Pennsylvania Sets AI Data Center Rules | Dayton News
Governor Josh Shapiro just slapped Pennsylvania with the nation’s strictest AI data center rules — called GRID Standards — to protect homeowners, boost clean energy, and give communities control. Developers must foot their own power bills, use mostly renewable or advanced nuclear energy, and can’t overload the grid — they’re the first to get shut down, not homes.
