Two Men Arrested in Catalytic Converter Heist | Annapolis News
Two men caught in the act of stealing catalytic converters early Wednesday morning were arrested by Frederick County deputies after one pulled out a Sawzall and began crawling under a van. The suspects, 50-year-old Robert Droneburg and 35-year-old Jared Specht, were found with burglary tools, fake license plates, suspected fentanyl and meth, and two stolen converters. Both face multiple charges including possession of controlled substances and being a rogue and vagabond.
