- 0:04$30 silver, We're going to talk about that right off the bat,
- 0:08but is the dollar going to zero? We're going to hear what a
- 0:12billionaire is telling us. And he's warning, I think it's
- 0:16sometime in the next 10 years that the dollar could go to 0.
- 0:19Again, this is a billionaire. We're also going to talk with
- 0:24our good friend Oren the silver Hermit, who's going to tell us
- 0:27all about the new silver squeeze and what it could mean for the
- 0:33world. There's some big, big news
- 0:35embedded in what he's going to share with us today.
- 0:38But first let's jump over. Let's just start talking right
- 0:41off the bat about who is telling us that we could be in for $30
- 0:46silver. This comes from our friend Niels
- 0:48Christensen over at Kitco. The silver market is
- 0:52undersupplied, which will drive prices above $30, yada, yada,
- 0:58yada. We've heard that all the time.
- 1:00But who's saying this now? A&Z, which stands for, I believe
- 1:04Australia, New Zealand Bank. I know it's an Australian, New
- 1:08Zealand bank. Let's just go through a couple
- 1:10of the key points. OK, volatility is picked up in
- 1:14the precious metals market. Yes, we know that.
- 1:17But one new trend is emerging as the silver market wakes up and
- 1:22starts to outperform gold. In a report published Monday,
- 1:27commodity analyst at A&Z said that silver has significant
- 1:31potential, even after hitting solid resistance at 2990 on
- 1:36Friday. Do you remember Friday?
- 1:38I remember Friday. Wow, it seemed like we were
- 1:41heading off into the stratosphere with the silver
- 1:44price only to be beat down by those nasty manipulators at the
- 1:49Comex in the LBMA. Hey, if nothing else, when they
- 1:52beat it down we can always blame it on manipulation.
- 1:56But let's talk about why they're so interested about and about
- 2:01silver, because it says along. Let's highlight this for you so
- 2:05you can follow along along with this role as a monetary metal.
- 2:09Hines said that he expects silver to outperform gold as an
- 2:16industrial as industrial demand picks up and supply remains
- 2:21constrained, quote slower mine production growth.
- 2:25And we know that's the case guys.
- 2:27There is very little silver coming online in the next 10
- 2:30years and very little in the pipeline in regards to
- 2:35exploration and development. And strong industrial demand
- 2:40suggests supply is lagging demand.
- 2:43What does that mean? This will keep the market in a
- 2:46structural deficit, an upturn in the electronic cycle and
- 2:50potential demand growth from the solar sector potential.
- 2:54Have you seen all this big news out the last few days?
- 2:57People tearing apart the latest data from the Silver Institute?
- 3:03Guys, there is a massive, massive demand coming through
- 3:06right now for silver from the solar sector.
- 3:10Why do you think India imported 70 million oz back in February?
- 3:16OK, anyway, demand growth from the solar sector bodes well for
- 3:20for silver's industrial consumption, the ANZ analyst
- 3:23wrote. And under an undersupplied
- 3:26market, leaves room for further withdrawal of above ground
- 3:30inventories with the London Million Market Association.
- 3:34Yeah, Guy, That's what's been going on for the last, what,
- 3:38four years, Like 500 million ounces of silver have been
- 3:42withdrawn. The demand for silver has way
- 3:45outstripped supply. This has been going on for
- 3:48several years now and I'm hearing numbers as high as 400
- 3:51million to 500 million oz have been sucked out of the above
- 3:57ground inventories and that can't last forever.
- 4:00Nobody knows for sure. Anyone who tells you exactly how
- 4:03much above ground supply there is is lying to you.
- 4:06But we do know one thing for sure, it's not limit, it's not
- 4:10limitless right. It's finite.
- 4:13Think about that, there is an above ground stockpile of
- 4:17silver. It has been being drawn upon for
- 4:20the last two or three years. That we know is a fact.
- 4:24We don't know exactly how much there is, but we know that it's
- 4:27shrinking and we know that the rate of shrinkage is only
- 4:31anticipated to increase multi year low stocks along with
- 4:35negative market balance warrant higher silver prices.
- 4:40OK. So thank you to our good friend
- 4:44Neils over at Kitco for that enlightening article about
- 4:47silver. Once again, more and more
- 4:50evidence that the amount of silver, right, the demand for
- 4:53silver is going to far outweigh supply and we're in for some
- 4:57good times. I see our friend Oren is now in
- 5:00the studio. So we're going to get to him in
- 5:02just one minute. Remember guys, we're going to
- 5:04talk about The Silver Squeeze, and Oren has some really cool
- 5:08insights he wants to share with us.
- 5:10This guy, in my opinion, is one of the top notch emerging Silver
- 5:16analyst out there. But first, let's have some fun.
- 5:19You know something's wrong with the education system.
- 5:22They aren't teaching these kids about real money, right?
- 5:25They teach them about dollars, paper money, Unicorn.
- 5:29You don't know what, Dust and whatever.
- 5:30So look, I have a new computer I'm using today.
- 5:33I'm trying to use some new technology.
- 5:35I'm going to do my best here to play.
- 5:37This is hilarious, but but embedded within this and Susie's
- 5:43going to let me know if you can hear it.
- 5:44Embedded within this is a very, very powerful story that has
- 5:51everything to do with Silver. So I'm going to hit play and
- 5:54hopefully run watch this twice because I'm not going to be able
- 5:57to talk. I'll be laughing so hard.
- 6:15Watch it one more time. I don't hear it.
- 6:23OK, All right. Well, OK, guys, sorry about
- 6:29that. What the little kid said is
- 6:31Jaden has $1.00 bill, 1/4 and two pennies.
- 6:34How much money does Jaden have? And the kid says Jaden doesn't
- 6:37have any money. He's broke.
- 6:40So here's a dollar bill, here's a quarter.
- 6:43OK And here's 2 pennies right here.
- 6:46Paper money, right. And some change.
- 6:49What we need to teach that little guy is this, if this if
- 6:53your quarter that Jayden has is a 1958 quarter like this one,
- 6:59which was given to me by my good friend the Silvershire, right at
- 7:03at the current rate there's there's .715 ounces of silver in
- 7:08each $1.00 of change 1964 and earlier, all right.
- 7:14That's about $20 worth of silver.
- 7:16That means we got to tell that little guy this quarter, if my
- 7:20math is correct, is worth about $5.00.
- 7:23So I'm sorry you couldn't hear the audio.
- 7:26I'm still trying to figure all this out.
- 7:27But really a funny. I'll try to put a link to that
- 7:30in the in the notes to the show. Hey, we've got Oren joining us
- 7:34right now. We're going to bring him on.
- 7:36Hopefully I'll be able to hear him hold on.
- 7:39His mic is unmuted and I'm going to add him to the stage.
- 7:44Oren Hello. How do you do?
- 7:46Good. How do you do?
- 7:48I'm fine, thank you. What?
