- 1:29Speaker 3: real quick. So we all have thought at some point like,
- 1:32Speaker 3: oh man, what's like a dream job that you thought, man,
- 1:35Speaker 3: that'd be really cool? And have you ever gotten one
- 1:38Speaker 3: of those jobs? And it turned out to not be
- 1:39Speaker 3: what you thought it was gonna be.
- 1:41Speaker 5: I think we've all been there.
- 1:43Speaker 6: I never got a dream job that I thought would be.
- 1:46Speaker 3: There, like this is it And you're like, yeah, jobs
- 1:48Speaker 3: that seemed fun but maybe not so much too mentally
- 1:52Speaker 3: and physically draining.
- 1:55Speaker 6: No, I have not had that in my life. No, quite.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Frankly, it's like it's glamorous, yeah, glous.
- 2:04Speaker 6: I mean it would be so scary.
- 2:06Speaker 3: It probably smells the way you think it smells in
- 2:09Speaker 3: those rooms, and it's worse.
- 2:10Speaker 5: Like I've never been collapsed in the studio.
- 2:13Speaker 6: How many people are in the room when they film those.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Oh I was in one where it was about ten
- 2:19Speaker 2: people at one, or you were in one small at one,
- 2:23Speaker 2: always like a low budget, but it was one of
- 2:25Speaker 2: those things where there's like five or six guys.
- 2:27Speaker 3: That smells bad, musky I just like Bleach and Old Penny.
- 2:32Speaker 6: That'd be so nerve wracking.
- 2:34Speaker 3: God.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:35Speaker 3: So people were asked, what's a job that looks incredibly
- 2:37Speaker 3: fun from the outside, but then once it got in
- 2:39Speaker 3: it was and being a vet Yes, yeah, because you
- 2:46Speaker 3: know that's my daughter. My daughter would love to work
- 2:48Speaker 3: with animals. And I'm like, man if you love it,
- 2:51Speaker 3: be careful because you may end up doing it and
- 2:53Speaker 3: then not liking it any like losing your losing your passion.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Although I mean I was always way into radio and
- 3:00Speaker 3: listening to radio and how it worked and one of
- 3:02Speaker 3: the working radio and here I am, and it's been
- 3:04Speaker 3: a great career.
- 3:04Speaker 2: That's one of those things she can get sure she
- 3:06Speaker 2: get like an internship is like a he's pretty.
- 3:09Speaker 5: I think she could do what she had to do.
- 3:11Speaker 3: So you end up dealing with horrible owners, neglected injured
- 3:14Speaker 3: pets daily and then not to mention spiraling rent, labor costs,
- 3:18Speaker 3: and just general problems.
- 3:19Speaker 6: See. I could think of more examples of things that
- 3:22Speaker 6: I thought would be a dream job, and then I
- 3:24Speaker 6: grew up and realized this would be a nightmare. I
- 3:26Speaker 6: thought owning a bar would be so fun would be terrible.
- 3:31Speaker 6: Or running a restaurant, yeah, because that's what.
- 3:33Speaker 7: I would hate, the deal with the turnover and all
- 3:36Speaker 7: that kind.
- 3:36Speaker 3: Of This person says running a restaurant is not glamorous
- 3:39Speaker 3: or fun. You never get a day off, That's what
- 3:40Speaker 3: I've heard from everybody who is.
- 3:42Speaker 5: And we don't make money for two years.
- 3:44Speaker 3: If stagehand or roady, Yeah, roady working backstage and music
- 3:48Speaker 3: industry sounds fun until you spend your twenties doing it.
- 3:51Speaker 3: Low wages, inconsistent hours, rancid work culture, widespread drug and alcohol,
- 3:55Speaker 3: alcohol problems, problems, dangerous working conditions, and horrific innerpertional drama
- 4:00Speaker 3: are the norm.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I think, Yeah, it was cool the eighties when you
- 4:03Speaker 2: were like, all right, right, you want a backstage pack?
- 4:05Speaker 6: Backstage is this mythical idea and in reality it's so.
- 4:08Speaker 5: Boring and on the road and not being in your
- 4:11Speaker 5: own bed.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Okay, kind of like this next one being a flight attendant.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Oh, there you go.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Layovers are cool, but you have to get to the
- 4:18Speaker 3: layover first. You get to see all and consider it. Nasty, racist, sexist,
- 4:22Speaker 3: intentionally ignorant, oblivious, entitled, and selfish people can be like
- 4:26Speaker 3: when you're dealing with these passengers and we see it
- 4:27Speaker 3: all the time, well not like the not not together,
- 4:31Speaker 3: like when yeah, on the plane, when you're dealing with
- 4:34Speaker 3: the customers and they're yelling at you.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Because you would need a hobby, because yeah, layover is
- 4:39Speaker 2: cool for me, like doing cartnarks as I could go
- 4:40Speaker 2: around the country doing whatever. But like if you're just
- 4:42Speaker 2: sitting there in.
- 4:43Speaker 6: A hotel in you know, Milwaukee.
- 4:44Speaker 2: For three days.
- 4:45Speaker 5: What you're doing, it doesn't matter what city you're in.
- 4:47Speaker 3: Being a forensic scientist looks good on TV, Yeah, because
- 4:51Speaker 3: they saw stuff in twenty minutes.
- 4:52Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Yeah, But picking out skull fragments from the roof of
- 4:55Speaker 3: a kid's bedroom or reading the city run story of
- 5:01Speaker 3: domestic violence and sexual assault is where someone has been
- 5:03Speaker 3: realized to just wage you down. See that's the thing.
- 5:05Speaker 7: It's like, that's not fun.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Well, it's like a young boys to get like, oh, man,
- 5:10Speaker 3: imagine if you're a gynecologist. Okay, for every every decent
- 5:15Speaker 3: looking chick that comes in there, there's some other monster
- 5:17Speaker 3: that comes in with vaginosis.
- 5:18Speaker 2: So I think what you're saying correct. So if you're
- 5:20Speaker 2: gonna do it, be a gynecologist at a university hospital
- 5:24Speaker 2: for like an sec school, state school with dum.
- 5:27Speaker 6: People, gymnastics too.
- 5:29Speaker 8: You know.
- 5:32Speaker 3: There were just a bunch of settlements and stuff like that. Yeah,
- 5:36Speaker 3: what's the job. It seems like it was gonna be
- 5:38Speaker 3: all cool, seemed fun, but turned out not to be.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Someone said, I worked for MTV. Oh and from the
- 5:44Speaker 3: outside it sounds like pure fun. In reality, I was babysitting,
- 5:47Speaker 3: irresponsible vjays who were chronically late for flights and events,
- 5:51Speaker 3: clients who wanted me to procure drugs for them, Twelve
- 5:54Speaker 3: to fourteen hour days at events, site setting up, tearing down,
- 5:57Speaker 3: living in crappy hotels, having to quote party with clients
- 6:01Speaker 3: until dawn and then go to work the entire next morning.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Yeah, totally was like most TV and movie production behind
- 6:08Speaker 2: the scenes.
- 6:09Speaker 5: Yeah, and that's what I was going to say too,
- 6:11Speaker 5: like like an assistant, a personal sistem to a star.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:15Speaker 3: As a comic book artist, you grow up loving characters
- 6:18Speaker 3: and it's a dream to draw them, but the companies
- 6:20Speaker 3: prey on you with crap pay and ridiculous deadlines. And
- 6:25Speaker 3: then here I'll give you one. I think menace seabats,
- 6:27Speaker 3: I think you did this one for a minute, says
- 6:29Speaker 3: I was a full time food writer for a while.
- 6:32Speaker 2: You write something is not full time, but as like
- 6:36Speaker 2: a stringer for thrillers, and it was actually quite lovely.
- 6:39Speaker 3: It was really fun. But let's see what they say that,
- 6:41Speaker 3: says a writer for a food writer for a while,
- 6:44Speaker 3: and everyone always said you have the dream job. You
- 6:47Speaker 3: basically paid to eat. Eating out of the time was
- 6:50Speaker 3: incredibly exhausting. My health, My health, My health suffered. I
- 6:55Speaker 3: drank too much. People are eager, instacle and horrible, and
- 7:01Speaker 3: I hated the stress that came with being a critic.
- 7:03Speaker 2: No, no, I will say this. No, you get invited
- 7:06Speaker 2: to every restaurant opening. People send you free crap all
- 7:08Speaker 2: the time. It rules.
- 7:12Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, And I didn't know you had to drink.
- 7:15Speaker 3: Yeah, well you gotta try their signature cocktail.
- 7:18Speaker 5: Yeah, you have to drain it.
- 7:20Speaker 2: It's a question for the text, what's a what's your job?
- 7:22Speaker 3: It seems fun? Or I thought you you thought we were
- 7:24Speaker 3: gonna have a great time and then turned out to
- 7:25Speaker 3: be like, oh god, not what it seemed. Hit us
- 7:28Speaker 3: up on the text over to two two nine eighty seven.
- 7:34Speaker 3: All right, welcome back everybody you birthdays, born of birthday
- 7:38Speaker 3: coming up here in a second. Uh, just because everybody's
- 7:43Speaker 3: infatuation for the moment with Dolly partners still going.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Oh yeah yeah, keep it going though.
- 7:49Speaker 3: But just because I know that Gina is such a
- 7:51Speaker 3: big fan. Otherwise I would just let this out. But
- 7:54Speaker 3: canceled her Vegas residency ongoing health issues, which although she
- 7:58Speaker 3: posted something saying that whatever she's doing seems to be
- 8:00Speaker 3: working fine and she's just not on stage shape yet.
- 8:05Speaker 5: Kidney stones, Dude, I can help her out.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Yeah, she said some tricks.
- 8:10Speaker 5: She said. The medicine is making her swimmy headed a menace.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Has dealt with these stones for so many years, big
- 8:18Speaker 3: ones too, like where they've had like cut open his penis.
- 8:22Speaker 7: I've had surgery three times.
- 8:24Speaker 6: I heard something recently that a high salt diet leads
- 8:27Speaker 6: to kidney stones. Would you consider yourself on a like that.
- 8:30Speaker 6: You have a lot of salt, Yeah.
- 8:32Speaker 3: More so before because it was like all fast food
- 8:35Speaker 3: and stuff. So I would assume maybe I.
- 8:37Speaker 7: Would say I started getting kidney stones when I was
- 8:41Speaker 7: like twenty one twenty two because I believe alcohol.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Oh really yeah?
- 8:45Speaker 7: And then so yeah, that that happened. And then I started,
- 8:51Speaker 7: you know, trying to be healthier, and then I started
- 8:53Speaker 7: drinking a lot of tea, and I didn't realize if
- 8:56Speaker 7: you're you know, yeah, that's not a good idea.
- 9:00Speaker 3: So what what helped? What helped cutting down that? The alcohol?
- 9:04Speaker 7: Or yeah, definitely cutting down way down on alcohol, I'm sorry, Greg.
- 9:08Speaker 7: And lemon juice shots, pure lemon juice, And how often
- 9:14Speaker 7: do you do that? I should go back to doing
- 9:17Speaker 7: it daily, but I haven't done it for a while.
- 9:20Speaker 5: So they are going to be in trouble like break
- 9:21Speaker 5: down the stones or.
- 9:22Speaker 7: That's what I've been told. Yes, and it definitely has
- 9:25Speaker 7: helped me roller coasters, you know, yeah, everything right, Yeah,
- 9:30Speaker 7: they help me break them loose. But yeah, pure lemon
- 9:34Speaker 7: juice and then if you're trying to pass some pure
- 9:36Speaker 7: lemon juice and then really hot showers.
- 9:39Speaker 3: Okay, so when you have one and you're in that
- 9:42Speaker 3: pain from one, hot showers, lemon juice like what else? Uh?
- 9:47Speaker 3: What else have you found works to get it going
- 9:50Speaker 3: and get it out.
- 9:51Speaker 7: Just like sleep it off, take Nike will and then
- 9:54Speaker 7: wake up and hopefully you have to go to the
- 9:56Speaker 7: bathroom and you can pass it.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Do you pee into a strainer to see V and
- 9:59Speaker 3: cat to make sure that make sure that it came out.
- 10:02Speaker 7: No, you can see it.
- 10:03Speaker 3: You can hear it against dropping a penny in the toilet, Yeah,
- 10:08Speaker 3: for sure, shooting bull the toilet.
- 10:12Speaker 5: They put it under microscope.
