- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered, but America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:33Speaker 3: What time is it?
- 0:34Speaker 4: It's time War War.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 0:41Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:55Speaker 5: All right, let me jump right in because we have
- 0:57Speaker 5: a guest to kick things off. My name is Leel's
- 1:00Speaker 5: filling in the first hour here on Wayne Allen Roots Show.
- 1:04Speaker 5: The show is War the Great Network, Talk Media Network.
- 1:07Speaker 5: And joining me right now to talk about a column
- 1:09Speaker 5: that was written by a brilliant author is my good
- 1:12Speaker 5: friend Colonel Rob Simmons.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Rob, what's so special about this column?
- 1:17Speaker 6: It's called envisioning a dooms Day scenario? A doomsday scenario,
- 1:26Speaker 6: and so the author is saying in this op ed,
- 1:30Speaker 6: think about this, Try to envision a scenario that plays
- 1:35Speaker 6: out like this, A mushroom cloud rises above Kiev, Kharkiv
- 1:40Speaker 6: or Odessa. Now these are cities in Ukraine, Yes, sir,
- 1:44Speaker 6: if anybody in case you lee didn't know anyway, a
- 1:48Speaker 6: tactical nuclear weapon unleashed by Russia. Oh, by the way,
- 1:51Speaker 6: Russia has more tactical nukes in any country in the world.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Correct.
- 1:55Speaker 6: In fact, if you take all the tactical nukes in
- 1:57Speaker 6: the world and add them up, there're a fraction what
- 2:00Speaker 6: Russia has. Why does Russia have tactical nukes? Because they're
- 2:03Speaker 6: little nukes. They're not big ones. You can pop them around.
- 2:05Speaker 6: It's not like you're obliterating half a continent. You know,
- 2:09Speaker 6: you're not overkilling, just killing a little bit. You know,
- 2:12Speaker 6: you could obliterate the Ukrainian city, reducing it to ash
- 2:16Speaker 6: and sending shockwaves across a world already on edge. What
- 2:23Speaker 6: would we all do? Would we do?
- 2:27Speaker 4: What would Europe do?
- 2:28Speaker 6: What would Zelenski do?
- 2:29Speaker 3: Well?
- 2:30Speaker 6: He might be toast at this point, Okay, the stark
- 2:33Speaker 6: realist answer is likely the world would do very little.
- 2:40Speaker 6: This impotence exposes a harsh truth about the fragility of
- 2:46Speaker 6: global order. When a superpower opts to devour its neighbor Russia, Ukraine, China, Taiwan, Iran, Hbala,
- 3:00Speaker 6: Hamas and the huthis Israel, get those Jews. I mean,
- 3:05Speaker 6: what are you gonna do when Iran has the bomb?
- 3:08Speaker 6: What are you gonna do? So he goes on and
- 3:11Speaker 6: on and on in this op ed talking about, you know,
- 3:16Speaker 6: nuclear war. Now, is that reasonable? Is there any way
- 3:22Speaker 6: we could really validate this? Well, here's an interesting article
- 3:26Speaker 6: that I have here. It's from the Wall Street Journal
- 3:31Speaker 6: opinion a couple of years ago. Putin's nuclear threat is real.
- 3:37Speaker 6: This guy says, essentially, he's Putin isn't just talking, isn't
- 3:42Speaker 6: just fighting Ukraine. He's waging a global war on the
- 3:46Speaker 6: US world order, and the nuclear threat is real. And
- 3:52Speaker 6: Putin says he might use nukes, and you know what,
- 3:55Speaker 6: listen to him. It's the real deal. Here's another art rale.
- 4:00Speaker 6: This is in the Post October twenty twenty two, same
- 4:03Speaker 6: kind of time frame as this other article. Russia President
- 4:08Speaker 6: Vladimir Putin is feared to be planning a nuclear test
- 4:12Speaker 6: on the border with Ukraine. Just a test, It's just
- 4:15Speaker 6: a test. It's a test. Nothing to worry about. We
- 4:18Speaker 6: do testing. While officials in Kiev are already handing out
- 4:22Speaker 6: potassium iodide pills to protect against a possible NUK strike.
- 4:30Speaker 6: NATO issued an intelligence report to its members that the
- 4:33Speaker 6: Kremlin is planning to test so called doomsday Poseidon nuclear
- 4:39Speaker 6: torpedo drones that you launched from a submarine. So, I mean,
- 4:45Speaker 6: this is in the papers a couple of years ago.
- 4:48Speaker 6: Here's a picture of the submarine, here's the Poseidon torpedo,
- 4:52Speaker 6: and it says when it comes to tactical nuclear weapons,
- 4:55Speaker 6: Russia has about ten times more than the US. Huh. Interesting, Yeah,
- 5:02Speaker 6: these are little nukes, not big newts. Okay, So if
- 5:07Speaker 6: you go back a couple of years, you see quite
- 5:09Speaker 6: a bit of chatter about this. So this this author
- 5:12Speaker 6: is really not far off the time. So now Zelensky
- 5:17Speaker 6: comes to Washington, DC, and he has this little hissy
- 5:21Speaker 6: fit and he walks out and he runs over to
- 5:23Speaker 6: Great Britain and gives him a big smack on the
- 5:25Speaker 6: lips because they're going to help him. Right, except for
- 5:29Speaker 6: one thing. When you look at the twenty twenty four
- 5:32Speaker 6: NATO spending as a percentage of gross domestic product, where
- 5:40Speaker 6: is the United Kingdom on this list? Well, they're under
- 5:44Speaker 6: two and a half percent. Now the goal right now,
- 5:48Speaker 6: according to Macron, the Frenchman is the froggy guy is
- 5:53Speaker 6: three three percent. How many NATO countries are over three percent? Well,
- 6:01Speaker 6: you've got Greece, Latvia, the United States at three point
- 6:06Speaker 6: three eight percent, Estonia at almost three and a half percent,
- 6:11Speaker 6: and the biggest NATO partner when it comes to percent
- 6:15Speaker 6: of GDP. Want to guess, poll axe, how'd you know that?
