- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with iHeartRadio.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Welcome back to the Almost Famous podcast. It's been holding
- 0:10Speaker 2: it down, bring you the latest news and Bachelor Nation,
- 0:13Speaker 2: from babies to catfishing. We've got a lot to cover today.
- 0:17Speaker 2: It kind of feels weird we have Heather with us
- 0:20Speaker 2: helping us break down all the headlines. Again, She's the
- 0:22Speaker 2: one that does the research, is the expert. She's filling
- 0:25Speaker 2: in for Ashley.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Heather.
- 0:27Speaker 2: I'm starting to get this. How do I say it?
- 0:33Speaker 2: I'm the one holding it down here because I'm the
- 0:35Speaker 2: one not on television. Like there's a little bit of envy,
- 0:38Speaker 2: you know, Like I'm starting to I want nothing but
- 0:42Speaker 2: great success from my co host. I love her dearly,
- 0:46Speaker 2: but she's out there probably right now on some yacht,
- 0:50Speaker 2: drinking champagne, eating your sarcruiary board, crying, arguing with some
- 0:55Speaker 2: Rhode Island housewives, and I'm at my desk, Like, after
- 1:00Speaker 2: we get done, I'm still at my desk.
- 1:02Speaker 4: Let's not forget you just were gallivanting around really nice
- 1:06Speaker 4: hotels filming a TV show too, So you know it's
- 1:13Speaker 4: I don't think you would want to switch places with.
- 1:15Speaker 5: Her necessarily, goodness.
- 1:17Speaker 4: Is the kind of stuff that we just watched back
- 1:19Speaker 4: on season one that she had to endure.
- 1:21Speaker 3: I have so much more fun watching it.
- 1:23Speaker 4: Yeah, that's that's the truth, you and me both. But yes,
- 1:27Speaker 4: hopefully we will be getting Ashley in here very soon.
- 1:31Speaker 4: I'm definitely working on something for her for early next week.
- 1:35Speaker 4: And then, like I said, you know, next month, you
- 1:38Speaker 4: and Lauren are going to be kicking off some recaps,
- 1:40Speaker 4: so that'll be fun to dive into some housewives world.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Yeah stuff, It's so fun to do that with Lauren.
- 1:47Speaker 2: And if you haven't listened to our breakdowns yet, I
- 1:50Speaker 2: enjoy them because I think Lauren is such a talented
- 1:54Speaker 2: personality for these. She definitely is I want to say
- 1:58Speaker 2: unfiltered because she says that are true, but she says
- 2:01Speaker 2: them in a more like direct way than maybe I
- 2:05Speaker 2: would or think through it. She also is opinionated. She's
- 2:08Speaker 2: intelligent and funny, and she has more inside knowledge than
- 2:13Speaker 2: most just based on her proximity to the situation. She's
- 2:17Speaker 2: been an incredible co host for the breakdowns. Ashley will
- 2:20Speaker 2: be joining us whenever she has the time, but let's
- 2:23Speaker 2: be honest, none of us are upset with her. I mean, no,
- 2:26Speaker 2: she's crushing it and that show's crushing it. I just
- 2:30Speaker 2: hope that she doesn't forget about us little people when
- 2:32Speaker 2: she becomes a Housewives like starstar.
- 2:36Speaker 4: She could never, but we do have to give a
- 2:38Speaker 4: shout up that, Like the Hollywood Reporter just wrote like
- 2:41Speaker 4: a really incredible review of The Real Housewives of Rhode
- 2:45Speaker 4: Island that dropped yesterday, just being the fact that it
- 2:50Speaker 4: was such a great, you know, first off season since
- 2:54Speaker 4: they were saying since Salt Lake City, which is what
- 2:56Speaker 4: I said as a fan too. So it's great that
- 2:59Speaker 4: it's been and so universally loved because, as somebody who's
- 3:04Speaker 4: been watching the franchise for twenty years, there have definitely
- 3:09Speaker 4: been some seasons and some reboots of seasons that have
- 3:13Speaker 4: really just tanked and not like.