- 7:50What do you think of that little?
- 7:51I don't know if you saw that little story, that little guy
- 7:54we're trying to teach him, if he had.
- 7:56A Yeah, he's right. He understands money.
- 8:01We're trying to teach him. So Oren is from the YouTube
- 8:04channel The Silver Hermit, and he's got a great story.
- 8:09He wants to share with us today about The Silver Squeeze and and
- 8:13what it could mean for the world.
- 8:16Right. There's a lot, a lot going on in
- 8:18the world right now. And Oren, welcome to the
- 8:21Basement. Thanks for being here.
- 8:23What do you got for us today as? Always.
- 8:26So I I made a video, my a new video, which talks about the
- 8:32idea of a silver squeeze. But you know, usually when we
- 8:35talk about the silver squeeze and people participating in a
- 8:38silver squeeze and they're thinking about their own
- 8:42financial situation and how they can benefit from the the price
- 8:46of silver rising. And what I wanted to do is to
- 8:50show people that by squeezing the price of silver and turning
- 8:54it into money again re monetizing it, they can actually
- 8:59save the world. They can actually fix a lot of
- 9:02the problems that we're suffering from today and and
- 9:06today with you, I want to focus specifically on, on the
- 9:10possibility that a a silver can can prevent war and actually
- 9:17lead to World Peace. Now I know, I know it sounds far
- 9:22fetched. I know it sounds, you know, very
- 9:25optimistic, but I'm telling you it can be done and there's
- 9:30there's logic behind it. It's not completely crazy.
- 9:34No and and and or and I want to throw in it's not completely
- 9:37crazy and you aren't the only person who in the last month or
- 9:41so has mentioned to me and I've read it also that that if you
- 9:46back money with with with gold and silver there's there's
- 9:51history has shown us that the amount of water that goes on
- 9:56goes down dramatically. So I'll I'll give you the the
- 9:59the stage is yours, Oren. OK, so let's think a bit about
- 10:04the current monetary system that we have today.
- 10:07The Fiat monetary system deals with elastic money.
- 10:12What does it mean that it's elastic?
- 10:13It means that the money supply can expand to whatever size the
- 10:19government wants or whatever. Like if there is a customer, if
- 10:25there's a bank that wants to give loans, they can give loans
- 10:28to any extent. There's no limit on the amount
- 10:31of of of credit that can be created and the amount of of
- 10:36money that can be generated in the system.
- 10:40And that's as opposed to a sound money system which is based on
- 10:46gold or silver or both, which puts a limit on the amount of
- 10:51credit that can be generated. That's that's called an
- 10:54inelastic monetary system. And of course in a Fiat monetary
- 11:00system, the government can pretty much spend as much as it
- 11:04wants. All it needs to do is just
- 11:09borrow money and and if the public doesn't want to buy its
- 11:14its its bonds, then the central bank can do that.
- 11:18And by by buying government bonds and monetizing them.
- 11:25It's monetizing the debt and it's creating, of course,
- 11:28inflation. So the public needs to pay for
- 11:31those deficits. But theoretically the government
- 11:35can spend all that it wants. And I argue that among other
- 11:39thing, it also promotes war because.
- 11:43So, so let me let me, I'm going to interject and ask you a
- 11:46question so if this is clear for our viewer as well.
- 11:50So if if the system is backed by silver and gold, if if the
- 11:54government wants more money to let's say go to war, they need
- 11:58to get more silver and gold to pay for it correct.
- 12:01Whereas. Under a sound monetary system,
- 12:05yeah. Well, the government needs money
- 12:09in order to pay for the war, and money is silver, and if there
- 12:13isn't enough silver or gold, depends on your system, then it
- 12:17can't go to war. There's a limit on the amount
- 12:19that it can spend. Now, of course, the government
- 12:23has a budget, right? So it can decide, OK, so for
- 12:29instance, I'm going to, I want to go to war, so I'm going to
- 12:31cut entitlements in order to fund a bigger army or fancy
- 12:37weapons. But then you get an outcry from
- 12:42the people because their entitlements are cut.
- 12:45Right now we have what we call guns and butter, the ability of
- 12:50the government to go to war and still go on paying people their
- 12:55entitlements. Yeah, so, so, so I wanna, I
- 12:58wanna interject here, 'cause that's a great, I never thought
- 13:00about that. That's a great point.
- 13:01If we were on a sound money system right now in the United
- 13:04States, wanted to go off on a wire, let's say in Afghanistan
- 13:08or the Middle East or Europe or wherever, they would have to go
- 13:12to the American public and say sorry, we're cutting your Social
- 13:16Security and think about what the reaction to that would be.
- 13:20People would go crazy and you don't want to go to war.
- 13:23Suddenly Americans would become anti war.
- 13:26Yes. Suddenly it's it's going to
- 13:28become a very hot topic political topic and and suddenly
- 13:34politicians are constantly being being will be asked what are you
- 13:39doing in order to prevent war so that we we have more resources
- 13:43to invest here at home. Yeah.
- 13:45And and and the point is that under a sound monetary system,
- 13:53the government has to balance its budget.
- 13:55Otherwise all its gold or silver reserves simply flow out, flow
- 14:00out of the country and eventually ends up without any
- 14:04gold or silver. And it can't operate at all.
- 14:06So there's like this limit on the amount that it can, that it
- 14:11can spend and specifically also on war.
- 14:13So I'm saying that if we can squeeze silver and I'm arguing
- 14:18that by squeezing silver we can actually re monetize it, we can
- 14:23bring it to the point that it becomes money again.
- 14:26We can actually take away from our government the ability to
- 14:30conduct endless war. I also want to say that there's
- 14:33it's not a coincidence that the the century of Total War, the
- 14:3720th century, coincided with, you know, the era of Fiat
- 14:41currency. Yeah, yeah.
- 14:43It sure feels like since 1971 in particular.
- 14:47And I know a big part of the reason why Nixon temporarily
- 14:51took the United States off the gold standard, a big part of the
- 14:54reason for that was to to to subsidize then the Vietnam War.
- 14:59But it seems that subsequent to that, all we have seen is war
- 15:03after war after war after war. And, you know, I want to throw
- 15:06something in there because I know you're joining us from
- 15:08Israel. War, we're talking about human
- 15:12beings and human lives, right? I mean, so on the I think the
- 15:17big picture that this idea that sound money, some people may
- 15:23call it God's money, nature's money, whatever can help
- 15:26prevent, and it's been proven over time to prevent war is a
- 15:29big, big deal because gosh darn it at the end of the day we're
- 15:33talking about human lives. And if anything can be done to
- 15:37foster in an environment that's more peaceful, hey me, I I'm in
- 15:41favor of it. Yeah, so of course I, you know,
- 15:45I'm here in Israel and we are in the middle of a brutal conflict.
