- 0:10Speaker 1: Welcome to Conspiracy The Show, the world's most trusted conspiracy
- 0:16Speaker 1: theory podcast, with your hosts Adam Todd Brown and Olivia Hidar.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, welcome to Conspiracy The Show. I'm your host,
- 0:37Speaker 2: Adam Todd Brown joining me his co host this week. Oo,
- 0:41Speaker 2: my favorite co host of all no co hosts. But
- 0:43Speaker 2: I do have a guest in the room. Zach Johnston
- 0:48Speaker 2: is here.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Hey, how you doing, Adam. It's been too long and
- 0:51Speaker 3: I'm ready to talk about the UFOs.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Uf UFOs. I mean, we're not allowed to call them
- 0:58Speaker 2: that anymore. They're UAPs. Now, please show some respect.
- 1:04Speaker 3: I refused. No, okay, u aps, u aps. I won't
- 1:06Speaker 3: be that guy.
- 1:08Speaker 2: Zach was on an episode not too long ago. It
- 1:11Speaker 2: was a few months ago. I don't remember what we
- 1:14Speaker 2: talked about. It was a similar episode to this where
- 1:18Speaker 2: we're we're just riffing. There's no notes.
- 1:20Speaker 3: Yeah, we were. We went into how social media is
- 1:23Speaker 3: sort of like mk ultra a two point zero.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Oh sure, sure, I should have remembered that because we've
- 1:28Speaker 2: been touching on that a little bit on this show
- 1:30Speaker 2: again recently.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Yeah, and surely in the last few months, social media
- 1:34Speaker 3: hasn't caused people to have losinations and go crazy at all.
- 1:38Speaker 2: No, No, social media is pretty chill right now. It's
- 1:41Speaker 2: it's a pretty it's it's almost like a resort for
- 1:45Speaker 2: your brain. Kind of getting on social media these days,
- 1:48Speaker 2: it's really nice.
- 1:49Speaker 3: It's it's all sunglasses and shoes I want to buy
- 1:52Speaker 3: and nothing else.
- 1:54Speaker 2: I mean, that's Instagram for me. It's just stuff I
- 1:57Speaker 2: want to buy and people I ignore, and then, you know,
- 2:02Speaker 2: just shopping. That's it's the only that's the only thing
- 2:05Speaker 2: social media is good for anymore, is shopping.
- 2:07Speaker 3: I agree. But yeah, man, let's talk about all this
- 2:12Speaker 3: extraterrestrial adjacent shipman, because I have some opinions and I
- 2:15Speaker 3: want to express them, and I'm sure you do too.
- 2:18Speaker 2: You have some opinions on our current UFO crisis? Is
- 2:23Speaker 2: that what we want to call it? What do we
- 2:25Speaker 2: call it?
- 2:25Speaker 3: If you want to call a conspiracy to gaslight the
- 2:29Speaker 3: public a crisis, then perhaps yeah. But yeah, you know,
- 2:34Speaker 3: for me, it's a funny thing. Is what was it
- 2:36Speaker 3: this summer maybe last spring when that government official went
- 2:39Speaker 3: before Congress and I found it just baffling that the
- 2:43Speaker 3: narrative that came out of that was like government amidst
- 2:46Speaker 3: aliens are real, and it's sort of like, did I
- 2:49Speaker 3: watch something different because I feel like that guy didn't
- 2:51Speaker 3: say that at all. No, right, not even remotely.
- 2:54Speaker 2: And he just said that the government is in possession
- 2:59Speaker 2: of like alien crafts.
- 3:02Speaker 3: Crafts and the other thing was non humanoid biological tissue
- 3:06Speaker 3: or entities something like that. It's just like, so they
- 3:08Speaker 3: have grass because that's non humanoid lotsally cool, but it
- 3:13Speaker 3: could be anything.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:15Speaker 3: What's what's funny for me is like, so I mean
- 3:17Speaker 3: taking it back even to like the New York Times
- 3:19Speaker 3: thing from a couple of years back, based on very
- 3:22Speaker 3: shitty video from what two thousand and four, two thousand
- 3:25Speaker 3: and seven.
- 3:25Speaker 2: The video we're seeing now, yeah, the video. Yeah, I
- 3:29Speaker 2: think it's two thousand and four.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Yeah, again I see that. I think, oh, that's cool.
- 3:33Speaker 3: But then as sort of like, but that's nothing given
- 3:37Speaker 3: and maybe this is me being cynical. Have you seen
- 3:40Speaker 3: a movie recently where they have CGI and make everything
- 3:43Speaker 3: look hyper realistic?
- 3:45Speaker 2: Yes?
- 3:45Speaker 3: And you know that that uh you know ability has
- 3:47Speaker 3: existed since the eighties. Yeah, And I think we talked
- 3:51Speaker 3: about this on the last episode has on And I'm very,
- 3:54Speaker 3: very reticent to believe anything the government, what's out Why
- 3:56Speaker 3: would people take that as face as face value? Ever,
- 3:59Speaker 3: that's my question.
- 4:00Speaker 2: That's kind of my question about conspiracy theories in general. Sometime,
- 4:06Speaker 2: and comedian Ron Funchs has a great bit about this.
- 4:09Speaker 2: But like it's I say this a lot, it's equally
- 4:13Speaker 2: crazy to believe every conspiracy theory and no conspiracy theories,
- 4:19Speaker 2: like you have to admit it's somewhere in the middle,
- 4:22Speaker 2: Like the government lies to us a lot, And whenever
- 4:26Speaker 2: I'm confronted with that, the one I always run by
- 4:29Speaker 2: people is, well, what about the Second War in Iraq?
- 4:32Speaker 2: Do you think we really were going there for weapons
- 4:35Speaker 2: of mass destruction? Or were we going there over a
- 4:38Speaker 2: vendetta and because we wanted some oil, Like, no one
- 4:42Speaker 2: believes our explanation for going to Iraq anymore, like, but
- 4:47Speaker 2: that was also a coordinated government effort to lie our
- 4:51Speaker 2: way into a war. That's a conspiracy.
- 4:54Speaker 3: So absolutely, yeah, yeah, And it's so plain as day,
- 4:58Speaker 3: and I don't want to get it into like, oh,
- 5:00Speaker 3: we're the bad guys or there's this sort of like
- 5:03Speaker 3: cupball like controlling everything. But there are people who've inspired
- 5:07Speaker 3: to make money at our expense, between business, military, industrial
- 5:11Speaker 3: complex and the government, because that's just a fact. I mean,
- 5:15Speaker 3: if you can't see that, then you might not be
- 5:18Speaker 3: able to see much. I don't know that said. I
- 5:21Speaker 3: think for me, especially when we're looking at like the
- 5:23Speaker 3: UAP phenomenon now as opposed to when we were growing
- 5:26Speaker 3: up in the eighties or even know pre that in
- 5:29Speaker 3: the sixties with the red Scare and etcetera, etc. Seems
- 5:33Speaker 3: to me that it's really like, hey, look over here,
- 5:36Speaker 3: so we don't see what's going on over there. And
- 5:40Speaker 3: there's a really good quote I found in I'll find
- 5:43Speaker 3: it for you. It might have been in the New
- 5:45Speaker 3: York Times or even the Guardian maybe where a journalist
- 5:50Speaker 3: was talking with the head of General Electric and it
- 5:52Speaker 3: was at one of those close meetings where everybody's drinking
- 5:55Speaker 3: and having a good time and they're showing like what
- 5:57Speaker 3: they have coming up in the future. And at that
- 6:00Speaker 3: conference meeting, whatever you want to call it, one of
- 6:03Speaker 3: the things that the head of General Electric says is
- 6:04Speaker 3: they're always fifty years ahead of whatever the public thinks
- 6:08Speaker 3: the consensus of technology is. And in that case, who
- 6:13Speaker 3: knows what the fuck technology we have right now that
- 6:15Speaker 3: we just don't know about? Oh yeah, and you know,
- 6:18Speaker 3: maybe we have something like a tic tac thing that's
- 6:20Speaker 3: flying around like a drone that's some advanced technology, and
- 6:23Speaker 3: they're just like, yeah, we don't really want China or
- 6:25Speaker 3: Russia to know about that or Iran, so let's call
- 6:29Speaker 3: it a UAP because key point, UAP does not mean extraterrestrial,
- 6:34Speaker 3: nor never really did UFO, right, This means don't know
- 6:37Speaker 3: what it is. And I think that gets to a
- 6:39Speaker 3: point where talked about earlier, like I'm not from the
- 6:44Speaker 3: point of view that we're alone in the universe, not
- 6:48Speaker 3: that I'm a mathematician, but it's probably mathematically impossible that
- 6:51Speaker 3: there are planets out there where primates also evolved into
- 6:55Speaker 3: humans like we did, because there's just billions and trillions
- 6:58Speaker 3: of opportunities for that to happen. Or dogs did, or
- 7:01Speaker 3: you know, dinosaurs are still on some planets, or I
- 7:03Speaker 3: don't know, diamonds did. There's so many possibilities out there,
- 7:06Speaker 3: so I don't deny that, but thinking that they would
- 7:09Speaker 3: come here now always feels like hubris to me, like
- 7:13Speaker 3: why are we so special?
- 7:15Speaker 2: Yeah? And it I mean people have proposed theories for that,
- 7:19Speaker 2: and every one of them does revolve around like us
- 7:23Speaker 2: being the most important, like if there's other life out there,
- 7:27Speaker 2: like everyone's fucking with us, like they really want to
- 7:30Speaker 2: come check us out. Yeah, And I don't know, I
- 7:34Speaker 2: feel like it could go either way in terms of
- 7:38Speaker 2: like if aliens are a thing, like have they been here?
- 7:42Speaker 2: Because there's I mean, there's theories that they've always been here, sure,
- 7:47Speaker 2: but what always concerns me about those theories is they
- 7:52Speaker 2: somehow always boiled down to Oh and also the Jews,
- 7:57Speaker 2: it's like wait, what how how do we get here?
- 8:00Speaker 2: And even with all of this current UAP stuff, there
- 8:05Speaker 2: are documentaries out there. We covered one not too long
- 8:09Speaker 2: ago called UFOs and the Intelligence Community, and there was
- 8:13Speaker 2: a guy for one thing like they have actual like
- 8:17Speaker 2: intelligence like ex intelligence agents, which for starters, like you said, like,
- 8:23Speaker 2: why are you trusting this documentary? It's all obvious it's
- 8:27Speaker 2: all CIA that they're interviewing, and like the one agent
- 8:31Speaker 2: who seems like the good guy CIA, like he's this
- 8:35Speaker 2: kindly old Asian dude, but he's also CIA. And at
- 8:40Speaker 2: one point he just like takes this hard pivot and
- 8:43Speaker 2: is like yeah, Also, there's like hybrid humans out there
- 8:48Speaker 2: who have been like in imparted with alien DNA and
- 8:52Speaker 2: you can like see it in their DNA and it's like, oh,
- 8:56Speaker 2: that's not going to end in genocide someday at all. Yeah, exactly,
- 9:00Speaker 2: Like that's scary stuff. Because there's also a guy who
- 9:03Speaker 2: talks about how victims of aliens should get reparations. It's like, oh,
- 9:09Speaker 2: you're you're jumping some places in line, aren't you.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Pal. Yeah, it's just again, it always feels like such
- 9:16Speaker 3: a distraction because it is I think about that, it's
- 9:18Speaker 3: buzzwords that people then can jump on and have a
- 9:21Speaker 3: belief or a fight about, right like operations. I mean,
- 9:25Speaker 3: that is a buzzword that gets people's cackles up and
- 9:28Speaker 3: you're like forced to have an opinion about one way
- 9:30Speaker 3: or another. But again, the common den denominator, whether it's
- 9:34Speaker 3: that you did great show on that documentary by the
- 9:36Speaker 3: way those guys, whether it's you know, the people that
- 9:38Speaker 3: are on a Joe Rogan podcast talking about what they
- 9:40Speaker 3: saw from their F one fighter to you know, the
- 9:44Speaker 3: fucks they get Congress this year. Common denominator all government employees, yes,
- 9:50Speaker 3: active or inactive. And I know, like Neil deGrasse Tysen
- 9:53Speaker 3: has his detractors and attractors and things like that. But
- 9:56Speaker 3: he does make a very very valid point where the
- 9:59Speaker 3: only only pictures or video we have of any of
- 10:02Speaker 3: this over the last twenty years is from a military plane.
