- 0:15Speaker 1: Hello everybody, and welcome to Life TV Now, where we
- 0:18Speaker 1: unpack all matters of truth, faith and freedom. I'm your host,
- 0:22Speaker 1: Joe Artist Horn. Today we're going to be doing something
- 0:24Speaker 1: a little bit different. If you recall the pilot episode
- 0:27Speaker 1: of this program, I said there would be days where
- 0:30Speaker 1: we would go out into the field, perhaps showcase something
- 0:33Speaker 1: our family is doing, maybe invite you into our homes
- 0:35Speaker 1: at a holiday, or maybe film something from outside of
- 0:39Speaker 1: the studio that might be pertinent to your health. And
- 0:41Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you at the onset. One of
- 0:43Speaker 1: the videos that I recently sent down and recorded in
- 0:46Speaker 1: my home was a response to so many emails, so
- 0:50Speaker 1: many texts messages from friends other people in ministry that
- 0:53Speaker 1: had heard something about Joe Horn using a nebulizer for
- 0:57Speaker 1: something like apronchitis or a seasonal allergy to avoid maybe
- 1:02Speaker 1: it becoming something worse like pneumonia. What is this thing
- 1:05Speaker 1: called a nebulizer? Where do you get one? How do
- 1:07Speaker 1: I use it? So I sat down and I recorded
- 1:10Speaker 1: a twenty two minute video that explains all of the
- 1:13Speaker 1: answers to those questions through the lens of what my
- 1:16Speaker 1: family does with them personally. But before I show you
- 1:19Speaker 1: this I want to tell you. In the video, you'll
- 1:22Speaker 1: see me make a mention of some of the testimonies
- 1:24Speaker 1: that I didn't have time in that video to reveal.
- 1:27Speaker 1: When we come back from the nebulizer video, I'm going
- 1:30Speaker 1: to be talking with you for just a few minutes
- 1:32Speaker 1: about some of the testimonies that I've experienced or heard
- 1:35Speaker 1: from people who took my advice on how to use
- 1:39Speaker 1: a nebulizer and the results that they got when they
- 1:42Speaker 1: were headed for some pretty malevolent things related to pneumonia
- 1:45Speaker 1: slash bronchitis. But before we watch the video, show of hands,
- 1:48Speaker 1: how many of you have ever struggled with a seasonal allergy,
- 1:52Speaker 1: had a sinus infection, had a cough that you struggled
- 1:55Speaker 1: to shake, or just had a standard case of the
- 1:58Speaker 1: sniffles linger for two weeks? Like what is this? And
- 2:02Speaker 1: every hand in the building just went up. That's why
- 2:05Speaker 1: we did the video, ladies and gentlemen. I know this
- 2:07Speaker 1: is a little bit of a departure from doing a
- 2:09Speaker 1: program here exclusively in the studio, but I feel like
- 2:12Speaker 1: this information could be valuable to you and your family.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Watch this. Hey, everybody, it's Joe Artist's Forum Today. I'm
- 2:20Speaker 1: doing something that I feel is way overdue. This is
- 2:22Speaker 1: probably one of the most requested videos that I continue
- 2:26Speaker 1: to get. People want to know, with cold and flu
- 2:29Speaker 1: season right around the corner, how do they use this
- 2:31Speaker 1: little thing called a nebulizer? What do you nebulize and
- 2:35Speaker 1: what is it good for? Well, one of the things
- 2:38Speaker 1: that my family uses a nebulizer for, and in just
- 2:41Speaker 1: a minute, I'm going to show you what it is
- 2:43Speaker 1: is to get ahead of anything that might start off
- 2:46Speaker 1: in our sinuses that wants to feel like it's traveling
- 2:49Speaker 1: down into our lungs, and talking about getting ahead of
- 2:52Speaker 1: things like bronchitis, and of course in doing so, also
- 2:55Speaker 1: getting ahead of things like pneumonia before these things turn
- 2:59Speaker 1: highly bacterial and want to take you to places like
- 3:02Speaker 1: the hospital. So first, what is a nebulizer. A nebulizer
- 3:06Speaker 1: is a small device that turns liquid medicine into fine myths.
- 3:10Speaker 1: So kids with asthma use these kids with COPD, which
- 3:15Speaker 1: is chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Some people will use them
- 3:18Speaker 1: for things like cystic fibrosis, severe allergies, or respiratory infections.
