- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod which Teddy Mellencamp and camera Jeedge.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of Two Teas and
- 0:13Speaker 2: a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and Dolores Catania.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Hi, Hi, Deloras.
- 0:20Speaker 2: We got so much love from you and your mother
- 0:24Speaker 2: of its mother, the mother of the groom dress. It's queen,
- 0:30Speaker 2: it's green.
- 0:31Speaker 1: That was. That dress was more controversy than my ten
- 0:36Speaker 1: years of filming collectively, of anything that's gone.
- 0:39Speaker 2: On for me, it was.
- 0:41Speaker 1: And I loved my dress like I thought it was.
- 0:44Speaker 2: I mean it was.
- 0:45Speaker 1: I don't know if people did a lot, I don't know.
- 0:46Speaker 1: I lost my dress. Anyway, I loved your dress.
- 0:49Speaker 2: I thought you nailed it. But everybody on the the
- 0:52Speaker 2: good thing is that you did the pod and everybody
- 0:54Speaker 2: got to see it's true.
- 0:55Speaker 1: It's true, colors coming.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Shining through and you you were in green, You were
- 1:03Speaker 2: in mint.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I was in mint green, And I mean it didn't
- 1:09Speaker 1: look white even when it didn't look green.
- 1:11Speaker 2: So I don't know. Yeah, but I mean either way
- 1:14Speaker 2: that I watched our very rarely do I watch our
- 1:17Speaker 2: clips because I hate listening to my own voice. Same,
- 1:20Speaker 2: but I watched it like five times because it.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Was making me laps, I mean, and not to mention
- 1:28Speaker 1: I had it with I had it with no makeup,
- 1:30Speaker 1: and like the work, it was just yeah, and it
- 1:34Speaker 1: was just a mass. But I my plans were to
- 1:38Speaker 1: get my hair and makeup done and be all done
- 1:41Speaker 1: up like I was for the wedding for the pod,
- 1:43Speaker 1: but I just couldn't get it together because I was
- 1:45Speaker 1: still like hungover from the wedding, not hungover drunk.
- 1:49Speaker 2: But like not hungover tired.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Like just so thank you for letting me show my dress.
- 1:54Speaker 1: And thank you to everyone who who stuck up for
- 1:57Speaker 1: me and noticed that it was mint green.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Thank you, thank you.
- 2:01Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I know everyone everyone, I mean, everyone loves you, Dolores. Thanks. Well,
- 2:08Speaker 2: it's been a real shit show around here because what's
- 2:10Speaker 2: going on. So my dad is performing tonight at the
- 2:16Speaker 2: Hollywood Bowl.
- 2:17Speaker 1: I saw that.
- 2:19Speaker 2: So, I mean, which is pretty incredible at itself, seventy
- 2:22Speaker 2: four years old on a tour playing his greatest hits
- 2:25Speaker 2: for the first time ever. And then I'm like, and
- 2:27Speaker 2: I complain about my job of watching TV and recapting.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Like they don't like them like that anymore.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I think last night you played in Houston,
- 2:37Speaker 2: it was like over one hundred degrees and there are
- 2:39Speaker 2: all outdoor venues.
- 2:41Speaker 1: You know what, though, good for him? I am so happy.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Yeah. So then my sister came yesterday. I love that kids.
- 2:52Speaker 2: So now we're like, honestly, it's so crazy. Even though
- 2:56Speaker 2: my house is ridiculously way too big for me. The
- 2:59Speaker 2: rooming is never the right size.
- 3:01Speaker 1: What do you mean, like everybody doesn't need their own room. Well, no,
- 3:05Speaker 1: don't you worry.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Three people are in Bell and Slate's room. My sister
- 3:11Speaker 2: and I are sharing a bed.
- 3:13Speaker 1: A lot of wasted space, is what you're saying, Like
- 3:15Speaker 1: a lot of open space. So you put put the
- 3:18Speaker 1: mattresses on the floor, like I grew up.
- 3:20Speaker 2: That's what I did for the two of the kids
- 3:23Speaker 2: are on mattresses on.
- 3:24Speaker 1: The floor, And now you have a full house.
- 3:27Speaker 2: We are full. We're full as a tick. Yesterday, I
- 3:32Speaker 2: don't know if you've heard about this, but there was
- 3:34Speaker 2: an outage in Los Angeles No or yeah, somebody cut
- 3:39Speaker 2: the wires for our Wi Fi. I mean not our WiFi,
- 3:44Speaker 2: our phones, so the only way our phones would work
- 3:48Speaker 2: was on Wi Fi.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Get the hell? So someone actually can actually go and
- 3:54Speaker 1: cut wires and screw like a whole city up.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Is that what we're like, Yeah, there's the thing that
- 4:00Speaker 2: said there was a vandalism where they came and cut
- 4:02Speaker 2: through Like I read all the reports on KTLA, like
- 4:05Speaker 2: there was a vandalism. So I'm trying to I just
- 4:09Speaker 2: need you to imagine. One, I can't drive. Two my
- 4:11Speaker 2: sister's not from here. Three we decide we're going to
- 4:15Speaker 2: go to Santa Monica Pier four.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Oh I know Santa Monica. Yeah.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Four, our phones don't work.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Don't get lost.
- 4:24Speaker 2: We got so freaking lost.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Then the Pop five was closed like it was, and
- 4:30Speaker 1: I took it out and with all the kids.