- 3:15Speaker 5: Registered with the audience.
- 3:17Speaker 4: So it's pretty cool to be, you know, on one
- 3:20Speaker 4: of those seasons that was universally loved.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Yeah, and we're so close to it, like we can
- 3:26Speaker 2: almost like taste the success of the show just like
- 3:30Speaker 2: because of our proximity situation. Yeah, I feel cooler because
- 3:33Speaker 2: I know Ashley that exactly, and that's always been the case.
- 3:37Speaker 2: All Right, let's dive into the headlines today, we want
- 3:40Speaker 2: to send out, first off, a big congratulations to Vanessa Grimaldy.
- 3:45Speaker 2: She is expecting her double rainbow baby.
- 3:49Speaker 3: That is a term.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Honestly, I did not know until a few weeks ago
- 3:53Speaker 2: when we talked about it. I think at that point
- 3:56Speaker 2: it was a rainbow baby, double rainbow. I think I
- 4:00Speaker 2: can make an assumption on what that means. But Heather,
- 4:03Speaker 2: break down this incredible news for us.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Please.
- 4:06Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 4:07Speaker 4: So Vanessa, obviously everybody knows, is from Nick Vial's season,
- 4:12Speaker 4: and she found love off screen and married Josh Wolf.
- 4:18Speaker 4: They got married back in twenty twenty one. They had
- 4:20Speaker 4: their first child, Winston, in twenty twenty two, and then
- 4:24Speaker 4: in twenty twenty four she started to share that she
- 4:28Speaker 4: had experienced some pregnancy loss, and earlier last year she
- 4:33Speaker 4: revealed that she had experienced another pregnancy loss. She's been
- 4:38Speaker 4: really candid about her fertility journey, which has been I
- 4:42Speaker 4: think really helpful for a lot of fans and obviously
- 4:46Speaker 4: other women to not feel very alone through that whole process.
- 4:50Speaker 4: And this week she got to share that her family
- 4:54Speaker 4: is growing. So they posted and said we've been keeping
- 4:58Speaker 4: a secret, and then the video shows Winston having the
- 5:02Speaker 4: sonogram and like holding it and she said, our double
- 5:05Speaker 4: rainbow baby is on the way. She shared the exciting news.
- 5:10Speaker 4: Winston has been collecting some of the toys to give
- 5:13Speaker 4: to the baby. We're beyond excited to meet our little
- 5:16Speaker 4: miracle and finally share the news. So that is amazing,
- 5:20Speaker 4: so sweet, so happy for them.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Yeah, it's really great. Speaking of babies. Bachelor alum Haley
- 5:28Speaker 2: Ferguson you might know her from season twenty of The
- 5:32Speaker 2: Bachelor where she starts your season. Yeah, welcome second baby,
- 5:37Speaker 2: a girl with husband Ulla Pap.
- 5:41Speaker 4: By the way, before we get into it, I don't
- 5:43Speaker 4: think I'll ever forget the Twins' hometown visit that you did.
- 5:49Speaker 2: I don't think i'll forget it either. They are fantastic people,
- 5:52Speaker 2: the twins.
- 5:53Speaker 4: Didn't you You walk into the house and they like
- 5:56Speaker 4: each take you like to their bedroom, right, didn't they
- 5:59Speaker 4: show you their beds?
- 6:00Speaker 3: Yeah? And they had like eight wiener dogs. I'll never forget.
- 6:04Speaker 2: And one of them, I guess I didn't know this
- 6:07Speaker 2: at the time, but like one of the Wiener dogs
- 6:08Speaker 2: had like a swollen gland. So they had like, oh no,
- 6:12Speaker 2: like leak you know that help it leak. The gland
- 6:15Speaker 2: from its own.
- 6:15Speaker 5: Did they do that in front of you?
