⭐SILVER⭐ You Will FEEL BETTER After Seeing THIS! 🦍🦍 - ($252 Silver Price and Gold) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:02
You may have taken a few lumps yesterday, silver investors, but
• 0:06
you will feel better after you hear this because I have 3
• 0:10
strong data points. You may not believe this as a
• 0:13
silver investor, but three strong data points that indicate
• 0:18
the silver price. They all indicate the same
• 0:20
thing. The silver price should be about
• 0:22
9 times higher than where it is right now.
• 0:26
I know it's hard to believe that would be $252.
• 0:32
  Yes, 9 * 28 = 252. And that's really where all
• 0:37
three of these data points point toward us being.
• 0:40
Let's dive right into it right now.
• 0:42
Thank you for being here. Thank you for being part of this
• 0:45
  community. You belong here.
• 0:47
We want you here. Please subscribe to the channel,
• 0:50
give the video a thumbs up and super chat.
• 0:51
So I super appreciate it. But without further adieu, this
• 0:56
is intriguing. Guys, this is very strange to me
• 1:01
that all three of these data points point toward $250 silver.
• 1:07
Let me make sure I've got that up Susie's outrage in the yard.
• 1:13
So I need to double check. Here we go.
• 1:16
We're on. OK, guys, $250 silver 9X again,
• 1:20
that would be a nine times increase from where we are now.
• 1:23
Look, even if we got a third of the way there, we'd be happy.
• 1:27
If we get all the way there, we'd be real happy $250 silver.
• 1:31
The price could even overshoot and go higher at some point.
• 1:35
But let's dive right in. The first thing we have to
• 1:38
remember is that silver is a bipolar and schizophrenic metal.
• 1:43
It's a psychiatrist dream patient, right?
• 1:46
It is crazy. It is this bipolar, I'm sorry,
• 1:50
schizophrenic component where it's a copper industrial metal,
• 1:54
right guys? The fact right now is that the
• 1:57
silver price, like it or not, is more closely related to more
• 2:02
closely following the fancy term for it is Co related to copper.
• 2:08
Copper and silver have been moving pretty much in lockstep
• 2:11
lately. But the other side of that
• 2:14
schizophrenic personality is its monetary right, its relationship
• 2:17
to gold, and it's prone to erratic behavior and mood swings
• 2:23
because of its bipolar component, right?
• 2:28
It goes up and down, acts erratically crazy from time to
• 2:32
time. OK, but you could also say that
• 2:34
it's in a love triangle with copper and gold.
• 2:37
But but in that love triangle, silver is the one that's been
• 2:41
treated like, I'm sorry, I have to use the C word crap.
• 2:45
OK, from both. Hold on here.
• 2:49
I do my best. Bear with me, basement dwellers
• 2:52
  both. I'm a bit of a perfectionist.
• 2:54
What's super interesting? This is where it gets
• 2:57
interesting, guys. Silver would have to go up nine
• 3:00
times for the price of silver to be truly reflective of both the
• 3:06
copper and gold real world mining ratios.
• 3:10
But there's another, there's a third component we're going to
• 3:13
talk about a third factor independent of copper and gold
• 3:18
that that points towards silver needing to go up or going up 9
• 3:22
or 10 times. OK, So from an industrial
• 3:24
perspective, I just threw this together for you.
• 3:30
For each one ounce of silver that is mined.
• 3:34
Oh boy, there we go. There are 1000 copper oz.
• 3:40
OK, so silver for each for each one ounce of silver that's
• 3:45
produced every year, there's 1000 ounces of copper.
• 3:47
So that makes sense that silver should be 1000 times more
• 3:51
expensive. OK, because silver is 1000 times
• 3:56
rarer than copper. But silver isn't 1000 times more
• 4:00
expensive. It's only 112 times more
• 4:04
expensive. OK, now copper is measured in
• 4:07
pounds and right now copper price is about $4.00 per pound.
• 4:12
And if you divide 4 by 16 for 16 ounces, you get a per oz price
• 4:18
of copper of $0.25. If I'm wrong on this, guys, send
• 4:23
me an e-mail. Prove me wrong.
• 4:26
So right now, copper is selling for $0.25 per oz.
• 4:30
At $28.00 silver, that's only 112 times more expensive.
• 4:36
So again, remember silver's 1000 times rarer.
• 4:40
However, it only sells for 112 times more in price, but at
• 4:47
roughly $250, which would be a nine times the current $28.00
• 4:53
silver price. Silver would be reflective of
• 4:57
the 1000 to one mining ratio because at $250, that would be
• 5:04
1000 times more expensive for an ounce of silver.
• 5:08
Again, at $250, a thousand times more expensive than the $0.25
• 5:14
per oz copper, that would be a 9X.
• 5:17
That shows from an industrial perspective, OK, that that
• 5:22
silver is truly, you know, 9 times underpriced.
• 5:26
It's easy to make the argument that silver is just as important
• 5:30
and in demand is copper, right? I mean, on top of it all, I know
• 5:34
copper's important, copper's part of it.
• 5:36
But the, the, the demand profile for silver is even more, is even
• 5:42
more exciting than what we have in the copper market.
• 5:48
All these different innovations, maybe silver is even in more
• 5:52
demand than copper. Now let's switch over to the
• 5:54
monetary side. So we see that from a, from a
• 5:57
mining perspective, silver is 9 times underpriced.
• 6:01
We need to go up nine times in value to be reflective of the
• 6:05
  copper. But what about gold?
