- 0:01Speaker 1: In the spring of twenty ten in Independence, Missouri, father, husband,
- 0:06Speaker 1: and well respected member of the community, Randy Stone was
- 0:10Speaker 1: found shot to death. He had been in the office
- 0:14Speaker 1: of the family business. Notes for his errands and activities
- 0:17Speaker 1: planned for his church sat on a notepad on the desk.
- 0:22Speaker 1: As the community mourned and tried to make sense of
- 0:24Speaker 1: his tragic death, rumors began circulating about who could have
- 0:28Speaker 1: been responsible, and buried secrets hidden for years made their
- 0:33Speaker 1: way to the surface. Hi everyone, I'm Kevin and welcome
- 0:40Speaker 1: to Just Thought Lounge. At JTL, we deliver serious, well
- 0:43Speaker 1: balanced coverage of the cases that really make you think.
- 0:46Speaker 1: If that sounds like your type of true crime, then
- 0:48Speaker 1: you've come to the right place. Today, we're taking a
- 0:51Speaker 1: look at a case that is as devastating as it
- 0:53Speaker 1: is scandalous. Let's take a look. Randy Stone and his
- 1:09Speaker 1: future wife, Teresa, grew up together in Kansas City, Missouri.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Both families were devoted Christians and active in the Baptist Church.
- 1:18Speaker 1: After graduating from high school, Randy joined the United States
- 1:21Speaker 1: Marine Corps. Returning home from duty in the spring of
- 1:24Speaker 1: nineteen ninety, Randy had a particular young woman on his mind. Teresa.
- 1:31Speaker 1: The couple began dating that March, and by October of
- 1:34Speaker 1: that same year they were married. A year later, they
- 1:37Speaker 1: welcomed a son, Michael, and two years after that they
- 1:40Speaker 1: had a daughter, Miranda. Life for the Stones in Independence,
- 1:44Speaker 1: Missouri appeared to be a pleasant one. They were embraced
- 1:47Speaker 1: by the community at the New Hope Baptist Church and
- 1:50Speaker 1: took part in its operations. Randy, who owned his own
- 1:54Speaker 1: small insurance company, was the minister of records at the church.
- 1:58Speaker 1: He oversaw the money and where it was going. Teresa
- 2:01Speaker 1: sang in the choir and volunteered where she could through
- 2:07Speaker 1: the Stones many church activities. The couple grew close to
- 2:11Speaker 1: the new pastor, David Love, who had arrived in his
- 2:14Speaker 1: role at the relatively young age of thirty eight. Pastor
- 2:17Speaker 1: Love and his wife, Kim, had three children after roughly
- 2:22Speaker 1: fourteen years of marriage. Teresa had been an active and loving,
- 2:25Speaker 1: stay at home mum for years. She had also joined
- 2:28Speaker 1: Randy at the insurance office, supporting him with the family business.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Randy was popular around town, and the Stones were well
- 2:36Speaker 1: known and loved members of the community. In two thousand
- 2:43Speaker 1: and four, Teresa announced that their family was growing again.
- 2:47Speaker 1: She was pregnant. Michael and Miranda were approaching their teenage years,
- 2:51Speaker 1: so the timing was a bit of a surprise. Adding
- 2:55Speaker 1: to the unexpected nature of this happy accident was that
- 2:58Speaker 1: Randy had agreed to a visectomy years earlier, he should
- 3:01Speaker 1: not have been able to have more children. Nonetheless, Randy
- 3:05Speaker 1: remained loyal to his wife and assumed it was his child. Unfortunately,
- 3:10Speaker 1: the joy would not continue. Teresa miscarried. In the aftermath,
- 3:15Speaker 1: she struggled emotionally and sought support from her church. More specifically,
- 3:20Speaker 1: Teresa sought the comfort and advice of the church pastor
- 3:24Speaker 1: David Love. Their counseling sessions increased, meeting unfailingly two to
- 3:29Speaker 1: three times a week. Meanwhile, Teresa withdrew from Randy. She
- 3:34Speaker 1: was distancing herself from her husband, behavior that Randy attributed
- 3:38Speaker 1: to mourning for their lost child. He too, sought the
- 3:42Speaker 1: guidance and support of his pastor. The two began to
- 3:44Speaker 1: meet every morning, discussing anything and everything, including the trials
- 3:49Speaker 1: and joys of life. According to family, Randy admired Pastor Love.
