Latest / Brandon Fogal Evolution / #5 - Rethinking Marketing: The New Era of Business Strategy
Transcript
- 0:00Do we have to be serious in business? It is a reflection whether you are professional.
- 0:05Look at that kid. Look at that kid. Am I being professional? And competency.
- 0:09Is there a direct correlation between professionalism and competency?
- 0:16All right. So my name is Brandon Fogel. Thank you for jumping in today.
- 0:20Today we are talking all things marketing, all things marketing.
- 0:24And are you a small to medium business owner, entrepreneur? Do you just work
- 0:29at a business? You show up someday at some building.
- 0:31You don't even know what you're doing, but you go there anyways,
- 0:33because we're told to go there. We're told to do those types of things.
- 0:37That's what we got to do. We got to work. We got to work for a living.
- 0:39We got to work to the night is young to the day is bright.
- 0:43Let me just say this. It is a wonderful thing to be living the American dream.
- 0:48And with the new age of social media, of content creation,
- 0:54kids, I mean, kids today, kids today, Gen Z, Gen Z that are coming to fruition,
- 1:00that are growing up in this age, this is all they've ever known.
- 1:03And who knows with the future, with AI technology and everything just getting so much more advanced,
- 1:12so much more futuristic, that where are we going as American citizens, as a species.
- 1:21My gosh, my voice breaks, but it breaks for you. It breaks for you.
- 1:26We are talking about having, as a business owner, having a marketing strategy
- 1:31that is going to bring you results, that is going to be fun along the way,
- 1:37that is going to just get your creative juices flowing.
- 1:41So this is the new era, the new era.
- 1:44We have stepped in to a brave new world. We have stepped into a new age of marketing.
- 1:49We are rethinking marketing because the ways that we have been doing it for
- 1:54the longest time, we are told that it is all about sales.
- 1:58Being a salesy person, there is the things that turn people away,
- 2:02the used car salesman, a stereotypical that we all have in our mind.
- 2:06And Americans, if someone brings
- 2:09up sales, it brings up that you have something that they might want.
- 2:14They get put in the position where they think that they're going to be sold
- 2:17to. their antennas go up and their guard goes up.
- 2:21There is a complete change in the way that they are viewing the situation,
- 2:27the way that they are viewing you.
- 2:28And because we don't want to be sold to, we don't want to be sold to.
- 2:33And that is why it is so nauseating the thought of telemarketing of.
- 2:40Cold calling and spamming people's emails and just spamming the hell out of
- 2:44everyone so that we can gain the few.
- 2:48So that we almost take the chance of tarnishing the perception that people would
- 2:52have of us and our businesses so that we can gain the few.
- 2:57If we see an ad pop up on our devices, we're watching something,
- 3:00we're having a good time and an ad pops up, we want to get as far away from
- 3:05that ad as possible. The whole change, it all, it started with TiVo.
- 3:10TiVo, I don't know, the youngins out there have no idea what TiVo is,
- 3:15but it started there and it turned into DVR that it was a way that we had beat the system.
- 3:20American citizens, we had beat the system that we do not have to watch TV anymore
- 3:25and be fed a commercial every 30 seconds, but rather we could record the whole
- 3:30thing and watch what we actually want to watch.
- 3:35So I'm just saying this, I'm just saying this, we need to rethink if you're
- 3:39a business owner, if you just work anywhere that you are wanting someone to
- 3:43buy what you offer and what you have,
- 3:45we need to rethink how we are doing it because the world is constantly evolving.
- 3:52Everything is always evolving and we are getting more and more advanced as a
- 3:56civilization and as a people, how do we rethink our marketing efforts?
- 4:01How do we rethink and change so that we are not just spinning our wheels,
- 4:05wasting our time and just annoying the hell out of everyone out there that we
- 4:09come across? There is a way, there is a way.
- 4:11And these videos that I'm going to start creating, these videos that this podcast
- 4:15that we are, that we are rolling, that we are doing, it's going to be geared
- 4:19at rethinking the whole construct and
- 4:23of marketing, of being a salesperson. We will just be like rats on a treadmill
- 4:29and just doing the same thing over and over because no one out there is rethinking this.
- 4:34No one out there is changing the thought pattern.
- 4:37And it's like, my whole thing is we need to come together. I'm all about collaboration.
- 4:41I'm all about working with others, linking arms, because we are our best when
- 4:46we are doing it alongside others?
- 4:49And how do we change what we are doing and do it in a way that is profitable? It can be done.