• 6:06
OK, from a monetary perspective, this is very conservative to
• 6:10
estimate that there's 10 ounces of silver mined for each one
• 6:15
ounce of gold. A lot of people say that number
• 6:17
is closer to six or seven. I said 10 To be very
• 6:21
conservative, that would lead us to believe that gold should be
• 6:25
10 times more expensive, but it's not.
• 6:28
It's right now 90 * 89, the gold to silver ratio.
• 6:33
It takes 90 ounces of silver essentially to get one ounce of
• 6:37
gold, but the mining ratio is only 10 to one, OK?
• 6:43
So if we did another 9X on silver, if from the current
• 6:46
price $28.00 * 9, we would have $252 silver again, OK, That
• 6:56
would be a 12:50 gold to silver ratio because gold's trading
• 7:01
right around $2500 per oz right now.
• 7:04
So silver again, from a monetary gold perspective would have to
• 7:09
go up nine times in value just to get to that that mining
• 7:13
ratio. And then there's all this other
• 7:15
data, you know about silver and the fact that there's actually
• 7:19
less above ground silver right now in the world than gold
• 7:22
because a lot of silver's been consumed.
• 7:24
But we'll leave that all alone. OK, So that what this proves in
• 7:29
my opinion, right, Is it from both of those components.
• 7:34
The goal, I'm sorry, silver is, is neat would have to go up nine
• 7:37
times from $28.00 * 9 to 250 just to be truly reflective of
• 7:44
the actual mining ratios. The third, this one just came to
• 7:48
me this morning when I was drinking my coffee.
• 7:50
But the third, the third very important thing to consider when
• 7:54
we talked about, I know, I understand, right?
• 7:56
To think $250 silver's crazy, I'm a silver pumper, blah, blah,
• 8:01
blah. I am a silver pumper.
• 8:03
Hold on a second. Hello, all 300 of you, but I'm
• 8:09
talking to 1 you. Yes, I fully admit I'm a silver
• 8:13
pumper. You likely like silver too.
• 8:16
I just wanted to break in here quickly and say thank you for
• 8:19
joining me in the basement. I really appreciate you giving
• 8:22
me your valuable time. Again, I want you to feel like
• 8:25
you found a home away from home. Now let's get back to that third
• 8:28
critical component that shows us just how crazy undervalued
• 8:33
silver is. Uh oh, Hold on here.
• 8:37
There we go. OK, when we talk about silver
• 8:46
going to $250, I know, crazy, right?
• 8:49
9X in price we showed copper that it should be in relation to
• 8:55
copper. It should it it could be should
• 8:58
be 9 times higher. Coincidentally, very
• 9:01
interesting, same, same amount of increase 9 times would have
• 9:05
to occur to make it reflective of the mining ratio to gold as
• 9:10
  well. Again, $252.00.
• 9:13
So when you think about that happening, oh that's crazy a
• 9:16
nine times guys. Very recently from 2001 through
• 9:20
2011, silver, sorry, I only have so much time, not so over.
• 9:28
Silver went from 9X on a 10X ride from under $5 from about
• 9:36
$4.00 and change to over $50.00. That was more like a 10 more
• 9:41
than a 10X ride. This can happen.
• 9:43
And remember silver is the bipolar metal with massive mood
• 9:48
swings. SO10X is not out of the
• 9:52
question. And we know what caused that.
• 9:55
That was a that was a bear market.
• 9:57
Two things caused that massive 10X increase from O1 to 2011,
• 10:03
right #1 the tech bubble burst. Have you been following the
• 10:08
NASDAQ lately? And the AI stocks that are in a
• 10:12
little bit of trouble, right? Maybe a bubble bursting.
• 10:15
Maybe, just maybe a bubble bursting and right, we know and
• 10:20
we're going to look at this later that the dollar easily
• 10:23
could be going into a massive bear market.
• 10:25
So why is this relationship the way it is?
• 10:29
Why is silver undervalued by 9 times in relation to in in
• 10:36
relation to both copper and gold undervalued by 9 times?
• 10:43
OK, Is it because of demand? Well, no, you know, because
• 10:46
silver, think about it, silver gets double demand.
• 10:50
Silver's the the, the industrial metal and you know that whole
• 10:53
profile and silver is the monetary metal.
• 10:57
It should really in a certain extent have double demand, have
• 10:59
diversified demand. You know why is so that that
• 11:03
leads us to the question why silver so volatile if it has
• 11:07
these this diversification of demand as well, it's got double
• 11:11
demand and diversified demand. Think about that.
• 11:14
OK, it's very interesting. We've got new estimates that
• 11:19
there's only two years supply left of silver in the above
• 11:24
ground. Silver surplus what what we like
• 11:27
to call right as basement dwellers, the silver slush fund,
• 11:31
that resource of above ground silver that the world has been
• 11:35
drawing upon for the last what four years as there's been a
• 11:39
massive silver deficit. I need to put throw in this
• 11:44
disclaimer again one more time, guys, you got to remember, don't
• 11:49
make any financial decisions based on what I'm saying because
• 11:52
  I'm a silver pumper. I actually I'm a silver
• 11:55
believer. Are you a silver believer?
• 11:57
I mean, I if nothing else, what this shows us, excuse me,
• 12:04
silver's relationship to copper, silver's relationship to gold,
• 12:08
silver only one ninth the price that it should be in relation to
• 12:13
those mining, those mining numbers, mining ratios.
• 12:18
To me, it shows undeniably that it minimum, the silver price is
• 12:23
just so undervalued right now. There's no other way to there's
• 12:28
no other way to to, to, to to describe it in my, in my, in my
• 12:32
opinion, OK, super undervalued. Let's do an update.