- 10:13Speaker 2: It's like barbs, yeah, like razors and quick thing on
- 10:17Speaker 2: the lemon juice. It can't really dissolve them because anything
- 10:20Speaker 2: people use this all the time with you know, like
- 10:22Speaker 2: alkaline water, which the opposite of a cidic. Anything that
- 10:25Speaker 2: goes in your stomach, it all comes out the same
- 10:27Speaker 2: pH But lemon juice does have part of it. The
- 10:31Speaker 2: citric acid binds to the kidney stone, so it's not
- 10:35Speaker 2: the acid itself, but it's part of that lemon of
- 10:38Speaker 2: that acid company.
- 10:39Speaker 5: But also won't it rip the enamel off your teeth
- 10:41Speaker 5: well too?
- 10:42Speaker 2: Because like it, it's not wrong, it's not wrong at all.
- 10:47Speaker 2: It's just a different way to do it.
- 10:48Speaker 7: I'll be in incredible pain, but I'll still be doing
- 10:51Speaker 7: the show and you wouldn't even know.
- 10:52Speaker 3: I wish there was a way to know for sure.
- 10:56Speaker 3: Like they say that passing a kidney stone hurts more
- 11:00Speaker 3: or just as much as childbirth.
- 11:03Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean the first time I ever had a dude,
- 11:04Speaker 7: I swear I thought I was dying. I'm like, oh,
- 11:06Speaker 7: that's it, like my appendix ruptured or something. Yeah, I'm dead.
- 11:11Speaker 7: Like menace to be able to experience childbirth and then
- 11:14Speaker 7: tell us how.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Compare to they are.
- 11:17Speaker 2: We've had women who have had both, and they say
- 11:18Speaker 2: the kidneys the stones are worse.
- 11:21Speaker 9: Yeah, one kidney stone and I thought I was dying.
- 11:23Speaker 10: I was here at work when I had to leave
- 11:24Speaker 10: and go to the hospital, and I just was like,
- 11:26Speaker 10: I don't know what's happening, but I think I'm dying.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Yeah on what I've never never had one watermelon? Three
- 11:33Speaker 3: or who give us? Give us an airb All right,
- 11:40Speaker 3: Sea Mass what you got?
- 11:42Speaker 2: I got a little sneak preview of the roast of
- 11:44Speaker 2: Kevin Hartna be Flick Sunday and I saw another roast
- 11:49Speaker 2: and I.
- 11:50Speaker 6: Thought he already got roast.
- 11:52Speaker 2: He was the host of the Tom Brady Yeah, and
- 11:57Speaker 2: I was so I was like, I've seen enough of this.
- 12:00Speaker 2: I am I'm actually super mega ripping out for this roast.
- 12:04Speaker 2: It's going to be a Sunday eight five Central because
- 12:07Speaker 2: I didn't really put two together, but Shane Gillis is
- 12:09Speaker 2: the host, and I saw at Shane Shane Gillis's set
- 12:12Speaker 2: this week he brought out his roast jokes and they
- 12:16Speaker 2: are phenomenal. I'm not gonna blow it because he he
- 12:21Speaker 2: was like, this is one of those shows where they
- 12:22Speaker 2: allowed you to bring in phones and he said, dude,
- 12:24Speaker 2: no filming because this gave me a lot of trouble
- 12:27Speaker 2: because he goes super high. It's just super like grip, funny, edgy,
- 12:31Speaker 2: hardcore stuff. He previews some of the people that are
- 12:34Speaker 2: gonna be on the dais Chelsea Handler and some other folks,
- 12:38Speaker 2: and like just stuff about her past abortions and all.
- 12:42Speaker 2: And because Kevin Hart, Okay, yeah he's short, but the
- 12:45Speaker 2: way that he creatively worked that into the holes like
- 12:48Speaker 2: what he's been doing. So I highly highly recommend the
- 12:51Speaker 2: roast of Kevin Hart just by Shane Gillis is hilarious.
- 12:53Speaker 2: I think he's probably the funniest right now, the funniest
- 12:57Speaker 2: guy doing stand up.
- 12:58Speaker 6: And I think all those roasts, they're all watchable. I
- 13:01Speaker 6: don't even care.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Yeah, because because it was live. The Tom Brady one
- 13:05Speaker 2: was too long, because typically when when you see him
- 13:06Speaker 2: on County Central, they tightened.
- 13:09Speaker 6: But they're all good.
- 13:10Speaker 7: I was not.
- 13:11Speaker 2: I have not laughed that hard in probably five years.
- 13:13Speaker 2: I like his show Tires. Do you ever watch that's?
- 13:15Speaker 6: All right?
- 13:15Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 13:16Speaker 6: Right, yeah, I started that. That's pretty good.
- 13:18Speaker 3: Chris Rock was Kevin Hart's special guest on Funny AF
- 13:22Speaker 3: which I have not watched yet.
- 13:23Speaker 2: If you watch that, oh yeah, that's like he did
- 13:27Speaker 2: a sit down thing at like the improv or something. Yeah,
- 13:29Speaker 2: I want to I want to check that out.
- 13:32Speaker 3: So they're they're as they're opening the live show, so
- 13:35Speaker 3: they're finding community. But it was the last comic standing
- 13:37Speaker 3: was that what the name of the show was, Ralphie.
- 13:39Speaker 3: That's why I learned about Ralphie May for the first
- 13:41Speaker 3: last kind I'm standing it was like a competition.
- 13:44Speaker 2: I think this is more just like a showcase thing.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Yeah. Anyway, so as they were opening the live show,
- 13:48Speaker 3: they wanted to test out the live voting system with
- 13:51Speaker 3: a general question and uh, Chris Rock got something wrong
- 13:55Speaker 3: about Kevin Hart. The joke was that all of the
- 13:58Speaker 3: choices for a favorite comedian were we're Kevin Hart. Here
- 14:01Speaker 3: we go.
- 14:01Speaker 12: This is who is your favorite stand.
- 14:03Speaker 13: Up comedian of all time. It's a tough one and
- 14:07Speaker 13: it's top for you to vote. Okay, look, Chris, it
- 14:09Speaker 13: looks like the results are in and the winner is
- 14:13Speaker 13: Kevin Hart.
- 14:14Speaker 2: They all chose me.
- 14:15Speaker 13: They chose me, it says Kevin Hart.
- 14:18Speaker 2: All the voters worked.
- 14:19Speaker 7: For Capital One.
- 14:24Speaker 3: It's Chase Bank. Damnit man, Chase Bank Bank Bank.
- 14:28Speaker 2: I like dude.
- 14:28Speaker 3: I like Kevin Hart. He seems to be a guy
- 14:30Speaker 3: who every once in a while people start to pick
- 14:33Speaker 3: on I think it was the everywhere.
- 14:34Speaker 6: Yeah, he always.
- 14:35Speaker 5: Does a great back and forth, whether it's with the
- 14:37Speaker 5: Rock or whoever.
- 14:38Speaker 2: Who. We also just talk oh theo von Oh yeah,
- 14:41Speaker 2: theo Von.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Seems to be a guy who's catching a lot of
- 14:43Speaker 3: shrapnel lately.
- 14:45Speaker 13: Yeah, and I.
- 14:45Speaker 2: Believe it's politically motivated.
- 14:48Speaker 3: You do. Yeah, So here here's what I've heard about
- 14:50Speaker 3: theo Von. I've heard that theo Vonn, like the whole
- 14:53Speaker 3: thing is just a character like Kate Larry the cable guy. Right,
- 14:57Speaker 3: he doesn't talk like that, like at all. Yeah, he
- 15:00Speaker 3: puts on I've always been like, so theo Vonn's putting
- 15:03Speaker 3: on the voice, He's putting on the whole character, and
- 15:06Speaker 3: he just basically is just living living in the character. Fan,
- 15:09Speaker 3: Why would fan say that? I'm saying, But like the
- 15:11Speaker 3: people who you know, deal in and around.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Him, Okay, so there, because he's been people don't realize
- 15:16Speaker 2: he was on road Rules about twenty years ago. And
- 15:18Speaker 2: I'm looking this up and I watched that, but apparently
- 15:20Speaker 2: his accent was milder on like he was either hiding
- 15:23Speaker 2: it or toning it down.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Yeah, when he was first.
- 15:26Speaker 7: I remember he still had an accent that Yeah.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Yeah, it's one thing happening an accents exactly to go
- 15:31Speaker 3: over the top with it.
- 15:32Speaker 2: So apparently, Yeah, he said when he first got on TV,
- 15:35Speaker 2: he toned it down because he wanted to be more.
- 15:37Speaker 2: He wanted to be accepted, but once he made it,
- 15:40Speaker 2: he kind of either essentially, I.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Like the I like the vibe, Like I don't. I
- 15:44Speaker 3: don't watch the podcast. I don't listen to the full podcast.
- 15:48Speaker 3: I just see the clips like most people do, I
- 15:49Speaker 3: think on social media, and he he had some like
- 15:53Speaker 3: little kid on.
- 15:54Speaker 5: Yes, did you see that was a girl the sunglasses? Yeah, yeah,
- 15:57Speaker 5: she has a degenerative eye disease.
- 15:59Speaker 2: But I'm saying, like, and he's got like somebody on like.
- 16:01Speaker 7: That, Yeah, like celebrities to like random people.
- 16:05Speaker 2: Probably good, That's what I mean.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Like I envy his ability just to be sitting there
- 16:11Speaker 3: and making an interview interesting with somebody who like I
- 16:16Speaker 3: don't know who this person is or watch.
- 16:18Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Yeah, I would say his stand up is very good.
- 16:21Speaker 2: I saw him a couple of times as many. He's
- 16:23Speaker 2: like twelve years ago, and he's very funny.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Yeah all right, uh Greggory, what you got?
- 16:27Speaker 6: Okay? So the Pit that's the massive hit show about
- 16:30Speaker 6: the emergency department. It's one of the stars on that
- 16:34Speaker 6: show is this girl, Iso Brionez. She plays uh doctor Santos.
- 16:38Speaker 6: So her character is this strong, self confident, kind of
- 16:40Speaker 6: gruff doctor and a frequent plot point in the show
- 16:44Speaker 6: is that she's always behind on charting. She doesn't get
- 16:46Speaker 6: her charts done on time, so in between patients she's
- 16:48Speaker 6: working on her charts being all cranky. So Isa has
- 16:52Speaker 6: this other gig. She's on Broadway, oh doing a musical
- 16:56Speaker 6: called Just in Time, and people in the audience have
- 16:59Speaker 6: been going to see her, and then they've been yelling
- 17:01Speaker 6: to her while she's on stage during the show. So
- 17:04Speaker 6: she went on social media and wrote, hey, hey, hey,
- 17:07Speaker 6: Broadway is not a circus. Don't yell whatever you want
- 17:10Speaker 6: at the performers. Yelling when you're gonna finish your charts
- 17:13Speaker 6: before I sing is effing disrespectful to performers.
- 17:19Speaker 5: That's lame, af shut up.
- 17:21Speaker 6: But you know, you know, I think it's kind of
- 17:23Speaker 6: funny because you're messing with the Broadway show. So she says,
- 17:26Speaker 6: y'all are pissing me off, and then she ended with
- 17:28Speaker 6: a very non badass love and light.
- 17:36Speaker 3: I hate an email or a message it ends with
- 17:38Speaker 3: chow cheers.
- 17:40Speaker 2: That's a very that's yoga speaker.
- 17:42Speaker 6: Totally love and light. Please remember your occupying shared spaces
- 17:46Speaker 6: and you're watching art in this musical.
- 17:50Speaker 10: By the way, I want to see it so bad,
- 17:51Speaker 10: just in time. It's about Bobby Darren's Bobby Darren.
- 17:55Speaker 6: It makes me want to go to the show.
- 18:00Speaker 2: We'll pay one hundred and fifty dollars. I'll get kicked
- 18:02Speaker 2: out whatever.
- 18:03Speaker 13: Who cares?
- 18:04Speaker 3: The other who cares? That everybody's talking about this week
- 18:06Speaker 3: is the met Gala every year that you don't care.
- 18:10Speaker 5: I don't care about it. I don't care about award shows.
- 18:13Speaker 7: So here's a lot of drama with the met Galla
- 18:15Speaker 7: this year.
- 18:16Speaker 3: But why is it always such a big stories because
- 18:17Speaker 3: the celebrities show up. Look, I thought we were kind
- 18:21Speaker 3: of over that. We like to see them in cost Yeah,
- 18:23Speaker 3: we want to see the costumes.
