- 0:09Welcome to the Big Mig Talk Radio show, broadcasting live
- 0:13from the Mile High City, Denver, Co.
- 0:16We are the tip of the spear, cutting through the noise and
- 0:19delivering an hour of unfiltered news, guests, and truth that
- 0:24transcends boundaries and unites the nation.
- 0:27This is the Big Mig Talk radio show.
- 0:33Welcome back to the Big Meek talk radio show.
- 0:36I'm your host Lance Miliaccio with my Co host George
- 0:40Ballentine. We are the tip of the spear.
- 0:43And you know, on this show our plan is to educate and unify the
- 0:45country one episode at a time. On this show, we believe it is
- 0:49better to be hugged by the truth than comforted with a lie.
- 0:52We're live in Denver and NYC. My brother from another mother,
- 0:56George Ballentine, how are you, Sir?
- 0:58What's going on this morning? What's shaken there in the NYC?
- 1:02Let me see. Not much, you know, I always say
- 1:04if we wake up it's a blessing, but it's the sun is out, blue
- 1:07skies, but it's cold, normal for this time of year.
- 1:11So it's all good. But at least it's not snowing or
- 1:13raining when I haven't seen snow yet in my area.
- 1:16So that's a good sign. Yeah, well, we've, we've had
- 1:20some snow in Colorado, but this morning it's chilly but sunny,
- 1:23so it's not too bad. Hopefully we'll have a nice day.
- 1:25I didn't really look at the weather.
- 1:26I don't know what exactly the rest of the day is going to
- 1:28hold. Hopefully it warms up some more.
- 1:30I've got a little bit of yard work I need to do, some leaf
- 1:32cleaning that I am not looking forward to.
- 1:35But that's part of the fall. That's what you got to do.
- 1:37But before we fire up, I want to thank one of our sponsors,
- 1:39that's Genesis Gold Group. And what we're going to talk
- 1:42about is the Prepper Bar. The 62.2g Prepper Bar.
- 1:46Perforated and easily broken down into your choice of three
- 1:49different denominations to fit a multitude of needs.
- 1:53Whether it be for asset protection from inflation,
- 1:55economic turmoil, or its unique utility for barter and trade,
- 1:58the Prepper Bar makes a perfect gift, especially this time of
- 2:02year. It's the O holiday season for
- 2:04all those precious metal stackers and lovers out there.
- 2:07Great for your loved ones, grandkids, your family.
- 2:10The idea behind this bar is that it just in case the US dollar
- 2:14tanks and it's unusable. You never know with bricks.
- 2:15You never know about the economy.
- 2:17Hopefully Trump's going to fix it, but if not, this is a great
- 2:20way to not only invest in bullion, but have something that
- 2:22is very usable just in case things go the wrong way.
- 2:26Exclusively made and minted in the US.
- 2:28You don't have to worry about any counterfeiting.
- 2:30You can head over to the bigmigbar.com.
- 2:33That's right, thebigmigbar.com pick up a couple for the
- 2:36holidays. George likes the gold ones.
- 2:38If you're going to buy him a gift, I'll take anything you
- 2:41want to send us. But in the meantime, for your
- 2:43family members, they're both in stock.
- 2:44Don't wait. The big bigbar.com.
- 2:47Well, of course, unless you've been living under a rock.
- 2:49Everybody knows about Joe Biden's pardon for his son
- 2:52Hunter Biden, but a lot of questions remain.
- 2:56It seems as though Joe's pre emptive pardons may or may not
- 3:02be legal. He kind of gave Hunter Biden a
- 3:05blanket pardon and now people are concerned.
- 3:08What about the eight other family members caught up in fan,
- 3:12of course, in the Biden criminal enterprise, Is Joe going to be
- 3:16handing out these pardons to his family members like he's handing
- 3:21out bags of Doritos? George, what do you think?
- 3:26I think he's definitely going to be handing out pardons.
- 3:28We should, you know, if this was just a tip of the iceberg with
- 3:33him. I mean, but in order to protect
- 3:35himself from further scrutiny or possible charges, he needs to
- 3:41protect his whole family, you know, not just Hunter.
- 3:45So, you know, you made a point though, like Trump, I mean,
- 3:51Biden is doing these pardons. He's talking about even
- 3:54pardoning Fauci, Adam Schiff. Who else is it?
- 3:58Retired General Miley, Yeah. So you brought up a point.
- 4:03Is this legal? And I've been doing some
- 4:06research and it's actually, it's highly unusual, but it has been
- 4:11done, though there have been a couple cases where presidents
- 4:16pardoned a few people that were never convicted or charged of a
- 4:19crime. One of them, and everybody will
- 4:22know this, and Gerald, President Gerald Ford's pardon of Richard
- 4:27Nixon after Watergate, that's one.
- 4:31And then you had President Jimmy Carter's pardon of Vietnam draft
- 4:34dodgers. And the third one was President
- 4:37Bush's pardon on Casper Weinberger that was to do with
- 4:42something to do with Iran Contra with the missiles.
- 4:45So it's happened. Whether it's legal or not, I
- 4:50don't know, but until somebody. Well, the only work around for
- 4:55this would be to prove that Joe Biden was not freely and fairly
- 5:01elected, because that would you'd be able to go back and
- 5:05everything he'd ever ruled on, every determination or executive
- 5:08order or pardon he'd ever issued would be nullified.
- 5:12But whether or not that's even possible at this point, I have
- 5:15no idea. Do they have the evidence?
- 5:16Do they have the facts? I mean, the American people know
- 5:18what happened, but clearly whether or not we can prove it
- 5:21is another thing. How much of the evidence has
- 5:23been destroyed? But it's kind of frightening
- 5:25because this is basically would be setting a precedent for
- 5:28people to commit a bunch of crimes and then have the ability
- 5:32that maybe they they're in with the president and, and be able
- 5:35to just walk away from all of it.
- 5:37And that sure doesn't work for the American people.
- 5:39You don't see the average American getting that done.
- 5:40And AmeriCorps, 9 different Biden family members got checks
- 5:45from there and the checks were kind of like tax evasion.
- 5:50They were acting like they were repayments of loans where none
- 5:53of the family members had actually made loans to the
- 5:55company came out of investor money.
