Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody. Welcome to Tea Time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:05Speaker 1: We're back.
- 0:09Speaker 2: You just can't get rid of us that easily.
- 0:10Speaker 1: We're here. We are here. We keep showing up all
- 0:15Speaker 1: the time. That's what we do.
- 0:19Speaker 2: So what do we do? We stop and take a breath.
- 0:26Speaker 2: And recognize life is okay. It's been every opportunity.
- 0:32Speaker 3: That I have to take breaths these days is what
- 0:35Speaker 3: I've been doing. And I'll do I try to do
- 0:39Speaker 3: the deep breaths. I don't even remember the count of it.
- 0:41Speaker 3: If it's like you breathe in for five and hold
- 0:43Speaker 3: it for seven and breathe out for 10. But the
- 0:45Speaker 3: thing is to breathe out longer than when you breathe
- 0:48Speaker 3: in because it helps to stimulate the biggest nerve.
- 0:51Speaker 2: And that brings.
- 0:51Speaker 3: Peace into the body and it shifts things. But it
- 0:54Speaker 3: also brings you into the now. So you're not focused
- 0:56Speaker 3: so much on whatever you were focused on immediately or initially.
- 1:00Speaker 2: And then it brings you back into the body.
- 1:02Speaker 3: The other thing I've been doing is really just paying
- 1:05Speaker 3: attention to the body. We talked about you having pain.
- 1:07Speaker 3: I'll stop with that pain and just sit and feel
- 1:10Speaker 3: it for a while. If I start noticing in the
- 1:12Speaker 3: middle of the night, because energies have been kind of crazy.
- 1:14Speaker 3: If anyone follows the Schumann resonance, we get a lot
- 1:18Speaker 3: of energy that's coming into the planet and we're, beings
- 1:22Speaker 3: that receive information all the time and it kind of
- 1:26Speaker 3: can disrupt us or can cause especially the more sensitive
- 1:29Speaker 3: you are the more you've slowed down the more you
- 1:31Speaker 3: notice things you start noticing how you might have different
- 1:35Speaker 3: thoughts or maybe you wake up in the middle of
- 1:36Speaker 3: the night and start noticing you're cycling a worry or
- 1:39Speaker 3: a concern or something like that so when that happens
- 1:41Speaker 3: for me first of all the first thing I do
- 1:45Speaker 3: is ask myself is this mine is this my energy
- 1:47Speaker 3: right now I would probably tell you almost nine times
- 1:51Speaker 3: out of 10 lately, it's not my energy. So then
- 1:54Speaker 3: I stop and breathe. And then I'll notice maybe a
- 1:56Speaker 3: second later, it starts up again. So now I'm just
- 1:58Speaker 3: recognizing this is just an opportunity for me to work
- 2:01Speaker 3: with the energies, not work against them, but to work
- 2:04Speaker 3: with them.
- 2:05Speaker 2: And so instead, I'll slow down. I start breathing.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Maybe I'll put my focus on inside of my skull.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Maybe I'm noticing my frontal lobe of my brain. Maybe
- 2:13Speaker 3: I'm noticing the back of my neck. Maybe I'm just
- 2:16Speaker 3: putting energy into my hands. It's like whatever I'm focusing on,
- 2:19Speaker 3: I just take the time and sit and breathe into
- 2:22Speaker 3: those places and see what comes up. And then I
- 2:25Speaker 3: start noticing that I start receiving information. So it's just
- 2:29Speaker 3: a matter of that slowdown time. It's the same thing
- 2:32Speaker 3: as meditation. It is meditation.
- 2:34Speaker 2: It's just another way that I'm doing.
- 2:36Speaker 3: I guess it's probably my way of doing it instead
- 2:38Speaker 3: of trying to do it like the way everybody else
- 2:40Speaker 3: says you should do it or trying everybody else's perspectives.
- 2:44Speaker 2: From my perspective, it's just me.
- 2:46Speaker 3: I have been easily distracted in the past.