- 4:56You could say it's a necessary evil that we have to, but I don't think it is.
- 5:01And I'm going to push against that. I'm going to fight against that with all I've got.
- 5:05It's not to say that we completely throw it out immediately,
- 5:08but we need to start changing the way that we are doing.
- 5:13We need to start changing that it doesn't actually have to be this way.
- 5:16How do we create something that puts your service,
- 5:21your product in front of the right people at the right time and something that
- 5:25they actually want to watch and that they actually want to buy into and they
- 5:29don't want to just scroll past it as fast as possible.
- 5:31But it's something that it's not going to annoy everyone so you can gain the few,
- 5:35but it's going to target and specifically go after the few that are in dire
- 5:42need of what you offer and that would actually benefit immediately for what you offer.
- 5:47And it happened right away. It's not rocket science, but it takes a mind shift,
- 5:53a complete mind shift, so that we get out of this where it has to be this way.
- 5:58All right. So I'm not saying throw out the baby with the bathwater.
- 6:02There is going to be a part of cold calling.
- 6:05There is going to be a part of cold emailing because until we can get past that,
- 6:12until we can get past that, but it starts with, we got to shift.
- 6:14We got to change our thought processes. It can be done. It can be done, but how do we do it?
- 6:20How do we do it? I'm not going to, I'm not going to give you just, this is the solution.
- 6:24Dial that number in. You got, I got the solution for you. One size fits all.
- 6:28It's what you got, but it's, it starts with the mind.
- 6:32I presented the problem as business owners, we are all about solving problems.
- 6:38Because if there's anything we know about this world, people got problems.
- 6:42And a lot of times, mo' money, mo' problems. And it actually is true.
- 6:46I mean, a lot of times, it's not the more money, more problems.
- 6:49It's, for the most part, it's.
- 6:51You just start being paranoid. You get paranoid that you lose your money.
- 6:57You get paranoid that you lose your money as opposed to just keeping the thought
- 7:01that having an open hand, having an open hand, whatever goes in,
- 7:05I'm not going to tightly squeeze.
- 7:07I'm going to have an open hand and generously give what I have,
- 7:11not be selfish in what I have.
- 7:15Completely refeeding the combustible engine that is my business so that it is
- 7:21going to flourish, but not just hoarding what I gain to myself, but continually.
- 7:27It should not be a second thought, but we should immediately be pouring back
- 7:30into our business, what we generate, and then also be completely open to generously
- 7:37give it to those who need or are in need.
- 7:40And that's a tough thing. It goes against all human nature.
- 7:43It goes against all that is in our hearts because we're all about security and
- 7:49we are all about, I got to take care of my own before I can take care of others.
- 7:54And I fall into this same trap.
- 7:56A lot of times you don't get to the others. You just completely,
- 7:59continually focus on your own self, me, myself, and I.
- 8:03So it's all about, we got to name the problem.
- 8:07And it is a problem. I'm not going to sit back and just say it's not and say,
- 8:11well, it just got to be this way.
- 8:13I'm going to continually call out it does not have to be this way,
- 8:18as in just sales being a nauseating word and marketing being a nauseating word,
- 8:24but putting in front of people what is actually going to help them.
- 8:29Because if you're a business owner, I am sure whoever's looking into this right
- 8:33now and seeing me, I am sure you have a heart that wants to help people.
- 8:38As humans, we, by nature, we want to help people.
- 8:43We want to be productive. We want to know that we're making a difference and
- 8:47having significance and making a significant impact in others' lives.
- 8:52And it is possible. It is possible without having the necessary evil of sales and marketing.
- 8:58And I'm not saying buy my product, buy my product.
- 9:01But if I can do something that can help you in any way, I want to do that.
- 9:06Because I found that a lot of times I naturally want to make everything about
- 9:11me. And what am I getting out of this?
- 9:13What am I getting out of this? As opposed to changing my thought process and
- 9:17thinking, how can I help someone else? even though it might even hurt me in
- 9:23the short run, how can I help someone else?
- 9:26How can I not clench some type of lead or some type of way that's going to just
- 9:32make my business explode?
- 9:34And how can I actually just bring it down and share it with others?
- 9:40How can I bring value to others, even though it might not make me the most money
- 9:45and make my business grow immediately? but if I'm helping others,
- 9:49it's going to, it's going to change the course of their history,
- 9:53the course of their lives.
- 9:54And it's, it's overall going to be good.