- 5:57So James Biden, you know, Jim Biden, Joe Biden's brother is
- 6:01who was running that company. You know, I don't know.
- 6:03And this, the shady dealings in Ukraine and energy firm Burisma.
- 6:08You know, George, this is really unsettling for me.
- 6:10I have a hard time with this. You know, I'm a somewhat of a
- 6:12legal Beagle. I don't really understand
- 6:14executive privilege and presidential pardons all that
- 6:17well because I've never had any reason to study them.
- 6:19But I'm uneasy about it because it sets a really slippery slope
- 6:23of precedence. It's bad enough that we're
- 6:26dealing with a judiciary that seems to be compromised.
- 6:29I mean, they're they that new ruling on on the 1512 that was
- 6:33used against a lot of J Sixers that they're going back to get
- 6:36resents and the judges are actually giving them extra time.
- 6:39But what happens when you have a president that's just handing
- 6:41out, you know, Christmas cookie pardons?
- 6:45Well, unrestricted, unlimited, they're almost like lifetime
- 6:48pardons. What do you do about that,
- 6:50George? I think, I mean, the only way is
- 6:54probably it has to go to Supreme Court to make a decision.
- 6:58But it I don't from a legal standpoint, from a from a
- 7:03citizen standpoint, from any standpoint, this shouldn't be
- 7:05allowed because let's just put let's just put the meat on
- 7:09potatoes on the table here, everybody.
- 7:11President's in office, he tells, I don't know, some of his
- 7:17friends to go do something that's a federal crime, whether
- 7:20it could be murder, whether it could be robbing a bank,
- 7:22anything. And help pardon you before you
- 7:27even can get arrested. How does that work?
- 7:30That's just a pre emptive. That's like a free get out of
- 7:32jail monopoly card. I mean, here's the thing, Jim
- 7:37Jordan's talked about this a lot.
- 7:38He talks about the fundamental question and what did the Biden
- 7:40family members do to warrant the receipt of millions and millions
- 7:45of dollars. And that money came from foreign
- 7:48nationals and other companies, their companies.
- 7:51And a lot of it was hidden, like I said, as loan repayments.
- 7:55And if you look at Joe Biden's brother, his wife, girlfriend,
- 7:59Beau, the three children, which was these are the grandchildren
- 8:02we're talking about. How could they have contributed?
- 8:05So the list would be Hunter Biden, James Biden, Sarah Biden,
- 8:09Hayley Biden, Kathleen Biden, Melissa Biden, the niece and
- 8:12nephew, the niece and nephew and the grandchildren.
- 8:15That's a lot of people getting checks.
- 8:16It's like a family affair. I mean, this isn't, isn't this
- 8:19La Cosa Nostra? Isn't this the Mafia we're
- 8:22talking about when you start operating like this?
- 8:25I think a lot of these loan repayments were just straight up
- 8:28tax evasion. And this Chinese firm that
- 8:32transferred 5 million, the CEFC to Hudson W the third, I mean,
- 8:38that was a deal that Hunter Biden was in the middle of.
- 8:40So I don't know, George, this is really this.
- 8:43This puts a lot of things in question and sets a nasty
- 8:47precedence. I mean, it sure does because
- 8:50let's just say the DOJ puts pressure on President Biden, I
- 8:57don't know, after these office and says, listen, you know, your
- 9:00grandchild, your niece, nephew that we're going to bring
- 9:03charges and get unless you start, you know, admitting what
- 9:06you guys did, right. But then if he pardons them, he
- 9:10takes that off the table. So I mean it doesn't work.
- 9:14Well, and and if that's the case, then I want my lifetime
- 9:18pre emptive life to death. Pardon.
- 9:21So I can just go out on my own personal crime wave and get all
- 9:23the money I want to get. Why shouldn't I be able to do
- 9:25it? My point is equal application
- 9:27law. Yeah, George, of course I'm
- 9:29going to get you one. I'm going to get the same thing
- 9:31for you. The point is equal application
- 9:34of the law. You're welcome, buddy.
- 9:35Equal application of law, equal protection of the law and the
- 9:38rule law have to be done in such a manner that it's equal for
- 9:43everyone. Yeah, well, it's not equal.
- 9:47We've seen the justice system not being equal for everyone for
- 9:52years upon years. And you know, recently it's come
- 9:54about where people have seen it because it's become mainstream
- 9:58when you start hitting high-ranking people.
- 10:01But. That can prove he was not freely
- 10:04and fairly elected. So these are concerns, of
- 10:07course. Listen, there's big news on the
- 10:11TikTok scene. You know, George and I are not
- 10:13fans of TikTok. We don't like the presidents and
- 10:15sets, but but it looks like if TikTok does not get liquidated,
- 10:20it's going to be time to ban them nationwide.
- 10:22Here in the US. They're going to get thrown out
- 10:24of the country. I'd love to see it.
- 10:25I hope they don't get it sold. I don't want to see anybody else
- 10:27step in. But of course, this is the kind
- 10:29of thing that we have to look at.
- 10:32Who's behind TikTok? Why are toilet bowl licking
- 10:36challenges and others? Who knows why these challenges
- 10:43happen on TikTok, but they're there to demean the kids in
- 10:47America and it's just unheard of.
- 10:50We'll be back in a few minutes. Don't go nowhere.
- 10:53Big, big talk radio show. We'll be right back.

- 12:58All right, the big, big talk radio show is back and we're
- 13:01live in New York and Denver with your host Lance Migliacho and
- 13:05George Valentin. We are the tip of the spear
- 13:09TikTok ban. What's going to happen with
- 13:12TikTok, Lance? They have until January 19th.
- 13:17Why you asked, Lance? You're the scholar here to, you
- 13:21know, you want to tell everybody.
- 13:22I know we're not fans of it. Well, at the end of the day, I,
- 13:26you know, I have no love lost for TikTok.
- 13:29You guys know, on our regular show on Rumble, the big, big
- 13:32show, if you've watched this, we've discussed it many times
- 13:34because I believe that the CCP has used it as an intentional
- 13:38way to undermine our youth. Because let's face it, by
- 13:42destroying the youth and creating what I would call lots
- 13:46of interaction with the young people in this country, I think
- 13:49they've really set a precedent to really kind of damage us
- 13:52from, you know, bottom to top. So this social media company
- 13:57hopes for a federal appeals court would agree with this
- 13:59argument that the law was unconstitutional because
- 14:03supposedly it represented a staggering impact on free
- 14:05speech. But I don't see the benefit of
- 14:07TikTok. I have to be honest.