- 3:54Speaker 1: He even wrote in a self help book that David
- 3:57Speaker 1: Love was one of the most influential people in his life. Life,
- 4:00Speaker 1: an advisor and a close friend. In early twenty ten, however,
- 4:08Speaker 1: the relationship between Randy and the pastor took a turn.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Randy discovered an issue with the church's finances. In his
- 4:15Speaker 1: capacity as the minister of records and a member of
- 4:18Speaker 1: the church's finance committee, Randy had been going over the
- 4:21Speaker 1: church's books and what he discovered were missing funds. Checks
- 4:26Speaker 1: for missing money showed Brother Love's signature. On March seventeenth,
- 4:31Speaker 1: twenty ten, Randy sent Pastor Love an email. He said
- 4:35Speaker 1: he did not agree with what the pastor was doing
- 4:37Speaker 1: with the church's finances. The pastor would not admit any wrongdoing,
- 4:41Speaker 1: but Randy resigned his position with the church. He did
- 4:45Speaker 1: not take his allegations any further, but he did tell
- 4:48Speaker 1: the pastor that he was removing his family from the congregation.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Two weeks later, on the thirty first of March, Teresa
- 4:59Speaker 1: arrived at the insu in's office to find her husband
- 5:01Speaker 1: on the floor behind his desk. There was blood and
- 5:04Speaker 1: he was non responsive and what's wrong with your husband?
- 5:13Speaker 1: Teresa told the nine one one operator that there was
- 5:16Speaker 1: blood coming from Randy's ear, but she characterized the injuries
- 5:19Speaker 1: as a supposed accident. He must have fallen, she said.
- 5:23Speaker 1: When police responded to the scene, they rapidly came to
- 5:26Speaker 1: a different conclusion. Randy Stone had been shot and he
- 5:30Speaker 1: did not survive. Investigators found no sign of a struggle,
- 5:35Speaker 1: and cash had been left on his desk. They quickly
- 5:37Speaker 1: came to believe that this was not a robbery but
- 5:40Speaker 1: a homicide. The gunshot was point blank and there was
- 5:44Speaker 1: a spent casing from a forty caliber pistol. They further
- 5:48Speaker 1: determined that the gun that was used was his own. Usually,
- 5:51Speaker 1: the gun was kept locked away and accessible only to Randy.
- 5:56Speaker 1: There was one other particularly notable clue in the tree crash.
- 6:00Speaker 1: beIN next to Teresa's desk, Investigators pulled out a handful
- 6:03Speaker 1: of torn up pieces of paper. Assembling them back together,
- 6:07Speaker 1: they revealed a note, or rather a love letter. It
- 6:10Speaker 1: was addressed to Teresa with the title Happy Birthday, Love.
- 6:15Speaker 1: The text went on to state, I am not in
- 6:17Speaker 1: control of things yet, but when we are fully together,
- 6:20Speaker 1: your birthday will always be exciting. The note was left unsigned,
- 6:25Speaker 1: perhaps an indication that whoever wrote it would obviously be
- 6:29Speaker 1: known to Teresa, But investigators knew immediately that Randy Stone
- 6:34Speaker 1: was not the letter's author. A pad of paper off
- 6:37Speaker 1: his desk with a series of small reminders displayed at
- 6:40Speaker 1: a glance that his handwriting was not a match to
- 6:43Speaker 1: the letter. So who was Teresa's admirer and was this
- 6:47Speaker 1: linked to the murder of Randy Stone. Police believed that
- 6:53Speaker 1: the murderer was someone personally close to Randy. The circumstances
- 6:57Speaker 1: suggested a targeted attack, not a random wie, so they
- 7:01Speaker 1: attended his funeral with audio recording equipment in hand. The
- 7:05Speaker 1: killer was likely to be amongst those attending, and there
- 7:08Speaker 1: was a chance that conversations, statements, or behaviors may reveal
- 7:12Speaker 1: a lead. At the service, Pastor Love delivered a stirring eulogy.
- 7:17Speaker 1: He empathized with the mourner's confusion and grief over the
- 7:20Speaker 1: surprise loss of such a good man.
- 7:24Speaker 2: We sit here today and we weep, not just because
- 7:29Speaker 2: of the separation from our loved one, but because of
- 7:32Speaker 2: all the questions that death brings, questions like why why him?