- 15:51I I don't want to get too much into it but but it's of course
- 15:54people understand we've been attacked by Hamas in Gaza and
- 15:59there are still people they they were taken hostage.
- 16:05There are still over 130 hostages being kept there and
- 16:10we're trying to get them and and of course you know tremendous
- 16:15amount of people were killed in that attack and no I think no
- 16:19self respecting government could tolerate such a thing.
- 16:23So this this conflict was I I I hope people understand it was
- 16:28imposed on us. We did not choose it.
- 16:31Israel has always wanted peace has has was always willing to to
- 16:36make concessions for the sake of peace.
- 16:38And you know, there are many people who are who accuse my
- 16:42country of being, you know, the culprit the the bad guy in this,
- 16:45in this situation in the Middle East.
- 16:48I'm not going to get into that discussion.
- 16:50But I do believe that if for instance we had just a few days
- 16:55ago a massive attack from Iran that luckily did not manage to
- 16:59hurt many people. There was only one casualty
- 17:02thankfully and not a lot of damage and but countries such as
- 17:10Iran, it's not just that if we manage to re monetize gold and
- 17:15silver. I don't think it's it's just
- 17:17going to be the US that that that won't be able to go to war.
- 17:20It will, it will, it will affect any every government in the
- 17:24world. It will also affect Russia.
- 17:26It will also affect China. It will also affect Iran.
- 17:29So I I think all governments in the world will have to restrict.
- 17:37There are, there are expenses on military, there are military
- 17:42expenses. And eventually I think it's
- 17:45going to result in in in a more peaceful world, let's put it
- 17:51this way. Yeah.
- 17:52And who doesn't want a more peaceful world?
- 17:54Because I mean, right now look at what's going on in the world.
- 17:57Obviously, we have the situation that you're, you're living
- 18:01through in the Middle East. We have war in Europe, right,
- 18:05with Russia in Europe right now. I mean we have a a a powder keg
- 18:10type situation, or at least that's what the American media
- 18:13is, is leading the American public to believe a powder keg
- 18:17situation with China and Taiwan. And there's and there's
- 18:21rumblings of North Korea, South Korea erupting as well.
- 18:26I mean, it's hard to point at a place on the globe where there's
- 18:29not some type of major war or geopolitical conflict and who
- 18:34needs all this, right? And I think what's what's cool,
- 18:37Oren, what's cool is you talked about it on a worldwide basis.
- 18:42There's definitely a trend right now.
- 18:45And I think the basement dwellers would agree with this.
- 18:47And I've talked to many guests who confirmed that this is
- 18:50happening that on a worldwide basis there's a big trend toward
- 18:56the re recognition of silver and gold as like the base of money.
- 19:03And is that you know is that continues to grow.
- 19:06And I think you alluded to this when you were talking is this
- 19:09base of countries that are recognizing the value of re
- 19:13recognizing the value of silver and gold that never really went
- 19:16away. But is that number grows, it
- 19:18will force by default the other countries, if they want to play
- 19:22ball right in the world economy, to either directly or indirectly
- 19:27recognize the value of silver and gold as well.
- 19:31That's an interesting point, you know because I've been following
- 19:34this space for for years and and there was always this question
- 19:39if if China doesn't want to live under the the dollar as the
- 19:43world reserve currency, why doesn't it just back its
- 19:46currency with gold And then the Chinese Yuan would would
- 19:49instantly become more powerful and and and would become
- 19:53eventually the the replace the dollar and and why didn't China
- 19:58do that or why doesn't Russia do that?
- 20:01Because there there were rumblings about Russia backing
- 20:04the the the ruble with gold and eventually that didn't happen.
- 20:07It it was only for a very short while.
- 20:10And my answer is that those governments don't want to do
- 20:13that because that would tie their hands as well.
- 20:18Yeah they they don't want only to replace the dollar.
- 20:23They they also they want to. To become the ones who issue the
- 20:28Fiat currency which is the global reserve currency.
- 20:32They they want to take the place of the United States that that
- 20:38the privilege which the United States currently has now.
- 20:41And so they always had that choice but by by taking away the
- 20:47power from the US government they would also be tying their
- 20:51own hands. So This is why I think they
- 20:52never did that. But if there's pressure from the
- 20:56market, if there's pressure from the people, now that's a whole a
- 21:01whole different thing. Like we as the people, we can
- 21:05force them to do that. We can leave them no choice.
- 21:09Now in my video, I I try to describe how I imagine the
- 21:13process of a short squeeze and you know, it's it's, it's
- 21:18unimaginable how much power average people such as us have
- 21:26when the market is tight because we can tip the scales.
- 21:30Yes, when there's very little gold and silver out there to
- 21:33buy. So our increased demand can tip
- 21:37the scales from a simple deficit into a complete shortage of
- 21:42silver across the world. And and then you know it will
- 21:48trigger a chain of events the the Comex will default, not
- 21:53really default because it can't really default.
- 21:55All it can do is force people to settle their their trades in
- 22:00cash. But that is enough because that
- 22:03is going to be an admission that there is a global shortage of
- 22:06silver. And and next I imagine large
- 22:09consumers of silver will get will panic and they'll start
- 22:13buying all all, you know, emptying every inventory, every,
- 22:18every warehouse across the world.
- 22:20Because they they're suddenly going to understand that they,
- 22:23they, they, they can't get any silver from the COMEX and that
- 22:26that there is shortage and there is danger that they won't be
- 22:29able to get it anymore. And this is what I really think
- 22:33will trigger the short squeeze, force the banks to close their
- 22:37short positions and then you're going to see this huge spike in
- 22:40the price and and the manipulation of the price of
- 22:44gold and silver will will end effectively because let.
- 22:49Let let me let me ask you a question, Oren.
- 22:51So the silver price has been pretty good lately, right?
- 22:54We're you know what, let me run out.
- 22:56I'm gonna, I'm gonna talk here and pull some things up.
- 22:58I'm gonna run out to my channel sponsor pin backs and let's get
- 23:03an update here on the silver price and gold price as live as
- 23:07we're recording. OK, so silver's at $28.41 right
- 23:12now as we're recording gold up almost 20 dollars 2382, but the
- 23:17silver price has been very strong lately.
- 23:20Obviously a few people are telling me the gold price has
- 23:24been really strong as well, but you know silver was what, $22.00
- 23:31it feels like. I don't know what 7-8 weeks ago
- 23:33from 22 to $28.00 and what excites me, what I see as a
- 23:39potential for a silver squeeze or a rapid increase in the
- 23:46silver price as measured in paper.
- 23:48US Fiat dollars could be a return of the western investors.
- 23:54That as Rick Rule says many times Rick Rule will say, you
- 23:58know silver doesn't have to be loved to skyrocket.
- 24:01It just needs to be a little less hated.
- 24:03And I want, I want to pull up a chart for us to look at here.
- 24:07Can you see that on your screen? Right now.