- 2:51Speaker 2: So in order for me not to be.
- 2:52Speaker 3: Distracted, it's focusing on internally, going inside the body, not
- 2:57Speaker 3: focusing on the problem or the situation. Because as soon
- 2:59Speaker 3: as you take your focus off of that and you
- 3:02Speaker 3: go into the breath work and you go into this relaxation,
- 3:05Speaker 3: this peace area.
- 3:07Speaker 2: All kinds of information flows to you.
- 3:09Speaker 3: And then you start receiving different possibilities of how you
- 3:12Speaker 3: can maybe navigate through whatever you're perceiving as a situation
- 3:16Speaker 3: because everything's always taken care of, but it doesn't come
- 3:20Speaker 3: from the forcing things to happen from trying to control things.
- 3:25Speaker 2: I'm only speaking from experience.
- 3:28Speaker 3: So I'm learning that the more that I slow down
- 3:31Speaker 3: and the more that I give ease to it, it's like,
- 3:32Speaker 3: you know, I'll, I'll even say, get, you know, God,
- 3:35Speaker 3: when we're here that we still have to be able
- 3:38Speaker 3: to pay for, you know, certain things that that's how
- 3:40Speaker 3: things work.
- 3:41Speaker 2: And it's like, Money just shows up and handles it
- 3:44Speaker 2: for me.
- 3:44Speaker 3: So there's all these amazing things that are happening in
- 3:49Speaker 3: our experiences for us, even though sometimes it doesn't feel
- 3:53Speaker 3: like it's for us.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Yeah, and I like how you just start out. Life
- 3:59Speaker 1: is okay. I'm listening to a gentleman. His name's Myron Golden.
- 4:06Speaker 1: He's more on the business side of things, but he
- 4:08Speaker 1: teaches business through and he was talking about we watch
- 4:27Speaker 1: other people's lives to avoid looking at ourselves so prime
- 4:34Speaker 1: example is football season and he's like we got people
- 4:40Speaker 1: who are coming, you know, showing up the next day, go, oh,
- 4:44Speaker 1: my team won. It's like, it ain't your team. You
- 4:47Speaker 1: don't own them. You are not on the team. They're
- 4:49Speaker 1: not your team. And so that's one. It's like you're
- 4:54Speaker 1: watching other people who are getting paid hundreds of thousands,
- 4:58Speaker 1: if not millions of dollars to do something they like
- 5:01Speaker 1: doing while you're sitting on the couch watching them do it.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Why wouldn't you spend that time working on yourself? learning
- 5:11Speaker 1: a new skill, reading a book, get ed, getting educated
- 5:17Speaker 1: about something, but instead you're watching other people live their life.
- 5:22Speaker 3: Why?
- 5:22Speaker 1: To avoid yours. You're not happy with your life. So
- 5:26Speaker 1: you watch somebody else's. And even so you could watch
- 5:30Speaker 1: somebody else and then you, uh, criticize them for what
- 5:33Speaker 1: they do have because you don't have it.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Right.
- 5:38Speaker 1: And so, uh, He makes these points and it's so true.
- 5:42Speaker 1: It's like, stop getting distracted with social media because you're
- 5:47Speaker 1: watching other people live their life. And whether they're millionaires
- 5:53Speaker 1: or not, you're watching other people live their lives and
- 5:56Speaker 1: you're being distracted from yours. And I just like, dude,
- 6:03Speaker 1: you are spot on. how many times have I distracted
- 6:07Speaker 1: myself in my lifetime to avoid my own healing, to
- 6:11Speaker 1: avoid my own misery? He's like, they go, well, he says,
- 6:17Speaker 1: he says, I tell him, I don't watch the news.
- 6:20Speaker 1: I don't, I don't spend my time staying up on world,
- 6:26Speaker 1: on the world events going on. And then they, you know,
- 6:29Speaker 1: people get upset with it. Well, don't you want to
- 6:31Speaker 1: know what's going on? He's like, how am I going
- 6:33Speaker 1: to fix the world's problem if I can't even fix
- 6:36Speaker 1: my own problem? I need to focus on fixing my
- 6:39Speaker 1: own problems first. And so he just, you know, he's
- 6:45Speaker 1: teaching and these are all things that I've heard before.
