- 0:03One rock, paper, scissors shoot. Are you meant to rock, Paper,
- 0:07scissors. Shoot.
- 0:09No. On shoot you show what objects
- 0:11scissors shoot. Yeah.
- 0:12All right. Ready.
- 0:14Rock, paper, scissors. Shoot.
- 0:16OK, so you're intro. I just cut your fingers.
- 0:19Up. Salami coming up to my Rakata
- 0:23run sisters, welcome back to after Maghrib.
- 0:25We are now just a couple of days away from the blessed day of
- 0:28Eden fetus. We want to take this opportunity
- 0:30to wish you guys and Eid Mubarak.
- 0:32We pray in Charlotte that the blessed month of Ramadan has
- 0:35been beneficial, has been incredibly enlightening for you,
- 0:38for your families, and Inshallah has been a month where you've
- 0:41been able to reconnect with the last one to Allah, the Holy
- 0:43Quran, the Alebeta name of Salaam.
- 0:45For us, it's been a really great month.
- 0:47I hope at least we've had three amazing podcasts over the last
- 0:51three weeks and we've also been able to do some other work on
- 0:54the side where we've been able to support the Zahara Trust in
- 0:57their campaign to bring people out of poverty, to alleviate
- 1:00those who are in the state of unemployment, those who are
- 1:03widows, those who are orphans, and be able to give them a
- 1:06future to look forward to. So that's been something we've
- 1:08been able to work towards with your help answers, but but we
- 1:11are still running the campaign and in Charlotte.
- 1:14We do want to hit and surpass our goal in Charlotte.
- 1:17We ask you guys to check out the link in this video or on our
- 1:20Instagram page if you follow us there where you can support the
- 1:24project and we I think we're going to be releasing a giveaway
- 1:26if not already. So make sure you participate in
- 1:29that as well. And maybe you could win some AM
- 1:31merchandise Charlotte. But before we get on to today's
- 1:35video, we've got actually a really cool video.
- 1:37We haven't done one of these for a while.
- 1:38We're going to do reactions to like viral Tik toks, viral reels
- 1:43and just talk about it. And we've brought one of our
- 1:45good friends back and I think the last time he was on was on
- 1:48this exact episode 2 years ago, I'm not mistaken, which was the
- 1:53last episode of Shaharamoban 2022.
- 1:56Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So meant to be saying Ali.
- 2:01It's not my name. Thank you for.
- 2:13Having. Me every time I say come on.
- 2:22Bro yeah, I'm proud. Welcome, welcome, welcome.
- 2:26It's good to have you here. How you feeling?
- 2:28I'm OK bro, Hamdullah, I'm I feel like obviously we're homing
- 2:32now after, you know, I was at mosque like 2 days ago and I was
- 2:35like I was walking in and Arvan is going on walking in and
- 2:40someone puts a date like they, you know, they're handing out
- 2:42dates. I break my fast guy sources.
- 2:44Like good to see you after mugling.
- 2:47I was like, you're waiting for that, right?
- 2:50Is that Yeah, yeah. But now Hamdulas, it's been
- 2:52nice. Like we record obviously our
- 2:54episodes at night time. So we have a bit more energy now
- 2:57compared to during the day. It's like the fasts are some
- 3:01days, I don't know how you guys are finding it some days harder,
- 3:03some days easier when you've got jobs and kids and other
- 3:08commitments and. It's been consistent, I think
- 3:10for me for other months, sort of like if I'm feeling tired or
- 3:13something, I haven't felt as deep as I have previous years
- 3:18over the last few days of yeah, I don't know what sleep is.
- 3:22Yeah, yeah, it takes time. By the time you even go to
- 3:24sleep, you've got to wake up an hour later.
- 3:25Like I'm recovering. I'm on the back end of an
- 3:28illness. Like my side?
- 3:30Hi, baby. So like, yeah, it's a lot
- 3:32because you're not getting sleepy, you're not eating to
- 3:34recover. I.
- 3:35Just take for me, I want some cakes.
- 3:37When I wake up at. Three.
- 3:38Yeah, I've got three hours. I break up my fast.
- 3:41I sleep at Fetcher so I'm chilling.
- 3:43Night Owl. So you, you, it's a lot more
- 3:45time for you. You're doing That's crazy.
- 3:47So he. Basically fasting he.
- 3:48Needs to redo his fast when the shifts change.
- 3:52That's true. Nice to make.
- 3:53Up. Yeah, that's that.
- 3:54I make up. I'm very sad.
- 3:56You know, I have this memory of I think two or three years ago
- 3:59we when we were doing it on mobile fundraiser for the Zaadar
- 4:02Trust. Yeah.
- 4:03And you did something crazy. Do you remember?
- 4:05I cut my hair off, it was a fat. Afro, the huge Afro.
- 4:08Proper Afro it came up, I think, up to my Adam's apple from here
- 4:11to here. Do you remember that?
- 4:13Have you seen that picture of Khabib?
- 4:15You know Khabib UFC fight? Yeah, He's playing the hack.
- 4:17Yeah, Yeah. Yeah, it's got, that's how basic
- 4:18that was. Yeah, Basically, yeah.
- 4:20And you shaved your head on TV. Live TV.
- 4:22Yeah, I think I was like, if we raised 50K in one night and then
- 4:28that day we reached 100K. Marshall Law.
- 4:30Sounds like I'm going to shave it all off, Marshall.
- 4:32I've done it live on TV and everything.
- 4:33That's unbelieving. That's amazing A.
- 4:35Lot of sweeping, Yeah, yeah, a lot of clean up.
- 4:39And on that note, yeah, we are still.
- 4:42We're still going. Still going the campaign is how
- 4:45I trust few days them in the last few days of Ramadan.
- 4:48It's time to maximize and make the most from the remaining few
- 4:51days of this blessed. Yeah.
- 5:01You know, on the know of the hard trust, it's the last few
- 5:04days of Ramadan. We still have the opportunity to
- 5:07maximize the rewards that we can give in the way of a lot of
- 5:11Spaniola. And you know, the other day I
- 5:13was when I was making a clip about the Zahra Trust, I said
- 5:15something and I was like, we have the blessings to break fast
- 5:21with what we want. Whereas there's people around
- 5:23the world will have nothing to break fast with food on the
- 5:26table. And that's nothing really like
- 5:28it hits home when you think about it.
- 5:30I mean, we should be doing more. We should be giving more the way
- 5:33over the last panel, we should be helping them because one day
- 5:37we don't, we can be in that position, We can be in that
- 5:40circumstance and I don't think it's one any of us want to be
- 5:43in. Do you know what as well like
- 5:45throughout the mile of Lyal al Qadar, how many times you do the
- 5:50ajosha and you do and all of these different are and you have
- 5:56like a constant like a connection between yourself and
- 6:00the last month. And sometimes you're talking
- 6:02about forgiveness, sometimes you're talking about like the
- 6:06transformation of your heart. But then there's a lot of lines
- 6:09in these different artists which talk about your sustenance, your
- 6:11risk, and how Allah's giving you risk and how you should trust in
- 6:14Allah. Like if you're spending in the
- 6:16way of God, then he'll get back to you.
