- 0:05Speaker 1: This is America with Rich Valdez, powered by poliitweek dot
- 0:09Speaker 1: com and Rich Valdees.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Is with us former Christian Administration official. You worked at
- 0:13Speaker 2: Chris Christieve and follow us each on a lot of
- 0:14Speaker 2: public service stuff.
- 0:15Speaker 3: Rich Valdez calumnist now with the Washington Times.
- 0:18Speaker 4: This is America, Richiev.
- 0:20Speaker 3: You're on the air with A Nation.
- 0:23Speaker 4: America with your host, Rich Valdez.
- 0:26Speaker 3: What's up, America. I am Rich Valdez Valdez with ans
- 0:29Speaker 3: at Rich Valdez on all of the social media. Welcome
- 0:32Speaker 3: to the Wednesday night edition of the program. Happy to
- 0:35Speaker 3: be here with you, truly blessed Miamigos. And I want
- 0:39Speaker 3: to jump into what's going on here because as I'm
- 0:41Speaker 3: sitting here seventeen miles away from Madison Square Garden, there's
- 0:46Speaker 3: a lot going on across the country. So I'm going
- 0:48Speaker 3: to keep you up to speed and tell you exactly
- 0:50Speaker 3: what's happening in America. But the first story, our top
- 0:53Speaker 3: line is going to be this woman that tried to
- 0:56Speaker 3: run over an ice agent. Federal law enforcement officer partner
- 1:00Speaker 3: shot the lady. Now, all I can tell you is
- 1:03Speaker 3: that I saw the video and it was clear as day.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Any human being in my opinion that does that to
- 1:08Speaker 3: a cop is going to meet the same exact fate.
- 1:10Speaker 3: If you use deadly force against the police, local police,
- 1:14Speaker 3: county sheriff, federal cops, whatever, you're going to get killed.
- 1:18Speaker 3: That is as simple as it gets. Right. Maybe this
- 1:21Speaker 3: was an incident of suicide by cop. I would say
- 1:24Speaker 3: it probably isn't, because it apparently she had been antagonizing
- 1:27Speaker 3: the police all day. But you can't do these types
- 1:30Speaker 3: of things. You can't take your car and attempt to
- 1:32Speaker 3: run over the police. Pointing your car, weaponizing your vehicle
- 1:36Speaker 3: against the cop is only going to get them to
- 1:38Speaker 3: draw their weapon and use deadly force. That's the fact.
- 1:40Speaker 3: Secretary Nome took a press conference today and here's what
- 1:43Speaker 3: she had to say.
- 1:44Speaker 5: I want to reiterate first with all of you the
- 1:47Speaker 5: facts of what happened today at ten twenty five am
- 1:50Speaker 5: Central time, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, we're carrying out lawful
- 1:54Speaker 5: operations here in Minneapolis because of the adverse weather that
- 1:57Speaker 5: Minneapolis has seen in recent snow vehicles became stuck and
- 2:01Speaker 5: ensnared in the snow. Law enforcement were attempting to push
- 2:04Speaker 5: out this vehicle and when a mob of agitators that
- 2:10Speaker 5: were harassing them all day began blocking them in, shouting
- 2:13Speaker 5: at them, and impeding law enforcement operations. ICE officers and
- 2:18Speaker 5: agents approached the vehicle of the individual in question, who
- 2:21Speaker 5: was blocking the officers in with her vehicle, and she
- 2:24Speaker 5: had been stalking and impeding their work all throughout the day.
- 2:28Speaker 5: ICE agents repeatedly ordered her to get out of the
- 2:31Speaker 5: car and to stop instructing obstructing law enforcement, but she
- 2:35Speaker 5: refused to obey their commands. She then proceeded to weaponize
- 2:39Speaker 5: her vehicle, and she attempted to run an law enforcement
- 2:42Speaker 5: officer over. This appears as an attempt to kill or
- 2:46Speaker 5: to cause bodily harm to agents, an act of domestic
- 2:50Speaker 5: domestic terrorism. The ICE officer, fearing for his life and
- 2:54Speaker 5: the other officers around him and the safety of the public,
- 2:57Speaker 5: fired defensive shots he used to training to save his
- 3:01Speaker 5: own life and that of his colleagues. He was treated
- 3:03Speaker 5: at a local hospital, has been released and is now
- 3:06Speaker 5: with family. I encourage the American people at this point
- 3:09Speaker 5: in time to pray for him, but also to pray
- 3:11Speaker 5: for the deceased family and her loved ones. Today alone
- 3:16Speaker 5: in this country, there have been four different domestic terrorist
- 3:19Speaker 5: attacks on federal officers by the ramming of vehicles. Three
- 3:23Speaker 5: of them happened here in Minneapolis.
- 3:26Speaker 3: So there you have that right. This is absolute insanity.
- 3:29Speaker 3: It's been going on for a while. We've been seeing
- 3:31Speaker 3: it happen time and time again. These things have to stop.
- 3:35Speaker 3: If they don't stop, we're going to have more of this.
- 3:37Speaker 3: The reason they're happening is because we've had all these
- 3:40Speaker 3: defund the police types that are not enforcing law, so
- 3:43Speaker 3: people feel like they can abuse people in law enforcement,
- 3:46Speaker 3: which is not right. I'm not saying anybody's life is
- 3:48Speaker 3: above anybody else, as I am saying, if you've got
- 3:50Speaker 3: cops telling you to move your car, go over here,
- 3:53Speaker 3: do this, and do that, you don't really have the
- 3:54Speaker 3: right to sit there and say, uh no, you know what,
- 3:57Speaker 3: I'm going to do what I feel like, I'm going
- 3:58Speaker 3: to try and run you over. Have that right, and
- 4:00Speaker 3: if you think you do, fool around and find out
- 4:03Speaker 3: this is what's going to happen. Nothing about this was
- 4:05Speaker 3: an accident. This was calculated, and in my opinion, it
- 4:09Speaker 3: was incredibly stupid. I feel bad for this woman's family.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Quite frankly, unless she was a mental patient, she looked
- 4:15Speaker 3: for this problem. That stinks to say, but what are
- 4:17Speaker 3: you going to do anyway? I want to get to
- 4:19Speaker 3: some of the backlash on this because these protests and
- 4:22Speaker 3: begin with to begin with, I should say, are the
- 4:24Speaker 3: result of unscrupulous politicians in Minnesota, like Tim Walls saying
- 4:30Speaker 3: we're at war with the government. Like Jacob Frey, the mayor.
- 4:34Speaker 3: They're saying all sorts of crazy and I got some
- 4:36Speaker 3: clips on him. These people are out of control. They
- 4:39Speaker 3: are egging this stuff on.
- 4:41Speaker 2: We've dreaded this moment since the early stages of this
- 4:47Speaker 2: ice presence in Minneapolis. Not only is this a concern
- 4:52Speaker 2: that we've had internally, we've.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Been talking about it.
- 4:56Speaker 2: They are not here to cause safety in this city.
- 5:01Speaker 2: What they are doing is not to provide safety in America.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Well, excuse me, mister mayor. I think we all know
- 5:07Speaker 3: they're there to do their jobs, which is to arrest
- 5:10Speaker 3: people who are here in this country illegally, something that
- 5:13Speaker 3: you won't do. Because Tim Wall says, you guys are
- 5:16Speaker 3: a sanctuary state, got it, you don't want to support it,
- 5:19Speaker 3: go right ahead, which is not even legal, But go
- 5:20Speaker 3: right ahead, you go ahead and do that. But you
- 5:23Speaker 3: are the one inviting this chaos that you speak of, Right,
- 5:26Speaker 3: you're the one that won't facilitate this. So the federal
- 5:30Speaker 3: government says, hey, we're going there because we found massive fraud.
- 5:33Speaker 3: We believe these people are here illegally. We're going to
- 5:35Speaker 3: go ahead and do some investigating and we're going to
- 5:36Speaker 3: lock some people up. And they're there, en mos right,
- 5:39Speaker 3: they got vans, they've got a serious police presence there.
- 5:42Speaker 3: And instead of saying, how can we help our federal
- 5:45Speaker 3: partners to facilitate this or how can we make this
- 5:47Speaker 3: safer for everyone involved, Like, hey, people stay off the streets,
- 5:51Speaker 3: let them do their jobs, get out of the way.
- 5:53Speaker 3: You don't want to get caught in a cross fire
- 5:54Speaker 3: or anything like that. Nope, none of that, right mayor no. Instead,
- 5:58Speaker 3: you're turning a blind eye to telling your officers not
- 6:01Speaker 3: to stop people who want to go and blockade these
- 6:03Speaker 3: guys with their private cars or people that are now
- 6:06Speaker 3: weaponizing their vehicles to try and scare or kill these cops.
- 6:10Speaker 3: And you're not going to take any responsibility, are you.
- 6:13Speaker 3: You're going to say it's all their fault when you're
- 6:15Speaker 3: doing absolutely nothing to help.
- 6:18Speaker 2: What they are doing is causing chaos and distrust they're
- 6:23Speaker 2: ripping families apart, They're sowing chaos on our streets and
- 6:28Speaker 2: in this case quite literally killing people.
- 6:31Speaker 3: This guy's so full of crap, right, well, what about
- 6:34Speaker 3: what do you say, rich where's the lie? The lie
- 6:37Speaker 3: is that they're not there to create chaos. They're there
- 6:39Speaker 3: to arrest people, and if people don't come willingly, then
- 6:43Speaker 3: maybe there's a little chaos. And if people don't come willingly,
- 6:49Speaker 3: then maybe there's a little bit of chaos. But that's
- 6:52Speaker 3: not something that they're creating or manifesting. That's the result
- 6:56Speaker 3: of people thinking they can get away with everything because
- 6:58Speaker 3: of your policies as a sanctionry city in a sanctuary state.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Go ahead, play the tape.
- 7:05Speaker 2: So they are already trying to spin this as an
- 7:10Speaker 2: action of self defense. Having seen the video of myself,
- 7:16Speaker 2: I want to tell everybody directly that is bold. This
- 7:22Speaker 2: was an agent recklessly using power that resulted in somebody
- 7:28Speaker 2: dying getting killed.