- 18:24Speaker 7: That's why.
- 18:25Speaker 5: Because it's like always like a theme and they always
- 18:26Speaker 5: get a.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Wrong But not we you.
- 18:29Speaker 3: I mean you are people who are into because I don't.
- 18:32Speaker 3: I don't see the appeal neither. It's like weird for
- 18:34Speaker 3: the sake of being weird. The metal Yeah, what was
- 18:37Speaker 3: already all pissed off? About this time was a Jeff Bezos,
- 18:40Speaker 3: So Jeff Bezos, Amazon founder, Yeah, Besis.
- 18:43Speaker 7: Dumped the money. He dumped a bunch of money into
- 18:46Speaker 7: the met Gala.
- 18:47Speaker 3: This sponsor, yeah sponsor.
- 18:49Speaker 7: So yeah, everyone's like, oh, he bought the met Gala
- 18:52Speaker 7: for his lady and all this kind of stuff.
- 18:54Speaker 3: But it's to raise money, right, that's what they're trying
- 18:56Speaker 3: to do, supporting the arts. So no, yeah, so it's
- 18:58Speaker 3: a ch already fundraiser for the arts, which is totally fine.
- 19:01Speaker 7: I think the drama is now he has access to
- 19:05Speaker 7: the type of people that go there, and then there's
- 19:07Speaker 7: a lot of like lower level people that would not
- 19:11Speaker 7: normally go to the met Galia Met Gala, and then
- 19:14Speaker 7: there's also like non met Gala things happening, like the
- 19:18Speaker 7: like the pre party was at Madison or what is
- 19:21Speaker 7: it bottom wax Museum, That wax Museum, which is yeah,
- 19:28Speaker 7: people are like, that's not very met Gala because it's
- 19:30Speaker 7: supposed to be like you.
- 19:31Speaker 9: Know, yea glorifying for Met Gala attendees.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Well guess what.
- 19:39Speaker 5: That wasn't the end of it, because there's this group,
- 19:41Speaker 5: this activist group called Everyone Hates Elon. I'm sure the
- 19:44Speaker 5: best spirit ed it. They were saying they were hiding
- 19:48Speaker 5: bottles of fake pea all over the met gala uh.
- 19:52Speaker 5: And the reason is because you know Bezos being involved
- 19:55Speaker 5: in the metal this year and the whole like rumor
- 19:58Speaker 5: or whatever it was that workers at the Amazon facilities
- 20:01Speaker 5: wouldn't have time to take bathroom breaks and like the
- 20:04Speaker 5: people driving the trucks that they have to pee in bottles.
- 20:07Speaker 5: They hit all these bottles of peel but they ended
- 20:14Speaker 5: up getting tossed pretty quickly. But yeah, tons of anti
- 20:17Speaker 5: Bezos protesters around.
- 20:20Speaker 7: What they did legitly is they went to his penthouse
- 20:24Speaker 7: and they projected videos of Amazon were ex Amazon workers
- 20:29Speaker 7: of them, like doing interviews on how bad it was
- 20:31Speaker 7: the work there, and it was like into his windows
- 20:34Speaker 7: and there.
- 20:35Speaker 3: So you know what you do in that case, You
- 20:36Speaker 3: just say your other phous you and are you getting
- 20:40Speaker 3: on your private jet and you fly to a marina
- 20:43Speaker 3: where you get on your yacht and just go in
- 20:45Speaker 3: the middle of the ocean where the projectors can't reach
- 20:47Speaker 3: you half.
- 20:47Speaker 5: A billion dollars?
- 20:48Speaker 2: Do you fire those workers and replace them with real blots.
- 20:50Speaker 6: And then go by Australia.
- 20:54Speaker 3: Just to make yourself feel bad too much?
- 20:56Speaker 6: Of a pain.
- 20:56Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly all right. Time for your birthday and your
- 21:01Speaker 3: birthday show shivery.
- 21:06Speaker 2: It's shiver.
- 21:07Speaker 3: We're gonna sit because it's shivery.
- 21:10Speaker 2: And you know what we don't do.
- 21:12Speaker 3: And we'll start with the celebrities. Have a birthday to
- 21:14Speaker 3: George Clooney, who was sixty five. Does he act anymore?
- 21:18Speaker 13: See him?
- 21:18Speaker 5: A long time guy?
- 21:20Speaker 6: I mean that it's still working.
- 21:22Speaker 7: Guys, tequila money, he's good.
- 21:23Speaker 5: Yeah, he's just being handsome in parts unknown.
- 21:26Speaker 3: Uh gabarey citabey. She was precious. Yeah, forty three today.
- 21:30Speaker 3: Naomi Scott Jasmine in the live action A Laddin movies.
- 21:33Speaker 3: She was the pink power ranger. Kimberley, Oh yeah, I
- 21:38Speaker 3: see what. Chris Paul retired from the NBA after a
- 21:43Speaker 3: twenty one season career. Point God, Chris Paul. He's forty one.
- 21:47Speaker 3: Jose Altub from the Houston Astros is thirty six. The
- 21:51Speaker 3: Brickmaster General Angel Reese.
- 21:54Speaker 2: Of the w NBA. That's a funny compilation videos, Kang
- 21:58Speaker 2: I do. I love those videos. You want to see
- 22:00Speaker 2: the ball going to the bottom of the rim A

- 22:02Speaker 3: Do Angel Reese? She blows twenty four years old. Martan
- 22:07Speaker 3: brou Door the Hall of Fame NHL Goalie is fifty four.
- 22:10Speaker 3: Meek Mill repped in the City of Philly Wrapper Meek

- 22:59Speaker 3: She did that. Yeah, that's Victoria June who's thirty four
- 23:01Speaker 3: years old today. That's your porno birthday, Your celebrity birthdays,
- 23:05Speaker 3: and a little look on what's happening around the world
- 23:06Speaker 3: of entertainment here with us on The Woody Show.
- 23:09Speaker 6: At this point, why don't we just all liquidate our
- 23:11Speaker 6: bank account and take the money and put it in
- 23:13Speaker 6: the fire.
- 23:15Speaker 2: I'm looking for real answers, no Woody Show.
- 23:20Speaker 3: I was thinking about this after we were talking about
- 23:23Speaker 3: THEO Vaughn, just as an example. THEO Vaughn is one
- 23:28Speaker 3: of those examples of somebody I've never watched the podcast
- 23:32Speaker 3: or listen to the podcast, but I watched a lot
- 23:34Speaker 3: of the clips.
- 23:34Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 23:36Speaker 3: Likewise, like does it matter? Like I was thinking to
- 23:38Speaker 3: somebody who was mentioning about like the Woody Show Instagram
- 23:42Speaker 3: clips or the YouTube stuff or whatever, that's fine if
- 23:46Speaker 3: that's your only source. Yeah, if that's your only source
- 23:48Speaker 3: for the show, I'm fine with that. I think that's
- 23:51Speaker 3: kind of where things are going. Yeah, I mean, think
- 23:54Speaker 3: about Saturday Night Live. I've not watched a full episode
- 23:56Speaker 3: of Saturday Night Live decades, ye in forever. I can't
- 24:00Speaker 3: the last time I sat and watched an actual episode.
- 24:02Speaker 3: I've I've seen a lot of the clips online, so
- 24:04Speaker 3: I feel like I still watch or I at least
- 24:07Speaker 3: engage with that brand highlights.
- 24:09Speaker 6: Yeah, that's like with Bill Maher too and I don't
- 24:11Speaker 6: watch the whole thing exactly.
- 24:13Speaker 3: I watch all his clips or you'll see like clips
- 24:16Speaker 3: from you know, Theovonne uh Joe Rogan huge podcast. But
- 24:21Speaker 3: does anybody Because I tried one time. I'm like, you know,
- 24:24Speaker 3: because I saw some clips, I'm like, it might be
- 24:26Speaker 3: interesting depending on who the guest was, right, And I
- 24:28Speaker 3: go to listen to it and I go, oh my god, it's.
- 24:30Speaker 2: It's so long, like four hours. While I've told you
- 24:33Speaker 2: the only people I've ever caught listening to Joe Rogan's
- 24:35Speaker 2: full show are security guards and Uber drivers, Yeah, because
- 24:39Speaker 2: they have time.
- 24:39Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 24:40Speaker 3: And by the way, I'm not an anti Joe Rogan guy.
- 24:42Speaker 3: I have a tremendous amount of respect for what he's built.
- 24:44Speaker 3: And you know, I mean, Joe Rogan is Joe Rogan, right,
- 24:49Speaker 3: Like Joe Rogan was the dude on news radio, and
- 24:53Speaker 3: I'm like there's some like really like kind of low
- 24:55Speaker 3: you know, small level stuff, and now he's.
- 24:58Speaker 2: Like massive, one of the world's most powerful media people empire.
- 25:02Speaker 3: Yeah, So like I'm not you can have whatever opinion
- 25:04Speaker 3: you have based on politics or I'm not saying I
- 25:07Speaker 3: agree with everything that he says, but I appreciate and
- 25:09Speaker 3: I can respect what he's built.
- 25:11Speaker 5: Just crazy long.
- 25:12Speaker 3: Yeah, but is there anything else like, uh that you
- 25:16Speaker 3: don't really watch the show or listen to the podcast,
- 25:19Speaker 3: but you follow. Oh yeah yeah, all the call her
- 25:23Speaker 3: Daddy podcast stuff. Oh yeah, so you bring that up
- 25:25Speaker 3: a lot. Yeah, but you don't really listen to the show,
- 25:27Speaker 3: not the whole thing. I'll just watch the highlights of
- 25:29Speaker 3: the interviews.
- 25:31Speaker 5: I'm a hardcore follower and watch I've probably seen every
- 25:33Speaker 5: single clip without listening to the actual podcast. Is Bad
- 25:36Speaker 5: Friends with Andrew Santino and Bobby Lee, and those are
- 25:39Speaker 5: my FAKA.
- 25:40Speaker 3: There was a there was a pretty funny episode, pretty
- 25:43Speaker 3: funny segment that I saw because I'm not the biggest Bobby.
- 25:48Speaker 5: Oh, I would love that.
- 25:49Speaker 2: I love Bobby Bobby, but.
- 25:51Speaker 3: We'll have him on when I see him do something funny.
- 25:53Speaker 3: Oh damn yer, I'm not saying never, I'm saying, like,
- 25:57Speaker 3: so when it happens, let me know. All Mad TV
- 26:04Speaker 3: that was another thing. Did you ever watch Mad TV?
- 26:06Speaker 11: Oh?
- 26:06Speaker 3: Yeah, of course you did.
- 26:07Speaker 13: Love Adam was.
- 26:09Speaker 6: Better than SNL.
- 26:10Speaker 2: Well, there was the first Love There was the first
- 26:13Speaker 2: edition of Mad TV and then the second edition. So
- 26:15Speaker 2: like the first edition had already Lang and Lee, and
- 26:18Speaker 2: then the second edition had other folks like Adam Ray
- 26:20Speaker 2: and other other types.
- 26:21Speaker 6: I guess I watched the first I tried with with
- 26:24Speaker 6: Mad TV yeah, and couldn't couldn't get into it. It
- 26:27Speaker 6: was it was a lover to hate it.
- 26:28Speaker 3: I mean, yea of all time, all time in Living color. Yeah,
- 26:32Speaker 3: of those shows, that's that was my favorite.
- 26:35Speaker 7: I know I was a kid when I saw it
- 26:36Speaker 7: in Loving Color, overes and l over Mad TV all day.
- 26:40Speaker 2: I mean I would say, I agree with some of
- 26:42Speaker 2: that stuff, but go back and watch some of those
- 26:44Speaker 2: things and see if they hold up.
- 26:46Speaker 3: I watch, see there's one channel that runs like marathons
- 26:50Speaker 3: of in Living color.
- 26:51Speaker 5: Really got it?
- 26:52Speaker 7: Yeah, I would say.
- 26:53Speaker 3: My wife and I would just both because that's something
- 26:55Speaker 3: we both we both loved and agree on, so we'll
- 26:57Speaker 3: watch that. She's watching some kind of Wizard of Oz.
- 26:59Speaker 2: Craft have to put.
- 27:00Speaker 7: Chappelle in the same category, I don't know, Like it's
- 27:04Speaker 7: not I don't think it's the format because Chappelle Chappelle show,
- 27:08Speaker 7: the Yeah, everything else is like an ensemble of different comedians.
