IEM Cologne Major Community Broadcast Guidelines
These guidelines apply strictly to non-commercial community streamers and do not cover commercial Media Rights holders or specifically approved co-streamers. Failure to follow these rules may result in infringement action against your channel. We welcome community content creators in all languages. These community broadcast guidelines are set in place to act as a guide on how to engage in non-commercial streaming via CSTV Playcast (the in-game match viewer).
