- 0:02You may have taken a few lumps yesterday, silver investors, but
- 0:06you will feel better after you hear this because I have 3
- 0:10strong data points. You may not believe this as a
- 0:13silver investor, but three strong data points that indicate
- 0:18the silver price. They all indicate the same
- 0:20thing. The silver price should be about
- 0:229 times higher than where it is right now.
- 0:26I know it's hard to believe that would be $252.
- 0:32Yes, 9 * 28 = 252. And that's really where all
- 0:37three of these data points point toward us being.
- 0:40Let's dive right into it right now.
- 0:42Thank you for being here. Thank you for being part of this
- 0:45community. You belong here.
- 0:47We want you here. Please subscribe to the channel,
- 0:50give the video a thumbs up and super chat.
- 0:51So I super appreciate it. But without further adieu, this
- 0:56is intriguing. Guys, this is very strange to me
- 1:01that all three of these data points point toward $250 silver.
- 1:07Let me make sure I've got that up Susie's outrage in the yard.
- 1:13So I need to double check. Here we go.
- 1:16We're on. OK, guys, $250 silver 9X again,
- 1:20that would be a nine times increase from where we are now.
- 1:23Look, even if we got a third of the way there, we'd be happy.
- 1:27If we get all the way there, we'd be real happy $250 silver.
- 1:31The price could even overshoot and go higher at some point.
- 1:35But let's dive right in. The first thing we have to
- 1:38remember is that silver is a bipolar and schizophrenic metal.
- 1:43It's a psychiatrist dream patient, right?
- 1:46It is crazy. It is this bipolar, I'm sorry,
- 1:50schizophrenic component where it's a copper industrial metal,
- 1:54right guys? The fact right now is that the
- 1:57silver price, like it or not, is more closely related to more
- 2:02closely following the fancy term for it is Co related to copper.
- 2:08Copper and silver have been moving pretty much in lockstep
- 2:11lately. But the other side of that
- 2:14schizophrenic personality is its monetary right, its relationship
- 2:17to gold, and it's prone to erratic behavior and mood swings
- 2:23because of its bipolar component, right?
- 2:28It goes up and down, acts erratically crazy from time to
- 2:32time. OK, but you could also say that
- 2:34it's in a love triangle with copper and gold.
- 2:37But but in that love triangle, silver is the one that's been
- 2:41treated like, I'm sorry, I have to use the C word crap.
- 2:45OK, from both. Hold on here.
- 2:49I do my best. Bear with me, basement dwellers
- 2:52both. I'm a bit of a perfectionist.
- 2:54What's super interesting? This is where it gets
- 2:57interesting, guys. Silver would have to go up nine
- 3:00times for the price of silver to be truly reflective of both the
- 3:06copper and gold real world mining ratios.
- 3:10But there's another, there's a third component we're going to
- 3:13talk about a third factor independent of copper and gold
- 3:18that that points towards silver needing to go up or going up 9
- 3:22or 10 times. OK, So from an industrial
- 3:24perspective, I just threw this together for you.
- 3:30For each one ounce of silver that is mined.
- 3:34Oh boy, there we go. There are 1000 copper oz.
- 3:40OK, so silver for each for each one ounce of silver that's
- 3:45produced every year, there's 1000 ounces of copper.
- 3:47So that makes sense that silver should be 1000 times more
- 3:51expensive. OK, because silver is 1000 times
- 3:56rarer than copper. But silver isn't 1000 times more
- 4:00expensive. It's only 112 times more
- 4:04expensive. OK, now copper is measured in
- 4:07pounds and right now copper price is about $4.00 per pound.
- 4:12And if you divide 4 by 16 for 16 ounces, you get a per oz price
- 4:18of copper of $0.25. If I'm wrong on this, guys, send
- 4:23me an e-mail. Prove me wrong.
- 4:26So right now, copper is selling for $0.25 per oz.
- 4:30At $28.00 silver, that's only 112 times more expensive.
- 4:36So again, remember silver's 1000 times rarer.
- 4:40However, it only sells for 112 times more in price, but at
- 4:47roughly $250, which would be a nine times the current $28.00
- 4:53silver price. Silver would be reflective of
- 4:57the 1000 to one mining ratio because at $250, that would be
- 5:041000 times more expensive for an ounce of silver.
- 5:08Again, at $250, a thousand times more expensive than the $0.25
- 5:14per oz copper, that would be a 9X.
- 5:17That shows from an industrial perspective, OK, that that
- 5:22silver is truly, you know, 9 times underpriced.
- 5:26It's easy to make the argument that silver is just as important
- 5:30and in demand is copper, right? I mean, on top of it all, I know
- 5:34copper's important, copper's part of it.
- 5:36But the, the, the demand profile for silver is even more, is even
- 5:42more exciting than what we have in the copper market.
- 5:48All these different innovations, maybe silver is even in more
- 5:52demand than copper. Now let's switch over to the
- 5:54monetary side. So we see that from a, from a
- 5:57mining perspective, silver is 9 times underpriced.
- 6:01We need to go up nine times in value to be reflective of the
- 6:05copper. But what about gold?