- 6:19Speaker 3: How'd you know that?
- 6:19Speaker 1: I could you know that?
- 6:21Speaker 6: I didn't tell you that. No, Poland is over four percent? Now,
- 6:25Speaker 6: how come Poland is so high? Because they're nervous neighbors
- 6:29Speaker 6: with who youkrat.
- 6:30Speaker 1: And who else?
- 6:31Speaker 3: Russia?
- 6:32Speaker 6: And what happened during World War two?
- 6:35Speaker 5: Rule?
- 6:35Speaker 6: Oh, the Nazis. The Nazis rounded up ten thousand Polish
- 6:41Speaker 6: military officers and killed them and buried them in the
- 6:44Speaker 6: Katin woods. Did you know that?
- 6:46Speaker 1: No, actually did not.
- 6:48Speaker 6: Well, it's what happened. But you know what wasn't the Nazis?
- 6:52Speaker 1: Who was it?
- 6:53Speaker 6: Yeah, this is a secret. Probably not supposed to talk
- 6:56Speaker 6: about it on.
- 6:56Speaker 1: The radio ship.
- 6:57Speaker 6: Okay, it was the Ruskies who did it, and they
- 7:00Speaker 6: blamed it on the Nazis. So the pole axe and
- 7:02Speaker 6: the Ruskies, you know they don't get a long pole
- 7:05Speaker 6: axe and Cossacks that's what they call it. They don't.
- 7:08Speaker 6: They don't get along, and they've kind of not gotten
- 7:10Speaker 6: along for a while. So Poland is a neighbor of
- 7:12Speaker 6: the Ruskies, and they figure if if Ukraine goes down,
- 7:15Speaker 6: who's next? They are, okay? So then you look at
- 7:19Speaker 6: some of our other NATO partners. I don't know, we're
- 7:22Speaker 6: having this little, this little dust up with with Canada,
- 7:26Speaker 6: you know, the land of maple syrup and hockey bucks
- 7:29Speaker 6: and Trudeau. But he doesn't like you. He speaks French,
- 7:32Speaker 6: so you don't know what he's talking about. Only when
- 7:34Speaker 6: he likes you does he speak English, and he speaks French.
- 7:36Speaker 6: So anyway, oh, our good friends in Canada, how are
- 7:40Speaker 6: they doing when it comes to NATO? Probably not much, Yeah,
- 7:44Speaker 6: a little bit over one percent. And yet we carry
- 7:47Speaker 6: their water on the nuclear shield, do we not? We
- 7:50Speaker 6: carry their water on a navy projecting power on both
- 7:54Speaker 6: coasts and around the world and in the Arctic, right,
- 7:56Speaker 6: what are they doing in the Artic? Well, they got
- 7:57Speaker 6: Sergeant Preston and amounted troops up there riding around you know,
- 8:01Speaker 6: Dudley do right? Hey, oh, lud whata eh Luna?
- 8:06Speaker 4: Eh?
- 8:06Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 8:06Speaker 6: What are they doing? Nothing? They're doing nothing, but they're
- 8:09Speaker 6: yapping at us. They're angry. Well, we don't you know,
- 8:13Speaker 6: you're going to do a terriff on us. But that's
- 8:16Speaker 6: not fair. Well wait a minute. You have tariffs on
- 8:18Speaker 6: us for thirty years, and you have a trade in
- 8:20Speaker 6: balance of one hundred and seventy billion dollars against us,
- 8:23Speaker 6: and we're paying the freight on NATO for you and
- 8:26Speaker 6: the nuclear shield and the navy and everything else. Right,
- 8:30Speaker 6: So hey, maple sugar boys, you know, put the hockey
- 8:33Speaker 6: pucks down and get to work. You're gonna have to
- 8:35Speaker 6: pay your own share. So Zelensky he's running. Oh, he
- 8:39Speaker 6: also runs off to France. How's France doing on a
- 8:42Speaker 6: percentage of GDB? They say we should be three percent?
- 8:45Speaker 6: Where's France?
- 8:46Speaker 1: I would say the ones probably yeah, a little.
- 8:48Speaker 6: Almost two percent almost.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:50Speaker 6: So here we have all these NATO countries, they're about
- 8:52Speaker 6: thirty four of them, right, and the ones that are
- 8:55Speaker 6: really performing are Poland East Tonia. Why east Tonia, I
- 8:59Speaker 6: think they're over there too, right, Estonia? Yeah, right up
- 9:02Speaker 6: against the Russian border. The Russian bear can't wait to
- 9:05Speaker 6: gobble Latvia, Lithuania and Eastonia. One bite he gets ahole
- 9:10Speaker 6: three of them, so you know what, they take it seriously.