- 6:17Do you know what I mean? So it, it becomes pointless to
- 6:21pray for this and to pray for sustenance so that you can spend
- 6:24in the way of God, but then not spend in the way of God.
- 6:27Like you've got, you know, incredible 'cause let's be real,
- 6:30there's, there's some incredible causes.
- 6:32People are fundraising for different causes across the holy
- 6:34month. Everyone is trying their best.
- 6:36But I think as a community we can come together.
- 6:38You know, before the holy month, I was speaking to a friend of
- 6:40mine and he was like, bro, like, how much can I really do myself?
- 6:45I was like, brother, you'd be surprised.
- 6:46Like if you make a page by yourself, you know, and you
- 6:50fundraise for A cause by yourself, you never know, might
- 6:52raise a few 100 lbs, a few 1000 lbs, but ultimately that's money
- 6:56that wouldn't have been given or donated had you not done that.
- 6:59Do you know what I mean? So everything, it's, you know,
- 7:02one thing beautiful about our religion.
- 7:04It's, it's, it's quality of a quantity.
- 7:06So you can give any amount, any amount to A cause.
- 7:09And if you're giving it with your pure intentions, then alas,
- 7:12is all. Can I just say one more thing,
- 7:15You know, this whole Agha Khan thing that happened.
- 7:19So when Alka Khan passed away like a month or two ago, there
- 7:23was a big debate, especially within the South Asian
- 7:25communities about whether the Ismaili Alka Khan was a good man
- 7:31or not, OK. And the big debate, especially
- 7:35amongst the elder generation, that he was a great man because
- 7:37he gave a lot in the way of charity, gave hundreds of
- 7:39millions of pounds, universities, hospitals, which
- 7:41is a great act, of course. However, ironically I also heard
- 7:45something at the same time, a lecture by a scholar in Canada
- 7:50and he said he's like when a last panelist Allah talks about
- 7:53Ahmed in the holy corner, I'm in a salahat.
- 7:55He always talks about Ahmed in like on the side of Iman.
- 8:00Like there's no point doing acts, doing doing acts, good
- 8:04acts if you don't have Iman coupled with it.
- 8:07So basically like the idea being is that whatever acts you do, if
- 8:11you do it with Iman then Allah sees that Iman before he sees
- 8:15the the amount of of all the volume of your ears.
- 8:18Do you get what I'm saying? So you can give 5 lbs to a
- 8:21charity. You give you know, 50,000 lbs to
- 8:23charity. If you've got the Iman in your
- 8:24first donation then Allah will accept that, probably more.
- 8:27Charlotte, I hope the view is the listeners watching wherever
- 8:30you are around the world. Make the intention and hit and
- 8:33click the link in our bio. So we've got some reaction
- 8:40videos, yes, we haven't done this in a while.
- 8:42How are you feeling? I know I wish I must pick the
- 8:45clip so it's a bit I wasn't. Really worried.
- 8:48Don't know what to expect. I'm actually a Mirzada.
- 8:50You have to react to a yes. All right, let's get started.
- 8:54I'm ready, I'm ready. I'm fed up of tidying up after
- 8:57people. Literally, there's hacking bowls
- 9:00of milk. So take the milk, pour it in the
- 9:03sink, and put the bowl in the dishwasher.
- 9:16So who had the other bowl? Me.
- 9:31We. Said no.
- 9:33Yeah, we said no more. We said no, Yeah, it's pretty
- 9:48simple. If you date something, put it
- 9:50this is you dismiss. No, just don't leave the balls
- 9:53out when you don't really want to stick.
- 9:54Just saying if you're done with it.
- 9:56No, I'm being the. Best thing is right.
- 9:59He's kicked about this. It's easy for you to kick off.
- 10:01There's a lot of people doing. This but you understand.
- 10:08What you're saying and the guy's getting blamed for.
- 10:10Something. It's crazy because the brother
- 10:13who's saying, well, Lahi wasn't me.
- 10:16Like obviously he's using God's name, like for something so
- 10:19minor, but the guy who's blaming him, he has no choice but to
- 10:23believe him. He's like, I told you no more
- 10:25one lie. I told you no more one lie,
- 10:27because he knows that he's not going to say it if he doesn't
- 10:30mean it. So as he was believable, like,
- 10:33you know, it wasn't him in it. It's like, it's like, put your
- 10:37trust and put your faith completely in God and it will,
- 10:40it's going to is and I, I start like things will be happening to
- 10:44you and you'll be seeing things around you that are like
- 10:48terrible, like evil, right. So there's a line that says so
- 10:55like pretty much on your on this side, 1000 will fall, 10,000
- 10:59will fall on this side, but you'll still be standing.
- 11:01Like it's like almost like evil can't touch me.
- 11:03You feel me And. I don't know when I read that
- 11:05just but when I'm I'm gone. This is like changed everything.
- 11:12It changed the whole everything. For me bro.
- 11:14So. That whole like that, that whole
- 11:16verse is like powerful to me. It's superpower.
- 11:18That's my favorite one. Dude, there's there's.
- 11:20So much value in in in religion when used in that way and like
- 11:24I've I've had to change the way that I I speak to God and.
- 11:31Give give belief merit because there's so much power if you can
- 11:35just read a scripture and and feel that in your heart and.
- 11:39Say, do you know who those guys are?
- 11:41I don't know their names well, I've seen them.
- 11:44That's a good thing. I've seen them.
- 11:46I know two of them. I didn't think the guy on the
- 11:47right was this guy. The guy on the right, the far
- 11:51right? No, no, I know Logan Paul, the
- 11:52panel. I don't know the other guy.
- 11:54Yeah, that's, that's his boy Mike.
- 11:56Yeah. Oh, he's the guy who does.
- 11:57What's it impulsive? Yeah, he does it with Logan
- 12:00Paul. So he's.
- 12:02He's nice to see like someone that find him who's literally
- 12:05bringing that verse from the Bible which is explaining to
- 12:08what code, which is, yeah, almost what they.
- 12:13They deny what you guys think. I think it's nice when you see a
- 12:17non-muslim have that belief and I wish they were Muslim to
- 12:21understand to Akul in its fullness, to Akul being
- 12:26wholesome, right, the way we see it.
- 12:28But I don't know. Yeah.
- 12:29I mean, there's definitely similarities between the way
- 12:35they perceive to Akul for sure, but I don't think they have
- 12:38understood it the way we have. Yeah.
- 12:41I agree with it. Basically, there's not much
- 12:45accurate and. You know what this example.
- 12:47Was what like Tawakkol is for example, 10,000 things fall on
- 12:51this side, 1000 things fall on this side, but you're still
- 12:54standing is that. Really.
- 12:55That's what you're saying. Tawakkol is in this in this
- 12:57reality, but he's got the right. But you know what's nice?
- 13:00Like a lot of a lot of influences are like Christian
- 13:04influences, a lot more of them now than than before.