- 9:57Everything is going to return to you 10 fold, a hundred fold, what you, what you do.
- 10:01And it's like having that mindset that what I'm doing, ultimately I need to
- 10:05be doing it for others. And if I'm doing that.
- 10:09It's going to lead to good for me and my business.
- 10:12We as Americans, we are so individualistic. We are so about what we,
- 10:17what can we accomplish? How can our business thrive?
- 10:20As opposed to most of the rest of the world is more about communal living.
- 10:26It's not so individual, individualistically tied.
- 10:29It is more, if it's just me, if I'm just going to the top and I'm just getting
- 10:34up there, I'm not bringing everyone else with me. I think we need to change that.
- 10:39Like he's a socialist. He's a communist. No, that's, those are ugly words,
- 10:43ugly words, yucky words.
- 10:45I'm just saying we need to change our whole thought pattern and the way that
- 10:49we are doing business so that it isn't just what can I get as opposed to what can I give?
- 10:56If I can give something that's going to help others,
- 11:00that's infinitely more important than what can I get out of this,
- 11:04this short-term gain for myself and my business, but what can I just flip the
- 11:09switch and what can I bring to others?
- 11:12We need to be having, I love this word. It's a word I absolutely love and adore.
- 11:16And I say adore, some words are tough to say. Some words are tough to say,
- 11:20but that I absolutely love, it is conversations.
- 11:23It is conversations. I love conversations. I would, even though I myself am
- 11:29not an eccentric dude, I am not a outgoing crazy man. I'm not extrovert.
- 11:38I'm inherently introvert. And I know a lot of people out there are introverts,
- 11:42but it doesn't matter if you're an introvert, extrovert. It doesn't matter.
- 11:46Even the introverts, they still want to have those conversations.
- 11:49They still want to be around people and to have those conversations,
- 11:53even though it might make them uncomfortable deep down inside.
- 11:55They want them. They want them.
- 11:57Because if we're having conversations with people, that is going to be the way
- 12:02that we're going to find out what others are wanting, find out what others are needing.
- 12:08But like I said, it's not rocket science to know what others are needing.
- 12:12Just put yourself in their shoes, putting yourself in other people's shoes and
- 12:17saying, if I was the business owner and I was, say.
- 12:21An HVAC business owner or I owned a restaurant or I owned a car dealership or I owned whatever.
- 12:29They have a specific mindset. They have things that they need to do and things
- 12:34that are going to drive their business forward.
- 12:37And it's putting yourself in those shoes because at the end of the day,
- 12:41we're still all going home.
- 12:42We're still going to sleep in our own beds. We're still have anxiety and anxiousness
- 12:48about how am I going to take care of and make my business grow and take care of my family?
- 12:53Because at the end of the day, people are just people.
- 12:56It doesn't matter. And that's why I just want to just bring down this, this chasm so we can,
- 13:01that people can focus that our business owners can focus on being the best at
- 13:06what they are doing so that they don't have to just annoy people to get in front
- 13:11of them, but so that the people that need what they have come to them,
- 13:15we need to flip it. We need to flip it.
- 13:18We need a flip of us just targeting and going after people as opposed to people
- 13:24knowing who you are, what you offer in crucial, clear detail,
- 13:29and so that they would come to you.
- 13:33So that if I got something, I know who to go to.
- 13:37I know immediately who to go to because you are out there.
- 13:43You are in their presence. You are in their world.
- 13:45You're in their life. And it's not in a repulsive way.
- 13:49It's not like, get the ad away. I don't want no more ads. I don't want more
- 13:53ads. I want to go cry. So many ads.
- 13:57But it can be done. We got to name the problem for what it is.
- 14:00There are a lot of ways, specific ways that we can do this, but it's going to
- 14:05look different for everyone.
- 14:06It's going to look different for everyone, specific techniques,
- 14:09tools that we utilize to bring in business for ourselves and to get our name
- 14:15and our brand awareness out there.
- 14:16But there are ways. I have to bring this up because if you are anybody who's
- 14:22anybody and you are in the marketing stratosphere, you are familiar with Go High Level.
- 14:30It is the way of the future. It is what marketing is, but it's,
- 14:35can we take Go High Level and use it in a way that is going to be used to its max capacity?
- 14:43And how do we even rethink Go High Level? And how do we specifically streamline
- 14:48the techniques that it creates?
- 14:50Because it has specific tools that are just leaps and bounds above everyone
- 14:55else. and it is the future. It is the future.