- 9:13Speaker 6: So this this op ed, This op ed is really
- 9:17Speaker 6: interesting because it says the world's fear of the mushroom
- 9:22Speaker 6: cloud might just be its Achilles heel Who's who? Do
- 9:28Speaker 6: you know who Achilles is? Who's he? So this is
- 9:32Speaker 6: a clarion call. This is how this op ed concludes, strength,
- 9:36Speaker 6: not rhetoric, is our only shield against the abyss abyss
- 9:42Speaker 6: you know, peace? Uh, peace through strength? Who said that,
- 9:46Speaker 6: Reagan or somebody? Through strength? So when Biden retreated out
- 9:52Speaker 6: of Afghanistan, not a good sign. When Biden said about
- 9:57Speaker 6: putin well maybe a little invasion, not a good sign.
- 10:01Speaker 6: When Biden said, we'll pay for this war as long
- 10:03Speaker 6: as it takes, but we'll only give little bits and
- 10:06Speaker 6: little drafts and little bits here and there.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Not good.
- 10:10Speaker 6: And then when Zelenski shows up and Trump says I
- 10:14Speaker 6: want peace, and Zelenski essentially walks out on an effort
- 10:19Speaker 6: to bring about peace, he walks out the willingness to fight,
- 10:24Speaker 6: and Ukrainians are fighting on their own territory, so they're
- 10:27Speaker 6: fighting to the death. The Russians are essentially invading Ukraine,
- 10:32Speaker 6: They're being drafted, they're being released out of prison, they're
- 10:35Speaker 6: coming over from North Korea. How's their morale? It's probably
- 10:40Speaker 6: not as high, not as high. And so they're getting
- 10:43Speaker 6: slaughtered over a million casualties, whereas Ukraine has around five thousand,
- 10:48Speaker 6: maybe six hundred thousand casualties. So more Ruskies are dying
- 10:52Speaker 6: than Yukis. But the Ruskis have the numbers on their side.
- 10:58Speaker 6: The Ruskies also have what they've.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Got the nukes.
- 11:01Speaker 6: Oh yeah, that's what this guy said in this article.
- 11:06Speaker 6: And so the doomsday scenario is if it's gone bad
- 11:10Speaker 6: for the Ruskies, they pop attack nuke onto Yukis and
- 11:15Speaker 6: then what then.
- 11:16Speaker 1: What happens break their back?
- 11:18Speaker 6: What happens?
- 11:19Speaker 1: Nothing?
- 11:20Speaker 6: Well, or world War three, either we say okay, Vladimir,
- 11:26Speaker 6: you can have it, we're out, or full fledged World
- 11:31Speaker 6: War three.
- 11:32Speaker 5: Colonel I appreciate you pointing out that excellent column, really excellent,
- 11:38Speaker 5: well written like Shakespeare. I'm a oh yeah, by the way,
- 11:41Speaker 5: I wrote that column, Thank you, Rob. I gotta run
- 11:44Speaker 5: first break in the books.

- 14:59Speaker 3: the top.
- 14:59Speaker 1: I'll be hour. My name is Lee Elsie. Thanks for joining.
- 15:02Speaker 1: The broadcast.
- 15:04Speaker 3: So it's been a busy, hectic week.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Every week is busy and hectic nowadays. But Tuesday night.
- 15:10Speaker 5: Of course, was the presidential speech.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Donald J.
- 15:14Speaker 5: Trump getting just standing ovation after standing ovation by well.
- 15:19Speaker 1: At least half of the room.
- 15:21Speaker 5: The rest of the Democrats and their sullen looks in
- 15:24Speaker 5: their somber faces were just pathetic. But pald Trump hit
- 15:28Speaker 5: a home run on Tuesday night and some of the
- 15:31Speaker 5: things he talked about, one in particular, I want to
- 15:34Speaker 5: get into right now. There's something that's gone from a
- 15:36Speaker 5: whisper to a roar, and we've talked about it a lot.
- 15:41Speaker 5: I feel like we were one of the first radio
- 15:43Speaker 5: stations to really talk about this at length. Because I'm
- 15:45Speaker 5: an athlete, my friends are mostly athletes, there's a lot
- 15:49Speaker 5: of even though I try my best not to do
- 15:52Speaker 5: that a lot because I don't want to be stereotyped
- 15:55Speaker 5: as the dumb jock, even though I probably am. The
- 15:59Speaker 5: insane sanity, the absolute insanity of biological men competing in
- 16:05Speaker 5: women's sports continues. This isn't about fairness or inclusion. It's
- 16:11Speaker 5: about dismantling decades of progress for female athletes who literally
- 16:18Speaker 5: have sweat bled and clawed their way to the top,
- 16:22Speaker 5: only to be shoved aside by a radical ideology that
- 16:28Speaker 5: defies all logic and all common sense. So on January fourteenth,
- 16:34Speaker 5: the Republican majority House passed the Protection of Women and
- 16:38Speaker 5: Girls in Sports Acts back then a vote of two
- 16:41Speaker 5: eighteen to two oh six. Every Republican said yes, all
- 16:45Speaker 5: but two Democrats said no. In the Senate, Tuberbill pushed
- 16:49Speaker 5: a similar bill, but it crashed and burned because not
- 16:51Speaker 5: a single Democrat across the aisle, not one. They clung
- 16:57Speaker 5: to their gender dogma, ignoring mos Americans. By the way,
- 17:01Speaker 5: the polls show that over seventy percent of those Americans
- 17:04Speaker 5: don't believe men should play in women's sports. To buy
- 17:09Speaker 5: in to this insanity where men should play on the
- 17:13Speaker 5: same sports fields with women, and Trump talked about this.