- 13:07And I have to give credits to like, like the black community
- 13:11especially, like even in the world of football, for example,
- 13:15you see. Life is important, yeah.
- 13:16Man, you see people talking about God a lot.
- 13:19Yeah, a lot. Like you see it everywhere.
- 13:22You see people who you know that guy who went viral that morning
- 13:25Routine guy. Yeah, that's just where'd you
- 13:31go? He gets up at like 4:00 in the
- 13:32morning and Hatched has a routine.
- 13:34And I was too quite. It's too funny like but that
- 13:40it's just. Mark at 4:00. 34 is is is the
- 13:44way he. Does.
- 13:45It's just the meme. It's the whole thing.
- 13:46It's become the most viewed video on X or Twitter.
- 13:50Gym guy, The guy that was Jim, Yeah, OK, OK.
- 13:52OK, and anyway, that guy, like he's proper into his Bible
- 13:57stuff. So everything he posts online is
- 14:00to do with God thanking God, praise to God, you know,
- 14:03everything is about God, God, God.
- 14:05So you now see like mainstream big time influences normalizing
- 14:09relationships with God. Which is nice, by the way,
- 14:12because just counters the mainstream media.
- 14:14Of course they don't want. That the narratives we see on
- 14:17British television or Western television is like everything is
- 14:19anti God. But then you actually have
- 14:21individuals, you know around the world who are sort of got
- 14:24centric. But as long as their actions
- 14:26marry up with their belief in God like.
- 14:29If so, they're not Muslim, right?
- 14:31We can't give them, I think, the same standards of what we
- 14:34perceive as the best way to represent the faith.
- 14:36That's true, yeah. But I think they're doing a good
- 14:38job representing their. I'm jealous that you have this
- 14:44love of God. Yeah, that's keeping you driven.
- 14:46Because I don't have her. Yeah.
- 14:47I wish that I can find something that can give me that drive as
- 14:50well. I like Phantom, I think he's
- 14:54real. I like God.
- 14:56He's got a nice character as. Well, he's got a good character.
- 14:58He's he's wholesome, yeah. He's proper wholesome, yeah.
- 15:01Yeah, Allah, next video. I love it.
- 15:16It's like a bit weird that was Selem Imam met Muslimin also
- 15:31Habi Jaleel where this chef has called Othman Al Khamis when I
- 15:34was taken that's his name. And he's he's speaking about the
- 15:40the current drama series of Mahawi that people are watching.
- 15:44But I think this question was asked him just before the series
- 15:46aired because he was like, I haven't seen it yet.
- 15:50And he's saying whether there's good from it.
- 15:52We don't know whether that's bad because we haven't seen the
- 15:55episodes yet. When he went on to defend
- 15:57Malaria, saying Malaria was the best Muslim king and the only
- 16:03best Muslim king until the end of time, until the hour,
- 16:07Malaria, may Allah be pleased with him.
- 16:11Malaria, a great companion, he said until the return of Jesus.
- 16:15Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. He doesn't want to mention Imam
- 16:18and Mehdi Arjalat Alfaz al Sharif.
- 16:21We're just praising my. Yeah, madness.
- 16:24I and I think, honey, if if you're watching now and
- 16:28listening to this, you should go back two weeks ago where we
- 16:32spoke about what are we in the treaty with Imam and Hassan so
- 16:35that you can understand the reality of whom Alia is.
- 16:39And there's so much things on earth.
- 16:45I'm actually angry because he knows this, this Sheikh Hathman
- 16:48and Kamis, he knows Maui as proper fasac Maui as like they
- 16:58know Hak Bro Wallah, they know Hak Osman.
- 17:03Khamiz, he's, he's not an idiot as well.
- 17:06That's my point. He's he's, he's a scholar, like
- 17:09in a sense, he's done years of study and he's like
- 17:12high-ranking. He's not like your street, that
- 17:14one guy, you know, Hyde Park speakers Corner, kind of you
- 17:17know, he's he's done his learning, his years of study.
- 17:20There's a proper, proper, well respected guy in that circle,
- 17:25the Salafi circle. Nah, bro, it's just crazy man.
- 17:28And he said the he said I will in Malukul Islam.
- 17:32Yeah, thing like he said that as well and.
- 17:33He said the best of kings. The best of kings.
- 17:36For from his time until the end of the.
- 17:38Last the hour hasn't shut, it said in the episode, he said,
- 17:41What is the king? What's the king in Islam?
- 17:45What the hell does the king mean in Islam?
- 17:47Khalifa Imam, he said. The best of your mums, by the
- 17:51way. Yeah, he said.
- 17:52Mum and Muslim mean, he said. The hell what?
- 17:54What you could take your mum and Muslim We we have a mum.
- 17:57And you know what's, you know what's jokes here?
- 17:59Is that just the name Mahalia? The definition of the name like?
- 18:04What does it mean for? Example What is Amir?
- 18:06What is Ahmed? Was Mustaba?
- 18:08What is Ali? What is Mahalia?
- 18:11What? What does Mahalia mean?
- 18:14A barking female dog. Dog.
- 18:17Yeah. Really.
- 18:18That's all I want to say. And now you know, speaking about
- 18:21barking female dogs. That's what it means.
- 18:23You know, when you look at Surya today and how they treat the
- 18:25alloys, what do they make them do?
- 18:28Yeah, that's true. How do they humiliate them?
- 18:29That's true. They tell them bark.
- 18:31Yeah, yeah. That's my idea for people.
- 18:34It's how can you praise the one Allahu Akbar, Wallah Wallah.
- 18:40He knows Hawk. I swear to God he knows Hawk,
- 18:42but he's blind. He's not.
- 18:43Like, you know when we say, you know, when Imam Hussein, you
- 18:47know, when he goes off to the enemy and he speaks with them,
- 18:50he tries to remind them of who he is, who his grandfather is,
- 18:53where he's standing here. What's his stance?
- 18:55Baba, leave the army of come towards Hak.
- 18:58Come. They say, we know who you are,
- 19:00but we're still going to kill you.
- 19:00And what's his words but Haram? That Haram blinded them from
- 19:08Hak. They know Hak.
- 19:10They see Hak, but they're blind to it.
- 19:14You know, it's like Hedaya. Sometimes you can tell someone
- 19:17100 times. Yeah.
- 19:19But this is this is the right way.
- 19:22This is the correct path. Yeah.
- 19:25He sees it, he reads, he understands it.
- 19:27It just doesn't sound at the heart.
- 19:28At the end of the day, I'm. Yes, Have you seen the show?
- 19:32Well, sure, Maui Show speaking about the.
- 19:35Maui Show? I haven't seen a single episode,
- 19:37but I've seen snippets of people share online.
- 19:41Well, there are scenes in the. Immodest don't make sense.
- 19:45Immodest scenes. Immodest scenes, Yeah.
- 19:48As it is a show about his life. I've heard about you haven't
- 19:51heard about really. Yeah, with women dressed in
- 19:56inappropriate. Basically NBC.
- 19:59Yeah. There's been a like, a massive
- 20:02drama series which has come out about the life of Mahawya.