• 12:36
Yesterday was a tough day for silver investors.
• 12:39
Let's run out and do an update on the silver price and gold
• 12:43
price. We're going to go to channel
• 12:44
sponsor pin backs. We'll press the pin backs magic
• 12:47
button, get back to their homepage and see that the price
• 12:51
has not changed since last night because the markets been closed.
• 12:54
But they're showing gold at $2500, silver just under $28.00
• 13:01
right now. Hey guys, please, I want to say
• 13:04
thank you to channel sponsor Pembacs.
• 13:06
I always feel so great, so good about having them sponsor the
• 13:10
basement, but this is not possible without their support.
• 13:14
But what makes it even better is what they're doing for you, the
• 13:17
basement dweller community. I've received overwhelming
• 13:21
positive response over the last year from you about your
• 13:26
experiences with PMBEX. I'll never tell you what to do,
• 13:30
but what I would recommend is that you may benefit next time
• 13:35
you're looking to buy some gold, silver or platinum group metals.
• 13:37
From checking out PMBEX, you'll find they have ultra competitive
• 13:41
pricing. You will get more metal for your
• 13:44
money. They've got a great selection
• 13:47
and it's a company you can trust.
• 13:49
You don't need to spend 34 hours trying to find the absolute best
• 13:54
price and then another 20 hours trying to figure out if the
• 13:57
company that has this best price is actually trustworthy.
• 14:00
To me, Pin Backs makes it easy because it's a one stop shop.
• 14:04
And please, please you need to pay attention to this if you
• 14:08
ever decide to convert an IRAI will tell you take your time.
• 14:13
You're going to convert a big chunk of money into precious
• 14:16
metals. Take your time, talk to a number
• 14:19
of different people, OK, Please include pin backs in that list.
• 14:24
And at the end of the day, compare how much actual gold or
• 14:27
silver you're going to get into your IRA, how many ounces of
• 14:32
those metals you're going to get if you compare from from the
• 14:35
different available options that you have.
• 14:37
Because guys, I'm real confident that if you talk to Pembex, you
• 14:42
might just be shocked at what they can do for you.
• 14:45
But again, not giving financial advice, just giving
• 14:48
recommendations. I want to show something quickly
• 14:50
here. I can't believe the prices right
• 14:54
  now. What was I looking?
• 14:55
I was looking at something this morning.
• 14:56
Oh yeah, Australian Kangaroos. You can buy wow, 2024 brand new
• 15:05
brilliant uncirculated Australian Kangaroos for as low
• 15:10
  as $30 each. OK.
• 15:12
And if you buy a lower quantity, $31.00 each, but my gosh, even
• 15:17
at 31, that's $3 over spot. You can get the price as low as
• 15:22
almost just $2.00 over spot for brand new.
• 15:25
And look at that, our friend King Charles on the other side,
• 15:28
brand new coins. I'm usually a big believer in
• 15:31
the I would always buy 10 oz bars, 100 oz bar every once in a
• 15:36
while because the premiums were so low.
• 15:39
But right now the premiums on the sovereign minted coins, even
• 15:43
American Silver Eagles, Australian Kangaroos, Austrian
• 15:47
Philharmonic's, South African Kruger Ants, UK Britannias,
• 15:52
Austrian Philharmonic's, I think that's it, but there may be
• 15:55
more. Anyway, all the premiums are so
• 15:57
low to me, and I've been doing this for the last year or so.
• 16:02
As these premiums have gotten so low, it's better off to buy the
• 16:04
  one ounce sovereign minted coins.
• 16:06
I love 10 oz bars. Here's one right here, the one I
• 16:09
used to hold down all my electric cables.
• 16:12
OK, I always love these things. Isn't that pretty?
• 16:15
But at these prices, I don't know, it just almost makes sense
• 16:20
to buy the sovereign minted coins in my in my opinion,
• 16:23
again, not giving financial advice, not giving a strong
• 16:27
  recommendations or anything like that.
• 16:32
Let's take a look at the charts. Let's look at the damage in the
• 16:36
silver and gold charts. Here is silver.
• 16:41
This is a one year chart of silver.
• 16:44
Here's what I want to point out. Let's draw a couple lines and
• 16:51
take stock of where we are back in February.
• 16:53
You know, we started out back here guys at around $22.00 per
• 16:57
oz. We are still firmly in an
• 17:01
uptrend. OK, now hold on here, let me see
• 17:06
if I can. I'm going to continue that and I
• 17:09
want to show you something very interesting that is again
• 17:13
developing on the silver chart and that is yet another wedgie.
• 17:18
OK, See that? That's called a wedge or a
• 17:22
triangle. I don't know different people.
• 17:24
I'm not a techie, big technical guy.
• 17:26
But silver as it's been kind of in this range since what about
• 17:30
May when it hit $32 per oz has been trading in a, in a bit of a
• 17:34
tighter and tighter range. At some point, right?
• 17:37
It's, it's inevitable at some point the silver price will
• 17:43
break out of this range. It's either going to go up or
• 17:49
down. That's why you come to Ron's
• 17:52
basement for those unbelievable, unbelievable insights.
• 17:58
I think it will go up. Now we're getting close to the
• 18:01
bottom of this range and this is out, you know, let's say
• 18:04
November, December, right, when things could get really crazy in
• 18:09
the world, right? We have a big election coming
• 18:12
up. We've got a massive bricks
• 18:14
meeting at the end of October where a lot of people are, are
• 18:18
are are speculating that we could see a gold backed
• 18:22
currency. I mean things could really get
• 18:24
rocking and rolling in the gold and silver market.