- 17:17Speaker 1: At length on Tuesday Night.
- 17:19Speaker 5: A lot of these Democrats don't vote with their constituents.
- 17:24Speaker 1: They don't care about that. And that's not quote unquote
- 17:27Speaker 1: a democracy. That's arrogance. Let's get to the heart of it.
- 17:31Speaker 5: Girls, young women decided to live their lives through a sport.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Years of early mornings.
- 17:37Speaker 5: I know what it takes to do this, years of
- 17:39Speaker 5: early mornings, grueling practices and sacrifices.
- 17:43Speaker 3: That most of you can't imagine.
- 17:45Speaker 1: I'm serious about that.
- 17:47Speaker 5: The greatest of the great athletes, they're up before dawn.
- 17:50Speaker 3: They work until the wee hours of the morning.
- 17:54Speaker 5: You're trying to cobble together your school work and athletics.
- 17:57Speaker 5: It's not easy. And they're not just competing for trophy.
- 18:00Speaker 5: Sometimes they're chasing a scholarship, a dream, a future. And
- 18:04Speaker 5: when you're on a field with other individuals with physical
- 18:08Speaker 5: advantages and strength and speed and size, it's just unfair
- 18:12Speaker 5: and it's dangerous. The volleyball player that Trump featured during
- 18:16Speaker 5: his speech, I mean, this was an aspiring super athlete
- 18:19Speaker 5: who got spiked in the head, had paralysis and all
- 18:24Speaker 5: kinds of other issues because a transgender man spiked a
- 18:28Speaker 5: volleyball on her head. It's just a matter of time
- 18:32Speaker 5: before a real serious incident occurs in one of these
- 18:39Speaker 5: sporting events. Somewhere along the line, and read a story
- 18:42Speaker 5: where one of these girls doesn't get up, whether.
- 18:45Speaker 1: It's a lacrosse game or what have you.
- 18:47Speaker 5: They're not gonna go a soccer They're gonna get into
- 18:49Speaker 5: the boards and they're gonna die. Women need to be
- 18:52Speaker 5: louder about this. Biological men need to be louder about this.
- 18:56Speaker 5: If there's a transgender athlete who's actually being allowed to compete,
- 19:00Speaker 5: we should almost all turn our back to that person,
- 19:03Speaker 5: not recognize any success that they may have. We're pushing
- 19:06Speaker 5: these young girls aside, erasing their opportunities, all in this
- 19:11Speaker 5: crazy idea of fairness that somehow allows men to participate
- 19:16Speaker 5: against women, and it seemingly only flows one way, and
- 19:18Speaker 5: it's not progress, it's regression. Women have had to suffer
- 19:23Speaker 5: through the years and inequity, and when they finally were
- 19:27Speaker 5: allowed to compete in their own sports at their own levels,
- 19:30Speaker 5: now they're being pushed aside.
- 19:32Speaker 1: That's the definition of insanity.
- 19:34Speaker 5: And the Dems want to call this insanity compassion and
- 19:39Speaker 5: we all have to stand up, parents, coaches, lawmakers so
- 19:42Speaker 5: the next generation of female athletes won't have to go
- 19:45Speaker 5: through this nonsense. And they're losing everything they fought for.
- 19:49Speaker 5: That's not okay. That's the real injustice here, that they're
- 19:53Speaker 5: losing everything that they fought for. It's just one of
- 19:57Speaker 5: those topics that or folks like me, or folks on
- 20:03Speaker 5: this side, a conservative side, a conservative bent. It's one
- 20:07Speaker 5: of those topics that seems like a no brainer, and somehow,
- 20:12Speaker 5: some way, people on the other side of the aisle
- 20:15Speaker 5: make an issue out of it. This should be a
- 20:17Speaker 5: clear cutcase of side with the women at all costs.
- 20:25Speaker 5: All right, my name is Lee Elsie, going in here
- 20:28Speaker 5: first hour on Wayne's Great show War on the Super Network,
- 20:32Speaker 5: the Talk Media Network.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Will take a short time out.
- 20:35Speaker 1: We'll come right back. Stick around.

- 20:52Speaker 7: His revolutionary Z stack product was based on his Nobel
- 20:55Speaker 7: Prize nominated It's a length goo protocol to boost your
- 20:57Speaker 7: immune system against active viruses, but doctors Leco was also
- 21:01Speaker 7: searching for a way to address torment viruses and developed
- 21:05Speaker 7: C Shield. While the immune system gets rid of most viruses,
- 21:09Speaker 7: some linger. These dormant viruses include epstein bar herpes viruses, shingles,
- 21:15Speaker 7: chicken pox, and many more. Z shield helps ensure you

- 21:44Speaker 3: All right, all, welcome back Talk Media Network. My name
- 21:47Speaker 3: is Lee Elfie, filling in this hour for Wayne Allen Ruby.