- 7:30Speaker 3: In my opinion, I also saw the video, and this
- 7:33Speaker 3: is a protester who clearly either has it in for
- 7:36Speaker 3: the government, has it in for the Trump administration, is
- 7:39Speaker 3: in love with illegal immigrants, or is being emboldened by
- 7:44Speaker 3: the rhetoric that you're spewing, tried to run over a
- 7:46Speaker 3: cop and got killed in the process. Come on, Mayor,
- 7:49Speaker 3: you've got to do better than that. But Mayor Fray
- 7:51Speaker 3: didn't stop right there, right He decided to go on.
- 7:54Speaker 3: He had a lot more to say. I got another clip?
- 7:56Speaker 3: Can we have that other clip? He wants to disinvite
- 7:58Speaker 3: them from the city. Listen to this to.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Get ice off of the scene.
- 8:02Speaker 2: There were dozens, if not hundreds of Ice and federal
- 8:06Speaker 2: officers that were there at the time.
- 8:08Speaker 3: So you've got dozens, if not hundreds of federal law
- 8:12Speaker 3: enforcement officers on the scene, and you think your job
- 8:15Speaker 3: as the mayor of the city is to get rid
- 8:17Speaker 3: of the federal agents instead of crowd control, to let
- 8:20Speaker 3: them do their job. In what world does that make sense?
- 8:23Speaker 3: In what world?
- 8:24Speaker 6: Is there?
- 8:24Speaker 3: A fire fire department pulls up and the cops were like, nah, nah,
- 8:27Speaker 3: we're gonna let traffic run through here, just go around
- 8:30Speaker 3: the fire truck. Everybody knows if there's a fire, the
- 8:32Speaker 3: cops close down the streets to divert traffic, pedestrian traffic
- 8:36Speaker 3: and automobile traffic. Why to let the firefighters do their
- 8:39Speaker 3: job and fight their fire. So it's your lack of collegiality,
- 8:43Speaker 3: it's your embrace of nullification. Right, this illegal process of
- 8:47Speaker 3: saying that you can claim to be a sanctuary from
- 8:51Speaker 3: the federal law. There's not a state government in this
- 8:53Speaker 3: country that has jurisdiction over immigration law that is a
- 8:57Speaker 3: federal issue with its own federal police. These are federal statutes.
- 9:01Speaker 3: You have no right to get in the way of
- 9:03Speaker 3: federal law enforcement in that capacity, in any federal capacity. Right,
- 9:07Speaker 3: it's not like they called the cops or of domestic violence.
- 9:10Speaker 3: Then that's all you. I mean, everything you're saying here
- 9:13Speaker 3: is wrong. I can't believe nobody calls you out play
- 9:15Speaker 3: to say.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Having them there was only causing more chaos. Having them
- 9:19Speaker 2: there was only making a difficult situation even more problematic,
- 9:23Speaker 2: and one that yes, they created themselves.
- 9:26Speaker 3: What about your rhetoric? What responsibility do you have for
- 9:29Speaker 3: creating chaos? What responsibility do you bear for creating a
- 9:33Speaker 3: situation like this? Go ahead?
- 9:38Speaker 2: There's little I can say again that'll make this situation better, But.
- 9:43Speaker 3: I little you can say because you are a pendeho sar.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Do you have a message for our community, for a city,
- 9:51Speaker 2: and I have a message for ice two ice, get
- 9:56Speaker 2: the feet.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Out of Minneapolis, Well said sir, quite eloquent. Honestly, if
- 10:02Speaker 3: I lived in Minneapolis, I'd be saying that to you
- 10:04Speaker 3: and get you right out of city Hall. What a disgrace.
- 10:07Speaker 3: And again people are upset because of this type of
- 10:09Speaker 3: inflammatory rhetoric. And hey, he's free to say what he
- 10:12Speaker 3: wants to say. This is the result. I'm going to
- 10:15Speaker 3: go to sleep tonight and know that what I say
- 10:17Speaker 3: on my show doesn't get people hurt. And what this
- 10:19Speaker 3: guy says as a part of his job just got
- 10:22Speaker 3: a woman killed, just like people freaking out about the
- 10:25Speaker 3: United States taking on Russia, China, and Iran by way
- 10:29Speaker 3: of Venezuela. What seems to me to be a win
- 10:32Speaker 3: win win, right. America wins where we slow down drug trafficking.
- 10:36Speaker 3: America wins because we get rid of a dictator, and
- 10:39Speaker 3: America wins because we now have slowed down the supply
- 10:43Speaker 3: or maybe potentially ended the supply of subsidized oil from
- 10:46Speaker 3: a communist country to their communist allies, which was in
- 10:50Speaker 3: our hemisphere and creating an actual threat to the United States,
- 10:55Speaker 3: to our economic security and moreover, to our national security.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Because these guys are all in the business of trying
- 11:01Speaker 3: to undermine the United States? Right or am I wrong here?
- 11:04Speaker 3: I mean, you might disagree with that, but that's how
- 11:06Speaker 3: I see it. The back and forth today in Washington
- 11:09Speaker 3: has been incredible. So we're going to talk about that
- 11:12Speaker 3: in the next segment on Secretary heg Seth giving his
- 11:15Speaker 3: briefing to members of Congress. But before we get there,
- 11:19Speaker 3: I want to finish the topic we're on should you
- 11:22Speaker 3: be shot if you try to run the cops over? Now,
- 11:24Speaker 3: of course the debate is going to be in court
- 11:26Speaker 3: and elsewhere. Was this woman actively trying to run the
- 11:28Speaker 3: cops over? I saw a video and I see a
- 11:32Speaker 3: cop telling her to stop, and she attempts to move
- 11:35Speaker 3: the car around and points it seemingly at the cop
- 11:41Speaker 3: that was on the side. One guy gets out of
- 11:44Speaker 3: the way. The other guy doesn't get out of the way.
- 11:46Speaker 3: He draws his gun, which is by the way textbook.
- 11:50Speaker 3: I did a brief time in the police academy to
- 11:53Speaker 3: be a volunteer cop, and I was told, you get
- 11:56Speaker 3: out of the way so you don't get run over,
- 11:58Speaker 3: but you are able to use deadly force. So if
- 12:01Speaker 3: you can get to the side near the tire, so
- 12:03Speaker 3: you're not in front of the tire, but to the
- 12:05Speaker 3: side of the tire. To do what you gotta do.
- 12:07Speaker 3: You do what you gotta do. That's literally the training.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Now the Mamdani's of the world, the AOC's of the world,
- 12:12Speaker 3: they're gonna say, hey, well, that's exactly the problem. We've
- 12:15Speaker 3: got this militarized police force that's here to kill the
- 12:18Speaker 3: citizen ry. No, nobody's doing that until you're trying to
- 12:22Speaker 3: run them over. And this is the point, right, So
- 12:24Speaker 3: now every headline I'm finding ice shoots woman, I shoots woman. Meanwhile,
- 12:28Speaker 3: the headline should say woman tries to run over ice. Comma,
- 12:32Speaker 3: cop shoots back, right, or cop defends himself, whichever way
- 12:35Speaker 3: you want to put it. But to try to insinuate
- 12:37Speaker 3: that this man just pulled up in Indianapolis, or excuse me,
- 12:40Speaker 3: in Minnesota, Minneapolis and decided to just take this woman out,
- 12:45Speaker 3: it's not sensical. It's not real, it's fake. It's phony
- 12:48Speaker 3: as frog. And I hate to get into these really
- 12:49Speaker 3: heavy topics, Honestly, I'd much rather be joking around, making
- 12:52Speaker 3: funny names for those in the media and those in
- 12:54Speaker 3: the news and whatever. But this is very unfortunate This
- 12:57Speaker 3: is a human being that lost her life because either
- 12:59Speaker 3: she was hooped into believing that she should be antagonizing
- 13:02Speaker 3: the police, or she truly believed that this was her
- 13:05Speaker 3: calling in life. Either way, I think you'll agree with me.
- 13:08Speaker 3: This was a bad call. This is not how you
- 13:09Speaker 3: want to become a martyr. In a couple of years,
- 13:12Speaker 3: few people are going to remember this woman's name. The
- 13:14Speaker 3: media will do their best to try and paint her
- 13:17Speaker 3: as some sort of hero. People are already ascending on
- 13:19Speaker 3: Washington to have these vigils and whatnot. But the reality
- 13:24Speaker 3: is this is a problem of her own invention. She
- 13:27Speaker 3: tried to run over a cop and a cop shot her,
- 13:30Speaker 3: and now she's dead, and that's very unfortunate. We'll continue
- 13:33Speaker 3: this conversation as well as what's going on in Venezuela.
- 13:37Speaker 3: Straight ahead.
- 13:39Speaker 4: This is America. This is America. He's brown, he's bald,
- 13:54Speaker 4: and he's breaking it down.
- 13:55Speaker 3: Oh he's so has someome what's his dad? Rich Valdez?
- 14:00Speaker 3: All right, I goes to check it out. We're gonna
- 14:02Speaker 3: get to your calls momentarily. Then we've got a guy
- 14:06Speaker 3: named the Kosher Guru. He's going to be giving us
- 14:08Speaker 3: a call and talk about what anti Semitism looks like
- 14:11Speaker 3: in New York City. Now that's on Dining's in Office.
- 14:14Speaker 3: That's coming up in the next segment. But right now,
- 14:16Speaker 3: I want to get to some of your calls. Eight
- 14:18Speaker 3: seven seven Valdes one, eight seven seven valdest one. I
- 14:23Speaker 3: want to go to my buddy Pat in Sedona, Arizona. Pat,
- 14:28Speaker 3: Merry Christmas, Happy New Year. Go right ahead.
- 14:31Speaker 7: Hi, this is Pat from Arizona. I finally found you,
- 14:36Speaker 7: rich Oh my goodness. I've been looking for you. I
- 14:39Speaker 7: was worried about you for a while, but then I
- 14:42Speaker 7: heard you had a podcast and I found it me
- 14:44Speaker 7: and now Electrician, we know how to work computers and stuff.