- 20:05OK? Like a propaganda show.
- 20:06Yeah. And they did one a few years ago
- 20:08about Omar, and now they've done one about Mahawya and it's
- 20:12caused a ruckus online in the last like month.
- 20:15Basically they released it for Ramavan.
- 20:18It's just caused a lot. That's why you've been seeing a
- 20:21lot of lectures on Maharia. We actually recorded the podcast
- 20:24on Maharia before we heard about the show, so before the
- 20:28announcement, said Ahmad. Yeah, he's done a really good
- 20:33job at it, but it's been a lot. Sorry, he done in his Q&A
- 20:34yesterday as well. Yeah.
- 20:38And, and not just him. There's been a lot of Alama
- 20:40who've come out publicly and who've said, no, it's time to to
- 20:44like, educate people about who this this figurative and
- 20:48manipulative character was. Do you know what I mean?
- 20:52This is the next. One, it's not worth our time.
- 20:55Tell me I'm here and what money. And deep in my religious history
- 20:59bag right now. Like babe as the my whole head
- 21:03is in the bag to be honest and I would like to say that the most
- 21:09beautiful love story that I've ever heard in my entire life is
- 21:16the love story of Muhammad. Peace be upon the Prophet
- 21:22Muhammad, his daughter Fatima and Imam Ali.
- 21:27May God be pleased with them. It's the most beautiful love
- 21:30story I've ever heard in my life.
- 21:32And if you haven't read the poem that Ali recited, like after
- 21:41Fatima was buried, like, what? So then I just listened to music
- 21:49and I was like, Oh my God, to be loved is to be.
- 21:52Seen. It's just so anyway really
- 21:58beautiful and I bet it's even more beautiful in Arabic because
- 22:02like things lose their sentiment with translate.
- 22:06Anyway, have a good day. Hope you cried this quarter.
- 22:09What? And to the man on Live Today who
- 22:13said lift up your shirt to him I say put down your eyes, OK?
- 22:18Don't let me know more about your book than you do.
- 22:20I'll embarrass you and I'll take joy in it.
- 22:23OK. Is she is she a Muslim?
- 22:37I think she's. Got Arab like ancestry or
- 22:40something OK. Well, she's clearly researched.
- 22:46Like she knows. If you ask the average here,
- 22:47what did the minute, what million say after Sena Fatima
- 22:50died? What did he recite?
- 22:52Most people don't even know. There's a lot of natural Balaga
- 22:55about it, but that's crazy, man. That's crazy, I think.
- 22:59That's something like different. Suppose you're going to say like
- 23:02prophet and Aisha. I was going to start laughing
- 23:03do. You know, do you know what's
- 23:05crazy, though? It shows that the, the, that
- 23:12shows that the stories that Hadley bait can reach anyone,
- 23:16reach anyone, penetrate their hearts like proper.
- 23:19Do you know what I mean? People can feel it and empathise
- 23:22with it. And she looks like she's about
- 23:23to cry. Yes, I think it's man.
- 23:25Do you know it's I think it's like stuff like that when I see
- 23:31a non-muslim or non shit, I like you see the videos of like
- 23:35lectures about the Helbait or Latmi or Moloud.
- 23:39I think I I still makes me happy because it's like because
- 23:42especially me because I'm in media.
- 23:44So for example, when I seen yeah in the Community Center, I help
- 23:47with the media wise. So when I see that, yeah, like I
- 23:51see that what I do, I'm helping spread the message of Islam.
- 23:56So you relate to it. Yeah, so I just feel happy that
- 23:58I'm someones getting understanding and learning and
- 24:01they achieve something. From it, you never know, maybe
- 24:03they watched one of your. Maybe.
- 24:05Yours you helped put out to the wall.
- 24:07And yeah. Yeah, I love Granny.
- 24:10A noble wife. By the way, I really liked the
- 24:13way she told the brother to lower his gaze.
- 24:16Right. Yeah, yeah.
- 24:18But in the Quran it says both in.
- 24:19It of course I was going to say women.
- 24:21Cover men, lower gaze I was. Going to say it goes both ways
- 24:23but. Yeah, I know.
- 24:24I mean, she's good comeback. Yeah.
- 24:26Yeah, good comeback. She's definitely funny.
- 24:28Right behind me is where Shah Jalal is buried.
- 24:32It's a shrine where thousands upon thousands of Bangladeshis
- 24:36come here from around the country to make prayers for him.
- 24:41Others come to pay their respects.
- 24:49Tell us soon, especially someone like Delhi, why is it OK to
- 24:52visit a shrine? You know, as soon as I saw
- 24:54Delhi, any missions this, this personality that's buried there,
- 24:57the first thing I was like, bro, I've read all your tweets
- 25:00online. I've come across so many of your
- 25:02tweets online, like one of the biggest anti Shia voices.
- 25:06We'll have a head. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 25:09And now I don't know. What's he doing there?
- 25:10Journalism. Was he promoting grave
- 25:12worshipping? I don't understand.
- 25:14Would go like pay their respects to their moms and he would
- 25:19grinse us out or the likes of the would grinse us out for
- 25:23grave worshipping. But then why is something like
- 25:26this like? Normalized, yeah.
- 25:28Normalized. Acting this is sick because the
- 25:30ziad of Imam Hussein doesn't fit doesn't fit their narrative.
- 25:35Do you think, yeah, can I ask you an honest question?
- 25:37Like there's obviously clear double standards, like like he's
- 25:41gone to a random King's grave in in like South Asia or something
- 25:44and he's talking about it from a journalistic perspective and all
- 25:48of that buried in 13 O3 and all of that.
- 25:50But do you think, do you think his issue with the Ziata of the
- 25:55Prophet's family is the fact that it's the Shia who are doing
- 26:00it? Or is it what happens when when
- 26:02the Ziata happens? So for example, of course you
- 26:05get people who do things in his mind, which is like not normal,
- 26:09like over here for example, you're.
- 26:11Yeah, and what do they think happens?
- 26:13No, I'm saying, for example, like a guy like him.
- 26:14Yeah, what what did what? What does he take issues with?
- 26:17He takes issues with Latmiyat spilling blood.
- 26:20He takes issues with Shia. Kissing the shrines.
- 26:23Right. So is his issue with the Shia or
- 26:25was it with the? Shia eyes.
- 26:27And with that I mean he wouldn't dare to say the same things the
- 26:34way people speak about the Ziyara Oman Hussain, when people
- 26:38go ziyara too, the grave of Rasul Allah.
- 26:43That's the thing, these guys, they're quick to judge, 25
- 26:47million people go for Alabama in every year.
- 26:49They're quick to judge the Mott minin, the Muslim mean who go
- 26:52for Ziyada every year. And not just that, the non Shia
- 26:54who go year on year, the non-Muslims who go and visit
- 26:58Iraq visit the shrining Mahmud Hussein every year Shrine of men
- 27:01and Mott Minin. And it's crazy because if if
- 27:04they only knew how much though he'd happens in those shrines,
- 27:08how much vicar of our last punter that happens in those
- 27:10shrines, How we're using the one who Rasulullah talked about
- 27:16saying that they are close to me.
