Mega Edition: Donald Trump And His Epstein Related Battle Against The WSJ (11/3/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
0:02
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. So ever since Donald Trump started talking about
0:08
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, we've heard several different reasons as to why
0:12
Speaker 1: their friendship collapsed. Well now, we're getting a story from
0:16
Speaker 1: the Wall Street Journal that was told by a former
0:20
Speaker 1: employee of Mar-a-Lago who said that she was called to
0:24
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's house for some sort of house call and
0:28
Speaker 1: he attempted to assault her. So when she got back
0:32
Speaker 1: to Mar-a-Lago, she reported this incident, according to the Wall
0:36
Speaker 1: Street Journal, and that led to Donald Trump barring Jeffrey
0:41
Speaker 1: Epstein from Mar-a-Lago and from the services. And we have
0:45
Speaker 1: to keep in mind at the time, Jeffrey Epstein was
0:48
Speaker 1: not somebody that was under police suspicion yet. So it
0:53
Speaker 1: wasn't like he was already a convicted offender. We have
0:56
Speaker 1: to be honest with the conversation. But with that said,
0:59
Speaker 1: Trump has told us a whole bunch of different versions
1:02
Speaker 1: of this story, so which one's the truth? And honestly,
1:06
Speaker 1: the only thing that we can take from all of
1:08
Speaker 1: this is that Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump did have
1:11
Speaker 1: a relationship, and at some point, they had a falling out.
1:17
Speaker 1: And this is what I mean about Donald Trump creating
1:19
Speaker 1: his own problems. If he would just be forthright and
1:23
Speaker 1: tell everybody about the relationship with Epstein throughout the years,
1:26
Speaker 1: he could have avoided a lot of this trouble. But instead,
1:30
Speaker 1: they're engaging now in an ongoing cover-up to cover up
1:33
Speaker 1: the cover-up. And I've never seen anything like it. And
1:37
Speaker 1: the more they talk, the more they bullshit, the deeper
1:40
Speaker 1: that hole gets. Because this isn't going away. If they
1:44
Speaker 1: think that it's going to fade into the background and
1:47
Speaker 1: there's never going to be ramifications, they're crazy. At some point,
1:51
Speaker 1: Donald Trump's not going to be president anymore. And then what?
1:56
Speaker 1: We've already seen how things go. for former officials now
2:00
Speaker 1: in this country, like we live in a banana republic.
2:03
Speaker 1: So do you really think the next administration, if they're Democrats,
2:06
Speaker 1: aren't going to call for a full review of what's
2:08
Speaker 1: going on with Epstein and with the files? They most
2:12
Speaker 1: certainly are. And that's why I think that employees of
2:15
Speaker 1: the DOJ better be very, very careful with what they're
2:18
Speaker 1: doing and with what kind of nonsense they're getting themselves
2:22
Speaker 1: involved in. Because this is the kind of thing that
2:25
Speaker 1: not only ruins careers, but could end up putting people
2:28
Speaker 1: in prison down the line. I mean, there's a law
2:30
Speaker 1: on the books that says you have to release those files.
2:33
Speaker 1: So if you're playing games to protect people, what should
2:37
Speaker 1: be the penalty for that? In my opinion, you should
2:40
Speaker 1: go to prison. Today's article is from The Independent and
2:44
Speaker 1: the headline. New report digs in on details of the
2:48
Speaker 1: incident that reportedly caused Trump to ban Epstein from Mar-a-Lago.
2:52
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Joe Summerlad. And I was
2:57
Speaker 1: going to go to the actual article at the Wall
2:59
Speaker 1: Street Journal, but it's behind a paywall, and I'm not
3:02
Speaker 1: giving them one single dollar. Jeffrey Epstein was never a
3:06
Speaker 1: fee-paying member of President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago club in Florida,
3:10
Speaker 1: but routinely received home visits from staff members sent to
3:13
Speaker 1: provide massages and manicures, a new report has alleged. Is
3:18
Speaker 1: that something that is an offer from Mar-a-Lago to all members?
3:23
Speaker 1: We send beauticians to your home? What does that even mean?
3:27
Speaker 1: So we're going to have to go back and take
3:28
Speaker 1: a look at how prevalent that was and how many
3:31
Speaker 1: girls were sent from Mar-a-Lago to Jeffrey Epstein's house. Probably
3:36
Speaker 1: a pretty important part of the story, no? And of course,
3:38
Speaker 1: it's going to be important to know how many other
3:40
Speaker 1: people they were providing that same service for. So we
3:44
Speaker 1: can see if it's something that was common or if
3:46
Speaker 1: it was something that was just offered to people like, well,
3:50
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And if Mar-a-Lago doesn't have you know, records
3:55
Speaker 1: of other people doing this or going to other people's houses,
3:58
Speaker 1: that's going to be a big problem. I mean, why
4:01
Speaker 1: were they sending girls to Jeffrey Epstein and nobody else?
4:04
Speaker 1: And again, look, we're not at that point yet. We
4:06
Speaker 1: don't have all the details here about who was being
4:09
Speaker 1: sent where or at what time, but it definitely doesn't
4:12
Speaker 1: look good for Mar-a-Lago and it certainly doesn't look good
4:15
Speaker 1: for Donald Trump. Former employees of Trump's Palm Beach estate
4:19
Speaker 1: told the Wall Street Journal that that the house calls
4:22
Speaker 1: took place around the late 1990s and early 2000s and
4:25
Speaker 1: went on for years, even as young female employees warned
4:29
Speaker 1: each other about Epstein's predilection for being sexually suggestive and
4:33
Speaker 1: exposing himself during the appointments. And this is what I
4:36
Speaker 1: say all the time about people acting like they didn't know.
4:39
Speaker 1: They knew. Jeffrey Epstein was a degenerate fuck from Jump Street.
4:45
Speaker 1: He was somebody that was doing all kinds of disgusting
4:48
Speaker 1: shit for years. And everybody knew what was up. Maybe
4:52
Speaker 1: they didn't know all the details, but they knew he
4:54
Speaker 1: was a disgusting bastard. And how many of those people
4:57
Speaker 1: just looked the other way and sent more women and
4:59
Speaker 1: girls directly into the belly of the beast? A whole
5:02
Speaker 1: hell of a lot of them. That's how many. The
5:06
Speaker 1: former staff members told the Wall Street Journal that the
5:09
Speaker 1: house calls were an occasional service offered to spa members.
5:13
Speaker 1: Although Epstein was not a member, they said, they alleged
5:15
Speaker 1: that Trump had told them to treat him like one
5:18
Speaker 1: and that Epstein had an account. where appointments were booked
5:21
Speaker 1: for him by Ghislaine Maxwell, his accomplice, and then girlfriend. Well,
5:26
Speaker 1: let's just call her an associate. Guys like Jeffrey Epstein
5:29
Speaker 1: don't really have girlfriends the way most normal people would.