- 10:05Speaker 3: I mean, there are and this is no joke, a
- 10:08Speaker 3: million planes in the sky every day with people on
- 10:11Speaker 3: those planes with phones and video. You told me, not
- 10:14Speaker 3: a single pilot in the commercial airline world between ups FedEx, United,
- 10:19Speaker 3: Mouvedoans or whatever, not once did they see anything. Not
- 10:23Speaker 3: a single person flying on those planes sitting in the
- 10:25Speaker 3: window seat, not once, never saw anything either. It's just
- 10:29Speaker 3: again I'm not a mathematician, but that does seem mathematically
- 10:31Speaker 3: impossible at this point.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Yeah, And even the suggestion that oh, maybe they did
- 10:36Speaker 2: and the government stopped them from coming forward, it's like, well,
- 10:40Speaker 2: why would they do that if they're putting all these
- 10:41Speaker 2: other videos out, Like yeah, that makes absolutely no sense.
- 10:47Speaker 3: Yeah, if anything, they'd be like and look, this pilot
- 10:49Speaker 3: from the United Airlines caught the same thing, see what
- 10:51Speaker 3: we're saying.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, and then you're right, that doesn't that never happens.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Never happens. And so to me, like it is kind
- 10:58Speaker 3: of a math game at the end end of the day,
- 11:00Speaker 3: given how many of us are in the sky constantly.
- 11:03Speaker 3: And I know it's very easy to think, oh, it
- 11:05Speaker 3: can't be that many people because we aren't on a
- 11:07Speaker 3: plane every day, But again, a million flights just in
- 11:11Speaker 3: the US, not the whole rest of the world, you know,
- 11:13Speaker 3: and you consider what they're three and a half billion
- 11:15Speaker 3: just in China and India they're flying two Yeah, so
- 11:19Speaker 3: that number goes up massively. And I find it just
- 11:22Speaker 3: very dubious that only government employees through only government videos
- 11:27Speaker 3: that are grainy as fuck in the age of CGI, like, oh,
- 11:30Speaker 3: we don't know what this is. It doesn't quite wash
- 11:33Speaker 3: for me. And then you have, you know, like the
- 11:35Speaker 3: with the gas lighting. Part of it to me is
- 11:37Speaker 3: the those congressional hearings where that guy didn't say anything.
- 11:41Speaker 3: He was just like, well, I can't I've seen this,
- 11:43Speaker 3: but I can't show you. Yeah, that's insane to me
- 11:46Speaker 3: that that was even allowed to happen.
- 11:48Speaker 2: And as someone who runs what I would argue is
- 11:51Speaker 2: a relatively objective conspiracy theory podcast, shit like that always
- 11:56Speaker 2: bothers me, Like once I hear that once someone is
- 11:59Speaker 2: like like, oh, I got all the evidence, can I
- 12:02Speaker 2: see it? No, you sure can't. Well fuck you, then
- 12:05Speaker 2: I don't. I kind of don't believe you, Like that's
- 12:07Speaker 2: that's like the Hunter Biden laptop thing.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Right, right, that's a good example.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Like Rudy Giuliani has for the longest time been like
- 12:16Speaker 2: there's so much evidence on there, like you're not gonna
- 12:18Speaker 2: believe it, And literally once an actual news outlet was like,
- 12:24Speaker 2: can we see it please? His actual response was no,
- 12:29Speaker 2: you'll just try to debunk it all And it's like, yeah, man,
- 12:32Speaker 2: that's that's the whole point, Like they shouldn't be able
- 12:36Speaker 2: to debunk it all.
- 12:38Speaker 3: Right. You know it's interesting to me because I'm a
- 12:41Speaker 3: We've talked about this before, but I'm a big JFK
- 12:44Speaker 3: sort of conspiracy fun guy, Like I don't don't really
- 12:47Speaker 3: get into the whole deep state stuff. But you know,
- 12:50Speaker 3: this theory you talk about a lot, but uh, the
- 12:52Speaker 3: ballistics theory that the Secret Service agents accidentally shot JFK
- 12:57Speaker 3: from the back when the car hit the brage or
- 12:59Speaker 3: hit the gathing accidentally fire is AR fifteen hit him
- 13:02Speaker 3: in the back of the head and that was the
- 13:03Speaker 3: kill shot. That guy actually went through the math, the physics,
- 13:07Speaker 3: the trajectory, the evidence and said this is most likely
- 13:11Speaker 3: what happened based on the evidence. Here, here's my evidence.
- 13:14Speaker 3: Look at it too, and you could look at it
- 13:15Speaker 3: and be like, this makes a whole lot of sense,
- 13:17Speaker 3: and Okay, that is something that I would like to
- 13:21Speaker 3: see in the UF or sorry UAP, whether it be
- 13:24Speaker 3: a congressional hearing or any of these you know kernels
- 13:27Speaker 3: or you know fighter pilots or anybody who used to
- 13:30Speaker 3: work at Area fifty one come up with. Because nothing,
- 13:34Speaker 3: not a single shred of anything ever comes out that
- 13:37Speaker 3: we can physically see. And that being said, I am,
- 13:41Speaker 3: you know, kind of reticent because of again the whole
- 13:44Speaker 3: CGI and manipulation of pictures and things we've been able
- 13:46Speaker 3: to do for decades to believe anything that would come
- 13:50Speaker 3: from the government that is not actually physical like a
- 13:53Speaker 3: picture or a video. It's like you saw Nope, I'm
- 13:56Speaker 3: guessing right. The movie that came out last year about
- 13:59Speaker 3: them trying to picture in the Alien, that movie fell
- 14:02Speaker 3: apart for me at the end because it's like they're
- 14:03Speaker 3: trying desperately to get a photograph of a UAP, where
- 14:07Speaker 3: it's like, who would believe them? Who? In twenty twenty three,
- 14:10Speaker 3: you would think that a photograph would be believed yeah,
- 14:14Speaker 3: and it sort of like what what why?
- 14:17Speaker 2: Yeah, that reminds me of that thing where when someone's like, well,
- 14:21Speaker 2: why would a person lie about seeing a UFO and
- 14:25Speaker 2: people are like money, It's like, no one's getting rich
- 14:29Speaker 2: off that, what are you talking about?
- 14:32Speaker 3: Yeah, but people like attention. They like to have fifteen
- 14:34Speaker 3: minutes of fame, you know, they want to and there
- 14:37Speaker 3: are all sorts of reasons people want that stuff, and
- 14:39Speaker 3: that's fine. I mean, I have a firm belief that
- 14:42Speaker 3: a lot of the abduction stuff from the sixties, seventies, eighties,
- 14:47Speaker 3: when people could just tell stories and people be like wow, man,
- 14:49Speaker 3: that's wild. People like attention. They like being the center
- 14:52Speaker 3: of attention. They like having a story and you know,
- 14:54Speaker 3: being the cool person in the room. And that's just
- 14:56Speaker 3: unique to all of us. It's not, you know, something
- 14:58Speaker 3: that makes them malicious right in most cases. And don't
- 15:02Speaker 3: get me wrong, I don't think they're malicious people or
- 15:04Speaker 3: did it out of any sort of terrible design. It's just, hey,
- 15:08Speaker 3: I kind of want to jump on this cool bandwagon
- 15:10Speaker 3: that appeals to me kind of in a cultish way.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Yeah. It's like when you see like an elderly retired
- 15:16Speaker 2: military guy in a documentary like this, and you're like, well,
- 15:21Speaker 2: why would that, Why would that adorable old man lie?
- 15:24Speaker 2: It's like cause he used to be a lion ass
- 15:26Speaker 2: twenty two year old exactly, and no one ever checked
- 15:30Speaker 2: him on it, so he just carried that on into
- 15:32Speaker 2: his adulthood. There are some truly shitty old people in
- 15:35Speaker 2: this world. We don't fucking doubt that for a second.
- 15:39Speaker 3: They're shitty when they're young, they're going to be shitty
- 15:41Speaker 3: when they're old.
- 15:42Speaker 2: And especially if you're talking like a career military guy
- 15:45Speaker 2: like he's not. I mean, you're going to get some whistleblowers,
- 15:49Speaker 2: but you're also going to get some dudes who someone
- 15:52Speaker 2: pulled him aside and was like, hey, we need you
- 15:54Speaker 2: to go out and fucking tell this story on the
- 15:57Speaker 2: government's behalf.
- 15:59Speaker 3: Oh for sure. So and if you're like a imagine
- 16:02Speaker 3: you're an officer in the Air Force, you're not just
- 16:05Speaker 3: a grunt like you've gone through university training, you've been
- 16:08Speaker 3: in your whole life, you've had top secret clearance and
- 16:11Speaker 3: the government comes to you or just the Air Force
- 16:14Speaker 3: comes to you. It doesn't even have to be some conspiracy,
- 16:16Speaker 3: shady secret service organization. It could just be Hey, this
- 16:20Speaker 3: is your mission. You're going to go out and you're
- 16:22Speaker 3: going to go on these podcasts and you're going to
- 16:23Speaker 3: do these interviews and you're going to say this story
- 16:25Speaker 3: with this video, you say, no, that you're not doing
- 16:28Speaker 3: your job. And for a lot of people, they think
- 16:30Speaker 3: like that this is their job. They go out and
- 16:32Speaker 3: they do it and that's that.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Yeah, And people like I understand you want to be
- 16:37Speaker 2: skeptical in life, like, but you've got to be skeptical
- 16:41Speaker 2: of the government too when it comes to stuff like this.
- 16:44Speaker 2: And that's the thing people fail to take into account.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Like we have something like seventeen intelligence agencies. It's like,
- 16:51Speaker 2: what do you think they're doing, Like what do you
- 16:54Speaker 2: think their role is? Do you think it's just s
- 16:57Speaker 2: buying or do you think they're also maybe out there
- 17:00Speaker 2: disseminating misinformation?
- 17:03Speaker 1: Right?
- 17:03Speaker 2: Like well, it like that, like mathematically speaking, it has
- 17:07Speaker 2: to be that also, Like.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Well, and we know propaganda works, like it's not like
- 17:12Speaker 3: some new thing like oh you hear about this propaganda thing.
- 17:15Speaker 3: You think it will work on the masses. No, we
- 17:17Speaker 3: know it works perfectly on the masses when used correctly.