- 3:23Speaker 1: And basically how they work is this here is a
- 3:26Speaker 1: compressor and some of them use ultrasonic vibrations or a
- 3:30Speaker 1: mesh system to turn the liquid medicine that is placed
- 3:33Speaker 1: in the small canister into a mist. And then the
- 3:35Speaker 1: idea is that you use the mask or some of
- 3:38Speaker 1: them will come with a small mouthpiece. These fit either
- 3:42Speaker 1: into the mouth or over the nose and then you
- 3:44Speaker 1: breathe in this medicine. So what does the Horn family
- 3:48Speaker 1: put in a nebulizer? Well, before I answer that, I
- 3:52Speaker 1: just want to say that I'm not diagnosing or prescribing
- 3:54Speaker 1: anybody that might happen upon this video with anything specific.
- 3:57Speaker 1: What I tend to do is based on floor and
- 4:00Speaker 1: ceilings of threshold based on my own personal family. So
- 4:03Speaker 1: this involves my children, my siblings, my friends, extended friends,
- 4:07Speaker 1: and somebody that I might be coaching behind the scenes
- 4:10Speaker 1: that understands that they also have maybe a series of
- 4:13Speaker 1: medications that they might be on that may not get
- 4:16Speaker 1: along with some of the supplements if taken at that
- 4:19Speaker 1: ceiling threshold. So find a practitioner of choice if you
- 4:23Speaker 1: have any questions about any of the amounts that I'm
- 4:25Speaker 1: talking about today, and ask them if what we're doing
- 4:29Speaker 1: works for you. So up first, colloidal silver. Now, this
- 4:32Speaker 1: is something you can get at Eden's essentials, and this
- 4:34Speaker 1: one in particular is fifteen parts per million, which I
- 4:38Speaker 1: really prefer when used in an ebulizer. Colloidal silver has
- 4:42Speaker 1: been shown over and over again to have high antimicrobial
- 4:47Speaker 1: and high antibacterial effects, which I personally feel pairs very
- 4:53Speaker 1: well with this next component to what our family uses
- 4:58Speaker 1: when nebulizing, and that is Eden's salt of the earth. Now,
- 5:02Speaker 1: what does salt do for the lungs? Well, it hydrates
- 5:05Speaker 1: irritated airways, it can improve airflow, and it has a
- 5:09Speaker 1: supportive therapy often used alongside prescribed treatments or something that
- 5:14Speaker 1: your practitioner of choice might be also utilizing to help
- 5:17Speaker 1: you overcome something like anything from the common cold to
- 5:21Speaker 1: bronchitis on its way, or you know, again trying to
- 5:24Speaker 1: get ahead of something like pneumonia, which is almost always
- 5:28Speaker 1: a guaranteed side effect of laying around, not getting movement,
- 5:32Speaker 1: not using your lungs, not expanding those giant lymphatic tissues
- 5:37Speaker 1: and surfaces, and then bacteria begins to build in the lungs,
- 5:40Speaker 1: and of course from there you start running the fevers
- 5:43Speaker 1: and you get sicker and sicker and sicker, and at
- 5:45Speaker 1: that point you usually end up at the hospital on
- 5:47Speaker 1: some kind of a high potency anti bacterial antibiotic drip.
- 5:53Speaker 1: And so again we want to be using the lungs breathing.
- 5:56Speaker 1: I'm going to show you that in just a second.
- 5:57Speaker 1: The other thing that's really important to mention about the
- 6:00Speaker 1: colloidal silver is that it is based in sterilized distilled water.
- 6:04Speaker 1: So you do not want to add top water or
- 6:07Speaker 1: well water to a nebulizer and then be breathing that
- 6:10Speaker 1: because we have no way of knowing what might be
- 6:12Speaker 1: in that water. So it's important to use sterile usually
- 6:16Speaker 1: medical grade, or distilled water or something like this as
- 6:19Speaker 1: your base. Now, let me show you how you load
- 6:22Speaker 1: the nebulizer. Now, with my family is depending on an
- 6:26Speaker 1: nebulizer to help clear out any potential illness that might
- 6:30Speaker 1: be wanting to settle into the sinuses or the airways.
- 6:33Speaker 1: I will load just about twenty five percent of this
- 6:38Speaker 1: total canister. So if you go above, I don't know
- 6:45Speaker 1: if you can see this, but there's a little nipple
- 6:47Speaker 1: in the middle right there that is open to allow
- 6:51Speaker 1: little bits of air to work with the compressor to
- 6:54Speaker 1: create the mist. And if you fill this all the
- 6:56Speaker 1: way up to the top, it'll just puke and gurgle.