- 27:12Speaker 3: What it was Charlie Murphy, it was all those guys, right,
- 27:14Speaker 3: Like there's a lot of that stuff holds up, like
- 27:16Speaker 3: a lot of the Chris Chris James, Rick James stuff
- 27:19Speaker 3: still holds.
- 27:20Speaker 7: All that stuff.
- 27:20Speaker 3: Yeah, I just still want to put in this category.
- 27:23Speaker 3: Is he really going to do another Chappelle show? Do
- 27:26Speaker 3: you think?
- 27:26Speaker 2: I don't know. I mean, if Netflix do a billion
- 27:29Speaker 2: dollars at him, maybe it seems to be.
- 27:31Speaker 3: Every time I see a clip of Dave Chappelle now,
- 27:33Speaker 3: or at least over the past couple few months, it's
- 27:36Speaker 3: like Dave Chappelle the philosopher.
- 27:38Speaker 5: Yeah, he doesn't seem to do he's more of like
- 27:40Speaker 5: a he does ed talks.
- 27:41Speaker 3: No, I stn't think he's funny.
- 27:43Speaker 5: He's doing like punchlines and setups. He's just like you said,
- 27:45Speaker 5: he's doing stories in the.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Context of an interview.
- 27:48Speaker 13: Dude.
- 27:48Speaker 7: I've been at clubs where I've seen him perform a
- 27:51Speaker 7: bazillion times, and I've been at clubs until like four
- 27:54Speaker 7: in the morning.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Yeah, he's just like I went to one of those,
- 27:56Speaker 3: he said, there he smokes and he just talks. Well,
- 27:58Speaker 3: that's what Genie's talk.
- 27:59Speaker 2: If you watch his latest special, go watch his last
- 28:02Speaker 2: two or three specials in fact, and it's a lot
- 28:04Speaker 2: of just like philosophizerline, not.
- 28:08Speaker 3: So were you were you with Dave Chappelle? Fut doesn't
- 28:10Speaker 3: sound like you are now though?
- 28:11Speaker 5: No, because it's not. He doesn't. He doesn't strike as
- 28:14Speaker 5: comedian anymore.
- 28:15Speaker 3: Well that do And if that didn't do it for you,
- 28:18Speaker 3: Like he was just at the comedy store in Hollywood
- 28:21Speaker 3: and he he brought Kanye.
- 28:23Speaker 5: Out, so oh man, yeah he's awesome.
- 28:30Speaker 3: Yeah, but you're right. I mean, we talked about THEO
- 28:33Speaker 3: Vaughne earlier, and I was asking the question because I've
- 28:35Speaker 3: heard it a few different times. I don't know if
- 28:37Speaker 3: it's true or not. The whole thing is just like
- 28:39Speaker 3: the whole character as an act. It's not him at all.
- 28:41Speaker 3: But he doesn't talk that way, doesn't.
- 28:45Speaker 5: Because yeah, exactly, like he's a comedian, that's his character entertaining.
- 28:49Speaker 3: Yeah, no, that's that's fine. Sea bass Uh said something
- 28:53Speaker 3: about like, you know, that's what society does. You build
- 28:55Speaker 3: somebody up just to that's classic human behavior. We can
- 28:58Speaker 3: just to bring them up and then why get to
- 29:00Speaker 3: a certain level we say all right, let's take shot.
- 29:01Speaker 7: Yeah, we're done with this, all right, we're jealous now.
- 29:05Speaker 5: Yeah, or we oversaturated them, so we're board now.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Yeah, and just because like just in general the entertainment
- 29:12Speaker 3: talking about watching clips as opposed to you know, engaging
- 29:15Speaker 3: the full you know, podcast, broadcast, podcast, whatever.
- 29:18Speaker 2: It is.
- 29:19Speaker 3: Like my daughter she's not even watching real television. I'll
- 29:22Speaker 3: go in there and she's watching some stupid YouTube video
- 29:24Speaker 3: of people squishing things, you know, like yeah, like you.
- 29:29Speaker 5: Know, with time and yeah, and that's the thing like
- 29:33Speaker 5: it used to be like for us, like you better
- 29:35Speaker 5: watch something educational. Now I just tell the kid, you
- 29:37Speaker 5: need to watch something with the beginning, middle, and end.
- 29:39Speaker 5: We don't watch YouTube shorts and just scroll like a
- 29:42Speaker 5: zombie because well, stop it's noxious.
- 29:45Speaker 3: I had I had a conversation with some of the
- 29:47Speaker 3: munkey to MUCKs at the company, and you know, there's
- 29:49Speaker 3: still a lot of this old school thinking about like
- 29:51Speaker 3: well we use you know, posts on social media, for example,
- 29:55Speaker 3: to drive people to listen to the show, either on
- 29:58Speaker 3: the air or in the podcast. I go, what's wrong
- 30:01Speaker 3: with just engaging with the brand in any way, shape
- 30:03Speaker 3: or form. You engage with the brand, you go to,
- 30:05Speaker 3: in our case, a What to Show event, you listen
- 30:08Speaker 3: to a podcast, you watch the YouTube stuff for the Instagram,
- 30:13Speaker 3: Like that's that's good.
- 30:14Speaker 6: Enough.
- 30:14Speaker 2: Well, I would say the Instagram stuff doesn't pay for
- 30:16Speaker 2: these microphones?
- 30:17Speaker 3: No, no, But I mean, as I think kind of
- 30:19Speaker 3: more the way things are going right, Like, we can't
- 30:21Speaker 3: just always use it as a commercial for something bigger,
- 30:23Speaker 3: because that was kind of more the idea years ago
- 30:26Speaker 3: that we weren't allowed to post things on YouTube because
- 30:28Speaker 3: we had to host it on our own website. Now
- 30:30Speaker 3: to drive people to the websites today we get Yeah,
- 30:32Speaker 3: that seems so short sighted. Yeah, yeah, you know, like
- 30:36Speaker 3: if you can get people into the brand, then I
- 30:38Speaker 3: think then people might seek out other things. But if
- 30:40Speaker 3: you're doing it just to drive people, so who cares
- 30:42Speaker 3: if your stuff is good at the Avon's clips and
- 30:44Speaker 3: whatever are good on on Instagram? Yeah cool.
- 30:47Speaker 2: This is a version of streaming with musical artists, is
- 30:50Speaker 2: you're getting paid nothing for people to listen to your music,
- 30:52Speaker 2: but that has to drive something else, i e. Concerts.
- 30:54Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 30:55Speaker 2: So yeah, if our Instagram drives people to like us, okay,
- 30:58Speaker 2: that's great, but it doesn't and pay for the doors
- 31:00Speaker 2: to open and air conditioning.
- 31:02Speaker 3: Right to do something else. They'll figure out some way
- 31:04Speaker 3: to monetize that, I'm sure.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Yeah, do you see all these like definitely priority on
- 31:09Speaker 2: that one.
- 31:10Speaker 3: You don't see like all the the podcasts that have
- 31:13Speaker 3: like you know, like the microphones covered in like a
- 31:15Speaker 3: wrap for some kind of brand. And yep, yeah, the
- 31:21Speaker 3: thing that goes over the microphone to keep your peas
- 31:23Speaker 3: from popping the on screens. They're labeled with stuff screen.
- 31:29Speaker 6: Everything in the room.
- 31:30Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, we got to take a quick break
- 31:32Speaker 3: more what he shows next? Hang up.
- 31:36Speaker 14: Right back.
- 31:38Speaker 15: Do you know how this.
- 31:39Speaker 7: Bridge with the screen on it, somebody hits the doorbell,
- 31:42Speaker 7: it automatically pops up on the refrigerator.
- 31:46Speaker 3: Because most of the time menace is in the kitchen. Yeah,
- 31:50Speaker 3: and we are into another new hour insensitivity training for
- 31:55Speaker 3: a politically correct world.
- 31:57Speaker 2: I'm Woodie.
- 31:58Speaker 3: That's great gory. Yeah, Mana Grass is right there. Phones
- 32:02Speaker 3: are open eight seven to seven forty four. Wooding, send
- 32:05Speaker 3: us a text over to two two nine eighty seven.
- 32:09Speaker 3: Gina Grass got the trending news headlines.
- 32:12Speaker 5: Well, Tanner Horner, that piece of ish delivery driver who
- 32:16Speaker 5: admitted to killing that seven year old girl Athenis Strand.
- 32:19Speaker 5: He's been a sentenced to death. He'd already pleaded guilty
- 32:23Speaker 5: to capital murder and kidnapping. So the trial focused basically
- 32:25Speaker 5: on deciding what to do with him. Prosecutors focused on
- 32:28Speaker 5: how serious and violent the crime was, while the defense
- 32:31Speaker 5: pointed out this dude's mental health issues.
- 32:34Speaker 3: God yeah, hoping to it might have been abused as
- 32:37Speaker 3: a kid or something. Yeah, so therefore, man, I don't
- 32:40Speaker 3: know if it's the picture of this little girl. The
- 32:43Speaker 3: stories when I was reading them, when the old you
- 32:46Speaker 3: know case was going on, such graphic detail, and man,
- 32:51Speaker 3: breaks your heart, makes you sicky, like the fact that
- 32:54Speaker 3: they took more than thirty seconds to determine this.
- 32:57Speaker 2: Guy three hours to leave right all in favor.
- 33:00Speaker 3: It takes reading through the story one time for me
- 33:03Speaker 3: to be able to ask you this question and tell me,
- 33:05Speaker 3: even if you were at this point opposed to the
- 33:07Speaker 3: death penalty, are you still like how do you read
- 33:10Speaker 3: something like that, see the picture of this little girl
- 33:13Speaker 3: and know what he did and then say, yeah, you know,
- 33:15Speaker 3: I'm not for the death penalty? How yeah, tonight?
- 33:19Speaker 5: Right? Exactly?
- 33:20Speaker 11: Well.
- 33:21Speaker 5: Also, and they're in a state that moves pretty quick too.
- 33:23Speaker 7: I would like to be in that room and wonder
- 33:25Speaker 7: why it would take three hours, Like what are you
- 33:27Speaker 7: even talking about for three hours?
- 33:28Speaker 5: But to put it in perspective, like when it's a
- 33:30Speaker 5: death penalty case, those even if it seems cut and dry,
- 33:33Speaker 5: those go on for days, sometimes weeks. The fact that
- 33:36Speaker 5: they could go, you know what, execute him in three
- 33:39Speaker 5: hours is lightning fast.
- 33:40Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 33:40Speaker 3: There's another story of this guy. He's on death row
- 33:43Speaker 3: in South Carolina's fifty nine years old and he was
- 33:47Speaker 3: saved by a judge last minute. And they said it's
- 33:51Speaker 3: because of mental health stuff. This guy believes he's immortal.
- 33:54Speaker 3: Well let's show them, let's show him that he's not.
- 33:57Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 33:58Speaker 5: Yeah, if you're immortal, if you want.
- 34:00Speaker 3: Some proof beyond a shadow of a doubt, let's just
- 34:02Speaker 3: show you how not immortal you are.
- 34:04Speaker 6: Yeah, check this out, bro, And how dumb and redundant.
- 34:07Speaker 6: If you're on death row, of course you're gonna say
- 34:09Speaker 6: whatever you want to say to sound like a lunatic thought.
- 34:14Speaker 3: And if you've done something that gets you on death row,
- 34:16Speaker 3: we know you're crazy. You know you're not mentally saying.
- 34:20Speaker 3: But it's to the point where if you had a
- 34:22Speaker 3: lot of people have mental health things, yeah, right, but
- 34:24Speaker 3: not everybody's going around killing people. I would think that
- 34:26Speaker 3: if you're going around doing things that get you on
- 34:28Speaker 3: death row, you're kind of beyond the point of of
- 34:31Speaker 3: help or rehabilitation or anything like. That's where you're like, ooh,
- 34:35Speaker 3: this one's bad. Yeah, and you put it down like
- 34:37Speaker 3: a like an animal.
- 34:38Speaker 7: I don't need you anymore.
- 34:39Speaker 6: No, if I'm a judge in the case, the crazier
- 34:42Speaker 6: they sound, the all said, let's push the date up there,
- 34:46Speaker 6: discuss will spare you because you're that nuts.
- 34:49Speaker 5: But if you say you're immortal, then cool, this shouldn't
- 34:51Speaker 5: affect you.
- 34:52Speaker 3: You're immortal.
- 34:53Speaker 2: Yeah, what what does it matter? Okay?
- 34:55Speaker 7: Then yeah, okay, sense.