- 17:20Speaker 3: And sometimes it doesn't have to be that hard. I mean,
- 17:22Speaker 3: I think this falls into the uIP discourse now because
- 17:24Speaker 3: there are so many people willing to take up the
- 17:26Speaker 3: mantle that all of this is real in that all
- 17:30Speaker 3: you have to do is kind of plant seeds and
- 17:32Speaker 3: the people will will water those seats and they'll you know,
- 17:36Speaker 3: reap what that is sown, and they will spread that
- 17:38Speaker 3: out into the world on their own accord, without even
- 17:42Speaker 3: the whether it's a cloud dat sign service or the
- 17:45Speaker 3: government having to push them or pay them or hire them.
- 17:48Speaker 3: Because people want to believe, and they want to have
- 17:51Speaker 3: a story, and they want to be cool, and they
- 17:52Speaker 3: want to you know, some of them want fame. Some
- 17:55Speaker 3: of them, you know, maybe truly believe that this is
- 17:58Speaker 3: something that's real and need to tell the world, which
- 18:00Speaker 3: I think people like Tom DeLong fall into where Yeah,
- 18:04Speaker 3: I think his heart is in the right place. I
- 18:06Speaker 3: don't know, I'm just assuming this from the way he
- 18:08Speaker 3: talks about it. His heart's in the right place. But
- 18:11Speaker 3: I would be shocked if he was actually on a
- 18:14Speaker 3: payroll anywhere. I think he just really believes. And yeah,
- 18:18Speaker 3: again it's not malicious, I'm not decrying him, but it's
- 18:20Speaker 3: also like that's part of clandestine services that's part of propaganda,
- 18:25Speaker 3: you know, going back to even if you want to
- 18:27Speaker 3: talk about genocide, like the Nazis weren't able to kill
- 18:31Speaker 3: so many people because they put people on the payroll.
- 18:33Speaker 3: They weren't because of propaganda, and they got regular people
- 18:36Speaker 3: to do it without having to be forced to. Yeah,
- 18:39Speaker 3: and that is a similar way that this would work,
- 18:42Speaker 3: where it's like, hey, let's just get regular people to
- 18:44Speaker 3: think this is real and they're going to do the
- 18:46Speaker 3: work for us.
- 18:47Speaker 2: Yeah, And that has been mentioned about Tom DeLong in
- 18:52Speaker 2: some UFO documentaries out there. I think it's Stephen Greer
- 18:56Speaker 2: who is the one who has called Tom DeLong out
- 18:59Speaker 2: most for just kind of like taking information that could
- 19:04Speaker 2: be coming from the government and that could be intentionally
- 19:08Speaker 2: misleading and just like running with it because it comes
- 19:10Speaker 2: from the government. Like government access is a motherfucker. Like
- 19:14Speaker 2: I think that's a big problem with the media right
- 19:16Speaker 2: now is so many of our bigger media outlets like
- 19:21Speaker 2: rely on their access to the White House when it
- 19:25Speaker 2: comes to information, and that's inevitably going to lead to
- 19:28Speaker 2: them not questioning the White House the way they should
- 19:32Speaker 2: because they'll lose their access absolutely.
- 19:34Speaker 3: And that's that's everybody that's not just Trump Biden or yeah,
- 19:38Speaker 3: that's across the board.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Oh yeah, and yeah, there's like we've talked about the
- 19:43Speaker 2: Mirage Men documentary a whole bunch Richard Dody. That was
- 19:47Speaker 2: his job was to go out and find people who
- 19:51Speaker 2: were interested in this and if they were onto something
- 19:54Speaker 2: either way, if it was UFO's he'd be like, nah,
- 19:57Speaker 2: it's government shit. And if it was government shit, he'd
- 19:59Speaker 2: be like, now it's UFOs. And then they would give
- 20:02Speaker 2: those people intentionally false information, wait for them to publish it,
- 20:06Speaker 2: and then be like, look this fucking obvious liar making
- 20:09Speaker 2: it bullshit.
- 20:11Speaker 3: Yeah, and that sort of goes to the back to
- 20:13Speaker 3: the MK ultra of it, where it's just like just
- 20:15Speaker 3: you just got to know, plant those seats and the
- 20:17Speaker 3: people are going to water it themselves because you know what,
- 20:20Speaker 3: LSD and the fhetamines are fun and people are going
- 20:23Speaker 3: to take off with it, just like UFO conspiracies are
- 20:26Speaker 3: fun and people are going to take off with it
- 20:27Speaker 3: because they're I mean, we're a similar age. I remember
- 20:30Speaker 3: it being a lot of fun in the eighties and
- 20:31Speaker 3: even into the nineties, where it was less about a
- 20:35Speaker 3: sort of you know, malevolent government hiding something and more
- 20:39Speaker 3: about like, oh man, what about the possibilities like this
- 20:41Speaker 3: could be so cool? And now it's sort of gotten
- 20:44Speaker 3: into this whole thing where it's like, I feel like,
- 20:46Speaker 3: what are they hiding from us? What are they going
- 20:48Speaker 3: to do to us? It's going to turn into this
- 20:49Speaker 3: race war where we're fighting like hybrids and you know,
- 20:52Speaker 3: and like you said, it always goes back to some
- 20:55Speaker 3: sort of Jewish conspiracy because we can't get away from
- 20:58Speaker 3: that for some on fat mobile reason and the fun
- 21:02Speaker 3: has sort of gone away. And again it feels very
- 21:05Speaker 3: gaslighting as well, because they're gaslighting us. Yeah, and I'm
- 21:09Speaker 3: not nostalgic saying, oh, we need to go back to
- 21:11Speaker 3: the funnel days when it was just about you know,
- 21:13Speaker 3: Steven Spielberg and you know, anal probes and that was it.
- 21:16Speaker 3: But it was always sort of a bit lighter back then,
- 21:21Speaker 3: while everything was lighter and almost seemed more realistic because
- 21:25Speaker 3: it was then. Here's my point, it was first person
- 21:28Speaker 3: civilian testimonials. All those people who were adducted weren't old
- 21:32Speaker 3: military retirees or old spooks from the CIA or you know,
- 21:36Speaker 3: some somebody like that. They were like a farmer, a lagger,
- 21:41Speaker 3: you know, a diner worker who had these experiences, and
- 21:45Speaker 3: without getting into the whole psychology of what they might
- 21:47Speaker 3: have been transferring their trauma onto, it was still regular people, right,
- 21:52Speaker 3: and that seems to have gone away. I haven't heard
- 21:53Speaker 3: a single regular person in the last twenty years be
- 21:56Speaker 3: like I saw a tiktac ufo outside the side of
- 21:58Speaker 3: my plane.
- 21:59Speaker 2: Yeah, And you would think if there had been sightings
- 22:03Speaker 2: like that, they would be taken as a little more
- 22:06Speaker 2: credible now. So there's like I could see in like
- 22:10Speaker 2: the eighties, if someone knocks on the New York Times
- 22:13Speaker 2: door and is like, I saw a fucking UFO outside
- 22:17Speaker 2: my backyard. Do you want to see the video? They
- 22:19Speaker 2: would slam the door in their face. But now, with
- 22:22Speaker 2: the government putting out their own UFO videos, you'd think
- 22:26Speaker 2: like any major outlet would be like, what do we
- 22:29Speaker 2: think of this one? And yeah, we're just not getting
- 22:31Speaker 2: any of that at all. And that's strange.
- 22:34Speaker 3: It's curious, right, we're Yeah, And again I think, going
- 22:37Speaker 3: back to my point about the vastness of the universe,
- 22:40Speaker 3: like I do kind of feel why would it even
- 22:44Speaker 3: be now? Like when you think about the way we
- 22:48Speaker 3: conceive time, is going around our star. Right, that's our
- 22:51Speaker 3: view of time because that's what we do. That's not
- 22:53Speaker 3: the time in the galaxy or the universe. That's a
- 22:56Speaker 3: whole different concept of time that is hard to even
- 22:58Speaker 3: grasp in no way an astrophysicist or can explain it.
- 23:02Speaker 3: But it is not the same thing. Yeah, And so
- 23:05Speaker 3: whether they're traveling about the speed a light or not
- 23:07Speaker 3: and getting here, not getting here, ability distance, all that
- 23:10Speaker 3: stuff aside. Maybe they did come here during that two
- 23:13Speaker 3: hundred and fifty million year period where there were just
- 23:16Speaker 3: big giant lizards on this planet and they're like, eh,
- 23:18Speaker 3: well take that one off, yeah, you know, or maybe
- 23:21Speaker 3: they came here at billion years before that when it
- 23:23Speaker 3: was just volcanoes and brainstorms, you know, because that would.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Be funny if there's like an official map of the
- 23:30Speaker 2: universe somewhere that just has us listed as the dinosaur planet, right,
- 23:35Speaker 2: and then we fucking nuke somebody someday and they're like,
- 23:37Speaker 2: what the fuck did the dinosaurs just do? And shit?
- 23:41Speaker 3: And that could be it. I mean, there's so much
- 23:44Speaker 3: time just with this planet. What is it three and
- 23:46Speaker 3: a half billion years or something like that. Yeah, you know,
- 23:50Speaker 3: I mean there could be one hundred million year period
- 23:52Speaker 3: in that three and a half billion years that maybe
- 23:56Speaker 3: they were here and there was like, eh, there's another planet,
- 24:00Speaker 3: Sure something will evolve on it one day, and then
- 24:02Speaker 3: just carried on.
- 24:03Speaker 2: Yeah, even the thing where people are like, well it's
- 24:06Speaker 2: the nukes, that's what brought them here. We knewd Japan.
- 24:09Speaker 2: And then Roswell happened shortly thereafter, and then you hear
- 24:12Speaker 2: these stories of UFOs like hovering over nuclear silos and
- 24:17Speaker 2: like all of our nuclear silos went dead that night,
- 24:20Speaker 2: And it's like, well, if they can do all that,
- 24:21Speaker 2: why don't they just destroy them all? Like if that's
- 24:24Speaker 2: the concern, why wouldn't you just come down and be like, ah, nope,
- 24:28Speaker 2: we're taking these with us. Like, if they can get here,
- 24:32Speaker 2: they've got the capability to do that exactly.
- 24:35Speaker 3: And also, I mean not to be what about us,
- 24:38Speaker 3: but if they can get here, do you think they
- 24:39Speaker 3: think the nuclear explosion? Are spleating an atom? Is that
- 24:43Speaker 3: big a deal? Even? Yeah, they must have found some
- 24:45Speaker 3: technology that's so far beyond anything we can conceive. We're
- 24:49Speaker 3: spleeing the atom might be like primitive nothing, like, yeah,
- 24:53Speaker 3: they're only there. You know, they might have seen that
- 24:56Speaker 3: happen on a million day I'm talking about, like this
- 24:59Speaker 3: is all real, But you know they could have seen
- 25:01Speaker 3: that happen on a million other planets a million other times,
- 25:03Speaker 3: with a million other evolved species that they're just like, oh, yeah,
- 25:06Speaker 3: that's just how it goes. Sometimes.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Yeah, that would suck if they came down and were like, guys,
- 25:11Speaker 2: there's a much cleaner way to kill millions of people
- 25:14Speaker 2: at once. Let us show you it doesn't have to be.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Like this the full Nazi UFO theory where they're like, yeah, wait,
- 25:21Speaker 3: whose side were you on?
- 25:22Speaker 2: Yeah? Uncomfortable.
- 25:26Speaker 3: I do also like there's also the argument where I
- 25:29Speaker 3: actually kind of used to buy into this argument where
- 25:32Speaker 3: you know, our technology advanced so much in the last
- 25:35Speaker 3: since World War One, really, you know, where suddenly we
- 25:38Speaker 3: have Bluetooth because ahead of Lamar and we have you know,
- 25:41Speaker 3: microwave technology and et cetera, USB, all this technology. But
- 25:46Speaker 3: it's like all that stuff was already there, Like Bluetooth
- 25:49Speaker 3: was in the sky. We just figured out a way
- 25:51Speaker 3: to use it. You know, like, yeah, so technology what
- 25:54Speaker 3: Wi Fi is on was already there in the sky.