- 6:58Speaker 1: This also tends to be about twenty to twenty five
- 7:01Speaker 1: minutes of product, So if you load it up to
- 7:04Speaker 1: about there, you can use this same amount. You can
- 7:07Speaker 1: use half now and then half some other time during
- 7:10Speaker 1: the day. If you're only doing this twice a day
- 7:11Speaker 1: for about ten to twelve minutes, and if we are
- 7:15Speaker 1: concerned about things, we will do this up to three
- 7:18Speaker 1: times a day. So we're going to use let's say,
- 7:21Speaker 1: in the morning, you know, half of this product, and
- 7:24Speaker 1: then in the afternoon the other half, and then load
- 7:27Speaker 1: it again and then use half of that product at
- 7:30Speaker 1: evening time or post dinner. Now, if that's all too complicated,
- 7:34Speaker 1: what we do is basically ten to fifteen minutes three
- 7:37Speaker 1: times a day. Sometimes we'll do twenty minutes. If we
- 7:40Speaker 1: really really really need maximum penetration or impact. Then on
- 7:44Speaker 1: the salt, we're going to use just a pinch. Now,
- 7:48Speaker 1: I use this little tiny spoon out of another supplement,
- 7:51Speaker 1: and I just keep this on hand, but I do
- 7:53Speaker 1: not fill this all the way to the top, So
- 7:56Speaker 1: filling just the corner when it levels out, it ends
- 7:59Speaker 1: up basically about a pinch. So if I were to
- 8:03Speaker 1: stick my fingertips into a bowl of this salt. I'm
- 8:06Speaker 1: only going to get about a pinch, Okay, So I'm
- 8:09Speaker 1: going to add that to the canister and you'll see
- 8:15Speaker 1: this dissolved right away. You have a little swirl, and
- 8:19Speaker 1: then we're going to reassemble the nebulizer. Now they're all
- 8:23Speaker 1: a little bit different. And by the way, you can
- 8:24Speaker 1: get these at Amazon for anywhere between forty dollars and
- 8:28Speaker 1: about sixty nine dollars. I am not getting a kickback
- 8:31Speaker 1: from this company. But we used the Sierra neb TiO. Again,
- 8:36Speaker 1: I am not affiliated with these people. I don't get
- 8:38Speaker 1: a kickback for this. We're not in business together. They
- 8:41Speaker 1: don't know who I am. There's a variety of these
- 8:43Speaker 1: on Amazon, and you can just find one that fits
- 8:46Speaker 1: your budget. Most of them will accomplish about the same
- 8:48Speaker 1: type of thing. Then we're going to reassemble the canister.
- 8:51Speaker 1: So if this looks a little different from the one
- 8:53Speaker 1: you end up purchasing, it will work fundamentally nearly the same,
- 8:57Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure. So the top of the canister goes
- 8:59Speaker 1: back on this way, and you'll feel this little click
- 9:04Speaker 1: when you go clockwise, so that it's nice and sealed.
- 9:09Speaker 1: This portion plugs into said mask or mouthpiece. I prefer
- 9:16Speaker 1: the mask because it's going to cover the nose and
- 9:20Speaker 1: getting the silver up into the sinuses, in my view,
- 9:23Speaker 1: along with the salt, which will help moisten lubricate, is
- 9:28Speaker 1: very important if you feel this head pressure and you
- 9:31Speaker 1: really need to get the gunk out. Okay, But if
- 9:35Speaker 1: you hate the experience of the salt and you prefer
- 9:38Speaker 1: the mouthpiece, you can go that route. I just again,
- 9:40Speaker 1: I prefer the full face mask. Now at the end
- 9:44Speaker 1: of the compressor, you'll see a little air hose that
- 9:51Speaker 1: plugs into the bottom of the canister. Very very simple
- 9:57Speaker 1: to put these together. Okay, most of them don't come
- 10:01Speaker 1: with complicated dials or clocks for counting down a specific
- 10:06Speaker 1: fifteen minute timer. There are some more expensive ones that
- 10:09Speaker 1: come with all kinds of features. I like the ones
- 10:12Speaker 1: that have an on and an off button. Very simple.