- 6:47Speaker 1: You know, each person teaches differently and he brings a
- 6:54Speaker 1: little more humor into it. It might be why I'm
- 6:56Speaker 1: attracted to him because of his humor. But the fact is,
- 7:01Speaker 1: I cannot fix the world's problems. I can tell you
- 7:05Speaker 1: I have had many drunken sessions where we sat and
- 7:09Speaker 1: we complained and talked about the world's problems or somebody
- 7:13Speaker 1: else's problems who we are criticizing and judging. And guess what?
- 7:19Speaker 1: When I was sober, they're still doing the same things.
- 7:22Speaker 1: But you know what I did? I wasted my time
- 7:24Speaker 1: talking about them. I wasted my time watching them. I
- 7:28Speaker 1: wasted my time criticizing them. Instead of look at me,
- 7:36Speaker 1: look what I can control. Look what I get to change.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Look what I'm responsible for. Look at my package instead
- 7:44Speaker 1: of watching everybody else do their thing.
- 7:45Speaker 2: 100%. I agree with you. I resonate with that.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Yeah. So, you know, I'm hearing these, you know, hearing
- 7:55Speaker 1: it before every time I hear something again, I've heard
- 7:59Speaker 1: these things. I've heard what he has said in different ways,
- 8:03Speaker 1: multiple times over a course of many years. But each
- 8:06Speaker 1: time it resonates with me in a different way. And
- 8:10Speaker 1: it makes so much sense because he's because I am
- 8:16Speaker 1: in the process of getting a momentum going in my business.
- 8:20Speaker 1: And when I'm choosing to say yes to something else,
- 8:25Speaker 1: I'm choosing no to my business. So if I'm choosing
- 8:31Speaker 1: to sit and watch TV, I'm saying no to my business.
- 8:37Speaker 1: If I'm choosing to sit and scroll on social media,
- 8:39Speaker 1: I'm saying no to my business. It doesn't matter. If
- 8:44Speaker 1: I'm choosing to go sit at the bar, I'm saying
- 8:46Speaker 1: no to my business. So there's multiple times I've been
- 8:49Speaker 1: invited to things and I have said no. Because you
- 8:53Speaker 1: know what? What's motivating me? Well, I want more choices
- 8:57Speaker 1: in my life. Money is not everything, but money gives
- 9:01Speaker 1: us more choices. And I'm okay with that. I've had
- 9:04Speaker 1: a good chunk of money at one time. And man,
- 9:07Speaker 1: the choices I got to have was nice. So more choices.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Am I going to say freedom? No, because I don't
- 9:14Speaker 1: think we're ever free. I think we are comfortable. I
- 9:19Speaker 1: think we have the freedom of more choices. but there's
- 9:27Speaker 1: still the bills. We still got to pay our bills.
- 9:31Speaker 1: We're still concerned, not concerned, but we still want to
- 9:35Speaker 1: maintain a home to live in a vehicle to drive
- 9:38Speaker 1: the insurance. Like there are still things that we are
- 9:42Speaker 1: connected to. If we so choose that lifestyle, there's lifestyle
- 9:45Speaker 1: and it's another conversation to be homeless and that's okay.
- 9:48Speaker 1: And that's their choice. And that's, that's not this conversation that, we,
- 9:53Speaker 1: if you want to live a comfortable lifestyle, there are
- 9:56Speaker 1: choices to be made. And, um, another motivation is, you
- 10:03Speaker 1: know what? My husband and I, we have two mothers
- 10:06Speaker 1: that are getting older. And they may at one time
- 10:09Speaker 1: need care. And I want to be able to say,
- 10:14Speaker 1: I can help with that. Because I know nobody else...