5:33
Speaker 1: But certainly somebody that was intimately involved with him. Maxwell
5:38
Speaker 1: reportedly frequented the club herself, making use of Epstein's account,
5:42
Speaker 1: and used the spa to recruit young spa workers for
5:45
Speaker 1: side jobs which weren't authorized by the club. However, Epstein's
5:49
Speaker 1: relationship with Mar-a-Lago ended abruptly in 2003, according to the
5:54
Speaker 1: Wall Street Journal sources, when an 18-year-old beautician returned to
5:58
Speaker 1: the club and told its human resources team that he
6:01
Speaker 1: had pressured her for sex. Well, that's certainly good for Mar-a-Lago, right?
6:06
Speaker 1: The fact that they ended this relationship after the report
6:09
Speaker 1: was filed. But the problem is that they were sending
6:13
Speaker 1: these girls in the first place. Why are you sending
6:16
Speaker 1: these girls to somebody like Epstein, who's not even a member?
6:19
Speaker 1: Would that benefit be given to just anyone? Or somebody
6:23
Speaker 1: who is a very, very close friend? That's what we
6:26
Speaker 1: should be asking ourselves at this point. Because there's no
6:29
Speaker 1: doubt that they were very close friends for quite some time.
6:33
Speaker 1: And there's also no doubt, just to be real, that
6:36
Speaker 1: they did have a falling out. My issue is with
6:38
Speaker 1: all the different versions that we've heard of the falling out.
6:43
Speaker 1: I have no doubt that there was one, but what
6:45
Speaker 1: caused it I still think that's up in the air. Now,
6:49
Speaker 1: this new report by the Wall Street Journal is adding
6:52
Speaker 1: some context for sure, but even then, it's very difficult
6:55
Speaker 1: to figure out what's what, right? To navigate the truth
6:59
Speaker 1: from the bullshit because they've piled the bullshit so high.
7:06
Speaker 1: A manager responded by sending Trump a fax relaying the
7:09
Speaker 1: employee's accusation against the wealthy financier and urged him to
7:13
Speaker 1: ban Epstein, to which the future president replied by saying
7:17
Speaker 1: it was a good letter and agreeing it was appropriate
7:20
Speaker 1: to sever ties. The beautician's complaint was never passed on
7:24
Speaker 1: to the Palm Beach police. Well, it should have been.
7:27
Speaker 1: And look, to give Trump credit, if that's how he responded,
7:31
Speaker 1: good for him. Because anybody who's trying to do that
7:34
Speaker 1: to your employees is somebody you don't want around. But
7:39
Speaker 1: I think the bigger question is, why were these beauticians
7:42
Speaker 1: going there in the first place? especially considering that it's
7:46
Speaker 1: a benefit, so they say, for members, and Epstein wasn't
7:49
Speaker 1: even a member. So we're definitely going to have to
7:51
Speaker 1: get some more context here, and we're going to have
7:53
Speaker 1: to hear some more information from the people that were involved.
7:58
Speaker 1: Trump has not been accused of wrongdoing in relation to Epstein,
8:01
Speaker 1: who took his own life in a New York City
8:04
Speaker 1: jail in August of 2019, allegedly, while awaiting trial on
8:08
Speaker 1: sex trafficking charges, but has faced consistent pressure this year
8:12
Speaker 1: to explain their past friendships. The account, supplied by the
8:16
Speaker 1: Wall Street Journal, tallies with Trump's claim that he kicked
8:20
Speaker 1: Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago around 2004 for being a creep.
8:24
Speaker 1: White House Press Secretary Carolyn Leavitt told the newspaper Tuesday
8:28
Speaker 1: it was writing up fallacies and innuendo in order to
8:31
Speaker 1: smear President Trump. I don't think that's a smear. I
8:35
Speaker 1: think that if that story is true... it's actually a
8:38
Speaker 1: mark in the positive department for Trump. I mean, if
8:41
Speaker 1: it's true, and he acted right away to ban Epstein,
8:45
Speaker 1: good for him. But there's more to the story. And
8:49
Speaker 1: I think that we're starting to get a little bit
8:52
Speaker 1: more of the context here. And I think as we
8:54
Speaker 1: move forward, we're going to get more. But one thing's
8:58
Speaker 1: for sure, the official narrative that we've been told just
9:01
Speaker 1: doesn't add up. And I think that it was more
9:04
Speaker 1: than just what we're being told about this situation with
9:09
Speaker 1: a beautician or women from Mar-a-Lago that might have been
9:12
Speaker 1: recruited by Epstein and Maxwell. And it probably has something
9:15
Speaker 1: to do with a situation that's more personal between Trump
9:19
Speaker 1: and Epstein. Maybe some kind of business deal that went wrong.
9:23
Speaker 1: Maybe a loan. Whatever. But there's certainly more to the story.
9:29
Speaker 1: The Independent has reached out to the White House for
9:31
Speaker 1: further comment. The Wall Street Journal said, Report goes on
9:35
Speaker 1: to allege that Trump and Epstein continued to cross paths
9:38
Speaker 1: after he was banned from Mar-a-Lago and that the pair
9:41
Speaker 1: found themselves in direct competition for a Palm Beach property
9:44
Speaker 1: up for auction in late 2004, with Trump coming out
9:48
Speaker 1: on top in the bidding process. So that definitely played
9:51
Speaker 1: a part too. When you have two guys like Epstein
9:53
Speaker 1: and Trump and they're going after a property like that,
9:57
Speaker 1: it's going to leave animosity with the person who didn't
9:59
Speaker 1: get the property. Because as you all know, people like
10:02
Speaker 1: this think the whole ass world revolves around them and
10:05
Speaker 1: every decision should fall in their favor. Trump and Epstein both.
10:10
Speaker 1: The pressure on the president to provide justice for Epstein's
10:13
Speaker 1: survivors ramped up in July when the DOJ and the
10:17
Speaker 1: FBI issued a joint memo stating that there was no
10:20
Speaker 1: client list in existence detailing the late pedophile's powerful friends
10:25
Speaker 1: and that conspiracy theories alleging he was murdered in jail
10:29
Speaker 1: were false. Well, folks, it's a wrap. We can pack
10:31
Speaker 1: it all in. The DOJ told us that there's nothing
10:33
Speaker 1: to see here and everything's just a bunch of BS.
10:36
Speaker 1: Just a lone predator, you conspiracy theorists. Meanwhile, the whole
10:40
Speaker 1: entire file is connecting them to other people. The memo
10:46
Speaker 1: only served to revive interest in the case, however, and
10:49
Speaker 1: set in motion a call for the DOJ to release
10:52
Speaker 1: all government files on Epstein, which resulted in the Epstein
10:55
Speaker 1: Files Transparency Act near unanimously passing Congress in November, and
11:01
Speaker 1: the first tranche of documents and photographs being made available
11:04
Speaker 1: via the department's website on December 19th. A second, much
11:08
Speaker 1: larger tranche was published on December 23rd, and the DOJ
11:13
Speaker 1: has since said it's uncovered over a million more documents
11:16
Speaker 1: possibly tied to the Epstein case, and that'll take weeks
11:20
Speaker 1: to release them all. Well, I guess they can just
11:23
Speaker 1: do whatever they want, right? Oh, there's a law? Who cares?
