Wastewater Spill Hits Boerne After Flood | San Antonio News
Heavy rain slammed Boerne this week, flooding a wastewater lift station and spilling 75,000 gallons into Cibolo Creek. The surge shorted out pumps, and with the area underwater, containment was impossible. Thankfully, the city’s drinking water remains safe. The spill zone stretches from No Le Hace Drive to the creek, ten miles southeast of downtown.