- 10:18Speaker 1: I'm an only child. Do you think my mom's going
- 10:19Speaker 1: to turn to anybody else? It's on me, right? If
- 10:24Speaker 1: she choose to live a lengthy lifetime, I want to
- 10:28Speaker 1: be the one to be able to be there to
- 10:29Speaker 1: help her. And, and my husband's mom, like her and
- 10:36Speaker 1: I are really good friends. Like I would be more
- 10:38Speaker 1: than willing to help her. So it's like, a motivation
- 10:44Speaker 1: for me to say yes to a business. And not
- 10:47Speaker 1: only that, it's not just the money, it's the amount
- 10:50Speaker 1: of lives that I get to affect along the way.
- 10:54Speaker 1: And if I touch one person's life, that's a ripple
- 10:57Speaker 1: effect that could be 200 lives. So the more people
- 11:00Speaker 1: I affect, the more people that are affected. Right? There's
- 11:06Speaker 1: generational healing. So if I'm affecting a seven-year-old person and
- 11:11Speaker 1: then They're affecting their children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. That's
- 11:16Speaker 1: generational healing. So the motivation of why I do it
- 11:25Speaker 1: or why I want to do it outweighs saying yes
- 11:30Speaker 1: to other people and saying yes to watching other people's
- 11:34Speaker 1: lives unfold while I sit back on the sidelines and
- 11:39Speaker 1: watch their lives unfold. and think, man, I wish I
- 11:42Speaker 1: had that. Why don't I just do it? Why don't
- 11:46Speaker 1: I just say yes to me and what I want
- 11:48Speaker 1: instead of watching them?
- 11:53Speaker 2: I agree. I agree.
- 11:57Speaker 3: And I call it distractions. Everything else is a distraction
- 12:01Speaker 3: from you having your own experience, from you having your
- 12:05Speaker 3: fulfilling things. and I've been in that space from a
- 12:08Speaker 3: victim mindset. It's, you can step into that space real
- 12:11Speaker 3: easy and you can see how everybody else is happening
- 12:14Speaker 3: for them. It's not going to happen for me, but
- 12:17Speaker 3: it's like, it's just, those are just opportunities to go
- 12:20Speaker 3: deeper within self and ask, why do you feel that way?
- 12:23Speaker 3: And also recognize where you are putting your time. I
- 12:27Speaker 3: don't tolerate very well sitting and watching. I can listen
- 12:32Speaker 3: to YouTubes. I can listen to, you know, podcasts and
- 12:35Speaker 3: stuff like that. That's, that's manageable for me but for
- 12:38Speaker 3: me to sit because I've done it a few times
- 12:41Speaker 3: to sit for a long time on a certain social
- 12:44Speaker 3: media medias and just scroll and scroll and scroll I
- 12:48Speaker 3: can't and then after a while I become super hypersensitive
- 12:51Speaker 3: to the sounds and everything I can't even listen to
- 12:53Speaker 3: the stuff anymore so it's like don't just turn down
- 12:57Speaker 3: the volume step away from it like there there's a
- 12:59Speaker 3: reason why this is happening so I've been spending more
- 13:02Speaker 3: time writing I've been spending more time reading. I've been
- 13:05Speaker 3: coming in and doing readings for myself, interpreting those. And
- 13:10Speaker 3: then now I'm, because I feel like there's such a
- 13:12Speaker 3: shift in my energy and how I perceive things that
- 13:16Speaker 3: even when I do my own readings, I'm seeing them
- 13:18Speaker 3: from a different perspective. Like if I solve a deceit card,
- 13:22Speaker 3: deceit card, if you use that in a relationship perspective,
- 13:25Speaker 3: could be instead of it before be like, Oh God,
- 13:28Speaker 3: why does this fucking card keep showing up? a deceit
- 13:31Speaker 3: card could mean the person has such great feelings for you,
- 13:35Speaker 3: but they're unable to express themselves. So that could be
- 13:38Speaker 3: received as the seat because they're holding something back, but,
- 13:42Speaker 3: and portraying something else. Like it's there's, I'm just learning
- 13:47Speaker 3: to see things so differently than I've ever seen them
- 13:50Speaker 3: before in my life. And to me, that is the freedom.
