01Speaker 2: Congress have decided to take a hiatus early, and of
- 0:04Speaker 2: course you know what that means, no clarity act. We'll
- 0:06Speaker 2: break it down for you. Let's just jump right in.
- 0:08Speaker 2: I want to thank our sponsor today with the crypto
- 0:11Speaker 2: markets crashing, what is flying well, silver is flying right now,
- 0:14Speaker 2: Silver isn't breaking out on hype.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I love this.
- 0:17Speaker 2: One because you can, of course get gold and silver
- 0:20Speaker 2: over on I Trust Capital use our link down below.
- 0:23Speaker 2: It's going to give you, guys one hundred dollars funding reward.
- 0:25Speaker 2: You can invest in precious metals, crypto and a whole
- 0:29Speaker 2: slew of assets over there to get into an IRA
- 0:33Speaker 2: and start managing your future around tax positions. And this
- 0:37Speaker 2: is the time of year to do it. Get started.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Let's go into it today. I want to go over
- 0:40Speaker 2: to the first thing and hit on this right here.
- 0:43Speaker 2: The house GOP is skipping town early for a holiday
- 0:46Speaker 2: recess that.
- 0:47Speaker 1: You know that they have so dearly earned.
- 0:51Speaker 2: And of course healthcare premium sore, Epstein files, loom.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Nothing's getting done.
- 0:55Speaker 2: It is crazy that we have these people called politicians
- 0:59Speaker 2: doing that kind of work. I know anybody in business
- 1:03Speaker 2: just I don't know what even people consider how this
- 1:06Speaker 2: is actually representative of serving the people. The good news
- 1:10Speaker 2: is is we have a pro CFTC chair coming in.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Remember Rustin Benham, that was the guy that was not
- 1:17Speaker 2: pro crypto. Now we got one in there. I think
- 1:19Speaker 2: this is going to be a good thing around how
- 1:21Speaker 2: this structures with the SEC. If you look at what's
- 1:24Speaker 2: happening over on polymarket, the other thing you get to
- 1:27Speaker 2: concern yourself is could there be another government shutdown? Well
- 1:30Speaker 2: there's a spike right now after this early departure. Everybody's
- 1:34Speaker 2: wondering have they just put themselves in a position to
- 1:38Speaker 2: basically get right back into the idea that there is
- 1:41Speaker 2: a shutdown looming for January. And as I've said here
- 1:44Speaker 2: on the show before, if a shutdown gets in the way,
- 1:48Speaker 2: Clarity will be in trouble. So just remember that as
- 1:53Speaker 2: we get going here. All right, So here's a quick
- 1:55Speaker 2: post from David Sachs. If you don't know who that is.
- 1:58Speaker 2: This is the crypto Andai Zow, who works of course
- 2:01Speaker 2: under Trump, and he basically has kind of come in
- 2:03Speaker 2: with Senator Sampscott and Bozman who have confirmed that the
- 2:06Speaker 2: Clarity Act and its market is markup is coming in January.
- 2:11Speaker 2: We look forward to finishing the job in January.
- 2:14Speaker 1: This would be huge for.
- 2:17Speaker 2: The markets if we actually get clarity coming through in January.
- 2:21Speaker 2: And of course here's Patrick McHenry talking about its probability.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Take a look.
- 2:27Speaker 3: So I think January thirties is more likely to be
- 2:29Speaker 3: in normative saying we have healthcare, we go into government funding,
- 2:34Speaker 3: and then what comes thereafter is digital assets, cryptocurrency, the
- 2:38Speaker 3: market the market regulation bill that's working its way through
- 2:42Speaker 3: the Senate. So I think you have a bill signing
- 2:44Speaker 3: for the president on government funding, on healthcare and on
- 2:47Speaker 3: crypto in the first quarter of next year.
- 2:49Speaker 1: We'll play that back, James, You've got to grab that.