• 18:28
Now here, let me show this how that could work out for us.
• 18:31
What the heck, here we'll go. We'll go with a green line, OK.
• 18:37
And so and when we're out in this range, if this continues to
• 18:42
kind of stay within this range, what we could see, let me get
• 18:49
  rid of that. OK?
• 18:51
Now shoot, wait, I'm gonna draw it real quick again.
• 18:54
Sorry, guys. OK, And here's this.
• 19:02
Remember, this comes together somewhere out here in November
• 19:06
around This is around the election, the presidential
• 19:09
election. This is around the the Russian
• 19:11
bricks meeting. I think we could see this,
• 19:15
right? We could see that blue line, the
• 19:18
silver price completely explode. All right, let's go take a look
• 19:20
at the other culprit, the US dollar index.
• 19:25
If that's always what we need to keep our eye on, even though
• 19:28
  it's a big joke nonetheless, we're currently at one O 1.
• 19:34
Let's look at the long term and let's keep things in
• 19:41
  perspective. It's our weekly.
• 19:43
I feel obligated to remind you guys of this because it is
• 19:47
probably one of the best news things that we have to look
• 19:50
forward to. We talked about it earlier, a
• 19:53
bear market in the dollar index. That's this goes back what, 40
• 19:59
years of data, guys, we've only been higher a little bit of
• 20:02
time. We have a lot of room where we
• 20:05
can, where we can go down, down, down, OK.
• 20:09
When the last time we went down, down, down, which was pure from
• 20:13
2001 to 2011, again, that's when the silver price just so
• 20:19
happened to go up by 10 * 10 times, OK.
• 20:26
From O1 to 2011 ten times. I know, I understand.
• 20:33
All right. It's hard for me to fathom $250
• 20:37
silver, but the same exact returns that we would need to
• 20:41
get the $250 silver today happened during that same
• 20:46
period. Now it happened over a 10 year
• 20:48
  period. How old?
• 20:50
How old would that make you? I would be 64 down here with my
• 20:54
cane saying, hey, guys, we hit $250 silver.
• 20:57
But nonetheless, we'll take it, right?
• 21:00
It's very, very doable. OK, Hey, I want you.
• 21:04
I want to remind you guys, please leave comments in the
• 21:07
comments section. I read the comments every single
• 21:10
day. In many days, we feature a
• 21:13
comment during the show. I don't know if we're going to
• 21:15
have time to do that today. You'll have to find out a little
• 21:17
bit later. But your comments, your thoughts
• 21:20
are important. Here's the bottom line.
• 21:22
We are a group. You are part of a group.
• 21:24
I want you to feel like you belong here.

You're accepted here not the only people that that get banned
• 21:31
from this channel or if they're really rude or really mean
• 21:34
spirited, OK, And that's hardly anybody.
• 21:37
We've had to hardly bank as people in this community like
• 21:39
you are very nice. So please leave comments.
• 21:43
That's how we learn is from each other.
• 21:45
And guess what buttercup? Guess what?
• 21:49
You don't have to agree with me. I welcome when people don't
• 21:52
agree with me. That's how I can learn.
• 21:54
That's the way we can learn. So it's OK that we don't always
• 21:57
agree on everything, but please leave a comment, please give
• 22:00
this video a thumbs up and please subscribe to the channel.
• 22:04
And thank you in advance for any super chats, any donations to
• 22:08
the channel. They go a long way.
• 22:10
OK, Are you ready? Not next week, but on September
• 22:15
18th will be now the big, big day when the Fed announces
• 22:21
interest rates. Now let's take a look.
• 22:23
We're going to learn. We're going to go on a little
• 22:25
journey together this morning, some new territory, but we're
• 22:29
going to learn about what the expectations are because if the
• 22:32
Fed cuts rates by half percent, that will be a shocker.
• 22:36
Do you think it's going to happen?
• 22:38
And the Fed, oh, by the way, I forgot the best part of the
• 22:42
show. The feds on their the Fed is on
• 22:45
  their period. I'll explain.
• 22:49
OK, The feds going to be on their period here for the next
• 22:52
week and a half. I'll explain.
• 22:54
OK, let's let's oh boy, hold on. Let's all have a drink of
• 22:59
coffee. I need to catch my breath after
• 23:00
that one, but I will very critical.
• 23:11
I turned the microphone back on. Thank you guys.
• 23:13
OK, let's talk about the Fed. Right now the Fed target rate is
• 23:17
5.25 to 5.5. Look at this guys.
• 23:21
This was new to me. I've heard people talk about it,
• 23:23
but we're going to get a little sophisticated.
• 23:25
So let's go take a look at what the Fed, what the what the
• 23:30
expectations are. This is from the CME Group, the
• 23:33
Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and the next FOMC meeting will be in
• 23:39
11 days and three hours. That's when we'll know the
• 23:42
biggest news in the history of the planet or the universe for
• 23:47
silver and gold price. We already know that silver
• 23:52
should be 9 times higher, but this is the CME Fed watch tool.
• 23:55
Let me make this a little smaller.
• 23:58
This will tell us what the markets are expecting out of the
• 24:04
Fed, OK. So what it's showing, OK,
• 24:08
because currently the Fed rate is at 5.25 to 5.5, is that
• 24:13
there's a 70% chance that they're going to drop it to this
• 24:17
5 to 5.25. That would be 1/4 percent rate
• 24:22
cut, OK? There's a 30% chance, so pretty
• 24:26
decent that they're going to cut it by half a point, which would
• 24:32
bring it down to four to the 4.75 to 5% range.