- 24:09OK. So that's a chart of the iShares
- 24:12Silver Trust, the SLV, we don't like the SLVETF, but it's the
- 24:16good proxy for kind of western silver investment In the red
- 24:21line is the silver price. The blue line or the blue shaded
- 24:25area is the holdings of the SLVETF.
- 24:30And you know if you look back to around the time where the silver
- 24:34squeeze happened, it had what was that about 18,000 metric
- 24:39tons, maybe 20,000 metric tons and it's darn near down to let's
- 24:45see here I can get the number for us.
- 24:47I thought it would give me that number about 13,000 right now.
- 24:51What if, what if Western investors stop hating silver so
- 24:55much, just hate it a little bit less and we start to see inflows
- 24:59into these ETSI know Andrew McGuire talks about he, you
- 25:04know, he's he's said that, you know it may not be years away
- 25:08but it could potentially be months away.
- 25:10Yes, I agree with you and this is exactly what I meant when I
- 25:14said that you and I and and the people who are listening to us,
- 25:18we can tip the scales because the market is tight.
- 25:21There is. There already is a deficit.
- 25:23There's been a deficit for a few years and above ground
- 25:27inventories are being drained and all it needs is just a
- 25:32little push for it to tumble down.
- 25:34And you know and for us to be able to squeeze silver because
- 25:38you know price they say is set at the margin, so we can be the
- 25:42margin right. We are.
- 25:45We are. Hey, basement dwellers, hold on.
- 25:47I'm going to ask everybody to do something if you want to be part
- 25:50of the margin. Oops, I can't type type margin
- 25:53in the comments. Sorry, Oren.
- 25:56So I wanted to tell everybody, look, I'm part.
- 26:00I was one of the first few guys who you know in Wall Street
- 26:05Silver community in Reddit and I'm also part of the Silver
- 26:09digit club again a forum on on on Reddit and we are you know
- 26:17the community with the headbent on squeezing silver and and we
- 26:22feel that the the the situation the conditions are right in
- 26:26order to try it again because you know in in 2022 it failed it
- 26:31was excuse me 2021 excuse me early 2021 there was there was
- 26:37an attempt and there was you know everybody just you know
- 26:43bought silver but it it wasn't enough the conditions weren't
- 26:48right apparently it was premature but now I feel that
- 26:54you know sometime has has gone by the deficit is is getting
- 26:59worse more more and more people are noticing it we the price has
- 27:03broken out as far as I'm concerned according to my
- 27:06analysis the the the trigger was 24.5 and I was and I was
- 27:11following that that level because according to my
- 27:14technical analysis that was that was the level in which it it can
- 27:17really take off and and he did this is exactly what happened.
- 27:21So look, we have the momentum right now.
- 27:24We can, I feel it's my opinion that we can do it.
- 27:28So of course it's it's not financial advice, but I think
- 27:33that that your listeners can can help, they can join and and we
- 27:38if we all do it together then we can not only take care of
- 27:44ourselves financially but perhaps make the world a better
- 27:47place. And you know, on my video, which
- 27:51I called The Silent Revolution, really like that name because,
- 27:55you know, it happens. This revolution can happen
- 27:59without any demonstrations or protests on the street.
- 28:03And you, you don't have to run for office.
- 28:06You can do it from the privacy of your own home and participate
- 28:09in this revolution. And and I, and I, and I want to
- 28:11mention this because that you you you prompted a thought in my
- 28:15mind. The way that people can be part
- 28:18of this is obviously number one, to buy silver, #2 it and nobody
- 28:25ever talks about this, But unless you absolutely have to,
- 28:29don't sell silver. I can.
- 28:31I can look you all in the eye, including you, Oren, and all the
- 28:34600 people that are joining us right now and say I have never
- 28:38sold an ounce of silver in my. Life.
- 28:41Me either. I never sold an ounce.
- 28:43Yeah. And but I also want to bring up
- 28:46a point you talked about the previous Silver Squeeze in 2021.
- 28:50You know, if and when another squeeze type situation occurs, I
- 28:55do feel that the Silver Investing community now three
- 29:00years later is much more robust than what we they were great
- 29:04people. But it was kind of like a flash
- 29:06where a bunch of people said, Oh yeah, I want to get involved in
- 29:08this. And you know, now it feels like
- 29:10there's a a more solid, robust group of people behind the
- 29:16Silver movement. And I know the guys at Wall
- 29:19Street Silver and the Silver Desian Club and all the members
- 29:22there. I mean these are some really
- 29:23good high quality people. And and I also want to throw in
- 29:28'cause you talked about, you know, we are the margin.
- 29:31I had AI had a discussion with an executive for one of the big
- 29:35online bullying companies and he he basically said the same
- 29:38thing. He said you have to realize that
- 29:40the online retail bullion that is just like a like a a pretty
- 29:44slim little layer of the of the total silver demand, We've got
- 29:50great demand from industry. We have great demand from China.
- 29:54We have great demand for silver everywhere except with the, you
- 30:01know, there's it's been muted within the Western, the the
- 30:04United States. And I'll just call myself out,
- 30:07'cause I'm sitting right here in the middle of the country in
- 30:09Saint Louis, like my my comrades here in the United States, not,
- 30:14not the basement dwellers, right?
- 30:16We're awesome. We love our silver, we love our
- 30:18gold. But our, our neighbors are have
- 30:20yet to catch on. They're starting to.
- 30:23No doubt about it. No, I mean, they are starting to
- 30:26catch on. And we're seeing that, you know,
- 30:29obviously with the Costco thing that everybody's tired of
- 30:32hearing about, you know selling out of Silver Eagles, selling
- 30:35out of Canadian Maples. So you know, I think it's, I, I
- 30:39think it's, it's really possible and I appreciate your work and
- 30:44your thoughts on the subject. Warren.
- 30:46Yes. Well, I I can understand people
- 30:49who were demoralized by what happened last time that, you
- 30:52know, they were hoping and praying for this to happen and
- 30:55they bought a bunch of silver and it didn't happen.
- 30:58The the price went back down the the the the banks were able to
- 31:02tamp it down. The CFTC look the other way.
- 31:06You know, you know the whole story but you know it's going to
- 31:12happen eventually and and if not now, then when?
- 31:16If not now, when we are on the brink of, God forbid, World War
- 31:213. Then when we have to give it
- 31:23another chance, we have to give it another chance.
- 31:26I feel, I feel in my bones that now is the time.
- 31:30I hope that I'm right and I'm not just misleading people, I'm
- 31:33just telling you what I truly believe.
- 31:35Yeah, yeah, let's run out. I'm going to put you on the spot
- 31:38about something too, Oren, but I want to show everybody your
- 31:40channel. Here it is, guys, on YouTube,
- 31:42The Silver Hermit. And here is an interview he did
- 31:49with. I just called him the King from
- 31:51the Silver Dijon Club and Wall Street Silver.