- 4:32Speaker 2: With all the kids, and the kids are fighting so much.
- 4:34Speaker 2: It's to the point where I have to say to Bella,
- 4:36Speaker 2: my stepdaughter, I'm like, if Cruise is rude one more time,
- 4:39Speaker 2: because he's like kicking his sister in the back. I'm like,
- 4:42Speaker 2: if Cruise is rude one more time, rip that phone
- 4:44Speaker 2: out of his hand, and like I can see.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Like that that's she can't She wants him to kick her.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Like it's like, yeah, baby, just do it, just do it.
- 4:55Speaker 1: But now that you have a houseful and everyone's in town.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Is the Valley Guy coming?
- 5:02Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. So the people that I invited are
- 5:06Speaker 2: anybody that helped me in the hospital. H so like
- 5:12Speaker 2: the people my dad has met. You know, Tamar's not
- 5:14Speaker 2: there because she's out of town. But the people that
- 5:17Speaker 2: were like there for me and did the shifts like
- 5:19Speaker 2: and stayed with me, and then Valley Guy.
- 5:22Speaker 1: But this guy's there.
- 5:24Speaker 2: Valley Guy's coming. But this is the part that's like
- 5:28Speaker 2: wraving me up a little bit, is like Valley Guys
- 5:31Speaker 2: coming from work. So he's like gonna have to like
- 5:34Speaker 2: find his own ticket, do will call? Do that? Where
- 5:36Speaker 2: everybody else like, I've just given them their tickets.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I think I'm not worried about Valley Guy. I think
- 5:43Speaker 1: he can wait to get there, and I think he's
- 5:46Speaker 1: very excited to be a part of it.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Guess who else is going to be there? Who edwin?
- 5:53Speaker 1: Oh good? But now you sound like sounds like my life.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Maybe they'll move in together for like a couple of
- 5:58Speaker 1: years and you know feed each other like.
- 6:02Speaker 2: Like what my sisters like, what in the crazy situation
- 6:06Speaker 2: is going on here?
- 6:08Speaker 1: That is a good situation. That is I love that,
- 6:12Speaker 1: And that's the way it should be and I and
- 6:13Speaker 1: I think that's awesome. Now that I have a question,
- 6:18Speaker 1: if I'm allowed to ask, has Valie Guy Matt Edwin yet?
- 6:23Speaker 2: Valie Guy has met the kids, but he has not
- 6:25Speaker 2: met Edwin.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I think they're gonna be They're gonna get along fine,
- 6:30Speaker 1: and you're going to be very happy to see how
- 6:31Speaker 1: they are with each other.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I think I think they're gonna be fine. I mean,
- 6:35Speaker 2: I think the fact that we're all doing this is good.
- 6:39Speaker 2: But you have to also remember, Valie Guy is slightly younger.
- 6:43Speaker 2: I don't know how many songs of my dad's he
- 6:45Speaker 2: even knows.
- 6:47Speaker 1: No, you know, he's listening right now. The younger guys
- 6:52Speaker 1: they want to know, like they like, there's something to
- 6:55Speaker 1: be said about the younger joke he's doing his homework.
- 6:58Speaker 2: He'd better be doing his homework because if he and
- 7:00Speaker 2: looks like a stick in the mud.
- 7:03Speaker 1: You know, give him some grace, Teddy, give him some grace.
- 7:09Speaker 2: I mean, he's just meeting twenty of my friends.
- 7:11Speaker 1: And and that's why I'm saying, like, am I walking
- 7:14Speaker 1: into a strange husband? You're a strange husband, and your
- 7:17Speaker 1: father being the star on the stage. I mean, give
- 7:21Speaker 1: the guy a break. I don't care if he's twenty
- 7:24Speaker 1: or sixty. This is you know, this isn't easy. Not
- 7:27Speaker 1: everybody's fucking nuts like we are.
- 7:29Speaker 2: They don't walk into it. They're like, why I'm here,
- 7:32Speaker 2: Let's be friend?
- 7:33Speaker 1: Like not everybody does that. You gotta give it. Like,
- 7:36Speaker 1: he's probably normal.
- 7:38Speaker 2: I mean, what would it be like to be normal?
- 7:41Speaker 1: I don't know. You're gonna find out because I feel
- 7:44Speaker 1: like the Valley guy is. I feel like there's like
- 7:47Speaker 1: a little normal component to him. Feel like, am I wrong?
- 7:50Speaker 2: No, there's like a normal Like here's what I like
- 7:53Speaker 2: about the Valey guy. He's really funny. So that's good.
- 7:57Speaker 2: He's he's funny personality. He has a big personality. But
- 8:04Speaker 2: it's also like I have to you know, I have
- 8:06Speaker 2: to remember that, like I'm used to being married for
- 8:11Speaker 2: seventeen years and like things are different.
- 8:16Speaker 1: How's it different though, Like.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Because it's like the expectations are different. Everything's different.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Don't have any expectations, actually, I know that's what I
- 8:28Speaker 1: need to do. Have none. You're there, you have twenty
- 8:32Speaker 1: of your closest people to you and your family, your father.
- 8:37Speaker 1: This is a huge day. Take my advice. Don't be
- 8:41Speaker 1: worried about the valley guy. Let him find his way.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Yeah, this is.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Your time, your spot. He'll be fine. He's a big boy.