• 24:38
Because remember, they quote this in a little range.
• 24:41
Currently we're at the high end of 5.5 S 1/2 percent cut would
• 24:46
be at the high high range of five.
• 24:48
Here's another way to look at it.
• 24:49
So when you hear all these sophisticated guys talking about
• 24:52
the the Fed watch tool, you can look at it down here, right?
• 24:56
This would be this would be the half percent, the highlighted
• 25:02
row 1/2 percent cut 30%. But if you look over here on the
• 25:06
right, I don't know if you can see this a month ago, things
• 25:10
  have flip-flopped. A month ago there was a 70%
• 25:13
chance that they cut by half a point.
• 25:15
And here is the smaller quarter point cut 70% is where where
• 25:22
their odds are right now. These are like the gambling
• 25:24
betting odds, basically the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
• 25:27
And if you go all the way over to the right again, you can see
• 25:30
that a month ago, people thought it was only a 30% chance.
• 25:33
Now, is the Fed really on their period?
• 25:36
You might be asking what I'm talking about.
• 25:41
Good news, We don't have to worry about the Fed speakers,
• 25:45
right? Remember, there's, what is it,
• 25:47
12 Fed banks around the country and they squawk.
• 25:51
They're like Hawks. They're always talking about
• 25:53
giving speeches at luncheons of the whatever, the Rochester
• 25:57
Economic Club. And then it's headline news and
• 26:00
Bloomberg reports it and makes gold go down, silver go down 2%
• 26:04
because they say, oh, we're going to be we're done.
• 26:07
They're on their period. OK, here, let's all say we
• 26:10
haven't said hi to Jerome. He's been hiding out.
• 26:13
He's going to be out. We're going to see this, this
• 26:15
guy in what 11 days? We said now what do I mean
• 26:22
they're on their period? Well, they have a what's called
• 26:23
a quiet period. All right, let's go me just this
• 26:26
is interesting. Just so you know, for future
• 26:29
reference, this is from the Chicago Fed, the FOMC blackout
• 26:36
  periods. Federal Reserve staff, including
• 26:39
those are the Chicago Fed, generally do not speak in
• 26:43
public, which they never did. But but they don't do that
• 26:46
between a week, a week prior to the Saturday preceding a Federal
• 26:53
Open Market Committee meeting. So that would mean next week, OK
• 26:58
it the whole week before the Saturday before they have their
• 27:03
big meeting this time and then and then also the Thursday
• 27:08
following the meeting, 'cause they always make the
• 27:09
announcements on Wednesday. So it'll be Wednesday of next
• 27:12
week, September 18th. This time is referred to as the
• 27:15
  FOMC period. Blackout period.
• 27:18
I'm sorry, blackout periods are from below, and if we go down
• 27:22
here, we're not going to spend too much time on this.
• 27:24
That would be September 7th. Oh, today.
• 27:29
So last time I'll make this joke, but the feds started their
• 27:33
period today, September 7th, so they can't talk anymore.
• 27:36
No more talk, no more. No more squawking out of the
• 27:39
Fed. OK now guys, here's the reality.
• 27:44
the Fed is cooked, the economy is cooked.
• 27:46
We are in a recession right now. Lumber Liquidators, right?
• 27:52
Whatever they call themselves now I bought the floor in our
• 27:55
kitchen, one of those snap together Pergo type floors.
• 27:57
I bought that from Lumber Liquidators probably 8 years
• 27:59
ago. It's a huge company, so flooring
• 28:01
think they have 400 locations out of business gone.
• 28:05
We are in a recession. Red Lobster proclaimed
• 28:09
bankruptcy, My gosh right. Trucking companies, excuse me,
• 28:14
still going out of business. We are in a recession right now.
• 28:17
the Fed knows that. the Fed had a little secret for you. the Fed
• 28:22
has given up on the fight on inflation.
• 28:25
OK, the Fed. Now what does the Fed say?
• 28:27
Let's just go quickly to hear what the what the Fed is telling
• 28:32
us. We get this from Reuters.
• 28:36
OK, Reuters, Fed, this just came out, what, yesterday, Feds?
• 28:43
Williams says the time has arrived to start rate cuts.
• 28:48
Now the Fed is out squawking and talking about the fact that
• 28:52
they're going to cut rates. There's no more hiding it, OK?
• 28:56
We are definitely going to get a rate cut.
• 28:58
But the big key thing to remember here is they've given
• 29:02
up on their fight on inflation. If they if they cut rates.
• 29:06
Let me let me look you in the eye and tell you this.
• 29:11
Buckle up, buttercup, OK? Because if you eat or drink
• 29:16
anything, which I know you do 'cause you're alive right now.
• 29:19
Joining me here in the basement, prices are going to skyrocket in
• 29:23
2025 if they cut rates by do do a series of rate cuts through
• 29:31
the end of this year. OK, and we get up there.
• 29:34
Some people are saying they could cut by a full percentage
• 29:37
point by the end of the year. It will ignite because the
• 29:40
inflation's already still a problem in reality right now.
• 29:44
But if they cut rates throughout the end of the year by one full
• 29:48
percent, it is primed. It's like a it's like a rocket
• 29:52
on the on the launchpad. The engines are started.
• 29:55
You know, all that smoke's coming out.
• 29:57
Inflation is going to skyrocket. And here's what's going to
• 30:00
happen you, you're going to know, right?
• 30:03
Because you are the type person that's watching joining us here.
• 30:06
You'd love to talk. You know what's coming.