- 6:17Speaker 2: I can't remember. It was a lot, uh, but they
- 6:19Speaker 2: like it wasn't They're just great. So they're funny, and
- 6:23Speaker 2: you're like, I expect nothing less than to you than
- 6:25Speaker 2: the two of you to have like individual bedrooms that
- 6:27Speaker 2: kind of look like teenagers at the time. Obviously they're
- 6:30Speaker 2: incredible mothers and wives. Now it was years ago, but
- 6:34Speaker 2: it was like very much on Like I thought it
- 6:37Speaker 2: was a stick like this, this has got to be
- 6:39Speaker 2: like a joke.
- 6:41Speaker 4: They definitely leaned into their twindom on the show. I mean,
- 6:45Speaker 4: if anybody remembers when they were on Paradise and they
- 6:47Speaker 4: did the twins switchereroo on a date, you know, to
- 6:50Speaker 4: see if the guy that one of them was connecting
- 6:53Speaker 4: with could tell them apart, you know. So they've definitely
- 6:56Speaker 4: leaned into that. And what's crazy is that they're you know,
- 7:00Speaker 4: they're both pregnant right now at the same time, so
- 7:02Speaker 4: like one just gave birth, which means we will be
- 7:04Speaker 4: reporting very soon on the other one giving birth because
- 7:07Speaker 4: that's like what's been so incredible about this. So, yeah,
- 7:11Speaker 4: Haley is now a mom of two and she welcomed
- 7:17Speaker 4: her second baby, a daughter named Veil Emily PAULV, on
- 7:22Speaker 4: Saturday with her husband Ula. The newborn, who entered the
- 7:28Speaker 4: world weighed seven pounds one ounce, and they already have
- 7:33Speaker 4: a two year old daughter, Lavi Levine, and She shared
- 7:37Speaker 4: the news on Instagram with a black and white photo
- 7:41Speaker 4: close up with the baby says she's here with a
- 7:43Speaker 4: little swan emoji. Shortly after the announcement, alongside her sister,
- 7:50Speaker 4: shared official photos of the baby on Instagram, revealing the name,
- 7:55Speaker 4: Like I said, Veil Emil Paul. So her sister obviously,
- 8:00Speaker 4: like we said, is very happy for her and also pregnant.
- 8:03Speaker 4: So I think that that's so cool, Like they're their
- 8:07Speaker 4: kids are going to be almost are going to be
- 8:11Speaker 4: like the same age, like twins having babies at the
- 8:14Speaker 4: same time.
- 8:15Speaker 5: It's insane.
- 8:16Speaker 2: I also just am not surprised because they've done so
- 8:20Speaker 2: many things together that it felt like and they're like
- 8:24Speaker 2: they're their alignment in life is so great. They both
- 8:28Speaker 2: married professional hockey players, they've been pregnant around the same time.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Like they're doing it and they're doing it side by side,
- 8:35Speaker 2: which I think is it would be a blast. I
- 8:37Speaker 2: have no idea how to compare, But I think it
- 8:40Speaker 2: would be a blast, and I'm sure it's a blast
- 8:42Speaker 2: for the two of them twinning. Hannah Brown and Adam
- 8:58Speaker 2: Uhllard celebrated their first wedding anniversary. I remember when they
- 9:03Speaker 2: got married. Is only a year ago.
- 9:05Speaker 5: That's gonna say. It feels like it was just yesterday.
- 9:07Speaker 4: But that remember that gorgeous overseas wedding that we all
- 9:11Speaker 4: saw so much content from. Yes, it was so beautiful.