- 14:09I don't like it. I don't like what's going on.
- 14:10I'm happy they didn't win the appeal.
- 14:13Part of it is the fact that it's been linked back to the Chinese,
- 14:16Chinese state, which of course is the CCP.
- 14:19I don't think it's really a good idea because there's a major
- 14:22threat when you start looking at the PRC, which is the People's
- 14:24Republic of China. And, and when they own a
- 14:27platform with that much influence, you really have to
- 14:31look at it when it comes to a foreign adversary controlling a
- 14:34platform like that. So, you know, the Supreme Court
- 14:37established historical record of protecting Americans rights to
- 14:40free speech, but I don't think that includes foreign adversary
- 14:47controlled platforms. Even though it's going to ban
- 14:51U.S. citizens inadvertently, I don't think we can have a
- 14:54foreign adversary on a platform like this that has this much
- 14:58influence on our public. What do you think, George?
- 15:01I agree with you 100% on that because you know the things that
- 15:06these kids do today to just to make a TikTok is is unheard of.
- 15:11Like they have these contests where they'll go walk into a
- 15:15public bathroom and then lick the sneakers, the bottom of
- 15:19their sneakers or lick the toilet seats.
- 15:20I mean, really dumb stuff that's very harmful.
- 15:24And how many kids that we've lost to, you know, some of these
- 15:28contests where they lost their lives.
- 15:30I mean, you know enough. Like one of the things is the
- 15:33stuff you see on TikTok here, they don't allow in China.
- 15:36I don't know about other, I don't know about other
- 15:38countries, but they don't allow in China.
- 15:41No, Chinese TikTok looks completely different than US
- 15:44TikTok on their platform. There's education, there's
- 15:47physical fitness contest, there's training.
- 15:50No, it is nothing like this. And that just proves the intent
- 15:53of it. Because at the end of the day,
- 15:55these kids that are dancing around in the aisles of Costco
- 15:58and Home Depot and getting in people's ways.
- 16:00And when they're going up and they're and they're pranking
- 16:02people because they're trying to get likes and views, it's
- 16:05garbage and it's unnecessary. And I don't think the American
- 16:09public needs it. So if it was up to me, I don't
- 16:12even want them to be able to sell TikTok because I think
- 16:14they'll be some kind of an underhanded deal where they'll
- 16:17still try to use control. I hope they just flat out get
- 16:20thrown out of the country. But that's me.
- 16:21I mean so. Yeah, me too.
- 16:23Because, you know, they're still suppressing free speech because
- 16:25let's face it, what does the CCP know about free speech?
- 16:29That's unheard of in in China. But you know, there's certain
- 16:32things you bring up and like you can, we can have a guest on our
- 16:35show and he's talking about whatever a book he wrote or a
- 16:38movie. And if it doesn't go with their
- 16:40narratives, they give you a strike like they they remove
- 16:43that content. Yeah, yeah.
- 16:46And on top of it, look what the Democrats did during the
- 16:48election. Look at the millions and
- 16:50millions of dollars that was spent buying TikTok influencers.
- 16:54Those influencers posted negatively about Donald Trump,
- 16:57positively about Joe Biden, and they didn't tell anybody they
- 17:00were getting paid. And there's a law that says they
- 17:03were required to disclose if they received money from the
- 17:07Democratic Party. They were supposed to say this
- 17:09is a paid post, sponsored post, etcetera, because those are laws
- 17:12by the FCC. They ignored that.
- 17:14The Federal Election Commission ignored investigating because I
- 17:17notified him about it. But that's my point.
- 17:19All those people that took that money manipulated and lied to
- 17:23the American public, they ought to face criminal charges, every
- 17:25single one of them. I hope that somebody's going to
- 17:27investigate that and go after those people because again, I
- 17:30don't care whether it was Republicans or the Democrats or
- 17:32the Republicans paid them, I want to see the same thing.
- 17:34If those people didn't say this is a sponsored post or paid
- 17:36post, I don't see any use. You know, as far as I'm
- 17:39concerned, take TikTok and flush it down the toilet like the turd
- 17:42it is. I want to do here do a quote
- 17:45from a TikTok spokesperson said in a statement.
- 17:48The Supreme Court has established historical record of
- 17:51protecting Americans right to free speech and we expect they
- 17:54will do just that on this important constitutional issue.
- 17:58Well, like I just said earlier, they don't TikTok doesn't even
- 18:03allow free speech on their platform.
- 18:05Like I said, they'll. Bingo.
- 18:07They'll give you strikes, they'll remove content and
- 18:10whether it's and it's stuff that is true.
- 18:11It's not like we're making stuff up.
- 18:15Yeah. So.
- 18:17Let's switch it up here and let's talk about this judicial
- 18:19bombshell. Federal judge forces the FDA.
- 18:23And this is a big one, guys. So listen closely to release
- 18:26over 1,000,000 pages of Pfizer's COVID-19 trial documents.
- 18:30Of course, everybody knows that Pfizer wanted to keep those
- 18:34documents hidden for 75 years. George, what do you think about
- 18:38this ruling? I'm liking this one.
- 18:39I'm loving it. And and listen, it's there's an
- 18:43old saying, if you got nothing to hide, you got nothing to
- 18:46worry about, then why do you want to hide stuff?
- 18:48Keep it from the public or anybody because I can.
- 18:53I'm going to say those, those documents are going to show some
- 18:58things that people are not ready to hear about or unwilling to
- 19:02accept, but hopefully you will because that's, I mean a
- 19:07million. Imagine going over 1,000,000
- 19:08pages, the manpower and the time.
- 19:11Yeah, but here's the, here's the, here's the crazy part about
- 19:14it. They have to release it by June
- 19:1630th, 2025. And the group that got that did
- 19:19this, which you got to give them credit, is the Public Health and
- 19:21Medical Professionals for Transparency, which goes by the
- 19:24PHMPT. So they started with a FOIA on
- 19:28this. And of course Pfizer said, no,
- 19:30we're not going to give you that information.