- 14:49Speaker 7: I'm pretty bad at it, and I'm so glad during
- 14:54Speaker 7: the podcast. I've been watching it. I found it on
- 14:56Speaker 7: Apple TV good, So that was really great. I'm so
- 15:01Speaker 7: glad that you're still around.
- 15:03Speaker 3: I'm not going anywhere back you, my.
- 15:04Speaker 7: Friend, you Liberty loving Latino.
- 15:08Speaker 3: Thank you, Thank you, Pat. I appreciate it. God bless you.
- 15:11Speaker 6: Man.
- 15:11Speaker 3: We got to get Gill and the rest of the
- 15:13Speaker 3: gang together, and we're going to keep it going. Open
- 15:15Speaker 3: phones across America. I love hearing from my radio familia,
- 15:20Speaker 3: all of the amigos that are out there pat in Sidona.
- 15:22Speaker 3: You're a gentleman, a scholar, and a patriot. Something I
- 15:26Speaker 3: wanted to get into yesterday, and I didn't get into
- 15:28Speaker 3: it because we just had so much heavy news to
- 15:30Speaker 3: get to and President Trump had so many comments yesterday
- 15:33Speaker 3: and I wanted to make sure we got to those.
- 15:35Speaker 3: But it was Three Kings Day yesterday, right, Diablo Rea Mago.
- 15:39Speaker 3: And this is technically the twelfth day of Christmas. Some
- 15:43Speaker 3: known it this Little Christmas, some know it as the Epiphany,
- 15:46Speaker 3: but it is die right, the three Wise Kings, Looty Mago,
- 15:52Speaker 3: the Magi. And we we've spoken with Raymond Arroyo in
- 15:56Speaker 3: the past regarding this topic. He wrote a whole book
- 15:58Speaker 3: about it, children's book, which is really good. But I
- 16:01Speaker 3: wanted to play a quick report for you because in Connecticut,
- 16:05Speaker 3: in San Antonio, Texas, and all over the place, they're
- 16:08Speaker 3: celebrating a the other ree Mago. It's not just in
- 16:11Speaker 3: Puerto Rico, but the culmination of many days of truia
- 16:14Speaker 3: and many days of eating, and many days of baranda,
- 16:18Speaker 3: and just all sorts of fun that people are having
- 16:20Speaker 3: that I wish we had everywhere. Honestly, just imagine how
- 16:22Speaker 3: fun that would be for everybody to be drinking coquio,
- 16:25Speaker 3: dancing in the streets, going door to door singing Christmas carols.
- 16:29Speaker 3: I don't know, sounds like a good time to me.
- 16:31Speaker 3: Check this out.
- 16:32Speaker 8: And families gathered in downtown San Antonio this weekend this
- 16:35Speaker 8: celebrateableloved tradition in the Latin community. Fiesta de los tresrea Smuggles.
- 16:42Speaker 8: The annual Three Kings Day celebration, hosted by the Puerto
- 16:45Speaker 8: Rican Heritage Society, filled San Fernando Hall with music, color,
- 16:49Speaker 8: and holiday spirit. Children had the chance to take pictures
- 16:52Speaker 8: with the Three Kings and take part in arts and crafts,
- 16:55Speaker 8: and even join in on on site holiday pageant. Lifelin
- 17:00Speaker 8: American Christmas music played throughout the afternoon while families enjoy
- 17:04Speaker 8: traditional Puerto Rican food. Not Three King's Day, also known
- 17:08Speaker 8: as the Epiphany, marks the biblical story of the Wise
- 17:12Speaker 8: Men and remains an important holiday in Puerto Rico.
- 17:17Speaker 3: Well, it remains an important holiday for many people, I think,
- 17:20Speaker 3: and in many places.
- 17:22Speaker 6: Right.
- 17:22Speaker 3: It's not just a Puerto Rican thing. It just happens
- 17:24Speaker 3: to be in my family. But I wish everybody a
- 17:28Speaker 3: happy January sixth, and I don't mean the uh wanna
- 17:32Speaker 3: be insurrection. I mean and die derotre re margo feliciae,
- 17:36Speaker 3: Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy three Kings Day. I
- 17:39Speaker 3: think it's a beautiful holiday, a beautiful you know, series
- 17:43Speaker 3: of days that we attribute to this holiday known as
- 17:47Speaker 3: the Twelve Days of Christmas and Sally lost to everybody.
- 17:51Speaker 3: And I want to encourage everybody to call in whenever
- 17:53Speaker 3: you have the opportunity, and you can actually now text
- 17:57Speaker 3: the line as well. I wasn't aware of that. I
- 17:59Speaker 3: found that capability is now functional, fully operational, same number.
- 18:03Speaker 3: Eight seven seven Valdes one. Eight seven seven valdest one.
- 18:07Speaker 3: You can go ahead and send a text message there
- 18:09Speaker 3: or give me a call. If it's during the live
- 18:12Speaker 3: production of the show in the early part of the evening,
- 18:16Speaker 3: We'll go ahead and take the call live. If not,
- 18:19Speaker 3: just to drop a message and we will pop it in.
- 18:21Speaker 3: Either way, I'd love to hear from you. Eight seven
- 18:24Speaker 3: seven valdesk one. Now, I wanted to also talk about
- 18:28Speaker 3: another topic, and it sort of circles back to immigration, ice, enforestment,
- 18:33Speaker 3: all that stuff. And there are these two urban artists
- 18:37Speaker 3: in the Latin genre bachata. To be exact, Prince Royce
- 18:41Speaker 3: and Promeo Santos. I actually went to their listening party
- 18:45Speaker 3: not too long ago. Madison Square Garden. Shout out to
- 18:47Speaker 3: NIBCO and who made that happen on a podcast they
- 18:50Speaker 3: recently did with The New York Times. I think the
- 18:52Speaker 3: New York Times pop culture podcast is called the New
- 18:56Speaker 3: York Popcast or the New York Times Popcast. They were
- 19:00Speaker 3: put under the gun. I think there's a lot of
- 19:02Speaker 3: pressure on people in Hollywood to become political activists. It's
- 19:07Speaker 3: almost like the exception, and some people believe that music
- 19:11Speaker 3: solely exists to promote political messages, whereas many of us
- 19:16Speaker 3: believe that music exists to escape all the drama related
- 19:21Speaker 3: to heavy political topics. Now, of course, people get to
- 19:23Speaker 3: make whatever choice they want to make, but the host
- 19:26Speaker 3: of the podcast decides to ask them if they can
- 19:31Speaker 3: opine what their position is, what their role is in
- 19:41Speaker 3: speaking up for Hispanics.
- 19:44Speaker 9: Listen to this all for Spanish language artists to speak
- 19:50Speaker 9: out about what's going on with departitions, and I.
- 19:55Speaker 10: Think it's a complicated question. For me as a lane
- 19:59Speaker 10: Or has always been important to kind of represent my
- 20:03Speaker 10: family who are immigrants from the Dominican Republic who came
- 20:06Speaker 10: with a dream. Who then I you know, I'm from
- 20:08Speaker 10: the projects, Patterson Projects in the South Bronx. Right now,
- 20:12Speaker 10: it's all about just support, trying to sort of support
- 20:14Speaker 10: to the Latin community. People are going through tough times.
- 20:17Speaker 6: You know.
- 20:17Speaker 10: Obviously not everybody is a criminal in life. In general,
- 20:21Speaker 10: I say I'm two hundred percent. I feel like I'm
- 20:23Speaker 10: one hundred percent of American. I'm one hundred percent Dominican. And
- 20:28Speaker 10: I wasn't born in Dart and lived in dr with
- 20:30Speaker 10: every summer, but I feel very Dominican as I feel American.
- 20:33Speaker 6: You know.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Now, this is a guy, Prince Royce, who sings in Spanish,
- 20:37Speaker 3: but he's very frankly telling you he's born in the
- 20:40Speaker 3: Bronx and identifies through his culture the culture of his family.
- 20:46Speaker 3: His parents are immigrants. He's the first generation American, so
- 20:51Speaker 3: he identifies both as an American as and as a Dominican,
- 20:56Speaker 3: as do many people who are first generation Italian, at
- 20:59Speaker 3: first generation Irish, etc. Now I understand that I don't
- 21:03Speaker 3: have a problem with what he's saying at all. My
- 21:05Speaker 3: issues really with the interviewer, and again he's free to
- 21:07Speaker 3: ask whatever he wants as well. But the expectation that's
- 21:11Speaker 3: put on artists. These guys don't sing about political topics.
- 21:14Speaker 3: These guys sing about romance and heartbreak. And you know
- 21:19Speaker 3: what you typically find in bachata music. There's a morning
- 21:23Speaker 3: show that I used to listen to a lot. It's
- 21:24Speaker 3: not on the air anymore. It's called I forget what,
- 21:28Speaker 3: it's called Hot ninety seven in the morning, Ebro in
- 21:30Speaker 3: the morning. And they've gone digital, so there's still got
- 21:36Speaker 3: at it. They're just not on terrestrial radio, similar to
- 21:39Speaker 3: the move that we're making here at Rich Valdesk Media
- 21:41Speaker 3: and the ABC Recording Network. And what's interesting about their
- 21:47Speaker 3: commentary and I wish I had something I could play
- 21:49Speaker 3: for you, but they were making the case that bachata
- 21:53Speaker 3: and in particular music in general, is inherently political, and
- 21:58Speaker 3: that these artists should be offended by Prince Roy saying
- 22:04Speaker 3: or by Romeo Santos, who's about to say that artists
- 22:07Speaker 3: should focus on making music. I can say this. Look,
- 22:10Speaker 3: I am in the business of commenting on society, culture,
- 22:14Speaker 3: current events, politics, got it, That's what I do, So
- 22:18Speaker 3: I do it. But when I'm not doing it, when
- 22:20Speaker 3: there's not a red light that says on air, and
- 22:22Speaker 3: the microphone's not in front of me. I don't go
- 22:24Speaker 3: to every last barbecue or family party and go, well,
- 22:27Speaker 3: you know what the problem with the Democrats is. I
- 22:29Speaker 3: don't do that. This is my profession. I am here
- 22:33Speaker 3: to inform and to entertain. And the lights go off
- 22:37Speaker 3: and I go back to my normal life, listening to
- 22:39Speaker 3: my reggaeton, watching love and hip hop Miami, doing everything
- 22:43Speaker 3: I can to forget what I just watched on Fox
- 22:46Speaker 3: News and Newsmax and read in Breitbart dot Com and
- 22:49Speaker 3: all of this heavy news that's like, ah right. This
- 22:53Speaker 3: is why I try to add a little humor and
- 22:55Speaker 3: a little bit of a conversational tone to the shows
- 22:57Speaker 3: that I do, so that you can feel like we're
- 23:00Speaker 3: talking about the issues that are important and you're staying
- 23:02Speaker 3: formed on them, and more than anything, hopefully you have
- 23:05Speaker 3: a at least a take on my worldview. But the
- 23:08Speaker 3: last thing that I want to do is is bird
- 23:12Speaker 3: and people make them angry or get them riled up.
