- 1:06Speaker 1: a few years ago and it's a tradition that we
- 1:08Speaker 1: absolutely love. Like my kids get really into it. So
- 1:10Speaker 1: we get a big poster and we literally each contribute
- 1:15Speaker 1: ideas into things we want to do this summer. So
- 1:17Speaker 1: our summer bucket list.
- 1:19Speaker 2: This number one on this list? Is it really summer
- 1:21Speaker 2: bucket list? Richal?
- 1:21Speaker 4: Write it on day one? Cross things off together we
- 1:24Speaker 4: do on the last day.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Can we hang it up in the kitchen and we
- 1:27Speaker 1: check things off as we do them. This past weekend
- 1:29Speaker 1: we did top golf and that was one of the
- 1:31Speaker 1: kids things they really wanted to do. And so we
- 1:34Speaker 1: are already on our way.
- 1:36Speaker 4: Well, this says the weekly High and Low. Every Sunday dinner,
- 1:39Speaker 4: share your best and worst moment of the week.
- 1:41Speaker 2: That's what right that.
- 1:42Speaker 1: That's gooduse it just like forces conversation.
- 1:44Speaker 2: What else you get, sir?
- 1:45Speaker 1: Is that that's your whole that's the summer bucket list.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Yeah, summer bucket list.
- 1:49Speaker 1: There are some things we do, like realistic things like
- 1:51Speaker 1: ice cream Sunday night, and then everyone does like an
- 1:54Speaker 1: actual bucket list what they really want to do, like summer,
- 1:57Speaker 1: they want to visit that. Some are realistic, some are not.
- 2:00Speaker 4: Let me go over some of these with you. Tell
- 2:01Speaker 4: me what you think. Do the first day of summer. Breakfast,
- 2:05Speaker 4: same dinner, same booth, same order, year after year.
- 2:07Speaker 2: That's cute.
- 2:08Speaker 4: That's cute, right, A special night drive, same route, windows down.
- 2:12Speaker 4: They control the music every single time.
- 2:14Speaker 2: I like that. That's easy.
- 2:16Speaker 4: This was right up your ally. Here one new recipe
- 2:19Speaker 4: a week. Pick a dish, neither of you's made, cook
- 2:21Speaker 4: it together, rate it honestly.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Maybe put reviews on TikTok. That's cute. Yeah, that's really cute.
- 2:26Speaker 2: I love that.
- 2:27Speaker 4: End of the week campfire light or candle talk light
- 2:31Speaker 4: something sit down, no phones, just talk until it burns out.
- 2:34Speaker 4: The candle version is probably for people without access to campfires,
- 2:36Speaker 4: but it feels kind of weird.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Or when it's too hot outside, do you guys have Kyle?
- 2:41Speaker 2: The little bit? I finished this?
- 2:42Speaker 3: Rich?
- 2:42Speaker 2: Can I finish this? Yes? Can I finish this?
- 2:44Speaker 4: Little You put a little alcohol in this little thing
- 2:48Speaker 4: and then it just puts a cool fire.
- 2:49Speaker 2: You could do smores in your house. That's cute. I
- 2:51Speaker 2: like that. The thank you jar.
- 2:53Speaker 4: Every week, each of you drops in one note of
- 2:56Speaker 4: something you appreciated about the other's.
- 2:58Speaker 1: But when do you read that?
- 3:00Speaker 2: Or you read it at the end of summer.
- 3:01Speaker 4: The ten Dollars Challenge per week. Once a week, you
- 3:03Speaker 4: each get ten dollars at a thrift store and hunt
- 3:05Speaker 4: for the best find Backwards, Dinner Night, Desert, First Main
- 3:09Speaker 4: Last once a week. No rules, no reason, Yes please
- 3:12Speaker 4: license plate hunt. Keep a running list of all the
- 3:14Speaker 4: summer of the summer of every state plate you spot
- 3:17Speaker 4: together the summer soundtrack. Add one song each week to
- 3:20Speaker 4: a shared playlist. It tells the story of the summer
- 3:22Speaker 4: so far. I think these are all really cute.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Yeah, and very doable.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Pancake Art Sundays. Whoever flips the weird to shape pancake wins.
- 3:29Speaker 4: Bragging rides for the week. The Worst Movie Club hunt
- 3:32Speaker 4: down the worst rated film you can find each week
- 3:34Speaker 4: and watch it together.
- 3:35Speaker 3: That would be hard to do if it's not a
- 3:37Speaker 3: good movie. I'll just sit there and watch it.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Like bad movies. They love watching bad movies and ripart. Yeah,
- 3:45Speaker 2: that's the summer.
- 3:47Speaker 4: Dare jar right, small dares on paper pulling out each weekend.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Everyone has to do it.
- 3:52Speaker 3: It'd be like I dare everyone to give me two
- 3:54Speaker 3: hundred dollars.
- 3:55Speaker 4: On the last night of summer, the closing night fire,
- 3:58Speaker 4: last night of summer. Build a fire and you stay,
- 4:00Speaker 4: you're and you go over each moment that you had
- 4:02Speaker 4: over the summer.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Those are so those are kind of fun. I mean,
- 4:05Speaker 2: I want to add those to our bucket list.