- 14:57It is the future. That's why there are so many things. And if someone's checking
- 15:01in here and has not even heard of Go High Level and all that it can do.
- 15:05It is for people that are agency owners, marketing agency owners,
- 15:09that it gives them the best tools in their tool belt to immediately drive leads
- 15:16and immediately bring in new business and new clients.
- 15:20In a way, it's a CRM itself. It has a lot of things that it offers.
- 15:25It's like a one-stop shop for your marketing needs.
- 15:29And I don't want to overhype it, but a lot of people that aren't in this,
- 15:35this arena, they're not, they don't, they're not familiar with it.
- 15:38So there is so many things that they don't know about it.
- 15:41And I would say like a lot of the people that you're going to run across,
- 15:44if you're a business owner,
- 15:45what they got under their hood is go high level and it's who can run it and
- 15:51use it in a way that is going to be most effective for said business owner,
- 15:55for that person in what they are wanting to accomplish.
- 15:58So some, a couple of things about go high level. And there's,
- 16:01it's like, it's a behemoth of a marketing tool that you can, that is available.
- 16:07It has so much to it. Whether you choose to have a agency run it for you,
- 16:12or you can run it yourself.
- 16:14I want to offer out there and put out there what, what is going to help someone?
- 16:20Because at the end of the day, I want to, whenever I am talking to a business owner,
- 16:24when I'm talking to someone that is an entrepreneur that wants to grow in their
- 16:29business and make money and flourish and thrive because that's what we're called
- 16:34to do. We're called to be productive as people.
- 16:37And there is the brotherhood of humanity. We are all in this together.
- 16:41It's not, you're over there and I'm over here. I need to somehow get the most
- 16:46out of this life, just suck it all in, be a vacuum that sucks in all the life
- 16:50from everything so I can thrive, but rather I need to be a vacuum in reverse.
- 16:54How can I be spreading out there,
- 16:58goodness and greatness to others, helping others' businesses thrive.
- 17:03If there's something I could come across that someone said, yeah,
- 17:06that actually, that helped me out. That helped me out a lot.
- 17:09That is what I want to do.
- 17:11The great philosopher Jay-Z said, I am not a businessman. I am a businessman.
- 17:17And that is such an awesome quote.
- 17:21And it changed my whole thought process on businesses because I,
- 17:26I was always like, just turned away from businesses and, and all that because I am,
- 17:31I hate rigidity being rigid and just being like fake a plastic face.
- 17:37So that I like, so that people look at me and like, I, Oh, he's professional. He's got it together.
- 17:43He's like that where it's like, I'm just, I'm a real human being and I want
- 17:46to be a real human being to others.
- 17:48I want to be authentic and real so that people see like, man, I made a bad call.
- 17:54I'm going to, I'm going to tell you where I screwed up. I'm going to,
- 17:56I'm going to show you, man, I screwed up here. So this is a way that,
- 18:00so you don't screw up there.
- 18:01How do we just install those rocket engines on our businesses and install them
- 18:07on each other so that we are thriving together?
- 18:10Like I can't, I can't get it across how I'm actually in my heart wanting to get it across that.
- 18:17I want you all to see that I genuinely want to help others.
- 18:20And I think, and I, And I believe a lot of people out there that have businesses
- 18:25that are running businesses want to do the same thing because what you got is
- 18:31good and what you got could help others.
- 18:34But how do you get it to those people that actually need it?
- 18:38There's a lot of ways we can do it. And I bring up high level because I use Go High Level.
- 18:43It is the engine, the combustible engine of my business, what I can offer because
- 18:48we need to link arms together.
- 18:51And I've linked arms with GoHighLevel. And I know that there's so many great
- 18:55things it can do in itself that I could not do of myself.
- 19:00And there's things that I can do that it can't do.
- 19:03And that's why it in itself is a platform for agency owners,
- 19:08because it knows that it's focusing on how do I create the best tool,
- 19:13the best technology available for agency owners, for business owners so that
- 19:19they can put their stuff in front of the right people at the right time and
- 19:23get the most bang for their buck.
- 19:24But it's so focused on that so that agency owners out there are out there bringing
- 19:31those services to the business owners that need it. That's in a nutshell.
- 19:37Go High Level is this global business that is, it's huge.
- 19:41Like I said, I hate using the word ginormous yet. I still love using the word
- 19:46ginormous. I don't know why it is.
- 19:47There are certain words that you just can't get out of your mind. You can't move on.