- 7:39Speaker 2: Why now? Without answers, death seems so cold, the body here,
- 7:45Speaker 2: and all the flowers, the things gathered around, We say,
- 7:50Speaker 2: but we anticipated he would grow old. We anticipated that
- 7:54Speaker 2: we do more things together what's with the word anticipation
- 7:59Speaker 2: and death beings victory? How could this be good at all?
- 8:05Speaker 1: While the Stone family in the church community continued to grieve,
- 8:09Speaker 1: police continued their investigation. This included, of course, speaking with
- 8:14Speaker 1: everyone who had been close with Randy. When Teresa's Stone
- 8:17Speaker 1: first sat down with police, her demeanor was atypical. She
- 8:22Speaker 1: was not behaving or responding in the way that law
- 8:25Speaker 1: enforcement had come to expect from a grieving widow. Regardless,
- 8:29Speaker 1: detectives were aware that appearances can be deceiving and people
- 8:33Speaker 1: can act strangely, particularly under extreme circumstances. But Teresa's demeanor
- 8:39Speaker 1: was not the only red flag. She also provided law
- 8:43Speaker 1: enforcement with an airtight alibi for the time period surrounding
- 8:47Speaker 1: the murder. She recalled the details with miraculous clarity. She
- 8:51Speaker 1: could recount her movements down to the minute, she could
- 8:54Speaker 1: produce all of her receipts. And then there was the
- 8:58Speaker 1: question of the mysterio love letter made written the group
- 9:02Speaker 1: about had a birthday.
- 9:03Speaker 2: And all that it's about to speak as.
- 9:05Speaker 3: I'll up, I totally forgot about it.
- 9:07Speaker 1: To be honest with you, I just found it yesterday.
- 9:12Speaker 4: I kind of had a sacred admirer.
- 9:15Speaker 2: It was less time on my cardboard.
- 9:20Speaker 5: I don't know who he is.
- 9:21Speaker 6: I've never gotten another note from him ever.
- 9:23Speaker 2: He called, I have nothing yeah to.
- 9:28Speaker 5: Hide at all.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Detectives asked Teresa more than once if she and her husband,
- 9:35Speaker 1: Randy were ever separated. She referenced a recent problem with
- 9:39Speaker 1: pornography the couple worked through. Other than that, she described
- 9:43Speaker 1: her nearly twenty years of marriage as joyful and happy.
- 9:48Speaker 1: There was no evidence to directly implicate Teresa in her
- 9:51Speaker 1: husband's death at that point. There was only suspicious behavior,
- 9:55Speaker 1: but there was more of this to come. A friend
- 10:00Speaker 1: of Randy's, Robert Davis, told investigators that Teresa came to
- 10:04Speaker 1: visit him the night of her husband's death. She appeared
- 10:07Speaker 1: calm and collected, and only wanted to know about how
- 10:10Speaker 1: to collect her husband's life insurance policy. Robert found it
- 10:14Speaker 1: odd it wasn't even twenty four hours after Randy had
- 10:17Speaker 1: been killed. He told investigators Randy, in the insurance business himself,
- 10:22Speaker 1: had taken out two policies totaling approximately eight hundred thousand dollars.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Could this have been a motive for murder? Law enforcement
- 10:31Speaker 1: later found that Randy had altered the beneficiary information on
- 10:35Speaker 1: both policies from his wife to his two children. They
- 10:39Speaker 1: also discovered that Teresa was unaware of this change. Speaking
- 10:45Speaker 1: with more friends of the Stones, investigators also caught wind
- 10:48Speaker 1: of a curious rumor circulating around the New Hope Baptist
- 10:51Speaker 1: Church that Teresa Stone and Pastor Love were having an affair.
- 11:00Speaker 1: I think it was the worst kept secret in the church.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Pastor Love had arrived at the crime scene shortly after
- 11:07Speaker 1: emergency responders and the police. Of course he would be
- 11:11Speaker 1: there as someone known to be close to Randy and
- 11:13Speaker 1: the Stone family. Police asked him into the station for
- 11:17Speaker 1: a chat. The pastor agreed, however, he was not open
- 11:20Speaker 1: to an extended discussion. David Love requested an attorney and
- 11:25Speaker 1: the interview ended, but investigators were far from finished with
- 11:29Speaker 1: brother Love. Police obtained a search warrant and found evidence
- 11:33Speaker 1: on the pastor's computer, at least evidence of an affair.