- 9:16Speaker 4: So yeah, they just celebrated their first wedding anniversary and
- 9:20Speaker 4: the couple privately exchanged vows and an intimate, peaceful, and
- 9:25Speaker 4: absolutely perfect home ceremony in June twenty twenty five, one
- 9:29Speaker 4: month before they did the big wedding in France. So
- 9:33Speaker 4: in honor of the first year of their anniversary of
- 9:37Speaker 4: their Destination wedding, on the twenty seventh, they reflected on
- 9:42Speaker 4: their nuptials on Instagram. You know, Hannah said one year ago,
- 9:47Speaker 4: one year down, forever to go, and she added a
- 9:51Speaker 4: photo sitting in her white dress, you know, showing that
- 9:55Speaker 4: she you know, captioned it calm, excited, happy, and then
- 10:00Speaker 4: and he commented and made his own post and he
- 10:03Speaker 4: said us one year ago, he wrote in the caption,
- 10:09Speaker 4: and then he wrote, happy anniversary, sweetheart, Grateful for every
- 10:13Speaker 4: moment and you know we just Ashley recently just caught
- 10:18Speaker 4: up with Hannah Brown on the pod. She was really
- 10:23Speaker 4: open about, you know, this first year and you know
- 10:26Speaker 4: what they've been through. They're going through obviously a huge,
- 10:30Speaker 4: massive home renovation right now, which has displaced them. They're
- 10:34Speaker 4: like living at friends' houses and like couch hopping. You know,
- 10:38Speaker 4: also all of the medical stuff that she's gone through
- 10:41Speaker 4: in this last year, so you know, they they've been
- 10:44Speaker 4: through quite a bit in that first year of marriage.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Some would say that the first year of marriage is
- 10:50Speaker 2: the hardest year of marriage because everything's new and you're
- 10:54Speaker 2: doing it together for the first time and trying to
- 10:56Speaker 2: figure it out and it and so when you make
- 11:01Speaker 2: it through and you add on the complexities, it has
- 11:05Speaker 2: been a tough year. So it is something to celebrate,
- 11:08Speaker 2: definitely when you make it. Hey, Katherine Judici, you would
- 11:12Speaker 2: know Katherine from being the one that ended up with
- 11:15Speaker 2: Sean Lowe after his season of the Bachelor. One of
- 11:19Speaker 2: the success stories from The Bachelor shares an update after
- 11:23Speaker 2: sons diabetes diagnosis. This is I was ingrained in this
- 11:29Speaker 2: story because Heather, obviously a lot of our friends right
- 11:33Speaker 2: now are having children, and obviously you know we have
- 11:36Speaker 2: Winona and one on the way, and this diagnosis that
- 11:41Speaker 2: she's speaking of, it has hit.
- 11:43Speaker 3: Our friend group multiple times now.
- 11:44Speaker 2: This is really helpful to have them speaking out because
- 11:48Speaker 2: it was something you don't necessarily think about. So the
- 11:51Speaker 2: signs and the symptoms are also things that we, you know,
- 11:56Speaker 2: want to be a parent too.
- 11:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:58Speaker 4: Catherine shared on social media that their son Isaiah, was
- 12:02Speaker 4: diagnosed with type one diabetes.
- 12:05Speaker 5: She said, this week we found our strength. It came
- 12:08Speaker 5: in the form of.
- 12:08Speaker 4: Texts, gift cards, gifts cards, people each other.
- 12:12Speaker 5: God.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Thank you to all the friends and loved ones who
- 12:15Speaker 4: lifted us up when we needed it, and we are
- 12:18Speaker 4: so grateful for the foundation we built as a family
- 12:21Speaker 4: before this. Isaiah is eight, and she said that he
- 12:25Speaker 4: is doing better following his hospitalization last week and is
- 12:29Speaker 4: getting used to his new normal and really getting used
- 12:33Speaker 4: to being spoiled. And then along with the update, Catherine
- 12:38Speaker 4: shared photos of the gifts and cards that the friends
- 12:41Speaker 4: and family had sent. One snap showed several children's books
- 12:45Speaker 4: centered on type one diabetes and laser arcade game while
- 12:52Speaker 4: others featured signs reading You've got this Isaiah, We love
- 12:56Speaker 4: you Isaiah. The past week has been a rough one
- 12:59Speaker 4: for the Lows. Our precious boy, Isaiah was admitted to
- 13:02Speaker 4: Children's hospital diagnosed with type one diabetes. Our wonderful pediatrician
- 13:07Speaker 4: noticed some symptoms at our annual appointment that stuck out
- 13:10Speaker 4: to her. She says, he had lost eleven pounds since
- 13:13Speaker 4: his last visit. We thought he had just had a spurth,
- 13:18Speaker 4: you know, a growth spurt, and had been drinking and.
- 13:21Speaker 5: Peeing a lot.