- 25:56Speaker 3: We just figured out a way to harness it. Wasn't
- 25:58Speaker 3: necessarily something that crazy of a leap where it doesn't
- 26:02Speaker 3: make sense to our physics on this planet or in
- 26:04Speaker 3: this galaxy or what everything you want to call it.
- 26:06Speaker 3: Where that's just kind of how we advance as a species,
- 26:11Speaker 3: you know, like we went from you know, rocks to
- 26:14Speaker 3: swords to guns to bombs over a very very long time.
- 26:18Speaker 3: It seems like a short amount of time, but it
- 26:20Speaker 3: really wasn't. It was a long time for us, right Yeah.
- 26:23Speaker 3: And so just because I have a mouse that has
- 26:26Speaker 3: a Bluetooth connection to a USB port on my computer,
- 26:29Speaker 3: I don't really see how that's extraterrestrial technology. That's just like, hey,
- 26:33Speaker 3: we figured out how to use a wave that was
- 26:34Speaker 3: already in the air, right right. Microwaves are just hey,
- 26:38Speaker 3: we figured out how to make water molecules and something
- 26:40Speaker 3: new faster through an electric you know, vortex in a box.
- 26:43Speaker 3: Right Yeah. All this stuff is explainable, right, And it
- 26:46Speaker 3: might seem magical because when it came out it was like,
- 26:49Speaker 3: oh wow. You know, there's that very famous story when
- 26:53Speaker 3: Tesla first showed off the remote control at a World's
- 26:56Speaker 3: fair where you like, remote control to boat and people
- 26:59Speaker 3: like ran way because it was like this crazy magic.
- 27:01Speaker 3: They thought he was a sorcerer. Yeah, I was like, no,
- 27:04Speaker 3: he just figured out how to send a radio snigable
- 27:07Speaker 3: between two antenna to control one thing. And you know,
- 27:11Speaker 3: when you look at it from a science tific point
- 27:14Speaker 3: of view, not that crazy.
- 27:16Speaker 2: No. And something I think about a lot and I
- 27:20Speaker 2: bring up a lot is when the Internet started, there
- 27:23Speaker 2: was this idea that, oh, once something's on the Internet,
- 27:26Speaker 2: it's there forever, and that's not true, Like, stop paying
- 27:30Speaker 2: your go daddy bills and see how long your Internet
- 27:33Speaker 2: content stays up. And I feel like it's at least
- 27:37Speaker 2: possible that there have been civilizations out there who also
- 27:42Speaker 2: got to the point where they were like paper, we
- 27:44Speaker 2: don't need fucking paper. We're storing everything in this fucking
- 27:49Speaker 2: cloud management system, baby. And then when that civilization goes,
- 27:53Speaker 2: that cloud shit goes too, and it's like you were
- 27:56Speaker 2: never even fucking there, Like that could be us someday,
- 28:01Speaker 2: Like with how we're moving toward storing shit digitally and
- 28:07Speaker 2: relying on the Internet to keep records, like we are
- 28:11Speaker 2: one someone flipping the Internet switch off away from losing
- 28:15Speaker 2: a whole lot of fucking history.
- 28:17Speaker 3: Yeah, and knowledge, like, yeah, the reliance we have on
- 28:21Speaker 3: things in the cloud just to run basic stuff. Very
- 28:24Speaker 3: few people know how to build a lot of things
- 28:27Speaker 3: we rely on, and once that's gone, that's gone. I mean, yeah,
- 28:29Speaker 3: there's also I always kind of found this reason. My
- 28:32Speaker 3: old man used to say this. We go like I
- 28:34Speaker 3: went to school in DC, and we'd be driving around
- 28:37Speaker 3: DC and it's all sort of Greco Roman architecture, right
- 28:40Speaker 3: the capital, the pillars and marble, And I was always like,
- 28:44Speaker 3: you know, this is really going to confuse archaeologist in
- 28:46Speaker 3: about one hundred thousan years when they're just like, wait
- 28:48Speaker 3: a minute. So they were over there on the Mediterranean
- 28:51Speaker 3: and then they disappeared for two thousand years, and then
- 28:53Speaker 3: they were over here in North America. I think they disappeared.
- 28:56Speaker 3: That doesn't make any sense because when you take a
- 29:00Speaker 3: longer view of things. He's like, well, then you force
- 29:03Speaker 3: it to make sense because you're like, well, they must
- 29:05Speaker 3: have just came back. And so people think that, you know, Washington,
- 29:09Speaker 3: d C. Was somehow a you know, a Greco Roman outpost,
- 29:14Speaker 3: because well, the time isn't exactly read, but what else
- 29:16Speaker 3: could it be, right, because that's all that's left. And
- 29:19Speaker 3: I feel like we do that a lot with extraterrestrial stories,
- 29:23Speaker 3: but also the technology where it's like it's got to
- 29:25Speaker 3: be something that we don't understand because we haven't been
- 29:27Speaker 3: told what it is yet. And you know, there's this
- 29:29Speaker 3: like really weird like mentality is like, oh, you know,
- 29:32Speaker 3: people can't keep secrets, and you know we'd know if
- 29:35Speaker 3: there's some crazy technology. It's like, motherfucker. Do you know
- 29:38Speaker 3: how most people found out we had the atomic bomb?
- 29:41Speaker 3: It got dropped on their heads. Yeah, that's how they
- 29:43Speaker 3: found out. That's how the world found out.
- 29:45Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a theory. I never buy the one that says, oh,
- 29:49Speaker 2: if we had it, we people would know. It's like, one, no,
- 29:52Speaker 2: they wouldn't. The government is actually very great at keeping secrets.
- 29:57Speaker 2: And two I think once you're skeptical to that level,
- 30:00Speaker 2: even if someone slid a picture of it across the table,
- 30:03Speaker 2: you're going to be like that could be photoshopped. Like
- 30:06Speaker 2: there's for some people, there's not ever going to be
- 30:09Speaker 2: any believable or credible evidence on either side of the argument,
- 30:14Speaker 2: be it UFO's or something the government's hiding. Like some
- 30:18Speaker 2: people just really fucking trust the government and I don't
- 30:21Speaker 2: get it, Like this government.
- 30:23Speaker 3: This one for any any I don't trust the Canadians.
- 30:26Speaker 3: Yeah either, you know, of course, you know it's funny
- 30:30Speaker 3: to be because I mean again, I'm trying not to
- 30:33Speaker 3: seem like a cynic and you know, going back to
- 30:35Speaker 3: the thing and note where it fellipark for me or
- 30:38Speaker 3: like you said, like if I saw a picture, yeah,
- 30:40Speaker 3: I probably wouldn't believe it because I have a hard
- 30:42Speaker 3: type believing the tic tac video is real or has
- 30:45Speaker 3: merit or soilamatue, whatever you want to say. And my
- 30:49Speaker 3: point being is I don't know what it would take,
- 30:51Speaker 3: Like I really don't, like, I'm not sure what is
- 30:54Speaker 3: that physical thing that I'd be like, oh shit, this
- 30:56Speaker 3: is real. Maybe it is just them actually arriving being
- 30:59Speaker 3: like hey, we're bitch, and we're gonna blow some shit
- 31:02Speaker 3: up to make sure you understand this is real and
- 31:04Speaker 3: then we'll talk, you know. Yeah.
- 31:06Speaker 2: I was going to say they'd have to kill people
- 31:08Speaker 2: for it, yeah, to be real. And that kind of
- 31:11Speaker 2: speaks to one of the conspiracy theories that is related
- 31:16Speaker 2: to the idea that the government is gaslighting us about
- 31:19Speaker 2: all this and that it's actually just like government stuff
- 31:23Speaker 2: that we're seeing in those videos. There is a like
- 31:26Speaker 2: The granddaddy of all conspiracies is the New World Order conspiracy.
- 31:31Speaker 3: It's been around a while, It's.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Been around a long time, and a big element of
- 31:37Speaker 2: that conspiracy is the idea that at some point the
- 31:41Speaker 2: US government specifically is going to pull a false flag
- 31:47Speaker 2: alien attack and use that as a means to institute
- 31:52Speaker 2: a one world government that the United States is the
- 31:55Speaker 2: head of. So Independence Day, Yeah, basically, and I don't know,
- 32:01Speaker 2: like I don't I certainly don't want it to be that.
- 32:04Speaker 2: But like there's that famous Werner von Brun I almost
- 32:08Speaker 2: said Werner Herzog Nope, uh Werner von Braun quote where
- 32:14Speaker 2: he basically says like, yeah, that's that's coming. That's how
- 32:17Speaker 2: we're really going to institute fascism in this country is
- 32:21Speaker 2: through fake alien attacks.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, And it's it's so funny because in
- 32:26Speaker 3: most pop culture that is seen as a good thing.
- 32:29Speaker 3: It's like, oh, we are finally united as one to
- 32:32Speaker 3: face this common enemy. And first of all, we'd never
- 32:35Speaker 3: do that. No, Like we've never done that in the
- 32:37Speaker 3: past and we will never do it in the future.
- 32:39Speaker 3: Like we could barely united as one to fight the
- 32:40Speaker 3: fucking Nazis in World War two, right, you know, like
- 32:44Speaker 3: it barely happened. Happened, but barely. Uh you know, we
- 32:47Speaker 3: were never united against the Soviets.
- 32:49Speaker 2: And then we sure didn't keep fighting the Nazis after
- 32:52Speaker 2: World War two and then fighted them over to help
- 32:55Speaker 2: us set.
- 32:56Speaker 3: Up the CIA, Yeah, NASA and fight the Soviets. MK
- 33:00Speaker 3: all tend to Yeah, and where were we united when
- 33:03Speaker 3: we were quote unquote fighting terrorism? Like, yeah, there's no
- 33:09Speaker 3: I think said this last time, but I don't even
- 33:12Speaker 3: see us being as united as we were in World
- 33:14Speaker 3: War Two, which it wasn't universal. I don't even see
- 33:17Speaker 3: us being that united now. If there was a threat
- 33:21Speaker 3: like aliens, there would probably be just as many people
- 33:23Speaker 3: where it's like a it's fake man, Like it's not real.
- 33:26Speaker 3: They're just trying to like, you know, get our resources
- 33:29Speaker 3: to trick us.
- 33:30Speaker 2: Well maybe that right now is the other half of
- 33:36Speaker 2: the UFO debate. Like there's one side that's like, yeah, man,
- 33:40Speaker 2: these these aliens are they're really really bad and we
- 33:45Speaker 2: got this is gonna be a problem. We're gonna have
- 33:47Speaker 2: to fight them. And then there's another side of that
- 33:49Speaker 2: community that's like those motherfuckers are lying and none of
- 33:53Speaker 2: this is UFOs this is government shit, and they are
- 33:58Speaker 2: this is gonna be a fall flag thing. That's not
- 34:01Speaker 2: going to change once this happens. No, like, once they
- 34:05Speaker 2: show up, that half is still going to be like,
- 34:08Speaker 2: this is the government and the other half is going
- 34:10Speaker 2: to be like run they're here, And here's the thing
- 34:13Speaker 2: they could both be right, Like, if the government does it,
- 34:15Speaker 2: they are going to kill some people, so you will
- 34:17Speaker 2: have to run.