- 8:51Speaker 1: He's definitely a big boy, and he'll make his way.
- 8:54Speaker 1: And the people in your life will be very cordial
- 8:57Speaker 1: to him. They'll make him feel welcomed. And you just
- 9:00Speaker 1: have to be worry about you and this moment for
- 9:04Speaker 1: your family and your dad. Yeah, and you, and that's it.
- 9:08Speaker 2: I know, I'm pretty I mean, I am pretty excited,
- 9:12Speaker 2: but like I can't even like we're in all these
- 9:16Speaker 2: boxes in a row, and so I'm just excited. It's
- 9:19Speaker 2: gonna be a lot of us. We're gonna have fun.
- 9:22Speaker 2: But I kind of wish you were here.
- 9:25Speaker 1: I wish because this is so my stick to put
- 9:27Speaker 1: two exes together and are like a new one and
- 9:30Speaker 1: then an old one and make them become best buds,
- 9:33Speaker 1: Like like I should get hired to.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Do this, Like I'm soon involved my father and my
- 9:39Speaker 2: father dad.
- 9:40Speaker 1: And your sister, and then like I show up like
- 9:42Speaker 1: I've been there forever, Like I love this shit. I
- 9:45Speaker 1: would have flew out for it if I wasn't half
- 9:47Speaker 1: dead sitting here.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Well, and then my brother of course has like found
- 9:52Speaker 2: somebody randomly to like cut because you know, my brother
- 9:55Speaker 2: works for my dad, uh huh. And so then he
- 9:58Speaker 2: like sends me a picture of the girl that he's
- 10:01Speaker 2: and I'm like oh, and he's like, you're gonna love her,
- 10:03Speaker 2: and I'm like, oh my god, Like we are such lunatics,
- 10:07Speaker 2: all of us.
- 10:08Speaker 1: I love that, And I feel like the Valley guy
- 10:12Speaker 1: is gonna love this. And you know, it's so funny
- 10:14Speaker 1: because when you meet where somebody comes from and who
- 10:17Speaker 1: they come from, you either dislike them or you like
- 10:22Speaker 1: them way more. Yeah, so I already know it's a
- 10:26Speaker 1: given that he'll feel like he's a part of something
- 10:29Speaker 1: so great.
- 10:31Speaker 2: Oh you know what, I need you as my motivational speaker.
- 10:36Speaker 1: That should be my maybe my next job. You know,
- 10:40Speaker 1: you're going to find a job after you retire from
- 10:43Speaker 1: if housewife ever retired? I no, Carol Raswell, God's sucked
- 10:47Speaker 1: back in. Let's see how that went for her. Hold On,
- 10:58Speaker 1: did you see the thing about Carol Rats? She said?
- 11:00Speaker 2: The Countess recently said that I wasn't very busy. My goal,
- 11:04Speaker 2: having worked my entire life, is to not be busy.
- 11:07Speaker 2: I've been working since I was fourteen. And then she
- 11:10Speaker 2: like kind of shows, like a video of herself like
- 11:16Speaker 2: on a lake, like life looks amazing, and I'm like,
- 11:19Speaker 2: you know what?
- 11:20Speaker 1: True? Yeah? Yeah, it's like do you ever really retire
- 11:25Speaker 1: after this? Though? No, it goes on forever. It kind
- 11:30Speaker 1: of goes It's like the mom You think you're out
- 11:32Speaker 1: and you get sucked back in.
- 11:34Speaker 2: You get sucked back in and then all of a
- 11:36Speaker 2: sudden you're like, oh, you get a little taste of
- 11:38Speaker 2: it and you're like, this is fun and then you remember,
- 11:40Speaker 2: but like I remember why you're not there? Yeah, then
- 11:42Speaker 2: you remember. Then you're like, oh shit, okay. Can we
- 11:46Speaker 2: also talk about Amanda Francis.
- 11:49Speaker 1: I'd love to talk about Amanda Francis. Remember she said
- 11:51Speaker 1: that she wasn't interested in coming on her pod?
- 11:54Speaker 2: Yeah, remember when she said that, I don't.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Forget anything, but I hold a grudge.
- 12:00Speaker 2: We left holding grudges. But my question is are we
- 12:04Speaker 2: bummed one? Do we think that she quit or she
- 12:08Speaker 2: was fired?
- 12:12Speaker 1: I think she was fired because I think that she
- 12:14Speaker 1: wanted to stay on to promote her book. Oh, she's
- 12:18Speaker 1: a business person and she knew what this meant for
- 12:24Speaker 1: her business, Like it's exposure. I never heard of her before.
- 12:27Speaker 2: This.
- 12:28Speaker 1: She wasn't quitting. She wasn't fucking quitting, no way.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Well did you see her like fourteen page paragraph, like
- 12:35Speaker 2: fourteen page novel about how she's leaving the show?
- 12:39Speaker 1: No?
- 12:40Speaker 2: Yeah I did. Yeah, she wrote this whole big thing
- 12:43Speaker 2: about how you know, with her life, this is why she's,
- 12:46Speaker 2: you know, leaving, and she's saying that she's left, and
- 12:51Speaker 2: so I'm just I'm very curious if that's the case.
- 12:54Speaker 1: What do you think.
- 12:56Speaker 2: I think that it's very hard to continue on one
- 13:02Speaker 2: of these shows if you're not friends with anybody.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Right, that's true.