- 31:55But I want to ask you a question about it and a video you just
- 31:59put out says both. Exciting.
- 32:03Oh, darn it. Both exciting and frightening.
- 32:06Can you give us a a, you know, an elevator pitch on what this
- 32:09video is about? That's that's just a discussion
- 32:12that I had with another guest of yours the Mountain Bullying
- 32:16Entertainment we had We had an interview when when the price
- 32:21just broke out and I took a few bits of that interview and I
- 32:26compiled it into into a video which speaks about what the
- 32:31meaning the significance of this breakout in the price of gold
- 32:35and silver. And also there's a few tips
- 32:37there about how you should treat the whole thing and if you
- 32:42should sell, when you should sell and how you should view the
- 32:45whole thing. Also a bit of our prospects to
- 32:47the future, how high the price can can go the the go to silver
- 32:51ratio we we talk about its history.
- 32:54So there's a lot of interesting interesting things there in this
- 32:58video. Well then I have a question for
- 33:01you, Oren. I'm gonna put you on the spot
- 33:03again. When should I sell my silver or
- 33:06how should I sell my silver? I'm not asking for, I'm not
- 33:09asking you for financial advice, but but sure to hear your input.
- 33:13The answer is that there is no specific price in which you need
- 33:17to sell. Why?
- 33:19Because you you. As I explained in that video,
- 33:23there is no boundary on the price of gold and silver because
- 33:27of course the more the more inflation you have the higher
- 33:31the price can go. So and and if God forbid we
- 33:36reach this situation called a hyperinflation, then the price
- 33:40can really, you know, it can really jump in leaps and bounds
- 33:46and and what people should do there is a set of indicators
- 33:51that they should fall. Perhaps I'm going to do a video
- 33:53about that. They need to compare the price
- 33:57of gold and silver to other commodities.
- 34:00For instance, compare it to the the average price of a of a home
- 34:05or to the price of oil. And of course have a look at the
- 34:08gold to silver ratio. There is a set of indicators
- 34:12that would tell us if the silver is becoming overpriced.
- 34:18And then perhaps you need to think about converting your
- 34:22silver, preferably not to Fiat money, right?
- 34:25Preferably to some tangible some real assets such as real estate
- 34:32such, or perhaps convert some of your silver to gold.
- 34:35We can discuss this at length but the the point is that you
- 34:40need to be aware of what is going in the entire economy in
- 34:43in the in the commodity complex in order to tell it's it's not a
- 34:48straightforward answer and and just because for instance if you
- 34:51see the price of of of silver going to $100 doesn't
- 34:54necessarily mean that you need to sell it because perhaps it's
- 34:58on its way to 1000. And of course it depends on the
- 35:01situation, it depends on the conditions in the market.
- 35:05So I I I'm hoping among other things to to teach people how to
- 35:10how to that do that, how to gauge what is going on around
- 35:14them. But but I can tell you that
- 35:16we're very, very far from from that point and it could take
- 35:21years, years before we we get to that point.
- 35:24Right now still the price of silver in my view is very cheap,
- 35:28still very, very cheap. Still we we haven't even
- 35:32crossed, we haven't even crossed the the, the, the 2020 high,
- 35:37right, not not to mention the 19, the the 2011 high and the
- 35:431980 high. Come on we haven't even set a
- 35:47new all time high for the price of silver.
- 35:49So we have a long long, long long way to go.
- 35:52We we could be sitting here in two or three years or perhaps
- 35:56even five years and and still be talking about when the price of
- 36:00silver becomes too expensive and I.
- 36:05Mean. Into a you know, a full-fledged
- 36:09bull market, of course. Five years from now, right?
- 36:11We'll be five years older and five years more handsome.
- 36:15But I can just imagine you and I sitting here now.
- 36:18I I can imagine you five years from now or?
- 36:21I'll tell you one thing, we're going to have a lot more
- 36:23viewers. That's that's for sure.
- 36:26We're going to have a lot more viewers because because the
- 36:29public is going to, you know, the moment the price moves.
- 36:32Yeah, I got something interesting.
- 36:33I'm going to show everybody in one second in regards to what
- 36:36you just said. But I but I can just envision 5
- 36:39years from now, of course, right?
- 36:41We'll be five years wiser, a lot more viewers, all that good
- 36:44stuff. But I can just hear you saying,
- 36:46guys, silver at $300.00 an ounce is still cheap.
- 36:50You know it could. Be It could very well be a lot
- 36:53of people. A lot of people can't grasp that
- 36:56concept and they, you know, they're like.
- 36:58Oh, I want to tell you something now.
- 37:01Now I remember when I first heard about silver and the year
- 37:04was something like 2000 and and 10 perhaps or 2009.
- 37:10And I first heard, I saw this video on YouTube of a guy saying
- 37:14that he thinks that one day the price of of silver is going to
- 37:17go to $1000. And I was laughing, what is this
- 37:20guy's crazy and and it it it, it amazes me that nowadays I'm the
- 37:26one who's saying that the silver could go to quadruple digits.
- 37:31Of course, with enough inflation it can go to $1000 or over
- 37:36$1000. I got, I got a guy right here, a
- 37:39billionaire. Now he made his billions on
- 37:41Bitcoin, but his name is, where's his name here?
- 37:44Tim Draper. He says sometime in the next
- 37:47seven years, this is a billionaire.
- 37:49I think that we will have a cataclysmic event, he said.
- 37:55Quote I hope everybody who's watching this is trying to at
- 37:58least have some. And then he says the B word,
- 38:01'cause he's a but you I I'll substitute silver or gold in
- 38:05there so that they can feed their family during the time
- 38:08when the dollar goes to zero. OK, now I'm not calling.
- 38:11I'm trying to scare everybody. The Sky's falling.
- 38:13You know, I'm not one of these. The dollar is going to go to
- 38:16zero in the next year or seven years.
- 38:17But this is a billionaire kind of saying that it could.
- 38:21So if the. Dollar all I'm saying look I I
- 38:23can't guarantee anything to anyone but I I can't tell people
- 38:27I'm only asking people to keep an open mind about this
- 38:31possibility and and to have that that some somewhere in the back
- 38:35of their mind that we could see there is it's it's the the the
- 38:39the the probability is bigger than 0 the the dollar will
- 38:43collapse. Talk to the people in Venezuela.
- 38:46Talk to the people that live in Argentina.
- 38:49Ask nothing. How how high the how high the
- 38:52look. It there's a huge difference
- 38:54between a local currency collapsing and the global
- 38:57reserve currency collapsing. It's not the same thing.
- 39:00There are mechanisms which are enforcing which are which are
- 39:04giving strength to the dollar due to a foreign demand.
- 39:08OK. The the question is when do
- 39:11these mechanisms stop or start working in reverse and when do
- 39:16all these dollars come back home?
- 39:18As you say all the chickens come home to roost.