- 6:06OK, from a monetary perspective, this is very conservative to
- 6:10estimate that there's 10 ounces of silver mined for each one
- 6:15ounce of gold. A lot of people say that number
- 6:17is closer to six or seven. I said 10 To be very
- 6:21conservative, that would lead us to believe that gold should be
- 6:2510 times more expensive, but it's not.
- 6:28It's right now 90 * 89, the gold to silver ratio.
- 6:33It takes 90 ounces of silver essentially to get one ounce of
- 6:37gold, but the mining ratio is only 10 to one, OK?
- 6:43So if we did another 9X on silver, if from the current
- 6:46price $28.00 * 9, we would have $252 silver again, OK, That
- 6:56would be a 12:50 gold to silver ratio because gold's trading
- 7:01right around $2500 per oz right now.
- 7:04So silver again, from a monetary gold perspective would have to
- 7:09go up nine times in value just to get to that that mining
- 7:13ratio. And then there's all this other
- 7:15data, you know about silver and the fact that there's actually
- 7:19less above ground silver right now in the world than gold
- 7:22because a lot of silver's been consumed.
- 7:24But we'll leave that all alone. OK, So that what this proves in
- 7:29my opinion, right, Is it from both of those components.
- 7:34The goal, I'm sorry, silver is, is neat would have to go up nine
- 7:37times from $28.00 * 9 to 250 just to be truly reflective of
- 7:44the actual mining ratios. The third, this one just came to
- 7:48me this morning when I was drinking my coffee.
- 7:50But the third, the third very important thing to consider when
- 7:54we talked about, I know, I understand, right?
- 7:56To think $250 silver's crazy, I'm a silver pumper, blah, blah,
- 8:01blah. I am a silver pumper.
- 8:03Hold on a second. Hello, all 300 of you, but I'm
- 8:09talking to 1 you. Yes, I fully admit I'm a silver
- 8:13pumper. You likely like silver too.
- 8:16I just wanted to break in here quickly and say thank you for
- 8:19joining me in the basement. I really appreciate you giving
- 8:22me your valuable time. Again, I want you to feel like
- 8:25you found a home away from home. Now let's get back to that third
- 8:28critical component that shows us just how crazy undervalued
- 8:33silver is. Uh oh, Hold on here.
- 8:37There we go. OK, when we talk about silver
- 8:46going to $250, I know, crazy, right?
- 8:499X in price we showed copper that it should be in relation to
- 8:55copper. It should it it could be should
- 8:58be 9 times higher. Coincidentally, very
- 9:01interesting, same, same amount of increase 9 times would have
- 9:05to occur to make it reflective of the mining ratio to gold as
- 9:10well. Again, $252.00.
- 9:13So when you think about that happening, oh that's crazy a
- 9:16nine times guys. Very recently from 2001 through
- 9:202011, silver, sorry, I only have so much time, not so over.
- 9:28Silver went from 9X on a 10X ride from under $5 from about
- 9:36$4.00 and change to over $50.00. That was more like a 10 more
- 9:41than a 10X ride. This can happen.
- 9:43And remember silver is the bipolar metal with massive mood
- 9:48swings. SO10X is not out of the
- 9:52question. And we know what caused that.
- 9:55That was a that was a bear market.
- 9:57Two things caused that massive 10X increase from O1 to 2011,
- 10:03right #1 the tech bubble burst. Have you been following the
- 10:08NASDAQ lately? And the AI stocks that are in a
- 10:12little bit of trouble, right? Maybe a bubble bursting.
- 10:15Maybe, just maybe a bubble bursting and right, we know and
- 10:20we're going to look at this later that the dollar easily
- 10:23could be going into a massive bear market.
- 10:25So why is this relationship the way it is?
- 10:29Why is silver undervalued by 9 times in relation to in in
- 10:36relation to both copper and gold undervalued by 9 times?
- 10:43OK, Is it because of demand? Well, no, you know, because
- 10:46silver, think about it, silver gets double demand.
- 10:50Silver's the the, the industrial metal and you know that whole
- 10:53profile and silver is the monetary metal.
- 10:57It should really in a certain extent have double demand, have
- 10:59diversified demand. You know why is so that that
- 11:03leads us to the question why silver so volatile if it has
- 11:07these this diversification of demand as well, it's got double
- 11:11demand and diversified demand. Think about that.
- 11:14OK, it's very interesting. We've got new estimates that
- 11:19there's only two years supply left of silver in the above
- 11:24ground. Silver surplus what what we like
- 11:27to call right as basement dwellers, the silver slush fund,
- 11:31that resource of above ground silver that the world has been
- 11:35drawing upon for the last what four years as there's been a
- 11:39massive silver deficit. I need to put throw in this
- 11:44disclaimer again one more time, guys, you got to remember, don't
- 11:49make any financial decisions based on what I'm saying because
- 11:52I'm a silver pumper. I actually I'm a silver
- 11:55believer. Are you a silver believer?
- 11:57I mean, I if nothing else, what this shows us, excuse me,
- 12:04silver's relationship to copper, silver's relationship to gold,
- 12:08silver only one ninth the price that it should be in relation to
- 12:13those mining, those mining numbers, mining ratios.