- 27:19You know, whoever's at peace with them is at peace with me.
- 27:22And, and when we go there and when we spend time with these
- 27:25holy personalities, we're doing it to honour the Holy Prophet
- 27:28and honour his lineage, his family, such that we can develop
- 27:31a relationship with, with them and, and with our Creator.
- 27:34You know, just on this topic of Ziara's part of law, I don't, I
- 27:37think it was you, Ahmed, but one of the brothers shared a few
- 27:40days ago and after the story of a Sunni brother, we went to the
- 27:43shrine of Imam and Hussein I. Think it was me.
- 27:47Was it you? I think I said because I saw
- 27:48that video. And he was like, look where the
- 27:50Shias are praying to wasn't the grave of Imam towards the cabin,
- 27:56towards Mecca? And and I think that's a lot of
- 27:59misconceptions when you have voices like Dilip Hussain, I'll
- 28:02say his name. I'm not attacking him.
- 28:04I'm attacking his voice because his voice is important.
- 28:07My. Machine that backs the likes of
- 28:09him. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 28:09Because when when you spill misconceptions, people believe
- 28:13it. When you, when people like Dilip
- 28:15Hussain, whether he likes or not or whether like people like or
- 28:18not, he represents Sunni Islam. When you come out and you say
- 28:21things like this in a Shia Islam, misconceptions and you
- 28:24feed that narratives, people that listen to you will fall
- 28:28trap to you will believe you. Sahir, if I come now and say,
- 28:32OK, I went to this place and this is what they do.
- 28:36And this is and I know I haven't seen it with my own eyes.
- 28:39I haven't gone there myself to see why I've heard this true or
- 28:42false, but if I was to amplify this narrative and people listen
- 28:46to this podcast and they are Shia, for example, they'll
- 28:49believe me. So there is a responsibility and
- 28:52there is double standards. The last the last thing I was
- 28:54saying then yes, anything to add?
- 28:56But I know that people would welcome any non shell with open
- 29:00arms. Anyone, anyone who visits the
- 29:03the holy shrines will be welcomed with open arms.
- 29:06You won't have Haram police and all of these guys, you know,
- 29:10kind of the the most thing you'll get is a guy with a dust
- 29:13though tells you keep walking, keep walking so you don't cause
- 29:15any stampedes, but that's just for people's safety rather than
- 29:19know this is a bit and this is that like people are there,
- 29:22they're welcoming, they're honourable, they're they're
- 29:24they're respectful and more than that, they're trying their best
- 29:26to to make you feel like this is your homeland.
- 29:28We want you to feel comfort in your your worship.
- 29:31So when you're doing your worship of God in this in these
- 29:34blessed massage it that you you realize it's a place where you
- 29:39you're feeling Islam there. Do you know what I mean?
- 29:43Since since I. Was just going to talk about the
- 29:45video that I was talking about what he mentioned it.
- 29:49Oh yeah, the one. That.
- 29:52Was a nice point, was a nice because you had the Sunday go to
- 29:55Arah, go to Karbala, go to the holy shrine, enter the Bury Havi
- 30:01Mohammed Hussain and say, look, they're praying.
- 30:03Well, they're not praying to the grave, they're praying towards
- 30:06Mecca. Yeah.
- 30:07And that's people have this misconception like when we go
- 30:09Ziara, when we go to the shrine of Imam Hussein, for example, on
- 30:12Irvine, this is the most popular Ziara people are aware of.
- 30:15We go on the 40th of Imam Hussein.
- 30:17People think we go there to worship about the last love of
- 30:19life. No, no.
- 30:19Which is and. He's faced by that.
- 30:22He was like, actually shocked. Yeah.
- 30:24Like it wasn't like, oh, look, it was like, this is actually
- 30:27they're not praying towards the shrine.
- 30:29Like he was really shocked. So it's yeah.
- 30:32We Allah grant them the Ziara while the beta rasul Linda.
- 30:35But when was BC then BC is before Christ AD is after Christ
- 30:41is just so how do you get OK OK now now hear me.
- 30:46How do you get a BC? But he was created by the Lord.
- 30:52What's the what are we talking about?
- 30:56Like are you listening? Are you listening to me wrong?
- 31:01Like what are we talking about? I get it.
- 31:04I get. It Christ, Christ is the human
- 31:07form of the Lord Jesus Christ on the earth they created.
- 31:17Basically he's he's saying that how can you have BC and AD and
- 31:23there's people that existed before Christ, but Christ is the
- 31:25Lord. That's who's asking which is
- 31:30common sense and the guy in the hoodie is trying to justify is
- 31:37like no, he's the human form of God.
- 31:40Now come on bro. Oldest thing in the book man
- 31:42lies doesn't make sense. Trinity ones.
- 31:56It actually really. Bothers me.
- 31:58It's because it's. Like why does it bother you
- 32:04especially you were there? Recently, yeah, I went there
- 32:23with say my granddad and for me, because obviously I've never
- 32:28been to Saudi before, it's my first time going to the shrines
- 32:30there and especially with my granddad, because I've been
- 32:34Hamdan, nearly every shrine of my granddad, I've been Saudi
- 32:36with him, I've been Karabala with him.
- 32:39So for me, when I when there with my granddad, something that
- 32:41I have as a memory and it's like my first time there as well.
- 32:45So like when we go to shrines, we don't do any disrespect to
- 32:49anyone. We're there to respect our imams
- 32:51or the elbates and we pray to Allah.
- 32:54So when they go there and they start cursing us and they land
- 32:58on us or land on the grave, it's just that quiet.
- 33:01It's unnecessary. You're you're just.
- 33:03Is that the Omar we must get? Yeah, so that's where, say the
- 33:07Zeinab mamasujud, they they were held captain.
- 33:09I went there when I was like 1415 and I remember it was
- 33:15empty. I remember my grandmother
- 33:17telling me at the time she was like, oh, we went in August and
- 33:22she started crying while we're walking from one end to the
- 33:24other. She started crying, like crying.
- 33:26She goes because her mum said John had to walk these floors
- 33:29left foot. I was like thinking it's Panama.
- 33:32That's what I when I saw the courtyard just now, I
- 33:34remembered. That I was very familiar.
- 33:36Yeah, man. But those who have been to
- 33:37Syria, the mesh can visit it. And if you're Xian, you're
- 33:42watching this. We was a flying monkey man.
- 33:47It's just like these guys. Are these are the filth of the
- 33:49filth? But it's like we watch that and
- 33:52we think about the grandchildren of the Holy Prophet Muhammad.
- 33:55They watch that with their eyeliner and their makeup, you
- 33:59know, And they're standing in those places and they're doing
- 34:01Latin on the Shia. Why did you realize they were
- 34:04wearing the the ISIS patch skies and flexing it?
- 34:08Yeah, yeah, he's doing all those weird hand signs.
- 34:11He's trying to like show off, like look at it and.