• 30:08
It's not going to surprise you when you go to the grocery store
• 30:12
in a year from now, in that gallon of milk that maybe, you
• 30:16
know, cost $2.00 four years ago, cost $4.00 now a year from now
• 30:22
is going to cost $6. You won't be shocked, but
• 30:26
everybody else will be shocked. Everybody's going to freak.
• 30:29
And this is where it gets interesting because those people
• 30:31
that freak those new people, this is going to be a situation
• 30:37
where they're they're like, OK, I went through this before in
• 30:40
  2022. I I need to do something.
• 30:43
I need to protect myself. These things, right?
• 30:46
These things, Oh, here it comes. It just floats because it's
• 30:50
based on nothing are becoming worthless.
• 30:54
It's going to be a whole new way of the people.
• 30:56
And at the same time where they're freaking out and they're
• 30:58
like, I got to protect my wealth.
• 31:00
What am I going to do? Right?
• 31:02
Inflation. They don't look at it as the
• 31:04
dollar going. They're not, they're not as I'm
• 31:07
not putting anybody down, but they aren't as smart as you.
• 31:12
They aren't looking at it as a devaluation of the dollar.
• 31:15
They just look at it as inflation.
• 31:17
If we know it's the same thing, the dollar is going down in
• 31:20
value. Those same people as they're as
• 31:23
they're sitting on 50,500 thousand 5000, no matter what
• 31:28
amount it is in a money market account or in a or in ACD at a
• 31:34
bank, right? And that's coming due.
• 31:37
And now at the same time that they're losing purchasing power,
• 31:41
they're also waking up to the fact that because rates are
• 31:45
lower, they're now only making 2 or 3% on their money in the
• 31:49
bank, their safe harbor money. They're going to come to silver
• 31:53
and gold, OK, They aren't going to go what are their other
• 31:55
options? The stock market, it's crap, OK,
• 31:59
it's a bubble. The stock market is a bubble,
• 32:04
  period. OK.
• 32:06
  I have a degree in accounting. I worked for a BIG4 accounting
• 32:08
firm for nine months until I left because I didn't like it
• 32:12
was my my decision to leave. But I understand numbers, guys.
• 32:16
The stock market is a bubble of all bubbles.
• 32:19
Are they going to go to real estate?
• 32:21
No, real estate's a bubble. They're going to go to silver
• 32:23
  and gold. That's the reality.
• 32:25
  That's what's going on. OK.
• 32:27
The other big thing going on right now is that you are
• 32:29
joining us in the basement. Thank you guys again, you
• 32:32
basement dwellers. We got almost 600 people.
• 32:35
Let's keep it growing, man. What a awesome thing it is that
• 32:39
you are here with us today. I'll tell you something about
• 32:42
you that I know for sure, OK? Remember the bear, right?
• 32:46
You're a little smarter than the average bear.
• 32:48
You got a little more going on up there than the average
• 32:51
person. You really are part of the 1%,
• 32:54
OK, And you're probably are you? I am part of the 1% of Americans
• 32:59
that buy silver and gold, OK? So give yourself a little pat on
• 33:03
the back. Yes, we're probably a little
• 33:06
early and sometimes being a little early, right?
• 33:10
Being early, find something too soon can feel like you're wrong.
• 33:15
But I'm not giving financial advice.
• 33:17
Don't make any finance. But I don't think you're wrong.
• 33:20
  I don't think I'm wrong. I know we're early and it can
• 33:24
feel a little wrong at times, right?
• 33:27
But remember, you're just part of the 1%, right?
• 33:32
You're the smart one. You're the person who was on the
• 33:34
Titanic and noticed that things were going a little awry and got
• 33:39
into the first lifeboat and, and the people were laughing at you.
• 33:45
They weren't laughing at those people that got in the first
• 33:47
lifeboat 3-4 hours later, however long it took for the
• 33:50
Titanic to sink, which was a tragedy.
• 33:52
But nonetheless, that's what you are doing right now.
• 33:55
Let's go back to Fed Williams. Wait a minute, I got to finish
• 34:00
that thought. You're one in 100 when it gets
• 34:05
  to be 5 in 100 people, right? That's when that's when you're
• 34:11
going to see things like the potential for $250 so over and
• 34:17
if you don't think we can get $250 so over, I don't think we
• 34:19
can, right? But when I'm, I'm just reporting
• 34:22
to you what the numbers were that we talked about earlier in
• 34:26
this video, right? When you compare the silver
• 34:30
price on a ratio basis to what what it should be based on the
• 34:34
the mining ratios of copper and silver.
• 34:38
When you consider what happened from O1 to 2011 when silver went
• 34:42
up 10 XII don't believe it either.
• 34:46
But I'm telling you, what is it ever happened to you in your
• 34:49
life that like, unbelievable things happen?
• 34:54
They could, right? Look, I could be wrong.
• 34:57
I could be sitting down here next year saying I can't believe
• 35:00
silver's $20.00 an ounce. OK, so we'll see.
• 35:06
We'll see what happens. Let's go back to the Fed just to
• 35:11
show you that the Fed has given up.
• 35:13
  They surrender. OK?
• 35:17
New York Reuters September 6th Federal Reserve Bank of New York
• 35:23
President John Williams said on Friday breaking news a more
• 35:27
evenly balanced economy has opened the door to central Bank
• 35:31
rate cuts. That means we're in a recession,
• 35:33
guys, and more evenly balanced economy.
• 35:36
That's Fed speak for we're in a recession with the full course
• 35:40
of action to be determined by how the economy performs with
• 35:44
the economy now. And this makes me mad.