- 11:37Speaker 1: They found pictures and emails sent to Teresa about starting
- 11:40Speaker 1: a life together. I long for the touch of your
- 11:44Speaker 1: hand as you walk by, in the twinkle in your
- 11:46Speaker 1: pretty blue eyes as you smile at me. You are
- 11:49Speaker 1: my doll, he wrote. There were indications that the two
- 11:52Speaker 1: planned to be married, the purchase of an engagement ring,
- 11:56Speaker 1: wedding plans in a file made to appear as if
- 11:59Speaker 1: Teresa was compiled filing information for her daughter. In their correspondence,
- 12:04Speaker 1: the lovers also addressed their relationships. David Love reminded Teresa
- 12:08Speaker 1: Stone of the biblical king David, who orchestrated the death
- 12:12Speaker 1: of Bethsheba's husband so he could take her as his wife,
- 12:16Speaker 1: and God still blessed him, David told Teresa. Teresa replied,
- 12:20Speaker 1: if God wants us to be together, God will make
- 12:24Speaker 1: it happen. By the time Teresa sat down for another
- 12:28Speaker 1: interview with detectives, they had uncovered and sorted through a
- 12:32Speaker 1: seemingly endless pile of correspondence between the married lovers, ten
- 12:36Speaker 1: years worth in fact.
- 12:38Speaker 7: Well we understand both admitted to there being an affair
- 12:41Speaker 7: that had been going on for about ten years.
- 12:44Speaker 4: I thought he was a good father and has been.
- 12:47Speaker 4: Maybe wouldn't a good husband, I don't know.
- 12:50Speaker 1: While working through thousands of personal phone records, police discovered
- 12:53Speaker 1: prepaid cell phones Teresa and David had used to communicate.
- 12:58Speaker 1: These may have stayed under the radar if the couple
- 13:00Speaker 1: had not also used them on occasion to phone directly
- 13:04Speaker 1: to their regular phone lines. The phone data revealed more
- 13:07Speaker 1: than just heartfelt text messages and wedding plans. On the
- 13:11Speaker 1: morning of Randy Stone's murder, investigators discovered that the phone
- 13:14Speaker 1: belonging to David love pinged off of a tower only
- 13:18Speaker 1: a few miles away from Randy's insurance office. Teresa received
- 13:22Speaker 1: a text message which read urgent, do not go to
- 13:25Speaker 1: the office by yourself. Ignoring the instruction, Teresa arrived to
- 13:30Speaker 1: find her husband dead on the office floor. Teresa Stone
- 13:36Speaker 1: was confronted with the phone data and asked yet again
- 13:39Speaker 1: about the torn love letter discovered in her trash bin.
- 13:43Speaker 1: At first, Teresa claimed that the cell phones were only
- 13:45Speaker 1: to hide her counseling sessions with the pastor. His wife, Kim,
- 13:49Speaker 1: was uncomfortable with the amount of support her husband had
- 13:52Speaker 1: given to Teresa over the years. By that time, investigators
- 13:56Speaker 1: had uncovered too much incriminating information. She could no longer
- 14:00Speaker 1: claim ignorance, though at first she tried.
- 14:05Speaker 5: That's not jovan.
- 14:07Speaker 6: This was a plan killing.
- 14:09Speaker 5: So it was a planned, premeditated killing, and more than
- 14:16Speaker 5: one person was involved.
- 14:17Speaker 6: I have told you everything that happened on that day.
- 14:20Speaker 5: Well, I'm telling you that to show you my time.
- 14:26Speaker 6: Was with me.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Teresa's excuses did not hold up. She crumbled under the
- 14:31Speaker 1: pressure of questioning. The widow admitted to the affair, but
- 14:35Speaker 1: insisted that David had nothing to do with the murder.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Teresa also came clean on the sordid details, including her
- 14:43Speaker 1: surprise pregnancy.
- 14:46Speaker 5: When you became pregnant with David's child, Yeah, yeah, about
- 14:58Speaker 5: six years ago actually.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Teresa told police that she had been wanting to break
- 15:04Speaker 1: off the affair for a long time, but was afraid.
- 15:07Speaker 1: She told family and friends that she let David Love
- 15:10Speaker 1: give the eulogy at her husband's funeral because she was
- 15:13Speaker 1: scared of his reaction if she refused. Then there was
- 15:18Speaker 1: the nine one one call.
- 15:23Speaker 5: With your husband.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Investigators knew that David Love had texted a warning to
- 15:29Speaker 1: Teresa before she arrived at the office. They also knew
- 15:32Speaker 1: from phone records that nine one one was not her
- 15:35Speaker 1: first call after discovering her husband. First, she called her mother.