- 13:08Speaker 2: So regardless of if she was fired or if she
- 13:13Speaker 2: conceded to leave, like conceded to leave, Like, I don't
- 13:17Speaker 2: think she had a bond with anybody.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Well, no, Sulton tried.
- 13:21Speaker 2: In the end, I guess I would say she half
- 13:26Speaker 2: ass tried. I mean, she stayed with her in the same.
- 13:29Speaker 1: In the room and then she used the pillow for
- 13:31Speaker 1: the computer and it was all fucked up. But yeah,
- 13:34Speaker 1: like she did try to sit with her and tried
- 13:37Speaker 1: to sit with her and say things to her like
- 13:42Speaker 1: you need to open up more or you need to
- 13:45Speaker 1: be more. So I don't know whatever she tried to
- 13:47Speaker 1: tell her. It's not for everyone.
- 13:50Speaker 2: It's not for everyone, and I think that especially if
- 13:53Speaker 2: you're and like this is coming from somebody who's been
- 13:56Speaker 2: like diagnosed. You know, I have perfectionist order, which like
- 14:01Speaker 2: you do, Oh my gosh, like it's so bad. I mean,
- 14:05Speaker 2: it's what I work on in therapy, Like I want
- 14:08Speaker 2: to be perfect, and then I.
- 14:10Speaker 1: With that, I'm a fucking mess and I don't try.
- 14:13Speaker 1: I have as try to do anything. So how do
- 14:16Speaker 1: I get that?
- 14:18Speaker 2: It makes crazy? It makes you crazy?
- 14:23Speaker 1: Like how I need to know? Because like I will.
- 14:28Speaker 2: Sit there and overthink something. So like let's say I
- 14:31Speaker 2: made like one little error on this pod right now,
- 14:34Speaker 2: I will overthink it for freaking days. I'll be like
- 14:39Speaker 2: I accidentally said that. Yeah, like I have like I
- 14:42Speaker 2: ruminate in it and like just it I can't. So
- 14:46Speaker 2: that's something I'm trying to work on. But oh yeah,
- 14:50Speaker 2: well okay, I.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Don't like to overthink things. But I would like to
- 14:55Speaker 1: want things to be perfect.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Im I want, but not. I mean, do you think
- 15:01Speaker 2: anything in my life is perfect?
- 15:03Speaker 1: I'm I'm surprised saying like like literally, I'm enlightened me.
- 15:10Speaker 1: I just love you to death, but nothing seems quite
- 15:14Speaker 1: perfect a little bit. I love you, but the sad
- 15:20Speaker 1: I'm only geez, you didn't pin me. I didn't pin
- 15:25Speaker 1: you for that one.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Didn't pin you for that one because you know what,
- 15:28Speaker 2: didn't notice that you've ever perfected anything. I mean, are
- 15:37Speaker 2: we gonna miss her now?
- 15:39Speaker 1: I am, because because like, who else is everyone gonna
- 15:44Speaker 1: pick on? Now?
- 15:47Speaker 2: Well, I'm sure there'll be a new housewife.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Well, they'll have to get someone new and they'll have
- 15:54Speaker 1: to like listen, I don't think she was the worst.
- 15:58Speaker 2: I don't think she was the word. I mean, I
- 16:00Speaker 2: think there's definitely been worst.
- 16:01Speaker 1: There's been worse. I don't probably me. No, wait, dad,
- 16:09Speaker 1: that is so funny that you're in therapy. No, like
- 16:14Speaker 1: I mean, I want them to bring you back on.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, we can. So we can have therapy.
- 16:19Speaker 2: We can use the same therapist that everybody uses, whether
- 16:22Speaker 2: you're in Potomac or Beverly Hills or have you noticed
- 16:26Speaker 2: it's always the same therapist. No, I've never noticed. Oh
- 16:30Speaker 2: my gosh, just like it's the same lie detector guy.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Oh that one the actor? Yeah, yeah, the trained.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Actor, yeah, trained actor. We also got to talk about
- 16:40Speaker 2: the girls trip taglines.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Okay, okay, one, but weird.
- 16:46Speaker 2: No, I mean, I didn't realize they were going to
- 16:48Speaker 2: have taglines.
- 16:51Speaker 1: They have taglines, so you go first.
- 16:54Speaker 2: I mean, I guess it was social content for Watch
- 16:57Speaker 2: What Happens Live. But either way, the first one is Portia.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Thank god, it's a girl's trip. I'm so overboys.
- 17:05Speaker 1: It's cute that one's good in tracks. Lisa. Lisa Barlow's
- 17:10Speaker 1: has not. When she said the turbo tax line, my
- 17:14Speaker 1: daughter called me laughing so hard. If they're calling it ultimate,
- 17:19Speaker 1: Baby Gorgeous must be in attendance. Corny corny.
- 17:24Speaker 2: That being said, every chance I get like, you know
- 17:27Speaker 2: how I like to add music to my incess stories.
- 17:30Speaker 2: I add baby Gorgeous as the song.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Yeah me too. I've been using it, like overusing it.
- 17:37Speaker 2: I let get enough of it. I love Kyle. Uh.
- 17:41Speaker 2: They come and go, but originals never go out of style.
- 17:44Speaker 1: I thought of a Burkin when I heard that.
- 17:46Speaker 2: I oh my god, I can't believe you just said that.
- 17:49Speaker 2: I was thinking the same exact thing was that the Burke.