- 19:31We don't have to under the emergency, you know, emergency
- 19:35authorization, you know, the Use Authorization Act.
- 19:38And of course, that wasn't true. The FDA initially claimed it
- 19:42would need up to 75 years to process and release the
- 19:45requested documents, which is which is BS.
- 19:48Why would they need that? The documents are already there.
- 19:49All you got to do is put them out.
- 19:50But they were coming up with all these excuses because they don't
- 19:53want the American public to know about what Pfizer knew prior to
- 19:58releasing and promoting the vaccine.
- 20:00And I'm, you know, I'm guessing there's going to be some serious
- 20:03bombshells in here. The FDA initially tried to argue
- 20:08they would release 500 pages per month, but now that doesn't
- 20:12work. That the judge is saying, Nope,
- 20:13that's not going to work, we need it all in one lump sum.
- 20:15Enough is enough. The question is why is the FDA
- 20:22keeping this from the people, the public?
- 20:24I understand why Pfizer is, but why is the FDA?
- 20:28They work. Because the FDA owns patents and
- 20:31the FDA is not what people think it is.
- 20:34The Food and Drug Administration has not been what everybody
- 20:37thinks of this for a very long time.
- 20:38Why do they own patents for many pharmaceuticals and many, you
- 20:43know, medical treatments? Why they shouldn't own anything.
- 20:47FDA is supposed to be an oversight group.
- 20:49It's not supposed to be anything that we're owns and makes money
- 20:51off Big Pharma. The FDA is a government agency,
- 20:54correct? Correct.
- 20:56OK, so once again, the government wants to hide
- 20:59information from us. You know, they, they don't think
- 21:01we're, we can handle it as adults.
- 21:04You know, just like they don't want to tell us about the aliens
- 21:06and RFK or JFK being murdered. I mean, it's crazy.
- 21:15Release the documents, release the information.
- 21:17I think I'm old enough to to know whether I can handle
- 21:22reading it or not if I can. The FDA does not need to be
- 21:25George Ballantine's daddy, that's for sure.
- 21:27That's ridiculous. And at the end of the day, the
- 21:29FDA was trying to hide from the court in the plaintiff.
- 21:311,000,000 pages. That's right, guys. 1,000,000
- 21:34pages of clinical trial documents from COVID-19 vaccine
- 21:38clinical trials. And you know what that means?
- 21:39If they want to hide it, it can't be any good.
- 21:41So who has? So the FDA has these documents
- 21:43in hand or Pfizer does? I would imagine both of them
- 21:47have them. How do we know that they're not
- 21:49going to try to doctor these documents before?
- 21:51They we don't, we don't, well, we do one of those things.
- 21:56We'll just have to wait and see and hope for the best.
- 21:58They probably expect the worst 'cause you know, I don't trust
- 22:00them at all. Either one of them.
- 22:02Well, we do have. Though I think that's one of the
- 22:03agencies. The Food and Drug Administration
- 22:05is one of the agencies. If I was running the the
- 22:07Department of Government Efficiency that I would get rid
- 22:09of because there is just so much waste and so much corruption in
- 22:13that department. I don't agree with it.
- 22:14Well, a lot of people right now, George, are crying for justice
- 22:18for Ashley Bad Babbitt. And you found a really
- 22:21interesting story here. Tell me about it.
- 22:23Well, you know the old man, that Lieutenant Michael Byrd who who
- 22:28murdered Ashley Babbitt, you know, she was on the other side
- 22:31of the door. She had no weapons in hand and
- 22:33and he just shot her and killed her for no like for no reason.
- 22:37Blatant. That's blatant murder.
- 22:39And you know what? This is a problem with our
- 22:40system because they get away with it.
- 22:42Now, these internal emails reveal Democrats they're
- 22:45actually bowing to birds demands after he killed Ashley Babbitt
- 22:50And this you know what? And this gets it's, it's sad,
- 22:53but this is true. They also been allocating him
- 22:57funds for fallen or wounded officers.
- 23:00Now, correct me if I'm wrong. He didn't fall.
- 23:02He's not wounded, was he? Sounds like a bribe, doesn't it?
- 23:05Right, that sounds like blackmail.
- 23:08Sounds like a blackmail and a bribe to keep Bird quiet because
- 23:11maybe he didn't want to tell the true story.
- 23:14I mean, listen, Ashley Babbitt was an Air Force veteran.
- 23:17She wasn't doing anything violent.
- 23:18She was trying to climb through a narrow window and do it
- 23:20barricaded entry. But the truth of the matter is,
- 23:23at that point, there was they were peacefully protesting.
- 23:25They wanted to go into the they wanted to go into Congress to
- 23:28protest. It wasn't about going after
- 23:29senators and congressmen. And she was unarmed.
- 23:33He could have fired off a warning shot into the wall or
- 23:35into the air. He didn't need to shoot her,
- 23:38don't you think? Absolutely.
- 23:41Listen, he could have shot her in her leg if he wanted to if
- 23:44that was the case, but definitely could have fired off
- 23:47a warning shot. But he didn't.
- 23:48He just blatantly pointed a gun and shot her.
- 23:51I mean, there was no one else around him at the time he could.
- 23:55Why didn't he just run off and protect himself?
- 24:01I don't know. We'll have to see.
- 24:02Hopefully some goodwill come out of it.
- 24:04Nothing good to. Come out of it.
- 24:06Yeah, it's, it's a tough one for me.
- 24:08I, I feel for Ashley Babbitt's family.
- 24:10They're still living with this. He should have been criminally
- 24:12charged and arrested and, and, and at least manslaughter, if
- 24:15not homicide. So listen, you know that music
- 24:19means we're going to take a short break here on the Big Ming
- 24:21talk radio show. And of course, we'll be right
- 24:24back with George Valentin and Lance Finance.
- 24:25When we come back, we're going to talk about have you ever
- 24:27wanted to get even with telemarketing scammers?
- 24:32Did you ever think there's got to be a better way to deal with
- 24:34these cronies? How do I have some fun and get
- 24:37even? When we come back on the Big
- 24:39Ming talk radio show, we're going to tell you how to do
- 24:41that. All right, the big Meg talk
- 25:10radio show is back. We're live in Denver, New York
- 25:13City. We're your hosts, Lance
- 25:14Migliaccio, George Valentin bringing you the tip of the
- 25:16spear. We also got AI powered.