- 13:23Speaker 4: It's really hot here in the summer, so again, we
- 13:26Speaker 4: weren't really thinking anything otherwise healthy and active. She ran
- 13:31Speaker 4: some tests and sent us to the emergency room based
- 13:34Speaker 4: on these alarming results. Thankful for the nurses, doctors, and
- 13:37Speaker 4: staff who gave us a four year college education on
- 13:42Speaker 4: this condition in four days. Catherine, who also has son
- 13:48Speaker 4: Samuel who's ten, and daughter Mia who's six with Sean,
- 13:53Speaker 4: added that Isaiah has endured countless injections, four days away from,
- 13:58Speaker 4: four days away from his home, and a lifestyle and
- 14:02Speaker 4: routine that feels very, very foreign. He's done all this
- 14:07Speaker 4: without losing his playful spirit and a joy that doesn't
- 14:11Speaker 4: make sense a lot of tears, pain and confusion too,
- 14:14Speaker 4: But he has been a trooper, no question about it.
- 14:19Speaker 4: She concluded, I am so proud to be his mama.
- 14:21Speaker 4: Prayers for him and his siblings and his parents and
- 14:25Speaker 4: his parents are welcomed as we navigate this new normal.
- 14:29Speaker 4: It was hard because as far as we knew, and
- 14:32Speaker 4: Isaiah knew he was a healthy boy, he didn't really
- 14:37Speaker 4: show any symptoms outside of frequent urination. And the next
- 14:41Speaker 4: thing he knows, he's getting blood tests and shots every
- 14:43Speaker 4: two hours, which of course he hates as an eight
- 14:46Speaker 4: year old. And after noting that his son Sean said
- 14:51Speaker 4: is doing great, he said, God is good and we
- 14:53Speaker 4: know Isaiah is going to be okay. So yeah, I think,
- 14:58Speaker 4: like you said, it's really great for are people like
- 15:02Speaker 4: that are maybe going through this experience as well, to
- 15:04Speaker 4: be notified like, hey, yeah, even though at summertime, if
- 15:07Speaker 4: your kid is drinking a lot and peeing a lot,
- 15:10Speaker 4: that's like maybe assigned to get something checked out.
- 15:13Speaker 3: A hundred percent.
- 15:14Speaker 2: And I just want to mention because it has hit
- 15:17Speaker 2: close to our friend group a few times now. If
- 15:21Speaker 2: you're listening to this and just take a second and
- 15:25Speaker 2: maybe go and share a comment on Katherine or Shaan's
- 15:28Speaker 2: page in support of them too, because it's a big
- 15:31Speaker 2: change for the parents. They are going to be monitoring,
- 15:34Speaker 2: cooking differently, providing a different level of care. And it's
- 15:39Speaker 2: probably shocking initially to have this happen, but the beauty
- 15:44Speaker 2: is doctors and technology have gone in incredible directions to
- 15:51Speaker 2: help make this as easy as possible. But the parents also,
- 15:56Speaker 2: would you know, need the support and love and attention.
- 15:59Speaker 2: And then what we're thinking about you, Isaiah as you
- 16:01Speaker 2: do start a new normal and goodness gracious, I have
- 16:05Speaker 2: a lot of golfing buddies that wear that little pump
- 16:08Speaker 2: on the side of their golf pants and they seem
- 16:11Speaker 2: very happy and they can beat me on the golf
- 16:14Speaker 2: course up and down. So he'll be able to live
- 16:17Speaker 2: a great life. Debbie Seebers reveals she almost got catfished
- 16:34Speaker 2: into dating scam.
- 16:37Speaker 4: Do you remember Debbie from mel season? Of course, she
- 16:41Speaker 4: was the one guys who'd never been married in her
- 16:46Speaker 4: whole life, one of the only ones on the show.
- 16:50Speaker 4: I think she's from Colorado if I remember correctly. I
- 16:53Speaker 4: think she lived in your era because because her hometown
- 16:56Speaker 4: date was at Red Rocks.
- 16:57Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, I remember she's a good per.
