- 0:00Speaker 1: Blogged into Everything New York on the Voice of New
- 0:03Speaker 1: York Mark Simon on sevent tenor, Hey.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Let's take some calls. Eight hundred three to two one
- 0:13Speaker 2: zero seven ten is the number. Let's go to Linda
- 0:15Speaker 2: in Long Island. Linda, how you doing hi?
- 0:18Speaker 1: Mark. You know what they're really scared about is the
- 0:23Speaker 1: pony Clinton Foundation. Years and years nobody's done anything about it.
- 0:27Speaker 1: They were stealing the money was meant for starving people,
- 0:33Speaker 1: and I was told that they are anyway, the people
- 0:39Speaker 1: are in Haiti.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Well, yeah, they were very bad in Haiti. Listen, the
- 0:42Speaker 2: Clinton Foundation stealing the money. Well, the money's probably not
- 0:47Speaker 2: going where you think it's going. It's a weird structure.
- 0:50Speaker 3: You know.
- 0:50Speaker 2: If you go to the website, it'll say the Clinton
- 0:54Speaker 2: Global Initiative, eighty nine percent of the money goes to
- 0:57Speaker 2: the charity. Yeah, well that's the Clinton Globe Initiative. But
- 1:01Speaker 2: if you check into this, maybe they don't want to
- 1:03Speaker 2: answer questions about this. When the money's donated, like ninety
- 1:07Speaker 2: seven percent of it goes out of the Clinton Global
- 1:09Speaker 2: Initiative and into all these other things. The Clinton Foundation
- 1:13Speaker 2: of Canada, the Clinton Foundation of Mexico, the Clinton and
- 1:16Speaker 2: that's where the funny business might take place with the
- 1:19Speaker 2: with the money, there's ways to fudge it, so you
- 1:22Speaker 2: could be right. They might not want to answer questions
- 1:24Speaker 2: about that. And it was Jeffrey Epstein that had a
- 1:27Speaker 2: big role in setting up the Clinton Foundation, so maybe
- 1:30Speaker 2: they don't want that to become so public. Let's go
- 1:33Speaker 2: to Dan and Queen's Dan.
- 1:34Speaker 1: How you doing, good morning, Mark.
- 1:38Speaker 4: This denial of Somali organized crime Foruda Minnesota, it's like
- 1:42Speaker 4: when Hoover denied that there was no mafia in the
- 1:45Speaker 4: nineteen fifties in the US.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Well, kind of yeah, I mean, this happens when you
- 1:50Speaker 2: get the crazy left wing Democrats and think money goes missing.
- 1:54Speaker 2: It happened with the Blaso A billion dollars went missing.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Happens all the time. It could happen with I'm done.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Even with Eric Adams, there was some funny business money
- 2:02Speaker 2: and a lot of times it's just that they're such
- 2:06Speaker 2: incompetent leaders, like this mayor of Minneapolis or a mom
- 2:10Speaker 2: Donnie type with no experience in government, so inexperienced, so incompetent,
- 2:15Speaker 2: that they just don't know what the hell is going on,
- 2:17Speaker 2: and everybody under them does all this stuff. It's like
- 2:20Speaker 2: the Fed with your own Powell, a couple billion went
- 2:23Speaker 2: missing when they rebuilt the building, They redid the they
- 2:27Speaker 2: rebuilt the whole FED building. Trump said he could have
- 2:30Speaker 2: done it for twenty five million. They ended up spending
- 2:32Speaker 2: two and a half billion. Where did that extra two
- 2:36Speaker 2: billion go? Well, and it's most likely that Powell's not
- 2:40Speaker 2: a crook, just a total bungling incompetent, like most of
- 2:45Speaker 2: the government wasn't paying attention to anything, and everybody involves
- 2:49Speaker 2: still everything. Let's go to Can in New York City. Ken,
- 2:52Speaker 2: how you doing? Ken? Are you there?
- 2:57Speaker 1: No?
- 2:58Speaker 2: No Ken? Go to Joel in Florida. Joel, how you doing?