- 17:53Speaker 1: It was a Burken reference. That's what I felt like.
- 17:56Speaker 2: I felt like it was totally a Burken reference.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Oh, I'm so glad. I'm landing on the Luanne one,
- 18:01Speaker 1: because I can't believe this is actually a tagline. I
- 18:05Speaker 1: may speak multiple languages, but I'm most fluent in serving.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Sounds. Very countess.
- 18:15Speaker 1: That was like, okay, I mean, it's not a word
- 18:19Speaker 1: that everyone uses for it to be in a tagline
- 18:23Speaker 1: on every single thing, That's what I was saying.
- 18:26Speaker 2: I was like, oh, I didn't know that. It was
- 18:28Speaker 2: just we're just throwing it around like risque. No, it's
- 18:31Speaker 2: I mean, especially for somebody of royalty.
- 18:34Speaker 1: I know. Well, yeah, Jesus.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Then we've got Giselle on the Girls Trip. I'll be
- 18:42Speaker 2: checking the facts because I'm the word on the street.
- 18:45Speaker 2: I don't know if I get it.
- 18:46Speaker 1: So it's a reference to her taglines, meaning like the
- 18:51Speaker 1: word on the Street is. That's always how her tagline starts.
- 18:54Speaker 2: So because I'm liking Kyles, was like in Beverly Hills.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, word on the street is.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Okay, I get it, all right, I get it.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Okay, So I got Theresa Ultimate Girls Trip. I'm ultimately
- 19:08Speaker 1: about to trip some of these girls. Not my favorite,
- 19:16Speaker 1: not my favorite flip some of these girls. What would
- 19:19Speaker 1: have been like it? She doesn't trip people, She doesn't flip.
- 19:23Speaker 1: I'm ultimately yeah, all right, So okay, go to Vicky.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Vicky twenty years later and the og knows how to
- 19:29Speaker 2: whoop it up? Between whoop it Up and Debbie Downer,
- 19:35Speaker 2: I have, but I have a confession to make. I
- 19:39Speaker 2: think Vicky's so funny. Oh, I mean, she's amazing on
- 19:42Speaker 2: the show.
- 19:43Speaker 1: She's a Vicky's amazing, and like, I just think, like
- 19:47Speaker 1: Vicky's Debbie. She's not a Debbie Downer. That's just her
- 19:49Speaker 1: Like what do you call it? Like her stick? Yeah,
- 19:53Speaker 1: it's her stick.
- 19:54Speaker 2: It's like Shannon falling down, thank you, but yeah, it's
- 19:58Speaker 2: similar to that. Then you got to Andy.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Girls trip? Does that mean I can't go?
- 20:07Speaker 2: I think you could probably go to anything you want. Andy.
- 20:10Speaker 1: I think they could have done better on that one.
- 20:14Speaker 2: They could have done better.
- 20:15Speaker 1: There could have been a lot of different things. Not
- 20:18Speaker 1: that I'm creative and can come up with one right now.
- 20:22Speaker 2: But I think or or ever.
- 20:25Speaker 1: But I'm just saying, I honestly think they could have
- 20:28Speaker 1: done better.
- 20:29Speaker 2: I do, too. Know what I am really excited about
- 20:33Speaker 2: Real Housewives of Salt Lake City that trailer dropped. I mean,
- 20:39Speaker 2: there's a lot of divorce in.
- 20:40Speaker 1: One well, we're gonna have some single bitches running around,
- 20:47Speaker 1: We're gonna have some people going wild.
- 20:49Speaker 2: So first it starts off where Sean, Sean and Angie
- 20:54Speaker 2: plus Whitney and Justin talk about separating, so you're like, okay,
- 20:58Speaker 2: there's one. Then when and Todd are still fighting about
- 21:01Speaker 2: their separation, Bronwin has a new boyfriend's and the.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Girls think it's a fake PR stunt. Why do they
- 21:09Speaker 1: think that?
- 21:10Speaker 2: I don't. I think, well, I remember I had to
- 21:13Speaker 2: talked to bron when at one point, and I know
- 21:15Speaker 2: that he's like he was like a younger guy, clearly, yeah,
- 21:20Speaker 2: And I think as he was young and hot, they
- 21:23Speaker 2: were like, well the difference with the juxtaposition between the
- 21:26Speaker 2: two guys her husband, and.
- 21:29Speaker 1: But like that's what happens. There's nothing they're not together
- 21:33Speaker 1: anymore anyway, So maybe there was merit to that, but
- 21:36Speaker 1: maybe it was also just like a hot summer flame,
- 21:40Speaker 1: or or maybe it was like she was sick.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Of being with that dude and so she just wanted
- 21:44Speaker 2: something young and a.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Real piece of ass. Like maybe it was like you know,
- 21:50Speaker 1: like the revenge. Fuck.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, it doesn't upset me about it. Then
- 21:56Speaker 2: Brittany says Bronwin weaves a web of lives. Heather also
- 22:01Speaker 2: accused Braunwin of lying.
- 22:02Speaker 1: It looks like they're a little bit of a bron
- 22:05Speaker 1: Win gang up.
- 22:06Speaker 2: I know, I feel like it's kind of come down
- 22:08Speaker 2: on Bronwen a little bit. What about how Heather has
- 22:11Speaker 2: a boyfriend and she tells him she's never getting married again.