11:27
Speaker 1: We don't give a shit. We're gonna slam dance on
11:30
Speaker 1: your grave. Fuck the Constitution. Fuck the law. Fuck the
11:33
Speaker 1: American people. Basically what they're saying. Trump is suing the
11:37
Speaker 1: Wall Street Journal for reporting on the existence of a
11:40
Speaker 1: lewd 50th birthday letter He allegedly sent to Epstein in
11:43
Speaker 1: January 2003, which was subsequently uncovered by the dead man's
11:47
Speaker 1: estate in response to a subpoena by Democrats on the
11:51
Speaker 1: House Oversight Committee. The president has denied authorship of the letter,
11:56
Speaker 1: but the newspaper has argued its reporting was accurate and
12:00
Speaker 1: is seeking to have the lawsuit dismissed. You know what's
12:03
Speaker 1: funny about that whole entire birthday card? They sure were
12:06
Speaker 1: quick to be able to come out and say that
12:08
Speaker 1: the letter to Nassar by Jeffrey Epstein was fake. We
12:12
Speaker 1: haven't had any of that confirmation one way or the
12:14
Speaker 1: other about the birthday card. Should be pretty easy, right?
12:18
Speaker 1: With how quickly they were able to come out and
12:20
Speaker 1: say that the Nassar letter was fake, shouldn't they be
12:23
Speaker 1: able to do the same about this birthday greeting that
12:26
Speaker 1: Trump allegedly sent to Jeffrey Epstein? I would think so.
12:30
Speaker 1: And you would think that they'd want to do that
12:31
Speaker 1: to put that to bed, right? So I have a
12:34
Speaker 1: funny feeling that lawsuit isn't going anywhere. And I think
12:37
Speaker 1: that when all is said and done, it's going to
12:39
Speaker 1: be dismissed by the court. But we'll keep an eye
12:42
Speaker 1: on it. And as far as the relationship between Donald
12:45
Speaker 1: Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, I think that only two things
12:48
Speaker 1: are clear at this point. One, that they were friends.
12:52
Speaker 1: And two, that they did have some kind of falling out.
12:56
Speaker 1: It's everything in between that we still have to figure out. So,
13:00
Speaker 1: like usual, we'll continue swimming through all this muck and
13:03
Speaker 1: all this BS as we continue to look for some clarity.
13:07
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
13:10
Speaker 1: be found on in the description box. What's up everyone
13:12
Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. So
13:17
Speaker 1: the Wall Street Journal is moving to dismiss the lawsuit
13:21
Speaker 1: that was filed by Donald Trump against them over the
13:25
Speaker 1: Epstein birthday book that they say Donald Trump contributed to.
13:30
Speaker 1: And of course, Donald Trump says that never happened, he
13:32
Speaker 1: didn't do it, and it's all fake. Meanwhile, the Wall
13:36
Speaker 1: Street Journal stands by their reporting and And they say
13:39
Speaker 1: that it's authentic and that they can prove it in court.
13:43
Speaker 1: And while I'm certainly not a friend to the legacy media,
13:47
Speaker 1: I think that they're on point here. And I think
13:49
Speaker 1: that this letter is in fact authentic. And if it's not,
13:53
Speaker 1: or they have concerns that it's not, then shouldn't a
13:56
Speaker 1: fraud investigation be opened against Epstein's estate? Shouldn't the FBI
14:00
Speaker 1: be looking into what happened here and why somebody is
14:03
Speaker 1: trying to create a forgery of a letter that was
14:06
Speaker 1: supposedly sent by the president of the United States? Wouldn't
14:10
Speaker 1: that warrant some kind of robust investigation? I would think so, right?
14:14
Speaker 1: I know that if I was the president or anybody,
14:17
Speaker 1: and I thought that somebody forged some kind of crazy
14:19
Speaker 1: ass birthday note to Jeffrey Epstein from me, I'd be
14:22
Speaker 1: all over an investigation. And what's interesting is you see
14:26
Speaker 1: Trump talking about go after this one, go after that one,
14:29
Speaker 1: We saw the Truth Social post recently to Pam Bondi
14:33
Speaker 1: about going after people and arresting them. But we don't
14:36
Speaker 1: hear anything about this being a forgery, right? We don't
14:39
Speaker 1: hear anything about an investigation into that. So that leads
14:43
Speaker 1: me to believe that Trump knows that this letter is true.
14:47
Speaker 1: He knows that it's authentic. And he's just fighting tooth
14:50
Speaker 1: and nail because he doesn't want the optics of being
14:53
Speaker 1: attached to Jeffrey Epstein. But I think it's going to
14:56
Speaker 1: backfire and blow up in his face. because I think
14:59
Speaker 1: that it's rather obvious that this letter is authentic. Today's
15:05
Speaker 1: article is from ABC News and the headline, Wall Street
15:09
Speaker 1: Journal Moves to Dismiss Trump's $ 10 Billion Lawsuit Over Alleged
15:12
Speaker 1: Letter in Epstein's Birthday Book. This article was authored by
15:16
Speaker 1: James Hill. The Wall Street Journal and its parent companies
15:19
Speaker 1: Dow Jones and News Corp. filed a motion on Monday
15:23
Speaker 1: to dismiss President Donald Trump's $ 10 billion defamation lawsuit over
15:28
Speaker 1: the paper's July article reporting on an alleged letter from
15:31
Speaker 1: Trump that was included in a 50th birthday book for
15:34
Speaker 1: the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in 2003.
15:41
Speaker 1: The motion contends that the article is true. And look, again,
15:45
Speaker 1: I'm not going to rehash what I just said a
15:46
Speaker 1: second ago, but I believe that. I believe that the
15:49
Speaker 1: article is true. I believe that Donald Trump sent it.
15:52
Speaker 1: And I believe that Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein were
15:55
Speaker 1: very close. Now, do I believe that Donald Trump was
15:59
Speaker 1: abusing people with Epstein? I haven't seen any evidence of that.
16:03
Speaker 1: What I am seeing evidence of is Donald Trump engaging
16:07
Speaker 1: in a cover up. And so I think that leaves
16:09
Speaker 1: us with the question of who is he covering up
16:12
Speaker 1: for and why? Because at this point, there's nobody that's
16:16
Speaker 1: going to convince me that he's not covering this up,
16:19
Speaker 1: that he's not putting the brakes on this information coming out.
16:22
Speaker 1: You don't make a U-turn the way you did unless
16:25
Speaker 1: something drastic happens and that somebody presses you or unless
16:28
Speaker 1: you find out there is something real damning inside of
16:30
Speaker 1: those documents. So if this is a big hoax and
16:35
Speaker 1: this is a, you know, fake letter that's been forged,
16:38
Speaker 1: let's get that investigation going. And if that investigation finds
16:42
Speaker 1: out that this is a forgery, then people need to
16:45
Speaker 1: go to prison and I'll be the first one to
16:47
Speaker 1: come onto this podcast and say I was wrong. But
16:50
Speaker 1: I have a funny feeling that's not going to occur.