- 34:57Speaker 3: So he's just he doesn't understand what's going on, doesn't
- 35:00Speaker 3: understand the case, and doesn't it like a table. He
- 35:04Speaker 3: doesn't need to understand. It's what he did like he
- 35:08Speaker 3: did it. Whether he understands or not, the reality is
- 35:10Speaker 3: that he.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Did it good point any interests.
- 35:12Speaker 3: And what he did ended up on death row. It
- 35:14Speaker 3: doesn't matter he didn't understand.
- 35:16Speaker 6: What does that matter? So much care and attention to
- 35:18Speaker 6: the murderer, not the victim.
- 35:20Speaker 3: But this this driver guy, Dude, you read that story
- 35:25Speaker 3: and try to convince me that you're not for the
- 35:28Speaker 3: death penalty.
- 35:29Speaker 6: I saw an interview with a guy on death row
- 35:32Speaker 6: he was going to be executed. This is from a
- 35:34Speaker 6: few years ago, and they asked, how do you feel,
- 35:36Speaker 6: and he said, well, you know, it's not easy knowing
- 35:39Speaker 6: that you're going to be executed and you don't know
- 35:41Speaker 6: exactly when.
- 35:43Speaker 2: Like this sounds kind of like your victims killed exactly.
- 35:48Speaker 11: Well.
- 35:48Speaker 5: A woman in Spokane, Washington, is in the news. She
- 35:50Speaker 5: was arrested after she was she chased this kid down
- 35:53Speaker 5: with her car and the kid was on a bike.
- 35:55Speaker 2: Did you have a video?
- 35:56Speaker 7: Yeah, So my mom like lives in that area. She said, dude,
- 36:00Speaker 7: there's so many crazy people that lives around town that
- 36:04Speaker 7: does stuff like that where they just like going to
- 36:07Speaker 7: people's neighborhoods, like just's like driving through yards and stuff.
- 36:10Speaker 7: But like chasing that kid down the videos and saying yeah,
- 36:13Speaker 7: she said this, it's like she can't wait to move.
- 36:15Speaker 3: So what I don't understand in this case because the
- 36:19Speaker 3: video picks up at a certain I don't know what
- 36:21Speaker 3: happened beforehand, right, what this kid did. Well, I don't
- 36:24Speaker 3: even know if the kid did anything. He's it's a
- 36:26Speaker 3: residential neighborhood. He's on his bike looks like an he bike,
- 36:28Speaker 3: but he's more like it looks like your step son's age,
- 36:31Speaker 3: kind of. Yeah, somewhere around there has got the helmet
- 36:33Speaker 3: on and whatever. And so this car is in the street.
- 36:36Speaker 3: He's in the street, and this kid's kind of like
- 36:38Speaker 3: looking at this car, and she like honks her horn,
- 36:41Speaker 3: and so the kid turns around and starts going back
- 36:44Speaker 3: the way. But now he's on his sidewalk. This bitch
- 36:46Speaker 3: goes up onto the sidewalk like a Corolla or something,
- 36:49Speaker 3: a Ford focus. Yeah, bitch goes up on the sidewalk
- 36:52Speaker 3: and is like running in. Now, there are other adults
- 36:55Speaker 3: out there who are videotapeing this whole thing. Nobody stepped up.
- 36:58Speaker 3: Now you just decided to like old video? Yeah, yeah,
- 37:03Speaker 3: so yeah she did.
- 37:04Speaker 5: She eventually got back on the road and just took
- 37:06Speaker 5: off and the kid is okay, But there's, like you said,
- 37:08Speaker 5: there's this whole video. So when the cops tracked her down,
- 37:11Speaker 5: she's fifty eight, by the way, what's going on.
- 37:14Speaker 3: Yeah, here's here's a screen show of her shit.
- 37:17Speaker 2: On the sidewalk.
- 37:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 37:18Speaker 5: She initially denied, you guys, she denied drinking or drugs,
- 37:22Speaker 5: but eventually admitted she had been.
- 37:24Speaker 7: I was what I was trying to say a moment
- 37:26Speaker 7: ago is my mom says that the area is just
- 37:28Speaker 7: full of trashy people there do stuff like that.
- 37:31Speaker 3: Well, shout out to everybody listening on all ninety six
- 37:33Speaker 3: point one in Spokane. Everybody's proud affiliate of the Woody
- 37:38Speaker 3: Show her weekday mornings on six one.
- 37:40Speaker 7: Shout out spoken, and my mom says, you're full of trash.
- 37:45Speaker 3: At menace.
- 37:46Speaker 16: You're right.
- 37:47Speaker 3: It can afford all of your letters to his mom
- 37:49Speaker 3: to get.
- 37:49Speaker 7: The word out about the Woody Show.
- 37:51Speaker 5: Steven Diggs was found not guilty on all charges after
- 37:54Speaker 5: being accused of assaulting his former private chef, and the
- 37:57Speaker 5: case really came down to credibility. The accuser said Diggs
- 38:00Speaker 5: attacked her during an argument last year, but the defense
- 38:03Speaker 5: poked a bunch of holes in that they highlighted inconsistencies,
- 38:07Speaker 5: the fact that she waited to report it. They suggested
- 38:09Speaker 5: there was a financial motive, and on top of that,
- 38:12Speaker 5: there just wasn't much hard evidence, no clear injuries, no witnesses,
- 38:16Speaker 5: nothing concrete to back it up. The jury took just
- 38:19Speaker 5: over an hour to come back with a full acquittal,
- 38:21Speaker 5: which means they didn't think the prosecution proved anything beyond
- 38:24Speaker 5: a reasonable doubt, and Delta Airlines is changing its in
- 38:28Speaker 5: flight snack and drink service. So yeah, listen up. If
- 38:31Speaker 5: you're used to the luxury well.
- 38:33Speaker 3: No, here's here's go ahead, explain, explain, and then I'll
- 38:37Speaker 3: tell you why. Anybody who's complaining about this should just calmbaut.
- 38:40Speaker 13: Okay.
- 38:40Speaker 5: Well, basically, if you're on a short flight, you're just
- 38:43Speaker 5: not gonna get much. Starting May nineteenth, flights under three
- 38:46Speaker 5: hundred and fifty miles, basically under an hour, you're not
- 38:48Speaker 5: gonna have any food or beverages. There's gonna be no
- 38:51Speaker 5: service for that in the main cabin or the comfort seats. However,
- 38:54Speaker 5: if you book that full service in that first class,
- 38:57Speaker 5: you might just get a little something. But on the
- 38:59Speaker 5: flip side, Delta is actually upgrading service on longer flights,
- 39:03Speaker 5: so anything three hundred and fifty miles or over will
- 39:06Speaker 5: now get full snacks and drinks across more seats instead
- 39:09Speaker 5: of the limited express service they had.
- 39:11Speaker 3: Going okay, so here's here's why you know, I don't
- 39:14Speaker 3: want to hear because there's a number of times where
- 39:17Speaker 3: it's been a very short flight either you or you
- 39:19Speaker 3: or whatever's been on right, and they go, well, they
- 39:21Speaker 3: couldn't even serve any drinks. Yeah, you know why because
- 39:23Speaker 3: the whole flight's one hour. So by the time they
- 39:25Speaker 3: take off, get up to ten thousand feet and can
- 39:28Speaker 3: even begin, there's not even time to get you one drink.
- 39:31Speaker 3: And I will say, are you an adult, it's a
- 39:33Speaker 3: really short flight. Bring a water, Yeah, bring a water?
- 39:36Speaker 6: Sav outring it like if you.
- 39:37Speaker 3: Can't hold your body until you know you land, they
- 39:42Speaker 3: don't really have there's not enough time. You're not gonna
- 39:43Speaker 3: be sitting there having a meal or so. You know
- 39:46Speaker 3: what this does, It cuts out all the people who
- 39:48Speaker 3: were complaining about I was on a flight and they
- 39:50Speaker 3: didn't even bring around any drinks. So now they're making
- 39:52Speaker 3: a policy that says, hey, anything on an hour, we're
- 39:55Speaker 3: just not going to serve any drinks.
- 39:56Speaker 5: Or the worst when like they got drinks and then
- 39:58Speaker 5: they didn't.
- 39:59Speaker 2: Have time for mine.
- 40:00Speaker 3: Exactly. It cuts out all that nonsense because people try
- 40:02Speaker 3: to make such a big well I paid for blah
- 40:04Speaker 3: blah blah blah blah blah blah. And this is then
- 40:06Speaker 3: what happens. All policies start because something happened.
- 40:09Speaker 7: Nice to do this will be Southwest because I take
- 40:11Speaker 7: a regular flight that's short and they're supposed to serve
- 40:14Speaker 7: drinks and snacks, but they always had the excuse, oh yeah,
- 40:18Speaker 7: it's gonna be a bumpy, yeah, turbulent.
- 40:20Speaker 3: Well yeah, because if they're expecting turbulence and it takes
- 40:23Speaker 3: X number of minutes to get from you know, take
- 40:25Speaker 3: off to cruising out ten thousand feet or whatever, cruising
- 40:28Speaker 3: out the tube before they're allowed to get up and
- 40:30Speaker 3: start serving that stuff, and there's been some bumps. They
- 40:33Speaker 3: know they're not gonna get to everybody.
- 40:34Speaker 2: Right, but they were.
- 40:35Speaker 10: I mean, I was recently on flight and I support
- 40:37Speaker 10: this too, because I was just talking about this how
- 40:39Speaker 10: they claimed turbulence but there wasn't any. And then the
- 40:42Speaker 10: flight home on the same flight it was they were
- 40:45Speaker 10: rushing around, barely able to finish the food and drink
- 40:48Speaker 10: service for everybody by the end, and I heard the
- 40:50Speaker 10: flight attendants say to each other, we.
- 40:52Speaker 2: Should have just skipped it.
- 40:54Speaker 10: And so I'm in support of skipping it as long
- 40:56Speaker 10: as everybody knows, like you said, get your water, get
- 40:58Speaker 10: your snacks or whatever before you get on the plane,
- 41:00Speaker 10: because you're not getting any service.
- 41:02Speaker 3: The flip side of that, if it's a flight that
- 41:03Speaker 3: is over now you're getting more than what you used
- 41:06Speaker 3: to get.
- 41:06Speaker 5: Because they have all this extra bisc off cookies stuff.
- 41:09Speaker 6: The one simple solution is go back to how they
- 41:11Speaker 6: used to do it. This is my opinion, because when
- 41:14Speaker 6: you're paying this money for a flight, you should at
- 41:16Speaker 6: least get a can of soda. So they used to
- 41:18Speaker 6: come around with the cart and say, what do you
- 41:21Speaker 6: want diet coke? Boom, here you go. Now they come down,
- 41:24Speaker 6: what would you like to drink? Then they go back
- 41:26Speaker 6: to the galley, get a cup, put ice, pour it in,
- 41:29Speaker 6: just hand over there. It's they act like serving drinks
- 41:33Speaker 6: takes fourteen hours. And I need my tomato juice on
- 41:38Speaker 6: a flight. That's my superstition.
- 41:40Speaker 13: Nic I need it.
- 41:41Speaker 6: That's what you get every flight since I've been probably
- 41:45Speaker 6: twenty I tomato ja vodka. No, just tomato juice.
- 41:50Speaker 5: You're that guy I always wondered who were the same?
- 41:52Speaker 6: Wow, okay, grow delicious well and it keeps you safe
- 41:56Speaker 6: on a flight.
- 41:57Speaker 5: Oh I didn't realize that.
- 41:58Speaker 17: Okay.
- 42:00Speaker 5: Sidential fitness test is being brought back after years of
- 42:03Speaker 5: getting phased out.
- 42:04Speaker 3: The shuttle run. Yeah, it's started in the fifties and
- 42:07Speaker 3: those peg boards.
- 42:08Speaker 5: Yes, and it's a really interesting reason. It started in
- 42:10Speaker 5: the fifties. They realized kids were falling behind on their
- 42:13Speaker 5: physical fitness right when the Cold War was bruined, so
- 42:16Speaker 5: they needed kids, you know, fight and shade exactly. Well,
- 42:20Speaker 5: the test became the school staple measure strength and duran's agility,
- 42:24Speaker 5: and the top performers earned awards. That was the best part.
- 42:27Speaker 5: So it was later replaced during Obama's era with a
- 42:30Speaker 5: program that focused more on overall health and not competition.
- 42:34Speaker 3: But now does anyone anybody feel bad about themselves?
