- 0:00Speaker 1: Come on, uh huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody
- 0:06Speaker 1: you're listening to the voice, Come on, dig me now,
- 0:09Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Okay, okay,
- 0:20Speaker 1: here's what I want to share with you. Stop complaining.
- 0:30Speaker 1: So I had to legend you see how I let
- 0:32Speaker 1: that one sit for a second. Stop complaining? Do you realize,
- 0:42Speaker 1: without us even thinking about it, oftentimes we just complain
- 0:47Speaker 1: about stuff and it comes up in such subtle forms. Man,
- 0:56Speaker 1: I don't know why they're still letting that lady work there. Man,
- 0:58Speaker 1: if they don't fire this woman, man, I don't know
- 1:00Speaker 1: what I'm gonna do. She driving me crazy. She always
- 1:04Speaker 1: got something to say. I bet today though, the way
- 1:11Speaker 1: I'm feeling right now, I bet she better not say
- 1:13Speaker 1: nothing to me today. M h yeah, yeah, because day
- 1:19Speaker 1: it today it. I'm sick of her running in her mouth.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Last time she said something to me, I should have
- 1:26Speaker 1: said something to it. You know what I'm saying. I'm
- 1:29Speaker 1: just giving you a small example of how it starts
- 1:33Speaker 1: to snowball. Once you start to complain, it just carries
- 1:39Speaker 1: over into so many things. Man, Stop complaining about your car,
- 1:44Speaker 1: Stop complaining about your bus pass. Stop complaining about your
- 1:48Speaker 1: kids can't seem to get it together. Stop complaining about
- 1:51Speaker 1: your man can't seem to get it together. Stop complaining.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Stop have you noticed just asking, have you noticed that
- 2:02Speaker 1: in all of your complaining, it has provided not one solution?
- 2:10Speaker 1: The reason I'm telling you to stop complaining because God
- 2:14Speaker 1: is able. Because God is capable. He is capable and
- 2:22Speaker 1: able of fixing anything, Capable and able of curing anything,
- 2:30Speaker 1: Capable and able of allowing you to get to adjusting
- 2:35Speaker 1: to things, and capable and able to strengthen you to
- 2:43Speaker 1: get through and change anything. But the key here is
- 2:49Speaker 1: God is capable, and God is able. A lot of
- 2:53Speaker 1: times I find myself complaining because I have not used
- 2:59Speaker 1: my greatest ass And that's my relationship with God. You
- 3:03Speaker 1: all have one now. You may not have nurtured it,
- 3:06Speaker 1: but you have one because God created you as his child.
- 3:10Speaker 1: He's available to you now. The fact that you ain't
- 3:13Speaker 1: went to him. Okay, once again, who fought as that?
- 3:17Speaker 1: Stop complaining until you strengthen your relationship with God and
- 3:24Speaker 1: formulate this relationship. You don't have enough weapons. You ain't
- 3:32Speaker 1: got a big enough shield to fight this thing called life.
- 3:36Speaker 1: It just keeps coming. Man, and unless you develop a
- 3:40Speaker 1: relationship with God. You need a partner in all of this.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Maybe you got another route you're gonna take. But every
- 3:48Speaker 1: successful person I know personally has a relationship with God.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I have some really really some people that's kind of
- 4:02Speaker 1: up there in the success term in terms of business
- 4:05Speaker 1: and money and statute. I'm just talking about that portion
- 4:09Speaker 1: of success. And then I have a lot of people
- 4:12Speaker 1: who are very successful in their spiritual life, who have
- 4:16Speaker 1: become great men of God and women of God. But
- 4:22Speaker 1: look at all of them, and all of them have
- 4:23Speaker 1: substantial amounts of you know, possessions and things like that. Also,
- 4:31Speaker 1: most successful people I know have that. Even if you
- 4:36Speaker 1: saw them never with a big lot of house and
- 4:39Speaker 1: a lot of money or stuff like that, they had
- 4:41Speaker 1: so much respect, so much love, so much power was
- 4:48Speaker 1: given them from people that their life was rich in
- 4:53Speaker 1: that area, you know, like Ahma Luther King or something
- 4:57Speaker 1: like that, or Gandhi or somebody who live their life
- 5:00Speaker 1: in service, or Nelson Mandela who came out and just man,
- 5:04Speaker 1: people put stuff at their feet because of their service.