• 35:46
The the Fed already makes everything confusing enough,
• 35:50
right? That's their one of their, they
• 35:51
have 3 purposes. Keep inflation low.
• 35:55
They failed at that. Keep unemployment low.
• 35:58
God only knows because the unemployment numbers are like
• 36:01
reading, you know, one of those Japanese comic books or
• 36:06
something. And the other thing is to keep
• 36:08
you confused. That's their third mandate.
• 36:10
So they're already make things confusing enough.
• 36:12
And then he does this with the economy now and equi poise.
• 36:16
What the heck does equi poise mean?
• 36:18
I have never even heard of that word.
• 36:20
  Let's go learn something together.
• 36:22
Here we go, guys. Then we can use this at the
• 36:25
Country Club tonight when we're having dinner with our friends.
• 36:30
Hold on here, Equi pose Equi whoops wrong key E God, I hate
• 36:40
this keyboard Equipose balance of forces or interest.
• 36:45
OK, so we have a balance. Why can't you just say that on a
• 36:50
  path to 2%? Yeah right.
• 36:52
You're that's a typo that was supposed to stay with the
• 36:55
economy now and equal whatever and inflation on path to should
• 37:00
they forgot the zero. I can't type it in there not to
• 37:06
call Reuters. Hey guys, you have a typo in
• 37:09
your article. So it's a path to 2%.
• 37:11
There's supposed to be A0A path to 20%.
• 37:14
It's now appropriate to dial down the degree of
• 37:16
restrictiveness in the stance of policy by reducing the target
• 37:19
range for the federal funds rate.
• 37:22
Blah, blah, blah. Guys, the Fed has given up.
• 37:25
We are in a recession. the Fed knows it.
• 37:28
The Fed is giving up. the Fed hates gold. the Fed hates
• 37:33
  silver. You love gold.
• 37:35
You love silver, OK? The fact remains, the fact
• 37:40
remains this. They can talk all their talk,
• 37:42
they can say whatever they want, but this remains the case.
• 37:58
This, I mean, look at this, it went up by like 100 billion in
• 38:02
one day, 35 trillion in debt, OK?
• 38:07
We are now spending significantly more on interest
• 38:11
alone than on defense. And of course, we're going to go
• 38:13
over here to look at the dollar to silver ratio because it
• 38:17
  continues. Where'd it go?
• 38:19
OK, we're at 476. That means that the M2 money
• 38:25
supply, which is the basic money, the dollars that are out
• 38:28
there is increasing. There's $476 being created each
• 38:34
year for each one ounce of silver.
• 38:37
OK, unbelievable. The paper to silver ratio still
• 38:42
hovering about 400. That means there's 400 paper
• 38:46
electronic Unicorn fartfest ounces of silver being traded.
• 38:50
Hold on here, I gotta shut that down.
• 38:53
For each one ounce of silver, that is, that is being mind each
• 38:59
year, not only do we have 35 trillion, 300 billion, and let
• 39:05
me remind you, 35 trillion, one trillion, just to put this in
• 39:10
  perspective, is equal to 1,000,000 * 1,000,000.
• 39:16
It makes your head spin, but it's the highest govern, federal
• 39:20
government debt in the world, number one.
• 39:22
But #2 total U.S. debt, OK, that includes our government,
• 39:27
corporations and households is at $102 trillion.
• 39:35
Hey, thank you, Dan, for that super chat.
• 39:37
I'll read that in a second. OK, Thank you and thank you to
• 39:40
the mods. I saw that you say that.
• 39:41
OK, we have 100 trillion in debt in total as a country, OK,
• 39:48
corporate debt, all this guys, this is, that's a third of the
• 39:53
world debt. That is what's backing.
• 39:56
  Where'd it go? It flew.
• 39:57
It keeps fluttering away on me. That is what's back in this
• 40:01
right, that $100 trillion in debt.
• 40:06
Remember, Remember you, we, we, we have entered a new.
• 40:14
World right now, silver and gold, precious metals.
• 40:18
Investors, you've entered a new world.
• 40:21
There is a battle Royale, right? A cage fight getting ready to
• 40:27
start because Bank of America told us just recently that gold
• 40:33
has become the world's preferred reserve asset, second only to
• 40:39
this thing. OK, Gold overtook the euro.
• 40:45
  So now it's a cage match. It's a fight.
• 40:48
It's a boxing match between the dollar and between precious
• 40:52
  metals. It's on.
• 40:53
It's on like Donkey Kong. All right, buckle up, buttercup.
• 40:59
It's time to put some boots on the warehouse floor.
• 41:03
Time to see some feathers fly because the fight is on.
• 41:08
And what we just talked about in one corner, we have the US
• 41:12
dollar backed by backed by $35 trillion in government debt,
• 41:18
$100 trillion in total debt. OK.
• 41:22
On top of that, the US dollar has a 200 year history, 200
• 41:27
years, right? And during that history has
• 41:31
proven itself to be a horrible store of value.
• 41:35
That's the dollar in the other corner, Ding Ding, Ding, we have
• 41:39
precious metals. They have a 5000 year history.
• 41:43
They've proven themselves to be a perfect store of value over
• 41:48
that entire time. And the zinger of it all in this
• 41:53
cage match right between the dollar and precious metals.
• 41:57
The the the precious metals have been in the same fight against
• 42:04
against the Roman currency, Chinese currencies, the whole
• 42:07
host 200 other currencies throughout history that have
• 42:10
failed. The dollar's been in this fight,
• 42:13
same fight, the same cage match hundreds of times.