- 17:00Speaker 5: Then yeah, of course, So Debbie.
- 17:06Speaker 4: Is sharing a video on Instagram, she said, So I
- 17:09Speaker 4: have a quick story and also a warning for you
- 17:11Speaker 4: ladies out there.
- 17:12Speaker 5: This guy tried to catfish me. Yup, that's right.
- 17:15Speaker 4: She goes on to explain that she already kind of
- 17:19Speaker 4: had some suspicions, but he kind of seemed, you know,
- 17:23Speaker 4: normal at first. He reached out through TikTok, and my
- 17:26Speaker 4: first red flag should have been his profile only had
- 17:30Speaker 4: one picture, she said, but he but he was this
- 17:34Speaker 4: handsome guy, you know, supposedly from Italy. Oh that's a
- 17:38Speaker 4: red flag, a widower, and we had quite the conversation going.
- 17:45Speaker 4: She noted that once the guy wanted to move the
- 17:47Speaker 4: conversation over to WhatsApp and telegram, she realized it might
- 17:52Speaker 4: have been a scam. I was kind of suspicious about that,
- 17:55Speaker 4: so I just googled and said, hey, is there a
- 17:58Speaker 4: scam going where guys reach out and then they want
- 18:01Speaker 4: to move the conversation.
- 18:02Speaker 5: Yes, absolutely, she revealed. It's so crazy like they're.
- 18:07Speaker 4: Trying to what make a connection, to try and get
- 18:10Speaker 4: you to give personal information or send them money. DeBie
- 18:13Speaker 4: went on and added an extra warning to her followers,
- 18:16Speaker 4: so they don't fall for any catfishing schemes anyways. Just
- 18:19Speaker 4: to keep your eyes out, she said, be aware of
- 18:22Speaker 4: men who reach out and want to move the convo
- 18:24Speaker 4: to WhatsApp or telegram. Just one scam out there. It
- 18:28Speaker 4: could has this happened to you. I want to throw
- 18:32Speaker 4: a wrench in this for a second. If the guy
- 18:35Speaker 4: lives in Italy, they communicate on WhatsApp, they have a
- 18:40Speaker 4: foreign phone number, that is just, honestly sorry, that's just
- 18:45Speaker 4: how people communicate in foreign countries with American numbers.
- 18:49Speaker 5: That is not the scam.
- 18:51Speaker 4: The scam is if you then start to communicate with
- 18:54Speaker 4: him and he's asking for your social Security number, your
- 18:57Speaker 4: credit card number, that's the scam.
- 18:59Speaker 5: But I don't want people to think like, oh, he
- 19:00Speaker 5: wants to.
- 19:01Speaker 4: Take it to WhatsApp, It's he's catfishing me, right, I'm
- 19:06Speaker 4: I'm not wrong about that.
- 19:08Speaker 2: I use WhatsApp, Yeah, like anybody I talked to from
- 19:11Speaker 2: any country outside of the US, it's WhatsApp exactly. So
- 19:18Speaker 2: I mean, Heather, I think the point to this is
- 19:21Speaker 2: there are a lot of scammers out.
- 19:23Speaker 4: There, and there's a lot of scammers to senior citizens,
- 19:27Speaker 4: not trying to put her on.
- 19:28Speaker 5: Blocks on The Golden Bachelor.
- 19:31Speaker 4: She's a senior and so like, they are targets for
- 19:34Speaker 4: scams for sure once you're a certain age, because they
- 19:37Speaker 4: don't expect you to be up to date on social
- 19:40Speaker 4: media and these kinds of things. So it's good that
- 19:42Speaker 4: she's sharing it. And yes, catfishing is a thing, but
- 19:49Speaker 4: you're talking to somebody overseas. The WhatsApp thing might just
- 19:53Speaker 4: be how they text.
- 19:54Speaker 3: It's going to be a thing.
- 19:55Speaker 2: Hey, do we have any updates speaking of this on
- 19:57Speaker 2: Susan and her boyfriend from back in the day.