- 22:15Speaker 2: He looked upset about it, he did, well, I don't
- 22:19Speaker 2: think we've ever seen Heather in a relationship since the
- 22:22Speaker 2: show's been on.
- 22:24Speaker 1: No, we have it, and I'm happy for her. I
- 22:26Speaker 1: hope she's happy. But is she really into him? Because, like,
- 22:31Speaker 1: let's face it, you're not going to be sitting in
- 22:33Speaker 1: front of a billionaire who's picking you up in his
- 22:37Speaker 1: private plane and like living this lifestyle and saying, yeah,
- 22:41Speaker 1: I don't think I'm gonna marry you. Yeah, Like, let's
- 22:44Speaker 1: see what the story is.
- 22:46Speaker 2: We need to find the backstory, we need to see.
- 22:48Speaker 1: What not even money's everything. But I just feel like
- 22:52Speaker 1: we also.
- 22:52Speaker 2: Remember last year we saw her toss out a mattress
- 22:56Speaker 2: that was like thirty five years old.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, Like that's what I'm saying, Like, listen, if
- 23:03Speaker 1: she you know, I don't think she's she's you know,
- 23:06Speaker 1: turning down this night and shining armor.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, we got we're gonna have to see.
- 23:12Speaker 1: That's usually a way to keep somebody at bay. Like
- 23:14Speaker 1: don't like I like you, You're around, like, you know,
- 23:18Speaker 1: don't yourself. I wanted a warm body, and I like you,
- 23:22Speaker 1: and you're like nice and you're right now for good
- 23:24Speaker 1: for companionship, but like, don't get too close to me, yeah,
- 23:27Speaker 1: because I'm not that into you.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Yeah, like it's not happening. Then Mary talks about losing
- 23:40Speaker 2: her son and thanks the women for showing up for her.
- 23:44Speaker 2: I'm wondering if they are actually going to give Mary
- 23:50Speaker 2: some like grace the entire season, or if they're gonna
- 23:53Speaker 2: like she's gonna still have to be in the mix fighting.
- 23:56Speaker 2: I can't even imagine.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Well, to my knowledge, I was told or I heard
- 24:01Speaker 1: that Mary wanted to film. Yeah, and I think that
- 24:08Speaker 1: I think Mary wanted to go on with her life,
- 24:12Speaker 1: to try to move on from what she went through.
- 24:15Speaker 1: I can't. She has to stay busy, I think.
- 24:18Speaker 2: And for the first time said in a long time, we.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Saw her husband. Yeah. Yeah, and it seemed like they
- 24:26Speaker 1: were there for each other, which thank god, they have
- 24:31Speaker 1: each other because there's no bigger nightmare in the world.
- 24:35Speaker 2: I can't even It's like, it's heartbreaking. Even just seeing
- 24:38Speaker 2: her talk about it with him, I was like, this
- 24:40Speaker 2: is so beyond heartbreaking.
- 24:43Speaker 1: It's I'm fathomable, ball. I don't even know how to
- 24:46Speaker 1: say it. It's just I really my heart goes out
- 24:50Speaker 1: to her. God forbid anyone who has ever had to
- 24:52Speaker 1: go through that nightmare. And I think about a parent
- 24:57Speaker 1: all the time that has to deal with that or
- 24:59Speaker 1: go through that, any any loss of a child, And
- 25:01Speaker 1: it's just like, I'm just glad that she has support
- 25:05Speaker 1: of her friends, and she has support of Robert Senior. Yeah,
- 25:09Speaker 1: I agree, because I know she doesn't have a lot
- 25:10Speaker 1: of family.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Yeah, she doesn't have a lot of family.
- 25:13Speaker 1: She her sister came after her. She you know, she
- 25:17Speaker 1: didn't have a great family life.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Yeah. So I mean, but she she seems like she
- 25:24Speaker 2: has the support right now, so I hope that continues
- 25:26Speaker 2: as the season goes on. There's a new friend, Kuhi.
- 25:30Speaker 2: She has friends with Whitney, Lisa and Meredith. She's got somebody.
- 25:35Speaker 2: She is not messing around. But why takes a shot
- 25:38Speaker 2: at Angie's married.
- 25:39Speaker 1: But didn't she come in through Angie?
- 25:41Speaker 2: No, she came in through Whitney, Lisa and Meredith.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Oh who So then she's so then it's Agave and
- 25:49Speaker 1: she's going to go for angiecause Angie fights with them.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Yeah, and she says, she says she's joking, but she
- 25:55Speaker 2: says she's going to finish Angie like her husband doesn't. Doesn't.
- 26:00Speaker 1: First of all, I love roasts. You love who roasts?
- 26:07Speaker 2: I thought you were saying that you were calling.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Roasts. I love roasts, and I think they're hysterical. But listen,
- 26:17Speaker 1: she just drew first blood. Angie's no slouch. But when
- 26:20Speaker 1: you're you know, if you're gonna kick her while she's down.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Not everybody when they're going through what she's going through
- 26:27Speaker 1: right now is usually like has has that spark that
- 26:32Speaker 1: they usually have as far as fighting, like Angie, she's she's,
- 26:37Speaker 1: you know, got a sharp tongue, she's quick to fight. Yeah,
- 26:41Speaker 1: tough Greek girl, you know.