- 23:15Speaker 3: Not my place, not my style, not my stick. For
- 23:18Speaker 3: some that is, and they're so good at it, and
- 23:20Speaker 3: God bless them. It's just I'm not good at it,
- 23:22Speaker 3: so I'm not I'm not here to throw political bombs.
- 23:25Speaker 3: I'm not a flamethrower. I'm not a bomb thrower. I'm
- 23:27Speaker 3: a talker. Let's talk about this anyway. The point I'm
- 23:31Speaker 3: making here is I do believe you should just let
- 23:34Speaker 3: people do what they want to do. If Romeo Santos
- 23:37Speaker 3: wants to make much out those songs, and he's damn
- 23:38Speaker 3: good at it, let him do that. If Prince Royce
- 23:41Speaker 3: wants to do the same thing, let him do that.
- 23:43Speaker 3: In fact, Romeo Santos in this interview, he says I
- 23:47Speaker 3: made some political comments in the back, saying f Trump.
- 23:49Speaker 3: And he doesn't get to the point where he says
- 23:52Speaker 3: he regrets it, but he pretty much explains that he
- 23:56Speaker 3: wouldn't do it today. Listen to this, and I will.
- 23:58Speaker 11: Say this, you know, because I do remember that occasion.
- 24:02Speaker 11: Don't believe that was in the bartlace said yeah, no, no, no,
- 24:07Speaker 11: and I'm just going to take it back. I can't
- 24:09Speaker 11: say I regret what I said in the sense that
- 24:11Speaker 11: I'm always me and there's different versions of me. If
- 24:14Speaker 11: you asked me today it's my opinion about any of that,
- 24:17Speaker 11: I would tell you I think artists should stick to music.
- 24:20Speaker 11: I just regret not focusing on what I'm here to do,
- 24:23Speaker 11: which just give good music.
- 24:25Speaker 3: At that time.
- 24:26Speaker 12: Was their blowback, not at all. They're like, you can't
- 24:29Speaker 12: say that, You shouldn't say that.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Please don't say well, I tell you what.
- 24:32Speaker 11: At the time, I had one kid, you know now
- 24:36Speaker 11: I have five in total. I think when you get older,
- 24:41Speaker 11: a good way to evaluate what you need to work
- 24:45Speaker 11: on is if they ask you, hypothetically speaking to want
- 24:49Speaker 11: your kids to be exactly like you, if you're able
- 24:51Speaker 11: to say, hell, yeah, I don't want my kids ever
- 24:54Speaker 11: to go on stage or any public like. They're like, so,
- 24:59Speaker 11: I'm like, you know what, lead by example.
- 25:01Speaker 6: That's what I meant.
- 25:02Speaker 3: How about that? I think that's a pretty good look
- 25:04Speaker 3: at things in retrospect. He was a new father then
- 25:06Speaker 3: he's had a chance to raise his kids. Wants to
- 25:09Speaker 3: lead by example and have his children be better than him.
- 25:12Speaker 3: I think that's what all parents want. I think it
- 25:14Speaker 3: also helps that many people were guided by the same
- 25:18Speaker 3: information likely that he was looking at. Where people are
- 25:21Speaker 3: saying f Trump because they didn't understand Trump. They didn't
- 25:23Speaker 3: understand the benefit of having Trump in America. Now we
- 25:27Speaker 3: see not only the benefit of Trump in America. We
- 25:29Speaker 3: see the benefit of Trump globally. Look at the Venezuelans.
- 25:32Speaker 3: Look at the fiesta right the party that's going on
- 25:35Speaker 3: all over the world celebrating the arrest of Nico las Maludo.
- 25:39Speaker 3: So this is just part of what I wanted to
- 25:41Speaker 3: bring up here, because again, different strokes for different folks,
- 25:45Speaker 3: and the folks at the old Hot ninety seven morning
- 25:47Speaker 3: show hebro and the gang there, they felt that this
- 25:51Speaker 3: was wrong of these guys and that they were in
- 25:54Speaker 3: essence selling out. They were having the backs of their
- 25:57Speaker 3: fellow Hispanics. I don't find anything wrong with what they said,
- 26:00Speaker 3: because I understand you do. You don't want people, good
- 26:03Speaker 3: hard working people to suffer, pay the price or anything
- 26:07Speaker 3: like that. But at the same time, you also don't
- 26:11Speaker 3: want some Ms thirteen tattoo on his face, likes to
- 26:16Speaker 3: rape little kids, an old ladies person running around your neighborhood. Now,
- 26:20Speaker 3: these are both extremes, right, and there's gray areas and
- 26:24Speaker 3: nuance in between. But ultimately people grow and people evolve,
- 26:28Speaker 3: People become more informed and even just having a simple
- 26:32Speaker 3: conversation like the ones that Charlie Kirk used to have,
- 26:34Speaker 3: or even like the ones that we have right here
- 26:35Speaker 3: on this program. Oftentimes people will say, you know what,
- 26:39Speaker 3: I look at that differently now. I know I've done that.
- 26:43Speaker 3: I've interviewed people and said, you know what, you've changed
- 26:45Speaker 3: my mind. I'm sold I have a different view of
- 26:48Speaker 3: something I had a different view on because sometimes your
- 26:51Speaker 3: views will evolve when you have a conversation, when you
- 26:56Speaker 3: learn a little bit more about something. So I'm glad
- 26:59Speaker 3: that these guys had this conversation, and I'm glad that
- 27:02Speaker 3: Romeo said what he said that he doesn't regret it.
- 27:05Speaker 3: At the time, it felt like the right thing to say. Hey,
- 27:08Speaker 3: good for you. Own it if you want. You know,
- 27:10Speaker 3: maybe a couple of years from now, he'll say, you know,
- 27:12Speaker 3: at the time, or even years later, I didn't regret it.
- 27:14Speaker 3: But now I look back and I say, you know what,
- 27:15Speaker 3: it wasn't the right thing to do, and I do
- 27:17Speaker 3: regret it. I don't know if that'll happen or not,
- 27:20Speaker 3: but I do know these guys show more humility and
- 27:24Speaker 3: more sense as musicians than many in Hollywood, and then
- 27:28Speaker 3: many in Washington. Straight Ahead Gabriel Boxer joins us. He's
- 27:32Speaker 3: known as the Kosher Guru and he's going to weigh
- 27:34Speaker 3: in on some of the crazy things Zara Mamdani is doing,
- 27:37Speaker 3: like folding up the Anti Semitism office in New York.
- 27:43Speaker 3: Why would you close that up? More to come straight ahead.
- 27:47Speaker 3: I'm Rich Valdes.
- 27:48Speaker 4: This is America.
- 27:59Speaker 1: This is America, Bara englz or primo norodos, Bara richvald
- 28:07Speaker 1: Is e s Nos America.
- 28:11Speaker 3: Awara, All right, amigos, welcome back, and I want to
- 28:15Speaker 3: continue the conversation talking about Venezuela. I got a report
- 28:20Speaker 3: on the latest on Venezuela, and we're gonna get to
- 28:23Speaker 3: that right now. I want you to listen to this.
- 28:30Speaker 3: Are you gonna let the music play a little bit? Okay?
- 28:33Speaker 3: I like this music. Some of the best bumper music
- 28:36Speaker 3: in town. Right here. DJ Regiev, how at your boy?
- 28:41Speaker 12: This morning reports that the Venezuelan government and its armed
- 28:44Speaker 12: militias are cracking down on descent, trying to hold onto
- 28:47Speaker 12: power after the capture of Nicholas Maduro, the Interior Minister,
- 28:51Speaker 12: vowing revenge against the US, seen here wearing protective gear,
- 28:55Speaker 12: posing with armed security forces and marching in a pro
- 28:58Speaker 12: government rally yesterday. Paramilitary groups are on patrol, reportedly checking
- 29:02Speaker 12: phones and social media posts.
- 29:04Speaker 13: We have seen extraordinary scenes of defiance on the streets
- 29:07Speaker 13: of Caracas. The security forces powermiitry out on the streets,
- 29:11Speaker 13: chanting loyalty, always traitors, never we're here that they've been
- 29:15Speaker 13: ordered to find people who they believe may have helped
- 29:18Speaker 13: the United States in that operation to extract Maduro.
- 29:22Speaker 12: And now new details about President Trump's plan for Venezuela
- 29:25Speaker 12: and its interim president Delsea Rodriguez. Sources say the US
- 29:29Speaker 12: is demanding Venezuela cut economic ties with Russia, China, and
- 29:32Speaker 12: Iran and partner exclusively with the US on oil production.
- 29:36Speaker 12: President Trump already announcing Venezuela will turn over thirty to
- 29:39Speaker 12: fifty million barrels of sanctioned oil. Trump saying that money
- 29:43Speaker 12: will be controlled by me to ensure it is used
- 29:46Speaker 12: to benefit the people of Venezuela and the United States.
- 29:49Speaker 12: But this morning questions about what comes next.