16:52
Speaker 1: The birthday book, as produced by the Epstein estate and
16:56
Speaker 1: later publicly released by the House Oversight Committee, contains a
16:59
Speaker 1: letter identical to the one described in the article, the
17:02
Speaker 1: motion states. And I think that once we saw the
17:06
Speaker 1: actual letter itself, it was rather obvious to me that
17:10
Speaker 1: it was real, that it was authentic, that it was
17:12
Speaker 1: something that was produced. Now, I don't know if Donald
17:15
Speaker 1: Trump drew that doodle of, you know, the woman's body
17:18
Speaker 1: or whatever. I have no idea. But that signature? That
17:23
Speaker 1: signature certainly looks like his signature, no? So unless it's
17:27
Speaker 1: a very, very, very, very good forgery, then I'm going
17:30
Speaker 1: to have to say that Donald Trump and his lawsuit
17:34
Speaker 1: is destined for failure here. The motion further contends that
17:37
Speaker 1: the article is not defamatory, arguing that there is nothing
17:41
Speaker 1: defamatory about a person sending a body note to a friend,
17:44
Speaker 1: and the article cannot damage Plankton's reputation as a matter
17:48
Speaker 1: of law. Not a bad argument, right? Look, you sent
17:52
Speaker 1: the letter. Seems like a you problem. How can it
17:55
Speaker 1: be defamatory if it's real? That's what it comes down to, right?
17:59
Speaker 1: Is it real or isn't it? And like I said previously,
18:03
Speaker 1: I think it's real. Now, of course, I can't sit
18:07
Speaker 1: here and tell you with certainty that that's the case.
18:10
Speaker 1: I have no idea. I'm not somebody that can authenticate
18:14
Speaker 1: if that's really Donald Trump's signature or if he really
18:17
Speaker 1: drew that picture. But what I can tell you is
18:20
Speaker 1: that two plus two equals four. And when it's as
18:24
Speaker 1: obvious as this is, I don't know how anyone could
18:27
Speaker 1: even try and deny it. Like when it first came
18:29
Speaker 1: out and there was all those denials from people saying,
18:32
Speaker 1: there's no way Donald Trump would ever do something like this.
18:35
Speaker 1: He doesn't draw notes. He doesn't doodle. He doesn't. Meanwhile,
18:38
Speaker 1: he did all of that, right? We've seen pictures that
18:41
Speaker 1: he's drawn previously. And of course, the signature certainly matches up. Now,
18:46
Speaker 1: look again. I don't know with certainty if it's real
18:50
Speaker 1: or not. But when you start piecing everything together and
18:53
Speaker 1: you start looking at the ramifications of a forgery, do
18:57
Speaker 1: you really think that Epstein's executors, Richard Kahn and Darren Indyk,
19:01
Speaker 1: are going to do something like that? What would they
19:03
Speaker 1: have to gain by forging that letter? What exactly would
19:06
Speaker 1: they have to gain? Especially considering the executors and the
19:10
Speaker 1: estate are still going through some lawsuits and still have
19:13
Speaker 1: a lot of things going on. The last thing they
19:15
Speaker 1: need is more bad publicity. or a goddang FBI raid, right?
19:20
Speaker 1: So I highly doubt that the estate is engaging in
19:24
Speaker 1: a forgery. So if the estate didn't do it, who did?
19:27
Speaker 1: You can't just make all these claims that something was
19:29
Speaker 1: forged and not give anybody anything. Especially when you're the
19:34
Speaker 1: President of the United States. The complaint should be dismissed
19:40
Speaker 1: with prejudice and the court should award defendants their reasonable
19:43
Speaker 1: attorney fees and costs, the motion states. And I think
19:46
Speaker 1: that's probably where this is going to go. I think
19:48
Speaker 1: this is going to get dismissed. I don't know about
19:50
Speaker 1: with prejudice, but I think it's going to get dismissed.
19:53
Speaker 1: And then from there, I think there's going to be
19:55
Speaker 1: some payment going on. Trump filed the lawsuit in July
19:59
Speaker 1: in federal court in Florida, seeking damages of at least
20:02
Speaker 1: $ 10 billion. The president has argued that the letter is
20:06
Speaker 1: fake and that the signature on the letter is not his.
20:09
Speaker 1: The president's defamation complaint asserted that the article falsely passes
20:14
Speaker 1: off as a fact that President Trump in 2003 wrote, drew,
20:18
Speaker 1: and signed this letter. But his defense contends in its
20:22
Speaker 1: filing on Monday that is a mischaracterization of the content
20:26
Speaker 1: of the article, which they contend does not assert, as
20:29
Speaker 1: a matter of fact, that he personally signed the letter
20:32
Speaker 1: or drew the image. The motion states, The journal also
20:35
Speaker 1: contends that the article cannot be defamatory to the president
20:38
Speaker 1: because the article is consistent with the president's reputation, citing
20:42
Speaker 1: the president's past comments about Epstein and other past statements
20:46
Speaker 1: about women, including a reference to the Access Hollywood tapes
20:49
Speaker 1: that surfaced just prior to his election in 2016. Well,
20:55
Speaker 1: prior behavior certainly comes into play. And when we're talking
20:59
Speaker 1: about a case like this, you know that the Wall
21:01
Speaker 1: Street Journal is going to come correct with their lawyers.
21:03
Speaker 1: They're going to have very good lawyers, to deal with
21:06
Speaker 1: Donald Trump's very good lawyers, and we're going to see
21:09
Speaker 1: what happens. But I think when a judge gets his
21:12
Speaker 1: hands on it, or her hands on it, it's going
21:14
Speaker 1: to be a different story, because I don't see any
21:17
Speaker 1: defamation here. Instead, what I see is the most powerful
21:20
Speaker 1: man in the world doing everything in his power to
21:23
Speaker 1: try and kill the story. That's what I see. Because
21:28
Speaker 1: Plaintiff has publicly admitted that he was Epstein's friend in
21:31
Speaker 1: the early 2000s, His reputation cannot be harmed by the
21:35
Speaker 1: suggestion that he was friends with Epstein in 2003. Indeed,
21:39
Speaker 1: he was listed in the birthday book as a friend
21:41
Speaker 1: of Epstein. The fact that his relationship with Epstein may
21:45
Speaker 1: now be a political liability over 20 years after the
21:48
Speaker 1: birthday book was presented to Epstein does not change this conclusion,
21:53
Speaker 1: the defendants contend. And not only that, but Donald Trump
21:57
Speaker 1: and multiple members of his family were found in the
21:59
Speaker 1: black book too. So look, you cannot deny the connections, right?
22:03
Speaker 1: You can't sit here and say, well, they weren't friendly.
22:06
Speaker 1: They were. Just like you can't sit here and say
22:09
Speaker 1: with surety that Donald Trump was engaged in any kind
22:12
Speaker 1: of illegal activity with Jeffrey Epstein. We don't have that evidence.
22:17
Speaker 1: And for me, when you make a big claim, you
22:19
Speaker 1: have to have big evidence to back it up. Now,
22:21
Speaker 1: of course, please don't confuse that with me not having
22:24
Speaker 1: suspicions about people. I most certainly do. But I think
22:28
Speaker 1: that unless we have big evidence... We can't be making
22:30
Speaker 1: gigantic big claims about this one doing that or that
22:34
Speaker 1: one doing this with nothing to back it up. Because
22:37
Speaker 1: I think that does more harm than good in the
22:39
Speaker 1: long run. You get that, you know, quick shot of dopamine,
22:43
Speaker 1: maybe some headlines, maybe go viral or whatever. But in
22:46
Speaker 1: the long run, it doesn't really work out, does it?