- 26:45Speaker 2: But then Lisa versus Angie looks nasty. Angie tells someone
- 26:49Speaker 2: to shut their big fucking mouth and tells Lisa her
- 26:51Speaker 2: lips look.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Like the vulva ulva.
- 26:55Speaker 2: I had to check out my vulva to see what
- 26:56Speaker 2: it looked like real quick.
- 27:00Speaker 1: I was just looking at my lips. I'm like, I
- 27:03Speaker 1: was like, I need some filler. You can get filler
- 27:08Speaker 1: in your vulva.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Oh my, I meant I need filler in my lips.
- 27:12Speaker 1: Well, I'm just like, because you're not, because shriveled raisin.
- 27:17Speaker 2: Hold on, can I fatten up my vulva real quick?
- 27:19Speaker 1: Because yes you can.
- 27:25Speaker 2: I need to have a chubby vulva because my food
- 27:27Speaker 2: was taking over chubby chuck.
- 27:30Speaker 1: It's gonna look like a catcher's miith.
- 27:34Speaker 2: Soon. I'm not even gonna be able to sit in
- 27:35Speaker 2: this podcast because my vulva is so big.
- 27:41Speaker 1: So then Lisa responds, I'm thinking of big bulbas. Now,
- 27:46Speaker 1: Lisa responds, what did she respond to her? Because now
- 27:49Speaker 1: I'm thinking my mind is oh she's like, oh you
- 27:51Speaker 1: want to suck on them? Oh yeah, I have a
- 27:54Speaker 1: crocheted vagina. I can show you what a vulva is.
- 27:58Speaker 1: You want me to get it? No, wait, hold on
- 28:02Speaker 1: one second, no wait, this is no big.
- 28:08Speaker 2: The fact that she has a crouchete vagina.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Hey, I'm gonna show you so we get the truth
- 28:17Speaker 1: thing of what avolva is give me a little lesson. Okay,
- 28:23Speaker 1: So I think the vulva's sketching it out for me. No,
- 28:26Speaker 1: the volva is not the whole. It's making its first draft.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Hold on the fact that we don't even know what
- 28:34Speaker 2: evolve is.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Are you gonna ask me why I have a crocheted vagina? Yeah?
- 28:38Speaker 2: Why in God's name do you?
- 28:40Speaker 1: I had a menopause party and doctor Gila Seminar came
- 28:44Speaker 1: and she forgot this because she was teaching us how
- 28:47Speaker 1: to Oh.
- 28:47Speaker 2: It was upset out.
- 28:51Speaker 1: So I sent you the fruit. Oh it won't even
- 28:56Speaker 1: it won't show. It says, We're sorry, but we can't
- 28:59Speaker 1: violate an They can't do that. Hold on, I could
- 29:01Speaker 1: find it somewhere else. So so doctor Gila showed us
- 29:06Speaker 1: how to use the the thing. Hold on for all
- 29:11Speaker 1: the Oh God I found it.
- 29:15Speaker 2: Pointed out to me, what is the volva's job.
- 29:19Speaker 1: It doesn't say on the on the thing. We're We're
- 29:23Speaker 1: gonna have to do research.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Okay, the vulva is the lips. Hold on. I just
- 29:28Speaker 2: googled the vulva is the lips, but it's hard for
- 29:31Speaker 2: me to tell by your crew.
- 29:35Speaker 1: These. I hope my mom doesn't watch this doctor Gili,
- 29:42Speaker 1: I gotta send you back. You forgot this by the hand.
- 29:45Speaker 2: No, that is a keeper.
- 29:50Speaker 1: It's gonna be like so it's saying so Lisa said
- 29:54Speaker 1: that this is what her lips look like, I mean
- 30:00Speaker 1: said that.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Leases yet but they must have been poofed up vulvas.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Then that you can't do that. Then, so we're gonna
- 30:09Speaker 2: get I'm getting excited for us when we can recap that.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Then this next one is Ariana Maddox's appeal to toss Rachel's
- 30:16Speaker 2: revenge porn case is shut down. The California Court of
- 30:20Speaker 2: Appeal ruled Ariana can't get Rachel's claims thrown out. The
- 30:24Speaker 2: judges stress they're not saying Rachel's allegations are true or
- 30:27Speaker 2: that Ariana actually sent the videos genuine Besides Rachel, however,
- 30:31Speaker 2: Ariana is now considering going to the California Supreme Court.
- 30:36Speaker 2: I can't believe we're still talking about this.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Ariana could get in a lot of trouble for sharing
- 30:40Speaker 1: that video. We're just learning now from these shows that
- 30:45Speaker 1: you cannot share those things.
- 30:48Speaker 2: I know I didn't know that. I mean think about when,
- 30:51Speaker 2: I mean, are you allowed to show it if it's
- 30:53Speaker 2: on your phone, Like let's say you and I were
- 30:56Speaker 2: in person.
- 30:57Speaker 1: I think once you send it, once you send it,
- 31:02Speaker 1: it becomes an illegal act. Oh my gosh, it's bad.
- 31:08Speaker 1: So that's why she's trying so hard to get a
- 31:10Speaker 1: thrown out. But I also kind.
- 31:11Speaker 2: Of wonder does Rachel even want to deal with this anymore?
- 31:14Speaker 2: She's at all like wind chimes and ding dongs and
- 31:16Speaker 2: sound baths and then the final headline we need to discuss.