- 2:51Speaker 2: So, I mean, this is one thing you can look
- 2:53Speaker 2: at that as still good news, but in reality he's
- 2:56Speaker 2: talking first quarter. That means March thirty first. That's the
- 3:00Speaker 2: end of the first quarter, guys. And if it goes
- 3:03Speaker 2: that far in depending on what's going on in January
- 3:06Speaker 2: late January with the Fed and also the mess that's
- 3:09Speaker 2: going to happen in January obviously with healthcare and dealing
- 3:13Speaker 2: with all these other things that are happening in DC.
- 3:15Speaker 1: That's the problem.
- 3:17Speaker 2: One thing that might cause them to maybe put it
- 3:19Speaker 2: at least on the front side. Is the idea around
- 3:21Speaker 2: the Japanese carry trade. We've talked about this quite a
- 3:24Speaker 2: bit before, is it is a stress test that could
- 3:27Speaker 2: fly into the face of things, especially the fact that
- 3:30Speaker 2: we do not have rails that would not prevent this
- 3:33Speaker 2: on win because it's really about timing in the market.
- 3:36Speaker 2: So the good thing there is instant rails equal instant liquidity.
- 3:39Speaker 1: That's the key.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Here was a chart that they kind of showed that
- 3:42Speaker 2: I thought was interesting right there. Why is Congress rushing
- 3:45Speaker 2: the act right there? It is yen spike, leverage on winds,
- 3:48Speaker 2: and these are the things that you have to be
- 3:50Speaker 2: concerned with.
- 3:51Speaker 1: So maybe just maybe they.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Understand that, and this could get clarity into play quickly.
- 3:57Speaker 2: And I imagine once clarity is into play, you're going
- 3:59Speaker 2: to see a ton of things moving very fast into
- 4:03Speaker 2: the market. Here we go, this is actually not a
- 4:06Speaker 2: very statement. This of course, is bit wise in their
- 4:08Speaker 2: prediction because they are all set for Bitcoin, ether and
- 4:12Speaker 2: soul hitting all time highs and all of this is
- 4:14Speaker 2: really centered around market clarity, and if we get it,
- 4:17Speaker 2: it's going to happen.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Let's go to a clip real quick. This will explain
- 4:21Speaker 1: a little bit more. Take a look.
- 4:23Speaker 4: The Clarity Act passing would be like a starter's gun
- 4:26Speaker 4: for eth and Soul to run into trillions of dollars
- 4:29Speaker 4: of value. And I think you're going to see just
- 4:31Speaker 4: an incredible explosion if we don't get it. I think
- 4:34Speaker 4: it'll be a real negative shock to the ecosystem. It's
- 4:39Speaker 4: really existentially important. I think we have better than even odds,
- 4:42Speaker 4: but they're not at one hundred percent to some extent,
- 4:45Speaker 4: it's hung up on how many limitations there are on
- 4:48Speaker 4: white house activity in the crypto market, and that makes
- 4:52Speaker 4: me worried.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Remember though, that Trump is very tied into the eth
- 4:56Speaker 2: ecosiic system, so that I don't know that it's not
- 4:59Speaker 2: a matter of not getting it. It is a matter
- 5:01Speaker 2: of probably giving up some things. One of the things
- 5:04Speaker 2: that they're after is of course, allowing especially the Trump
- 5:08Speaker 2: family to trade their tokens. That's kind of really the
- 5:12Speaker 2: biggest problem that really started this whole thing. Probably would
- 5:15Speaker 2: not have been an issue meaning the Clarity Act had
- 5:18Speaker 2: Trump not actually done the Trump Token prior to all this.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Because this would have cleared the way.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Charles Hoskinson, Actually, this is something I agree with Charles
- 5:27Speaker 2: on listen to this.
- 5:29Speaker 5: We were all set up twenty twenty slides. We're all
- 5:32Speaker 5: in rally. We in December of twenty twenty four. We're
- 5:36Speaker 5: expecting about seventy Senators to vote for the Clarity Acts.