22:49
Speaker 1: And that's because credibility is the currency. And a lot
22:52
Speaker 1: of people seem to forget that. They're in a rush
22:55
Speaker 1: to be first, not given a single damn if they're right.
22:59
Speaker 1: And I think it's more important that we get things
23:02
Speaker 1: as close to the truth as possible instead of just
23:04
Speaker 1: getting stories out because you want to be first. I
23:08
Speaker 1: think at the end of the day, that does more
23:09
Speaker 1: harm than good, especially when you miss the mark. And
23:13
Speaker 1: you see that a lot in the news, right? We
23:15
Speaker 1: get the initial reaction and then it turns into something
23:18
Speaker 1: different and then something different again. That's why when it
23:21
Speaker 1: comes to these bigger stories, I usually don't even bother
23:24
Speaker 1: paying attention until a few days go by and we
23:27
Speaker 1: have an idea of what's going on and the fog
23:29
Speaker 1: of war, if you will, has lifted a bit. President
23:32
Speaker 1: Trump has a reputation both for being friendly with Epstein
23:35
Speaker 1: in 2003 and for making bawdy statements about women. Plaintiff will, therefore,
23:41
Speaker 1: never be able to establish the defendant acted with knowing
23:44
Speaker 1: falsity in publishing the article. In the end, of course,
23:48
Speaker 1: it turns out the article was not false at all,
23:51
Speaker 1: as confirmed by the House Oversight Committee's release of the
23:54
Speaker 1: birthday book. The motion states... And I think that's going
23:57
Speaker 1: to be the dagger in the heart of the argument.
24:01
Speaker 1: The book exists. The letter exists. So if it's not real,
24:05
Speaker 1: who forged it? The defense motion calls the president's lawsuit
24:10
Speaker 1: an affront to the First Amendment and seeks dismissal with prejudice,
24:13
Speaker 1: along with a grant of attorney fees and cost to
24:16
Speaker 1: the defendants. And that's pretty standard, right? If you're looking
24:19
Speaker 1: for a dismissal, you're going to try and get your
24:21
Speaker 1: attorney fees paid for sure. The President of the United
24:25
Speaker 1: States brought this lawsuit to silence a newspaper for a
24:29
Speaker 1: publishing speech that was subsequently proven true by documents released
24:33
Speaker 1: by Congress to the American public. By its very nature,
24:37
Speaker 1: this meritless lawsuit threatens to chill the speech of those
24:41
Speaker 1: who dare to publish content that the President does not like.
24:45
Speaker 1: This lawsuit should not be permitted to proceed, the defendant argued.
24:49
Speaker 1: And there's a lot of truth in that. What's next?
24:52
Speaker 1: Going after podcasts? going after people for saying demeaning things.
24:57
Speaker 1: Very slippery slope, folks, and we're right on the edge.
25:01
Speaker 1: President Trump filed the defamation complaint in July against the journal,
25:05
Speaker 1: its publisher Dow Jones, its corporate owner, News Corporation, and
25:09
Speaker 1: its executives, and the two reporters who wrote the story
25:12
Speaker 1: that first reported on Trump's alleged contribution to the body
25:16
Speaker 1: letter to a book for Epstein's 50th birthday in 2003,
25:20
Speaker 1: three years before Epstein's first arrest. in Florida on charges
25:23
Speaker 1: of solicitation of prostitution. The article reported that Trump's alleged
25:28
Speaker 1: letter to Epstein contained text of an imaginary conversation between
25:32
Speaker 1: the two men with a hand-drawn outline of a naked woman.
25:36
Speaker 1: The letter concluded, the journal reported, with the lines, A
25:39
Speaker 1: pal is a wonderful thing. Happy birthday. And may every
25:44
Speaker 1: day be another wonderful secret. What in the ever-living world
25:48
Speaker 1: of diddlers does that even fucking mean? A pal is
25:54
Speaker 1: a wonderful thing? May every day be another wonderful secret?
26:01
Speaker 1: What sort of secrets are we talking about here, President Trump?
26:08
Speaker 1: After the article was published, Trump claimed that he alerted
26:10
Speaker 1: the newspaper in advance that the letter was not legitimate.
26:14
Speaker 1: The Wall Street Journal and News Corp., Rupert Murdoch personally,
26:18
Speaker 1: were warned directly by President Trump. that the supposed letter
26:21
Speaker 1: they printed by President Trump to Epstein was a fake,
26:25
Speaker 1: and if they print it, they will be sued. Trump
26:28
Speaker 1: posted on his social media platform after the story was published.
26:32
Speaker 1: The press has to learn to be truthful and not
26:35
Speaker 1: rely on sources that probably don't even exist. Well, sure
26:39
Speaker 1: looks like this source existed, huh? Trump's lawsuit alleges that
26:43
Speaker 1: the story falsely claimed that Trump authored, drew, and signed
26:46
Speaker 1: a card to wish the late and utterly disgraced Jeffrey
26:49
Speaker 1: Epstein a happy 50th birthday, according to the complaint filed
26:53
Speaker 1: in federal court in Florida. The filing alleges that no
26:57
Speaker 1: authentic letter or drawing exists and that the defendants concocted
27:01
Speaker 1: the story to malign Trump's character and integrity. Yo, that
27:06
Speaker 1: is a big, big accusation. So, who forged it? Earlier
27:12
Speaker 1: this month, lawyers for the executors of Epstein's estate produced
27:15
Speaker 1: a copy of Epstein's 50th birthday book in response to
27:18
Speaker 1: a subpoena from the Republican-led House Committee on Oversight and
27:22
Speaker 1: Government Reform. Top Democrats on the committee quickly publicized an
27:27
Speaker 1: image of the alleged contribution from Trump, which largely tracked
27:31
Speaker 1: with the description of the letter published in the Wall
27:33
Speaker 1: Street Journal. Well, no shit it did. The Wall Street
27:37
Speaker 1: Journal's not going to put themselves out on a ledge here.
27:41
Speaker 1: especially when you're dealing with somebody as litigious as Trump.
27:44
Speaker 1: The Republican chairman of the committee, Representative James Comer, subsequently
27:49
Speaker 1: released additional pages from the birthday book, a 238-page bound
27:53
Speaker 1: volume that includes a prologue that is attributed to Glenn Maxwell,
27:57
Speaker 1: the convicted co-conspirator of Epstein. The contributors are divided into
28:02
Speaker 1: the categories of family, Brooklyn, girlfriends, children, friends, science, special assistants,
28:09
Speaker 1: and business, with many of the names redacted The White
28:12
Speaker 1: House continues to deny the authenticity of the letter. The
28:16
Speaker 1: president did not write this letter. He did not sign
28:18
Speaker 1: this letter, and that's why the president's external legal team
28:22
Speaker 1: is aggressively pursuing litigation against the Wall Street Journal, and
28:25
Speaker 1: they will continue to do so. White House Press Secretary
28:29
Speaker 1: Carolyn Leavitt said at a press briefing, Well, that's nice, huh?
