- 0:29event marked the founding of what would become
- 0:31a vibrant city, known for its rich cultural heritage,
- 0:35industrial innovation, and contributions to music
- 0:38and the arts. Cleveland's establishment laid
- 0:42the groundwork for a community that would grow

- 2:49to tell them. Sunny Morning sends you. In local
- 2:54news, the Boston Red Sox will be without Tanner
- 2:58Houck for an indefinite period following a setback
- 3:01in his recovery. Before Monday's game against
- 3:04the Philadelphia Phillies, Red Sox manager Alex
- 3:08Cora announced that Houck has been shut down
- 3:10from throwing due to a reoccurrence of flexor
- 3:14soreness. After feeling discomfort during his
- 3:17rehab start on July 9th, he was removed from
- 3:20the assignment on Friday. Hora noted, there's
- 3:24no surgery needed, just rest. With Hawks' struggles
- 3:28in 2025 and injuries to other pitchers, the Red
- 3:32Sox urgently need to seek rotation help before
- 3:35the July 31st trade deadline. Now on to sports.
- 3:45On Sunday, President Donald Trump used his social
- 3:48media account to demand that two professional
- 3:51sports teams restore Native American -based names
- 3:54they had previously abandoned. The Washington
- 3:58Commanders and the Cleveland Guardians were targeted
- 4:01in his all -caps tirade, with Trump threatening
- 4:05the Commanders that he would not assist them
- 4:07in securing a stadium deal in Washington, D .C.,
- 4:10unless they re -embraced the Redskins. While
- 4:14the Guardians responded to Trump, the Commanders
- 4:17have remained silent. prompting speculation about
- 4:20their reluctance to engage. Their silence raises
- 4:23questions about whether they are simply avoiding
- 4:26controversy or secretly wish to revert to the
- 4:29old name. In local sports, last night at Citizens
- 4:35Bank Park in Philadelphia, the Red Sox fell to
- 4:38the Phillies 3 -2 in 10 innings. Darren homered
- 4:43early. but Hicks took the loss after a 10th -inning
- 4:46error allowed Marsh to score the winning run.
- 4:50Durant's solo shot provided an early lead, but
- 4:53Philadelphia's Castellanos and Real Mudo answered
- 4:57back. Though Story tied it in the six, late -game
- 5:01Philly resilience proved decisive, leaving the
- 5:05Sox at 54 -48. Tonight, the Sox face the Phillies
- 5:10again at Citizens Bank Park for Game 2 of this
- 5:13three -game series. Richard Fitz, with a 2 .50
- 5:18earned run average, takes on Christopher Sanchez,
- 5:22who holds a 3 .12. First pitch is at 645 with
- 5:28clear skies and a temperature around 82 degrees.
- 5:33In top news. Scientists have made a significant
- 5:37breakthrough in nuclear fusion, as the Wendelstein
- 5:417X stellarator in Germany has set a new record
- 5:45for plasma duration. Researchers sustained fusion
- 5:48reactions for an impressive 43 seconds, marking
- 5:52the longest duration ever achieved in nuclear
- 5:55fusion, surpassing previous records held by TOGAMAX.
- 6:00Unlike nuclear fission, which produces toxic
- 6:03waste, nuclear fusion only requires hydrogen
- 6:07ions, promising clean, limitless energy. This
- 6:12achievement demonstrates the potential of stellarators,
- 6:14which can operate more flexibly and efficiently.
- 6:18Professor Thomas Klinger from the Max Planck
- 6:21Institute for Plasma Physics hailed this milestone
- 6:24as a step toward viable fusion energy. In business
- 6:29news… Consumer behavior is sending flashing red
- 6:33signals as an increasing number of Americans
- 6:36are skipping car payments. While headlines suggest
- 6:40inflation is easing and job markets are strong,
- 6:43the reality is troubling. According to LendingTree,
- 6:485 .1 % of Americans are delinquent on auto loans,
- 6:52with 2 % at least 30 days late. Subprime auto
- 6:57delinquencies have reached a 15 -year high. according
- 7:00to Fitch. This trend indicates deeper structural
- 7:04pressures as even prime borrowers are starting
- 7:07to struggle. Investors should focus on these
- 7:10behavioral signals as the true risks are often
- 7:13hidden beneath the surface. In crypto movement,
- 7:17Bitcoin is unchanged at about $117 ,000. Ethereum
- 7:25is down 1 % to just under $3 ,700. And XRP is
- 7:31unchanged at $3 .48. Moving on to a more local

- 8:24Let's talk science. Astrophysicists. have made
- 8:28a groundbreaking discovery revealing the largest
- 8:30known merger of two black holes. This violent
- 8:35collision created a single black hole approximately
- 8:38225 times the mass of the Sun. The merger produced
- 8:43a gravitational wave that rippled across the
- 8:46universe, detected by the Laser Interferometer
- 8:49Gravitational Wave Observatory in Washington
- 8:52and Louisiana. The faint signal, lasting only
- 8:560 .2 seconds, was announced on July 13th in Glasgow.
- 9:01Researchers are still unraveling the mystery
- 9:04of this event and exploring how these black holes
- 9:07may have formed. This finding opens exciting
- 9:10new avenues for cosmic research. And in entertainment
- 9:17news, Pedro Pascal is setting the record straight
- 9:21regarding his role in Avengers Doomsday. In a
- 9:25recent interview, director Matt Shachman discussed
- 9:28casting Reed Richards, also known as Mr. Fantastic.
- 9:33He mentioned the character's evolution from a
- 9:36nerdy scientist to a father and leader. However,
- 9:40rumors circulating online suggested Pascal would
- 9:44lead the Avengers, which he clarified to Entertainment
- 9:47Weekly is not the case. What Matt has said about
- 9:51Reed and the comic has been taken out of context,
- 9:54he explained. The upcoming Fantastic Four First
- 9:58Steps opens in theaters this weekend, with Avengers
- 10:01Doomsday set for release on December 18th, 2026.