- 39:23Right now we only have regular inflation, we don't have a
- 39:28hyperinflation. But I'm trying to get people
- 39:32ready and and to educate people how to tell if they suddenly
- 39:37transition, if we suddenly transition into hyperinflation
- 39:41and what should they do in such a situation.
- 39:43Because it's very dangerous because if you do the wrong
- 39:46thing in such a situation, you can lose everything.
- 39:50Well and and it can happen quickly right, like the tables
- 39:53set the the the general you know fiscal monetary, political,
- 39:58geopolitical situation that the US dollars in right now it could
- 40:02just take. And we already have an inflation
- 40:05problem. It could just take one thing,
- 40:08right, One Financial crisis, one Black Swan could be the catalyst
- 40:13that could set off. I mean we had 20% inflation back
- 40:17in what 2022 in this country, our, our, our 71st.
- 40:22I think it was Larry Summers, 71st Treasury Secretary of the
- 40:24United States, came out recently and said the real inflation rate
- 40:28during that period wasn't 9%, it was more like 18 or 20%.
- 40:33So it's just going to take, you know, one little thing the table
- 40:36set right. I mean they could, they could
- 40:40send things spiraling. Let me put.
- 40:42It this way, Let's put it this way, that if the the our
- 40:46leaders, world leaders wanted to get the hyperinflation a global
- 40:51hyperinflation, I can't imagine what they would do differently
- 40:55than and what they're doing right now.
- 40:58All right, good point. Let me, I'm going to tell you
- 41:01what more this Draper guy who's a billionaire, right?
- 41:04Or whatever that anyway, he predicts that the US dollar will
- 41:08go the way of the Confederate dollar after the US Civil Civil
- 41:12War. Excuse me, eventually becoming,
- 41:15quote UN quote, completely worthless and triggering bank
- 41:19runs. I'm just telling you what this
- 41:20guy said. He says, quote, There will be a
- 41:22moment in time, and I don't know whether it's a day or a month or
- 41:27maybe over the course of two months or something, but I don't
- 41:30know when it will start, whether it'll be a year or five years or
- 41:33whatever, maybe even 10 years out, But it will happen very
- 41:37rapidly. Yes.
- 41:39And and I'll tell you why it's going to happen very rapidly
- 41:42because as opposed and by the way that's something that my
- 41:47friend Rafi Farber also talks about, but I I share his views
- 41:51on that other countries. When a local currency for
- 41:56instance in Venezuela or Zimbabwe collapses, then the
- 41:59locals have the US dollar or the euro to to fall back upon.
- 42:04They have there is a Fiat currency which is relatively
- 42:08stable compared to their local currency.
- 42:11So they they start transacting in dollars or start saving in
- 42:15dollars or in euros and and so the hyperinflation can can
- 42:20persist for for a long while and the government can go on, you
- 42:24know, expanding, expanding the money supply again, again,
- 42:28again. And it can, it can go on for
- 42:30years, a very excruciating process.
- 42:33But if the dollar ever collapses, then there is no
- 42:37other currency to fall back on. There is no other Fiat.
- 42:40Yeah, there is. Hold on, Oren.
- 42:42I don't agree with you, Oren. OK, there is another.
- 42:47Well, I I I do agree with you. I hope you know.
- 42:50That please don't take the SDR. No, no.
- 42:54What what? What the world can fall back on
- 42:56in that situation are silver and gold.
- 42:59Right, yes, right. I mean, it's not the Fiat
- 43:01currency. I know.
- 43:03So you're right. I'm wrong.
- 43:04You're right. But.
- 43:05The hyperinflation is very quick and and very painful and and
- 43:10very sudden and and the goal collapses and and then you go
- 43:15back to gold and silver. But The thing is that when that
- 43:19happens, it's going to be too late to get them.
- 43:21Right, right. Because because think about
- 43:24this, going back to the Silver Squeeze and I had a great
- 43:29conversation with Jordan, Roy Byrne, super smart guy, super
- 43:33smart analyst and I've heard, I've heard several other people,
- 43:36this is exciting about Silver. Think about the situation that
- 43:40we're in now or in right now, 2024.
- 43:45OK. And how different because of
- 43:47technology that a Silver Squeeze could occur or silver shortage,
- 43:52whatever you want to call it, a massive price because of two
- 43:55things. Communications happen so much
- 43:58more quickly, right? It's like when we had the
- 44:00banking crisis a year ago, people, people were able to, you
- 44:04know, learn about it and drain money out of their bank accounts
- 44:08because of technology on their phone.
- 44:10I mean, you and I right now during the course of this, this
- 44:13interview could have, you know, drained our bank accounts and
- 44:16bought monster boxes worth of silver, right?
- 44:19So now compared to 1980 when silver hit $50 per oz in $1980,
- 44:26which is the equivalent of like $160.00 an ounce today.
- 44:30But none the less, in 1980 you talk to the people that were
- 44:33alive during that that silver squeeze, I guess we could call
- 44:37it. There were lines out the door of
- 44:40the coin shops around the corner.
- 44:43Most people couldn't even get into the coin shops right to buy
- 44:46their silver. Today.
- 44:48It's waiting up and and and and news flowed much more slowly
- 44:51back then. Today we've got this instant
- 44:53communication right with the Internet and our phones.
- 44:56But even more important, all the silver out there at all these
- 45:01online bullion dealers, and we've seen this happen, can be
- 45:04drained in the matter of hours. Yeah, right.
- 45:09You know I'm I'm smiling because I was writing about this
- 45:12possibility as far back as 2013 on my articles in Hebrew.
- 45:17I was I was speculating whether due to all the advanced
- 45:21communications that we have and the ability to to trade on your
- 45:25on your cell on your cell phone that you're we're going to see
- 45:30the bubbles emerging quicker and quicker and and you know that
- 45:34the bubbles will be able to to develop and and and the and the
- 45:38collapse in the span of of hours perhaps even minutes.
- 45:43I was, I was just trying to to extrapolate what I was saying
- 45:49back then and and I think crypto is that I think this is exactly
- 45:54what we've seen in crypto. We've seen prices rising and
- 45:57falling. It's such a crazy pace with such
- 46:01a huge volatility and and yes I agree with what everything
- 46:05you've said we're living in a different era.
- 46:08People are able to buy gold, silver, everything, oil, iron,
- 46:13ore from from their from their phone.
- 46:17They can do it during the lunch break, they can do it even in
- 46:21during a transatlantic flight and and everything is connected.
- 46:26Everything is happening real time.
- 46:29Also you need to remember during the 1980s there was a huge chunk
- 46:34of the world which was behind the Iron Curtain.
- 46:37You had Russian, the Russian citizens, Chinese citizens, they
- 46:42weren't able to participate in buying gold or silver.