28:34
Speaker 1: Glad to know they have nothing else to do. Let's
28:36
Speaker 1: go after the press for telling the truth. Now look,
28:40
Speaker 1: I don't know if there's anybody that's more critical of
28:42
Speaker 1: the legacy media than me. But when it comes to
28:45
Speaker 1: this specific topic, this letter, I had no doubt from
28:49
Speaker 1: the jump that they were telling the truth, for the
28:52
Speaker 1: simple reason that they knew the ramifications would be gigantic
28:55
Speaker 1: if they weren't. It's not my signature, it's not the
29:00
Speaker 1: way I speak, and anybody that's covered me for a
29:02
Speaker 1: long time knows that that's not my language. Trump said
29:06
Speaker 1: when asked about the matter earlier this month. Well, now
29:09
Speaker 1: we're going to have to wait for a court to
29:11
Speaker 1: figure out what's going on here and if this letter
29:13
Speaker 1: is authentic or not. But like I've said several times
29:17
Speaker 1: throughout this episode and previously, I believe that the letter
29:20
Speaker 1: is authentic and I believe that Donald Trump, at the
29:23
Speaker 1: very least, signed it. So, like usual, we'll continue to
29:27
Speaker 1: follow along and see where this ends up. As for
29:31
Speaker 1: this one, well, that's going to do it. All of
29:34
Speaker 1: the information that goes with this episode can be found
29:37
Speaker 1: in the description box. What's up everyone and welcome back.
29:40
Speaker 1: to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. More times than not,
29:45
Speaker 1: President Trump has been able to deflect any kind of
29:48
Speaker 1: challenge that has come his way. And even when he
29:50
Speaker 1: gets knocked down, he seems to pick himself back up
29:53
Speaker 1: off the mat and keep him moving. But I think
29:56
Speaker 1: that President Trump might have finally found his match. And
30:00
Speaker 1: that match is the Jeffrey Epstein files. And not because
30:05
Speaker 1: I think that they hold some kind of disgusting truth
30:09
Speaker 1: about what Donald Trump was up to when it comes
30:11
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein and their friendship. I think people that
30:14
Speaker 1: are looking for that are going to be let down.
30:17
Speaker 1: Because you have to keep in mind that not everybody
30:20
Speaker 1: mentioned in the files was actually engaging in the abuse.
30:23
Speaker 1: We have different layers to this bullshit. We have enablers.
30:27
Speaker 1: We have the abusers. And we also have the people
30:30
Speaker 1: That were gatekeeping the whole entire time. And helping refurbish
30:34
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's image. So in my opinion. The big issue
30:38
Speaker 1: for Donald Trump. Besides the fact that you know. He
30:40
Speaker 1: was friends with Jeffrey Epstein. Is the fact that he's
30:43
Speaker 1: trying to deny it. And he's trying to cover it
30:46
Speaker 1: up basically. Just be honest about your relationship. Come forward.
30:50
Speaker 1: This is what we were doing. This is why we
30:52
Speaker 1: were doing it. And just be candid. That's all anybody's
30:56
Speaker 1: asking for. Is a little transparency. A little bit of truth.
31:00
Speaker 1: But no. It's always, let's go to the bunker, let's
31:03
Speaker 1: pretend this didn't happen, and let's all suffer from Jeffrey
31:06
Speaker 1: Epstein-related amnesia. And that's been the method that everybody's used
31:10
Speaker 1: when it comes to trying to make pretend they had
31:12
Speaker 1: nothing to do with Epstein. And it's the same bullshit
31:14
Speaker 1: tactic that Donald Trump's using. So for me, that's his
31:18
Speaker 1: biggest problem. Because if you're looking for a smoking gun,
31:21
Speaker 1: when it comes to the Epstein files, that's going to
31:24
Speaker 1: point you in a direction of Donald Trump engaging in
31:27
Speaker 1: abuse with Jeffrey Epstein. I haven't seen that yet. I
31:31
Speaker 1: haven't seen any evidence pointing to that. Now, you have
31:34
Speaker 1: lawsuits that have been dropped, such as the one that
31:37
Speaker 1: was filed by Katie Johnson. But besides that, nothing has
31:40
Speaker 1: made its way through the system. And that's what I mean.
31:43
Speaker 1: Not just scuttlebutt, not just innuendo, and not rumor. I'm
31:48
Speaker 1: talking about cases that have made their way into the court.
31:50
Speaker 1: So if people are looking for that kind of bombshell,
31:53
Speaker 1: I think they're going to be very disappointed because I
31:55
Speaker 1: don't think that kind of bombshell exists. at least not
31:58
Speaker 1: in the files themselves. Now, is there a dossier maybe? Perhaps.
32:04
Speaker 1: And if that dossier does exist, it's in the hands
32:06
Speaker 1: of intelligence, not the DOJ, not the FBI. Let me
32:10
Speaker 1: be clear though, I've never heard of a dossier that
32:13
Speaker 1: was compiled on Donald Trump by Jeffrey Epstein. Does that
32:17
Speaker 1: mean it doesn't exist? No. But as far as the
32:19
Speaker 1: smoking gun inside of these files, I don't think you're
32:23
Speaker 1: going to find that And if you really want to
32:25
Speaker 1: get down to it and you really want to find
32:27
Speaker 1: out what Epstein was up to and who he was
32:29
Speaker 1: associating with, the best way to do that is to
32:32
Speaker 1: follow the money. And they know that. That's why they
32:35
Speaker 1: didn't launch a RICO case when it comes to Glenn
32:37
Speaker 1: Maxwell or Jeffrey Epstein. Because they understood very well that
32:41
Speaker 1: if we launched a RICO case, it would lead directly
32:44
Speaker 1: back to them. So in this episode, we're going to
32:46
Speaker 1: talk a little bit more about that new report from
32:49
Speaker 1: the Wall Street Journal and see what they have cooking
32:52
Speaker 1: when it comes to Donald Trump. and him appearing, allegedly,
32:56
Speaker 1: in the Epstein files. This article was published by ABC News,
33:00
Speaker 1: and the headline, Trump was told by Bondi his name
33:03
Speaker 1: appeared multiple times in the Epstein files, according to a report.
33:08
Speaker 1: And then all of a sudden, we just hear that
33:10
Speaker 1: nothing's coming out, that this is a big hoax, right
33:13
Speaker 1: after Donald Trump's told his name is in the files.
33:17
Speaker 1: Which is wild, because he knows his name's in there.