- 13:53Speaker 3: That is the freedom that you've spoke of. That is
- 13:56Speaker 3: what we've been looking for this whole time. It's, And
- 13:58Speaker 3: it's freeing ourselves from ourselves. It's like, you've got the
- 14:01Speaker 3: key to open up the freaking cage. Are you going
- 14:04Speaker 3: to use it? It's totally up to each person on
- 14:07Speaker 3: an individual basis. I'm using the freaking key. I have
- 14:11Speaker 3: set myself free. I am out there running around. I
- 14:15Speaker 3: am exploring things. I am not contained to a space
- 14:19Speaker 3: any longer. And it was not a space that anybody
- 14:24Speaker 3: else put me in. It was a space I put
- 14:25Speaker 3: myself in.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Wow. You can have the key and open the door.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Are you going to step through it? Oh, yeah. Out
- 14:32Speaker 1: of the cage. Yeah.
- 14:33Speaker 3: I see myself flying out of the cage. I have
- 14:35Speaker 3: flown the coop, ladies and gentlemen.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Because we tend to, yes, the door is open, the
- 14:42Speaker 1: cage door is open, but there's too much unfamiliarity out
- 14:46Speaker 1: there to explore it. And so we stay where it's comfortable.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Same thing with, you know, it's tethering a baby elephant for.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Long periods of time to something that's heavy and won't
- 15:02Speaker 1: move that they can't move. So then when it becomes
- 15:04Speaker 1: an adult, you could tie it to a chair and
- 15:06Speaker 1: it'll just stand there because they think it's tethered, right?
- 15:10Speaker 1: They don't know the power and the force that they
- 15:13Speaker 1: have to move. And that's the same for us. We
- 15:17Speaker 1: don't understand all the options we have and all the,
- 15:22Speaker 1: the power we have within ourselves to explore and do and, um,
- 15:27Speaker 1: create um we stay in our in our in our
- 15:31Speaker 1: cage in our comfort zone because it's too scary or
- 15:36Speaker 1: i don't know what's gonna happen or what if it
- 15:39Speaker 1: goes wrong you're not gonna know unless you step.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Out that's right what if it goes right.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Yes what if it's more amazing than you ever thought
- 15:49Speaker 1: it could be i.
- 15:54Speaker 3: Agree I have kept myself, keeping yourself in a job
- 15:57Speaker 3: because it's familiar, but you always know that door is open.
- 16:00Speaker 3: There's always a possibility I can go out that door,
- 16:02Speaker 3: but I hear what you're saying.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Yeah, 100%.
- 16:04Speaker 3: Because I've been in that space until something pushed me
- 16:06Speaker 3: hard enough and then I'd be like, well, F this,
- 16:08Speaker 3: I'm out.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Right, right. And sometimes we get pushed out because the
- 16:14Speaker 1: universe is like, bitch.
- 16:17Speaker 2: I told you to get going. Did the sledgehammer not help?
- 16:24Speaker 1: You need to you need to start going here sister
- 16:26Speaker 1: you need to just keep moving so.
- 16:31Speaker 3: It's true that's a bit and I would say it's
- 16:33Speaker 3: been in my experience and it's like the more we
- 16:35Speaker 3: resist it the harder things get.
- 16:40Speaker 2: And that's how you know when things are getting.
- 16:41Speaker 3: Super hard yeah because you're what it's like where in
- 16:45Speaker 3: your life are you resisting what are you resisting.
- 16:52Speaker 1: And not only that, why?
- 16:54Speaker 2: True.