- 10:15Speaker 1: So as soon as I turn this on, you'll see
- 10:17Speaker 1: the product that we've put in begin to mist. So
- 10:24Speaker 1: there it is, you see, So we are now missing
- 10:29Speaker 1: salt and colloidal silver, and you can see my product
- 10:35Speaker 1: has turned kind of a milky color. That is the
- 10:37Speaker 1: compressor working to create the mist. Every one of these
- 10:42Speaker 1: masks will have holes probably very similar to this. This
- 10:45Speaker 1: is where your oxygen is coming in, and then when
- 10:47Speaker 1: you exhale, where all of that goes, so that you're
- 10:50Speaker 1: not being suffocated. A lot of people are wondering, when
- 10:52Speaker 1: when I plug my face behind a mask, am I
- 10:55Speaker 1: able to breathe? The answer is very much yes. Now
- 10:58Speaker 1: I'm going to do resting breaths that are basically like
- 11:00Speaker 1: the ones that I would draw and exhale watching a
- 11:04Speaker 1: television program or reading a book. Okay, so just normal
- 11:08Speaker 1: breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
- 11:10Speaker 1: This allows the product to get into my sinuses and
- 11:13Speaker 1: provide the benefit that we've been discussing. So mask overface,
- 11:18Speaker 1: this behind the head, in through the nose, out through
- 11:23Speaker 1: the mouth. Now about every thirty to forty seconds, This
- 11:27Speaker 1: is the way I do it. If somebody in my
- 11:29Speaker 1: family is struggling to keep up with this, or they
- 11:31Speaker 1: feel like they're really laboring to breathe, or they feel
- 11:35Speaker 1: like this is too excitable for them and they're running
- 11:37Speaker 1: a fever or they're not feeling well, I will say, well,
- 11:39Speaker 1: then do it as often as you feel like you can.
- 11:42Speaker 1: But basically what I do is I'll take a very
- 11:45Speaker 1: quick breath that's almost like I'm being startled by a
- 11:48Speaker 1: grizzly bear at the door. So what do I mean
- 11:50Speaker 1: by that resting breaths in through the nose, out through
- 11:57Speaker 1: the mouth, In through the nose, out through the mouth.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Every forty to sixty seconds, I'll take one of these
- 12:06Speaker 1: very fast intakes of air, like I'm being startled by
- 12:11Speaker 1: a grizzly bear at the door. And the reason I'm
- 12:14Speaker 1: doing that is because i want to quickly get the
- 12:17Speaker 1: product into my body very quickly. A lot of these
- 12:22Speaker 1: lazier breaths, while helpful to the sinuses, they may not
- 12:28Speaker 1: reach the lungs the way I want it to reach
- 12:32Speaker 1: the lungs, And so I will like I'm startled for
- 12:36Speaker 1: a moment, and I'll do that about every thirty to
- 12:38Speaker 1: forty maybe sixty seconds. And if i feel like I'm
- 12:41Speaker 1: beginning to aspirate, then obviously I'm doing it way too often.
- 12:46Speaker 1: So now that I've explained that, I'm going to show
- 12:48Speaker 1: you what that looks like so that you can see
- 12:51Speaker 1: it without all the commentary. Since my face won't be
- 12:53Speaker 1: hiding behind the mask, you'll know what I'm up to
- 12:56Speaker 1: so turn the nebulizer on, and then of course I'll
- 13:53Speaker 1: add ten to fifteen, sometimes twenty minutes more of that.
- 13:59Speaker 1: And I also forgot to mention earlier that you can
- 14:01Speaker 1: when you do that very fast breath in, you can
- 14:04Speaker 1: hold that for a couple of seconds so that you
- 14:07Speaker 1: really allow your lymphatic systems to be stretched, the product
- 14:11Speaker 1: to hit the surfaces inside your body. And the other
- 14:14Speaker 1: thing is everybody knows when you do something like battle
- 14:18Speaker 1: bronchitis or eventually pneumonia, when you go into the hospital,
- 14:21Speaker 1: what's one of the first things that they have you do.