- 29:52Speaker 14: The government of Venezuela remains defiant, at least publicly. At
- 29:55Speaker 14: this point, the question is, are their diplomatic conversations being
- 29:58Speaker 14: taken place behind the scene that might be enough to
- 30:01Speaker 14: play kate president Trump steer him away from further military action.
- 30:04Speaker 14: We simply don't know, but at least publicly, the government
- 30:06Speaker 14: of Venezuela right now does not appear to be playing
- 30:09Speaker 14: ball in the way that the United States wants them to.
- 30:11Speaker 3: That's a report from ABC News, and of course Venezuela's
- 30:14Speaker 3: not playing ball as they used to. You know what's funny.
- 30:17Speaker 3: The first part of that report talked about the Venezuelan
- 30:20Speaker 3: militia in the streets looking for people that potentially assisted
- 30:23Speaker 3: in this operation. I would submit to you that if
- 30:26Speaker 3: you're on a military base and this woman del Rodriguez
- 30:31Speaker 3: just took the oath of office, seems to me that
- 30:34Speaker 3: she's probably the first person i'd look at for the
- 30:36Speaker 3: people being involved in helping Trump execute this mission. Doesn't
- 30:39Speaker 3: she stand the most to gain? Seems that way from
- 30:42Speaker 3: where I sit. We'll find out. If she decides to
- 30:44Speaker 3: play ball and say, yeah, look, we'll go ahead, she'll
- 30:46Speaker 3: say something like President Maduro had agreed to give the
- 30:49Speaker 3: United States whatever concessions they wanted to avoid something like this.
- 30:53Speaker 3: I remain in the same position, also ready to negotiate,
- 30:56Speaker 3: and that's it. You want thirty million barrels, sure you'll
- 30:59Speaker 3: get it. We'll give you the third million barrels. And
- 31:00Speaker 3: I'll turn around and tell my people the United States
- 31:02Speaker 3: are imperialists and they are robbing us of our oil,
- 31:05Speaker 3: and they are doing this and they're doing that. Meanwhile,
- 31:07Speaker 3: you have the Venezuela and people saying, excuse me, China, Russia,
- 31:11Speaker 3: Iran for twenty five years have all been stealing the
- 31:15Speaker 3: Venezuelan oil. The people of Venezuela have never gotten that money.
- 31:18Speaker 3: Now Trump malo Gase, like my mother would say, right,
- 31:21Speaker 3: as bad as you may think he is, and I
- 31:23Speaker 3: don't think he is, but I'm sure you do some
- 31:25Speaker 3: of you. At least Trump's not going to let that happen.
- 31:27Speaker 3: He's going to make sure that this money somehow goes
- 31:30Speaker 3: back to the Venezuelan people so that they're not hopping
- 31:33Speaker 3: the fence to get into Colombia, so that they're not
- 31:36Speaker 3: coming here in droves. He talks about this type of
- 31:39Speaker 3: thing all the time. So it's clear as day now.
- 31:41Speaker 3: I want to move over to domestic policy because Secretary
- 31:44Speaker 3: Heckseth from the Department of War is what it's called now.
- 31:47Speaker 3: He used to be called Department of Defense. He gave
- 31:49Speaker 3: a briefing on Capitol Hill today and was taking some
- 31:53Speaker 3: questions afterwards and didn't like the question he got from CNN,
- 31:57Speaker 3: and he did a great job answer he got check
- 31:59Speaker 3: this out.
- 32:00Speaker 15: I want to emphasize that question from CNN. The questions
- 32:04Speaker 15: never asked how much does it cost when they're in
- 32:06Speaker 15: the Mediterranean or the Red Sea or the Indian Ocean
- 32:08Speaker 15: of the Pacific. But now that they're in our hemisphere
- 32:12Speaker 15: on the countercrtel mission or ensuring that adicted individual comes
- 32:15Speaker 15: to justice, now you're asking the question of cost. It's
- 32:17Speaker 15: a disingenuous question to begin with. You're trying to find
- 32:20Speaker 15: any angle possible to undermine the success of one of
- 32:23Speaker 15: the more historic military missions the world has ever seen.
- 32:27Speaker 15: The level of sophistication that Senate just was briefed on
- 32:30Speaker 15: and the House was briefed on a classified level, is
- 32:33Speaker 15: something only the United States of America can accomplish. The
- 32:36Speaker 15: world is taking notice of that. Certainly Venezuela is taking
- 32:39Speaker 15: notice of that. And it continues because two oil tankers
- 32:42Speaker 15: two overnight were seized by the United States of America
- 32:45Speaker 15: state list or sanctioned because the oil blockade, the quarantine
- 32:48Speaker 15: of oil out of unsanctioned or sanctioned or stateless vessels
- 32:53Speaker 15: continues that leverage will continue, as Secretary Rubio outlined.
- 32:57Speaker 12: So our military is prepared to continue this.
- 33:01Speaker 15: As he said, the President, when he speaks, he means it,
- 33:04Speaker 15: means it. He's not messing around. We're an administration of
- 33:07Speaker 15: action to advance our interests and that is on full display.
- 33:10Speaker 12: We're happy to breed.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Secretary hegseeth laying down the law. Good for him. I
- 33:16Speaker 3: love what I'm hearing. And that's how you got to
- 33:19Speaker 3: handle the media. You've got to get assertive, you've got
- 33:21Speaker 3: to get tough, You've got to go on offense. Gone
- 33:23Speaker 3: are the days of just sitting there letting these people
- 33:26Speaker 3: figure out their question and try and twist it into
- 33:29Speaker 3: indicting you one way or another. That's what they do, right,
- 33:32Speaker 3: And he's one hundred percent right. They're asking about what
- 33:35Speaker 3: is it going to cost the United States? Shut up, man?
- 33:37Speaker 3: Why is it that we spend all this money in
- 33:40Speaker 3: our federal budget for the military so that we can
- 33:43Speaker 3: have moments like this? The reason we have I don't
- 33:46Speaker 3: know what is it? The first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth,
- 33:48Speaker 3: and seventh largest air force in the world. I think
- 33:53Speaker 3: that's how it works, right. I think our air force
- 33:55Speaker 3: is like six or seven times larger than the next
- 33:58Speaker 3: country up. Our navy somewhat similar. The reason we have
- 34:04Speaker 3: this kind of firepower is a God forbid we never
- 34:07Speaker 3: need it, and b we have it just in case
- 34:10Speaker 3: we ever need it. And I think that's the way
- 34:14Speaker 3: to go, peace, true strength. But one hundred percent right.
- 34:19Speaker 3: He's one hundred percent right, sophisticated mission. They did it right.
- 34:22Speaker 3: I would love to have seen them take five people.
- 34:24Speaker 3: Trust me, we all live in fantasyland and want, you know,
- 34:28Speaker 3: the most we can get, right, the most bang for
- 34:30Speaker 3: the buck. But I think this has sent a message
- 34:35Speaker 3: around the world. And watching Delsi Rodriguez, like I said,
- 34:39Speaker 3: the new executive vice President and now acting President of Venezuela,
- 34:44Speaker 3: she is to me going to be the telltale sign.
- 34:47Speaker 3: Did her and the inner Circle sacrifice their majuro so
- 34:54Speaker 3: that they could hold on to some semblance of power
- 34:56Speaker 3: and have a fighting shot, And I could see how
- 34:59Speaker 3: it goes. I could see it goes like this, Right,
- 35:02Speaker 3: it goes like this, mister President, we have a call
- 35:05Speaker 3: from the Federal correction facility. Who is it. It's the
- 35:10Speaker 3: former president of Honduras. He's a drug trafficker and he's
- 35:15Speaker 3: been convicted for bringing in I don't know, some godless
- 35:17Speaker 3: amount of cocaine into this country. What does he want? Well,
- 35:21Speaker 3: apparently he says he can set up Maduro. He'll give
- 35:25Speaker 3: you Maduro if if you let him out, give him
- 35:28Speaker 3: a pardon. Let's see what he has to say. He's
- 35:34Speaker 3: the president and I have I have a good relationship
- 35:36Speaker 3: with Delsi Rodriguez. I have some blackmail on her. I
- 35:38Speaker 3: can do this now whatever I can get you this person.
- 35:41Speaker 3: So you're saying you can get me Maduro because you've
- 35:46Speaker 3: got dirt and jealousy. Okay, let's see what you got
- 35:51Speaker 3: and boom, they start to make the deals. Right. This
- 35:55Speaker 3: is pure speculation, right, but makes sense to me. That's
- 35:59Speaker 3: why you let go of the one trafficker. Next thing
- 36:02Speaker 3: you know, we're landing airplanes and keeping them in hover
- 36:07Speaker 3: to extract the fugitive president of Venezuela, in and out,
- 36:15Speaker 3: in and out in record time. So let me tell you,
- 36:23Speaker 3: was this an inside job? You've got to be smoking
- 36:26Speaker 3: all sorts of crack to think it wasn't. Now. I
- 36:31Speaker 3: could be wrong. It'll only be time now. The rest
- 36:37Speaker 3: of that deal perhaps sounds like this, and O Delsi
- 36:40Speaker 3: hi DELSI. I want to introduce you to Marco. Marco,
- 36:43Speaker 3: he's terrific, does a great job. Jelusy. We're gonna give
- 36:47Speaker 3: you a fighting chance. You're gonna make a piece of
- 36:49Speaker 3: the pie here. We're gonna pay you to go away.
- 36:52Speaker 3: You can go to Russia, you can go wherever you want,
- 36:54Speaker 3: because you're gonna get us. Our guy, you get us,
- 36:56Speaker 3: our guy will leave you an interim power. Trust me,
- 37:02Speaker 3: A democratic Venezuela is in the very near future, but
- 37:10Speaker 3: we'll give you a chance to save some face. You understand, yes,
- 37:15Speaker 3: mister president, I understand all right? Boom, I don't. There's
- 37:20Speaker 3: not a part of me that exists that believes that
- 37:22Speaker 3: Venezuela is going to try and maintain the structure that
- 37:26Speaker 3: they have now. I could be wrong, and if I am,
- 37:30Speaker 3: feel free to say, Valdez you were overly optimistic. But
- 37:34Speaker 3: guess what I don't think I am. I don't think
- 37:37Speaker 3: that the momentum right now is is not weak. It's strong,
- 37:44Speaker 3: and people are going to take action. It may not
- 37:47Speaker 3: be Maria Corrina Mashadow and that's okay if it isn't right.