- 42:37Speaker 2: Exactly?
- 42:37Speaker 5: But now it's a big push to get kids in shape,
- 42:40Speaker 5: and but supporters state builds discipline, but critics think it's
- 42:44Speaker 5: overly competitive.
- 42:45Speaker 3: Okay, whatever. So the Presidential Fitness Test was a one
- 42:48Speaker 3: mile run, sit ups, push ups, and then the shuttle run.
- 42:52Speaker 5: What's the shuttle run?
- 42:53Speaker 3: So we used to have the erasers from the blackboards.
- 42:55Speaker 3: I'm not sure what they're using now, And it would
- 42:57Speaker 3: be like you like baseline drills, like for or basketball,
- 43:01Speaker 3: the tens different things stop and start stuff. So you
- 43:05Speaker 3: would start at like say the baseline right, and then
- 43:08Speaker 3: they have like some erasers at the free throw line
- 43:10Speaker 3: and you run back to the baseline and then go
- 43:12Speaker 3: back to half court, grab the other racer and then
- 43:14Speaker 3: run all the way back.
- 43:14Speaker 5: Suicides.
- 43:15Speaker 3: Yeah, same type of thing, right, But that's that was
- 43:17Speaker 3: the shuttle run in the Presidential Fitness Test, and it
- 43:21Speaker 3: was pull ups, push ups, sit ups. This one guy,
- 43:23Speaker 3: by the way, twenty two year old guy in Virginia,
- 43:27Speaker 3: world record in twenty four hours. He did twelve four
- 43:32Speaker 3: hundred and twelve pull ups. Wow, couldn't do one zero
- 43:38Speaker 3: that's negative into the previous record. He beat that by
- 43:41Speaker 3: sixty seven pull ups.
- 43:42Speaker 5: That's insane.
- 43:44Speaker 2: Good god, crush.
- 43:46Speaker 5: I can't do one pull up.
- 43:47Speaker 3: For one thousand dollars other than Von because I've seen
- 43:50Speaker 3: him do it. Is the rope climb.
- 43:52Speaker 7: Do you think any of us can do the rope climb?
- 43:55Speaker 11: Of us?
- 43:56Speaker 3: Maybe Sammy Morgan could.
- 43:58Speaker 16: Sammy might be able to because she's so light.
- 44:00Speaker 9: She's like I could do it when I was younger.
- 44:01Speaker 9: I mean I crushed at the Presidential Fitness So taking
- 44:06Speaker 9: it away where I was. You only had to hit
- 44:08Speaker 9: certain milestones, right, and I hit them every time.
- 44:11Speaker 2: I think you just had to do it, and then
- 44:12Speaker 2: they put you in a percent time whatever percent time
- 44:15Speaker 2: in the mile. It was like you had to do
- 44:16Speaker 2: it in sixteen minutes or something like what they had to.
- 44:19Speaker 3: You just had to. You had to participate in it. Yeah,
- 44:22Speaker 3: it's not like if you did accomplish it stuff.
- 44:24Speaker 6: Well yeah, you didn't have to.
- 44:26Speaker 5: Yeah, but they did give awards back in the day.
- 44:28Speaker 6: That was then of course. Yeah, right, my award shelf
- 44:30Speaker 6: was empty.
- 44:32Speaker 3: Competition's good man in all things. Competition in business, competition,
- 44:35Speaker 3: you know, like it pushes you to be better.
- 44:37Speaker 13: Yep.
- 44:38Speaker 5: Well, finally it's being called blue dot fever. It's not medical,
- 44:42Speaker 5: it's not political, it's what's happening. And we've talked about
- 44:45Speaker 5: this with a lot of concerts right now, so you know,
- 44:47Speaker 5: like the post lolone, Jelly Roll shows. We talked about
- 44:49Speaker 5: our Megan Trainer Pussycat dolls. The blue dots are what
- 44:53Speaker 5: you see online when you're looking at the ticketmaster sets
- 44:55Speaker 5: that show all.
- 44:58Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 44:59Speaker 3: So when it took was it called brown bottle flu
- 45:02Speaker 3: or brown bag flu? Like when people they're they're hungover
- 45:04Speaker 3: or drunk and they call how to work yea's yeah,
- 45:07Speaker 3: and they go, oh, what do you have? Are you
- 45:08Speaker 3: sick today?
- 45:09Speaker 11: Oh?
- 45:09Speaker 3: Okay, it's the brown bag or brown bottle flue.
- 45:13Speaker 5: Well, when a tour isn't selling. Well, you see all
- 45:15Speaker 5: those blue dots, and industry insiders started joking. They call
- 45:18Speaker 5: the blue dot fever. Now, artists and managers they blame
- 45:21Speaker 5: other things, but everyone knows it's just not selling.
- 45:24Speaker 11: Well.
- 45:24Speaker 7: Yeah, ticket prices are insane.
- 45:26Speaker 2: Well I I found money.
- 45:27Speaker 5: Yeah, I found this interesting article from a website ticketnews
- 45:30Speaker 5: dot com. And this is the first two sentences of
- 45:32Speaker 5: the of the story about this. It says things are
- 45:35Speaker 5: finally leveling out after the pandemic. I'm paraphrasing when people
- 45:38Speaker 5: leaned hard into funflation. So that's when people are spending
- 45:42Speaker 5: big on experience that they missed during COVID when they
- 45:45Speaker 5: were locked up, So they're overly spending. And for a
- 45:47Speaker 5: while it worked, so that means prices went up, VIP
- 45:50Speaker 5: options exploded, resale markets went crazy. But now it's all
- 45:54Speaker 5: leveling out again. So it's it might not be that
- 45:57Speaker 5: like we're going from zero to negative tour. It's that
- 46:00Speaker 5: we were over compensating and now we're Yeah, people are.
- 46:04Speaker 3: Just being more cheesy and there's too many shows at
- 46:08Speaker 3: any given time. There's a thousand different things that are happening,
- 46:11Speaker 3: and they're where you are, and they're all priced high.
- 46:13Speaker 3: There's only so much to go around exactly. Well that's
- 46:16Speaker 3: what's going on, all right, Thank you very much, Gina
- 46:19Speaker 3: Grant Show, Welcome Back Hill. Time for another original Woody
- 46:34Speaker 3: Show trademark copyright game. This one's called who Sits Shotgun?
- 46:41Speaker 3: And I got some some audio from this video. This
- 46:43Speaker 3: dude and his girlfriend and his mom are getting in
- 46:47Speaker 3: a car. The girlfriend decided to sit front seat. Mom's like,
- 46:53Speaker 3: uh uh no and gets into it with the girlfriend
- 46:59Speaker 3: about it, tells her to get her ass in the
- 47:02Speaker 3: back really, oh yeah, and the boyfriend's driving. The boyfriend
- 47:07Speaker 3: is driving, and these are adults. These are adults. So
- 47:10Speaker 3: it's the boyfriend, his mom, and then the girlfriend who
- 47:16Speaker 3: gets the front seat. Here's their little squabble here.
- 47:19Speaker 13: I'm not sitting in the back seat.
- 47:20Speaker 8: You need to get out.
- 47:23Speaker 2: You go sit in the backseat today. You need to
- 47:25Speaker 2: get out. He's not sitting in the back seat.
- 47:27Speaker 4: Should be.
- 47:31Speaker 2: Okay, y'all not married anybody.
- 47:34Speaker 15: I mean, we're just going somewhere.
- 47:36Speaker 9: You are like, you've got to sit in the back
- 47:37Speaker 9: seat for okay.
- 47:39Speaker 3: That's weird.
- 47:41Speaker 7: I mean a normal situation. Yeah, the mother would always
- 47:45Speaker 7: sit in the back seat. Unless it was like really
- 47:47Speaker 7: super s Really, that's.
- 47:49Speaker 3: Not how it goes. According to what I've according to
- 47:51Speaker 3: what I'm I'm gathering from online, the etiquette is the mom, yes, yeah, anybody,
- 47:57Speaker 3: the older person really, whoever's all her gets the front seat.
- 48:02Speaker 7: It's not like I made like the rule like they
- 48:04Speaker 7: always like going to the back seat.
- 48:06Speaker 3: Never. Yeah, No, it has never been a discussion.
- 48:09Speaker 5: You're supposed to give up if you're supposed.
- 48:11Speaker 3: To give up a seat on a bus for an
- 48:12Speaker 3: older train for a person, So it goes. I think
- 48:15Speaker 3: that goes along with the same the same thing. Now
- 48:17Speaker 3: offer My question is you're in that situation you in
- 48:21Speaker 3: this case the boyfriend, all right, Greg, you're driving, Yes,
- 48:25Speaker 3: it's Mario and mom and your mom.
- 48:28Speaker 2: My.
- 48:28Speaker 6: Mom's sitting in back. She prefers it, I think, unless
- 48:33Speaker 6: I've been wrong my home.
- 48:35Speaker 3: She doesn't prefer it. She wants That's the argument here.
- 48:38Speaker 2: I would absolutely let her sit up front, and you would.
- 48:40Speaker 5: Tell Ario, but Mario was pissed about.
- 48:43Speaker 6: You're missing the whole point of the argument. If this
- 48:45Speaker 6: was the exact same scenario, you have to you have
- 48:48Speaker 6: to make.
- 48:48Speaker 3: The call who's sits to the front seat. They both
- 48:50Speaker 3: want the front seat. Your mom and Mario both want
- 48:53Speaker 3: the front seat. Who sits in the front?
- 48:56Speaker 6: Mom?
- 48:56Speaker 3: I agree?
- 48:57Speaker 2: Yeah, every time, I'd be like, I'll in the back.
- 49:02Speaker 3: You're driving for the sake of the spirit of the argument.
- 49:04Speaker 2: That's not in front, then we're not going anywhere.
- 49:07Speaker 3: No, I'm just like, well, it's funny is that the
- 49:10Speaker 3: mom ended up getting in her own car and then
- 49:12Speaker 3: just drove and met them at the.
- 49:15Speaker 6: Okay, a different hypothetical, you Woodie, your wife and her
- 49:19Speaker 6: parents who are visiting, All right, you're going out. Who's
- 49:22Speaker 6: sitting up front?
- 49:24Speaker 3: Typically my father in law will set up Oh really, yeah,
- 49:26Speaker 3: he'll set up front with me. My wife and her
- 49:29Speaker 3: mom will sit in the back, and you know, hand
- 49:31Speaker 3: it up.
- 49:32Speaker 6: In my house, if there's four of us, it's me
- 49:34Speaker 6: and Mario up front, parents in back.
- 49:36Speaker 7: Yeah, as long as they've got a betty. And but
- 49:38Speaker 7: it's never like a discussion. This is automatically. We walked
- 49:41Speaker 7: to the car, and as a passenger, I prefer to
- 49:44Speaker 7: be in the back.
- 49:45Speaker 3: I don't I don't know how many people are actually
- 49:46Speaker 3: gonna like argue and fight about, Like my kids will
- 49:48Speaker 3: fight who gets to sit in the front. I'll go
- 49:50Speaker 3: all right, look, wanting on the way there, wanting on
- 49:52Speaker 3: the way back in the back shut up or book
- 49:55Speaker 3: in the back. Yeah exactly, But I would be I
- 49:58Speaker 3: would be disappointed if I had that actual situation where
- 50:03Speaker 3: my wife was arguing with you know, one of our
- 50:05Speaker 3: parents about who sits in the front.
- 50:06Speaker 2: Yeah, how old is everybody?
- 50:08Speaker 5: And Greg, I'm with you, like if I just don't
- 50:10Speaker 5: feel like talking, which I know is shocking, but it
- 50:12Speaker 5: does happen a lot, especially in the car. I'm like, baxis,
- 50:15Speaker 5: I got backsies.
- 50:16Speaker 3: Now, there are some people that are making the argument
- 50:19Speaker 3: that once your child has another significant other, you are
- 50:24Speaker 3: the back seat to that person, Like you are no
- 50:26Speaker 3: longer that person. You were always their mother, you were
- 50:29Speaker 3: always the father. But your daughter now has another man
- 50:33Speaker 3: in her life, your mom or your son now has
- 50:36Speaker 3: another woman in his life and that is his spouse. Yeah,
- 50:39Speaker 3: that spouse goes up front.
- 50:41Speaker 5: But that but you got to make it official, you
- 50:43Speaker 5: got to put a ring on.
