- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are our last break of
- 0:02Speaker 1: the day. And Tommy, before we get out of here,
- 0:05Speaker 1: we got to say congratulations again on your twenty fifth anniversary,
- 0:11Speaker 1: Tommy and Jackie. Yes, what's the secret, Tommy? I know
- 0:15Speaker 1: everybody asked you that twenty five.
- 0:17Speaker 2: I had to learn to be quiet. I had to
- 0:19Speaker 2: learn to be a right kick and choose what you
- 0:23Speaker 2: don't like and what you do like. Yes, learn how
- 0:26Speaker 2: to help her get dressed and put her clothes on.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Quit white your head. You're going there.
- 0:32Speaker 1: I'm stupid.
- 0:34Speaker 3: So the next time when you say you learn to
- 0:37Speaker 3: be quiet, we're gonna bring that up on the show sometimes.
- 0:43Speaker 1: All right, see take us on out.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Hey, y'all my clothes remarks today, it's kind of all
- 0:52Speaker 3: I don't know, it's a little bit to do with them. Well,
- 0:57Speaker 3: it's comedy really on all the conversation that's been going
- 1:02Speaker 3: on about these roasts. At the UFC fight the other night,
- 1:08Speaker 3: they said celebrities all over the house. And the guy
- 1:13Speaker 3: uh that did the joke about the George Floyd joke,
- 1:17Speaker 3: I keep forgetting his name, Tony Hedgecliff, he was there.
- 1:23Speaker 3: You know. It's just you know, I'm starting to see
- 1:26Speaker 3: a tree in here. And I want to bring this
- 1:29Speaker 3: to everybody's attention, especially comedians. We gotta start checking things, man,
- 1:36Speaker 3: We gotta start letting people know that no, man, you
- 1:40Speaker 3: off limits. That subject is off limits. You out of bounce.
- 1:44Speaker 3: That ain't funny. Because see, the more and more they
- 1:47Speaker 3: get comfortable with laughing at it or being allowed to
- 1:51Speaker 3: joke about it, it's gonna turn more and more serious.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Because these are just jokes that they tell at they
- 1:57Speaker 3: country clubs and they little cards show and the poker tables.
- 2:01Speaker 3: These are the same jokes that they tell amongst each other.
- 2:04Speaker 3: But if we give them permission to go out front
- 2:08Speaker 3: and tell these types of jokes about our culture, about lynching,
- 2:14Speaker 3: jokes about police killing us, and it's funny to them,
- 2:18Speaker 3: no man, it's not. It's off limits. And I'm gonna
- 2:23Speaker 3: tell you something, Man, we strong enough in comedy to
- 2:26Speaker 3: do that. I'm gonna tell you that right now. Because
- 2:30Speaker 3: the baddest boys in comedy anah, they happen to have
- 2:33Speaker 3: this huge skin on them. They really do. Now that's
- 2:37Speaker 3: some bad there's some bad white boys out there, man,
- 2:39Speaker 3: to tell great jokes that sell out arenas they killing
- 2:42Speaker 3: the game. I'm not saying it's not. But it's enough
- 2:44Speaker 3: of us, enough of us who have a voice that
- 2:47Speaker 3: understands what comedy is to say something we can't allow
- 2:52Speaker 3: them to he he ha ha. And then because we
- 2:55Speaker 3: battling that and we battling ourselves, we got the Jason
- 2:58Speaker 3: Whitlocks of the world who finds something wrong with everything
- 3:03Speaker 3: we do. And he speaks on behalf of the conservative
- 3:08Speaker 3: culture like he just like he all right with them. Man,
- 3:13Speaker 3: they don't care about you either. What's wrong with you?
- 3:16Speaker 3: Jason Widlock makes statements after statement after statement. You know,
- 3:20Speaker 3: I made a statement the other day on the radio.
- 3:22Speaker 3: I was talking about the young brother in Texas that
- 3:25Speaker 3: got sentenced to thirty five years and how horrible it was.
