- 0:27Hey, everybody. Good morning from the chicken
- 0:30coop. So I'm thinking we should do a
- 0:3324 hour challenge and for 24 hours you are going to try to
- 0:40say nothing negative about yourself, about others, about
- 0:45anything in the world that you come across.
- 0:47You're not going to add 1 ounce of negativity to anything out
- 0:52there, yourself included, so. What prompted this was the fact
- 0:58that so many people are running around in constant drama and not
- 1:03recognizing that the drama is negativity.
- 1:07Let me be the first to explain to you, drama is negativity.
- 1:11Drama is creating a an attraction strategy of pulling
- 1:17things that don't work towards you.
- 1:19It is very toxic and it is not something that I advise anybody
- 1:24to partake in. So ditching the drama.
- 1:27Means trying to, you know, pull away from those people who
- 1:31create the drama. But in the process, we have to
- 1:34recognize what are we participating in this?
- 1:36Are we adding to it? Are we saying things about them?
- 1:39And it got me really thinking about the fact that, well, maybe
- 1:42we should just do a complete and total cleanse on it and talk
- 1:46about the fact that you know. We are going to void ourselves
- 1:50of all the negativity that we can.
- 1:52Now, this is not an easy thing to do.
- 1:55I want to be really clear. This is not an easy thing to do.
- 2:00Card is. An understatement, because
- 2:03you're going to have to constantly start over.
- 2:05You are going to try it. You're going to fail.
- 2:07It's going to require that you think differently, act
- 2:11differently, be differently, and catch yourself in the process.
- 2:15Because we all partake in it so frequently that we don't even
- 2:18realize how much we partake in it.
- 2:20We are more than willing. It seems like to dive into that
- 2:26rabbit hole readily and it doesn't serve us on any level.
- 2:30I mean, I have yet to find something that would.
- 2:33I could sit there and say, yes, this serves us for a reason.
- 2:35Believe me, I've thought about it.
- 2:37I've really thought about it. Because the tricky part of it
- 2:40is, you know, since we do it so often, you think, well, there
- 2:43has to be some reason that we're doing it.
- 2:46Well, it's a habit. But it doesn't serve us except
- 2:49to maybe show us what we don't want to do and who we don't want
- 2:52to be. So if you look at it from that
- 2:53standpoint, sure, I guess it could be something that you know
- 2:57it adds benefit, but we're really adds the biggest benefit
- 3:01is us being able to say hey, you know what I'm going to. 100%
- 3:06cleanse myself of it. Purge myself of it just like you
- 3:09would sugar or alcohol or swear words, whatever it might be that
- 3:14you decide you want to do your cleanse on, you always know that
- 3:17at the end of it, it feels amazing now.
- 3:20I mean I did, you know, whole 30 and I cleansed myself of sugar
- 3:24and oils and all kinds of stuff for those 30 days.
- 3:28And let me tell you, it was hard, but it was so worth it and
- 3:31I felt unbelievable and at the end of it.
- 3:34I had different taste buds my my taste buds had even changed and
- 3:39not to mention weight loss and just muscles feeling different.
- 3:43Better. There were a lot of benefits
- 3:46from it. So this is like one of those
- 3:48cleanses for your mind. This is like getting rid of the
- 3:51hook of going down this road because these, these things trap
- 3:56us and then we start to become those negative thoughts that we
- 4:00have and we expect them. And before you know it, we're
- 4:02participating in them on such a level that it is, it is causing
- 4:08us way more pain than it is bringing us good.
- 4:11So very Simply put. This is what we're going to do.
- 4:15We're going to focus on catching ourselves having negative
- 4:19thoughts, catching ourselves having negative thoughts about
- 4:22ourselves, about others, situations, books.
- 4:26Anything. Food.
- 4:27I don't care what it is. Catch yourself having those
- 4:30negative thoughts and say, how do I neutralize this?
- 4:33How do I make this be something other than a negative thought?
- 4:37How do I say this in a way that is not negative?
- 4:40How do you, how do you turn it around so that you're at least
- 4:43neutral and you're not on the negative frame of things?
- 4:47And it's hard, so be prepared. But when you do it, you're
- 4:51probably going to want to try it for another 24 hours and then
- 4:54another 24 hours. And I say you try it as much as
- 4:57you can to keep it going for as long as you can.
- 4:59But the intention is just 24 hours.
- 5:01And let's see what happens. All right, my friends, I hope
- 5:04you have a blessed day and I will see you all tomorrow.
- 5:07Bye.