- 14:24Speaker 1: They want you to take deep breaths. They'll often even
- 14:26Speaker 1: offer you a medical device that is designed to test
- 14:31Speaker 1: your ability to blow with force or to breathe in
- 14:34Speaker 1: with force, to get kind of a measurement of your
- 14:37Speaker 1: total intake of oxygen and then your total exhale. So
- 14:41Speaker 1: you're moving your lungs. That is so important. I've had
- 14:44Speaker 1: people tell me that just getting up and mowing the
- 14:48Speaker 1: lawn and exerting their lungs just a little bit did
- 14:51Speaker 1: way more for them in fighting some of these things
- 14:54Speaker 1: than lying around on the couch. But again, talk to
- 14:57Speaker 1: your practitioner of choice about a plan that works for you. Again,
- 15:01Speaker 1: I am sharing what we do as a family. Now,
- 15:03Speaker 1: let's talk about some supplement supports. If we feel like
- 15:07Speaker 1: we need to bring in some serious cavalry to the situation,
- 15:11Speaker 1: we need immediate and effective support, Let's talk about some supplements. Okay,
- 15:17Speaker 1: So these are not in any particular order from like,
- 15:19Speaker 1: let's say, greatest importance to the least of importance. These
- 15:23Speaker 1: are all actually very important, and I find the way
- 15:26Speaker 1: I do things with my children and my family members,
- 15:29Speaker 1: I tend to start incorporating combinations of all of them
- 15:33Speaker 1: basically at the same time if I feel like there's
- 15:36Speaker 1: any possibility that this isn't just a standard daytime case
- 15:41Speaker 1: of the sniffles. First up, we're going to talk about
- 15:44Speaker 1: finny Greek. Very briefly. This is a go to that
- 15:48Speaker 1: I have used for a long time with my family.
- 15:51Speaker 1: I've got friends that have taken this at my suggestion
- 15:55Speaker 1: for things like sinus infections who have said, quote, Joe
- 16:00Speaker 1: will never be without Finu Greek. Ever, again, it completely
- 16:03Speaker 1: changed how I do the sinus season. Quote. So briefly,
- 16:08Speaker 1: just a very quick bullet point of some of the
- 16:10Speaker 1: benefits of Finu Greek This is going to do a
- 16:13Speaker 1: lot to loosen mucus. Almost unrivaled in its ability to
- 16:19Speaker 1: help loosen mucus, whether it's stuck in your eustachian tube
- 16:22Speaker 1: and you're dealing within ear infection, or whether you've just
- 16:25Speaker 1: got that head pounding pressure that builds with the swollen
- 16:29Speaker 1: eyes and you're blowing your nose all day. It's going
- 16:32Speaker 1: to do a lot to calm bronchial swelling, chest tightness,
- 16:36Speaker 1: It moistens dry lungs. It's traditionally used for you know,
- 16:39Speaker 1: hacking and coughing spells. It is one of my favorite
- 16:43Speaker 1: herbs that's been used since the dawn of time for
- 16:46Speaker 1: things like chest heaviness or that feeling of foreboding doom.
- 16:50Speaker 1: You're losing the battle with whatever this thing is. It
- 16:54Speaker 1: loosens and it helps clear up all of the mucous
- 16:57Speaker 1: body wide. The next one I want to talk about
- 17:00Speaker 1: very briefly is one called ancibyl cysteine. Are more popularly
- 17:05Speaker 1: referred to as knack because it's easier to remember, but
- 17:09Speaker 1: nisibyl cysteine, and of course the one that we have
- 17:12Speaker 1: here at Eden's Essentials also has bromolane enzymes and something
- 17:16Speaker 1: called quercetin, and you can read all day long about
- 17:20Speaker 1: the benefits of those two things. I use them for
- 17:22Speaker 1: anything respiratory coth sinus because of what it can do
- 17:26Speaker 1: to help reduce swelling. It can calm immune overreaction, which
- 17:31Speaker 1: stabilizes irritated airways and supports normal breathing. A lot of
- 17:34Speaker 1: naturopathic doctors actually use anocytyl cysteine and things like bromolane
- 17:39Speaker 1: and quercatin to help people overcome seasonal allergies, which a
- 17:43Speaker 1: lot of times is where a lot of these bacterial
- 17:46Speaker 1: infections develop. It actually starts off as a seasonal allergy
- 17:50Speaker 1: and then it can't clear the system, and so bacteria
- 17:53Speaker 1: then begins to breed and then replicate up next very briefly,
- 17:58Speaker 1: we have one of the one that I consider to
- 18:01Speaker 1: be an absolute titan of what we're talking about today,
- 18:05Speaker 1: and that is mullin. Mullin is probably one of God's
- 18:10Speaker 1: most powerful herbal supports for loosening mucus. It helps break
- 18:15Speaker 1: up thick phlims so it can be coughed out more easily.