- 34:18Speaker 3: Yeah, and that's that's sort of the thing where it
- 34:21Speaker 3: does become a level of where so many people are
- 34:23Speaker 3: going to die for so many stupid reasons. Yeah, it's
- 34:26Speaker 3: just this continual like what would be better for the
- 34:30Speaker 3: military industrial complex but not only a forever war, but
- 34:33Speaker 3: forever a forever war against the enemy that doesn't even
- 34:37Speaker 3: really exist.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Yeah, And that is what concerns me so much about
- 34:42Speaker 2: those suggestions about being able to see in someone's DNA
- 34:46Speaker 2: if they've been enhanced by aliens. Like, that's what people
- 34:51Speaker 2: don't take into account about that idea of oh, well,
- 34:54Speaker 2: once we finally see it, it's going to unite us all.
- 34:57Speaker 2: It's like unite us all in what Yeah, is it
- 35:00Speaker 2: gonna be administering DNA tests to people and eliminating them
- 35:05Speaker 2: from society, Like, is that what it's going to unite
- 35:08Speaker 2: us in? Because that sounds very very scary.
- 35:11Speaker 3: It's also a really good thing. We've all been, you know,
- 35:14Speaker 3: paying to give our DNA to companies that now are
- 35:18Speaker 3: on by Blackwater. I mean, I'm sure that will come
- 35:20Speaker 3: back to buy this and we ask at all.
- 35:22Speaker 2: That is so insane to me, And it's like you're
- 35:25Speaker 2: fucked either way because you've probably got a family member
- 35:28Speaker 2: out there who's done it and that's not now. Yeah,
- 35:31Speaker 2: like that's getting serial killers caught. It's like like what
- 35:36Speaker 2: if they can see that alien DNA in an entire
- 35:39Speaker 2: family based on one person's DNA, Like, yeah, I don't
- 35:44Speaker 2: I don't know why people think those DNA registries aren't
- 35:47Speaker 2: going to be used to round people up at some point.
- 35:50Speaker 3: Oh for sure. I mean it's we're making it almost
- 35:52Speaker 3: too easy. It's such a dark thing to say, but
- 35:56Speaker 3: it used to have to work hard to like bit
- 35:58Speaker 3: a genocide against these specific group of people, like years
- 36:02Speaker 3: of propaganda and years of riling people up and then
- 36:04Speaker 3: actually carrying it out while keeping people riled up. Now
- 36:07Speaker 3: just like oh no, here's your call sheet, there's your list,
- 36:10Speaker 3: go off, do it.
- 36:11Speaker 2: Yeah, that's it's a terrifying thing to think about. And
- 36:16Speaker 2: I don't know, Like I think one of the big
- 36:18Speaker 2: problems is, so if that's happening, who's going to do
- 36:22Speaker 2: anything about it? Like it's not that seems like an
- 36:25Speaker 2: unstoppable force at this point, Like we are hungry for
- 36:31Speaker 2: some genocide in this country. It seems like like someone's
- 36:35Speaker 2: gonna fucking get it soon.
- 36:38Speaker 3: No pun intended, but it is in our DNA to
- 36:40Speaker 3: do some badass genocide.
- 36:42Speaker 2: Yeah, it sure is. Like I would even argue private
- 36:46Speaker 2: prisons have been a little bit of a genocide, especially
- 36:50Speaker 2: when you consider that a lot of the crimes that
- 36:53Speaker 2: filled those private prisons happened because of drugs that we
- 36:57Speaker 2: definitely did not introduce to the impress communities of the
- 37:02Speaker 2: United States. Of course, not.
- 37:04Speaker 3: The CIA doesn't work in the United States. No, never, never, never. Yeah,
- 37:10Speaker 3: that's what's funny, man, It's like not funny, tragic is
- 37:12Speaker 3: the right word. Is that we're kind of fucked if
- 37:15Speaker 3: they're real and fucked if they're not, Like, there's no
- 37:18Speaker 3: it almost doesn't matter, which I think is the most
- 37:20Speaker 3: cynical thing I've said on this podcast. But going back
- 37:24Speaker 3: to my point about the eighties and what it was
- 37:25Speaker 3: fun that's just gone away like it used to. I
- 37:27Speaker 3: used to think, Oh, it'd be fun to know. Now
- 37:29Speaker 3: I'm just like, oh, we're just fucked. If we ever
- 37:30Speaker 3: find out, because it's not going to end well, people
- 37:33Speaker 3: will go crazy, people won't go crazy, and then the
- 37:37Speaker 3: whole world will change in a way that I don't
- 37:39Speaker 3: think people appreciate, given the fact that in our era
- 37:44Speaker 3: of on fettered capitalism, so much money to be made
- 37:47Speaker 3: off of pain, which of course there are a million
- 37:50Speaker 3: examples we're seeing all over the world from our media
- 37:53Speaker 3: to Somalia, to Ukraine to Gaza to this list goes
- 37:57Speaker 3: on and on. We make money off of pain, and
- 37:59Speaker 3: people are happy about that. Like the amount of you know,
- 38:02Speaker 3: articles you see in Little Wall Street Journal or Financial
- 38:05Speaker 3: Times about dude, did you buy Raytheon because you don't
- 38:08Speaker 3: beat rich right now? If you bought Raytheon stock, you
- 38:11Speaker 3: know he wants some boweing, some lucky Martin makes some
- 38:14Speaker 3: money right now. And it's with a straight face. Yeah,
- 38:17Speaker 3: And those people would have the same straight face where
- 38:20Speaker 3: it's like we're fighting aliens, are they real? Who gets
- 38:23Speaker 3: a ship? We're making money?
- 38:24Speaker 2: Yeah, should invest in DNA registries. Right now, now that
- 38:28Speaker 2: it's mandatory, they're going to be making a killing.
- 38:32Speaker 3: Yeah, oh man, and it's it's yeah, it's just tragic.
- 38:36Speaker 3: It's not even funny. It's tragic. And it used to
- 38:38Speaker 3: be like what like remember Area fifty one, like you know,
- 38:41Speaker 3: maybe it was UFOs, but I think we all knew
- 38:44Speaker 3: it was just like a place where they did research, right, yeah,
- 38:48Speaker 3: like it was a research site. Maybe they had some
- 38:50Speaker 3: extraterrestrials there. It was fun. Who cares? Now They almost
- 38:54Speaker 3: got people to storm it a couple of years ago, Yeah,
- 38:57Speaker 3: which was wild to me.
- 38:58Speaker 2: I love that idea that, oh they can't shoot us all.
- 39:02Speaker 2: It's like dedicante get ready to die by alien technology
- 39:07Speaker 2: that's actually just government technology that they want to test
- 39:10Speaker 2: on a crowd rushing Area fifty one.
- 39:12Speaker 3: Yeah, and there is that dievity you hear it. I
- 39:15Speaker 3: was listening to some podcasts like can remember now, but
- 39:18Speaker 3: there it was talking about the you know, the Cuba
- 39:21Speaker 3: Moscow thing where the diplomats were getting like severe headaches
- 39:24Speaker 3: and yeah, HAVDA syndrome. And on that podcast was like
- 39:28Speaker 3: that technology doesn't exist, there's no there's there's nothing that
- 39:31Speaker 3: would do that it's like, have you heard of like
- 39:33Speaker 3: sound guns where they have a ray that literally makes
- 39:37Speaker 3: you shake the pants, It makes you throw up and
- 39:39Speaker 3: gives you a stroke from just the sound waves. And
- 39:42Speaker 3: like there's companies that sell this to the military, to
- 39:45Speaker 3: police that you can easily look up and the ship
- 39:48Speaker 3: has existed for not only years, decades. Yes, and I
- 39:54Speaker 3: guarantee you places like Area fifty one have shit like
- 39:56Speaker 3: that posted on fence posts. So well, they used they
- 40:00Speaker 3: used it standing rock against the Indians when they were
- 40:02Speaker 3: protesting an oil typeline. Don't think they'll use it against you.
- 40:05Speaker 2: Yeah, and yeah, I think Guantanamo is probably another thing
- 40:10Speaker 2: like that. I feel like at least half of Guantanamo
- 40:14Speaker 2: was just, oh, well, we need someplace to test all
- 40:17Speaker 2: this shit on people, and if we can just throw
- 40:21Speaker 2: like fifteen people who we vaguely accuse of being involved
- 40:24Speaker 2: in nine to eleven and lock them up in Cuba
- 40:27Speaker 2: for ever, oh the test we could run. Like we
- 40:31Speaker 2: just talked about recently on an episode, there was a
- 40:34Speaker 2: guy who, for one is was just now finally going
- 40:37Speaker 2: to trial for having been involved in nine to Eleven's
- 40:40Speaker 2: like no rush, but also a judge ruled him unfit
- 40:45Speaker 2: for trial because the CIA had like tortured him stupid
- 40:48Speaker 2: to the point that he like can't really talk anymore,
- 40:52Speaker 2: and like his.
- 40:53Speaker 3: Initial like pure evil to me, like pure evil.
- 40:57Speaker 2: And like his initial complaints when and where things like
- 41:01Speaker 2: they're they're just pointing ray guns at me all day,
- 41:04Speaker 2: and like people were like, see, he was clearly losing
- 41:07Speaker 2: his mind, and it's like, no, I think that's probably
- 41:10Speaker 2: what was happening, and with Havana syndrome. When people are like, ooh,
- 41:15Speaker 2: who would be doing it? Though, it's like the fucking
- 41:17Speaker 2: CIA is doing it. Like you think they're opposed to
- 41:21Speaker 2: testing shit like that on their own people, especially if
- 41:24Speaker 2: they think it's not gonna kill them, like they were
- 41:27Speaker 2: slipping LSD to every fucking tongue they could get their
- 41:31Speaker 2: fingertips on in the fifties and sixties, and you think,
- 41:35Speaker 2: like for them to test it on anyone else would
- 41:38Speaker 2: be an act of war, Like exactly, they have to
- 41:41Speaker 2: test it on Americans, and like you'd never see that
- 41:46Speaker 2: coming CIA attacking their own CIA base with some kind
- 41:49Speaker 2: of new weapon, but fucking of course they would.
- 41:52Speaker 3: Oh, I mean, we're heading out greenies to US soldiers
- 41:54Speaker 3: in World War two, like they were candy. You see
- 41:57Speaker 3: what would happen. You know, we've always tested on ourselves.
- 42:00Speaker 3: I mean that's like you said, it would be an
- 42:02Speaker 3: actual work. We tested it on someone else, not that,
- 42:05Speaker 3: And I think that would matter at this point.
- 42:06Speaker 2: Because no, we would do that, and what's needed to what's.
- 42:09Speaker 3: The world going to do at this point? We could
- 42:11Speaker 3: fucking we could probably drop a bomb in the middle
- 42:13Speaker 3: of Germany and be like ohoops, and that would be it. Yeah,
- 42:17Speaker 3: like that would Germany do.
- 42:19Speaker 2: That's why we elected Trump as our president. We are
- 42:21Speaker 2: the Trump of countries.
- 42:23Speaker 3: Like, yeah, well we've got RFK coming now.
- 42:26Speaker 2: So I feel like it could happen, and I don't
- 42:30Speaker 2: like it.
- 42:31Speaker 3: No, he's I feel like he would be very much
- 42:33Speaker 3: on the uf or UAP extraterrestrial invasion train because he'd
- 42:39Speaker 3: probably be one of the ones that actually believed it
- 42:41Speaker 3: and was the one who spread the gospel without them
- 42:44Speaker 3: actually having to turn them. Because he's not a bright man.
