Brady Ebert, former Turnstile guitarist, faces life in prison after allegedly driving into William Yates, father of band’s lead singer, during a heated argument in April — leaving Yates with a broken leg and multiple surgeries. Ebert, who was with the band for over a decade before departing in 2022, is now in custody with no contact made after the crash. The band previously cited a “consistent pattern of harmful behavior” as reason for his exit. His trial begins October 5th, with pre-trial and motion hearings set for September.