- 5:39Speaker 5: It was not a controversial issue. The minute that Trump
- 5:42Speaker 5: only got launched, it went from cryptos bipartisan to Crypto
- 5:46Speaker 5: equals Trump equals back. So that wasn't helpful all. But
- 5:49Speaker 5: then we were told, you know, stay silent about it,
- 5:52Speaker 5: called a status bate. This should not have happened, Alanie issuance,
- 5:56Speaker 5: hell shipdn't have happened. Ironically, Trump would have made more
- 5:59Speaker 5: money because had you launched trump Coin after Clarity, they
- 6:02Speaker 5: couldn't do anything about it, and it would have probably
- 6:04Speaker 5: gotten to ten twenty billion dollars and had a whole
- 6:06Speaker 5: ecosystem behind it. He could have milked that thing to
- 6:09Speaker 5: the cows come home. But yeah, I know what asked me,
- 6:12Speaker 5: all right.
- 6:12Speaker 1: I agree with Charles there.
- 6:13Speaker 2: I think if that was just a bad call, I
- 6:15Speaker 2: think he had the wrong advisors in there to get
- 6:17Speaker 2: this off the ground. Of course, the Digital Asset Treasury
- 6:22Speaker 2: and along with the Digital Asset Company that the Trump
- 6:24Speaker 2: family has put together maybe is looking at a longer
- 6:28Speaker 2: play here outside the meme coin. But if you also
- 6:31Speaker 2: consider the cycle, because this is another thing that plays
- 6:34Speaker 2: into this.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Matt Hogan had a little bit more to say about that.
- 6:37Speaker 4: Take a look all the reasons you would believe the
- 6:40Speaker 4: four year cycle it exists are either extraordinarily weak or
- 6:44Speaker 4: actually negative. One is the having having is half as
- 6:48Speaker 4: important every time it happened. The other is interest rate cycles.
- 6:51Speaker 4: No one thinks they're going up in twenty six. The
- 6:54Speaker 4: third is blow ups FTX Mount cox Icos. The blow
- 6:58Speaker 4: up risk has been much reduced. The only other reason
- 7:00Speaker 4: the four year cycle could exist that I can think
- 7:03Speaker 4: of is chance. At the same time, you have these
- 7:07Speaker 4: one time generational, massive forces of regulatory improvement and institutional adoption,
- 7:14Speaker 4: and I think they'll just overwhelm whatever lingering tiny forces
- 7:19Speaker 4: persist from the old four year cycle. They're just things
- 7:22Speaker 4: that matter more now than having. I just don't see
- 7:25Speaker 4: it in twenty twenty six. I think it's up into
- 7:26Speaker 4: the right. There's too much institutional demand.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Yeah, Okay, so I kind of agree with Matt what
- 7:31Speaker 2: he's saying there. This is something I've argued before, is
- 7:33Speaker 2: that the way that crypto is responding is completely different
- 7:37Speaker 2: than we've seen in previous cycles, and I don't think
- 7:39Speaker 2: it ever returns again in that way. And what I
- 7:42Speaker 2: mean by that when he says up into the right,
- 7:43Speaker 2: I don't think he's thinking parabolic moves. I think he's
- 7:47Speaker 2: thinking like Wall streeters think, which is twenty thirty percent
- 7:51Speaker 2: in a year, which is unbelievable gains and performance in
- 7:55Speaker 2: most of these And he goes on to talk about
- 7:57Speaker 2: this in what he thinks could happen, which is kind
- 8:01Speaker 2: of the next generation.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Of ETFs take a look.
- 8:04Speaker 4: I love calling them ETF two point zero because of
- 8:07Speaker 4: course ETFs were a disruptive technology when they were created
- 8:10Speaker 4: in nineteen ninety three. They replaced effectively mutual funds. I
- 8:14Speaker 4: think the next version of that is vaults. Someday we'll
- 8:19Speaker 4: be sitting here talking about multiple trillions of dollars in vaults.
- 8:23Speaker 4: I think it's that big of a deeal. We think large,
- 8:25Speaker 4: high quality professional crypto managers will come into the space
- 8:29Speaker 4: as curators, and this will be seen as an institutional
- 8:33Speaker 4: way to get diversified exposure to yield or total return.