- 42:47Speaker 2: No, No, he's he's a problem in a matt Like
- 42:51Speaker 2: if you told me in the nineties that one Donald
- 42:54Speaker 2: Trump was going to be our president and it would
- 42:57Speaker 2: fuck up our country a whole lot, I'd probably believe that. Yeah,
- 43:02Speaker 2: But then if you were like and then a Kennedy
- 43:04Speaker 2: is going to come along and it's going to get
- 43:05Speaker 2: so much worse, I'd be like a Kennedy. No, they're
- 43:09Speaker 2: pretty chill, right, Yeah.
- 43:11Speaker 3: You want to know something chilling, So I chilling chilling.
- 43:14Speaker 3: I went to vote as in the morning at the
- 43:16Speaker 3: high school here, and I noticed there's a cop. I've
- 43:19Speaker 3: been a very sort of purple county in Kentucky, so
- 43:22Speaker 3: pretty liberal. A lot of you know, kindness is the answer,
- 43:24Speaker 3: placards and on front of houses, and you know, everybody
- 43:27Speaker 3: all that stuff, and Andy Basher, you know, posters and
- 43:32Speaker 3: signs in most yards, went to vote, came back that morning,
- 43:35Speaker 3: I would say, and this is of course just anecdotal
- 43:38Speaker 3: of what I saw, but most of the Andy Basher
- 43:41Speaker 3: signs had changed to RFK signs between before the election
- 43:46Speaker 3: and after.
- 43:47Speaker 2: I don't like that.
- 43:48Speaker 3: That's not good, man, because those didn't change to Biden signs.
- 43:51Speaker 3: They changed RFK signs. And this is a very rich,
- 43:54Speaker 3: educated county in Kentucky, which take that for what you will,
- 43:57Speaker 3: but that's not a good sign, dude, because that was
- 44:00Speaker 3: in twenty fifteen. When I went home to Mason County,
- 44:03Speaker 3: in Washington. When I saw those Trump signs, it was like, ooh,
- 44:06Speaker 3: this isn't going to end well.
- 44:08Speaker 2: Yeah, now that RFK is running as an independent, that
- 44:13Speaker 2: really changes everything. Because when he was trying to run
- 44:16Speaker 2: as a Democrat, I was like, cute, that's not gonna work.
- 44:21Speaker 2: But now and with all these polls coming out, like hey,
- 44:24Speaker 2: he's pulling ahead of both of them, it's like fuck,
- 44:27Speaker 2: I could totally see that happening.
- 44:30Speaker 3: And he's he's a spreader of misinformation. He's the perfect
- 44:35Speaker 3: candidate for the military industrial complex to be like, mister president,
- 44:38Speaker 3: the aliens have arrived, we need to do something now. Yeah,
- 44:42Speaker 3: and he'll jump into action like are they putting the
- 44:45Speaker 3: are they putting the bad things in the vaccine? Because
- 44:47Speaker 3: we'll stop that first, you know, again, not a bright man.
- 44:51Speaker 2: Yeah, do you think he would get assassinated? That would
- 44:54Speaker 2: just be such a fucking tyrony right there, because I
- 45:01Speaker 2: loathe to think who his VP would be. Oh, probably
- 45:05Speaker 2: some like Steve Bannon or some shit. And next time
- 45:09Speaker 2: you know, president Steve Bannon.
- 45:12Speaker 3: Yeah, it will be somebody wild and like somebody is
- 45:16Speaker 3: not going to be good, not going to be good
- 45:18Speaker 3: at all, And uh yeah, sort of getting back on topic,
- 45:23Speaker 3: how do you sort of feel like you're privy the
- 45:26Speaker 3: stuff you keep up with a lot of the information, Like,
- 45:28Speaker 3: how would you feel like if, say, tomorrow morning, it
- 45:32Speaker 3: kicked off CNN, you know, MSNBC, rt E, deuts Chavella,
- 45:36Speaker 3: all those like they're here, we don't know what's going on.
- 45:39Speaker 3: What would it take for you to believe that it
- 45:41Speaker 3: was real? Or would you just be like, oh shit,
- 45:43Speaker 3: it's it's real.
- 45:44Speaker 2: Well, here's here's the thing. It's it's almost like God.
- 45:49Speaker 2: It doesn't matter if you think God is real. God
- 45:54Speaker 2: is such a presence in the world and fuels so
- 45:58Speaker 2: many people's decisions, and believe that God is real whether
- 46:01Speaker 2: you like it or not. Absolutely, And it would kind
- 46:04Speaker 2: of be the same thing. Like whether it's the government
- 46:07Speaker 2: doing it or if it's aliens doing it, the end
- 46:11Speaker 2: results is going to be the same thing. So my
- 46:14Speaker 2: initial reaction would just be fuckt. Yeah, this is going
- 46:20Speaker 2: to be bad, and it would almost, I think, be
- 46:23Speaker 2: worse if they just show up and want to talk,
- 46:27Speaker 2: Like it would almost be better if it's just war
- 46:30Speaker 2: right away, because I don't Again, that thing about alien
- 46:34Speaker 2: DNA really makes me nervous because again, that comes from
- 46:38Speaker 2: American intelligence in that documentary, and if that story comes
- 46:43Speaker 2: out that, hey, there are those among us who have
- 46:47Speaker 2: a little extra in them because of the aliens, and
- 46:51Speaker 2: that is bad for society and that is why everything
- 46:55Speaker 2: that's wrong in society is wrong. Like that, again, what
- 46:59Speaker 2: are you uniting around?
- 47:01Speaker 3: It could be that, and we've as a species done
- 47:04Speaker 3: so much worse. I mean the khmer rousion, look up
- 47:07Speaker 3: pull pot. People who were glasses were rounded up in genocide. Glasses.
- 47:13Speaker 3: You know, it can be that simple, and it's terrifying.
- 47:18Speaker 3: But uh, yeah, I agree. I don't think it would
- 47:21Speaker 3: matter if it was real or not. It's just like, well,
- 47:22Speaker 3: we're fucked either way. I would though, if it was
- 47:26Speaker 3: the eighties me, I would very much be like, can
- 47:29Speaker 3: I just go with you guys? Yeah it was real?
- 47:31Speaker 3: Can I just leave? Take me anywhere? I just want
- 47:36Speaker 3: to see what's up there. Maybe my face will melt
- 47:38Speaker 3: off from the friction of traveling that that's be.
- 47:40Speaker 2: But yeah, I think it would also kind of be
- 47:44Speaker 2: a relief, like just fine, Okay, let's whatever this has
- 47:49Speaker 2: been building up to, let's get it over with, right,
- 47:53Speaker 2: And yeah, I'd be interested to see what comes out
- 47:56Speaker 2: of that craft Man. Back when Dane Cook was fun
- 48:00Speaker 2: he had a really good joke about that where he
- 48:03Speaker 2: was like, what if UFOs land on the White House
- 48:07Speaker 2: lawn and a bunch of hundred foot tall Native Americans
- 48:11Speaker 2: get out and it's like, Ah, we're fucked, God damn it,
- 48:15Speaker 2: goddamn it.
- 48:17Speaker 3: And I would just be like school.
- 48:21Speaker 2: I would also kind of be like, oh, this is
- 48:23Speaker 2: funny this. Yeah, we're all gonna die and we deserve it. Yeah,
- 48:28Speaker 2: this is very funny.
- 48:29Speaker 3: Yeah, that is a very good bit. Yeah, and that's
- 48:32Speaker 3: just it. I mean not to be a sort of
- 48:34Speaker 3: Debbie Downer, but I feel like if any of this
- 48:37Speaker 3: shit is real, like in the Rand scheme of the universe,
- 48:40Speaker 3: the beings entities, technology is probably so far beyond anything
- 48:45Speaker 3: we can comprehend for them to travel those distances that
- 48:49Speaker 3: maybe they are here and we don't even see it
- 48:50Speaker 3: because we just don't. There's no way for us to
- 48:52Speaker 3: comprehend or get it. And that's not to say that
- 48:55Speaker 3: we can't see what's in front of us. Of course
- 48:57Speaker 3: we can see what's in front of us, but there
- 48:58Speaker 3: are things we can't see that are all around us
- 49:00Speaker 3: that you know that you know, keep our lives moving,
- 49:04Speaker 3: whether it be radio waves or sound waves, et cetera,
- 49:06Speaker 3: et cetera. But I do I do not believe in
- 49:10Speaker 3: the what for me said where it's like, oh, if
- 49:13Speaker 3: there is anything out there, it's it's too far and
- 49:15Speaker 3: too few, too well that will ever know. I don't
- 49:18Speaker 3: know that. Man, there's trillions of planets out there, trillions
- 49:21Speaker 3: of star systems, Like who knows what the fuck's out there?
- 49:24Speaker 2: Yeah, and if they came here, they would obviously be
- 49:27Speaker 2: using technology we don't have in that like at all. Yeah,
- 49:32Speaker 2: and like there's so much about space we don't know.
- 49:36Speaker 2: Like one of the suggestions about when aliens have actually
- 49:40Speaker 2: visited is, man, they could have just taken a fucking
- 49:43Speaker 2: wrong turn, like they might because the thing I always
- 49:47Speaker 2: bring up about Roswell is we act like there was
- 49:50Speaker 2: this like lust for that technology they had, and it's like,
- 49:54Speaker 2: you mean technology that can't stay in the skies over
- 49:58Speaker 2: Earth because we are already had technology that could do
- 50:01Speaker 2: that by then. Yeah, but there's like hundreds of UFOs crashing,
- 50:06Speaker 2: like there weren't hundreds of plane crashes at the time,
- 50:10Speaker 2: Like that suggests it wasn't that advanced, which makes me
- 50:14Speaker 2: not believe the story.
- 50:16Speaker 3: Yeah, Yeah, And my theory on that is they were
- 50:20Speaker 3: testing out some Nazi technology they brought over from Germany
- 50:24Speaker 3: or wherever, and they were just trying to figure out
- 50:26Speaker 3: some sort of you know, backdoor into whatever they were doing.
- 50:29Speaker 3: Maybe it was drones that they were working on, you know,
- 50:32Speaker 3: over there, and they were trying to you know, they
- 50:34Speaker 3: were starting to mimic that and oh no, somebody's not.
- 50:37Speaker 3: Now they have to cover it up. It's a weather blow.
- 50:40Speaker 3: They're so going back to our original point, there's so
- 50:42Speaker 3: much technology right now that we have no idea exists. Yeah,
- 50:46Speaker 3: and so the idea of a tic TAC being able
- 50:49Speaker 3: to maneuver like that in a grainy video from two
- 50:51Speaker 3: thousand and seven, maybe it is a one hundred percent
- 50:54Speaker 3: real video of technology where we leaked that out through
- 50:57Speaker 3: the New York Times and through official government official as
- 51:00Speaker 3: almost like hey, we're gonna put China and Russia and
- 51:04Speaker 3: I ran all these countries kind of unnoticed, be like, hey,
- 51:06Speaker 3: we got this shit covin, so you better watch out
- 51:09Speaker 3: because we're going to leap from in front of you
- 51:10Speaker 3: and we'll destroy you with it. Maybe it's just simply that,
- 51:14Speaker 3: or there's like oh maybe We'll to shit their pants
- 51:16Speaker 3: a little bit with what we got going on over here,
- 51:19Speaker 3: just in the same way that all the stealth bomber
- 51:21Speaker 3: stuff leaked out in the in the seventies and eighties,
- 51:23Speaker 3: where it's like, oh, we got something coming, bitches, so
- 51:25Speaker 3: you better watch out, which is shit. We do too.