- 12:18To me, it shows undeniably that it minimum, the silver price is
- 12:23just so undervalued right now. There's no other way to there's
- 12:28no other way to to, to, to to describe it in my, in my, in my
- 12:32opinion, OK, super undervalued. Let's do an update.
- 12:36Yesterday was a tough day for silver investors.
- 12:39Let's run out and do an update on the silver price and gold
- 12:43price. We're going to go to channel
- 12:44sponsor pin backs. We'll press the pin backs magic
- 12:47button, get back to their homepage and see that the price
- 12:51has not changed since last night because the markets been closed.
- 12:54But they're showing gold at $2500, silver just under $28.00
- 13:01right now. Hey guys, please, I want to say
- 13:04thank you to channel sponsor Pembacs.
- 13:06I always feel so great, so good about having them sponsor the
- 13:10basement, but this is not possible without their support.
- 13:14But what makes it even better is what they're doing for you, the
- 13:17basement dweller community. I've received overwhelming
- 13:21positive response over the last year from you about your
- 13:26experiences with PMBEX. I'll never tell you what to do,
- 13:30but what I would recommend is that you may benefit next time
- 13:35you're looking to buy some gold, silver or platinum group metals.
- 13:37From checking out PMBEX, you'll find they have ultra competitive
- 13:41pricing. You will get more metal for your
- 13:44money. They've got a great selection
- 13:47and it's a company you can trust.
- 13:49You don't need to spend 34 hours trying to find the absolute best
- 13:54price and then another 20 hours trying to figure out if the
- 13:57company that has this best price is actually trustworthy.
- 14:00To me, Pin Backs makes it easy because it's a one stop shop.
- 14:04And please, please you need to pay attention to this if you
- 14:08ever decide to convert an IRAI will tell you take your time.
- 14:13You're going to convert a big chunk of money into precious
- 14:16metals. Take your time, talk to a number
- 14:19of different people, OK, Please include pin backs in that list.
- 14:24And at the end of the day, compare how much actual gold or
- 14:27silver you're going to get into your IRA, how many ounces of
- 14:32those metals you're going to get if you compare from from the
- 14:35different available options that you have.
- 14:37Because guys, I'm real confident that if you talk to Pembex, you
- 14:42might just be shocked at what they can do for you.
- 14:45But again, not giving financial advice, just giving
- 14:48recommendations. I want to show something quickly
- 14:50here. I can't believe the prices right
- 14:54now. What was I looking?
- 14:55I was looking at something this morning.
- 14:56Oh yeah, Australian Kangaroos. You can buy wow, 2024 brand new
- 15:05brilliant uncirculated Australian Kangaroos for as low
- 15:10as $30 each. OK.
- 15:12And if you buy a lower quantity, $31.00 each, but my gosh, even
- 15:17at 31, that's $3 over spot. You can get the price as low as
- 15:22almost just $2.00 over spot for brand new.
- 15:25And look at that, our friend King Charles on the other side,
- 15:28brand new coins. I'm usually a big believer in
- 15:31the I would always buy 10 oz bars, 100 oz bar every once in a
- 15:36while because the premiums were so low.
- 15:39But right now the premiums on the sovereign minted coins, even
- 15:43American Silver Eagles, Australian Kangaroos, Austrian
- 15:47Philharmonic's, South African Kruger Ants, UK Britannias,
- 15:52Austrian Philharmonic's, I think that's it, but there may be
- 15:55more. Anyway, all the premiums are so
- 15:57low to me, and I've been doing this for the last year or so.
- 16:02As these premiums have gotten so low, it's better off to buy the
- 16:04one ounce sovereign minted coins.
- 16:06I love 10 oz bars. Here's one right here, the one I
- 16:09used to hold down all my electric cables.
- 16:12OK, I always love these things. Isn't that pretty?
- 16:15But at these prices, I don't know, it just almost makes sense
- 16:20to buy the sovereign minted coins in my in my opinion,
- 16:23again, not giving financial advice, not giving a strong
- 16:27recommendations or anything like that.
- 16:32Let's take a look at the charts. Let's look at the damage in the
- 16:36silver and gold charts. Here is silver.
- 16:41This is a one year chart of silver.
- 16:44Here's what I want to point out. Let's draw a couple lines and
- 16:51take stock of where we are back in February.
- 16:53You know, we started out back here guys at around $22.00 per
- 16:57oz. We are still firmly in an
- 17:01uptrend. OK, now hold on here, let me see
- 17:06if I can. I'm going to continue that and I
- 17:09want to show you something very interesting that is again
- 17:13developing on the silver chart and that is yet another wedgie.
- 17:18OK, See that? That's called a wedge or a
- 17:22triangle. I don't know different people.
- 17:24I'm not a techie, big technical guy.
- 17:26But silver as it's been kind of in this range since what about
- 17:30May when it hit $32 per oz has been trading in a, in a bit of a
- 17:34tighter and tighter range. At some point, right?
- 17:37It's, it's inevitable at some point the silver price will
- 17:43break out of this range. It's either going to go up or
- 17:49down. That's why you come to Ron's
- 17:52basement for those unbelievable, unbelievable insights.