- 8:36Speaker 4: With the Fear and GRED index at ten, bitcoin should
- 8:38Speaker 4: have been minus sixty. It wasn't minus sixty because there's
- 8:42Speaker 4: been twenty two billion dollars of institutional money of suit
- 8:45Speaker 4: coiners to use the new crypto.
- 8:47Speaker 6: Cerit coiners coming in and leaving this market, and those
- 8:52Speaker 6: suit poiners are coming in force in twenty twenty six
- 8:55Speaker 6: consistently lifting prices up.
- 8:58Speaker 1: I agree with that. I'm telling the suit corners that's
- 8:59Speaker 1: a good one. Matt.
- 9:00Speaker 2: I have to give you kudos on that one, because
- 9:03Speaker 2: I look at even our own channel metrics. It is
- 9:05Speaker 2: not the It is not the crypto crowd that is
- 9:08Speaker 2: starting to follow channels like ours. We are seeing traditional
- 9:12Speaker 2: investors exploding now into the market. In to his points,
- 9:16Speaker 2: sue coiners is what we are going to see. The
- 9:19Speaker 2: point that he gets on with vaults, I totally agree,
- 9:22Speaker 2: and it will be one of those technologies and or
- 9:25Speaker 2: instruments that get leveraged out much like what ETFs did
- 9:29Speaker 2: in the early nineties and exploding to where they are
- 9:31Speaker 2: right now. Some of these dtfs, guys, remember you get
- 9:33Speaker 2: in thirty forty fifty sixty percent gains on some of
- 9:37Speaker 2: these in a twelve month cycle. Again, it's not a
- 9:39Speaker 2: meme coin, I get it, but Unfortunately, I feel like
- 9:42Speaker 2: some of those could be a little bit more at risk. Now,
- 9:45Speaker 2: will there be an all coin I won't even call
- 9:47Speaker 2: it a season. Well, there'll be some opportunities for all coins, yes,
- 9:49Speaker 2: but they will be completely outside of the typical cycles
- 9:53Speaker 2: that we have run before. Now, things to think about
- 9:57Speaker 2: it that could inject liquidity into this is thinking about
- 10:01Speaker 2: money on the sidelines. And I know everybody says I
- 10:03Speaker 2: hate hearing about money on the sidelines. They ever got
- 10:05Speaker 2: money on the sidelines. But this is more about private
- 10:08Speaker 2: money on the sidelines, not necessarily has been injected into
- 10:13Speaker 2: the economy and definitely not into the investment thesis. And
- 10:16Speaker 2: you've got Paul Atkins talking about this. He goes into
- 10:20Speaker 2: the roundtable and they were talking about privacy and why
- 10:24Speaker 2: that was keeping crypto privacy and why that was keeping
- 10:27Speaker 2: money on the sidelines.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Listen to what he had to say.
- 10:30Speaker 7: Well, regulators may have a voracious appetite for data. That
- 10:34Speaker 7: proclivity is obviously incompatible with a free society that has
- 10:39Speaker 7: made America great.
- 10:40Speaker 8: Of the approximately what three hundred billion dollars of US
- 10:44Speaker 8: dollar denominated stable coins, you got to think that some
- 10:47Speaker 8: percentage of that wants more privacy, and there's a ton
- 10:50Speaker 8: of stable coins that aren't on chain yet that would
- 10:52Speaker 8: come on chain if there is privacy.
- 10:53Speaker 1: So my mom called me a couple of days ago.
- 10:56Speaker 5: She was real excited that she heard I was going
- 10:58Speaker 5: to come talk here, and she said, I want you
- 11:00Speaker 5: to tell them the following and how to z cash.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Then you click the receive.
- 11:06Speaker 8: Button, hit me up during the break, and I'll send
- 11:09Speaker 8: you a thousandth of a z cash.
- 11:12Speaker 2: That was an interesting clip because it shows you how
- 11:15Speaker 2: far the market has come for z cash to be
- 11:18Speaker 2: presenting in front of the sec bizarre times ahead. The roundtables, though,
- 11:22Speaker 2: did not stop there. They actually talked a little bit
- 11:25Speaker 2: about how privacy could be obtained within blockchain.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Take a look.