- 46:45It was strictly the West, specifically here in the United
- 46:51States and and now it's the entire world participating And
- 46:56and you know back in the day perhaps Western leaders could
- 47:00could call upon their citizens to to, you know, relax, sit at
- 47:04home, don't buy gold and silver. But now nobody's going to take
- 47:08that seriously because we know that people all across the world
- 47:12are doing that, doing it. So if American citizens won't do
- 47:16it, then Chinese people will do it.
- 47:18So it's going to be just just first come first, Sir.
- 47:24Yeah, it's crazy. And and we're getting reports
- 47:27now, my friend John Little. That's over the Silver Academy.
- 47:30thepickaxe.com published this great article a few days ago
- 47:34that I mean the Chinese are buying gold, both their
- 47:38government and the citizens at like unbelievable rates right
- 47:43now. But now he had some reports that
- 47:46came directly from China that that are saying that the Chinese
- 47:49media which is controlled by the Chinese government is starting
- 47:53to encourage the citizenry to buy silver as well.
- 47:57And we know over on the Shanghai Gold Exchange and the Shanghai
- 48:00Futures Exchange, the Oriental ghost on on X.
- 48:04Everyday it seems like puts out this report that shows the price
- 48:08of silver in China is like two or three dollars an ounce higher
- 48:13than what it is on the COMEX and the LBMA who's I mean you know
- 48:17these arbitrage guys are just sucking the silver out of the
- 48:20West and moving it to the east. Yes.
- 48:23And we can you know, speculate about the meaning of this.
- 48:28But and you know perhaps the Chinese government has decided
- 48:32to weaponize silver against the US government.
- 48:35Everything is possible. I don't know.
- 48:37I'm not. I'm not a family on the wall
- 48:39there and then in their in their meetings there in the in the
- 48:45Communist Party of of China. But we we don't need to
- 48:50understand what what exactly is going on.
- 48:53We just need to to to identify the trend and and you know do
- 48:58our part like if we believe that squeezing silver will improve
- 49:02the world then go ahead do it not just for yourself but.
- 49:06Imagine or in imagine imagine, imagine a world where where
- 49:10middle class people in any country worked and were paid
- 49:15money that didn't actually lose value.
- 49:18You know, I mean, isn't that that's just such a strange
- 49:21concept? You know that they were paid
- 49:23paid money and it didn't. It maybe it even went up in
- 49:25value if you didn't spend it, if you, you know, sacrificed and
- 49:29didn't go out and immediately spend your money, that it
- 49:31actually went up in value. I mean, wow, what an idea.
- 49:35Yeah, that was the allure of Bitcoin.
- 49:37That's that's why people, you know, started speculating on
- 49:40Bitcoin. But I think that Bitcoin is
- 49:42inherently flawed. I think I don't.
- 49:44I think that Bitcoin cannot replace gold and silver.
- 49:47This is why I never bought Bitcoin.
- 49:49I never went that route. I always stayed with gold and
- 49:52silver because that's what my my logic and conviction told me to
- 49:57to stick with with precious metals.
- 50:00I want to tell you one more thing because look on my video
- 50:04which I mentioned earlier, I I describe other social problems.
- 50:10I won't go into detail, but I'm just going to tell you I think
- 50:13that there are many, many social problems which are plaguing our
- 50:17society nowadays which are all tied to the Fiat monetary
- 50:22system. And I know it sounds amazing.
- 50:24I know it sounds far fetched. But as I explained there, there
- 50:30are many, many problems that we're suffering from today that
- 50:32are somehow linked to the ability of governments to create
- 50:37money out of nothing and use it for all sorts of programs which
- 50:41are distorting the economy and are, you know, robbing us of the
- 50:47purchasing power of our money. Yeah, yeah.
- 50:50Oh, yeah. No, I mean when the government
- 50:52has is faced with the choice, are we going to, are we going to
- 50:56raise taxes or are we going to print money?
- 51:00It seems like at least over the last several decades, the choice
- 51:03is simple. We'll just print some money,
- 51:05right. We won't raise taxes, we won't
- 51:07and and it creates a lot of issues.
- 51:09Oren, on behalf of all of our viewers, it's been so great
- 51:14having you here today. I want to remind.
- 51:16Everyone, as usual. Yeah well you know you're always
- 51:19you're my you're you're my friend and you know I know our
- 51:23friend Brian Mountain bullying Entertainment.
- 51:26Another great guy. A lot of us out there.
- 51:28You know working to spread the word about silver and gold for
- 51:32that matter. I do want to remind everyone if
- 51:35you want more Oren, right. You've probably been sold on
- 51:38this guy. You've listened to these very
- 51:40smart things that he said You can go to his YouTube channel
- 51:44the Silver Hermit. Oren take care of yourself.
- 51:47Thank. You thank you very much.
- 51:49Yep. You're welcome.
- 51:50I'll see you soon, buddy. Thank you.
- 51:52All right, guys. There we have it.
- 51:56I love Oren. A very smart guy was just, you
- 51:59know, has a, a, a, a, a a great ability to understand and
- 52:04communicate to us, right? Because we're all different.
- 52:06I've talked about that many times with our basement
- 52:09community. Like, right.
- 52:10That's what how we can help each other by communicating, you
- 52:14know, And somebody threw up a comment earlier that I wanted to
- 52:17to comment on and I'm unfortunately I forgot to do it
- 52:20while Oren was still on. But it got me thinking of what
- 52:23Thomas Jefferson said in regards to this idea that silver and
- 52:28gold can actually usher in long periods of peace in the world.
- 52:33And Thomas Jefferson said that the biggest threat to the United
- 52:36States is not an invading army, but of central banks and large
- 52:41corporations. And I think, you know what, what
- 52:44we're seeing happen today is possibly a manifestation of
- 52:48that. And it's OK that we say that
- 52:50because that was Thomas Jefferson, OK?
- 52:53That's what they they taught us in school, right?
- 52:55Hey, let's go look at $3000. Let's go look at $3000.
- 53:01You know what? First, let's say thank you to
- 53:04our channel sponsors. We already went out to Pimbeck's
- 53:07website to check the silver and gold price, but you can get a
- 53:10lot more on their website. You can get gold, silver,
- 53:13platinum, metals, the bars, coins, you name it right, they
- 53:19have it all. And you can also get the best
- 53:23prices and the best service all from a company that you can
- 53:29trust. But I want you to find that out
- 53:31for yourself. Do your own due diligence.
- 53:32I'll never tell you what to do or or give you financial advice.
- 53:40However, hold on a minute. Oh, I will do the gong.
- 53:44Yes, I will do the gong. So check out pin back.
- 53:48Sorry I'm stumbling all over the place and I always appreciate
- 53:52you guys dealing with me here in the basement as we work our way
- 53:54through these financial, our technical problems.
- 53:59Let's go and I will do the gong. But I want to talk about quickly
- 54:04$3000 gold. What does that mean for silver?
- 54:07What does it mean? City, right says gold is
- 54:10shining, quote, UN quote bright like a diamond.