- 20:01Speaker 4: No, but you know what, I haven't talked to Susan
- 20:04Speaker 4: about him in a minute, but Susan will be at
- 20:07Speaker 4: our annual pickleball event that is coming up, So get
- 20:11Speaker 4: some answers.
- 20:12Speaker 5: Yes, I will. I will relay that message.
- 20:14Speaker 3: Thank you. Really sad news, Heather.
- 20:18Speaker 2: In this headline, I'll just probably say it and we
- 20:21Speaker 2: can pause for a second so we can clip it
- 20:23Speaker 2: for social before you explain what it's all about. Tanner
- 20:28Speaker 2: Tolbert jokes he's going to file for divorce from Jade Roper.
- 20:35Speaker 2: I mean.
- 20:37Speaker 5: Scary.
- 20:39Speaker 4: I don't know if anything could break these two up.
- 20:42Speaker 4: Quite honestly. But yes, obviously this is a headline. So
- 20:48Speaker 4: they recently celebrated their ten year wedding anniversary. That is
- 20:53Speaker 4: an achievement, right there, A paradise success story, no joke now.
- 20:59Speaker 4: Tanner taken to social media to joke that he might
- 21:02Speaker 4: file for divorce from Jade due to an unexpected prank
- 21:06Speaker 4: she pulled on him. In a new video, he revealed, you, guys,
- 21:10Speaker 4: I might need to file for divorce because my wife
- 21:12Speaker 4: just played the worst prank possible ever on me that
- 21:16Speaker 4: she didn't even know she was playing because it had
- 21:19Speaker 4: been like three years in the making.
- 21:21Speaker 5: Apparently.
- 21:23Speaker 4: Tanner went on to share that Jade had bought him
- 21:25Speaker 4: dissolvable swim trunks years ago, and he had never worn
- 21:31Speaker 4: them until their current trip to Hawaii. So, first of all,
- 21:35Speaker 4: have you seen these videos on TikTok of wives getting
- 21:39Speaker 4: their husbands the dissolvable trunks? No, okay, these are a thing,
- 21:44Speaker 4: Like this is a thing. First of all, I've seen it.
- 21:46Speaker 4: I've seen it so many times on TikTok, like against
- 21:49Speaker 4: my will. But I've also, for some reason, whenever I've
- 21:53Speaker 4: come across these videos of these wives buying the dissolvable trunks.
- 21:58Speaker 5: It's always on.
- 21:59Speaker 4: A group trip or a group pool day, so it's
- 22:03Speaker 4: like a bunch of wives banning together doing it and
- 22:07Speaker 4: then all of their husbands jumping into the pool and
- 22:10Speaker 4: them all dissolving at the same time.
- 22:12Speaker 5: I've seen this like multiple times, which is so, oh
- 22:16Speaker 5: my weird.
- 22:18Speaker 3: I love this joke, though, don't.
- 22:20Speaker 4: Say you love it. What if Jess is listening right now,
- 22:22Speaker 4: it does this to you. This is it's crazy. These
- 22:26Speaker 4: are crazy. It's crazy actually how fast they dissolve. It's
- 22:31Speaker 4: it's pretty instantaneous when these guys hit the water, which
- 22:34Speaker 4: makes me wonder, like, how can they possibly feel like
- 22:38Speaker 4: actual trunks when you're wearing them?
- 22:40Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 22:42Speaker 4: But anyways, he says, Uh, we drove down to the
- 22:46Speaker 4: local beach. We were gonna get in the water with
- 22:48Speaker 4: the kids, all that fun stuff. I jump in, hit
- 22:51Speaker 4: my first little wave, and all of a sudden, it felt.
- 22:54Speaker 5: Like my swimsuit busting. You didn't even read this. It's
- 22:58Speaker 5: not laughing, but like my.