- 11:29Speaker 8: So this is what it looks like, just in case
- 11:31Speaker 8: you want to see what some of the innovation and
- 11:33Speaker 8: digital identity looks like. This is a test credential only
- 11:37Speaker 8: and you're able to basically disclose the fields to the website.
- 11:42Speaker 8: So in this example, you're going to use your state
- 11:44Speaker 8: indoors digital identity to open a bank account. Basically, the
- 11:48Speaker 8: old way to do it is upload these JPEGs of
- 11:51Speaker 8: your documents right, and then someone reviews it and everything, right,
- 11:54Speaker 8: But the new way is to just have a secure
- 11:57Speaker 8: session where you're able to transmit the selectively disclosed fields.
- 12:01Speaker 8: It could be using zero knowledge, letting the user choose
- 12:04Speaker 8: which wallet it comes out of and have the optionality
- 12:07Speaker 8: as to what they disclose or not, and when that
- 12:09Speaker 8: gets sent over, there's a digital signature that cannot be
- 12:12Speaker 8: forged by AI. You can choose what wallet you want
- 12:15Speaker 8: to use for the experience, and you're able to see
- 12:18Speaker 8: all the data before it goes out, who's getting it,
- 12:22Speaker 8: what framework is it being released under, for example, Privacy
- 12:25Speaker 8: framework in California or somewhere else. When you have privacy
- 12:28Speaker 8: preserving digital credentials that are your driver's license, your W two,
- 12:33Speaker 8: your birth certificates for your kids, all in one place
- 12:36Speaker 8: that is not surveilled, and you can choose how to
- 12:38Speaker 8: share it, right, you can really breeze through these processes
- 12:42Speaker 8: without incurring the fraud risk. All right.
- 12:45Speaker 2: So that's using ZK to zero knowledge to be able
- 12:49Speaker 2: to do this, which is good technology.
- 12:52Speaker 1: I don't know that this.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Will equate to adoption because of the maybe the fear
- 12:58Speaker 2: of this being a digital idea. I think the digital
- 13:00Speaker 2: ID we've already started to see the pushbacks around the
- 13:02Speaker 2: globe on this now, granted could have been implemented and
- 13:06Speaker 2: created into society. Sure, I think though this would get
- 13:11Speaker 2: a lot of pushback, especially in Congress going forward, so
- 13:13Speaker 2: I don't know how that would play. SEC interesting that
- 13:16Speaker 2: they're talking about this for sure. Let's go over to
- 13:19Speaker 2: this point right here, because Paul Atkins basically said all
- 13:22Speaker 2: markets we'll be on chain within the next couple of years.
- 13:26Speaker 2: And I think the key here is timing. But imagine
- 13:30Speaker 2: eight months, in ten months in from now what we
- 13:33Speaker 2: will be seeing in terms of new instruments and also
- 13:36Speaker 2: just in general innovation that will be coming down blockchain.
- 13:39Speaker 2: I think clarity is much more important than everybody really understands.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Now you look at what's happening over on the commerce.
- 13:46Speaker 2: So this is Howard Lutnik, the Department basically published its new
- 13:51Speaker 2: GDP data to hash on nine blockchains.
- 13:55Speaker 1: That's pretty cool. The fact that we've.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Actually got that there's the transaction has for Bitcoin eight.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Soa a lot of same wallets here as I'm looking
- 14:02Speaker 2: down through this, but probably got optimism Avalanche, Stellar Tron
- 14:06Speaker 2: even in here. So it is very possible we could
- 14:08Speaker 2: see more use case going into government that would help
- 14:12Speaker 2: I think in general, especially when you want transparency, this
- 14:15Speaker 2: is definitely one of the ways to do it. Now,
- 14:17Speaker 2: let me go into what Lutnik is trying to do
- 14:20Speaker 2: with this when it comes to the economic data.
- 14:23Speaker 9: Take a look the first secretary who took data GDP
- 14:28Speaker 9: data and put that data out on the blockchain. Now,
- 14:31Speaker 9: I have a whole variety of bureaus under my authority.