- 3:03Speaker 4: Good morning, Mark, I hope you're having a good day. Recently,
- 3:07Speaker 4: even this morning, it sounds like China's making overtures on
- 3:11Speaker 4: trying to do whatever they can to get a strong
- 3:13Speaker 4: foothold in Greenland. I'm just wondering if you might be
- 3:17Speaker 4: able to reach out to Gordon Chang it's some time
- 3:19Speaker 4: for season preeminent China expert and see what he might
- 3:23Speaker 4: think about all of this going on.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Because Greenland and China planning to go out and have
- 3:27Speaker 2: fun today, I could cancel all that and just talk
- 3:29Speaker 2: to Gordon Chang. But now he's a nice guy. But well,
- 3:34Speaker 2: obviously that's one of the reasons, one of the main
- 3:36Speaker 2: reasons that we want Greenland is very important strategically military
- 3:40Speaker 2: wise to have Greenland. We have military assets there, are
- 3:44Speaker 2: based there. That's the most important thing. It would be
- 3:47Speaker 2: crucial for China to get a hold of it, Russia
- 3:49Speaker 2: to get a hold of it, and that's one of
- 3:52Speaker 2: the main reasons. There's minerals there, but the strategic military
- 3:55Speaker 2: advantage is important.
- 3:57Speaker 1: You know.
- 3:57Speaker 2: It's the same thing with Venezuela. They don't talk much
- 3:59Speaker 2: about this, but there's a lot of oil in Venezuela.
- 4:02Speaker 2: There's twenty percent of the world's oil in Venezuela. There's
- 4:05Speaker 2: three hundred billion gallons of oil there. There's seventeen trillion
- 4:09Speaker 2: in oil there. Now, it's not that we want to
- 4:12Speaker 2: take the oil, it's that it's one of the main
- 4:14Speaker 2: sources of oil for China. So if we absolutely we
- 4:19Speaker 2: cut off, we cut off China from the oil and
- 4:22Speaker 2: put them in a very bad spot and gives us
- 4:24Speaker 2: tremendous leverage to negotiate with them on other things. So
- 4:28Speaker 2: a lot of this is a massive chess game that's
- 4:31Speaker 2: being played. Let's go to Tom in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Tom.
- 4:35Speaker 2: How you doing.
- 4:36Speaker 3: I'm doing well, Mark, Thank you Mark. I miss your
- 4:39Speaker 3: call ins with Regis Bilban. I used to love to
- 4:41Speaker 3: listen to you, and I know you like to reminisce
- 4:43Speaker 3: about old TV movie people in performances. I was wondering
- 4:47Speaker 3: if you might consider maybe once a week, having a
- 4:50Speaker 3: ten minute colon about people who would like to reminisce
- 4:53Speaker 3: about those type of performances and people I used to love,
- 4:57Speaker 3: Joe Pine and Morton Downey.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Junior, Downey Junior. Oh, I gotta forgot about that nutty
- 5:02Speaker 2: guy he was. Yeah, but they were kind of interesting
- 5:06Speaker 2: to listen to and just yeah, Well, you can do
- 5:08Speaker 2: that anytime you want. Anytime we take calls, you can
- 5:10Speaker 2: bring up anybody you want. A lot of callers bring
- 5:11Speaker 2: up somebody from the past. Regis we lost five years ago.
- 5:17Speaker 2: We lost him five years ago, a great, great guy
- 5:20Speaker 2: who was all over New York City. Everybody misses Regis
- 5:24Speaker 2: Morton Downey Junior. I gotta be honest. He was a
- 5:26Speaker 2: nice guy, but crazy, totally crazy, complete chaos surrounded him
- 5:30Speaker 2: at all times. Nobody misses him, but regis we really
- 5:35Speaker 2: really miss hey. When we come back, John Carney will
- 5:38Speaker 2: be with us, the great economist and one of the
- 5:40Speaker 2: smartest guys on earth. If you want to know everything
- 5:42Speaker 2: about how the economy is doing, the Fed, all that stuff,
- 5:45Speaker 2: we'll get to that next. John Carney from Breitbart Business
- 5:48Speaker 2: coming up next on seven to ten w o r.