- 16:55Speaker 1: What's the programming and the beliefs and the habits that
- 16:58Speaker 1: are keeping you where you're at or keeping you from
- 17:03Speaker 1: doing something different? Which we speak from experience because we've
- 17:08Speaker 1: had to face those things too. And there's still, I've
- 17:11Speaker 1: mentioned this before in other videos that even talking to
- 17:14Speaker 1: mentors and listening to other, you know, teachers in the
- 17:22Speaker 1: in the personal development and transformation industry is that even
- 17:28Speaker 1: different levels of money. So receiving a hundred thousand dollars
- 17:35Speaker 1: is different than receiving a $ 500, 000. It's a different mindset.
- 17:42Speaker 1: So in between those numbers, there's still some, some growing
- 17:45Speaker 1: and learning to do about yourself, some unraveling of, um,
- 17:51Speaker 1: unraveling of mindset and habits and perspectives and programming um
- 18:00Speaker 1: as i was saying with myron he's like he somebody
- 18:03Speaker 1: asked he's a millionaire he's a millionaire and he's like
- 18:06Speaker 1: i don't need to keep teaching these classes but you
- 18:10Speaker 1: know what it's so much fun getting money He's like
- 18:14Speaker 1: so excited about it. So it's like having that type
- 18:17Speaker 1: of mindset feed me is, is what I'm desiring is like,
- 18:21Speaker 1: cause I think, Oh, you know, if I can make $ 120, 000
- 18:24Speaker 1: a year, that's $ 10, 000 a month, but I'll be okay.
- 18:29Speaker 1: He goes, he says, he says he was at a
- 18:34Speaker 1: function and he was able to get up on stage
- 18:37Speaker 1: with a, with a transformational teacher. And, and he's making money. uh,
- 18:43Speaker 1: like what was he made? $ 5, 000 a month is what
- 18:46Speaker 1: he was making. And, uh, he says for him and
- 18:52Speaker 1: that space of his life, that was a lot like
- 18:55Speaker 1: that was huge. And he was so excited about sharing
- 18:58Speaker 1: with this, this teacher and the audience that he was
- 19:01Speaker 1: making $ 5, 000 a month. And the teacher just looked at
- 19:04Speaker 1: him and said, Oh, okay, well you're about ready to
- 19:08Speaker 1: make a breakthrough.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Okay.
- 19:12Speaker 1: And his reaction was like, did he just diss me?
- 19:15Speaker 1: Did he just diss me in front of all these
- 19:17Speaker 1: people with my $ 5, 000 a month? But he goes, but
- 19:20Speaker 1: then I also in that moment realized, wait, there's more.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Right?
- 19:27Speaker 1: And so he talks about the way we think. We
- 19:33Speaker 1: think small, so we get small. We stay small. If
- 19:37Speaker 1: we don't think big, then we can't attain big. So
- 19:42Speaker 1: I was like, dang, all right, well, you just throat
- 19:44Speaker 1: punched me. Thank you very much. But you know what?
- 19:47Speaker 1: I was good with it. I was like, oh, man,
- 19:49Speaker 1: that makes me feel... because I still have programming that
- 19:52Speaker 1: I'm working through that's like you know what it's okay
- 19:56Speaker 1: because the more the more I receive the more I
- 19:58Speaker 1: give I can give now I give a lot of
- 20:03Speaker 1: my time and energy now but financially I could give
- 20:07Speaker 1: too So just having those more choices and more opportunities
- 20:15Speaker 1: and it's, it's okay for us to dream big. Yeah.
- 20:19Speaker 1: And with all of that said right now, my life
- 20:23Speaker 1: is okay. It's good. It's great. And, and, and wherever
- 20:30Speaker 1: I'm going, it's going to be okay. It's going to
- 20:32Speaker 1: be good. It's going to be great. It's whatever perspective
- 20:34Speaker 1: I choose to have. But when we started out, Bev
- 20:37Speaker 1: said life is okay. It's okay. You're okay where you're at.
- 20:41Speaker 1: But you also get to make choices if you want
- 20:43Speaker 1: something different. But we got to take responsibility of that.