- 14:37Speaker 9: One of them is called the BA, the Bureau of
- 14:40Speaker 9: Economic Analysis. That's what does GDP. It does a whole
- 14:43Speaker 9: host of the numbers, and I'm going to get all
- 14:46Speaker 9: of our numbers put out under the blockchain, and then
- 14:49Speaker 9: I'm going to use the rest of these couple of
- 14:51Speaker 9: years to try to get the rest of the government.
- 14:53Speaker 9: I'm going to use the infrastructure and the technology that
- 14:56Speaker 9: we've created to try to get the rest of the
- 14:59Speaker 9: government to use the blockchain for their data distribution.
- 15:03Speaker 2: All Right, I'm hoping that there's somebody a lot smarter
- 15:07Speaker 2: than that behind him, because that was a bunch of
- 15:09Speaker 2: words out. They're making sense of how they're going to
- 15:12Speaker 2: actually use this in the future. We need to see
- 15:14Speaker 2: real clear solutions. One of the things that breaks this
- 15:17Speaker 2: down because I don't know that. A lot of people
- 15:19Speaker 2: and I agree on this clip. This is Matt Hokan
- 15:22Speaker 2: talking about that the market doesn't even comprehend yet what
- 15:26Speaker 2: we're seeing coming out of the SEC.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Take a look, frit, what are we even talking about?
- 15:31Speaker 5: Right?
- 15:31Speaker 4: This is the chairman of the SEC saying the tokenized
- 15:34Speaker 4: stock market is going to one hundred thousand x in
- 15:37Speaker 4: the next couple of years. The tokenized stock market today
- 15:40Speaker 4: is six hundred and eighty million dollars. US stocks are
- 15:43Speaker 4: sixty trillion dollars. I'll save you the math. That's one
- 15:46Speaker 4: hundred thousand x bigger, all right.
- 15:48Speaker 2: So what he's simply saying is it's going to be
- 15:50Speaker 2: all stocks that will be on there.
- 15:52Speaker 1: And that's the point.
- 15:53Speaker 2: They're getting at sixty some trillion over the next couple
- 15:54Speaker 2: of years, that's going to be seventy maybe eighty trillion,
- 15:56Speaker 2: so it would actually be over that. Let's think about
- 15:59Speaker 2: this on a global perspective, because stocks are going to
- 16:02Speaker 2: be moving in a lot of different ways.
- 16:03Speaker 1: This is Sony.
- 16:04Speaker 2: This is the Japanese platform on sonium, and essentially if
- 16:08Speaker 2: you look over here and kind of zoom in on that,
- 16:09Speaker 2: you'll see X stocks. That's a familiar token ised stock platform.
- 16:12Speaker 2: Right then you see US stocks and then right there
- 16:16Speaker 2: japan stocks coming soon. So imagine you'rea able to interact
- 16:19Speaker 2: with stock markets all over the world. So that's sixty
- 16:22Speaker 2: seven trillion. That is the US stock market is going
- 16:25Speaker 2: to be considerably larger when you start to add another
- 16:28Speaker 2: one hundred and seventy countries out there further that could
- 16:32Speaker 2: play into this whole market. Now, Grant and only ten
- 16:34Speaker 2: are really going to matter in terms of the big
- 16:36Speaker 2: markets for sure, but global liquidity is going to start
- 16:40Speaker 2: to shift. One thing to consider here if you kind
- 16:43Speaker 2: of look at where global liquidity has dipped and ebbed
- 16:45Speaker 2: and flowed here, let me zoom in on this section
- 16:49Speaker 2: right here, which is right around twenty eighteen right here,
- 16:52Speaker 2: so you see global liquidity starts to spike right there.
- 16:55Speaker 2: That's February of twenty nineteen. The spiking is happening. If
- 16:59Speaker 2: you look further up up there, Bitcoin had not responded yet.