- 37:52Speaker 3: I mean, she's h she believes in democracy, but she also,
- 37:55Speaker 3: is you know a lefty that believes in democracy, right?
- 37:59Speaker 3: I mean, then you have these these guys that are
- 38:00Speaker 3: comedies that are socially conservative, So you need to find
- 38:03Speaker 3: the right person. And again, I don't live in Venezuela,
- 38:05Speaker 3: so I'm not going to be the one to vote,
- 38:08Speaker 3: but I will say, you want to make sure it's
- 38:10Speaker 3: someone that's going to play ball and has the ability
- 38:12Speaker 3: to keep people in line. Simultaneously, the same exact things
- 38:16Speaker 3: happening in Iran. And I don't for a second consider
- 38:21Speaker 3: myself fooled that we're not involved in both of these situations.
- 38:26Speaker 3: And I don't just mean by what we can see.
- 38:27Speaker 3: I'm talking about what we can't see, what's happening behind
- 38:30Speaker 3: the scenes. When you see people running around with masks
- 38:33Speaker 3: over their faces, right, when you see people running around
- 38:36Speaker 3: masks over their faces here in the United States, I
- 38:38Speaker 3: would venture to say that that is likely foreign assets,
- 38:42Speaker 3: people that have been affected that are somehow part of
- 38:45Speaker 3: an intelligence operation from Russia, China or Iran. Pretty sure, right,
- 38:50Speaker 3: washing money, pretending they're this organization that organization. But that's
- 38:54Speaker 3: the goal. Destabilized America. Tear this bad boy down, lights
- 38:57Speaker 3: and fires, go stop ice right nor people don't do this.
- 39:01Speaker 3: These are our unscrupulous, corrupt actors that we want to
- 39:05Speaker 3: think are just radical left wingers, and they are, but
- 39:07Speaker 3: they're they're radicalized in the name of Marxism. They're radicalized
- 39:13Speaker 3: in the name of some other government. I'm pretty sure
- 39:15Speaker 3: that's my best belief. But anyway, I say all I
- 39:19Speaker 3: have to say that Mark Rubio also weighed in on
- 39:22Speaker 3: this briefing that they had today, and he also had
- 39:26Speaker 3: a lot to say. Check this out.
- 39:27Speaker 7: Thanks Senatory Root.
- 39:29Speaker 3: Some senators you were in not briefing describing your operation variously.
- 39:34Speaker 15: Is that you're winging it, but there's no plan for
- 39:36Speaker 15: Venezuela going forward.
- 39:37Speaker 16: Yeah, we're going to say I used to be a
- 39:39Speaker 16: senator too. That's what you always say when it's the
- 39:41Speaker 16: other party. The bottom line is we've gone into great
- 39:43Speaker 16: detail with them about the planning we've described as him.
- 39:45Speaker 16: In fact, it's not just winging it. It's not just
- 39:48Speaker 16: saying or speculating it's going to happen. It's already happening.
- 39:51Speaker 16: Like the oil arrangement that we've made with Pey Deavesa
- 39:54Speaker 16: on their sanctioned oral that they can't move. Understand they
- 39:56Speaker 16: are not generating any revenue from their oil right now,
- 39:59Speaker 16: they can't move unless we allow it to move because
- 40:02Speaker 16: we have sanctions, because we're enforcing those sanctions. This is
- 40:05Speaker 16: tremendous leverage. We are exercising it in a positive way.
- 40:08Speaker 16: The President described it last night. Secretary Will write, we'll
- 40:11Speaker 16: have more to say on it today. Who is involved
- 40:12Speaker 16: in running this portfolio, and we feel very positive. Then
- 40:15Speaker 16: not only will that generate revenue that will be used
- 40:17Speaker 16: to the benefit of the Venezuelan people, and we're ensure
- 40:20Speaker 16: that that's what the case is, but it also gives
- 40:22Speaker 16: us an amount of leverage and influence and control over
- 40:25Speaker 16: how this process is soil it.
- 40:26Speaker 3: There you go, that doesn't sound like winging it. To me,
- 40:29Speaker 3: that sounds like a very confident person knows exactly what's
- 40:31Speaker 3: going on. And listen, this is a great thing. The
- 40:34Speaker 3: Venezuelan people who are going to benefit from this down
- 40:36Speaker 3: the road for sure, right there's going to be an
- 40:38Speaker 3: American investment into infrastructure to make sure that they can
- 40:40Speaker 3: refine and pump and do what they have to do.
- 40:43Speaker 3: This is going to be great for everybody in so
- 40:45Speaker 3: many ways, and to me, it fits so neatly into
- 40:47Speaker 3: the comments that President Trump made when he said maybe
- 40:50Speaker 3: Venezuela will be a fifty first state. Now, some people
- 40:52Speaker 3: thought that was a snub on Puerto Rico, but no,
- 40:55Speaker 3: what he's saying is we're not leaving, right, We're not leaving.
- 40:58Speaker 3: So yes, when they call us a cloist, imperialist, colonizer,
- 41:03Speaker 3: I don't know what else do they want to call us.
- 41:04Speaker 3: The reality is, look, if you have an investment that
- 41:07Speaker 3: you made in Venezuela and they reneged like they did
- 41:10Speaker 3: right and kicked us out, and they owed us a
- 41:12Speaker 3: billion dollars, nobody tried to collect. Everybody played ball with
- 41:16Speaker 3: Chavez and then with Maduro and here we are. So
- 41:19Speaker 3: now you've got Trump that's going to create a framework.
- 41:22Speaker 3: We're going to profit, they're going to profit. There's investment
- 41:25Speaker 3: going to be made, and we're going to make sure
- 41:26Speaker 3: that this thing happens. This is gonna happen well beyond
- 41:30Speaker 3: Trump's term. So we've got to make sure that we're
- 41:33Speaker 3: around to continue to protect them, to continue to make
- 41:36Speaker 3: sure that the influence that's in Venezuela is American influence,
- 41:40Speaker 3: not Chinese, Iranian or Russian influence. We've got to stop
- 41:44Speaker 3: using people that are our neighbors, if you will to
- 41:48Speaker 3: enrich and supply and power our enemies.
- 41:53Speaker 17: The forty fifth President Donald Trump thinks it's an honor
- 41:56Speaker 17: to speak with Rich Valdez.
- 41:58Speaker 4: Oh, very good, budge and honor, thanks Rich.
- 42:03Speaker 17: The honor is all yours. Conservative talk with a dash
- 42:08Speaker 17: of Sofrito. Now here's Rich Valdez, all.
- 42:14Speaker 3: Right, I mean he goes. Welcome back, Rich Valdez, keeping
- 42:16Speaker 3: your company. And I want to get into this topic
- 42:18Speaker 3: of safety. Right. I'm a New Yorker. I grew up
- 42:21Speaker 3: in Brooklyn in a relatively mixed neighborhood, but a couple
- 42:25Speaker 3: of blocks away from my apartment building on Ocean Avenue
- 42:28Speaker 3: and Avenue M was a place called Kosher Plaza, right,
- 42:32Speaker 3: and it was a largely Jewish neighborhood in the area
- 42:35Speaker 3: around me in New York City remains one of the
- 42:37Speaker 3: largest homes to the Jewish community outside of Israel. And
- 42:42Speaker 3: for many the election of Zoron Mamdani is not just
- 42:46Speaker 3: questionable but fear provoking for some. I want to get
- 42:51Speaker 3: into that with our guest right now, Gabriel Boxer, welcome.
- 42:54Speaker 6: Sir, thank you very much. And if President Trump says
- 42:58Speaker 6: is an honor speaking with you, then it must be
- 43:00Speaker 6: honor speaking with rich.
- 43:01Speaker 3: Thank you, brother, I appreciate that, and I want to
- 43:04Speaker 3: get your perspectives as a businessman, as some as a
- 43:07Speaker 3: restaurant tour somebody who understands you know what it's like
- 43:11Speaker 3: to deal with the public on a daily basis. Talk
- 43:14Speaker 3: to me from your perspective, Gabriel, what what is the
- 43:18Speaker 3: I guess the sense that New Yorkers, in particular New
- 43:21Speaker 3: Yorkers of Jewish faith, what are they feeling like right now?
- 43:26Speaker 6: You grew up in Brooklyn, he said. I grew up
- 43:27Speaker 6: in Queens, New York, down the block from Saint John's University,
- 43:30Speaker 6: in a mixed neighborhood as well. My parents still live there.
- 43:33Speaker 6: I moved many years ago out to Long Island in
- 43:36Speaker 6: Nassau County and traveled to New York City all the
- 43:40Speaker 6: time via trained subway. I have two kids who are
- 43:44Speaker 6: in Manhattan in university there. My entire life, I never
- 43:48Speaker 6: felt afraid to be walking around New York City with
- 43:52Speaker 6: Mayamica on being a proud New Yorker, a proud patriot
- 43:56Speaker 6: until recently, and now that Mom Dondie has sworn in,
- 43:59Speaker 6: I even feel more fearful, and I see the stairs.
- 44:02Speaker 6: I see people who are afraid, and they're taking off
- 44:04Speaker 6: the Yamaica. They're being afraid to walk and be in
- 44:08Speaker 6: New York City. I see men, women and children hiding
- 44:11Speaker 6: their Stars of David, their high necklaces, any semblance of
- 44:15Speaker 6: being Jewish and recognized. That's not American. That's not the
- 44:19Speaker 6: American way. That's not how we're raised in New York.
- 44:22Speaker 6: That's never how our parents and grandparents ever thought that
- 44:25Speaker 6: we would feel in New York. And it's happening and rich.