- 31:21Speaker 2: And I'm pretty proud of Karen for this and because
- 31:24Speaker 2: it's very unhousewife like, but she reveals she declined to
- 31:28Speaker 2: appear on Real Housewives of Girl Trip for her sobriety.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Okay, that's fair. Listen, she had a real problem. She
- 31:36Speaker 1: has a real problem, and that's a monkey on your
- 31:38Speaker 1: back every day for the rest of your life. My
- 31:40Speaker 1: sister has been sober over twenty years. She can never
- 31:45Speaker 1: take another drink. She can't even smell a drink.
- 31:48Speaker 2: Okay.
- 31:49Speaker 1: And I think it was very soon for Karen to
- 31:54Speaker 1: be out of jail and to be around that. Maybe
- 31:59Speaker 1: maybe she wasn't strong enough. Whatever, you're right, I am
- 32:02Speaker 1: proud of her that she did that.
- 32:04Speaker 2: Because it's hard to turn down money. It's hard to
- 32:06Speaker 2: turn down something that you're good at. But like, also,
- 32:10Speaker 2: it would be very hard to be in that group
- 32:12Speaker 2: of people. And you know, like Kyle chooses not to drink,
- 32:15Speaker 2: which I think is very different than being sober.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Sober, Yeah, so because I did notice, I did notice
- 32:24Speaker 1: that Kyle said, no, I'll take something else in the
- 32:28Speaker 1: first when they had gotten on the on the boat.
- 32:32Speaker 2: Yeah, she hasn't drink for a couple of years. Yeah,
- 32:35Speaker 2: but just because she feels she took a little break
- 32:38Speaker 2: and then she feels better not drinking, which you know,
- 32:40Speaker 2: everybody feels better not drinking. You're not a big drinker.
- 32:44Speaker 1: I would rather eat, but I'm a big eater and
- 32:46Speaker 1: that's a problem for me. So I would have to
- 32:49Speaker 1: decline the girl's trip, thinking that we'll be going out
- 32:53Speaker 1: to eat three times a day there.
- 32:55Speaker 2: But at least you can't really eat on camera? Or
- 32:58Speaker 2: do you still do you still go for it?
- 33:00Speaker 1: Who? Have you watched New Jersey?
- 33:02Speaker 2: Have you ever watched? No?
- 33:04Speaker 1: One cares, nobody, Oh my gosh.
- 33:10Speaker 2: But I'm so excited that we're gonna be recapping all
- 33:12Speaker 2: week this week. We've got so many good shows to cover.
- 33:16Speaker 1: I'm very excited too, and I want to hear. Don't
- 33:20Speaker 1: think that when you come back and next time I
- 33:22Speaker 1: see you that I won't want details on the Valley Guy.
- 33:25Speaker 2: I'll give you details on the Valley Guy. The family,
- 33:28Speaker 2: making sure that I can keep it together. And I
- 33:32Speaker 2: ordered a cute outfit from Revolve and it hasn't arrived yet,
- 33:36Speaker 2: so it's like, it's not like I can wear my
- 33:38Speaker 2: usual like oversized.
- 33:40Speaker 1: What is that? What does it look like?
- 33:43Speaker 2: It's those jeans that are like low rise but then
- 33:46Speaker 2: they kind of like go out, they're like kind of
- 33:48Speaker 2: bottomy like that. And then like a cute, tight white
- 33:51Speaker 2: T shirt, like it's really cute, but it's a cash
- 33:54Speaker 2: cut and you look good in jeans and a T shirt.
- 33:57Speaker 2: So that's what I want to wear. And then probably
- 34:00Speaker 2: because my dad hates when I wear big hats, I
- 34:02Speaker 2: probably won want to wear like one of my big
- 34:03Speaker 2: cowboy hats. That's really them off.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Every daughter wants to piss off their dad on his night.
- 34:10Speaker 1: I mean, it's not a good daughter unless you do that.
- 34:13Speaker 2: Every last concert I wore the biggest hat, He's like,
- 34:16Speaker 2: what the fuck are you doing? So I've got a
- 34:20Speaker 2: lot of big hats, so I mean.
- 34:22Speaker 1: We'll see what though he likes the attention from you,
- 34:26Speaker 1: I think he does too. I've watched him talk about
- 34:28Speaker 1: you on some podcasts, to be honest, and I and
- 34:33Speaker 1: I I remember he talked about you when you were
- 34:36Speaker 1: a little girl and how you went him for everything,
- 34:38Speaker 1: and he's like this kid used to call me for everything,
- 34:41Speaker 1: you know, And definitely he loves you. Your dad loves
- 34:45Speaker 1: you a lot.
- 34:46Speaker 2: I'm so happy that my siblings are all going to
- 34:49Speaker 2: be here and we can all. I mean, the amount
- 34:51Speaker 2: of crap talking we all do to each other is
- 34:54Speaker 2: really it.
- 34:57Speaker 1: Prepares me for the pod Taddy. It's family, family's everything,
- 35:02Speaker 1: so you're lucky to have it. And it's gonna be
- 35:04Speaker 1: a great night. I'm really jealous. I'm not there, that's all,
- 35:07Speaker 1: but it's gonna be great. Go there, have a good time.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Don't overthink it because everyone's gonna just be happy and
- 35:16Speaker 1: get along and bond and you'll see.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Okay, Thank you, Dolores, I love you and I'll talk
- 35:24Speaker 2: to you soon.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Bye bye.