- 3:30Speaker 3: But I did some more research on this, and I
- 3:32Speaker 3: was talking about I was just trying to employ young
- 3:34Speaker 3: people to stop making sure you have stuff that has
- 3:38Speaker 3: violence as a response, you know, walk away all this here.
- 3:43Speaker 3: But the more and more I started studying this kid's case, Man,
- 3:47Speaker 3: a lot more to it than this. You know, the
- 3:50Speaker 3: prosecutor was friends with the judge who's friends with the
- 3:54Speaker 3: family of the boy, and his juror Peers was not
- 4:01Speaker 3: a Jew of his peers at all. It was twelve
- 4:03Speaker 3: white people that passed judgment on this dude. They man,
- 4:09Speaker 3: they should have moved the trial so he could get
- 4:11Speaker 3: a fair trial. But the judge was friends with the
- 4:14Speaker 3: family or something like that, and the prosecutor was friends
- 4:17Speaker 3: with all of them. This young boy's going off. And
- 4:21Speaker 3: the more and more I heard about this story, the
- 4:25Speaker 3: more and more self defense it appeared to be. And
- 4:28Speaker 3: all of a sudden, I'm looking at this story like
- 4:30Speaker 3: this is crazy. And then I looked at Attorney Crump's page,
- 4:33Speaker 3: and I started learning more and more about this man.
- 4:36Speaker 3: And the injustices of this country just keeps on happened
- 4:39Speaker 3: to us, and its shaded to one side in this
- 4:42Speaker 3: judicial system like it's always been. And now this young boy,
- 4:48Speaker 3: they talking thirty five years when he was defending himself,
- 4:53Speaker 3: ain't no standoe ground law, ain't no self defense. No,
- 4:57Speaker 3: because you're a black boy that killed a white boy.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Now listen to me. The death of that little white
- 5:05Speaker 3: of the kid, the white kid was so unnecessary. It
- 5:09Speaker 3: was so unnecessary. But the doing what they did to
- 5:13Speaker 3: this black kid was so unnecessary too, and it resulted
- 5:17Speaker 3: him called himself defending himself. And now guess what. It
- 5:21Speaker 3: then cost him thirty five years of his life. But
- 5:24Speaker 3: it cost this other boy his life. See mine, young
- 5:29Speaker 3: black people, I got a mintor in camp coming up here,
- 5:32Speaker 3: and and and and they'll be at my ranch on Wednesday.
- 5:35Speaker 3: I got two hundred and fifty black dudes. There's a
- 5:38Speaker 3: camp up the street from me, about forty five minutes
- 5:40Speaker 3: away called Camp Grace, run by a great man named
- 5:44Speaker 3: Dave Piedmont, and he was convincing me, Steve, you need
- 5:47Speaker 3: to put more of a religious component to your to
- 5:50Speaker 3: your ranch. I'm in the saving soul business, I said,
- 5:54Speaker 3: Dave Piedmont. I appreciate you so much. I'll send them
- 5:57Speaker 3: down there, I said, But see you and the soul's
- 6:00Speaker 3: saving business. I'm in the life saving business. I'm trying
- 6:03Speaker 3: to get these young brothers man to think a different
- 6:06Speaker 3: way man, so they could stop using the options that's
- 6:09Speaker 3: facing them right now in conflict resolution. I'm trying to
- 6:13Speaker 3: keep them out of jail, out of prisons so they
- 6:15Speaker 3: can go to church and get saved. So you can
- 6:17Speaker 3: be in the soul saving business. I'm in the life
- 6:20Speaker 3: saving business. I got two hundred fifty boys coming down
- 6:22Speaker 3: here that I'm gonna be begging them to look at
- 6:24Speaker 3: these things that's happening to Once you get in that
- 6:27Speaker 3: judicial system, this is what they do to you. And
- 6:30Speaker 3: now I got another example, and that's sad. That's sad. Y'all,
- 6:35Speaker 3: have a great day today. Talk to God, he loved
- 6:37Speaker 3: to hear from me.