- 20:49Speaker 1: We can't wait for the spouse to change or the
- 20:52Speaker 1: kids to change or the mom to change or the
- 20:54Speaker 1: dad to change or the people at work to change
- 20:56Speaker 1: or life or the world to change. We have to
- 20:59Speaker 1: change within ourselves. And we got to take responsibility of
- 21:02Speaker 1: that and make those choices for ourselves.
- 21:06Speaker 3: And therein lies the solution to everything, the power.
- 21:11Speaker 2: You have the power. All of it is right there
- 21:14Speaker 2: just by doing all that. And it's so simple. It's
- 21:18Speaker 2: so simple that we just make it difficult at times.
- 21:21Speaker 2: And then we step back.
- 21:22Speaker 3: Into the simplicity of it all and realize, oh, this
- 21:25Speaker 3: is so simple.
- 21:25Speaker 2: And then we make it hard again.
- 21:27Speaker 3: And it also reminded me, it's like as soon as
- 21:29Speaker 3: you start feeling you're comfortable, it's an opportunity for expansion.
- 21:33Speaker 3: As soon as you get into that space of comfortability,
- 21:35Speaker 3: now it's like, okay, well, how can I push myself
- 21:38Speaker 3: a little bit more? How can I expand a little
- 21:40Speaker 3: bit more and not just stay in the space of comfortability?
- 21:44Speaker 1: And one of the things I'm going to say this
- 21:46Speaker 1: because I'm thinking about one of the things he mentions is,
- 21:50Speaker 1: and I've heard this before too, so it's not new news.
- 21:54Speaker 1: We're creators. We are meant to be creators. And this
- 21:57Speaker 1: is why your millionaires keep creating because they're creators. They
- 22:00Speaker 1: can't sit stagnant. And this is why people are miserable
- 22:04Speaker 1: because they are not being creative. So it's both ends.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Those that are millionaires, they keep receiving money because they
- 22:16Speaker 1: keep creating. Those that are not are miserable because they're
- 22:19Speaker 1: not using their creative skills and whatever that is. My
- 22:23Speaker 1: creative skills, creating classes and teaching. When it comes to
- 22:27Speaker 1: arts and crafts, I'm not interested. Like, I'm just not interested.
- 22:34Speaker 1: But I can sit and create a class. That's my creativity.
- 22:39Speaker 1: And then I can go teach it in my creative way.
- 22:42Speaker 1: And that's exciting to me. Some people get excited about crocheting.
- 22:47Speaker 1: I've done that. I've done cross-stitching. It's not exciting to
- 22:51Speaker 1: me now. I need to use my brain. I need
- 22:57Speaker 1: to be creating classes and doing things like that. Other people,
- 23:00Speaker 1: they want to paint things. or they want to work
- 23:03Speaker 1: on vehicles, whatever that is, we are creative beings. So
- 23:07Speaker 1: if you are miserable, get a hobby or get involved
- 23:10Speaker 1: in something. And sometimes that's using your creative skills in
- 23:16Speaker 1: an organization, like a nonprofit organization, volunteering your time. Get
- 23:20Speaker 1: out there and be creative. Do it. Do it. Do
- 23:27Speaker 1: it now. Don't wait. Don't wait.
- 23:31Speaker 3: And you know by how it feels because you naturally
- 23:35Speaker 3: gravitate towards the business aspect of things. And that is
- 23:39Speaker 3: not my passion at all whatsoever. I have zero desire
- 23:42Speaker 3: for that.
- 23:42Speaker 2: And that's okay. It doesn't mean anything.
- 23:44Speaker 3: It just means that that's not my direction to go in.
- 23:46Speaker 3: And that's okay because that's your direction. So who am
- 23:49Speaker 3: I going to call on for stuff like that? Who
- 23:51Speaker 3: am I going to call on if I need to
- 23:53Speaker 3: do any of these kind of things or whatever? It's
- 23:56Speaker 3: going to be you. It's going to be the person
- 23:57Speaker 3: that has passion about that.
- 24:00Speaker 2: Direction.
- 24:03Speaker 1: And if I don't know the answer, you know what?