- 25:19Grandmas are taking on the scammers.
- 25:22This story is great. Finally, some retribution here
- 25:25for everybody. I love it.
- 25:27I don't like telemarketers. Nobody likes telemarketers.
- 25:32But, you know, I don't know why the government keeps allowing
- 25:36them to make these calls. This robo calling.
- 25:40I, I mean, my phone, I have it set up where it tells me it's a
- 25:45scam call or just that. And I just don't even pick it
- 25:47up. I just send it right to
- 25:48voicemail. But finally, people came up with
- 25:53something, an AI, to outsmart these sneaky scammers.
- 25:58Look, scam baiting is really bad, especially the way it seems
- 26:01to focus on the elderly. But of course, for anybody that
- 26:03doesn't know what scam baiting is, when someone interacts with
- 26:05a scammer to waste their time and resources.
- 26:08So I think it's great that somebody has figured out an
- 26:11alternative. Scamming people is terrible and
- 26:13this scam baiting is the best we've seen it on social media.
- 26:16And I'll tell you what, I think it does matter because burning
- 26:19up the clock on these people and keeping them on the phone,
- 26:22you're doing benefit because maybe there isn't somebody else
- 26:24that will get scammed because of it.
- 26:26So the genius of this is this this AI granny is is is is
- 26:31created to try to keep the scammers on the phone as long as
- 26:35possible because she kind of makes it seem like she might be
- 26:38vulnerable. So it's a great way to do it.
- 26:41I love the way this AI powered grandma is working.
- 26:43Let's play the clip, George. You got it.
- 26:45Here we go, all. Right.
- 26:46Are you ready to turn the tables on scammers?
- 26:48I'm Kurt the Cyberguy. Follow me at cyberguy.com, where
- 26:51my newsletter is free now. Have you ever heard of this?
- 26:53It's called scam baiting. That's when someone interacts
- 26:56with a scammer to waste their time and resources.
- 27:00Some of these online experiences are entertaining and even
- 27:02hilarious to watch. Now, instead of falling for
- 27:05their sneaky tricks, scam baiters play along knowing it's
- 27:09a scam and take the role of a potential victim to keep the
- 27:12scammers busy. But get this, there's now some
- 27:16new technology to do the scam baiting for you.
- 27:19Her name is Daisy and she's an AI powered grandma developed by
- 27:23Virgin Media O2 to interact with scammers.
- 27:27I'm your worst nightmare. I'm an AI created by O2 to waste
- 27:32phone scammers time. When a scam call comes in, Daisy
- 27:36automatically answers and engages a caller in
- 27:39conversation, wasting their time with her friendly personality
- 27:43and quick thinking, she keeps him on the line while gathering
- 27:46useful information about their tactics.
- 27:49Now before you get too excited, Daisy is currently only
- 27:52available for customers of Virgin Media O2 in the UK, but
- 27:56other companies in the US are beginning to offer similar AI
- 27:59driven solutions. So why should you care about
- 28:02scam baiting? Well, there are a few good
- 28:04reasons. First, it helps waste the
- 28:06scammers time. Every minute they spend with
- 28:09Daisy is a minute that they can't use to target someone
- 28:12else. Second, scam baiting raises
- 28:15awareness about common scams and helps educate other people about
- 28:19how to avoid them. Plus, let's not forget watching
- 28:22scammers get flustered can be really funny and eye opening.
- 28:27Now while scam baiting can be a fun way to fight back against
- 28:30scams, really the best defense is just to not pick up a phone
- 28:35call or answer any of these scam calls in the 1st place.
- 28:39One of the best ways to keep a scammer from finding you is to
- 28:42consider investing in data removal services that wipe you
- 28:46off the Internet's public databases.
- 28:48More stay safe tips like this at cyberguy.com.
- 28:51Hey, are you getting my newsletter?
- 28:52You really should just click the red button when you open a
- 28:55browser and go to cyberguide.com.
- 28:58You know, there's a group of guys that you know, they're
- 29:02actually on the good side. They're, they're hackers and
- 29:06they go after these scam baiting people, companies, a lot of them
- 29:11are in actually India and they'll disguise their voice
- 29:14like a old grandma or old guy or, or whatever.
- 29:19And while they're doing this and this company wants access, you
- 29:23know, they, they tell you lock into your account.
- 29:25Well, these guys, you know, let them.
- 29:26But meanwhile they have software that combats that and, and they
- 29:30actually hack into their systems and actually literally like
- 29:33start shutting down their whole system and, and, and wipe it
- 29:37out. And it's, it's funny.
- 29:39It's actually, I love it. Yeah.
- 29:40It's. Great.
- 29:40I love, I love, I love anything that goes after those people
- 29:43because I don't think it's good. I think going after innocent
- 29:45victims like that is some of the most miserable crime there is.
- 29:48Rotten human beings. I know a lot of it comes out of
- 29:50Africa, also the Nigerians. Yeah, but also a long, but hold
- 29:54on, I'm going to add to this for people so that they're aware.
- 29:56Also you besides these calls, you also get emails or text
- 30:00messages saying, for instance, your Amazon packaging arrived or
- 30:03your United States Postal Service packaging arrived.
- 30:06Click here and those are most of the time 99.9% a scam.
- 30:11Or if you get an e-mail saying your PayPal account, I mean, all
- 30:14you got to do is look at the addresses, where it's coming
- 30:16from or the phone number and you'll you could tell and you.
- 30:20Can always hang up and and literally or not answer that
- 30:24e-mail and call those companies directly, but go online to find
- 30:27the information. Don't use the resources they
- 30:28provided there. So that's good advice, George.
- 30:30I love it was a lot of talk. Everybody knows that the crypto
- 30:34market's been on fire since Donald Trump was won his
- 30:38election. The question is, and the
- 30:40question is circulating a lot, is the cryptocurrency XRP, which
- 30:43is Ripple, a millionaire maker. Of course, you know that XRP is
- 30:47aiming to revolutionize the banking industry by offering a
- 30:50global settlement and currency exchange system supposed to be
- 30:53faster, 10 transactions per second and much, much cheaper.