- 51:28Speaker 3: We are we are the bullies on the corner of
- 51:31Speaker 3: the block.
- 51:31Speaker 2: I keep forgetting the name of it. Let me see
- 51:34Speaker 2: if I can put my world class googling skills to
- 51:37Speaker 2: use here. But there is a I started typing the
- 51:40Speaker 2: word there.
- 51:41Speaker 3: As I said there, But.
- 51:43Speaker 2: There's a government. There's like this military jet that is
- 51:48Speaker 2: rumored to exist, and there's so much information about it.
- 51:52Speaker 2: It's like, well, it obviously exists.
- 51:54Speaker 3: They're just not, Ah, what is it? It's a tie fighter.
- 51:59Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 52:01Speaker 2: I believe it is. The SR seventy two, a hypersonic
- 52:07Speaker 2: unmanned aerial vehicle concept intended for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance,
- 52:13Speaker 2: proposed privately in twenty thirteen by Lockheed Martin. Did we
- 52:18Speaker 2: just unlock this? Is that? What fucking seeing?
- 52:21Speaker 3: That's all it is right there. It's the new drone technology.
- 52:24Speaker 2: But it also says the SR seventy two does not exist. E.
- 52:28Speaker 3: Well, it exists in our hearts at them. No, I
- 52:32Speaker 3: mean who no, Like it's this sort of thing like
- 52:35Speaker 3: like the head of g said, like, we're fifty years
- 52:38Speaker 3: ahead whatever the consumer things we are. Yeah, so there
- 52:42Speaker 3: are people doing shit on just regular computers and phones
- 52:45Speaker 3: in that industry that we can't even comprehend right now.
- 52:49Speaker 3: In fifty years it will be regular old stuff. But
- 52:51Speaker 3: you know, think about that with like email and cellar technology,
- 52:55Speaker 3: Like people were using that shit in the fucking fifties, right.
- 52:58Speaker 3: You know, like if you were to the average even
- 53:01Speaker 3: American in like nineteen fifty five and say, you know what,
- 53:04Speaker 3: you're going to set a letter on a device that
- 53:06Speaker 3: fits in your hand, they'll be like you've been watching
- 53:08Speaker 3: the Twilight Zone. Yeah, And so I mean not to
- 53:12Speaker 3: say who knows what's out there, but you have to
- 53:15Speaker 3: accept the fact that technology is being developed that we
- 53:19Speaker 3: are not privy to that is so mind blowing. It
- 53:21Speaker 3: will seem like magic when it comes out. And then
- 53:23Speaker 3: after it comes out and destroys or advances or does
- 53:26Speaker 3: whatever it does, we'll just be everyday common stuff.
- 53:29Speaker 2: Yeah. And there's a big conspiracy theory out there that
- 53:35Speaker 2: we not only have all this technology, but some of
- 53:38Speaker 2: it could like kind of fix global warming, and we've
- 53:42Speaker 2: maybe had that for a long long time. But because
- 53:46Speaker 2: we are hell bent on rating this planet of all
- 53:49Speaker 2: the fossil fuels it has while we can, we've been like,
- 53:53Speaker 2: you know, holding that back a little bit, which that's
- 53:56Speaker 2: going to put blood on people's hands if that story
- 53:58Speaker 2: comes out.
- 53:59Speaker 3: Yeah, they will get away with it because they always do.
- 54:02Speaker 3: I mean a very quick story. I was helping my
- 54:05Speaker 3: grandfather install solar panels on his roof up in British
- 54:09Speaker 3: Columbia in like ninety four maybe ninety five, and they
- 54:13Speaker 3: were the big, big ass, you know, proper roof size
- 54:15Speaker 3: solar panels, and you know they had to be delivered
- 54:17Speaker 3: in the box and was looking at the box for
- 54:19Speaker 3: instructions or whatever. Right in the corner of that box
- 54:23Speaker 3: there was a Royal Shell logo. So in the mid nineties,
- 54:27Speaker 3: Royal Shell was already selling solar panels to consumers that
- 54:32Speaker 3: worked perfectly well, that would power an entire house. And
- 54:35Speaker 3: so you know, these big massive energy companies, not oil companies,
- 54:39Speaker 3: energy companies were already doing you know what it was
- 54:43Speaker 3: that back then, super advanced technology but what now we
- 54:45Speaker 3: consider you know, pretty advanced screen technology thirty fucking years ago. Man. Yeah,
- 54:51Speaker 3: and they weren't hiding it per se because they put
- 54:54Speaker 3: their fucking logo on the solar panel box. But uh,
- 54:57Speaker 3: it was not I don't it was like blue grandfather's
- 55:02Speaker 3: mind that it was like made by Shell, really royal Shell.
- 55:04Speaker 2: Yeah that's crazy.
- 55:06Speaker 3: And so yeah, who knows what they're doing right now
- 55:09Speaker 3: or what like to your point, what technology they have
- 55:12Speaker 3: that would be like, yeah, we could fix this in
- 55:13Speaker 3: a snap. But you know what, I got a trillion
- 55:15Speaker 3: dollars to make in the next ten years off of
- 55:17Speaker 3: crude and we're an energy company and I'm going to
- 55:20Speaker 3: make that trillion.
- 55:20Speaker 2: Dollars and see that could be the like, I don't
- 55:24Speaker 2: know the good version of this, Like what if the
- 55:27Speaker 2: whole endgame is to escape the culpability that would come
- 55:32Speaker 2: with everyone knowing, oh, the government has had the technology
- 55:36Speaker 2: that could have pulled us out of this a long
- 55:38Speaker 2: long time ago. What if the entire end game of
- 55:41Speaker 2: staging an alien visit is so they will bring us
- 55:46Speaker 2: this technology and hand it to Joe Biden on the
- 55:50Speaker 2: White House lawn and we're like, yeah, aliens and Meanwhile,
- 55:53Speaker 2: it's just like a dude in an alien suit inside
- 55:57Speaker 2: a government vehicle that we built you using the technology
- 56:01Speaker 2: we've had forever.
- 56:02Speaker 3: Or it's a guy in an Exxon mobile truck, like
- 56:08Speaker 3: they put one of those like magnet logos over it
- 56:10Speaker 3: that like an alien ship, Like it falls off when
- 56:14Speaker 3: they try to drag away and his Exxon.
- 56:16Speaker 2: But it still comes down from space. Yes, Yes, that's neat.
- 56:21Speaker 3: I mean, and to me, like that is kind of
- 56:22Speaker 3: more likely what will happen than anything else then that
- 56:26Speaker 3: extratrexterrials coming from one hundred billion miles away.
- 56:29Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I could. I could absolutely see the government
- 56:33Speaker 2: faking something like that. That, Like even before people started
- 56:37Speaker 2: connecting it to UFOs, that was kind of always in
- 56:40Speaker 2: the back of my mind was like, I bet they
- 56:43Speaker 2: have something that could probably make an impact on global warming,
- 56:48Speaker 2: and they're just waiting until they can sell all the oil.
- 56:52Speaker 3: Yeah, and then it's the right time for the profit
- 56:54Speaker 3: margin to equalize and go up uninhibited. And because at
- 56:59Speaker 3: the end of the day, that's what those fucking people
- 57:01Speaker 3: care about. They care about how can I make the
- 57:03Speaker 3: most amount of money with this, whether it's technology, device, product, mineral,
- 57:08Speaker 3: you know, it's the Ta Beer's business model. Hey, you
- 57:12Speaker 3: know what, there's a ton of diamonds in the world.
- 57:14Speaker 3: Let's put them all on the vault and preten that
- 57:15Speaker 3: they're rare. Yeah.
- 57:17Speaker 2: Yeah, and so yeah, I don't know.
- 57:20Speaker 3: I feel like my biggest takeaway from all this is
- 57:24Speaker 3: to people listening, you got to stop being gas lit
- 57:26Speaker 3: by the US government official employees saying hey, I've seen stuff,
- 57:31Speaker 3: but you can't see it, and then saying, the government
- 57:34Speaker 3: admitted that aliens exist, but that's not what happened to me. Yeah.
- 57:38Speaker 2: Yeah, if it was the government admitting it, the people
- 57:41Speaker 2: asking the questions would be the one giving you the information.
- 57:45Speaker 2: When fucking Mitch McConnell comes walking out arm in arm
- 57:49Speaker 2: with an alien, then maybe you can believe it. That's
- 57:53Speaker 2: that's kind of like the government saying it happened. But yeah,
- 57:56Speaker 2: just some fucking whistleblower. And like, one thing we know
- 58:01Speaker 2: about the CIA in particular is it's very compartmentalized, and
- 58:08Speaker 2: one person working on one thing has no idea what
- 58:11Speaker 2: the other person's working on. So that's not the government
- 58:15Speaker 2: admitting stuff. That's someone telling the government stuff. But also
- 58:20Speaker 2: they work for the government. It's yeah, which I think
- 58:23Speaker 2: it is.
- 58:24Speaker 3: Yeah, And I just don't understand people who implicitly trust
- 58:27Speaker 3: the government whatever they say. I just don't get that.
- 58:31Speaker 3: And I mean I get it, but I just like,
- 58:33Speaker 3: how after all this, I mean, remember those meetings with
- 58:36Speaker 3: Colin Powell at the UN where he was literally showing
- 58:40Speaker 3: what we now know is fake powder to the UN Council,
- 58:43Speaker 3: being like, this is what they're doing, So how I'm
- 58:45Speaker 3: saying it's developing the weapons of mass destruction blah blah
- 58:47Speaker 3: blah blah blah. And it was all blatant lie. And
- 58:51Speaker 3: it was a I mean to me, it was an
- 58:53Speaker 3: obvious blatant light at the time because obviously it's like, oh,
- 58:57Speaker 3: and then it was proven to be a blatant light
- 58:59Speaker 3: and then it was confirmed to blatant lie. And still
- 59:01Speaker 3: people were like, but why would the government lie to me?
- 59:04Speaker 3: What could they have to gain? It's like Mark Simpson
- 59:06Speaker 3: being like, why would the sugar poart lie to me? Yeah?
- 59:10Speaker 2: And I mean the government they lie to you all
- 59:13Speaker 2: the time, like.
- 59:14Speaker 3: It, And so does Corporate America. Adviser lies to you
- 59:18Speaker 3: about opios, you know, like show lies to you about energy.
- 59:22Speaker 3: They've been selling fucking solar panels for thirty years and
- 59:26Speaker 3: selling you gasoline, you know, like they lie they want money.
- 59:30Speaker 2: Yeah, like water game. It was a conspiracy theory until
- 59:33Speaker 2: it wasn't.
- 59:34Speaker 3: Right, mk Ulter was a conspiracy theory until it wasn't. Yeah,
- 59:37Speaker 3: you know, I mean there's it's gotten to the point
- 59:41Speaker 3: where healthy skepticism is a good thing. Yeah, and people
- 59:44Speaker 3: seem to have forgotten that. Yeah.
- 59:46Speaker 2: And like a thing you mentioned earlier, like don't ever
- 59:49Speaker 2: lean on the idea that, oh, if the government had it,
- 59:51Speaker 2: we would know, Like no, I can't tell people enough that.
- 59:56Speaker 2: In the sixties and seventies, the government, the CIA developed
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: an assassination tool called the shellfish tocsin gun.