- 21:49Speaker 1: He'll be here right after the top of the hour.
- 21:51Speaker 3: When I do fill in much of the time I do.
- 21:54Speaker 5: Bring on our next guest, the United States Army colonel
- 21:59Speaker 5: retired plus years of military excellence. You can find them
- 22:02Speaker 5: on Twitter Spucci And of course he joins us right
- 22:06Speaker 5: now to give us an insight as far as what's happening.
- 22:08Speaker 3: Around the world as it pertains to the military.
- 22:11Speaker 5: So, Steven, if Russia decided to up the ante here
- 22:14Speaker 5: and drop you call it a tactical nuke somewhere in
- 22:17Speaker 5: Ukraine because they feel as though they wanted to stop
- 22:19Speaker 5: the meat grinder and stop losing their own soldiers, what
- 22:22Speaker 5: would the world do? Can I get the impression of
- 22:25Speaker 5: the world would do very little? Economic sanctions, yes, saber rattling, yes,
- 22:28Speaker 5: but what would we do?
- 22:30Speaker 8: You know, I I think it would be more than that.
- 22:33Speaker 8: I think literally Russia would become a pariah state. People say, oh,
- 22:40Speaker 8: but we have everything on them now, Now we don't.
- 22:42Speaker 8: We've got there's lots and lots of economic and diplomatic
- 22:48Speaker 8: actions we could still take that will hurt them and
- 22:52Speaker 8: will isolate them further. They are not anywhere near one
- 22:56Speaker 8: hundred percent isolated. We tend to say that you were
- 22:59Speaker 8: saying about North Korea, Iran, But there's still a ton
- 23:03Speaker 8: of avenues open for interaction with those countries. So there's
- 23:08Speaker 8: a bunch more stuff we could do short of direct
- 23:12Speaker 8: military action. But I'm to be honest with you, I think, uh,
- 23:18Speaker 8: there would be some direct military action taken if Putin
- 23:23Speaker 8: decide to use a nuclear device, even if it's a
- 23:26Speaker 8: tactical move, which you know, for most people you think nukes,
- 23:30Speaker 8: you think of you know, entire you know, all of
- 23:33Speaker 8: New York City disappearing in a blink, that sort of thing.
- 23:37Speaker 8: A tactical nuke is not that dramatic. I mean, it
- 23:41Speaker 8: would be bad because there's fallout and stuff like that.
- 23:45Speaker 8: But you know, think of if you were in a
- 23:49Speaker 8: medium size Midwestern city, so you know, for the Northeast,
- 23:54Speaker 8: maybe like your state capitol in Connecticut. Uh, it would
- 23:59Speaker 8: take out a piece of that city, so wouldn't it
- 24:03Speaker 8: take out the whole thing, even though that's not a
- 24:06Speaker 8: massive city. So tactical nukes are bad. Right, nobody wants
- 24:11Speaker 8: anybody to use any kind of nuclear device, but it's
- 24:15Speaker 8: not the kind of catastrophic thing. You know. It's not
- 24:18Speaker 8: going to create nuclear winter or anything like that, so
- 24:22Speaker 8: everybody you know can take a breath on that. I
- 24:26Speaker 8: think the first step would be complete isolation of Russia
- 24:30Speaker 8: economically and diplomatically, and if necessary, you would see a
- 24:36Speaker 8: much stronger stand, particularly from the Western countries against Russia.
- 24:43Speaker 8: I think the happiest person in the world if Russia
- 24:46Speaker 8: uses a tactical nuke would be b Zelenski because it
- 24:50Speaker 8: would take all any sort of doubt off the table
- 24:54Speaker 8: about how we're going to go forward.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Right.
- 24:56Speaker 5: That leads into the scenario that's actually how opening and
- 25:00Speaker 5: unfolding now, which is Russia's gobbled up land and let's
- 25:03Speaker 5: say they didn't, you know, didn't use the nuclear weapon.
- 25:06Speaker 5: The rest of the world is pushing back, but that
- 25:08Speaker 5: threat of the nuke is always hanging over our head,
- 25:11Speaker 5: I think, and that's why we've probably let him get
- 25:13Speaker 5: away with as much as we have, which goes back
- 25:16Speaker 5: to the idea of why we should never ever, ever
- 25:18Speaker 5: ever allow any other.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Nations to get a nuclear arsenal.
- 25:22Speaker 8: Correct that that's one hundred percent correct. It's look Vladimir
- 25:27Speaker 8: Putin right now, Russia is not a superpower anymore. He
- 25:31Speaker 8: gets a lot of difference because he is a second
- 25:36Speaker 8: tier at best power in the world who not only
- 25:39Speaker 8: has nuclear devices, but has the means to do long
- 25:43Speaker 8: range deployment of those nuclear devices through their intercontinental ballistic missiles.
- 25:49Speaker 8: He is a criminal oligarch who has some really really
- 25:54Speaker 8: dangerous toys at his disposal and has a different system
- 26:00Speaker 8: of thinking than you and I as to what's a
- 26:03Speaker 8: good idea and what's not. Uh, those two things together
- 26:07Speaker 8: make it. It means you got a tiptoe around somebody
- 26:11Speaker 8: like that. You can't just assume that it you know,
- 26:15Speaker 8: nothing bad is going to happen.
- 26:16Speaker 5: Carl Stephen Bucci from the Heritage Foundation is joining us.