- 30:58The question is, is, is adoption?
- 31:00It had some challenges early on. We know about the SEC lawsuit
- 31:03that really hurt them. That now has been settled.
- 31:07Gary Gensler. I know George isn't a fan and
- 31:10I'm not a fan. He's out of there.
- 31:12He's saying he's going to resign the 20th.
- 31:14But I've heard that Donald Trump has told him by the time I get
- 31:16sworn in, if you're not out of there, you're getting fired.
- 31:19So we may see him out of there sooner.
- 31:22Is is XRP ready to explode? George, what are your thoughts?
- 31:26I think it's going to explode. You know, they're, they're a
- 31:30very, very much so a transparent company.
- 31:33But you know, we talked about this story the other day,
- 31:35another intricate part, because back in August, Japan announced
- 31:39its plans to implement XRP for all payments nationwide by 2025.
- 31:43Well, guess what? We're less than 30 days from
- 31:462025. So we all know Japan's going to
- 31:49do it while other countries are going to follow suit.
- 31:52And I know when XRP was going through these frivolous DOJ
- 31:57lawsuits that they're under NDA, but how, Lance, how many
- 32:02countries or contracts that are waiting?
- 32:06Yeah, I'm happy you brought that up because SEXRP, because of the
- 32:10SEC lawsuits was not allowed to really promote or announce good
- 32:14news. Now nobody really knows what
- 32:16these contracts are, but there's over 3000 of them.
- 32:19I understand there may be 3200 and change.
- 32:22If you look at the, if you want to wanted to waste your time and
- 32:24go through the entire SEC lawsuit, you'd find it in the
- 32:27footnotes, but they're all under NDA.
- 32:30So the only person that really knows what's in those contracts
- 32:32would be the judge and of course the prosecutors.
- 32:35So XRP is sitting on what would appear to be thousands of
- 32:41announcements that they've never made.
- 32:43And of course, when you know that XRP is all about
- 32:46revolutionizing the banking system and you know that SWIFT
- 32:49is probably going away or this is going to run on top of SWIFT
- 32:53or parallel, maybe keep a small part of the SWIFT system, which
- 32:55is the current banking communications.
- 32:58You have to think about the, the fact that XRP, most companies
- 33:01would die to have a couple of pieces of, of, of new news to
- 33:04announce. XRP has got over 3000 of them.
- 33:07So you have to think that even though there's going to be some
- 33:09adoption challenges, how big is this for XRP and what's the
- 33:14potential? A lot of people are calling XRP
- 33:16the next Bitcoin. Is that true?
- 33:19Well, the truth of the matter is Bitcoin doesn't have as much
- 33:22utility by any means that XRP is, and it hasn't been really
- 33:25adopted as much as XRP already has been.
- 33:29So again, a lot of people say, you know, the blockchain,
- 33:33Bitcoin needs the blockchain, but the blockchain doesn't need
- 33:35Bitcoin. But the truth of the matter is
- 33:37the blockchain does need XRP now, even though bitcoins, the
- 33:41granddaddy of cryptocurrency and it's A and it's already exceeded
- 33:44that 6 figure price that we all were talking about.
- 33:47It hit 103,000 and change I think either yesterday or today.
- 33:52I think as far as being an intriguing all coin that has a
- 33:54tremendous amount of potential upside, you have to take XRP
- 33:58serious, George. I mean, you do.
- 34:00I mean, listen, we invested in it, so in it's just going to
- 34:05take off. You know, I wonder if any of
- 34:07those prosecutors or that judge bought any XRP knowing all those
- 34:11contracts, I should try to find their wallets and see that even
- 34:15if that's. Interesting, you know, but
- 34:16again, let me say this to you guys.
- 34:17This is not financial advice. And even though we own some XRP,
- 34:21we bought it like many other cryptos, the big make show
- 34:23invest in crypto because we believe in it.
- 34:26But we are not giving you financial advice because you
- 34:28don't want to talk to your own financial advisors.
- 34:30And we always recommend that you do your own investigation.
- 34:32But when you look at XRP taking aim at the banking industry and
- 34:36you think about the amount of fees that are really potential
- 34:40there, because let's face it, the fees in the banking industry
- 34:43are literally billions and billions and billions of
- 34:46dollars. And XRP can do it much less
- 34:48expensively. Now that's not the only use of
- 34:50XRP. They just came out with their
- 34:51RLUSD stable coin. They're so I believe the
- 34:56combination of Ripple, XRP and the stable coin, this may very
- 35:00well be the next major banking solution.
- 35:04And I think with those contracts that are in place, it really an
- 35:07extra piece, very inexpensive right now.
- 35:09It it doesn't hurt to have some just in case.
- 35:12Some people are saying this coin is worth in the thousands.
- 35:16Some people have alleged that this could be the next
- 35:18$1,000,000 coin. I don't want to think about a
- 35:20million, but let me tell you something.
- 35:21If it goes to a couple thousand, it could really dramatically
- 35:24change your life. And it doesn't need to be
- 35:26adopted for banks to use it necessarily.
- 35:28But I think they're going to because it's an easy, simple,
- 35:31all in We got to thank our sponsors, run a few commercials
- 35:42at the end of the day, the George Ballantine and Lance
- 35:45Miliaccio, we're going to be here waiting for you when you
- 35:47come back. And I think the important thing
- 35:49is to know that when we come back, we're going to talk about
- 35:52Brendan Carr and that impact on the FCC.
- 35:55A lot of people are nervous and I'm we're going to tell you why
- 35:58they're nervous. Stay tuned.

- 37:46As gold and silver prices continue to surge and top
- 37:50economist predict upcoming shortages, now is.
- 38:02You know what time it is. It's time for the big Ming talk
- 38:04radio show with your host Lance Migliacho and George Valentin to
- 38:08bring you the news. The truth.
- 38:10We are the tip of the spear now. Should broadcast media owners
- 38:17worry about Brandon Carr, the new pick to run the FCC?
- 38:20Brandon Carr is a choice to head the Federal Commission
- 38:24Communications Commission, and he says he plans to scrutinize
- 38:28broadcast TV operators to see if they are operating in the public
- 38:32interest, which is a requirement that's tied to the 1934
- 38:36Communications Act. You know, I could, I can tell
- 38:40you right now I don't, I don't even need to read the ACT.