- 17:58I think it will go up. Now we're getting close to the
- 18:01bottom of this range and this is out, you know, let's say
- 18:04November, December, right, when things could get really crazy in
- 18:09the world, right? We have a big election coming
- 18:12up. We've got a massive bricks
- 18:14meeting at the end of October where a lot of people are, are
- 18:18are are speculating that we could see a gold backed
- 18:22currency. I mean things could really get
- 18:24rocking and rolling in the gold and silver market.
- 18:28Now here, let me show this how that could work out for us.
- 18:31What the heck, here we'll go. We'll go with a green line, OK.
- 18:37And so and when we're out in this range, if this continues to
- 18:42kind of stay within this range, what we could see, let me get
- 18:49rid of that. OK?
- 18:51Now shoot, wait, I'm gonna draw it real quick again.
- 18:54Sorry, guys. OK, And here's this.
- 19:02Remember, this comes together somewhere out here in November
- 19:06around This is around the election, the presidential
- 19:09election. This is around the the Russian
- 19:11bricks meeting. I think we could see this,
- 19:15right? We could see that blue line, the
- 19:18silver price completely explode. All right, let's go take a look
- 19:20at the other culprit, the US dollar index.
- 19:25If that's always what we need to keep our eye on, even though
- 19:28it's a big joke nonetheless, we're currently at one O 1.
- 19:34Let's look at the long term and let's keep things in
- 19:41perspective. It's our weekly.
- 19:43I feel obligated to remind you guys of this because it is
- 19:47probably one of the best news things that we have to look
- 19:50forward to. We talked about it earlier, a
- 19:53bear market in the dollar index. That's this goes back what, 40
- 19:59years of data, guys, we've only been higher a little bit of
- 20:02time. We have a lot of room where we
- 20:05can, where we can go down, down, down, OK.
- 20:09When the last time we went down, down, down, which was pure from
- 20:132001 to 2011, again, that's when the silver price just so
- 20:19happened to go up by 10 * 10 times, OK.
- 20:26From O1 to 2011 ten times. I know, I understand.
- 20:33All right. It's hard for me to fathom $250
- 20:37silver, but the same exact returns that we would need to
- 20:41get the $250 silver today happened during that same
- 20:46period. Now it happened over a 10 year
- 20:48period. How old?
- 20:50How old would that make you? I would be 64 down here with my
- 20:54cane saying, hey, guys, we hit $250 silver.
- 20:57But nonetheless, we'll take it, right?
- 21:00It's very, very doable. OK, Hey, I want you.
- 21:04I want to remind you guys, please leave comments in the
- 21:07comments section. I read the comments every single
- 21:10day. In many days, we feature a
- 21:13comment during the show. I don't know if we're going to
- 21:15have time to do that today. You'll have to find out a little
- 21:17bit later. But your comments, your thoughts
- 21:20are important. Here's the bottom line.
- 21:22We are a group. You are part of a group.
- 21:24I want you to feel like you belong here.
- 21:27You're accepted here not the only people that that get banned
- 21:31from this channel or if they're really rude or really mean
- 21:34spirited, OK, And that's hardly anybody.
- 21:37We've had to hardly bank as people in this community like
- 21:39you are very nice. So please leave comments.
- 21:43That's how we learn is from each other.
- 21:45And guess what buttercup? Guess what?
- 21:49You don't have to agree with me. I welcome when people don't
- 21:52agree with me. That's how I can learn.
- 21:54That's the way we can learn. So it's OK that we don't always
- 21:57agree on everything, but please leave a comment, please give
- 22:00this video a thumbs up and please subscribe to the channel.
- 22:04And thank you in advance for any super chats, any donations to
- 22:08the channel. They go a long way.
- 22:10OK, Are you ready? Not next week, but on September
- 22:1518th will be now the big, big day when the Fed announces
- 22:21interest rates. Now let's take a look.
- 22:23We're going to learn. We're going to go on a little
- 22:25journey together this morning, some new territory, but we're
- 22:29going to learn about what the expectations are because if the
- 22:32Fed cuts rates by half percent, that will be a shocker.
- 22:36Do you think it's going to happen?
- 22:38And the Fed, oh, by the way, I forgot the best part of the
- 22:42show. The feds on their the Fed is on
- 22:45their period. I'll explain.
- 22:49OK, The feds going to be on their period here for the next
- 22:52week and a half. I'll explain.
- 22:54OK, let's let's oh boy, hold on. Let's all have a drink of
- 22:59coffee. I need to catch my breath after
- 23:00that one, but I will very critical.
- 23:11I turned the microphone back on. Thank you guys.
- 23:13OK, let's talk about the Fed. Right now the Fed target rate is
- 23:175.25 to 5.5. Look at this guys.
- 23:21This was new to me. I've heard people talk about it,
- 23:23but we're going to get a little sophisticated.
- 23:25So let's go take a look at what the Fed, what the what the
- 23:30expectations are. This is from the CME Group, the
- 23:33Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and the next FOMC meeting will be in
- 23:3911 days and three hours. That's when we'll know the
- 23:42biggest news in the history of the planet or the universe for
- 23:47silver and gold price. We already know that silver
- 23:52should be 9 times higher, but this is the CME Fed watch tool.
- 23:55Let me make this a little smaller.