- 15:40Speaker 1: On that call, Teresa was not confused about what had happened.
- 15:44Speaker 1: She told her mother that Randy had been shot.
- 15:49Speaker 4: Who told you.
- 15:50Speaker 5: That he'd been shot?
- 15:51Speaker 2: How did you know he'd been shocked?
- 15:53Speaker 5: And why didn't you tell us you're not being truthful?
- 15:59Speaker 6: Truthful?
- 16:03Speaker 2: You sent me a text.
- 16:06Speaker 5: And he told me. See.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Teresa broke down and told police that David had come
- 16:20Speaker 1: to her home later that night and in her bedroom
- 16:22Speaker 1: had revealed everything to her. He told Teresa how he
- 16:26Speaker 1: had entered the office, aimed and fired.
- 16:29Speaker 5: He said, he walked to the office and he just
- 16:34Speaker 5: aimed and didn't even look, so, he said.
- 16:41Speaker 1: In an attempt to capture Pastor Love again making a
- 16:44Speaker 1: confession to Teresa, the investigators had her place a call
- 16:48Speaker 1: to her now former flame. The call was recorded, this
- 16:53Speaker 1: is Teresa.
- 16:58Speaker 5: We need to talk, okay, Yes, now I want to
- 17:07Speaker 5: know why. I want to know why.
- 17:12Speaker 3: You know what.
- 17:14Speaker 6: I need to know why.
- 17:18Speaker 3: I need to know.
- 17:21Speaker 1: The pastor refused to omit anything over the phone, but
- 17:25Speaker 1: he didn't need to. A four Taurus was seen driving
- 17:28Speaker 1: in the area when the murder was thought to have
- 17:30Speaker 1: taken place. Pastor Love had been driving his son's trus
- 17:34Speaker 1: since he had received a duy and could not drive
- 17:37Speaker 1: it himself. His warning text message to Teresa and cell
- 17:41Speaker 1: phone location data corroborated the subsequent confession to Teresa. It
- 17:46Speaker 1: was more than enough for an arrest after a search
- 17:50Speaker 1: warrant had been issued on David Love's home, followed by
- 17:53Speaker 1: his church. He left Missouri and moved to South Carolina.
- 17:57Speaker 1: He was arrested there in November twenty ten after a
- 18:00Speaker 1: Jackson County grand jury indicted him on charges of first
- 18:04Speaker 1: degree murder and armed criminal action. After only a few
- 18:08Speaker 1: hours behind bars, David Love placed a call to his wife, Kim.
- 18:12Speaker 1: His affair was a poorly kept secret, and his wife
- 18:15Speaker 1: seemed to be well aware of what her husband had
- 18:18Speaker 1: been up to. On the call, she asked him repeatedly
- 18:22Speaker 1: about the murder charge. Did you do it? The pastor
- 18:25Speaker 1: would have been aware that the call was being recorded. Again,
- 18:29Speaker 1: he said nothing. But what Kim did not know was
- 18:32Speaker 1: that Randy was not the only target in Teresa and
- 18:35Speaker 1: David's plans for a new life together. In the weeks
- 18:38Speaker 1: following the murder, Teresa had confessed to another pastor whom
- 18:42Speaker 1: she trusted in West Virginia, that the plan was left unfinished.
- 18:46Speaker 1: They had also discussed killing Kim. David Love had proposed
- 18:51Speaker 1: that he break his wife's neck, then place her in
- 18:54Speaker 1: a car and roll her down a hill to stage
- 18:57Speaker 1: an accident. Free of their spouses. They would collect Randy's
- 19:01Speaker 1: life insurance, pay David Love's debts, and start a new
- 19:04Speaker 1: life together. In November twenty eleven, facing a mountain of
- 19:10Speaker 1: evidence pointing to his guilt, the fifty one year old
- 19:13Speaker 1: pastor took a plea deal for second degree murder.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Mister Love took accountability for us actions. The family did
- 19:20Speaker 3: not have to go through the trials and the rigors
- 19:23Speaker 3: of that, but they were able to hear mister Love
- 19:25Speaker 3: and take accountability. So that is a good outcome.
- 19:28Speaker 7: Are focusing on that second case and we that will
- 19:33Speaker 7: restrict us from what questions we can't answer this morning.
- 19:37Speaker 7: Justice has yet to be served on that case, and
- 19:39Speaker 7: we intend to see justice served across the board.
