The Business of Tennis, Pickleball & Padel | Brock Orlowski
There is plenty of attention on racquet sports. Running the facility is another conversation.
Brock Orlowski, Director of Racquet Sports at Fort Wayne Country Club, joins Conner Schenk to discuss tennis, pickleball and padel from an operator’s perspective. Topics include court economics, programming, the member experience, staff leadership and investment decisions.
Plus: a hypothetical $10 million to invest in racquet sports. What would Brock build, and where would he avoid putting the money?