- 34:14All he knows on the how's it go? But yeah, man, it's it's a sassy
- 34:28affairs that we see because the reality is, for example, the El
- 34:32bait went through so much oppression.
- 34:33It was like in many ways, like the reliving for us at least
- 34:39it's like we get to see like if we were to ever deny that such
- 34:43things ever took place back in history, like what we see today
- 34:46just makes you say no. But these things have happened,
- 34:49bro. Like these sort of individuals
- 34:5110 times worse. Of course, back then.
- 34:53It's true. You can't deny it any.
- 34:56Yeah, yeah, yeah. And the.
- 34:58Number of people that are being like completely ruined those.
- 35:03It's heartbreaking. And what's coming out is less
- 35:06than 1% of what's actually up. Yeah.
- 35:09You know the like some of the stuff you I can't even mention.
- 35:12On the topic. It's disgusting he's in the
- 35:14videos. Terrific.
- 35:15Or if you have, if you have the head of the current Syrian
- 35:18government who's people call him the ex ISIS, he's still ISIS,
- 35:23he's still part of the same ideology, still part of the same
- 35:26mentality. And it's just the only
- 35:28difference is wearing a tie in a suit.
- 35:30There's no difference. But anyhow.
- 35:33These lands would be anyhow. Charla, sure.
- 36:37You. Know that Hadith says you know,
- 36:46he tells, he tells. None will love you except the
- 36:52believer, and none will hate you except for a hypocrite.
- 36:58This is it. I the guy, the call on the line
- 37:01was, was asking him where was Amira Mummanin killed and he was
- 37:07telling him he was killed outside the mosque.
- 37:13So he was like but he was killed in Salah.
- 37:14He said no Almani was killed before before prayer he is
- 37:19trying to take away from the there's a shot of Amira
- 37:25Mummanin. Then he goes on to say the
- 37:26second question the caller asked, he goes OK, so where was
- 37:29he? Where was he born then?
- 37:32He said he was born in Mecca. Then he told them where in
- 37:35Mecca? He said in our home, He said,
- 37:38what is our home? Then the guy goes to the corner,
- 37:41he goes, you tell me what is our home?
- 37:43He said the cab, he goes, what do you think the cab is a labour
- 37:46ward. And he, he knows it.
- 37:49By the way, like we saw people similar to Ahmad and Shamis who
- 37:52I was speaking earlier, they know the they know the truth.
- 37:55That's what Allah they are purposely misguiding the Muslim
- 37:58Ummah and I don't know what they gained from this because do they
- 38:01really believe they're going Jenna when Rasoolallah says like
- 38:06a hypocrite and a believer Hak and bottle Ali Qasim Anari were
- 38:12Jenna and you go against everything Rasoolallah stands
- 38:15for purposely and you know the Hak and you purposely mislead
- 38:20them. It's messed up.
- 38:22It's messed up. But but the problem is I don't
- 38:25think he his heart just kid and admit Ali was killed in the
- 38:29mosque. What struck in the mosque.
- 38:31Sorry his heart couldn't admit Ali was born in the House of and
- 38:34this is the same guy, by the way, who I think two years ago
- 38:37were reacted to a clip where he where he said where he was
- 38:42smoking goes Oh yeah, Imam Hussein Daif thirsty and he's
- 38:44laughing. Same guy and he has millions of
- 38:47Sunni Muslims who tune into his shows and they listen and they
- 38:50learn from him smugness. Allah, the Muslim Wellness is
- 38:55very sad state of affairs. Very sad statement.
- 38:59I think it started like funny and happy and it just came a
- 39:03bit. No, but this is reality.
- 39:04It's a reality check. It is depressing because they're
- 39:08taking away from the heart of a little bit.
- 39:10Well, I'm passionate about this stuff.
- 39:14Isn't it? I know we all are like this guy
- 39:26O metric DAR tatla monkey ET mote monkeen fische serbic a
- 39:31favelen home metro start it with love
- 40:13with China. So here.
- 40:27I said.
- 40:59What started the collision? This doctor's deep.
- 41:05You want to translate? Yeah, Doctor Muhammad Tahar,
- 41:12Rocky knife surgeon, if I'm not mistaken.
- 41:20Well, as you were saying this, I was remembering some videos that
- 41:22I've watched on his Instagram. Oh, he reached a stage.
- 41:25He reached a stage basically where he's seen what's happening
- 41:28on the ground in Gaza. And he told himself that he
- 41:34wants to do something. But he was always being told,
- 41:37for example, there's other people that can do it, you don't
- 41:40need to go. And then he start having this
- 41:42with Swas where he had these whispers telling him, OK, but if
- 41:45you go, who's going to look after your mum?
- 41:48If you go, why are you going to go?
- 41:50You have a good life here like because I didn't know what to
- 41:52do. So I was like, let me take here.
- 41:54Oh my God and I I saw my prayer man.
- 41:56I'd done the Sahara and the the verse that he opened up to was a
- 42:01calling from God to him to tell him God.
- 42:03It was as if God was calling him to tell him to go to and was
- 42:06there and help and help the people in Palestine there.
- 42:09And he went and I think that's where I said mushtubah ended the
- 42:12clip here. But if you see the work this
- 42:14brother does or has done and Insha Allah, it's, it's an he's
- 42:19an inspiration to the world. But I didn't know that he
- 42:23wasn't. I only knew he wasn't a gazer
- 42:25when he returned to the UK. Really.
- 42:28No, I didn't know what he was doing.
- 42:30I've seen his name, I've seen people share things, but I
- 42:33didn't know much about his story and the exact work that he was
- 42:36doing until he returned to the UK when he was in the airport
- 42:39and there was a video that went viral.
- 42:41Whereas people were anticipating him coming out of the rivals
- 42:44Hall. PS Morgan walked out.
- 42:46I don't know if you've seen this clip.
- 42:48So PS Morgan walks out and like everyone's like supporting
- 42:52Palestine and everyone sees Piers Morgan.
- 42:54They go confront him and they're telling him there's a guy that's
- 42:58going to come out. Wait, I want you to meet him.
- 42:59I want you to invite him on. I want him out of Sarah Vajeh.
- 43:03And then he came out and he embraced his mother and was it
- 43:07was a madness, was a madness. But I really encourage everyone
- 43:10to go see the work that this brother does, honestly.
- 43:13And God bless him. And he's done a lot more then I
- 43:16think any of us can ever do. He went in the midst of battle.
- 43:20And there's a clip I saw, by the way, I don't know if it's in the
- 43:22same episode interview here with the not sure which channel this
- 43:28is, but there's a part where he said, I told myself, I went back
- 43:35to Karbala and I remembered Imam Al Hussain when he said tell him
- 43:38in Austin and Solana and he was like, this is how I felt.
- 43:42I was like, for me it was like Imam Hussain saying I'm calling
- 43:46you basically like this is a similar situation to him how we
- 43:50saw it. So he had like a hosseini moment
- 43:56on the ground. So when he was seeing this, he
- 43:58related to Karbala national and Subhanallah, so much things like
- 44:03keep you on track and take you towards Haq and towards what's
- 44:07right and what's against oppression and what's against
- 44:10evil is when you have hope. Ali Beta Rasulullah on the
- 44:12heart. It plays something in the heart.