- 22:59Speaker 4: Swimpsea busted a hole right through the butt crack. I
- 23:03Speaker 4: was like, oh my god, what just happened. I told
- 23:06Speaker 4: Jane about it. It's getting worse and worse. I come
- 23:11Speaker 4: out of the water. My sweepsuit is basically gone. It's
- 23:14Speaker 4: in shreds. After like mere seconds in the water. I'm
- 23:18Speaker 4: telling you, these things dissolve like sugar and water, Like
- 23:23Speaker 4: they just like disappear. I think it's very funny that
- 23:27Speaker 4: she actually did this. Tanner revealed that he had to
- 23:32Speaker 4: make the walk up of shade up the beach and
- 23:35Speaker 4: borrow a pair of change shorts to get to their
- 23:38Speaker 4: car from Valet since he.
- 23:41Speaker 5: Got forgot to bring a towel, Like, what would you do?
- 23:47Speaker 4: What would you do, Ben if she gave you dissolvable shorts?
- 23:51Speaker 4: You don't have a towel.
- 23:53Speaker 5: You're on a beach with your kids.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Straight panic. It's not my kids, I'm worried about. It's
- 23:59Speaker 2: everybody Else's.
- 24:01Speaker 4: The public indecency that you're gonna get called out.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Yeah, Like, oh, I'm walking like I have no nothing
- 24:09Speaker 2: I can do here.
- 24:10Speaker 5: I can't. I can't even imagine this Such a good
- 24:13Speaker 5: prank it is, and it sounds like it.
- 24:16Speaker 4: It sounds like I want to bet that if this
- 24:19Speaker 4: was three years in the making, that she just like
- 24:21Speaker 4: bought them and like forgot them about them and.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Then a honeymoon, like year seven honeymoon, Like, hey, honey,
- 24:29Speaker 2: jump into that water, and then he just never did
- 24:32Speaker 2: and years later he's on a family vacation, Heather, can
- 24:36Speaker 2: we never get to a place as a society where
- 24:39Speaker 2: this isn't funny?
- 24:40Speaker 5: Like, I don't, I don't think so.
- 24:42Speaker 4: I think Jade reposted the video on her Instagram story
- 24:47Speaker 4: said whoopsies.
- 24:54Speaker 5: So yeah, this is this is very funny. I don't know.
- 24:59Speaker 4: Maybe we have to do this on the next like
- 25:02Speaker 4: almost famous trip or something we like. I'm saying, like
- 25:06Speaker 4: maybe we conspire against like Bob and unfortunately like Ryan
- 25:12Speaker 4: Sutter or something.
- 25:13Speaker 5: Yeah, by then these trunks is like a joke.
- 25:16Speaker 2: I don't yeah, put it in their gift bag when
- 25:18Speaker 2: they show up. Nothing about that wouldn't be great. Side
- 25:24Speaker 2: by side trying to figure out how to cover themselves
- 25:28Speaker 2: are there.
- 25:28Speaker 5: So you have to watch these videos. There's so many
- 25:31Speaker 5: of them now.
- 25:32Speaker 2: That we're talking about it, I'm sure they're gonna pop
- 25:34Speaker 2: up all over my phone.
- 25:35Speaker 5: Oh I'm sure. And it's it's like instantaneous.
- 25:39Speaker 4: It's just so funny that these guys like jump into
- 25:41Speaker 4: pools and then all of a sudden, they're like, what's happening.
- 25:46Speaker 2: Oh goodness, nothing about this isn't great. Hey, uh, some
- 25:50Speaker 2: fun headlines today. Bachel Nation isn't stopping.
- 25:54Speaker 5: Uh.
- 25:54Speaker 2: If you want an update on everything happening with Taylor
- 25:58Speaker 2: Frankie Paul, we were able to speak with our legal expert,
- 26:01Speaker 2: Alison Triesel and get a good follow up. I think
- 26:05Speaker 2: it was a very detailed, informative follow up on everything
- 26:08Speaker 2: happening with DCFS and also the stocking order. I would
- 26:15Speaker 2: just go back and listen to it. Uh, it's it
- 26:17Speaker 2: would keep everybody up to date, and then you can
- 26:19Speaker 2: hear Allison's prediction on if this season of The Bachelorette
- 26:24Speaker 2: will air or not until next time and until more
- 26:28Speaker 2: headlines come your way, more interviews, more breakdowns.