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: Yeah, which very real thing.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: Yeah, And people are like rope. I mean they fucking
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: showed it at the Church committee hearings. Yes, Like they
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: were like, oh, you don't believe us, and the guy
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: fucking whips it out of his jacket or some shit.
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: It's like it is an evidence. There are pictures, there's
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: a full report. Yeah. And it also it makes sense
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: because shellfish talksins are deadly.
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: And you know what, it sounds like a nice way
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: to die, like you, just like you, It's like a
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: pretty painless deb like they should. Probably that's what they
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: need to do. They're like, just need to come forward
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: and be like, look, you know we assassinate people. Let
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: us show you a more ethical way to do it.
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: Maybe you'll be on board. And then they just ice
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: a guy with the fucking shellfish gun on live TV.
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: He just passes out, and it's like, oh, peaceful death.
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: It's always funny to me. And I do not mean
- 1:00:55Speaker 3: this in a supportive way at all. I just found
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: it amusing. When Trump after he got in office, he
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: was doing an interview with somebody. I was like, but
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: Putin kills people. He's like, yeah, we kill people too,
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: so or paraphrasing, but it was just like and people
- 1:01:11Speaker 3: were so up and arms like oh America doesn't do that,
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: and it's like, what fucking world are you living in?
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:01:16Speaker 3: Like I said, I'm not supporting him in any way,
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: but at least he wasn't like, well, of course America
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: is about blah blah blah. It's like, well we kill people,
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: do what?
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, propaganda is a thing, and like even the
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: Putin kills people thing, yeah yeah he probably does. But
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: you know who else kills people in Russia? Oligarchs people
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: write inflammatory articles about them a lot in Russia too,
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: and get fucking killed for it.
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: Yes they do. Yeah, And so it's sort of a anyway,
- 1:01:44Speaker 3: it's the sort of thing where it's like, not to
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: be too fair me about it, where it's like, oh,
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: the distances are too far, what would they even bother
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: doing here? But also I kind of agree with you,
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: would it even matter if it was them or us
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: at the end of the day and they showed up,
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: showed up as in, you know, it kind of wouldn't because,
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: like I said, the people will believe it or they won't.
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: And at the end of the day, a lot of
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: people are probably gonna die for somebody else to make money.
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: And then here we are again. I need a shot
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: of whiskey.
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it is. I mean, it's really alarming because
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: it's also the kind of thing most people are just
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: going to laugh off until the absolute second it happens.
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: And yeah, those are the people that will believe it
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: the hardest. Also because finally this is the like literally
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: aliens landing on the White House lawn, Like finally that's
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: the proof I've been looking for. And it's like, ah,
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: that could be fake too.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: You never know, and also like in the Hubris that
- 1:02:43Speaker 3: they come now and to us.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: Yeah, Like I just.
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: Just take get me a second here, Like imagine you're
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: looking down at Earth and where the biggest concentration of
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: humans are who are sort of in basic control of
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: this planet, which is huberts in itself, because there's somebody
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: species shit make this planet go round. But once you
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: sort of look at Southeast Asia and be like, oh, well,
- 1:03:04Speaker 3: that's where most of the people are by far, like
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: over half the entire population is concentrated just on this
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: little corner of a continent. We're going to land there
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: and talk to them, as opposed to this continent that's
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: basically empty. I know, it seems like there's a lot
- 1:03:19Speaker 3: of people in North America, but there's really not. Yeah,
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: I mean it's really kind of empty in this country.
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: And why would they land here? I mean here, why
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: would they land you know, in the United States? But
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: because we're great, they don't know that looking down.
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: Yeah, and if they have been monitoring us, they probably
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: know this is the last place you want to land.
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: Oh yeah, why kick the border's nest, Yeah, the place
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: with all the guns. Yeah, Like granted, bullets can't kill us,
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: but it still hurts to get shot.
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: So it's more just like, well, this planet exists, let's
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: carry on. It's like when you it's like, you know,
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: when you used to go out, like in your twenties,
- 1:03:57Speaker 3: and you'd be like walking around town looking at and
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: there'd always be that one bar where you'd walk by
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: and you're like, I'm not going to go in there.
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: I'll probably get knifed. Yeah yeah, and you just walk
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: on and go to another bar. I feel like Earth
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: is that bar where you're just like it might be fun,
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: but I also might get knife So I'm just gonna,
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: you know, carry on to the next one.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, I don't know. I don't I think you're right.
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: I don't think. I mean, I I definitely don't think
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: that the government is being on the up and up
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: about this, because I also don't like the whole we
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: don't know. We're as blind to whatever's happening as you are.
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: It's like bullshit, like like they're putting these videos out
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: like they're fucking have you seen this man posters? Please
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: just tell us anything about this. It's like, come on,
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: sixteen intelligence agencies and none of you know anything about this.
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, right, a million pilots in the sky every day,
- 1:04:54Speaker 3: just in the United States and nobody saw it either.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: And there's we did a couple episodes about them. There
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: were those see I files that they had to release
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: because of one of Trump's COVID bills, which is still
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: such a weird detail to me, but it really, like,
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: very early on, this was the concern with a lot
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: of people was no, no, no, no, no, this isn't UFOs,
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: this isn't aliens. This is the fucking CIA figuring out
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: how they can use weird technology to influence a whole
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: bunch of people.
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: At once and correct me if I'm wrong. But also
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: in those files, wasn't there a narrative that is that
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: CIA and intelligence community realized that they could use those
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: UFO narratives at the time to distract people from technology,
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: like they they instituted that as actual actuable espionage and
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: activity to be like, oh, well, we'll just get people
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: to think it's UFOs and you know, then they won't
- 1:05:49Speaker 3: look at what we're doing. And it's like that was
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: the plan.
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it seemed to be that the first thought was
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: what are these things? Is this other government fucking with us?
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: And then The very next thought was can we use
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: this to fuck with other governments?
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: Right? Right and back then especially? Can you imagine it's like, oh,
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: let's let's really get stalin up in a little uproar.
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:06:14Speaker 3: I mean, at the end of the day, it's so
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: all this shit is so fucking petty, like, way pettier
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: than I think any of us want to admit, because
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: they're just like, oh, the prestige of office and the
- 1:06:24Speaker 3: beauty of you know, these this higher you know, fetish
- 1:06:28Speaker 3: sizing of power and wealth that some people have where
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: it's just like, oh, they're successful and rich, they must
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: be amazing. Where it's like or they're just petty pieces
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: of shit who are holding on to their power and
- 1:06:37Speaker 3: wealth by any means necessary. Yeah, And and that means
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: you're just a line item on a budget to them
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: when it comes to how much money they can make.
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: Are not based on your life?
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: Yeah. Have you ever been to Roswell?
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: I have not. I've been in New Mexico, but I've
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: never been to Roswell.
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: Here's the thing disappointing, that's great disappointing. For one thing,
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: the museum closes at like five no shit, Okay, and
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: it's very very small because it's based on the one
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: incident that happened way back when and uh, the only
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: bar in town, Buffalo Wild Wings.
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: That's a maybe. So it's a watch.
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you could do works for sure, Yeah,
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: shout out wings. Yeah yeah, I think I felt felt
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: safer in a Buffalo Wild Wings in Roswell than I
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: would have at like a dive bar with really good
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: wings with a bunch of angry locals that hate tourists. Granted,
- 1:07:30Speaker 2: there was still a fight at the Buffalo Wild Wing,
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: but of course there was. It was just the classic
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: Eagles cowboys conflict flaring up.
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: I've only I've been to like some meteor sites, you know,
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: so like oh yeah, the one in Arizona, wintl Arizona
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: and things like that, but never like never extraterrestrial UFO
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: related sites, just like more more geological things, which I
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: always fine fascinating because like, yeah, that's a big asshole
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: that must the fuck this planet up. Yeah, yeah, have
- 1:08:05Speaker 3: anything about yeah, maybe maybe imagine that happening again, just
- 1:08:09Speaker 3: like okay, well turn the lights off by everybody.
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: Have you heard anything about this notion that if this
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: technology exists and the government's been holding on to it.
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: What we need to do is put an amnesty program
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: in place so all the people who've been lying about
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: it and killing people through global warming can finally come
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: out and admit that this technology is real and we
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: all live happily ever after because I say, we eat
- 1:08:39Speaker 2: those people once. Yeah, we find out about them.
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: That's what the guillotine is for. Yeah, literally admitted for
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: those people like this. Did you ever watch Letter Kenny? No,
- 1:08:50Speaker 3: there's a there's a great episode season five called hard
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: Right Jay and j Bershell plays this just mag At
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: douchebag who like comes to town because the local middle
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: school soccer name is getting changed from the Chiefs to
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: something else. So he's like making a big deal about
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: it with this, you know, Teeki towards Friends and a
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: contingent of the shows, like main characters are the Indians
- 1:09:13Speaker 3: from the Res, and so when they go out to
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: the soccer field to protest, they're like, hey, we're here
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: to protest this. What about tradition and blah blah blah,
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: And it is back and forth and back and forth
- 1:09:23Speaker 3: with you know, sort of like the leader of the
- 1:09:25Speaker 3: people from the Res and at one point he's like, hey,
- 1:09:27Speaker 3: you know, you know, we may be right wing, but
- 1:09:30Speaker 3: we don't practice violence. And the woman from the res
- 1:09:33Speaker 3: is like we do, and then proceed to kick all
- 1:09:36Speaker 3: their asses. And that's It's the sort of thing where
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: it's like, you know, not a proponent of violence, but
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: in you know, we didn't beat the Nazis by going
- 1:09:45Speaker 3: over and get them hugs. We beat the Nazis by
- 1:09:48Speaker 3: nuking Germany, by new king Japan and turning Germany into
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: ash and then letting the Soviets rape their women for
- 1:09:53Speaker 3: four fucking years. It wasn't like, oh, well, I'm sure
- 1:09:58Speaker 3: Hitler will see the way of you know, to do
- 1:10:00Speaker 3: the right thing, like Charles Lindberg thought to his own demise.
- 1:10:04Speaker 3: But it's you know, like sometimes you gotta fucking put
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: somebody's stick in the dirt. Yeah, and you know, and
- 1:10:09Speaker 3: that's sadly where I think this country's going again. Uh,
- 1:10:14Speaker 3: not to get too off the tracks, but sometimes it's
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: gotta put some people sticks in the dirt to really
- 1:10:18Speaker 3: get them to change their fucking mind.
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that is true. So I think that's our episode, right,
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: we did it.
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: Yeah, Yeah, that was a lot of fun that I
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: really appreciate talking about this wonderful UAP. Did I get
- 1:10:31Speaker 3: that right up? Yeah?
- 1:10:35Speaker 2: These these aliens in there, I don't want to get
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: just canceled for calling them out of their name. They
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: are UAPs now.
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: Uh UAPs, which again it does not imply extra terrestrial.
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: No, No, just means we don't know what that plane is.
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: You know that plane that's also dipping into the water.
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: Yeah, well, it's probably for the new James Bond movie. Right.
- 1:10:55Speaker 3: I'm sure they're gonna have some crazy technology for that.
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: You know, they got a one up Scena Royale.
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, this is all just movie promo. It's for
- 1:11:02Speaker 2: the next next Cloverfield movie.
- 1:11:04Speaker 3: Actually it's actually just Tom Cruise working on Mission Impossible
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: at nineteen.
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: Yeah, using time travel.
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: You're crazy? Oh man, No, this was a lot of fun.
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: I appreciate the invitation.
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you for doing it. I appreciate it. Uh,
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: what have we got to plug before we get out