- 23:58This will tell us what the markets are expecting out of the
- 24:04Fed, OK. So what it's showing, OK,
- 24:08because currently the Fed rate is at 5.25 to 5.5, is that
- 24:13there's a 70% chance that they're going to drop it to this
- 24:175 to 5.25. That would be 1/4 percent rate
- 24:22cut, OK? There's a 30% chance, so pretty
- 24:26decent that they're going to cut it by half a point, which would
- 24:32bring it down to four to the 4.75 to 5% range.
- 24:38Because remember, they quote this in a little range.
- 24:41Currently we're at the high end of 5.5 S 1/2 percent cut would
- 24:46be at the high high range of five.
- 24:48Here's another way to look at it.
- 24:49So when you hear all these sophisticated guys talking about
- 24:52the the Fed watch tool, you can look at it down here, right?
- 24:56This would be this would be the half percent, the highlighted
- 25:02row 1/2 percent cut 30%. But if you look over here on the
- 25:06right, I don't know if you can see this a month ago, things
- 25:10have flip-flopped. A month ago there was a 70%
- 25:13chance that they cut by half a point.
- 25:15And here is the smaller quarter point cut 70% is where where
- 25:22their odds are right now. These are like the gambling
- 25:24betting odds, basically the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
- 25:27And if you go all the way over to the right again, you can see
- 25:30that a month ago, people thought it was only a 30% chance.
- 25:33Now, is the Fed really on their period?
- 25:36You might be asking what I'm talking about.
- 25:41Good news, We don't have to worry about the Fed speakers,
- 25:45right? Remember, there's, what is it,
- 25:4712 Fed banks around the country and they squawk.
- 25:51They're like Hawks. They're always talking about
- 25:53giving speeches at luncheons of the whatever, the Rochester
- 25:57Economic Club. And then it's headline news and
- 26:00Bloomberg reports it and makes gold go down, silver go down 2%
- 26:04because they say, oh, we're going to be we're done.
- 26:07They're on their period. OK, here, let's all say we
- 26:10haven't said hi to Jerome. He's been hiding out.
- 26:13He's going to be out. We're going to see this, this
- 26:15guy in what 11 days? We said now what do I mean
- 26:22they're on their period? Well, they have a what's called
- 26:23a quiet period. All right, let's go me just this
- 26:26is interesting. Just so you know, for future
- 26:29reference, this is from the Chicago Fed, the FOMC blackout
- 26:36periods. Federal Reserve staff, including
- 26:39those are the Chicago Fed, generally do not speak in
- 26:43public, which they never did. But but they don't do that
- 26:46between a week, a week prior to the Saturday preceding a Federal
- 26:53Open Market Committee meeting. So that would mean next week, OK
- 26:58it the whole week before the Saturday before they have their
- 27:03big meeting this time and then and then also the Thursday
- 27:08following the meeting, 'cause they always make the
- 27:09announcements on Wednesday. So it'll be Wednesday of next
- 27:12week, September 18th. This time is referred to as the
- 27:15FOMC period. Blackout period.
- 27:18I'm sorry, blackout periods are from below, and if we go down
- 27:22here, we're not going to spend too much time on this.
- 27:24That would be September 7th. Oh, today.
- 27:29So last time I'll make this joke, but the feds started their
- 27:33period today, September 7th, so they can't talk anymore.
- 27:36No more talk, no more. No more squawking out of the
- 27:39Fed. OK now guys, here's the reality.
- 27:44the Fed is cooked, the economy is cooked.
- 27:46We are in a recession right now. Lumber Liquidators, right?
- 27:52Whatever they call themselves now I bought the floor in our
- 27:55kitchen, one of those snap together Pergo type floors.
- 27:57I bought that from Lumber Liquidators probably 8 years
- 27:59ago. It's a huge company, so flooring
- 28:01think they have 400 locations out of business gone.
- 28:05We are in a recession. Red Lobster proclaimed
- 28:09bankruptcy, My gosh right. Trucking companies, excuse me,
- 28:14still going out of business. We are in a recession right now.
- 28:17the Fed knows that. the Fed had a little secret for you. the Fed
- 28:22has given up on the fight on inflation.
- 28:25OK, the Fed. Now what does the Fed say?
- 28:27Let's just go quickly to hear what the what the Fed is telling
- 28:32us. We get this from Reuters.
- 28:36OK, Reuters, Fed, this just came out, what, yesterday, Feds?
- 28:43Williams says the time has arrived to start rate cuts.
- 28:48Now the Fed is out squawking and talking about the fact that
- 28:52they're going to cut rates. There's no more hiding it, OK?
- 28:56We are definitely going to get a rate cut.
- 28:58But the big key thing to remember here is they've given
- 29:02up on their fight on inflation. If they if they cut rates.
- 29:06Let me let me look you in the eye and tell you this.
- 29:11Buckle up, buttercup, OK? Because if you eat or drink
- 29:16anything, which I know you do 'cause you're alive right now.
- 29:19Joining me here in the basement, prices are going to skyrocket in
- 29:232025 if they cut rates by do do a series of rate cuts through
- 29:31the end of this year. OK, and we get up there.
- 29:34Some people are saying they could cut by a full percentage
- 29:37point by the end of the year. It will ignite because the
- 29:40inflation's already still a problem in reality right now.