- 54:15This is on #1. This is City saying this.
- 54:18Number 2, this is being covered on CNBC.
- 54:23Guys, we are in a new era. Can you can you do you agree
- 54:27with me? I see that we are in a new era
- 54:31for the silver price and the gold price.
- 54:34Let's go down real quickly. They say gold price continues to
- 54:38rally. We've got these tensions in the
- 54:40Middle East. Gold notched another record
- 54:44close on Monday at 2383 per oz. I want to read just one quote
- 54:49they put out here. The quote they say quote.
- 54:52The recent Gold rally has been aided by geopolitical heat and
- 54:56is coinciding and now I can't read that with record equity
- 55:01index levels, City wrote in a note dated April 15th.
- 55:06This all happened in the light of the, I don't buy it, I mean
- 55:09we saw a bit of a spike but you know the big run up in the gold
- 55:15and silver price weren't really event oriented spikes in my
- 55:21opinion. They were fundamentally based
- 55:24sure over the last let's say week or so we may have had a a
- 55:27geopolitical kicker that kind of came in a little kicker to kick
- 55:31it a little higher but but to me it was a different rally that we
- 55:36that we said here we go we project 3000 ounce of gold over
- 55:39the next 6 to 18 months. OK, well, city we you're
- 55:45becoming a Ron's I want to thank.
- 55:46All the Super chats that came out today thank.
- 55:51You OK? OK.
- 55:53Susie, you want to say hi to everybody real quickly?
- 55:57Hi everyone, Thank you for being here today.
- 56:01And and thank you everyone for the Super chats.
- 56:03That's our friend Susie. All right, let's go back here.
- 56:07Let's also let's also remember to say thank you to 1st Mining
- 56:12Gold if you're interested in a connect.
- 56:14I won't. I'm going to ring the Gone
- 56:16Canadian Gold Development Company.
- 56:18Check out First Mining Gold at firstmininggold.com.
- 56:20And of course our good friends at Fortuna Silver, silver and
- 56:24gold miner with five operating mines, three in Latin America,
- 56:29two in West Africa. You can learn more about them at
- 56:32fortunasilver.com. Let's ring the gong your
- 56:35favorite part of the show, guys, Right.
- 56:38We got 300 thumbs up. Wow.
- 56:40Thank you for the thumbs up. If you haven't given this a
- 56:43thumbs up, please give it one right now.
- 56:45Let's ring the gong three times. I'm going to do it, Susie yelled
- 56:48at me. Then I got to tell you a story
- 56:50about what happened when I got done with the live stream
- 56:52yesterday. It was not good.
- 57:00Don't forget you got basement dwellers.
- 57:02We need to smile when we ring the gong.
- 57:06So I get done with the live stream yesterday, and I hear
- 57:08this buzzing noise, right? And I got all kinds of stuff
- 57:10plugged in and I'm like, what is buzzing in the basement, right?
- 57:13And I look up and I see this giant bee hovering above me in
- 57:19the basement. And I thought, oh great, we got
- 57:21a we got a new basement dweller amongst us.
- 57:24I called him Jerome. Anyway, and I thought I got to
- 57:29get rid of this thing, 'cause the cats come down here, the
- 57:31kids come down here, Susie comes down here.
- 57:33And I don't want this big bumblebee to bite.
- 57:36Susie, I spent. I'm not kidding guys, 'cause
- 57:39this basement's a wreck. As you can probably see, I've
- 57:42rafters stuff hung in the rafters.
- 57:44I'm I've, I've got issues right? But anyway I spent 1/2 hour like
- 57:49for the 1st 15 minutes and I thought you ever had that happen
- 57:52in life. I'm like, I'm not going to give
- 57:53up. I'm going to get this BI had a
- 57:55book and I'm tall and I'm like I'm going to whack him and he
- 57:59just would not stand still so I got him drunk.
- 58:03Finally I thought I need to spray him with something and I
- 58:05was too lazy to go upstairs and get the bug spray.
- 58:09But I had this little squirt bottle that I have rubbing
- 58:11alcohol in that I used to clean screens on the phone and the
- 58:14cameras and all that. So I I got finally I got
- 58:17somewhere where I could get him and I sprayed him with some
- 58:19alcohol and that really made him mad.
- 58:22He actually bounced off my glasses at one point, but then I
- 58:25got him again with a little more out, sprayed with a little more
- 58:28alcohol and he kind of slowed down a little bit.
- 58:31So I figured, yeah, he no longer is alive.
- 58:34And then I'm thinking, oh, my gosh, maybe there's a bee's nest
- 58:37in the basement. But the good news is I've not
- 58:39seen any more Jerome bumblebees showing up since then.
- 58:43What else do we have today? Let's go.
- 58:45Do you want to talk about, you know, Oren's talking about this
- 58:49potential for a silver squeeze. Do you think, do you, let me ask
- 58:53you, do you think we could see another squeeze?
- 58:55If you do, I want you to type. Squeeze SQ you I'm typing it.
- 59:01EE CEI do especially with the technology communications,
- 59:07instant purchasing of silver. I think that we could definitely
- 59:11see another silver Squeeze, but are we actually seeing, I can.
- 59:16Look, I'm going to give you a little insight behind the scenes
- 59:20at Ron's basement about why I think that we're seeing a
- 59:24growing level of interest in silver and gold.
- 59:27When my views go up on the channel, it usually coincides
- 59:31with a period of increased interest in silver and gold.
- 59:36I'd like to think it's because of my boyish good looks and the
- 59:39quality of the content. But hey, let's be real.
- 59:43I'm going to show you a report that I have that'll give you a
- 59:46little insight into what's going on.
- 59:49This is a screenshot from the YouTube Studio app, which is the
- 59:54app that I get to use to kind of track things on the channel and
- 59:59do all kinds of crazy stuff. Anyway, that doesn't matter.
- 1:00:02This is the last 28 days and that's views on the channel.
- 1:00:07As you can see it kind of got you know, I'll tell you January,
- 1:00:10February we were getting maybe 10,000 ish views a day.
- 1:00:14And as you can see here over the last three weeks there has been
- 1:00:18a marked increase in views of Ron's basement videos.
- 1:00:23And I can tell you from experience that absolutely
- 1:00:26coincides with it from talking to Coin Chop Chris and talking
- 1:00:31to people, other other people in the retail bullion side of
- 1:00:34things that like when the my views go up, more people are
- 1:00:38starting to buy precious metals. So we could be in for, we could
- 1:00:42be in for quite a ride. We're talking about a 10 year
- 1:00:46bull market. That's what we're rooting for.
- 1:00:49Hey guys, thanks for joining me today.
- 1:00:50We'll be back tomorrow. Thank you for all the Super
- 1:00:53chats. Thank you for all the support.
- 1:00:55Thanks for being a basement dweller and I'll see you soon.
- 1:01:00Take care.