- 38:42But if it says in public interest, they're guilty, guilty
- 38:47as charged because we all know how the mainstream media is so
- 38:51biased. And, you know, there's so many
- 38:53things that they've done. We and we can go on and on,
- 38:56like, you know, 60 minutes interview with Kamala Harris
- 39:00where they where they cut, cut it, edit it and then, you know,
- 39:05put out what you really said. I mean, there's so many
- 39:07instances. Well, I think the public
- 39:10interest would mean would mean fair reporting, wouldn't it?
- 39:13You'd have to think that that 1934 Communications Acts would
- 39:16have to be that they just wanted to be reported freely and fairly
- 39:20and evenly, but that's not what we see currently.
- 39:22So many of the stations MSNBCCNN they only want to interview the
- 39:26one side and they only put one sided tilt on it.
- 39:29Now I think. The difficulty comes in this is
- 39:31that there's some of this that when you look at you have to
- 39:34really have an oversight body. Now, the FCC is supposed to be
- 39:36that oversight body, but they haven't been that oversight body
- 39:39for a very, very long time. And in fact, I believe they
- 39:43insulate and protect these stations, along with many people
- 39:48online that I believe are violating the law, like social
- 39:50media influencers. So I hope Brendan Carr doesn't
- 39:53just focus on TV operators. I hope he focuses on people that
- 39:57took money to promote specifically these last two
- 40:02election cycles. And I'm talking about Joe Biden
- 40:05and Kamala Harris. I'm talking about who the people
- 40:07they paid, the social media influencers that never told
- 40:10people they were being paid. I'm talking about the stations
- 40:12that got paid. You know, you got to look at
- 40:15Harpo Productions. When you look at what Oprah
- 40:19Winfrey did, she was paid $10 million to hold that town hall.
- 40:22Well, she did it through Harpo Communications.
- 40:25What about them? Are we going to investigate
- 40:26them? I think we have to.
- 40:28And I don't know exactly What Car means here.
- 40:30You know, I'm not sure exactly what he has in mind, But I think
- 40:34what's important about this is that he's got a plan about
- 40:37enforcing public interest obligations.
- 40:39And I think he's right. Now, should these stations be
- 40:43concerned? Oh, absolutely, yes.
- 40:44How about the ones that took money from George Soros or
- 40:48Alexander Soros? How about the ones who were paid
- 40:50to disseminate information? I don't like this Odyssey news
- 40:54purchased by George Soros. And I don't like the way the SEC
- 40:57is expediting it. Is he going to investigate that?
- 40:59Because that falls under his scrutiny.
- 41:01So I think there's a lot of, listen, these aren't sacred cows
- 41:05at the end of the day, they all need to be examined.
- 41:08And I think we have to focus on what's right for the country and
- 41:12lying, conniving news and people that are involved in that.
- 41:17Even social media platforms like the Zuckerbucks, I want
- 41:21Zuckerberg to face consequences for the Zuckerbucks.
- 41:23I think all those things need to be investigated by car.
- 41:26What do you think, George? Well.
- 41:28Funny that you brought up Zuckerbucks because recently you
- 41:30seen Zuckerberg cozying up to president-elect Trump, aren't
- 41:34you? I wonder why but.
- 41:36Brandon, yeah. Brandon Carr said this is him
- 41:39saying. He said Democrats have been in
- 41:41charge of administrative state, the alphabet soup of agencies in
- 41:45DC, for at least 12 of the last 16 years.
- 41:49And over those 12 years, government control has increased
- 41:53and your freedoms have decreased.
- 41:55It is time to flip the script in Washington.
- 41:58So if that doesn't give you a statement of what what he's?
- 42:04It gives me hope because. He said he has another quote
- 42:07where he said, I'm just, I'm, I'm just saying follow the law.
- 42:10I mean, this law has not been has been on the books for a long
- 42:13time. It's not my decision to hold
- 42:15broadcasters to a public interest obligation.
- 42:17It's Congress. And if you don't like that, then
- 42:19they should go to Congress and change the law.
- 42:21But these laws are in place. And let me say something.
- 42:23It doesn't matter if they change the law right now because the
- 42:26law that held when they were doing it would already still be
- 42:29in place, so changing it now isn't going to close the
- 42:31bathroom door. The stinks already out.
- 42:34These companies need to be investigated and we need
- 42:36accountability and consequences for all of them.
- 42:38And if that means MSNBC and CNN lose their license to broadcast,
- 42:43so be it. George, you love this guy.
- 42:47I got to say this. You love this guy a bunch.
- 42:50I think he's great. You and I have been talking
- 42:52about Bitcoin quite a bit. We know it hit a brand new high
- 42:55of $103,000. Bitcoin has been on the topic of
- 43:00many, many people. Michael Saylor is just doubling
- 43:03down. Even Rumble, even our home base
- 43:06for the big, big show as is investing or has invested $20
- 43:10million in Bitcoin. And then sack the new Bitcoin AI
- 43:15czar. He's on the board of directors
- 43:17for Rumble. So the world is a small place,
- 43:20but I love what the El Salvador president is doing, brother.
- 43:23I mean, so do I, and he's done so much for the country
- 43:27recently. But I just want to give you guys
- 43:30an instance what he's done. So El Salvador was so crime
- 43:34burning. It was you wouldn't even want to
- 43:36travel there. That's how unsafe it is because
- 43:39the gangs were taking over and he, when he became president, he
- 43:43said enough is enough. He built prisons and took all
- 43:46the gang members and locked them all up.
- 43:49They're in there for life. They didn't go nowhere.
- 43:51And if you see the documentary on it, they're just housing this
- 43:54unit. I mean, there is no movement.
- 43:58There is no trying to get cell phones because you have to go
- 44:01through certain sections of metal detectors, even the
- 44:04guards. He's got it on strict lockdown.
- 44:07So he's doing what's good for the country.
- 44:08He's a smart guy. And by doing this, by taking on
- 44:13Bitcoin and his investment in it, I mean, how he look, what
- 44:19he's done, that's that's just unbelievably smart and great.
- 44:23And by the way, I just want to let people know, I don't know if
- 44:25you know their slants. He's not even Spanish.