- 29:44But if they cut rates throughout the end of the year by one full
- 29:48percent, it is primed. It's like a it's like a rocket
- 29:52on the on the launchpad. The engines are started.
- 29:55You know, all that smoke's coming out.
- 29:57Inflation is going to skyrocket. And here's what's going to
- 30:00happen you, you're going to know, right?
- 30:03Because you are the type person that's watching joining us here.
- 30:06You'd love to talk. You know what's coming.
- 30:08It's not going to surprise you when you go to the grocery store
- 30:12in a year from now, in that gallon of milk that maybe, you
- 30:16know, cost $2.00 four years ago, cost $4.00 now a year from now
- 30:22is going to cost $6. You won't be shocked, but
- 30:26everybody else will be shocked. Everybody's going to freak.
- 30:29And this is where it gets interesting because those people
- 30:31that freak those new people, this is going to be a situation
- 30:37where they're they're like, OK, I went through this before in
- 30:402022. I I need to do something.
- 30:43I need to protect myself. These things, right?
- 30:46These things, Oh, here it comes. It just floats because it's
- 30:50based on nothing are becoming worthless.
- 30:54It's going to be a whole new way of the people.
- 30:56And at the same time where they're freaking out and they're
- 30:58like, I got to protect my wealth.
- 31:00What am I going to do? Right?
- 31:02Inflation. They don't look at it as the
- 31:04dollar going. They're not, they're not as I'm
- 31:07not putting anybody down, but they aren't as smart as you.
- 31:12They aren't looking at it as a devaluation of the dollar.
- 31:15They just look at it as inflation.
- 31:17If we know it's the same thing, the dollar is going down in
- 31:20value. Those same people as they're as
- 31:23they're sitting on 50,500 thousand 5000, no matter what
- 31:28amount it is in a money market account or in a or in ACD at a
- 31:34bank, right? And that's coming due.
- 31:37And now at the same time that they're losing purchasing power,
- 31:41they're also waking up to the fact that because rates are
- 31:45lower, they're now only making 2 or 3% on their money in the
- 31:49bank, their safe harbor money. They're going to come to silver
- 31:53and gold, OK, They aren't going to go what are their other
- 31:55options? The stock market, it's crap, OK,
- 31:59it's a bubble. The stock market is a bubble,
- 32:04period. OK.
- 32:06I have a degree in accounting. I worked for a BIG4 accounting
- 32:08firm for nine months until I left because I didn't like it
- 32:12was my my decision to leave. But I understand numbers, guys.
- 32:16The stock market is a bubble of all bubbles.
- 32:19Are they going to go to real estate?
- 32:21No, real estate's a bubble. They're going to go to silver
- 32:23and gold. That's the reality.
- 32:25That's what's going on. OK.
- 32:27The other big thing going on right now is that you are
- 32:29joining us in the basement. Thank you guys again, you
- 32:32basement dwellers. We got almost 600 people.
- 32:35Let's keep it growing, man. What a awesome thing it is that
- 32:39you are here with us today. I'll tell you something about
- 32:42you that I know for sure, OK? Remember the bear, right?
- 32:46You're a little smarter than the average bear.
- 32:48You got a little more going on up there than the average
- 32:51person. You really are part of the 1%,
- 32:54OK, And you're probably are you? I am part of the 1% of Americans
- 32:59that buy silver and gold, OK? So give yourself a little pat on
- 33:03the back. Yes, we're probably a little
- 33:06early and sometimes being a little early, right?
- 33:10Being early, find something too soon can feel like you're wrong.
- 33:15But I'm not giving financial advice.
- 33:17Don't make any finance. But I don't think you're wrong.
- 33:20I don't think I'm wrong. I know we're early and it can
- 33:24feel a little wrong at times, right?
- 33:27But remember, you're just part of the 1%, right?
- 33:32You're the smart one. You're the person who was on the
- 33:34Titanic and noticed that things were going a little awry and got
- 33:39into the first lifeboat and, and the people were laughing at you.
- 33:45They weren't laughing at those people that got in the first
- 33:47lifeboat 3-4 hours later, however long it took for the
- 33:50Titanic to sink, which was a tragedy.
- 33:52But nonetheless, that's what you are doing right now.
- 33:55Let's go back to Fed Williams. Wait a minute, I got to finish
- 34:00that thought. You're one in 100 when it gets
- 34:05to be 5 in 100 people, right? That's when that's when you're
- 34:11going to see things like the potential for $250 so over and
- 34:17if you don't think we can get $250 so over, I don't think we
- 34:19can, right? But when I'm, I'm just reporting
- 34:22to you what the numbers were that we talked about earlier in
- 34:26this video, right? When you compare the silver
- 34:30price on a ratio basis to what what it should be based on the
- 34:34the mining ratios of copper and silver.
- 34:38When you consider what happened from O1 to 2011 when silver went
- 34:42up 10 XII don't believe it either.
- 34:46But I'm telling you, what is it ever happened to you in your
- 34:49life that like, unbelievable things happen?
- 34:54They could, right? Look, I could be wrong.
- 34:57I could be sitting down here next year saying I can't believe
- 35:00silver's $20.00 an ounce. OK, so we'll see.