- 44:15Yeah, moral compass. Moral compass and I've told
- 44:20myself ever since he came back to Heathrow, I would love one
- 44:23day to have him. On the you know, the the whole
- 44:27whole month of Shahramahan has come and gone so fast.
- 44:31And in the last few days we've seen indiscriminate bombing
- 44:35start again in Afghanistan and hundreds and hundreds of kill
- 44:40children who have been killed. Back to square 1.
- 44:42And like horrifying footage, like before we were filming
- 44:48today, I saw a video which completely broke my heart of a
- 44:52child. And where's this, where's this
- 44:56going to stop ya Allah? Like it's, it's, it's, it's
- 45:00absolutely tragic. And now we're, we're talking
- 45:03about people who have they've had enough coffee like it's been
- 45:062 years nearly. Give them a break.
- 45:09Just stop. You know, there's, it's, it's
- 45:12not right. Well, that's not right.
- 45:14These people have they've, they've got Tawakkul and they've
- 45:18got Sabah and they've got strength more than anyone else,
- 45:22for sure. Like the people of Palestine
- 45:25have got more strength and more belief in God.
- 45:28And I'd say most, if not all people around the world, because
- 45:32they've gone through this. They've gone through the water
- 45:34shortages, they've gone through the electricity cuts.
- 45:36They've gone through the the, the cutting of their health
- 45:41facilities and all of their universities being bombed and
- 45:45their schools. They've lost their family
- 45:46members. They've lost their
- 45:47infrastructure. But regardless of that, they're
- 45:50still there. I saw a video today of a young a
- 45:52young child who was eating a bread sandwich with grass
- 45:56inside. I saw.
- 45:57That, yeah. Bro, what is this man we're here
- 46:01having lavish if bars this whole month.
- 46:03Think about it like this whole month.
- 46:06How many times have we had meat or chicken?
- 46:08How many times have we had the option to have like a cold drink
- 46:13any drink that we want or hot drink any drink We how many how
- 46:17many times have we had a cup of tea after if bar this month?
- 46:20Think about it like, bro, these are luxuries.
- 46:23What are their luxuries? And this whole month I've tried
- 46:25to try to remind myself, like think about people who don't
- 46:30have that. Because if there's one thing
- 46:33that we, we try and learn throughout this month is
- 46:36humility. Be humble for what you have, be
- 46:39grateful for what you've been given and be humble with how you
- 46:41treat what you've been given. You know, don't approach things
- 46:43with extravagance, right? Muhammad Tharme, Allah bless
- 46:46him, he's been a massive inspiration and we are proud to
- 46:50have guys like him in our community.
- 46:52Charlotte, we can follow in his footsteps because he's someone
- 46:55who's actually walked a walk. He's not actually just talk to
- 46:58talk. He's gone.
- 46:59He's done that himself. What a guy man honestly,
- 47:03Charlotte. And it's like, what do we, what
- 47:06do you even do? How do you even get to a point
- 47:08where you can have the courage? Everyone wants to do something,
- 47:11You know, we cry and we see these these videos and these
- 47:14pictures. But like, he forced himself to
- 47:17go and to help and he spent months there and he came back.
- 47:21What a hero. Mansly Crazy crazy crazy.
- 47:26May Allah give them forage. Shala, I hear mean shala.
- 47:31So if we go over Ramadan, we started the holy month of
- 47:35Shahram. By the way, the podcast we've
- 47:36had this Ramadan guys can be watched anytime throughout the
- 47:38year. That's the beauty about it.
- 47:41And the month of Shahramadan. We did a podcast look, we did
- 47:45three things. Yeah, 3/3 of the previous
- 47:48podcasts. 1 of it looked at social issues, which was like
- 47:52brotherhood and love and hate and loyalty and betrayal and
- 47:57like compassion amongst brothers.
- 47:59The second one looked at historical issue, looked at the
- 48:02the soil between the Mohammed Hassan Ali Salaam and Moawi and
- 48:06Evan Abu Sufyan. And the third was or Antefsir or
- 48:12Sheikh Ayub where we talked about sort of other, we went
- 48:15through each of the verses and sort of other, which was
- 48:18amazing. All three were amazing.
- 48:20And Hamdullah has been another successful year.
- 48:22We have a lot planned inshallah in the coming months.
- 48:26And we just pray that you guys can stay patient with us and
- 48:29forgive us in the last few remaining days of Shah Ramadan.
- 48:33Anything we may have said in this month or prior, which may
- 48:37have been distasteful or offensive, please forgive us.
- 48:39Please remember us in your daughter these last few nights.
- 48:41Of course, we know by the time this airs, little Juma, that the
- 48:48last Friday of Shahramadhaan is is a very special day, the last
- 48:52Juma of Shahramadhaan. So Please remember us in your
- 48:55daughter there and when you do your daughter without your
- 48:59farewell to the to the holy month and you seek forgiveness
- 49:03and Please remember us as well, Inshallah.
- 49:05Keep us in the Amal in the last few nights Inshallah as well.
- 49:09Sha Allah Centre centre. I echo everything you said.
- 49:13I've loved this month. I can't believe we're saying
- 49:17goodbye to Shah Ramadhan Shah. Just many more in Shah.
- 49:20It just feels like this Ramadan was the fastest Ramadan Shah
- 49:24Ramadan that I've experienced ever.
- 49:27Yeah, it's gone. So it's gone.
- 49:28Possible. It feels emotional now, man.
- 49:30And knowing that aid is just a few days away is like I just
- 49:34stop saying hope the way I am stays this way right inshallah.
- 49:39Because knowing we have this tendency of sort of.
- 49:43Downgrade. Can I ask you?
- 49:44Yeah. What's been your, what have you
- 49:46done this month which you want to continue to do after?
- 49:48I want to continue. Like what song you started doing
- 49:54this month which you want to keep doing?
- 49:56I wouldn't say I've done any new changes.
- 49:58I've just improved what I normally do.
- 50:01And one of us started on time. That's that's like hope on time.
- 50:08There's no like, OK, I'll in an hour or two hours just because
- 50:12it's still within the time, it's not going to be called up.
- 50:14But both praying on time. There's a huge difference.
- 50:17By the way, I had the thought, sorry, yeah, I'm not joking.
- 50:21Today I had the thought I want to try fasting the entire year
- 50:24IF as if it's possible. You can't do every day with.
- 50:27It do you know what there's? Days you can't.
- 50:28There's days. That's how I'm fast.
- 50:29Do do Monday Thursdays must hab and also it's it's very good.
- 50:34Because when you don't eat much, you can be so productive, not
- 50:38just in spirituality, in your minds, in your.
- 50:41Last day, like you know, in Charlotte, like Mondays,
- 50:43Thursdays, and obviously we have days throughout the 13th, 14th,
- 50:4615th, Shaaban, the Rajab and Shaaban in itself.
- 50:49There's a lot of people who fast for three months, right?