- 44:29Speaker 6: It's happening today on the streets of New York and
- 44:31Speaker 6: it's scary. It really is scary.
- 44:33Speaker 3: You know, Gabriel, I have to agree with you in
- 44:36Speaker 3: that I've seen in recent years an increase of anti
- 44:40Speaker 3: Semitic attacks, right you're talking about. What I'm talking about
- 44:43Speaker 3: is attacks on houses of worship, synagogues in particular, where
- 44:49Speaker 3: things have gotten from vandalism progressively worse to you know,
- 44:53Speaker 3: real violence. And I used to think, ah, you know, interesting,
- 44:58Speaker 3: people are becoming either more open about their Jew hatred
- 45:03Speaker 3: or they're just becoming Jew haters. I'm going to say overnight.
- 45:07Speaker 3: I think both may be true. But I think the
- 45:10Speaker 3: latter more so than the former. And the reason I
- 45:13Speaker 3: say that is because when you look at the I'm
- 45:16Speaker 3: going to use the word propaganda that's online in particular
- 45:19Speaker 3: following October seventh and even the lead up to it,
- 45:22Speaker 3: it is almost become cool on social media to disparage
- 45:27Speaker 3: or dislike the Jews. And you know, it's a lot
- 45:31Speaker 3: of this is ignorance. From my perspective, I see a
- 45:34Speaker 3: lot of people targeting Hasidic Jews, but they put everybody
- 45:38Speaker 3: into the same bucket, right, and it's just like, oh,
- 45:41Speaker 3: those guys with the curly hair and the long hats
- 45:43Speaker 3: and the lung jackets. Yeah, yeah, no, those guys are terrible,
- 45:46Speaker 3: and everybody seems to be okay with this. This is
- 45:49Speaker 3: from my perspective what I'm seeing. Are you seeing similar
- 45:52Speaker 3: or do you have a different take on why this
- 45:54Speaker 3: is exacerbating?
- 45:57Speaker 6: I think you are correct, but it goes even deeper
- 46:00Speaker 6: than that. And yes, it's easier to target the most
- 46:04Speaker 6: outwardly looking Jews, which are the hostetic Jews with their
- 46:07Speaker 6: side curls and their you know, their their garb that
- 46:10Speaker 6: they wear, but everyone is just as equally open target
- 46:15Speaker 6: now and NYPD Commissioner Tis James. I believe it was
- 46:19Speaker 6: yesterday earlier to take believe it was yesterday when they
- 46:22Speaker 6: announced the numbers of pats against people in New York City,
- 46:29Speaker 6: over fifty seven percent, if I'm not mistaken, was against Jews.
- 46:34Speaker 6: That means more than half of the biased crimes in
- 46:39Speaker 6: New York City are against the Jewish people. And I'm
- 46:43Speaker 6: gonna have to agree with you even more and go
- 46:44Speaker 6: into that that the propaganda and I'm going to call
- 46:48Speaker 6: propaganations like you did, that is being spread on social
- 46:50Speaker 6: media and in universities in New York and beyond is
- 46:55Speaker 6: really stirring the pot and the false narrative and all
- 46:58Speaker 6: of these falsehoods and the true propaganda that is out
- 47:01Speaker 6: there is creating more and more hatred against the Jewish people.
- 47:06Speaker 6: And if we see what this mayor what I call
- 47:09Speaker 6: a mayor, zarmamser this Zara and the moron like other
- 47:13Speaker 6: people are calling him all over social media and beyond,
- 47:15Speaker 6: which I believe is a great description of who he is,
- 47:19Speaker 6: because what he did to New York City in just
- 47:21Speaker 6: a few days that he took office within twenty four
- 47:24Speaker 6: hours of coming in. If you're see he smiles and waves,
- 47:27Speaker 6: he smiles. He has that smile.
- 47:28Speaker 3: He's like the New York version of Tim Walls.
- 47:32Speaker 6: He yes, But what he's doing is he is so
- 47:37Speaker 6: manipulated and his entire campaign was so orchestrated. You see
- 47:41Speaker 6: who his father is, this pro radical left, you know,
- 47:45Speaker 6: university professor at Columbia, and his mother, who is an executive,
- 47:49Speaker 6: a freak, an exact title, and an executive at Disney.
- 47:51Speaker 6: I feel that he's like a Disney movie. He was
- 47:54Speaker 6: curated while he himself is trying to look you know,
- 47:56Speaker 6: neutral or censrist. He's putting the most wo progressive liberal
- 48:01Speaker 6: left people in different positions and councils to run the city.
- 48:07Speaker 6: But what he did within twenty four hours of getting
- 48:10Speaker 6: into office, he's he has rescinded the ihr A, which
- 48:15Speaker 6: is the International Holocaust Remembers, the Alliance's working definition of
- 48:19Speaker 6: anti Semitism, which you know, in sense is denying also
- 48:24Speaker 6: the Jewish people's rights to self determination as anti Semitics.
- 48:27Speaker 6: So you know, his whole thing of oh, no Zionism
- 48:30Speaker 6: is you know, it's okay to go off for your Zionist,
- 48:32Speaker 6: but out a Jew. No, No, He's taking all that
- 48:34Speaker 6: away and giving zero protections against anti semitism. You know,
- 48:40Speaker 6: he says, Oh, I'm going to hold on to the
- 48:42Speaker 6: office that that that the previous may and Mary Eric
- 48:44Speaker 6: Adams in New York City start, I'm going to hold
- 48:46Speaker 6: onto the office of I forgot the exact committee, but whatever,
- 48:50Speaker 6: it's called antisemitism. But if you take away the definition
- 48:54Speaker 6: of antisemitism, what's left of the office right there with
- 49:00Speaker 6: absolutely no meaning?
- 49:02Speaker 3: Yeah, now, you know, Gabe, I want to ask you
- 49:04Speaker 3: this because I find what you're saying fascinating and I
- 49:06Speaker 3: agree with you. This to me is interesting the critique
- 49:10Speaker 3: for many, right for many, and I mean the real
- 49:13Speaker 3: surface level critique that I've seen in my day. Because again,
- 49:15Speaker 3: I'm a gentile, I'm a Christian, so people are a
- 49:18Speaker 3: lot freer with their jew hatred around me than they
- 49:21Speaker 3: might be around you wearing a yamulka. But I see
- 49:25Speaker 3: things and I ask questions. And one of the things
- 49:28Speaker 3: that I see and hear often right that these tropes
- 49:31Speaker 3: that they're not necessarily I'm gonna say anti semitic when
- 49:34Speaker 3: they start, but they're clearly headed in that direction.
- 49:37Speaker 6: Right.
- 49:38Speaker 3: So if you're in a conversation or you're next to
- 49:40Speaker 3: a conversation and somebody says things, well, I mean, all
- 49:43Speaker 3: you got to do is stop for a second and
- 49:45Speaker 3: see who runs the banks, who runs Hollywood? Right the
- 49:48Speaker 3: next sentence, maybe the next word is gonna be Jewish
- 49:52Speaker 3: centric at best and anti Semitic at worst. And my
- 49:57Speaker 3: question here, and this is truly my position of of
- 50:00Speaker 3: naivete here, what sundarly alarm?
- 50:03Speaker 15: What?
- 50:04Speaker 3: Why is it? If the Jews are in control of everything,
- 50:07Speaker 3: the banks and the media, why are they losing the
- 50:10Speaker 3: propaganda war on social media? Because to me, it seems
- 50:14Speaker 3: that on social media it's been totally normalized. It's okay,
- 50:18Speaker 3: it's almost encouraged to hate the Jews.
- 50:21Speaker 6: So let's take a step back. If we go to
- 50:23Speaker 6: nineteen thirty nineteen forties Europe, when the Nasal regime came
- 50:27Speaker 6: to power and started rounding up all the Jews, anybody
- 50:31Speaker 6: who's a Jew, father's a Jew, mother's a Jew. They
- 50:34Speaker 6: didn't care. You had I think one somethings of Jewish
- 50:37Speaker 6: blood in you. You know, they round up, they didn't care,
- 50:40Speaker 6: and they say the Jews were on this when in
- 50:41Speaker 6: reality JP Morgan. You know, people always say you could
- 50:44Speaker 6: go to JP Morgan Chase, you could pick any bank,
- 50:46Speaker 6: they would say the Rothschild. That's one banker who's Jewish.
- 50:50Speaker 6: But if we go through banks that are out there,
- 50:53Speaker 6: they're not run by the Jewish people on the jewsh
- 50:55Speaker 6: people who work for the banks. But the CEO seven
- 50:58Speaker 6: just you're taking one example, Jaco Morgan Chase Jamie Diamond
- 51:00Speaker 6: was the CEO there for many years, is not Jewish.
- 51:02Speaker 6: You go into many other banks, you go into Hollywood.
- 51:05Speaker 6: Now there might be people who work in Hollywood or
- 51:07Speaker 6: some who are you know, big people on them who
- 51:10Speaker 6: are Jewish. But let's take a step back when they
- 51:14Speaker 6: say they're Jewish. They might be culturally Jewish, they might
- 51:17Speaker 6: be whatever. But these are people because you know, people say, oh,
- 51:20Speaker 6: Jews voted for zorn in New York City. So the
- 51:25Speaker 6: majority of religious Jewish people, people who you know are
- 51:29Speaker 6: really practicing Jewish, did not vote for Zoron. They're talking
- 51:32Speaker 6: about the liberal world, progressive lefs. Some people might be
- 51:35Speaker 6: considered they might consider themselves culturally Jewish, but are they
- 51:39Speaker 6: are they religious? You know, they did not vote for
- 51:42Speaker 6: zorn And and it is such a breakdown of the
- 51:45Speaker 6: fabric of our society where we start blaming you know, oh,
- 51:50Speaker 6: so you know Hollywood is run or owned by the Jews.