- 44:27You know, the president of Al Salvador is, I believe he's,
- 44:32he's Arabic. I don't know if he's Lebanese,
- 44:33but he's Arabic, you know? From what?
- 44:35What? I did.
- 44:36I did not know that. You know, listen, I love the
- 44:39stance this guy has taken. He's turned the country around.
- 44:42I mean, El Salvador is now one of the safest places in the
- 44:45world because specifically because of Naive.
- 44:47And I think that's important. I think it's important to show
- 44:50how quickly a good president and good leadership can change a
- 44:54country. I mean, he's literally done this
- 44:55in, what, a year and a half? And then I think what's genius
- 44:59of him is he looked at El Salvador and said, what aren't
- 45:01we doing correctly? How are we not empowering our
- 45:04people? How are we not supporting our
- 45:05people to have strong businesses and have a strong economy?
- 45:09And he right away said he was going to adopt Bitcoin.
- 45:11I don't know what his initial investment was, but I know that
- 45:14now that reported investment that he has for the country is
- 45:17$600 million. So it grew quite a bit.
- 45:22And I think what's really, really great about this is then
- 45:24he did this promotion, which I thought was just unbelievable.
- 45:28You got to remember this. Let me let me back up here for a
- 45:30minute. Two years ago, Bitcoin, it was
- 45:32very volatile and it it, it was actually had fallen to $16,000.
- 45:37And then of course, it went from there and it went up to 60, some
- 45:40thousand, and then it fell back to 30.
- 45:43But of course, here we are now and it's just rocking along
- 45:47doing what it's doing. Bitcoins just cranking.
- 45:49A lot of people think we're going to see $1,000,000 Bitcoin
- 45:52in our lifetime. I wouldn't be surprised at the
- 45:54rate it's going. But you, Kelly, did the right
- 45:57thing here. He jumped in and then he did
- 46:00this promotion that I thought was incredible, George.
- 46:02He offered everybody that would sign up for a digital crypto
- 46:06wallet $30.00 in Bitcoin. Now, I know a lot of those
- 46:10people didn't hold it. A lot of those people quickly
- 46:12cashed out. But what a cool way to try to
- 46:15get people involved, right? Really, I mean, it's a great
- 46:19way. I mean, I mean unbelievably
- 46:22smart and intelligent, but we went on about how much so El
- 46:26Salvador, their their their reported investment of Bitcoin
- 46:30now stands at more than 600 million.
- 46:33And that was from like a day ago.
- 46:35So everybody knows. So they're saying they, they're
- 46:40sitting on a like over a little, just a little over 300 million
- 46:43plus profit. So that will kind of tell you
- 46:46how much they invest in Bitcoin. But man, I, I truthfully, when
- 46:52some of these countries are going towards Bitcoin, when it's
- 46:54really volatile and jumped down to what like 30,000, I was like,
- 46:57oh man, these countries are going to take, they're going to
- 46:59go bankrupt. But you know, they, they're
- 47:02smart. They held on to whoever did and
- 47:05look where they're at now. I would have never thought it
- 47:08would. Reach people regrets.
- 47:11The people that cashed out their Bitcoin have regrets, but the
- 47:13cool part is by giving them the wallet, getting them involved,
- 47:16giving them the Bitcoin, who knows how many of these people
- 47:18maybe invested more of the money.
- 47:20I know people in you know, El Salvador don't have a ton of
- 47:22money, but maybe some of these people got deeply involved.
- 47:25And if you think about this, imagine if they did that here in
- 47:27the United States. Imagine if they gave they told
- 47:29everybody to sign up for a Bitcoin while they were going to
- 47:31give them 50 bucks. All we have to do is stop
- 47:33sending money to Ukraine. They could easily do it.
- 47:35At the end of the day, it's too bad that the Social Security
- 47:38fund didn't invest in Bitcoin, right?
- 47:41Maybe they could have repaid that $2.2 trillion that the
- 47:45government took out of Social Security where your mom and my
- 47:47mom would be getting more money. Maybe they could have invested
- 47:50some of the some of the Social Security fund into Bitcoin,
- 47:53Ethereum, and maybe some of the other crypto market.
- 47:54And maybe they could have accumulated more money, so the
- 47:57payments would be bigger because the payments and Social Security
- 48:00for the elderly have not kept up with inflation well.
- 48:03So it's horrendous. And everybody knows this.
- 48:05Hold on. We've all got an aging an aging
- 48:07person in our family, whether it's her father or mother or
- 48:09somebody else, a brother or sister.
- 48:12But since you brought up hold on, since you brought up Social
- 48:14Security, I just want to add this real quick.
- 48:16So recently Democrats have been putting out information that
- 48:20Republicans want to cut Social Security because the Dodge
- 48:24Committee, you know, Department of Government Efficiency, Elon
- 48:28Musk and Ramaswami have said they want to work on Social
- 48:33Security. And they're automatically
- 48:35turning that into like, they want to, you know, cut their
- 48:38benefits. No, they want to cut the waste
- 48:41that's going on with Social Security.
- 48:42They're looking their statements, they said that
- 48:45people that's supposed to be getting this are not getting it.
- 48:47Why? Where's that money going to?
- 48:49So it's they're not cutting anybody's benefits.
- 48:52We actually want to cut the government wasteful spending
- 48:55where people can actually get more money all.
- 48:58Right, well, listen, we're just just about out of time, you know
- 49:01the home base for the Big Mink Show.
- 49:03You can catch us over on Rumble and of course, locals.
- 49:05You definitely want to sign up or subscribe over there.
- 49:08Great place to catch all our extra interviews and lots of
- 49:10other fresh material. At the end of the day, if you're
- 49:13not following G Ballantine on X, you're making a mistake because
- 49:16he's always in the game. And of course, we've also got
- 49:18the Big Mink Show and Lance Miliaccho on X.

- 49:24under Lance Miliaccio, George Valentin and the Big Ming Show.

- 49:36Don't miss it. Cutting edge tip of the spear.
- 49:39Because if liberty means anything at all, it means the
- 49:41right to tell people what they do not want to hear.
- 49:44We're out of here, George Valentin.
- 49:46Yes we are. God bless.
- 49:47Have a great weekend.