• 42:17
And the dollar has always prevailed each and every time.
• 42:26
That's what we're in for. It's going to be a wild fun
• 42:28
ride. Hey, I got a super chat here.
• 42:30
I want to read that and thank you so much, Dan W Ron, thanks
• 42:36
for doing the show and and for the mods.
• 42:38
Yes, guys, thank you to the moderators.
• 42:40
Jake from Jake's custom parts, Annie Oakley, Big 10, the
• 42:44
  silvershire. This is not possible.
• 42:46
They make the show what it is. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
• 42:51
And everyone else, you talk about stuff everyone else
• 42:55
ignores like that before the Reagan's nightmare.
• 42:58
  Yeah. Thank you.
• 42:59
Thank you, Dan. I appreciate that, my friend.
• 43:01
Thank you. Thank you for the Super chat.
• 43:04
It's going to be an interesting wild, wild ride, guys.
• 43:08
I, I don't know that that, that even we fully realize that the
• 43:13
reality of the situation right now, how dire things could
• 43:17
possibly get right is we're in this cage match.
• 43:21
You know, I used to struggle with this.
• 43:25
I used to struggle. I would hear people like 10
• 43:27
years ago, hold on, I have a sip of coffee.
• 43:33
I would hear, I don't hear anybody say it anymore.
• 43:35
Maybe you hear this, but people would say the, the, the, the
• 43:38
gold is the kryptonite, the doll through the dollar.
• 43:42
And I think kryptonite was the thing that would hurt Superman,
• 43:44
right? That the gold was just hated by
• 43:48
the dollar, you know, and that, and that that's the reason why
• 43:53
since 1971, cause isn't it funny that they, the gold, that the
• 43:58
dollar loved gold, that our country loved gold and silver
• 44:02
for all those years. And that, and that during that
• 44:05
period we actually had a, a, a, a, a period of, of growth and
• 44:10
advancement that has never been matched throughout human
• 44:13
history, right. But nonetheless, now precious
• 44:17
metals are since 1971. We know about the memo that came
• 44:23
from the LBMA about how in the early 70s about how they set up
• 44:29
a futures market, they could manipulate the price and
• 44:32
discourage people from buying gold and silver.
• 44:36
  That's just the facts. That's what's happened.
• 44:38
OK, And it worked. You know, I was talking with
• 44:41
coin Shop Chris yesterday. He loves 90% silver.
• 44:45
I joke around with him. You guys know Coin Shop Chris.
• 44:48
I call him the Fred Sanford of junk silver.
• 44:52
And I mean that in a warm fuzzy loving way 'cause he loves junk
• 44:56
silver. And and I joked about like some
• 44:59
people call it 90% silver 'cause it's made of 90% silver pre 1964
• 45:05
and earlier Dimes quarters, 50 Cent pieces.
• 45:08
And I think it's over dollars as well.
• 45:10
But we joked around, we were like, the reality is it's 90%
• 45:14
silver. And here he held up one of
• 45:17
these. Hold on, here it is.
• 45:21
  Here's a 1958 quarter, OK? I think that's worth like 5
• 45:26
bucks, Chris said. Can you see that?
• 45:30
  There we go. That's a 1958 quarter.
• 45:33
It's made out of 90% silver. It's worth 50 bucks.
• 45:37
OK, And I joked around and I'm like, do you think 90% of
• 45:42
Americans realize They don't? I bet, I bet.
• 45:47
What do you think? How many what percentage of
• 45:50
Americans do you think realize here?
• 45:53
Let's look at this came from Big 10 to Silvershire or this cool
• 45:57
man 50 Cent piece. All right, what year does that
• 46:01
  say 1963? Look at that.
• 46:06
OK, That's real, baby. What percent?
• 46:10
Listen, listen. I didn't get to ring the bell.
• 46:12
Susie's aunt raking leaves. Hopefully you can hear that.
• 46:16
How many people know that? That's the sound of silver.
• 46:20
What percent of Americans? Maybe 5%.
• 46:25
  I don't know. Maybe 10%.
• 46:27
So that would mean if we're generous, that'd mean 90% of
• 46:31
Americans don't realize that the pre 1964 Dimes quarters half
• 46:38
dollars and silver dollars are made out of 90% silver.
• 46:41
Whoa, Drew man, another super chat.
• 46:45
Ron, keep up the great work. Please accept this worthless
• 46:49
Fiat. It's it's very much appreciated.
• 46:53
I will convert it into real into this.
• 46:55
  It's ASAP, right? Thank you.
• 47:00
Into something that you can clink together on your show.
• 47:02
You got it, Drew. Thank you.
• 47:04
Wow, you guys are blowing me away this morning with the Super
• 47:07
  chats. Thank you very much.
• 47:09
That's the reality people don't realize.
• 47:12
All right, guys. Hey, I may hop on later.
• 47:15
I might be going to Six Flags with my cousin SpongeBob, but I
• 47:18
may hop on later. I got a couple of more things we
• 47:21
need to talk about. If not, I'll see you early
• 47:24
tomorrow morning. Thank you for being here.
• 47:27
OK, really know your time you right it's it's one of you for a
• 47:33
big group, but it's not a group without you being part of it.
• 47:37
OK, your contributions matter. Super chats are super
• 47:40
appreciated. Never ever expected very much
• 47:44
love to get donations right. It helps keep the channel going,
• 47:47
but please don't ever donate anything you can't afford.
• 47:51
So thank you and come back. OK basement dwellers, have a
• 47:56
  great day. Thank you.