- 51:53Speaker 6: It's not by people who might work in their proportionality
- 51:57Speaker 6: of what Jews could get and where Jews could have
- 51:59Speaker 6: got jobs many years ago, because many years ago, a
- 52:02Speaker 6: lot of jobs were not open to Jews, even in America,
- 52:04Speaker 6: just like for other minorities in America, and that they
- 52:07Speaker 6: go to where they can or could get jobs. And
- 52:09Speaker 6: that was just Hollywood was one of those examples if
- 52:11Speaker 6: you go into the history of Hollywood of we're Jews
- 52:14Speaker 6: at the time, we're able to take a job, and
- 52:16Speaker 6: it just continued. And with that being said, most of
- 52:19Speaker 6: the main celebrities in Hollywood are not Jewish, of many
- 52:24Speaker 6: of the most directors are not Jewish. Yes, you could
- 52:26Speaker 6: pick out a Steven Spielberg who's a very talented, you know, director, producer,
- 52:30Speaker 6: so on and so forth, and that's one out of
- 52:32Speaker 6: how many. So yes, some of the bigger names and
- 52:34Speaker 6: everything else. But what's being spewed all over social media
- 52:38Speaker 6: is you take the Jewish people that are are point
- 52:42Speaker 6: zero zero zeros do whatever number two of the entire
- 52:44Speaker 6: world population, and yes, have had to thrive because we
- 52:48Speaker 6: were thrown out of every country around the world and
- 52:51Speaker 6: there's always been you know, jew hatred and anti Semitism.
- 52:54Speaker 6: So yes, we went to go study, we tried to
- 52:56Speaker 6: better ourselves, do ourselves. The opportunities are out there, and
- 52:59Speaker 6: that he took this apport to them better themselves, to me,
- 53:02Speaker 6: that's more jealousy than anything else when you see someone
- 53:05Speaker 6: who was able to thrive in a society that always
- 53:08Speaker 6: tried to put them down.
- 53:09Speaker 3: So I get it, you know, And I just want
- 53:11Speaker 3: to say I say that very tongue in cheek, right,
- 53:14Speaker 3: because I feel like this argument is somewhat nonsensical. If
- 53:18Speaker 3: the Jews are truly in charge of everything, then you'd
- 53:21Speaker 3: be winning the pr war, right, and everybody would think
- 53:23Speaker 3: that the Jews are fantastic and everything's hunky dory, and
- 53:26Speaker 3: yet that's quite not the case. Just open up Al Jazeera,
- 53:28Speaker 3: just open up anything, right. There's even the Jews at
- 53:32Speaker 3: ABC News, if you will, are oftentimes very unfavorable towards Netan,
- 53:37Speaker 3: Yahoo and the Jewish government. So my point is, I
- 53:40Speaker 3: agree with you. There is a massive amount of propaganda
- 53:43Speaker 3: that's out there, and I guess we could all try
- 53:47Speaker 3: to figure out where that comes from. I would guess
- 53:50Speaker 3: that the modern day Nazis are somewhere in the Middle
- 53:55Speaker 3: East today, but perhaps they are still alive, and well
- 53:58Speaker 3: your thoughts.
- 54:00Speaker 6: They're funding when you just said the Mona day Nazis
- 54:03Speaker 6: are funding the university's Qatar, the country of card is
- 54:07Speaker 6: the biggest number one enemy of capitalism of the United
- 54:11Speaker 6: States of Israel. We see what's going on in Iran,
- 54:14Speaker 6: and I hope Iran, you know, I hope that people
- 54:16Speaker 6: in Iran finally have enough power themselves to overthrow you
- 54:20Speaker 6: know what's going on there right now and take back
- 54:23Speaker 6: their country, take back their country. But Quitar that's the
- 54:26Speaker 6: number one supporter monetarily, I believe, to the majority of
- 54:31Speaker 6: universities in the United States, backing chairs of different departments
- 54:36Speaker 6: and making sure that what they want their narratives. The
- 54:39Speaker 6: propaganda once again is being spewed, and you have to
- 54:42Speaker 6: follow where these donations and what's coming from. So besides, yes,
- 54:46Speaker 6: we have modern day Nazis, and you want to, you know, say,
- 54:49Speaker 6: white supremacists or anti Americans within the US, where are
- 54:52Speaker 6: they being funded from. And the number one funder out
- 54:55Speaker 6: there that we see is Qatar. And right now New
- 54:59Speaker 6: York City, and we could see what's going on in
- 55:01Speaker 6: Minneapolis and other cities around the country, but New York.
- 55:04Speaker 6: Everyone looks towards and looks to New York. They look
- 55:07Speaker 6: to see what's going on in New York City right
- 55:09Speaker 6: now has fallen for a lack of a better term,
- 55:12Speaker 6: which means we have a governor's race this year also,
- 55:15Speaker 6: and the people of New York really have to wake up.
- 55:19Speaker 6: Do they want the entire state to fall and continue
- 55:22Speaker 6: to fall or we have a chance Right now there's
- 55:24Speaker 6: an amazing candidate on the Republican ticket, a National County executive,
- 55:28Speaker 6: Bruce Blakeman, who was actually backed by President Donald Trump
- 55:33Speaker 6: gave his full support. We need to stand up and
- 55:37Speaker 6: really wake up New York. But America as a whole
- 55:40Speaker 6: and in America is watching to see what happens in
- 55:41Speaker 6: New York and this upcoming election. We have to wake up.
- 55:44Speaker 6: We have to get behind someone that could save the
- 55:47Speaker 6: state because if it's going on the same path and
- 55:49Speaker 6: you put four more years of Cassy Hochlin, who when
- 55:54Speaker 6: zorraon on his inauguration was talking about socialism and a
- 55:57Speaker 6: collective whatever. There's video of Kassi Hoko clappy hands and
- 56:02Speaker 6: smiling and going along with it instead of saying, Hey,
- 56:05Speaker 6: if I'm an American, do I support this talk, this
- 56:09Speaker 6: rhetoric which is anti American, or do I go along
- 56:12Speaker 6: with it? And as it is for clapping smiling, Yeah,
- 56:16Speaker 6: what is going on in America right now? If we
- 56:19Speaker 6: don't wake up, we're gonna lose it. And societies and
- 56:23Speaker 6: emperors and countries have lasted for so many years. But
- 56:26Speaker 6: you know what, unfortunately nothing as much as I wish
- 56:29Speaker 6: and I pray that America is forevan, how many hundreds
- 56:32Speaker 6: of years and more we have in reality only God knows.
- 56:35Speaker 6: We don't know, but we as a people have to
- 56:37Speaker 6: do our best to make sure that America stays strong,
- 56:40Speaker 6: that our constitutions stays strong, our bill of rights stay strong,
- 56:43Speaker 6: but our way of life as Americans stay strong. On
- 56:45Speaker 6: we have to wake up.
- 56:46Speaker 3: It's scary now, Gabriel Boxer. For people who want to
- 56:48Speaker 3: know more about your business, where do they go? How
- 56:51Speaker 3: do they find out more about you?
- 56:52Speaker 6: I live mostly on Instagram. You can find me at
- 56:55Speaker 6: Kosha Guru on Facebook as well and YouTube and LinkedIn,
- 56:58Speaker 6: But really I spent a lot of time time I
- 57:00Speaker 6: for various reasons, have not got into tiktoking on TikTok
- 57:04Speaker 6: of the conversation. But I live mostly on Instagram Kachha Guru,
- 57:07Speaker 6: and that's where you'll find.
- 57:08Speaker 3: Me outstanding brother. Well, God speed, do you keep up
- 57:11Speaker 3: the good work. I appreciate it and we'll talk again soon.
- 57:13Speaker 6: Thank you, be well and God bless America.

- 58:24Speaker 3: to share this on social media and say, hey, look
- 58:27Speaker 3: this is my guy, Rich Valdes. I love this topic,
- 58:30Speaker 3: or I loved this segment, or I love this guest,
- 58:32Speaker 3: and give this a listen. That is how things grow,
- 58:36Speaker 3: and I'm so grateful for you to do that. To
- 58:39Speaker 3: take the time to share the conversation that we're having
- 58:42Speaker 3: together with your network absolutely is heartwarming to me. I
- 58:47Speaker 3: always say, I'm talking to myself in a padded room
- 58:50Speaker 3: if you guys aren't interacting with me. So I always
- 58:53Speaker 3: appreciate the interaction, whether it's sharing, whether it's a comment,
- 58:56Speaker 3: whether it's a phone call or now, whether it's a
- 58:58Speaker 3: text on that text line seven to seven Valdez one.
- 59:01Speaker 3: I guess final thoughts that I had for you. I
- 59:03Speaker 3: was going to get into a topic about who's got
- 59:05Speaker 3: their Christmas lights still up because most people take them down.
- 59:07Speaker 3: I think New Year's but it's always been the tradition
- 59:10Speaker 3: in my house for the Christmas tree to go up.
- 59:12Speaker 3: My mom always put up the Christmas tree on Black Friday,
- 59:16Speaker 3: and it came down yesterday. Little Christmas Epiphany and the
- 59:22Speaker 3: Mogo lore Maggle the sixth of January. So today's the
- 59:27Speaker 3: seventh of January. So I'm wondering if anybody still has
- 59:29Speaker 3: their Christmas tree up. If you do, call in let
- 59:32Speaker 3: me know. And I also want to know do you
- 59:33Speaker 3: know any young people who stop drinking. We talked about
- 59:36Speaker 3: dry January yesterday and how gen Z is leading the
- 59:38Speaker 3: pack with that. They just don't want to drink. Some
- 59:40Speaker 3: say it's because of marijuana, but I'm really curious. I
- 59:43Speaker 3: saw some interesting comments online. I'm wondering if you guys
- 59:45Speaker 3: want to chime in on the phone as well, and
- 59:48Speaker 3: we could play that for everybody to hear. But either way,
- 59:50Speaker 3: I want to say, it's important for you to stand
- 59:52Speaker 3: for something, because if you stand for nothing, you'll fall
- 59:54Speaker 3: for anything. And the only thing necessary for evil to
- 59:57Speaker 3: triumph is for you to sit there and do nothing.
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: So you know what you gotta do. I start approxy,
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: my take care, good night, and God bless you America.
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: I'm rich Valdez and this is America.
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: This is America.