- 18:18Speaker 1: It soothes irritated airways, It coats and flamed bronchial tissues,
- 18:21Speaker 1: and reduces coughing spasms, and it is highly anti microbial.
- 18:27Speaker 1: So when you add this to what we're discussing today,
- 18:30Speaker 1: this whole methodology for clearing the lungs, getting stuff out
- 18:33Speaker 1: of the sinuses, helping the lungs prevail over bacteria. This
- 18:37Speaker 1: is probably one of the absolute go tos. There are
- 18:41Speaker 1: people that will just use this to help clear some
- 18:45Speaker 1: of the stuff that we're talking about today. And finally, last,
- 18:49Speaker 1: but certainly not least, again, one of Time's most powerful herbs. Time.
- 18:56Speaker 1: This is one of the most powerful herbs that my
- 18:59Speaker 1: family rely on to help us combat respiratory infections. We're
- 19:04Speaker 1: talking about organisms things that are antimicrobial in nature, and
- 19:09Speaker 1: it also helps break up mucus and makes coughing more productive.
- 19:13Speaker 1: It can aid in relaxing airways. This stuff really dislikes infection.
- 19:18Speaker 1: And that's probably all I will say in this video
- 19:21Speaker 1: about that one. My family uses this one a lot
- 19:24Speaker 1: for a lot of things. But I absolutely love time.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Now you're probably wondering, Okay, Joe, you've compelled me. I'm
- 19:31Speaker 1: interested in all of these things, but you did not
- 19:34Speaker 1: talk amounts, you did not talk dosing. Well, again, I
- 19:38Speaker 1: have to be very careful that I'm not prescribing or
- 19:40Speaker 1: dosing anyone out there that might be watching this video
- 19:43Speaker 1: that may have any number of medications. They're interacting with
- 19:46Speaker 1: any number of protocols that doctors have already placed them on.
- 19:49Speaker 1: So again, I'm just sharing what my family does, so
- 19:53Speaker 1: I'll tell you what we do. So we're going to
- 19:55Speaker 1: go through these pretty rapid fire. Now, I already showed
- 19:57Speaker 1: you how we use the colloidal silver air and the
- 20:00Speaker 1: salt when using an ebulizer on the FNU Greek. For
- 20:04Speaker 1: my children, let's say ages twelve or younger, depending on
- 20:10Speaker 1: the severity of what I'm dealing with, I might offer
- 20:12Speaker 1: them one of these three times a day, or I
- 20:17Speaker 1: may offer a ceiling of let's say two of these
- 20:21Speaker 1: three times a day. And then with my teenagers, I
- 20:24Speaker 1: tend to deal with them more like I would if
- 20:26Speaker 1: it were me. And for the adults in our family
- 20:29Speaker 1: when it comes to fenu Greek, we will either follow,
- 20:32Speaker 1: depending on the severity of what we're dealing with, what
- 20:35Speaker 1: we've offered the children, or we may raise that ceiling
- 20:38Speaker 1: up to three capsules three times a day to really
- 20:42Speaker 1: get that mucus out. Now we move on to the
- 20:45Speaker 1: NAC the ennisitl systeine with bromelane enzymes and quercitin and again,
- 20:51Speaker 1: depending on the severity of what we're dealing with. If
- 20:54Speaker 1: I have somebody in my family that's twelve years of
- 20:56Speaker 1: age or younger, I might do two of these capsules tway.