- 26:19Speaker 5: Let's go to last Friday. We all watched it the
- 26:22Speaker 5: White House, Zolensky, Trump and even Vance got involved in this.
- 26:27Speaker 5: Give me, if you can your general impressions of what
- 26:30Speaker 5: we watched, and then tactically how it's going to unfold
- 26:34Speaker 5: moving forward.
- 26:35Speaker 8: Yeah, first of all, I think it was unfortunate that
- 26:38Speaker 8: it played out the way it did. And I don't
- 26:41Speaker 8: know on on Zolensky side if it was he just
- 26:46Speaker 8: made a mistake and thought that he could pull this
- 26:51Speaker 8: card out in front of the press and it would
- 26:55Speaker 8: cause Trump to, you know, into a corner. And he
- 26:58Speaker 8: figured out that doesn't life being in corners, and you
- 27:02Speaker 8: really shouldn't never push him into one because it might
- 27:05Speaker 8: turn out differently than you think. Or I did see
- 27:11Speaker 8: a couple of reports that just prior to that meeting
- 27:15Speaker 8: that mister Zelenski did a couple of meetings with some
- 27:19Speaker 8: very liberal Democrat legislators who allegedly, and again I can't
- 27:25Speaker 8: prove this, I'm just telling you what I read, allegedly
- 27:29Speaker 8: they pushed him to try and do exactly what he
- 27:32Speaker 8: did and it badly backfired. And whoever gave him that
- 27:38Speaker 8: advice always him a huge apology because it was bad advice.
- 27:42Speaker 8: But that said, I wish Trump had not gotten as
- 27:46Speaker 8: angry and upset about it. It made Trump look bad,
- 27:49Speaker 8: it made advanced. I know some people they're all cheering
- 27:54Speaker 8: that our guys acted that way. I'm not sure it
- 27:57Speaker 8: was a statesman like as I prefer I would have
- 28:00Speaker 8: preferred if they said, okay, let's just end this right now,
- 28:03Speaker 8: let's go into the meeting. Press, you're dismissed from the room,
- 28:07Speaker 8: and then started the real work of diplomacy together and
- 28:12Speaker 8: sorted out any differences that were existing. By trying to
- 28:15Speaker 8: do it in front of the press, nobody looks good,
- 28:19Speaker 8: nobody looks either statesmanlike or effective, And as a result,
- 28:25Speaker 8: now we have at least a minor impast that hopefully
- 28:30Speaker 8: is moving quickly to getting resolved. Zelenski talked apparently earlier today,
- 28:36Speaker 8: he's ready to sign the mineral deal, you know, and
- 28:41Speaker 8: go forward, and hopefully our guys are not so ticked
- 28:44Speaker 8: by the whole thing that they're willing to back up
- 28:47Speaker 8: and go back to that originally negotiated agreement that was
- 28:51Speaker 8: just supposed to be signed in this meeting.
- 28:53Speaker 1: All right.
- 28:54Speaker 5: The first thing is our Senator Christopher Murphy was spearheading
- 28:58Speaker 5: that whole treutch react in the scenes, trying to get
- 29:01Speaker 5: Zelensky to go into that meeting with a different narrative
- 29:04Speaker 5: and not sign that mineral deal. So shame on those
- 29:07Speaker 5: Democrats for trying to spike the punch if you will.
- 29:11Speaker 5: And on the flip side, maybe I'm in the super
- 29:13Speaker 5: minority here, colonel, but I don't think Zelensky was way
- 29:17Speaker 5: out of line with some of the things that he
- 29:20Speaker 5: had said.
- 29:21Speaker 1: We have to remember.
- 29:22Speaker 5: English is his second language, so sometimes things come across
- 29:26Speaker 5: very differently than they actually maybe the intended intent of it.
- 29:30Speaker 1: So that's the way I see that.
- 29:33Speaker 8: Some of it is just anything they can do to
- 29:36Speaker 8: make Trump look bad to them is a good thing
- 29:39Speaker 8: and the net win, and I think that's unfortunate. You know, look,
- 29:45Speaker 8: when when President Biden was in office, I didn't agree
- 29:49Speaker 8: with hardly anything he did, but he was still my
- 29:52Speaker 8: president and his decisions and his behavior concerned me because
- 29:58Speaker 8: he was representing me and interest of my country. The
- 30:02Speaker 8: Dems need to understand right now, the will of the
- 30:06Speaker 8: American people was that Donald Trump is going to lead
- 30:09Speaker 8: this country. And you may not like him senators and
- 30:12Speaker 8: congress persons and lobbyists and even a lot of federal employees,
- 30:18Speaker 8: but he's the guy in the seat. He was the
- 30:21Speaker 8: one that was elected. You don't want to deliberately screw
- 30:26Speaker 8: him up or try and make him look bad when
- 30:30Speaker 8: it's going to hurt America or in this case, hurt
- 30:32Speaker 8: another country, and I think that's what happened. I agree
- 30:35Speaker 8: with you. I didn't think Zelenski was that outrageous, but
- 30:40Speaker 8: the result of what he did say was potentially catastrophic
- 30:45Speaker 8: to his cause. It really was a mistake to come
- 30:50Speaker 8: across that way, and I think, particularly once that both
- 30:54Speaker 8: sides got heated, he was definitely had a huge disadvantage
- 31:00Speaker 8: because he's not a native English speaker. His English is
- 31:03Speaker 8: pretty good, but it's not great, and it's definitely not
- 31:07Speaker 8: something you want to get in a heated argument in
- 31:10Speaker 8: the second language. You are at an enormous disadvantage. So
- 31:15Speaker 8: this should have been something. Once those tempers started to flare,
- 31:19Speaker 8: both sides should have said, Okay, I'll tell you what,
- 31:22Speaker 8: let's take a time out press you're dismissed. I know
- 31:25Speaker 8: we told you had another fifteen minutes. Well we got
- 31:28Speaker 8: to get serious here and we're not doing that in
- 31:30Speaker 8: front of you, and then move to the closed door meeting.