33:20
Speaker 1: Come on, man. I don't care if you're the most
33:22
Speaker 1: ardent Trump supporter on earth. You have to understand that
33:25
Speaker 1: him and Jeffrey Epstein were friends. Now you can talk
33:28
Speaker 1: about the falling out, and there's no doubt that there's
33:31
Speaker 1: documented evidence that that occurred. But what about all the
33:34
Speaker 1: time leading up till then? Are we just going to
33:36
Speaker 1: discount that and act like they weren't friends? And let
33:39
Speaker 1: me be clear once again for the people in the
33:41
Speaker 1: back that can't hear me, I'm not alleging that Donald
33:44
Speaker 1: Trump was partaking. What I am saying is that Donald
33:48
Speaker 1: Trump and Jeffrey Epstein had a close relationship. The circle
33:51
Speaker 1: that they ran in was very small. All those people
33:54
Speaker 1: in New York high society were hanging out, were partying together,
33:58
Speaker 1: were going out to dinners and whatever. And they all
34:02
Speaker 1: got to know each other. They all became friendly. You know,
34:05
Speaker 1: like George Carlin says, it's a big club and you're
34:08
Speaker 1: not invited. This is exactly what he was talking about.
34:12
Speaker 1: So anybody out there who thinks that Donald Trump and
34:14
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein weren't friends, they're crazy. They were. And the
34:19
Speaker 1: way Trump protests... gives people the room to start coming
34:22
Speaker 1: up with other ideas. Oh, Trump was doing this. He's
34:25
Speaker 1: hiding that. He's scared he's going to be outed. But really,
34:30
Speaker 1: what I think we're seeing is Donald Trump's narcissism on
34:33
Speaker 1: full display. I don't even want my name associated with
34:37
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. Well, here's an idea. Maybe, just maybe, you
34:41
Speaker 1: shouldn't have been palling around with him. This article was
34:44
Speaker 1: authored by ABC News staff. According to a report in
34:48
Speaker 1: the Wall Street Journal, Attorney General Pam Bondi and her
34:51
Speaker 1: deputy Todd Blanche informed President Donald Trump in May that
34:56
Speaker 1: his name appeared multiple times in the government's files on
34:59
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein that the Department of Justice and the FBI reviewed.
35:03
Speaker 1: And up until that point, all we heard was, yeah,
35:05
Speaker 1: we're getting the files. We're going to see the files.
35:08
Speaker 1: We're going to have transparency. The most transparent administration in history.
35:13
Speaker 1: Right up until they find out that Mr. Bossman's in
35:15
Speaker 1: the files. Then it's a whole different story, right? Ah,
35:19
Speaker 1: this is a hoax. This is bullshit. None of this
35:21
Speaker 1: is real. And if you were wondering where my beef
35:24
Speaker 1: was with Trump and his administration, there it is. The
35:28
Speaker 1: messaging is horrible. Him and his team spent what? 10,
35:32
Speaker 1: 12 months on the campaign trail? Yapping about Epstein? Yapping
35:36
Speaker 1: about transparency? Only to show up and shit the bed?
35:40
Speaker 1: I would say that that's worthy of some criticism though.
35:43
Speaker 1: But considering the political climate, you can't criticize either side.
35:47
Speaker 1: without being called a member of the other team. And
35:50
Speaker 1: that shit's ridiculous. I don't give a shit about either
35:53
Speaker 1: side of the aisle. And that's because I know that
35:56
Speaker 1: both sides are up to nothing more than performative politics.
36:00
Speaker 1: It's like professional wrestling. They hate each other on the screen,
36:03
Speaker 1: but afterwards they're all friends, right? Same for these people. What,
36:07
Speaker 1: you really think they hate each other the way they
36:09
Speaker 1: make pretend they do? That's only for us. That's only
36:12
Speaker 1: to divide us. That way when we're fighting, we're not
36:15
Speaker 1: paying attention to the bullshit they're up to. You know,
36:18
Speaker 1: the transferring of the wealth, slowly but surely making sure
36:21
Speaker 1: that all of our rights get ceded away, the whole thing.
36:25
Speaker 1: And we're too busy fighting amongst ourselves to pay attention
36:28
Speaker 1: to the robber barons that are laughing the whole way
36:30
Speaker 1: to the bank. The officials told Trump of their plan
36:35
Speaker 1: not to release any additional documents, the report says, because
36:38
Speaker 1: the material contained CP and the personal information of victims.
36:43
Speaker 1: I don't think anybody wants those videos. I mean, for real.
36:47
Speaker 1: Stop with the videos. Nobody's asking for those. We want documentation.
36:51
Speaker 1: I know I want bank records. I want to know
36:53
Speaker 1: where all the money was going, who was getting his money,
36:56
Speaker 1: and who he was receiving money from. That's very important stuff,
37:01
Speaker 1: if you want to get to the bottom of it.
37:02
Speaker 1: But obviously, that's not what the plan is here. As
37:05
Speaker 1: far as I can tell, the plan is to deny, deflect,
37:08
Speaker 1: and obfuscate. President Trump, according to the Journal, said he
37:14
Speaker 1: would defer to the Justice Department's decision not to release
37:17
Speaker 1: additional files on Epstein, the wealthy financier, pedophile, and convicted
37:21
Speaker 1: sex offender who died by suicide, allegedly, in jail of 2019.
37:27
Speaker 1: So let me ask you a question. If you don't
37:29
Speaker 1: believe Trump's Justice Department on anything else, why would you
37:32
Speaker 1: believe that he committed suicide? Because if they're not being
37:35
Speaker 1: truthful with you about everything else, why would they be
37:38
Speaker 1: truthful about this? So as far as I'm concerned, it's
37:40
Speaker 1: all fruit from the poisonous tree at this point. Everything
37:43
Speaker 1: that the DOJ says is corrupted. It's not about talk anymore.
37:49
Speaker 1: It's about action. And so far, they've come up well short.
37:53
Speaker 1: According to the report, Trump was also informed that the
37:56
Speaker 1: names of many other high-profile individuals appeared in the documents,
38:00
Speaker 1: which the journal reported was not evidence of wrongdoing. That's
38:04
Speaker 1: something you have to keep in mind. Just because people
38:06
Speaker 1: were mentioned in the documents or they're in the files
38:09
Speaker 1: doesn't mean that they were committing crimes, doesn't mean that
38:12
Speaker 1: they were abusing people. But we have to find out
38:15
Speaker 1: the depth of the relationship. Were you an enabler? Were
38:18
Speaker 1: you a gatekeeper? Were you somebody that was there to
38:21
Speaker 1: rebuild his image? All of it matters. Because guess what?
38:25
Speaker 1: All of it led to other people getting abused, all
38:27
Speaker 1: the way up to the point that he was arrested.
38:30
Speaker 1: So let's not act like people who enabled him, people
38:33
Speaker 1: who helped refurbish his image, don't have any kind of
38:35
Speaker 1: blood on their hands. They most certainly do. So save
38:39
Speaker 1: the whole, oh well, he might have been friends with him,
38:40
Speaker 1: but save that shit. Those of us who know what
38:44
Speaker 1: the fuck's going on, well, we know what's going on.