- 5:07Speaker 1: So all successful people I know have that. Every last
- 5:10Speaker 1: one of these people that I know, they have relationship
- 5:14Speaker 1: with God. They use the tool that was available to
- 5:18Speaker 1: them to give them the strength, the bullets, the arrows,
- 5:23Speaker 1: the slings, the shield to fight this thing called life
- 5:27Speaker 1: and have the most valuable partner right there by they side,
- 5:30Speaker 1: they Heavenly Father God, because he will help you get
- 5:32Speaker 1: through this thing called life. Man, stop complaining all the time.
- 5:36Speaker 1: It's not fixing anything. Why don't you do yourself a
- 5:39Speaker 1: favor and strengthen your relationship with God? Man, why can
- 5:42Speaker 1: I never get over? Well you have not because you
- 5:46Speaker 1: asked not. Man, how come I always got problems? Well,
- 5:49Speaker 1: you keep trying to solve them yourself and taking them
- 5:51Speaker 1: to your friends. You keep trying to do them with
- 5:53Speaker 1: your own thought process. Who are you? I keep telling you, Man,
- 5:58Speaker 1: you going through stuff you ain't got no business going through.
- 6:02Speaker 1: And if it's you going through something over and over
- 6:05Speaker 1: and over and over and the same problem keep coming
- 6:07Speaker 1: back to bite you again. All that's saying is you
- 6:11Speaker 1: still ain't strengthen your relationship with God. He's your relationship.
- 6:15Speaker 1: He's not gonna make you have one with him. He
- 6:18Speaker 1: is a perfect gentleman. He only comes into your life
- 6:22Speaker 1: when you invite men. But for those who do invite amn,
- 6:28Speaker 1: they have a distinct advantage on their road to success,
- 6:31Speaker 1: A distinct advantage. You can do it without him, Trust me,
- 6:36Speaker 1: you can. How far you get. I can't promise you nothing.
- 6:41Speaker 1: How well you handle it when you arrived there, I
- 6:43Speaker 1: can't promise you nothing, how long you gonna stay there.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I can't promise you nothing. How difficult it is going
- 6:51Speaker 1: to be without him. I can't give you that. It's
- 6:54Speaker 1: going to be far more difficult. But you can. Something
- 6:57Speaker 1: can happen, and you, you know, receive you've a measure success,
- 7:01Speaker 1: and you think it's you and this move you made,
- 7:03Speaker 1: and you can describe it as I got lucky. I
- 7:06Speaker 1: happen to be in the right place at the right time.
- 7:09Speaker 1: I got lucky. Lucky is usually how other people describe
- 7:13Speaker 1: other people's success. Boy, he was lucky, he was right there. Well,
- 7:17Speaker 1: let me tell you what lucky is. Lucky is when
- 7:19Speaker 1: hard work bumps up into opportunity. If you've been working
- 7:24Speaker 1: hard as something, the opportunity presents itself that comes a match.
- 7:27Speaker 1: That's not luck. But now, if you haven't done that
- 7:31Speaker 1: on a repetitive enough basis, that opportunity could present itself
- 7:36Speaker 1: one time. You got to reconnect. Stop complaining. Man, come on,
- 7:41Speaker 1: listen to me. Stop complaining. It hasn't fixed a single
- 7:44Speaker 1: thing in your life. And if you're a chronic complainer,
- 7:47Speaker 1: it's because you really really have not fixed your relationship
- 7:50Speaker 1: with God. He'll move it out for you. That I
- 7:53Speaker 1: can tell you for a fact. I know that for
- 7:55Speaker 1: a fact he's moved mine out. All right, let's go.
- 7:58Speaker 1: You're listening to see Eep Harvey Morning Show.