- 35:06We'll see what happens. Let's go back to the Fed just to
- 35:11show you that the Fed has given up.
- 35:13They surrender. OK?
- 35:17New York Reuters September 6th Federal Reserve Bank of New York
- 35:23President John Williams said on Friday breaking news a more
- 35:27evenly balanced economy has opened the door to central Bank
- 35:31rate cuts. That means we're in a recession,
- 35:33guys, and more evenly balanced economy.
- 35:36That's Fed speak for we're in a recession with the full course
- 35:40of action to be determined by how the economy performs with
- 35:44the economy now. And this makes me mad.
- 35:46The the Fed already makes everything confusing enough,
- 35:50right? That's their one of their, they
- 35:51have 3 purposes. Keep inflation low.
- 35:55They failed at that. Keep unemployment low.
- 35:58God only knows because the unemployment numbers are like
- 36:01reading, you know, one of those Japanese comic books or
- 36:06something. And the other thing is to keep
- 36:08you confused. That's their third mandate.
- 36:10So they're already make things confusing enough.
- 36:12And then he does this with the economy now and equi poise.
- 36:16What the heck does equi poise mean?
- 36:18I have never even heard of that word.
- 36:20Let's go learn something together.
- 36:22Here we go, guys. Then we can use this at the
- 36:25Country Club tonight when we're having dinner with our friends.
- 36:30Hold on here, Equi pose Equi whoops wrong key E God, I hate
- 36:40this keyboard Equipose balance of forces or interest.
- 36:45OK, so we have a balance. Why can't you just say that on a
- 36:50path to 2%? Yeah right.
- 36:52You're that's a typo that was supposed to stay with the
- 36:55economy now and equal whatever and inflation on path to should
- 37:00they forgot the zero. I can't type it in there not to
- 37:06call Reuters. Hey guys, you have a typo in
- 37:09your article. So it's a path to 2%.
- 37:11There's supposed to be A0A path to 20%.
- 37:14It's now appropriate to dial down the degree of
- 37:16restrictiveness in the stance of policy by reducing the target
- 37:19range for the federal funds rate.
- 37:22Blah, blah, blah. Guys, the Fed has given up.
- 37:25We are in a recession. the Fed knows it.
- 37:28The Fed is giving up. the Fed hates gold. the Fed hates
- 37:33silver. You love gold.
- 37:35You love silver, OK? The fact remains, the fact
- 37:40remains this. They can talk all their talk,
- 37:42they can say whatever they want, but this remains the case.
- 37:58This, I mean, look at this, it went up by like 100 billion in
- 38:02one day, 35 trillion in debt, OK?
- 38:07We are now spending significantly more on interest
- 38:11alone than on defense. And of course, we're going to go
- 38:13over here to look at the dollar to silver ratio because it
- 38:17continues. Where'd it go?
- 38:19OK, we're at 476. That means that the M2 money
- 38:25supply, which is the basic money, the dollars that are out
- 38:28there is increasing. There's $476 being created each
- 38:34year for each one ounce of silver.
- 38:37OK, unbelievable. The paper to silver ratio still
- 38:42hovering about 400. That means there's 400 paper
- 38:46electronic Unicorn fartfest ounces of silver being traded.
- 38:50Hold on here, I gotta shut that down.
- 38:53For each one ounce of silver, that is, that is being mind each
- 38:59year, not only do we have 35 trillion, 300 billion, and let
- 39:05me remind you, 35 trillion, one trillion, just to put this in
- 39:10perspective, is equal to 1,000,000 * 1,000,000.
- 39:16It makes your head spin, but it's the highest govern, federal
- 39:20government debt in the world, number one.
- 39:22But #2 total U.S. debt, OK, that includes our government,
- 39:27corporations and households is at $102 trillion.
- 39:35Hey, thank you, Dan, for that super chat.
- 39:37I'll read that in a second. OK, Thank you and thank you to
- 39:40the mods. I saw that you say that.
- 39:41OK, we have 100 trillion in debt in total as a country, OK,
- 39:48corporate debt, all this guys, this is, that's a third of the
- 39:53world debt. That is what's backing.
- 39:56Where'd it go? It flew.
- 39:57It keeps fluttering away on me. That is what's back in this
- 40:01right, that $100 trillion in debt.
- 40:06Remember, Remember you, we, we, we have entered a new.
- 40:14World right now, silver and gold, precious metals.
- 40:18Investors, you've entered a new world.
- 40:21There is a battle Royale, right? A cage fight getting ready to
- 40:27start because Bank of America told us just recently that gold
- 40:33has become the world's preferred reserve asset, second only to
- 40:39this thing. OK, Gold overtook the euro.
- 40:45So now it's a cage match. It's a fight.
- 40:48It's a boxing match between the dollar and between precious
- 40:52metals. It's on.
- 40:53It's on like Donkey Kong. All right, buckle up, buttercup.
- 40:59It's time to put some boots on the warehouse floor.
- 41:03Time to see some feathers fly because the fight is on.
- 41:08And what we just talked about in one corner, we have the US
- 41:12dollar backed by backed by $35 trillion in government debt,
- 41:18$100 trillion in total debt. OK.