- 50:52Rajab Shaaban, then Ramaban Charlot and next year we can do
- 50:56that. But it's like, at least you're
- 50:58right, like at least regular fasting was to have not even got
- 51:00that fasting. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 51:06So yeah, what I've started and I'm on, which hopefully I keep
- 51:09doing after every Saddam, I just go on to Jordan.
- 51:14Thank Allah for everything. Beautiful.
- 51:17And I ask for forgiveness and just thank God for everything.
- 51:22Well, don't. Don't keep seeking forgiveness
- 51:24just for Ramadan. Many of us do that, right?
- 51:27I think it should be continuous. That's a very nice, yeah, very
- 51:30nice piece of advice for all of us, not just yourself.
- 51:32Share it. Share it with us.
- 51:33And gratitude as well. Gratitude is a huge one.
- 51:36Like we constantly seek forgiveness in itself and in
- 51:41some ways it's beautiful, but in some ways it's selfish because
- 51:44we're just seeking our own retribution and our own
- 51:46redemption, right? And in honesty, like gratitude
- 51:50is humility because you're selfless in that because you're
- 51:54thanking Allah for whatever, even if you're not satisfied
- 51:57with where you are. Some people are broke, you know,
- 51:59some people got health issues, some people got family issues,
- 52:03job issues. But thank Allah for whatever
- 52:05we've been given. For me, one thing I think it's
- 52:07been, I think this month has been nice with the Hotel Quran
- 52:10especially. I have a routine like 10:11 PM
- 52:16daily roughly. I will like wind down after the
- 52:21kids sleep, all of that. And I'll try and do something
- 52:25with the Quran. I'll try and read, I'll try and
- 52:27listen to something like reflections on the Quran.
- 52:30There's like a really nice podcast I've been listening to
- 52:33which is like 10 minutes a day, you know, you know which one is
- 52:37a shout out to Stanmore. So huddle bites.
- 52:39But my local centre, they've been doing a podcast 10 minutes
- 52:42a day where they pick a verse. So they've done 30 verses across
- 52:45the month and they've done like a 10 minute reflection each day
- 52:48and it's a whole podcast. So they release it in the
- 52:51morning every day like a time for for Fajr.
- 52:54And it's really nice because they could, you know, the deal
- 52:57can unverse everything. Well, go on.
- 53:00So La La la I, I had a thought in my head.
- 53:07What's that thought? I don't.
- 53:11Want to know what's the end you like?
- 53:14I felt like the discussion was coming to an end.
- 53:15It was coming to an end. Yeah, you took it back up, but
- 53:18something gets my mind and I said if I share it now, I said
- 53:21on the 15 minutes. Yeah.
- 53:22So we allow it for the day. But can I say one thing?
- 53:28You're gone. I was going to ask you said
- 53:31like, what is one thing like we will continue or improve on or
- 53:34keep it consistent throughout the year?
- 53:36What is one thing that you you you learned this Ramadan that
- 53:41you didn't know last Ramadan, for example?
- 53:42That's a good question. Because I I learned on Madness
- 53:45the other day, so I share it go. On I don't have anything in my.
- 53:48Mind it's about, you know, just in in speaking about reactions.
- 53:53I remember during Leila Fador, there was an uptick in people
- 53:56mocking the Quran Aman for Rafael Masaha for that Shias do
- 54:00all around the world or we place the Quran on our heads.
- 54:04And many were like asking, you know, what is it that we're
- 54:07doing? Some of them had genuine
- 54:09questions. Some of them just like this is
- 54:12this is their bread and butter online.
- 54:14They come and just take the the the Mickey out of everything
- 54:18Shias do, whether they sneeze, breathe or cough.
- 54:20Let's take let's take the McHale, the Shia.
- 54:24There was a lecture I attended and this was like a day after I
- 54:27got sort of agitated by some of these hate comments.
- 54:32And he was like the speaker was saying, for example, a very
- 54:36similar point. He goes many asks, like, what is
- 54:38it that we're doing every year we come and we put the Quran our
- 54:42heads. We say Bikaya Allah, Bikaya
- 54:45Muhammad, Bikaya Ali. Have we understood what this
- 54:48Quran Amal is like, the greatness of what this is all
- 54:52about? And then he linked it to
- 54:53shaytan. And how did he link it to
- 54:56Shaytan? A lot of Hanu Atallah had
- 55:04Sheyfan worshipping him for all these thousands of years, right?
- 55:13The angels worshipped Allah. It's a long story.
- 55:18I'm going to cut a shot so. 15 minutes I'll.
- 55:27Make it wrap up. Say I'll make it 1.
- 55:30What's the I'll? I'll make it 1 minute.
- 55:32Yeah. So for example, the great, the,
- 55:36the, the names that we we say during Rafael Masahev, Biki
- 55:41Allah, Biki Muhammad, Biki Ali, Biki Al Fatima.
- 55:43When it comes to Biki al Fatima, the name is so special to God,
- 55:47Swan and Watahala that shared our nose of the greatness of the
- 55:52name Fatima. A man came to Mount Jafar Asada
- 55:57and he asked him on Imam Shahdan worshipped Allah Subhanahu
- 56:04Athallah. Shahdan knows the status
- 56:07Rasulullah Muhammad Salallahu, he knows the status of Emir al
- 56:10Mummini, he knows the status of Fatima the Zara.
- 56:13So why did he not prostate to Adam?
- 56:20The story goes on and goes on and goes on.
- 56:23The Imam replied to him that Shaytan had the plan.
- 56:27A part of the plan was to deceive people, which we all
- 56:33know, take them away from God. But he had hope in our last
- 56:38mercy through the name of Fatima, the Zara, as a means of
- 56:46Wasira. So the Imam told him so the man
- 56:52told the Imam. It was like, so are you telling
- 56:55me after all these years, after all of the Haram people do,
- 57:01after all the evil that people do, after all the killing that
- 57:04people do, Shaitaan's going to come on the Day of Judgment.
- 57:06Is he going to say Allahabad to Fatima, forgive me, And God's
- 57:11going to forgive him? He said no God is going to make
- 57:17Shaitaan forget the name of Fatima, but if you allowed me 10
- 57:22minutes more or that explain to you how?
- 57:31All right, guys. And Teller, we'll be back up.
- 57:35Yeah. Oh, by the way, if we do an
- 57:37episode soon, let me say this point probably.
- 57:39It's a very beautiful point we can all learn from, honestly.
- 57:42Do you want to say it now then? No, no, no, because I need 10
- 57:45minutes. I need 10.
- 57:46Minutes, I think. Anger.
- 57:47I didn't give it justice and Michella, we give it justice and
- 57:50the shower does justice all around the world and we wait for
- 57:52the justice of Imam and Mehdi, which is the true justice of
- 57:55Allah. So and on that note, we wish
- 57:59everyone around the world and people bar Mubarak, the Allah
- 58:03accept you fast. You're Amal.
- 58:06I say Mushtaq. If you feel like you want to cut
- 58:07that out, feel free for Salaam Alaikum or Ahmed Allahi.