- 17:02Speaker 2: It didn't respond until you start to move into that
- 17:06Speaker 2: zone right there, which was April three months later. So
- 17:09Speaker 2: that might be happening right now as we start to
- 17:12Speaker 2: see global liquidity starting to move up again right here,
- 17:18Speaker 2: going into the fall of this year and now where
- 17:21Speaker 2: bitcoin is right now, so which is flat, this is
- 17:25Speaker 2: maybe three months out. Is that where we start to
- 17:27Speaker 2: see liquidity injection moving into the market.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Bitcoin of course taking advantage of that, all right.
- 17:32Speaker 2: So the worry that the banking industry has is how
- 17:36Speaker 2: Clarity is going to potentially put more stress on regional
- 17:41Speaker 2: banks and others. This is a good example right here.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Banks earned four and a half percent almost on reserve
- 17:45Speaker 2: park to the FED, but they pay you point zero
- 17:48Speaker 2: one if you get that on your savings account. The
- 17:51Speaker 2: fact that you're going to be able to get stable
- 17:52Speaker 2: coins into two three four percent, which you're getting right
- 17:56Speaker 2: now in most places, is going to be an absolutely
- 18:00Speaker 2: landslide coming out of these banks. And that's the concern
- 18:03Speaker 2: they have. It's the concern that they are most issued with.
- 18:08Speaker 2: And I think that's why we've started to see the
- 18:10Speaker 2: pushback from different lobbies with NBC, which is starting to
- 18:14Speaker 2: create this device within what was a bipartisan agreement now
- 18:20Speaker 2: starting to be a much more contentious vote on how
- 18:22Speaker 2: clarity is going to go forward, and they're just using
- 18:25Speaker 2: some of the Trump issues as a potential when in
- 18:28Speaker 2: reality it is banks versus crypto, which is what it's
- 18:31Speaker 2: always been, So just remember that it's always been that
- 18:34Speaker 2: and I think it always will be. One thing that
- 18:36Speaker 2: is going to happen with Clarity Act is a mass
- 18:38Speaker 2: token burn event. To be included in this as a
- 18:42Speaker 2: decentralized platform, you have to have less than twenty percent
- 18:45Speaker 2: of the total units here. It is in the Clarity
- 18:47Speaker 2: Act breaking it down that basically are created as a
- 18:51Speaker 2: digital commodity. So this is going to push a lot
- 18:54Speaker 2: of projects out there to move directly to try to
- 18:58Speaker 2: get into that level. One of the ones that we're
- 19:01Speaker 2: going to be keeping a look at, of course, is
- 19:03Speaker 2: what's happening with UNISWAP. Just submitted unification proposal. We've been
- 19:08Speaker 2: talking about this for quite some time. One hundred million
- 19:11Speaker 2: in UNI are going to be burned. This is one
- 19:13Speaker 2: of the core tenets of why they have been structuring
- 19:16Speaker 2: around this. So UNISWAP may be one to watch as well.
- 19:20Speaker 2: Pulling at number thirty just under World Liberty five, this
- 19:23Speaker 2: is going to flip WLFI and the way they're going
- 19:27Speaker 2: to do it if you look at what's happening within
- 19:29Speaker 2: their current situation, look at this. This is right now
- 19:33Speaker 2: volume twenty four. This is more than most of the
- 19:37Speaker 2: top twenty tokens. Until you get really up here into
- 19:40Speaker 2: suite and light cooin, we'll see UNISWAP I think, start
- 19:44Speaker 2: to move up the charts. In general, the king of
- 19:46Speaker 2: all burns would be XRP, and what I mean by
- 19:49Speaker 2: that is Ripple would have to look at cutting down
- 19:52Speaker 2: its large escro holdings to get into this area. One
- 19:56Speaker 2: point they're hitting on Ripple plans to respond if regularly
- 19:59Speaker 2: is require the company a hold less than twenty percent
- 20:01Speaker 2: of XRP assets to qualify as a commodity. So either
- 20:04Speaker 2: want to do one of the things two things. They're
- 20:06Speaker 2: going to go public and they'll sell the XARP or
- 20:09Speaker 2: they'll burn it. This could be huge for the Ripple
- 20:14Speaker 2: and XARP community as well. A couple other clips I
- 20:17Speaker 2: want to hit on real quick before we get out
- 20:19Speaker 2: of here. This one is where we could see the
- 20:22Speaker 2: need for crazy to return to the markets to see
- 20:26Speaker 2: things that we've saw in the past in terms of
- 20:28Speaker 2: these parabolic grunts.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Take a look this cycle.