- 31:34Speaker 8: Unfortunately that didn't happen.
- 31:36Speaker 5: I'm a big fan of the transparency, but I think
- 31:38Speaker 5: this could have been settled better settled behind closed doors.
- 31:41Speaker 5: Let me ask you this question, Colonel Stephen Bucci. You know,
- 31:44Speaker 5: in two thousand, Putin had flirted with the idea of
- 31:47Speaker 5: joining NATO, and essentially I think we ignored him. And
- 31:51Speaker 5: maybe my memory of this is not exactly accurate. What
- 31:54Speaker 5: do you remember about that? And can we actually even
- 31:58Speaker 5: envision a world where Putin actually joins and Russia actually
- 32:01Speaker 5: joins NATO.
- 32:02Speaker 8: I don't know if they're going to offer again. We
- 32:04Speaker 8: offered it when I was there in the Pentagon with
- 32:07Speaker 8: Secretary of Rumsfeldt. We were kind of the lead and
- 32:09Speaker 8: talking to him about that. Because even though NATO is
- 32:12Speaker 8: a political alliance, you know, it's an enormous military component.
- 32:19Speaker 8: So one of the first places that was raised was
- 32:21Speaker 8: in our talks with on the military side, you know,
- 32:27Speaker 8: or defense side. The civilians did it talking with the
- 32:30Speaker 8: military there, but it wasn't like on the State Department,
- 32:34Speaker 8: and we were trying to convince him, look, you guys,
- 32:38Speaker 8: we want you in here. You know, they had been
- 32:42Speaker 8: somewhat gobsmacked after the First Gulf War when we just
- 32:48Speaker 8: destroyed Saddam Hussein so quickly and at ranges that the
- 32:53Speaker 8: the Soviet tanks that they were using weren't even in
- 32:57Speaker 8: the game until they were flaming Man, and they were
- 33:02Speaker 8: surprised by all that, and we thought, well, maybe this
- 33:05Speaker 8: is a good time. In two thousand, we offered to
- 33:08Speaker 8: let them join, and unfortunately mister Putin said no.
- 33:13Speaker 1: All right, Well there you have it.
- 33:14Speaker 3: There's your answer, Colonel Stephen Bochie, Thank you, sir.
- 33:17Speaker 4: I got a run amount of time.
- 33:18Speaker 5: It's always a pleasure to chat with you talking about
- 33:21Speaker 5: the world events from the military perspective.

- 36:34Speaker 3: All right, then, welcome back Talk Media Network. My name
- 36:38Speaker 3: is Lee Elsie, filling in here the first.
- 36:40Speaker 5: Hour for Wayne Alan root eyby here right after the
- 36:45Speaker 5: top of the hour. I've been having these these debates
- 36:50Speaker 5: lately about the Department of Education with a lot of
- 36:52Speaker 5: different liberls me I throw some numbers at you if
- 36:55Speaker 5: you don't mind.
- 36:55Speaker 1: This week again bad news.
- 36:58Speaker 5: According to the Wall Street JOm, the National Assessment for
- 37:03Speaker 5: Education Process, a test that functions as a national report card,
- 37:09Speaker 5: student scores hit new lows. One third of eighth grade
- 37:12Speaker 5: students in the United States are reading at or below
- 37:15Speaker 5: basic level. Fourth graders fared even worse forty percent where
- 37:19Speaker 5: below basic. The divide between high performing and low performing students,
- 37:24Speaker 5: which is correlated with family income, has also widened.
- 37:28Speaker 1: This is a disaster.
- 37:29Speaker 5: For our country and our ability to compete internationally. First
- 37:34Speaker 5: and foremost, it is a disaster for our kids, especially
- 37:38Speaker 5: in low income areas. Many of them are being condemned
- 37:41Speaker 5: to lives of minimum wage jobs, government dependency, and living
- 37:46Speaker 5: a life below the poverty line.
- 37:48Speaker 1: It's a sad state of affairs.
- 37:49Speaker 5: In New York, teachers' unions are fighting against charter schools,
- 37:54Speaker 5: which have dramatically raised achievement levels. Imagine fighting against something
- 38:00Speaker 5: that actually works, something that actually helps your kids out.
- 38:02Speaker 5: It doesn't really make a lot of sense to me.
- 38:04Speaker 5: Governor Kathy Hochel and the legislature have refused to repeal
- 38:09Speaker 5: a law prohibiting long standing charters from receiving the same
- 38:13Speaker 5: kind of rental assistance that newer charters do. The state
- 38:16Speaker 5: also gives charters far less funding than traditional schools.