- 21:01Speaker 1: If I feel like it's becoming more severe, I would
- 21:03Speaker 1: maybe bump that up to two capsules three times a day,
- 21:07Speaker 1: being kind of the ceiling. And as for the adults
- 21:10Speaker 1: in our family, when it comes to the NAC, we
- 21:12Speaker 1: will either follow what we've offered the children, or we
- 21:15Speaker 1: might raise that ceiling up to three capsules three times
- 21:18Speaker 1: a day for a limited number of days while we
- 21:20Speaker 1: overcome something maybe more severe. And that just leaves the
- 21:25Speaker 1: two herbal liquid tinkstures that I mentioned moments ago, the
- 21:29Speaker 1: time and the mullin, and I am going to show
- 21:32Speaker 1: you how we do this now. If you read the bottle,
- 21:36Speaker 1: you will see that it is suggested that a serving
- 21:38Speaker 1: size is thirty drops. There's an easier way that we've
- 21:42Speaker 1: found to do this. You can count out the thirty
- 21:45Speaker 1: drops or what I do, which is very close to
- 21:48Speaker 1: thirty drops as you squeeze the cap over and over
- 21:51Speaker 1: and over, again until the liquid herb reaches the top
- 21:55Speaker 1: of the dropper. Now, when you place this over the
- 21:58Speaker 1: glass or the jaw or the cop or whatever it
- 22:01Speaker 1: is that you're putting the herb into, you just squeeze
- 22:04Speaker 1: the top until your fingers barely touch. Now, if you
- 22:09Speaker 1: squeeze and squeeze desperately, you may get closer to thirty
- 22:12Speaker 1: six thirty eight drops. But if you just squeeze the
- 22:15Speaker 1: top until your fingertips barely touch, you will get nearly
- 22:20Speaker 1: exactly thirty drops every time. And we do that with
- 22:24Speaker 1: both of these liquid herbs. So again, I'm going to
- 22:27Speaker 1: squeeze the top of the dropper over and over and
- 22:29Speaker 1: over again until the liquid herb reaches the top, and
- 22:34Speaker 1: then I'm going to squeeze until my fingertips barely touch.
- 22:39Speaker 1: And that is going to be basically thirty drops, very
- 22:42Speaker 1: very close to thirty drops. If you don't want to
- 22:44Speaker 1: stand there and count thirty drops over and over and
- 22:47Speaker 1: over again. Now four, the children in my family, you know,
- 22:50Speaker 1: twelve years of age, you're younger. You can add juice
- 22:53Speaker 1: to this if they dislike the flavor. I highly suggest
- 22:56Speaker 1: that you do that. Stay away from things with sugar
- 22:59Speaker 1: because that defeats a lot of the purpose behind why
- 23:01Speaker 1: you're helping their immune system try to overcome something like
- 23:04Speaker 1: we've been talking about today, So in a nutshell, that
- 23:08Speaker 1: is an overview of how my family deals with basically
- 23:11Speaker 1: anything that we feel is a cold becoming something that
- 23:15Speaker 1: wants to move to the chest, if the thought of
- 23:17Speaker 1: bronchitis is even looming in the horizon, I will often
- 23:21Speaker 1: personally with my own family members, begin this whole method
- 23:26Speaker 1: all at once and be doing that like I've been
- 23:29Speaker 1: describing multiple times a day. This method has become a
- 23:33Speaker 1: go to for not only my family, but several of
- 23:36Speaker 1: the families that we've shared some of this information with.
- 23:39Speaker 1: The testimonials that I've gotten back from people that we're
- 23:42Speaker 1: rounding that very dangerous corner who immediately begin to improve
- 23:47Speaker 1: and recover has been nothing short of an answer to prayer.
- 23:51Speaker 1: And maybe one of these days will tell more of
- 23:52Speaker 1: those testimonial stories. But today I just wanted to introduce
- 23:55Speaker 1: you to what a nebulizer is, how we use it,
- 23:58Speaker 1: and some of the liquid tincture, herbs and supplements that
- 24:01Speaker 1: we use when confronting some of these seasonal flues, allergies,
- 24:07Speaker 1: sinus infections, bronchitis, etc. You can get every one of
- 24:11Speaker 1: the products that we talked about today at edensessentials dot com.