- 19:42Speaker 1: The case against Teresa as a co conspirator in Randy's
- 19:45Speaker 1: murder continued to build after the pastor admitted his guilt,
- 19:49Speaker 1: and several months later, in the spring of twenty twelve,
- 19:52Speaker 1: Teresa Stone also gave her confession. For the Stone family,
- 19:57Speaker 1: particularly his mother Clara, it was a hard her pill
- 20:00Speaker 1: to swallow. Teresa had been family.
- 20:04Speaker 4: It's kind of like she was a split personality type.
- 20:08Speaker 1: You know.
- 20:09Speaker 4: That's not that Teresa. I knew and it you know,
- 20:14Speaker 4: we kept saying no, she couldn't know, she couldn't. We
- 20:18Speaker 4: was in denial for a very long time. I love Teresa,
- 20:24Speaker 4: but I just wanted her at least get enough time
- 20:28Speaker 4: to sit there and think was it worth it?
- 20:31Speaker 5: You know?
- 20:32Speaker 4: Why not just get a divorce. At least I'd have
- 20:36Speaker 4: my son, and the kids would have their father.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Teresa pled guilty to conspiracy to commit murder, a Class
- 20:44Speaker 1: B felony that would carry a sentence of five to
- 20:47Speaker 1: fifteen years. This potential term was not nearly enough for
- 20:50Speaker 1: some of Randy's loved ones.
- 20:53Speaker 4: This woman texts my cousin's life a Christian, a good man.
- 20:58Speaker 7: They're talking about ten years.
- 20:59Speaker 2: I just don't understand the law.
- 21:01Speaker 4: I personally believe that she's the one left the door unlocked.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Look Pa, your love, note where the gun was at.
- 21:11Speaker 6: So she had a lot to do with it.
- 21:13Speaker 1: The extent of what Teresa knew and how much she
- 21:16Speaker 1: contributed to the plot to kill her husband was revealed
- 21:19Speaker 1: at her sentence in hearing.
- 21:21Speaker 7: If she's motivated by her own greed and by her
- 21:25Speaker 7: own gain, she wanted the perfect life with David.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Love no matter the cost. She had admitted to telling
- 21:34Speaker 1: David Love where and how to access Randy's gun. Her
- 21:37Speaker 1: correspondence with the pastor was also submitted for consideration.
- 21:43Speaker 6: We'll talk about Randy's guns. We'll talk about taking care
- 21:47Speaker 6: of Randy so that they could be together. Would use
- 21:51Speaker 6: the verbiage like.
- 21:52Speaker 2: One shot to may, you could take care of things.
- 21:56Speaker 1: Teresa's two children, Michael and Miranda, both spoke on their
- 22:00Speaker 1: other's behalf. These calls for mercy likely held more sway
- 22:04Speaker 1: than those made by Teresa herself.
- 22:07Speaker 6: We need her and I can't stand the thought of
- 22:12Speaker 6: losing my mom after I've already lost my dad. The
- 22:15Speaker 6: past two years, we've grown amazingly close as the family,
- 22:21Speaker 6: and me and my sister both need her very much.
- 22:24Speaker 5: My dad was extremely hard at leaving.
- 22:27Speaker 6: My mom would be harder.
- 22:29Speaker 7: I can do anything to.
- 22:34Speaker 6: Cheer it's you today.
- 22:38Speaker 5: I'm show mercy.
- 22:40Speaker 1: I will do any day I have to do to.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Teresa was handed an eight year prison sentence. David Love
- 22:54Speaker 1: is currently serving a life sentence. He will be eligible
- 22:57Speaker 1: for parole in two thousand and thirty six. His wife, Kim,
- 23:01Speaker 1: divorced him and remarried. She has stated that she holds
- 23:04Speaker 1: no animosity towards either her ex husband or Teresa Stone.
- 23:08Speaker 1: She has moved on. Teresa has since been released from prison.
- 23:13Speaker 1: She is reported to be living in the Kansas City
- 23:15Speaker 1: area with a new partner. Randy Stone is remembered as
- 23:20Speaker 1: an honorable marine, a loving family man, and a faithful
- 23:23Speaker 1: member of New Hope Baptist Church. And that was the
- 23:29Speaker 1: tragic story of Randy Stone, the pastor he admired, and
- 23:33Speaker 1: his unfaithful wife. Thanks for watching. I'm Kevin. This is
- 23:38Speaker 1: just thought lounge and I'll see in the next one.