- 24:04Speaker 1: I'm going to help you find it.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:07Speaker 1: I'm going to be resourceful. Right. I'm going to help you. Yeah.
- 24:11Speaker 1: And another thing he said that again, not new news.
- 24:16Speaker 1: I've heard this before. People need people, but here's what
- 24:21Speaker 1: he said. That was just really made me think. I'm like, Oh, well,
- 24:25Speaker 1: that's absolutely true. He said, what if you were the
- 24:28Speaker 1: only person on the planet, on the, on the, on
- 24:31Speaker 1: the planet? And you think, oh, I'm going to go
- 24:34Speaker 1: to the store and get some groceries. Nobody's there to
- 24:38Speaker 1: stock the shelves. Nobody's there to deliver the goods to
- 24:41Speaker 1: the store. Or I'm going to go get some fuel.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Nobody's there to turn the pump on or nobody has
- 24:48Speaker 1: delivered the gas. Right. He's like making the connection of
- 24:54Speaker 1: you need people. We need people. We need other people
- 24:59Speaker 1: around us. For goods and services. For connection. Like we
- 25:07Speaker 1: are social people. We are social. We may not like people.
- 25:12Speaker 1: But we are social people. We need people. So. And
- 25:17Speaker 1: then there's going to be people that will be like.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Well I just live in the forest. And live with
- 25:21Speaker 1: the animals. That's okay. That's okay too. You can go
- 25:24Speaker 1: do that. And go talk to the animals. And whatever
- 25:28Speaker 1: you want to do. In the environment I live in.
- 25:32Speaker 1: I need other people. And if you want to procreate,
- 25:39Speaker 1: you need another person. As far as I know, I mean,
- 25:42Speaker 1: things might change. You might be able to eat a
- 25:43Speaker 1: leaf and, and, and have a baby. I don't know,
- 25:46Speaker 1: but I'm just being snarky about this right now. But
- 25:52Speaker 1: if we want to keep creating life, we need other people. So,
- 25:56Speaker 1: or at least the specimens that they provide. How's that?
- 26:01Speaker 2: Nice. That's true.
- 26:04Speaker 1: All right, friends, we're going to wrap this up. Hope
- 26:08Speaker 1: you guys thought my conversation and if you did, please
- 26:10Speaker 1: share it with anybody else who you may feel would
- 26:13Speaker 1: be it would benefit. Doesn't mean you have to have
- 26:17Speaker 1: the conversation, but you can be resourceful and provide the links,
- 26:22Speaker 1: the videos, the books, the teachers names, the spiritual influencers,
- 26:28Speaker 1: the whatever that looks like for you and know that
- 26:31Speaker 1: we do need people. We need people to help each
- 26:34Speaker 1: other learn and grow and shift and change and make
- 26:39Speaker 1: the decisions that's going to better our lives in the
- 26:41Speaker 1: way that we see is bettering our lives. Again, each
- 26:46Speaker 1: person's journey is their journey and how they go about it,
- 26:50Speaker 1: but you can be a positive influence on it. So
- 26:54Speaker 1: with that, you can find us on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify,
- 26:59Speaker 1: Podcast Attic, and Spreaker. We're on many platforms. And it's
- 27:04Speaker 1: Amy and Bev Community is typically our channel name. Any
- 27:09Speaker 1: other words before we wrap it up?
- 27:13Speaker 3: Just remind people that we are co-creators. We create together.
- 27:17Speaker 3: It's not just a me thing, not just a you thing.
- 27:21Speaker 2: It's a co-creation. And we can create amazingness together. So
- 27:26Speaker 2: let's do it.
- 27:27Speaker 1: So it's a we thing.
- 27:29Speaker 2: It's a we thing. Not a me. Not an I.
- 27:33Speaker 2: Not a you. It's a we.
- 27:35Speaker 1: All right, friends. Thanks for watching Tea Time with Amy
- 27:38Speaker 1: and Bev. We'll see you next time.
- 27:40Speaker 3: Bye.