- 50:44Speaker 3: That's why I think, because you hear it goes like
- 50:46Speaker 3: you're you're not even married. The mom's like yelling like yeah,
- 50:59Speaker 3: so maybe that's what she's thinking, like, hey, once you're married,
- 51:01Speaker 3: then yeah of course, and then you can sit up front.
- 51:04Speaker 5: And the girlfriend's like, I don't want to break the
- 51:05Speaker 5: seal on this, or I'll always be in the back.
- 51:07Speaker 17: Girl.
- 51:07Speaker 3: You don't get to get to the oval office until
- 51:09Speaker 3: you're the president.
- 51:10Speaker 19: Thank you.
- 51:11Speaker 3: I haven't been elected yet something, you're still running for office.
- 51:14Speaker 6: Here.
- 51:14Speaker 5: Here's how you compromise. You offer mom the front seat,
- 51:17Speaker 5: just to be polite. Obviously she wants it. She'll say
- 51:19Speaker 5: no once, thinking you're going to offer again, being like okay.
- 51:22Speaker 5: So she gets one refusal and then she goes in the.
- 51:25Speaker 2: Backroom with Greg like who even knew this was a
- 51:27Speaker 2: big deal.
- 51:29Speaker 9: I mean, I'll always volunteer and then just sit in
- 51:31Speaker 9: the back. It's not a discussion, it's just sit.
- 51:34Speaker 3: I don't get the question about if you're getting into
- 51:37Speaker 3: an uber and there's a third row, I don't I'll.
- 51:39Speaker 2: Crawl in the back.
- 51:39Speaker 3: I don't care.
- 51:40Speaker 6: I love the third row.
- 51:41Speaker 3: It doesn't matter to me.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Fun I'll get back there. I don't care.
- 51:43Speaker 7: Yeah, if I knew it was an uncomfortable back seat,
- 51:46Speaker 7: then I definitely I would offer, Like, no, you guys
- 51:49Speaker 7: sit up in the front.
- 51:50Speaker 6: Yeah, my mom some eighty year old and they got
- 51:52Speaker 6: to squeeze into the back. Then, no, they can sit
- 51:54Speaker 6: up front.
- 51:55Speaker 3: My mom's got a thing going on, her hip issue,
- 51:57Speaker 3: you know, hip repressument, the thing went wrong with gall
- 51:59Speaker 3: is fine, you know what, it's more comfortable for her
- 52:02Speaker 3: to be upfront.
- 52:03Speaker 2: That way easier to get in and out.
- 52:05Speaker 3: Fine, Yeah, of course, yeah, of course I'm not going
- 52:08Speaker 3: to sit there. And you know that's a non issue
- 52:10Speaker 3: battle about who's sitting up front.
- 52:12Speaker 11: Now.
- 52:13Speaker 6: We used to have these family friends. I found it
- 52:15Speaker 6: to be highly embarrassing, and I don't know how she
- 52:17Speaker 6: lived with herself, a husband and a wife. No matter
- 52:20Speaker 6: where they went, what they did when they drove and parked,
- 52:23Speaker 6: the husband had to get out of the car. The
- 52:25Speaker 6: wife just sat there in the passenger seat and you
- 52:27Speaker 6: had to walk around and open the door for her
- 52:29Speaker 6: every single time.
- 52:32Speaker 2: But she looked.
- 52:33Speaker 6: Yeah, she made like a bitch face. She would just
- 52:35Speaker 6: sit there. We're all out of the car, and I'm thinking, like,
- 52:38Speaker 6: why is she just sitting there with a bitch face
- 52:41Speaker 6: because the husband does to go open the door.
- 52:43Speaker 5: So funny though, because I just saw this video that's
- 52:44Speaker 5: gotten a gajillion views about this guy who's all pissed
- 52:48Speaker 5: that his wife didn't wait for him to this is
- 52:50Speaker 5: how we do it in our house. He didn't wait
- 52:51Speaker 5: for you to open the door.
- 52:53Speaker 11: You know.
- 52:53Speaker 2: I'm like, well, which is it?
- 52:54Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 52:54Speaker 6: Right?
- 52:55Speaker 3: No, I was calling the husband a beach.
- 52:57Speaker 6: Oh well, I guess both if you look looking back.
- 53:01Speaker 6: But she seemed like a bitch.
- 53:03Speaker 3: This one's tough, fellas. If you're married and you have
- 53:07Speaker 3: a daughter, here's a question. Your mom, your wife, your daughter,
- 53:18Speaker 3: rank them? Who comes first? In general? Who comes first?
- 53:24Speaker 17: Daughter?
- 53:25Speaker 3: Daughter?
- 53:27Speaker 11: Yeah? Daughter?
- 53:27Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, she's what situation though, You're just just in general,
- 53:32Speaker 3: Like my wife's a grown woman. The daughter. I think
- 53:36Speaker 3: it's a dad, and I.
- 53:37Speaker 2: Think your mom should.
- 53:39Speaker 3: Moms would choose you know, son, husband, father, It's gonna
- 53:42Speaker 3: it's gonna be the son, the husband last on all that,
- 53:46Speaker 3: like I would of course.
- 53:47Speaker 2: Parents.
- 53:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I think I saw that. I was like, man,
- 53:51Speaker 3: I don't that's see. Daughter is easy. That's an easy
- 53:53Speaker 3: number one for me. That's tough. That's the tough part.
- 53:58Speaker 3: I guess what are we talking about?
- 53:59Speaker 5: I mean that's the question. Yeah, you just said in general.
- 54:02Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, it's your question.
- 54:04Speaker 3: Yeah, no, I know, And I've looked at it. This
- 54:07Speaker 3: has been sitting here, this has been sitting here in
- 54:09Speaker 3: the studio for three weeks. I glanced at it, thinking,
- 54:12Speaker 3: we're bringing up everyone. You know, I'm gonna bring this
- 54:13Speaker 3: up at some point talking. But yeah, we're talking about
- 54:16Speaker 3: this front seat business. Well it got me thinking about
- 54:18Speaker 3: this one because all right, let's let's let's get in.
- 54:20Speaker 5: But like you and I have your wife or daughter,
- 54:22Speaker 5: we have a mutual friend who would absolutely say wife
- 54:26Speaker 5: because he's like the foundation of the family is the
- 54:28Speaker 5: mom and dad and if that's not strong, then everything
- 54:31Speaker 5: falls apart. So it's always I'm always going to pick
- 54:33Speaker 5: my wife over my kids. And that's their thinking. So
- 54:35Speaker 5: you don't think of it that way, because.
- 54:39Speaker 10: Your wife's your partner, right yeah, and your decisions and everything.
- 54:42Speaker 10: That's your partner in life, right you know, Like if
- 54:47Speaker 10: it's not just about like I love her more, it's
- 54:49Speaker 10: about without this strong like mom and dad, husband wife thing,
- 54:53Speaker 10: what's the point of any of it.
- 54:54Speaker 3: There was there at Overstone that's.
- 54:57Speaker 15: A friend of yours.
- 54:58Speaker 5: I can't wait for you to talk to him.
- 55:00Speaker 3: That's an overstatement. Well, he needs a babysitter, he needs that.
- 55:07Speaker 5: That's true.
- 55:08Speaker 6: There was an old time he soap opera wedding. I
- 55:11Speaker 6: might have been days of our lives. I don't know whatever. Oh,
- 55:14Speaker 6: and the the woman was giving her vows at the altar,
- 55:17Speaker 6: and she said, I promised to love our children as
- 55:20Speaker 6: much as you, but never more. And I thought, oh, babie,
- 55:24Speaker 6: why you shouldn't love your kids more than your wife.
- 55:27Speaker 6: She was like, the found like Sammy said, that's the
- 55:30Speaker 6: foundation of your family and the wife.
- 55:34Speaker 3: Okay, I think I agree with a lot of that.
- 55:39Speaker 3: And I guess because we're talking in a general sense,
- 55:42Speaker 3: not anything specific. There are times where I'm like, I
- 55:45Speaker 3: tell my mom you're wrong. I'm out one of those guys.
- 55:48Speaker 3: It's like, okay, whatever you say, mom. Mommy like, yeah,
- 55:51Speaker 3: I will tell my mom. I've gotten into it. My
- 55:53Speaker 3: mom like we like, I like went off a number
- 55:58Speaker 3: of times where I'm like, you are dead wrong, you're
- 56:00Speaker 3: sounding crazy, blah blah blah blah blah. I've done the
- 56:03Speaker 3: same with my wife, you know. So it depends on
- 56:06Speaker 3: the situation of who. But I think in general overall
- 56:10Speaker 3: daughter number one, wife, mom, I think because I think
- 56:15Speaker 3: the mom, I think my mom. If I'm looking at
- 56:17Speaker 3: from a general standard, I would think and I would hope,
- 56:20Speaker 3: I would hope my mom would understand. Yeah, I think
- 56:23Speaker 3: she would. I think I think she would.
- 56:25Speaker 5: But when you get married, that's your new nuclear family
- 56:28Speaker 5: or whatever, like you got to take care of your wife.
- 56:30Speaker 3: Yeah, because on a day to day basis. Yeah, so yeah,
- 56:33Speaker 3: day to day basis, it was your mom until a
- 56:36Speaker 3: certain point. And then as you move forward in life
- 56:40Speaker 3: and now you're running things, you know, with this other person.
- 56:43Speaker 5: It's hard though, because as a daughter, it's like, don't
- 56:45Speaker 5: try and get between me and my mom. You know,
- 56:48Speaker 5: that's my mom. So like I I you know, she
- 56:51Speaker 5: moves up in the power ranking. That's like daughter mom.
- 56:54Speaker 3: I'm against. I'm against the blind loyalty thing like yeah,
- 56:57Speaker 3: like where the mom can never be right, Like you know,
- 57:00Speaker 3: get me wrong, I'm saying. But I'm saying like, if
- 57:01Speaker 3: the it's my wife and I and it's something with
- 57:04Speaker 3: her mom and the mom's clearly in the wrong, this
- 57:07Speaker 3: is hypothetical, and I go, your mom's totally wrong. If
- 57:10Speaker 3: she's just gonna blind to defend, that's dumb.
- 57:13Speaker 5: You can't say that about my mom, Oya, I can
- 57:14Speaker 5: say that.
- 57:15Speaker 3: I'll tell you what. You know. I'm like, yeah, you
- 57:16Speaker 3: know what, my mom's being totally paranoid. Yeah, you know,
- 57:18Speaker 3: my mom gets paranoid about like thinking that there's like
- 57:20Speaker 3: some kind of conspiracy against you know, well, I think
- 57:23Speaker 3: she thinks that I but I'm like, no, nobody, Mom,
- 57:25Speaker 3: nobody's thinking that way. I promise you. You're you've made
- 57:29Speaker 3: this thing into a whole thing. You sound nuts.
- 57:31Speaker 5: But when you're talking about power rankings, maybe you're talking about.
- 57:34Speaker 3: Power rankings persons in a weird way.
- 57:36Speaker 5: But when you're talking about that, you're probably talking about
- 57:39Speaker 5: like who do you take care of the most? You know, like,
- 57:42Speaker 5: because you're like, what are we basing this on? Maybe
- 57:43Speaker 5: it's that like you take care of your daughter, and
- 57:46Speaker 5: then you're gonna choose wife and then.
- 57:48Speaker 3: Mom daughter wife? Yeah, mom, fellas, what do you?
- 57:53Speaker 20: Uh?
- 57:53Speaker 6: It's like what he's mom? Happy Mother's Day? You remember three?
- 57:56Speaker 3: Well, somebody somebody on the text was asking, Okay, so
- 58:00Speaker 3: Mother's Day, Uh, who who is the focus on that day?
- 58:05Speaker 6: Is it your wife or is it your mom? You
- 58:10Speaker 6: be your mom because it's mother's Day. Your mom's not
- 58:13Speaker 6: wife's day. Thank you, that's own mom.
- 58:15Speaker 3: Yeah, that's my kid's responsibility step up for their mom.
- 58:19Speaker 5: But are they doing that?
- 58:20Speaker 11: Huh?
- 58:20Speaker 5: Are they doing that?
- 58:21Speaker 3: As you've seen, they're very thoughtful, very thoughtful.
- 58:24Speaker 2: Maybe not as much with us as they are with Gina.
- 58:27Speaker 3: Over the top.
- 58:28Speaker 5: I got the queen's treatment.
- 58:29Speaker 6: Yeah, but yeah, well the husband's mom is still alive,
- 58:33Speaker 6: she should be the focus on Mother's Day. Yeah, not
- 58:34Speaker 6: the wife, but the wife.