- 41:22On top of that, the US dollar has a 200 year history, 200
- 41:27years, right? And during that history has
- 41:31proven itself to be a horrible store of value.
- 41:35That's the dollar in the other corner, Ding Ding, Ding, we have
- 41:39precious metals. They have a 5000 year history.
- 41:43They've proven themselves to be a perfect store of value over
- 41:48that entire time. And the zinger of it all in this
- 41:53cage match right between the dollar and precious metals.
- 41:57The the the precious metals have been in the same fight against
- 42:04against the Roman currency, Chinese currencies, the whole
- 42:07host 200 other currencies throughout history that have
- 42:10failed. The dollar's been in this fight,
- 42:13same fight, the same cage match hundreds of times.
- 42:17And the dollar has always prevailed each and every time.
- 42:26That's what we're in for. It's going to be a wild fun
- 42:28ride. Hey, I got a super chat here.
- 42:30I want to read that and thank you so much, Dan W Ron, thanks
- 42:36for doing the show and and for the mods.
- 42:38Yes, guys, thank you to the moderators.
- 42:40Jake from Jake's custom parts, Annie Oakley, Big 10, the
- 42:44silvershire. This is not possible.
- 42:46They make the show what it is. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- 42:51And everyone else, you talk about stuff everyone else
- 42:55ignores like that before the Reagan's nightmare.
- 42:58Yeah. Thank you.
- 42:59Thank you, Dan. I appreciate that, my friend.
- 43:01Thank you. Thank you for the Super chat.
- 43:04It's going to be an interesting wild, wild ride, guys.
- 43:08I, I don't know that that, that even we fully realize that the
- 43:13reality of the situation right now, how dire things could
- 43:17possibly get right is we're in this cage match.
- 43:21You know, I used to struggle with this.
- 43:25I used to struggle. I would hear people like 10
- 43:27years ago, hold on, I have a sip of coffee.
- 43:33I would hear, I don't hear anybody say it anymore.
- 43:35Maybe you hear this, but people would say the, the, the, the
- 43:38gold is the kryptonite, the doll through the dollar.
- 43:42And I think kryptonite was the thing that would hurt Superman,
- 43:44right? That the gold was just hated by
- 43:48the dollar, you know, and that, and that that's the reason why
- 43:53since 1971, cause isn't it funny that they, the gold, that the
- 43:58dollar loved gold, that our country loved gold and silver
- 44:02for all those years. And that, and that during that
- 44:05period we actually had a, a, a, a, a period of, of growth and
- 44:10advancement that has never been matched throughout human
- 44:13history, right. But nonetheless, now precious
- 44:17metals are since 1971. We know about the memo that came
- 44:23from the LBMA about how in the early 70s about how they set up
- 44:29a futures market, they could manipulate the price and
- 44:32discourage people from buying gold and silver.
- 44:36That's just the facts. That's what's happened.
- 44:38OK, And it worked. You know, I was talking with
- 44:41coin Shop Chris yesterday. He loves 90% silver.
- 44:45I joke around with him. You guys know Coin Shop Chris.
- 44:48I call him the Fred Sanford of junk silver.
- 44:52And I mean that in a warm fuzzy loving way 'cause he loves junk
- 44:56silver. And and I joked about like some
- 44:59people call it 90% silver 'cause it's made of 90% silver pre 1964
- 45:05and earlier Dimes quarters, 50 Cent pieces.
- 45:08And I think it's over dollars as well.
- 45:10But we joked around, we were like, the reality is it's 90%
- 45:14silver. And here he held up one of
- 45:17these. Hold on, here it is.
- 45:21Here's a 1958 quarter, OK? I think that's worth like 5
- 45:26bucks, Chris said. Can you see that?
- 45:30There we go. That's a 1958 quarter.
- 45:33It's made out of 90% silver. It's worth 50 bucks.
- 45:37OK, And I joked around and I'm like, do you think 90% of
- 45:42Americans realize They don't? I bet, I bet.
- 45:47What do you think? How many what percentage of
- 45:50Americans do you think realize here?
- 45:53Let's look at this came from Big 10 to Silvershire or this cool
- 45:57man 50 Cent piece. All right, what year does that
- 46:01say 1963? Look at that.
- 46:06OK, That's real, baby. What percent?
- 46:10Listen, listen. I didn't get to ring the bell.
- 46:12Susie's aunt raking leaves. Hopefully you can hear that.
- 46:16How many people know that? That's the sound of silver.
- 46:20What percent of Americans? Maybe 5%.
- 46:25I don't know. Maybe 10%.
- 46:27So that would mean if we're generous, that'd mean 90% of
- 46:31Americans don't realize that the pre 1964 Dimes quarters half
- 46:38dollars and silver dollars are made out of 90% silver.
- 46:41Whoa, Drew man, another super chat.
- 46:45Ron, keep up the great work. Please accept this worthless
- 46:49Fiat. It's it's very much appreciated.
- 46:53I will convert it into real into this.
- 46:55It's ASAP, right? Thank you.
- 47:00Into something that you can clink together on your show.
- 47:02You got it, Drew. Thank you.
- 47:04Wow, you guys are blowing me away this morning with the Super
- 47:07chats. Thank you very much.
- 47:09That's the reality people don't realize.