- 19:51But it is a tool that has so many different things that people can use right away.
- 19:58And as an agency owner, I have the ability to run campaigns and develop strategies
- 20:06that are going to put what you have and put it in the right way in front of
- 20:10people immediately to get those immediate leads to buy into what you are selling,
- 20:16what they are needing, What people are needing, it's not just you,
- 20:19like I said, it's people don't like to be sold to.
- 20:22People like to buy. We are by nature consumers.
- 20:26When I am going out there and I need, I'm needing to buy something.
- 20:30I want to know I'm getting the best deal.
- 20:33I don't care what you give me. I don't care how much it costs.
- 20:37I just want to know that I am getting the best deal.
- 20:41I, that's all I want. I mean, and how do we as business owners make sure the
- 20:46people that are coming to us, we are giving them the exact best deal they need.
- 20:52We're not putting anything off the table.
- 20:54We're not hiding something that is might cost more because we're worried that
- 20:59they don't have the money.
- 21:00If it costs more, it still might be the best thing for them.
- 21:04We're giving them the best option available so that they come away,
- 21:08that they're walking away, that they have bought in and that they are getting
- 21:12the best service and product available so that they know that they can trust you.
- 21:17They can trust you because it is a game of trust.
- 21:19This world has, it has hardened us to trusting others.
- 21:23We are so focused on ourselves that we are so burnt.
- 21:27Everybody gets so burnt of everyone and you think you can't trust anybody. I'm going to fail.
- 21:34Me, myself, and I, I am going to fail in a number of ways, but I'm going to
- 21:39be a person that's going to say.
- 21:41I screwed up. I screwed up in here, but I'm going to do everything I can to
- 21:47fix it and to make sure it doesn't happen and to help others so that they don't
- 21:52falter the same way I do. And I did.
- 21:54I am going to be a person that I don't care, even though it doesn't look pretty
- 21:58as a business owner, even though it's just changing the whole dynamic and thought
- 22:03process of business. It doesn't need to be a filthy word.
- 22:06Sales doesn't need to be a filthy word. We need to change the word.
- 22:10We need to change the whole way we view the word because it's trust. It's trust.
- 22:17You don't want to buy it from someone because you don't trust them.
- 22:20And a lot of times on us, on the other end of the screen and on the other end
- 22:24of the table, we have to develop that trust as opposed to starting with that trust factor.
- 22:31Trust is off the table because we immediately trust who we are looking at,
- 22:35who we are looking in the eyes and talking to, we immediately trust them.
- 22:39We know that they have our best outcome at heart.
- 22:44When we come across from some of the, whether it's through a screen,
- 22:47because a lot of things we are
- 22:48going into, whether it's the metaverse or whatever, we are going into it.
- 22:53That is going to be the trajectory that we are going in that.
- 22:57I don't know if it's going to be exactly the metaverse or it's going to be from
- 23:00that, but it's going to feel like that.
- 23:02So that Whether we are our digital self talking to another person,
- 23:05their digital self, either way, trust is removed.
- 23:09That should be a non-negotiable issue, trust.
- 23:14I'm going to do what is going to help you. And we're going to start from that.
- 23:19What I'm doing is going to, I
- 23:21don't care if it hurts me, I am going to foundationally do what helps you.
- 23:28And so, and that's, we, we just come to the table as in that is who we're looking
- 23:33across so that we're not so scared of being burnt.
- 23:37We're not so scared and so worried about being just taken and just being sold
- 23:42to, but we are getting the best bang for our buck and what we,
- 23:46that's going to help our business grow and thrive.
- 23:49And there are ways, there are tools available. Like I said, with,
- 23:53I'm, I'm not going to be a, an agency owner that hides. I use go high level.
- 23:58Go high level is amazing.
- 24:00I will not do anything but scream how amazing it is.
- 24:03Scream sounds kind of weird, but it is good.
- 24:06But I'll also say when it's not so great, there are some things that it could improve on,
- 24:11but the whole focus of the go high level team is to continually improve go high
- 24:19level and the engine that it is and what it's going to drive to your business.
- 24:24It's going to send out stuff that it's going to specifically target people that
- 24:28need what you want and put it in front of people that need what you want.
- 24:32Wait, wait, not what you want, that need what you have.
- 24:36I'm not a perfect person. I'm not a perfect speaker. I say things, I miss say things.
- 24:41I don't say things right. I misspeak sometimes, but I'll tell you if I misspeak
- 24:45and a lot of times you'll probably catch me before I even catch myself,
- 24:47but it is an awesome, amazing tool.
