- 0:00SPEAKER_00: One of those days again we start chilly, but then we're gonna end up being uh pretty nice and warm and comfortable in the afternoon with sunshine, which is really good.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Uh good morning to Doug.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: Uh he texted Scott Solo, it better be funny.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: Well, uh Ellie will be in by seven.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: She's gonna pop in and uh uh and and probably you know just let us know what the heck happened to her.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: There's nothing worse than getting uh sick of in any way, shape, or form right before a vacation.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: Uh and she leaves tomorrow.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: Like literally, they are uh flying out of Buffalo, I think very early tomorrow morning.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: And uh yeah, get that out of your system.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: I it it's very possible that uh uh that you know, whatever happened, what all the things we did Saturday may have just finally caught up with her system.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: Or she ate something weird.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: Don't put it past her.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: She eats weird things a lot, all the time.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: Frankly, she doesn't eat anything that's not weird.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: So uh, you know, that could have finally, you know, just said, okay, we're good here.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: Before I ask you this question that I have to ask about driving, I was just reading this story about a Michigan woman that allegedly stole two 12-foot skeletons from Home Depot.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: And it just happened to be that was next to the police station.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: Now, the way this breaks down, we go a little crazy with Halloween.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: They say that the average person spends about$263 per person for Halloween, with millennials spending the most, almost$400 a person.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: So you can see where, you know, this thing is breaking down.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: And this woman definitely in that age, and they say not everyone uh can spend the big bucks, uh, though.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: One Michigan woman decided to try to save herself some cash with a bit of a spectacular move.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: She allegedly tried to steal not one but two of the 12-foot skeletons from Home Depot, like I said, happened to be right next to the police station.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: And it's funny, they actually have a picture of her, which I thought the cameras never worked.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's right.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: On those stores, if you ask because someone scraped a shopping cart up the side of your car, they don't work.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: But if it's something that affects them, they do work.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: That's right.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: I remember cynical, maybe.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: Truthful always with Scott.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: That's what you get.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: I saw this video on Instagram yesterday.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: It was meant to be a joke, but I had to make it into a question.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: So when we're driving, many of us, you know, I mean, we know the rules, okay?
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: Don't drive under the influence.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: You really, really should not text and drive.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: You know, we've known this.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: This has been drilled into us for years.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: Whether or not we all follow that rule, well, I can't say.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: But the truth is we know what we're supposed to do.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Here's the rule, though.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: And I'm thinking that this has to be, this somehow has to get into law.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Who drives with a regular cup in their car, not a travel mug?
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: And when I'm talking about this, it's got to be one of those taller mugs, no lid, nothing.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: You are throwing caution to the wind, you got a hot beverage in there, you are whipping, and by the way, I'm gonna bet mostly, ladies, it's got the little hearts on the cup, or it's got a bumblebee, or it's got some saying on it, and it's one of those taller coffee cups, and the it's literally the ceramic coffee cup that you would keep in your kitchen.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: You got that thing hoisted in the air with one hand, you are whipping the wheel around with the other hand, throwing caution to the wind.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: I mean, I get nervous when I have to open my travel mug, the little, you know, thing that's well, this thing right here.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: You know, the the thing that sounds like this.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: If you're sitting there, it's there you go.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: Actually, while I'm here.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's very nice.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: So see, and I just reclosed it.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: I get nervous if that thing opens too quick and like sp does that little spit up on you.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: I need to know right now, and you can text me which one of you and I'm betting it's mostly women, throwing caution to the wind.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: You got that wide open, tall ceramic coffee mug, and you're just whipping that wheel around, maybe belting a curb or two with the wheels so your husband down the line can change the tires for you.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean.