- 38:20Speaker 1: You know, Democrats have always.
- 38:22Speaker 5: Been against the charter schools or any kind of alternative
- 38:25Speaker 5: learning scenarios. They always want it to be the giant beast,
- 38:30Speaker 5: the giant Department of Education run by the FEDS, because
- 38:35Speaker 5: the Feds know how to do it best. Yet we
- 38:38Speaker 5: see these scores continue to decline, and as I've said
- 38:41Speaker 5: before in the past, in some of these studies, up
- 38:46Speaker 5: to twenty five percent of high school seniors cannot read.
- 38:52Speaker 5: For me, it's simple, pardon the pun, mathematics. If what
- 38:57Speaker 5: you're doing isn't working, change it. Let's find something better.
- 39:03Speaker 5: Just because it says the Department of Education, and it
- 39:06Speaker 5: gives you this illusion like it's out to do only
- 39:09Speaker 5: good things for kids and making them smarter and making
- 39:13Speaker 5: them well trained and better ready to take on what
- 39:16Speaker 5: the world is going to throw at them. It doesn't
- 39:19Speaker 5: mean that at all, eighty billion dollars a year is
- 39:23Speaker 5: thrown at the Department of Education. And yet for what
- 39:26Speaker 5: is it, forty five years, we've seen a slow decline
- 39:30Speaker 5: in the kid's intellect and their ability to learn and
- 39:34Speaker 5: read and do mathematics, and we're falling behind these other countries.
- 39:37Speaker 5: I say it's time to try something new, and I
- 39:40Speaker 5: don't think it's a heavy ask.
- 39:41Speaker 1: Or a heavy lift for that matter. Without question.
- 39:43Speaker 5: All right, CNN, and it's their fact check saying Trump
- 39:47Speaker 5: falsely claim there were trans experiments on my CNN backtracked
- 39:52Speaker 5: what they had put out there.
- 39:54Speaker 1: Journalist, I guess it's the ride.
- 39:56Speaker 5: McPhillips asserted that Trump falsely claimed Tuesday Night that the
- 40:02Speaker 5: Department of Government Efficiency identified eight million that was spent
- 40:05Speaker 5: on making mice transgender. Instead, she argued that gains were
- 40:08Speaker 5: given to projects that applied hormone therapy to monkeys to
- 40:12Speaker 5: understand the effects of HIV treatment. Between twenty twenty one
- 40:16Speaker 5: and twenty twenty two, the fiscal years, the National Institute
- 40:18Speaker 5: of Health awarded a total of four hundred and seventy
- 40:21Speaker 5: seven twenty one dollars to three projects that involved administering
- 40:26Speaker 5: feminizing hormone therapy to monkeys to understand how it may
- 40:30Speaker 5: affect their immune system and make them more susceptible to HIV.
- 40:35Speaker 5: Feminizing hormone therapy is a gender affirming treatment used to
- 40:39Speaker 5: block the side effects of hormone and testosterone treatments, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
- 40:47Speaker 5: So another nitpicking situation by CNN. The bottom line is
- 40:51Speaker 5: our money is being wasted constantly, and we have finally
- 40:57Speaker 5: got a president that seemingly wants to do something about that,
- 41:00Speaker 5: seemingly wants to fix something that is broken.
- 41:03Speaker 1: And I'm on board one million percent.
- 41:07Speaker 5: And just one final side note, I've talked about this
- 41:10Speaker 5: before on my morning show. A can we not get
- 41:14Speaker 5: to a place in this world right, we're supposed to
- 41:18Speaker 5: be human beings, We're supposed to have a certain level
- 41:20Speaker 5: of compassion running these experiments on our animal friends. To me,
- 41:27Speaker 5: it's abominable, it's horrific, it's unconscionable. We can do this
- 41:35Speaker 5: without doing that. We don't need to subject mice to
- 41:39Speaker 5: these cruel experiments, or monkeys, or for God's sake, beagles
- 41:43Speaker 5: that were tortured by doctor Fauci. These are things that
- 41:47Speaker 5: we should be better at and be more humane and
- 41:54Speaker 5: basically embrace humanity just a little bit. We talk about
- 41:56Speaker 5: that a lot, and I don't know, that's just a
- 42:00Speaker 5: deep pet peeve of mine as to why we still
- 42:04Speaker 5: in this day and age, right where Ai is jumping
- 42:09Speaker 5: leaps and bounds every single day, that for some reason
- 42:14Speaker 5: we feel like we need to test some of these
- 42:16Speaker 5: products on these poor animals. That they don't deserve that
- 42:21Speaker 5: kind of treatment, and they don't deserve that kind of torture.
- 42:25Speaker 5: You know, their lives are short enough, and in a
- 42:27Speaker 5: lot of cases, their lives are torturous.
- 42:29Speaker 1: Enough, and we just add to it when we don't
- 42:32Speaker 1: have to. So there you go. That's me on my soapbox.
- 42:35Speaker 5: I will leave you with that. I hope you all
- 42:37Speaker 5: enjoy your weekend. Be nice to each other as best
- 42:41Speaker 5: you can, even.
- 42:42Speaker 1: The progressives, I guess, try to be nice to them.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Maybe try to talk them off.
- 42:46Speaker 5: The ledge, get them back to some form of humanity,
- 42:51Speaker 5: insanity and all that goes along with that. Wayne Allen
