Man Burns Own Gas Theft Attempt | Lexington News
A 40-year-old man, Michael Parker, was arrested after allegedly setting fire to a car he tried to steal gas from—igniting a blaze that spread to a nearby home where four people slept. Thankfully, everyone escaped unharmed thanks to quick action by firefighters. Parker, who suffered severe burns while fleeing the flames, confessed to starting the fire and was apprehended at a hotel days later.