- 24:51And there are so many things, parts of it that just can be like,
- 24:54it can transform your business.
- 24:57Whether my agency is running it for you and running your campaigns,
- 25:01or if you're just running it yourself, you're using Go High Level,
- 25:05it can completely change the possibilities for your business and what your business
- 25:10can do for others and how it can just go crazy as in just thrive.
- 25:16And you can continually focus on making your product, your service better.
- 25:20And you don't have to worry about, am I going to be getting in front of the right people?
- 25:24Am I going to, are the people out there that need what I have,
- 25:27are they going to be seeing it?
- 25:28Are they going to be calling me? Are they going to be, am I going to be getting it in front of them?
- 25:33So I think I just want to be a person that links arms and that collaborates,
- 25:38that collaborates with other business owners and other entrepreneurs,
- 25:42other creators, other people that are just wanting to make a difference and
- 25:46make our American economy just become huge and great and awesome.
- 25:51And how that we do not need to be isolated. We do not need to be individualistic.
- 25:57We do not need to be just me, myself, and I and the four walls that is my business.
- 26:01But how do we team up with others?
- 26:04How do we join and lock hands with others that are of like mind that want to do those same things?
- 26:10So there are so many different things and I'm going to be creating more and more of these videos,
- 26:15but I'm going to leave a link if you want to like see what go high level offers,
- 26:19or if you want even more information of how we can help you or even team up
- 26:24with you, I would, I would love that opportunity.
- 26:27So, but I'm not going to be a salesperson. I'm not going to be a person that
- 26:30just tries to sell you. If I can do something that's going to help you, I want to do it.
- 26:34But if this is, if you're watching this video and you're just seeing,
- 26:38and this is open your to what go high level is or what this whole mind shift,
- 26:43this rethinking sales and marketing.
- 26:45If this is reaching you and has helped you in that way, I'm thankful for that. And I want to do that.
- 26:51So whatever I can do, I want to be, I want to be there and available for you.
- 26:56There are so many things and we have the tools available and it's complete.
- 26:59It's being ready to innovate, being that innovative, creative mind.
- 27:04How am I going to get what I offer in front of the right people at the right
- 27:08time. And there's so many services available.
- 27:10There's so many tools in our arsenal that we can use, but it doesn't need to
- 27:15be about, I got to just like a shotgun and just try to,
- 27:18that might be a kind of graphic, but of like, just cover as many things as I
- 27:23can and try to just find our way into the people out there, find our way into their presence.
- 27:28People want to be wanted. People want to be chased.
- 27:32That might sound a little weird. People want to be chased to pursuit,
- 27:35or maybe that's just women. Maybe that's just women. Maybe that's not businesses. I don't know.
- 27:39I don't know. Are you, are you, are you a business owner that you,
- 27:41I guess a lot of business owners, they don't want to be chased and pursued. Maybe not. I don't know.
- 27:46They want to find the right person, the right someone. And really,
- 27:49honestly, they just want to help others.
- 27:52Like I've said over and over and repeated, I don't like complicating things.
- 27:58I don't like making things complex.
- 28:00Dumbing it down for me is the best thing possible. I love when things get dumbed
- 28:04down for me because, and maybe dumbed down is kind of where simplified,
- 28:09make things simple, understandable.
- 28:11That's why Apple is such an amazing product.
- 28:14You can use the different ones out there that are available,
- 28:16but at the end of the day, you come crawling back to Apple because it's simple, easy to use.
- 28:22It doesn't have so many bells and whistles that you're just, your eyes are bleeding.
- 28:27It's a great product and we come to it because we trust it.
- 28:32It's going to get the job done and it's not going to annoy us.
- 28:36It's not going to overcomplicate us. It's going to make it simple and easy to use. And it's fun to use.
- 28:42Marketing business can be fun. It doesn't need to be corporate rigidity and
- 28:48structure as in this is what it's got to be.
- 28:51Let's rethink what we are doing in business. If you're a business owner, rethink it.
- 28:57Let's have it be fun and not fun temporarily, but ongoingly and completely refining,
- 29:03making our business better and better as we go.
- 29:06Accountability. We need accountability to who we work with and all that, but make it fun.
- 29:13Make it be a place that people want to be, that people want to be there. They are bought in.
- 29:20They're not just looking for another place that they can go get a job at,
- 29:24but they actually buy in to what you are selling, buy into your whole mission statement.