- 4:07Speaker 4: That's what I was hoping would happen as far as
- 4:09Speaker 4: summer goes for in my house. Check this out. In fact,
- 4:11Speaker 4: I was gonna bring this up yesterday. So my kids
- 4:14Speaker 4: loved to golf. They go golfing quite a bit, and
- 4:17Speaker 4: I really enjoy when they golf without me. So I
- 4:22Speaker 4: met this guy who had connections to a certain golf
- 4:24Speaker 4: course and he told me that this golf course is
- 4:25Speaker 4: one of the top golf courses in the country.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Right, and it's called Cantaro. You ever heard of it
- 4:31Speaker 2: in canter on the way east side?
- 4:32Speaker 4: Right, No, it's over Lake Pleasant. They didn't get wrong.
- 4:37Speaker 4: I thought, was Intaro.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I feel like those are different, maybe because in Cantero
- 4:44Speaker 1: is not in.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Cantero, it's just with a kid Ktaro.
- 4:48Speaker 4: And so Dutch and Jake went to go golf with
- 4:52Speaker 4: to their buddies there and Dutch is like, I mean,
- 4:56Speaker 4: they're both great golfers, but Dutch is really really really
- 4:59Speaker 4: into the sport. Like he it was all excited because
- 5:01Speaker 4: this golf course. Tell me, Kyle, you with the golfing
- 5:04Speaker 4: background has Augusta sand bunkers.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Oh, I guess that's a really big deal because have
- 5:11Speaker 1: you heard that before? Yeah, because the Augusta sand is
- 5:13Speaker 1: like fulown in it's just like yum from there.
- 5:16Speaker 2: Yeah. Right.
- 5:17Speaker 4: So when I would golf with them, I got all
- 5:20Speaker 4: excited when I find balls, like collect this almost like
- 5:23Speaker 4: start collecting ball. I got twelve balls. I found titleist,
- 5:25Speaker 4: this other he's a red ball, blue ball. They're so cool,
- 5:28Speaker 4: not range balls, other balls. So I had like twelve
- 5:30Speaker 4: balls I found. Last time I golfed with him, Jake
- 5:32Speaker 4: text me from there and says he played nine holes.
- 5:35Speaker 4: He lost like eighteen balls. I go, you lose day,
- 5:37Speaker 4: Jake's a really good golfer. Eighteen balls? How do you
- 5:40Speaker 4: lose eighteen balls? Dutch text me from there and says,
- 5:43Speaker 4: this is the most amazing golf course. This is the
- 5:45Speaker 4: best golf course I've ever played at. This is a
- 5:47Speaker 4: he goes, this is he was just on and on
- 5:49Speaker 4: how beautiful this golf course was.
- 5:51Speaker 2: So Jake.
- 5:51Speaker 4: I look in the three sixty app and I see
- 5:53Speaker 4: him leaving the golf course after night. It was like
- 5:55Speaker 4: an hour and a half ago. I call him, what
- 5:57Speaker 4: are you doing? Because I'm leaving?
- 5:58Speaker 2: Was why?
- 5:59Speaker 4: Because I saw up and I lost so many balls,
- 6:02Speaker 4: and because I have a boughty other sever the balls
- 6:03Speaker 4: I lost them?
- 6:04Speaker 2: On, go, how do you lose balls? He goes, there's
- 6:06Speaker 2: rattlesnakes everywhere. I'm not at You lose a ball, you
- 6:14Speaker 2: walk over to go get it. The size is beware rattlesnakes.
- 6:18Speaker 4: Oh my god, I'm just letting the ball stay there.
- 6:23Speaker 3: I'm so glad that you just said that, because I
- 6:26Speaker 3: actually was gonna ask you, because I know you've been
- 6:28Speaker 3: golfing recently with toys. And Kadeem's Popa comes into town
- 6:32Speaker 3: for our big wedding reception and he really wants to
- 6:34Speaker 3: go golfing. So I've been trying to find where we
- 6:36Speaker 3: should go, and I'm all sold. I'm like, how do
- 6:38Speaker 3: I book an appointment at this golf course? We aren't
- 6:41Speaker 3: going anywhere?
- 6:41Speaker 2: Well, I would golf through them. A couple of weeks ago,
- 6:44Speaker 2: to a place.
- 6:44Speaker 4: Called grass grass links, grassroots, grass, grass clippings grass. Oh yeah,
- 6:50Speaker 4: grass clippings. It's a part three, part four, and I
- 6:53Speaker 4: really liked that. I would golf there every day if
- 6:55Speaker 4: they made me golf. It's a part four. The only
- 6:58Speaker 4: thing is, again, if you lose a ball, there are woods,
- 7:01Speaker 4: and I could only think of rattlesnakes.
- 7:03Speaker 2: There has to be rattles. Yeah, I know, I know,
- 7:05Speaker 2: I know.
- 7:06Speaker 4: But this one golf course again, Dutch said that bunker
- 7:09Speaker 4: thing was incredible.
- 7:10Speaker 2: The view was incredible.
- 7:12Speaker 4: He said every hole was so hard and he was
- 7:15Speaker 4: He told me what he shot in the first line
- 7:16Speaker 4: and he, like Jake was just like snakes.
- 7:18Speaker 2: I'm out, not that ballots, nothing to do. So I
- 7:26Speaker 2: had to share with you.
- 7:26Speaker 4: But I think it's called Canterra said like whatever golf
- 7:28Speaker 4: course find like pleasant, So there you go.
- 7:30Speaker 2: It's John J. Rich
