- Sarahn Says: Hello, beautiful people. Today is May the 6th, and today's calendar challenge is work on a puzzle. I love puzzles. So when it was time to design this calendar and to think about what things I would want to do during a month where I am embracing play, of course I had to put a puzzle on there. I love puzzles. I love how they forcing me to be present and patient. I love how I feel like I'm with the problem and with the solution at the same time. I love the physiological satisfaction that comes with my fingertips click a piece right into the place where it's supposed to be. And my brain gets this boost, this boost of energy and my body feels joy in that simple moment, just knowing that I am one step. closer, no matter how small the step, I'm one step closer to completing the goal, to finishing the picture. So today I want you to work on a puzzle and play with the puzzle. Have fun. fun with it. It can be a riddle. It can be a crossword puzzle. It can be a problem that you're solving. It doesn't have to be a literal physical puzzle like I'll be doing today. Maybe a 500 piece, maybe a thousand piece. We'll see, we'll see. But it doesn't have to be that kind of a puzzle. It can be any kind of puzzle. Whatever it is that reminds you to embrace, play, and edify your joy. Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