- 20:31Speaker 10: It's really institutions, and I think that's why these Wall
- 20:34Speaker 10: Street players, these Wall Street promoters are the ones who
- 20:37Speaker 10: are really most influential. But I think to really to
- 20:40Speaker 10: bring up the retail market. We need those people that
- 20:43Speaker 10: really resonates with the retail people, right We need somebody
- 20:45Speaker 10: yelling dynamic, you know, somebody crazy. And I think we're
- 20:48Speaker 10: missing many of the crazy people this cycle, and I
- 20:51Speaker 10: think that's why we're not bringing in the new retail
- 20:53Speaker 10: crazy people. And I think that's what we need.
- 20:55Speaker 1: Totally agree. We need more Vitellic tweeting, CZ tweeting and
- 20:58Speaker 1: less of Larry Fink singing about you know.
- 21:01Speaker 2: Total I agree totally with that is that you're going
- 21:05Speaker 2: to need something dynamic in the retail market to kind
- 21:08Speaker 2: of shake loose the retail traders because right now it
- 21:10Speaker 2: is now a suit coiners game for sure. And of
- 21:14Speaker 2: course one of the things you have to watch is
- 21:17Speaker 2: what Yah Sue has said many times on our channel.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Listen to this.
- 21:21Speaker 11: Collectively, out coins is going to be outperforming Bitcoin, maybe
- 21:24Speaker 11: up to ten or twenty times. It's the odd coins
- 21:26Speaker 11: that are basically driving growth adoption. So by twenty six
- 21:30Speaker 11: we think the space will be a ten trillion dollar market.
- 21:32Speaker 11: And also we believe that crypto gaming is going to
- 21:34Speaker 11: have its big moment next year. We were prefacing this
- 21:37Speaker 11: on the launch of GTA six. You know, tokens mimic
- 21:40Speaker 11: essentially sort of sentiment in the world. So if ai
- 21:43Speaker 11: is hot, ai tokens are hot. If Trump is hot,
- 21:45Speaker 11: trump token is hot, right, so if gaming is hot
- 21:47Speaker 11: and gaming tokens are hot. Two And we were hoping
- 21:50Speaker 11: it would happen this year, and then GTA six said, well,
- 21:53Speaker 11: basically Rockstar said next year. Right, So now basically it's
- 21:57Speaker 11: more like it's going to be may fingers crossed if
- 22:00Speaker 11: GTA six does launch. We do think it's going to
- 22:02Speaker 11: be a big revival for our space.
- 22:03Speaker 1: GDA six has been a strong meme on social media,
- 22:07Speaker 1: all right.
- 22:08Speaker 2: That's one of our most fewed videos too, is our
- 22:11Speaker 2: GTA six video that talks about tokenization or crypto coming
- 22:15Speaker 2: to it.
- 22:16Speaker 1: If it goes into.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Gaming, Yes, it's going to revive web through gaming and
- 22:19Speaker 2: gaming in general with crypto use in it. Then you
- 22:22Speaker 2: have these big brands who are waiting on one thing.
- 22:25Speaker 2: The McDonald's, the Taylor Swifts, the NFL, the Nikes of
- 22:29Speaker 2: the world are looking for one thing. They're looking for clarity,
- 22:32Speaker 2: which is what's being held up in DC right now
- 22:35Speaker 2: to spur on an economic blowout. And I think that's
- 22:41Speaker 2: what we will be seeing going into this next generation.
- 22:44Speaker 2: So it's like the era of the Internet when you
- 22:46Speaker 2: opened up the opportunity for big brands to finally figure
- 22:50Speaker 2: out what was going on. That was when the Internet
- 22:53Speaker 2: exploded and we saw those hockey stick moves to the right.
- 22:56Speaker 2: That's going to happen right here, guys, make sure and