38:47
Speaker 1: And respectfully, there's a lot of people out there that
38:50
Speaker 1: think they know what they're talking about that have zero
38:52
Speaker 1: idea about what happened here. And there's a lot of
38:55
Speaker 1: people that go off half-cocked. When I say people are
38:58
Speaker 1: suffering from Dunning-Kruger when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, I
39:01
Speaker 1: mean it. This is one of those topics where people
39:05
Speaker 1: read a little bit about it and then all of
39:07
Speaker 1: a sudden they feel like they have a complete grasp
39:09
Speaker 1: on Jeffrey Epstein and what Jeffrey Epstein was and what
39:12
Speaker 1: he was up to. But this is much deeper than
39:15
Speaker 1: just a surface level knowledge. You have to understand how
39:19
Speaker 1: the inner workings worked. You have to understand who the
39:22
Speaker 1: bankers were. You have to understand their connections. You have
39:25
Speaker 1: to understand the world that had opened to Epstein. And
39:28
Speaker 1: I know that we're all hyper-focused on politics. all the time,
39:31
Speaker 1: but you have to understand that Jeffrey Epstein transcended politics even.
39:34
Speaker 1: The Trump administration did not say anything publicly about the
39:37
Speaker 1: decision not to release additional files until July when it
39:41
Speaker 1: angered many of Trump's supporters by announcing that it would
39:44
Speaker 1: not release any additional files after earlier promising to do so. Well,
39:48
Speaker 1: that was calculated. It had to do with the big
39:50
Speaker 1: beautiful bill. He didn't want any chaos. He didn't want
39:54
Speaker 1: the discontent amongst his base. The administration was aware that
39:57
Speaker 1: this was going to cause a firestorm. And they knew
40:00
Speaker 1: they weren't releasing any more Epstein information. But they kept
40:03
Speaker 1: leading people on. They kept stringing people along. And they
40:06
Speaker 1: used their little pet influencers to do it. Every last
40:10
Speaker 1: person who got one of those white binders should be scorned.
40:14
Speaker 1: They're nothing but propagandists. If you went and got one
40:16
Speaker 1: of those files and didn't ask any questions... Congratulations, you're
40:20
Speaker 1: now part of the PSYOP. And what's funny is a
40:23
Speaker 1: lot of those people are always crying about this is
40:25
Speaker 1: the PSYOP, that's the PSYOP. Breaking news, dum-dum. You are
40:29
Speaker 1: the PSYOP. Congratulations, you Langley cutout. The DOJ and FBI
40:34
Speaker 1: stated that their review did not uncover evidence that could
40:38
Speaker 1: lead to further criminal charges. When asked by ABC News
40:42
Speaker 1: on July 15th what Bondi told Trump about the review... Specifically,
40:46
Speaker 1: she did not tell you at all that your name
40:49
Speaker 1: appeared in the files? Trump responded, no, no. She's given
40:53
Speaker 1: us just a very quick briefing before making baseless claims
40:56
Speaker 1: that the files were created by some of his political foes.
41:00
Speaker 1: And that is just completely incorrect. And that's where Donald
41:03
Speaker 1: Trump is going to run into big problems here. Nobody
41:06
Speaker 1: created these files. These files have existed for a long time.
41:10
Speaker 1: And it's crazy because we've been talking about the files
41:12
Speaker 1: and Trump being in them since 2019. So this isn't
41:16
Speaker 1: new to any of us. Now it might be a
41:19
Speaker 1: bombshell to the Wall Street Journal and people who are
41:21
Speaker 1: just starting to follow along. But everybody who's been following
41:25
Speaker 1: the case, the story, knows that Trump and Epstein were
41:28
Speaker 1: very close at one point. Asked by ABC News following
41:31
Speaker 1: the publication of the journal article if the president had
41:34
Speaker 1: been told his name is in the files, White House
41:37
Speaker 1: spokesperson Stephen Chung said, The fact is that President kicked
41:41
Speaker 1: him out of his club for being a creep. This
41:44
Speaker 1: is nothing more than a continuation of the fake news
41:46
Speaker 1: stories concocted by the Democrats and the liberal media, just
41:50
Speaker 1: like the Obama-Russiagate scandal, which President Trump was right about. Okay,
41:55
Speaker 1: but he's not right about this. Stop trying to compare
41:57
Speaker 1: the two. They're not the same. And stop trying to
42:00
Speaker 1: use what happened with Russia as some kind of cover here.
42:04
Speaker 1: That's not going to work. You're not going to distract
42:07
Speaker 1: people who have been doing this for years and years
42:09
Speaker 1: and covering this case, and who know the true story.
42:13
Speaker 1: And the more you try to distract, the more you
42:15
Speaker 1: dig in, the more questions we're going to have. So
42:19
Speaker 1: my unsolicited advice is to come forward, be honest, and
42:23
Speaker 1: tell us everything you know about Jeffrey Epstein. In a statement,
42:29
Speaker 1: Bondi and Blanche said the DOJ and FBI reviewed the
42:32
Speaker 1: Epstein files and reached the conclusion set out in the
42:36
Speaker 1: July 6th memo. Nothing in the files warranted further investigation
42:40
Speaker 1: or prosecution, and we have filed a motion in court
42:43
Speaker 1: to unseal the underlying grand jury transcripts. As part of
42:47
Speaker 1: our routine briefing, we made the president aware of the findings,
42:51
Speaker 1: and they got turned down already for the grand jury
42:54
Speaker 1: documents by Judge Berman, just like I predicted they would.
42:58
Speaker 1: The DOJ knew that they weren't going to get those
43:00
Speaker 1: grand jury documents unsealed. They knew that, just like they
43:04
Speaker 1: know they're not going to get actionable intelligence from Glenn Maxwell.
43:07
Speaker 1: It's all a dog and pony show. FBI Director Kash Patel,
43:11
Speaker 1: who prior to joining the new administration, called for the
43:14
Speaker 1: release of all Epstein files, said in a statement, the
43:17
Speaker 1: memo released on July 6th is consistent with the thorough
43:21
Speaker 1: review conducted by the FBI and the DOJ. The criminal
43:25
Speaker 1: leakers and fake news media tries tirelessly to undermine President
43:29
Speaker 1: Trump with smears and lies, and this story is no different.
43:32
Speaker 1: But it is. It's a lot different, and it's a
43:34
Speaker 1: lot more dangerous for Donald Trump and his administration than
43:38
Speaker 1: the Russiagate stuff ever was. And that's because this story
43:42
Speaker 1: transcends politics. People understand the stakes. So you have independents,
43:47
Speaker 1: you have Republicans, you have Democrats. Everybody bought in. And
43:51
Speaker 1: everybody wanting more information... about Jeffrey Epstein and the vast
43:54
Speaker 1: majority of people not believing the story that they're being told.
43:58
Speaker 1: So when you have a coalition that transcends political lines,
44:02
Speaker 1: that makes things very dangerous for a sitting president. And
44:06
Speaker 1: Donald Trump understands that. That's why he's acting out the
44:09
Speaker 1: way he is. That's why he's lashing out. And I
44:12
Speaker 1: expect that to continue as more information filters to the
44:15
Speaker 1: public with these little drips. And there's one way to
44:18
Speaker 1: stop it. Release all the information, release all the files,
44:22
Speaker 1: and give the American people the transparency that they're demanding.
44:26
Speaker 1: And anything short of that is unacceptable. All of the
44:30
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
44:33
Speaker 1: the description box.