- 24:15Speaker 1: Thank you very much. Well, there you have it. I
- 24:22Speaker 1: hope that you learned something about how our family uses
- 24:25Speaker 1: an nebulizer. I do want to share some of the
- 24:28Speaker 1: testimonies that we've received as a family, but before I do,
- 24:31Speaker 1: I want to mention once again a medical disclaimer. This
- 24:33Speaker 1: is not me giving you medical advice. If you're ever
- 24:36Speaker 1: faced with a situation where your oxygen is dropping, your
- 24:39Speaker 1: fever is spiking, and you need emergency care, you pray
- 24:42Speaker 1: through your own determinations about what care to give yourself
- 24:46Speaker 1: into your family members. But before we run out of time,
- 24:49Speaker 1: I do want to share some of the feedback from
- 24:51Speaker 1: some of the people that have either seen the video
- 24:53Speaker 1: or friends or personal family members of mine. One of
- 24:56Speaker 1: my staff actually told me today that his son, Winchester,
- 25:00Speaker 1: came down with RSV and our family, of course, had
- 25:04Speaker 1: helped them before. That's respiratory sensitual virus. It affects kids
- 25:09Speaker 1: and the lungs, and if not treated quickly, can advance
- 25:12Speaker 1: into more nefarious outcomes. Because he had worked with our
- 25:15Speaker 1: family before with how to use an nebulizer and how
- 25:17Speaker 1: to use silver. He did essentially parts of what you
- 25:20Speaker 1: saw just now in the video with the salt and
- 25:23Speaker 1: the silver, and he said it was tremendous in allowing
- 25:26Speaker 1: little Winchester to start recovering very quickly. Another very close
- 25:31Speaker 1: friend of mine, Debbie, who lives in an assisted living facility,
- 25:35Speaker 1: who is predisposed for things like bronchitis pneumonia, was getting
- 25:40Speaker 1: rapidly ill about a year ago and they put a
- 25:43Speaker 1: pulse sox on her finger. These people are very concerned
- 25:46Speaker 1: about her. She's very resistant to want to go to
- 25:48Speaker 1: the hospital. So I had her son swing by my
- 25:52Speaker 1: house and take her a box of stuff basically the
- 25:55Speaker 1: things that you just saw in the video. And of
- 25:57Speaker 1: course in her case, she went to the maximum of
- 26:01Speaker 1: what I just described in terms of self care and
- 26:04Speaker 1: had some help from the nurses that are there at
- 26:06Speaker 1: the assisted living facility. And she called me a couple
- 26:10Speaker 1: of days later and she said, Joe, I think that
- 26:12Speaker 1: that protocol saved my life because they were thinking pneumonia.
- 26:16Speaker 1: And she is protesting again, be responsible. This is not
- 26:20Speaker 1: me suggesting that you should watch a video like this
- 26:23Speaker 1: and suddenly give self care that you're not qualified to administer.
- 26:26Speaker 1: I would say, find a good practitioner that's in alignment
- 26:29Speaker 1: with your goals if you're an individual that likes to
- 26:31Speaker 1: approach these things more naturally as opposed to allopathically. And finally,
- 26:36Speaker 1: because we're almost out of time, one of my family
- 26:39Speaker 1: members had a reoccurring eye infection that just continued and
- 26:42Speaker 1: continued and continued and continued. About eight to nine months
- 26:45Speaker 1: into this thing, she had been to her medical doctor.
- 26:49Speaker 1: She had been spraying silver in her eye, which was
- 26:52Speaker 1: good and probably keeping it at bay, but it would
- 26:54Speaker 1: almost clear up and then come back and almost clear
- 26:57Speaker 1: up and come back and almost and so about a
- 26:59Speaker 1: year ago, she starts getting very ill and I can
- 27:02Speaker 1: tell right away this is wanting to move into the chest.
- 27:05Speaker 1: She is super convinced that maybe we can do something
- 27:08Speaker 1: at home. So I told her, I said, come to
- 27:10Speaker 1: our house. You know, we'll do what we can to
- 27:13Speaker 1: support you, and then we'll see if we need something
- 27:16Speaker 1: outside of this approach. So she begins some of the
- 27:18Speaker 1: methods that you just watched in the nebulized video as
- 27:21Speaker 1: a prophylactic to try to mitigate anything that might want
- 27:24Speaker 1: to settle into her lungs. So that begins to clear.
- 27:26Speaker 1: But what happens as a total bonus and a side
- 27:29Speaker 1: effect of this, her eye clears up. And that's been
- 27:33Speaker 1: a year ago. And at the time I told this
- 27:35Speaker 1: family member, I said, you know what I think. I
- 27:38Speaker 1: think that that was an eye infection that actually started
- 27:41Speaker 1: in your sinuses and that's why the silver wants to
- 27:43Speaker 1: fight it into what looks like remission and then it
- 27:46Speaker 1: wants to come back them and you stop doing that.
- 27:48Speaker 1: And I believe that the silver got into the sinuses
- 27:51Speaker 1: and wiped this thing out. And that's been a year ago.
- 27:58Speaker 1: It's a go too that my family has enjoyed many,
- 28:00Speaker 1: many benefits from. And I hope that you learned something today. Unfortunately,
- 28:05Speaker 1: we're all out of time for everybody here in studio.
- 28:07Speaker 1: I'm Joe artist Horn. Keep your eyes on the prize,
- 28:10Speaker 1: which is Jesus Christ. We'll be back.