- 58:36Speaker 2: Is the mother of your children.
- 58:39Speaker 9: You are the reason that she became a mother to
- 58:41Speaker 9: begin with, How are you then she's not your mom.
- 58:45Speaker 5: Made her a mom.
- 58:46Speaker 9: You made her mom. You're the reason she's more welcome.
- 58:48Speaker 3: Now you get to have this day. If it wasn't,
- 58:51Speaker 3: if it wasn't for me, you would not be celebrated today.
- 58:58Speaker 3: But I agree with Greg. It's Mother's Day. You're supposed
- 59:01Speaker 3: to be celebrating your mom. It's your mom, your mom,
- 59:03Speaker 3: and then you know, of course, like you, it doesn't
- 59:05Speaker 3: mean there's only one acknowledgement you can acknowledge. But I'm
- 59:07Speaker 3: saying that we're talking about a hierarchy here. It would
- 59:10Speaker 3: be your mom and then mother of your children.
- 59:13Speaker 6: My mom used to make me give Mother's Day cards
- 59:15Speaker 6: to my aunts and if they're.
- 59:16Speaker 3: Not my mom, yeah, we used to do the same thing.
- 59:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I think you know.
- 59:20Speaker 3: And then the other one I would throw in there
- 59:22Speaker 3: too is Grandma.
- 59:23Speaker 5: I gotta do Grandma.
- 59:24Speaker 3: I did do Grandma because she really I've been going back.
- 59:27Speaker 7: And forth on my Should I send something to my grandma?
- 59:29Speaker 2: Yes, like this this year your book? Yeah, yeah, of course, Yeah, yep,
- 59:34Speaker 2: I love my grandma.
- 59:35Speaker 3: Yeah, eight seven seven forty four. Woodie set us a
- 59:38Speaker 3: text over to two two nine eight seven. A lot
- 59:40Speaker 3: of thoughts on the text. Oh yeah, if you don't
- 59:43Speaker 3: put your significant other first, that's where the resentment grows.
- 59:46Speaker 3: Parents will be gone and eventually your kids will get
- 59:48Speaker 3: their own partners and you'll be left with your significant other.
- 59:51Speaker 3: If you always push them aside, that resentment will always
- 59:54Speaker 3: be there. Well cool, I'm going out with the boys.
- 59:59Speaker 3: Get your own right, exactly.
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: I'm pretty sure Sammy's dad is not going to get
- 1:00:04Speaker 5: me in the silent treatment. I think Sammy's dad texted
- 1:00:08Speaker 5: and he said his rankings are daughter, wife's sons.
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: Yeah, there you go, there's your dad.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: Yeah, that's so nice that he's listening.
- 1:00:15Speaker 6: Samuel.
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: All right, Uh, texts coming over. We were discussing a
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: couple of things. Who gets to the front seat. There
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: was that battle between this mom and her son's girlfriend.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: They were getting in the car and they got into
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: an argument about who got to set up the front
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: that important. We discussed that, we got everybody's take on that,
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: and then it reminds me I had this other question.
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: It's been staring at me for the last it's been
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: on a piece of paper here in the studio for
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: the last few weeks. All right, fellas, who are married
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: and have a daughter? Your mom, your wife, your daughter?
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: Who comes first in your life? And we kind of all,
- 1:00:55Speaker 3: you know, broke it down, and I finally came up
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: my answer daughter one wife, then mom, No knock on mom,
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: but ye know, but yeah, in the spirit of the discussion.
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: So two and nine texting over, my wife came before
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: our kids. She comes first and sits in front with me.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: Okay, speaking of who.
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: Comes first, somebody else texted over, f Mary kill. Okay, okay,
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: f Mary kill, your mom, your wife, your daughter?
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: Yeah, there's only two guys answer.
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: You guys are sick. So that came over on the text.
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: I'm like, oh my god, that's that's impossible. Then I
- 1:01:39Speaker 3: thought more about it. Okay, God, it's not as difficult
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: as I thought. If you if you have to go
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: with you again in the spirit of the question, in
- 1:01:50Speaker 3: the spirit of the question, f Mary, kill your mom,
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: your wife, your daughter. Here's how I think it should
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: play out. Okay, you marry your daughter, yeah, because you
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: can have you can have a sexless marriage. Most marriages
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: are okay.
- 1:02:09Speaker 6: Eventually you like you know, they sometimes say that, like Mom,
- 1:02:13Speaker 6: I'm gonna marry day Okay, yeah, I do. Right, So
- 1:02:18Speaker 6: you marry the daughter.
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: You f your wife because there's no way you're going
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: to do anything sexual with your mom.
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: Your wife by default is very right.
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying. I think when I really stopped
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: and thought about, like this is a little bit easy,
- 1:02:35Speaker 3: way easier than I thought it was going to be.
- 1:02:37Speaker 3: That makes the most sense. And if you have anything
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: else you're.
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: Sick, you got to finish it off. You got to
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: say it. You got to kill mom.
- 1:02:45Speaker 6: But yeah, in the.
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: Spirit of the argument, no offense.
- 1:02:50Speaker 6: Umber three getting killed.
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: Somebody in somebody brought that up on the text. You
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: guys are disgusting. How dare you? That's wrong with the audience.
- 1:03:00Speaker 7: But did we get like a current I know we
- 1:03:03Speaker 7: brought up, but did we get a current power rankings? Though,
- 1:03:06Speaker 7: like I know that's gun to the head, but like
- 1:03:08Speaker 7: current power rankings in your life, like who's number one?
- 1:03:12Speaker 6: Your wife? Daughter?
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: Mom?
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: Like who's making you the happiest? Basically, who's making you
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: the power rankings? You don't why you got to choose violence.
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: I'm choosing not to engage in that. I've answered enough
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: tough questions. I didn't f Mary kill your daughter.
- 1:03:31Speaker 5: I had to, uh power ranking your Your daughter came
- 1:03:36Speaker 5: out pretty good in all scenarios you did. She's a
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: good girl.
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: She did most of the time.
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: Yea, I tell my kids all the time because my
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: what my daughter will go, uh, well, I f Mary
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: kills my wife. I guess, uh, my daughter will say
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: I'm the favorite. I go, well, maybe today, Yeah, you know,
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: you kids, you and your brother are like stocks. Some
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: days you're up, some days you're down. It just depends
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: on the day. Some days you're riding high and you
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: are by far the favorite. Other days i'd sell you. Yeah,
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: it's just.
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: She goes, no, overall, I'm the best, and I go, well,
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: that could be true today.
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: Yeah, you're the best of today, between you, your mom
- 1:04:21Speaker 3: and your brother, you could be number one.
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: You say this in front of your wife, Yes, and
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: she knows, but.
- 1:04:27Speaker 6: Doesn't she know the dog is number one?
- 1:04:29Speaker 11: Well?
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: The dog is always number one. She needs to be
- 1:04:31Speaker 3: reminded of that. Yeah, they always get on me because
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: I'm such an apologist for the dog.
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: Well, she's the nicest thing living.
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: Thing in this house.
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: She will literally starve herself to death for me.
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: Eight seven seven forty four, text us check in over
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: to two two nine eighty seven, will be right back.
- 1:04:52Speaker 12: Yeah, this is the Woodie Show, Boody, Greg Menace, Hi, Gina.
- 1:05:03Speaker 3: Grade at your service. Yep, you're welcome, get it. Thank you,
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: thank you for being there, Thank you for giving us
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: some of your time. Phones are open eight seven seven
- 1:05:18Speaker 3: forty four. Body, you can text us to shoot nine
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: eight seven finest. Follow us on social media. Look forth
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: there at the Woody Show. Uh so Chipotle CEO people
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: are talking about this, responding to complaints about portion sizes,
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: which Greg complains about all the time, quite often, but
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: not necessarily at Chipole. You don't really go to Chipotle,
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: but like when you would go to Panda Express, he would.
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: He's been bitch about Panda Express and Subway for years.
- 1:05:49Speaker 6: I still go to both.
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: You still go to subway?
- 1:05:53Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean not frequently.
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: I've been to a subway.
- 1:05:56Speaker 6: They're just so damn convenient.
- 1:05:57Speaker 5: You're everywhere.
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: They're just everywhere.
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: It's been at least five years, I would say since
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: I've been to a SEB it's probably been about a year.
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: It's been over ten for me. The sandwiches I find
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: big enough. It's just their te teeny cheese, and.
- 1:06:10Speaker 6: Then they put the olives on, and then they actually
- 1:06:12Speaker 6: reach back into the sandwich to take about two slices
- 1:06:15Speaker 6: off and throw it back into the thing. Like, oh yeah,
- 1:06:17Speaker 6: what a bankrupted the whole company and with those two
- 1:06:20Speaker 6: olive slices.
- 1:06:22Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: So the Chipotle thing because customers were complaining that the
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: you know, portions are smaller, inconsistent. Well, at the same
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: time the prices keep going up like like everything.
- 1:06:33Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: So Chipotle CEO his name is Scott boat, right, and
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: he was doing this interview and this is what he
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: said in that interview.
- 1:06:41Speaker 21: It has always been our brandy thoughs and it is
- 1:06:44Speaker 21: still to this day. We served big, beautiful bows and burritos,
- 1:06:48Speaker 21: no questions asked.
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: So you're not skipping people, Well you're not.
- 1:06:51Speaker 13: If you want more, you should ask for a little more.
- 1:06:53Speaker 13: Promise you.
- 1:06:54Speaker 21: There's never a team member on that line is going
- 1:06:56Speaker 21: to say no. We will continue to put he beenspoonfuls
- 1:06:59Speaker 21: of food and bowls. Dude, I tell my team all
- 1:07:02Speaker 21: the time, put as much food in that bowl and
- 1:07:04Speaker 21: bbrito as you possibly can.
- 1:07:06Speaker 13: I want the consumer to tell you it's too big.
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: Now here's the thing. Yeah, well, I mean remember the
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: first time you had a Chipotle burrito, Like, damn, that's big. Yeah,
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: something's huge.
- 1:07:18Speaker 19: Now.
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: I just got used to it. And that's what happens.
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: You get you get accustomed to a certain thing, and
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: so if they change it, it's gonna be noticeable. Of course,
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: they're gonna give you more. The question is are they
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: going to charge you now for like a double port That's.
- 1:07:31Speaker 5: What I'm saying. Of course it's gonna say like DC
- 1:07:34Speaker 5: like extra chicken. They're gonna write it on there.
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: They're never gonna tell you no, you can't have some more.
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: But like is it more?
- 1:07:40Speaker 3: Are you going to get more for the standard portion price?
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: Or are they gonna upsell you on that?
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: Left that out?
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: Also, like isn't there franchise ease? Like I don't know,
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: I don't know how Chipotle works.
- 1:07:52Speaker 7: Are those are those franchise I think there is some
- 1:07:55Speaker 7: because I think I met a listener that owns one.
- 1:07:57Speaker 5: Yeah, but I'm sure they have to follow you know,
- 1:07:59Speaker 5: you know, versal rules, like for they can't just give
- 1:08:02Speaker 5: like as much as they want.
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: Yeah, Chipotle is not a franchise.
- 1:08:06Speaker 6: Nope.
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: The company owns and operates all of their more than
- 1:08:09Speaker 3: three thousand, two hundred plus restaurants to get strict control
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: over food quality, company culture, their ethos.
- 1:08:16Speaker 6: He said that, yes, that's like the new buzzword.
- 1:08:22Speaker 3: And operational consistency. It's our belief, that's our ethy like
- 1:08:26Speaker 3: a regional manager or something where Morgan go. This seems
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: like a this seems like a mission for Morgan, a
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: Morgan mission or a Sea Bass mission. How much with
- 1:08:37Speaker 3: the standard with the standard price? All right, so here's
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: here's your assignment. If you're if you're up for it,
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: I'll buy you fly. Just go to a Chipotle today
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: at some point and go down the line and you know,
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: ask them whatever it is, ask for more, more, meet more,
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: and then and then they go and they go, oh, say,
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: I want just the regular you know, yeah, like I
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: don't want that, not the double portion, like for that price,
- 1:09:07Speaker 3: I want like the regular ball price.
- 1:09:09Speaker 5: See how much they give me?
- 1:09:10Speaker 3: Yeah, because the guy just said, they'll never tell you,
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: you know.
- 1:09:13Speaker 6: Yeah, he tells his team to put as much as
- 1:09:15Speaker 6: they can in the bowl. But I want to I
- 1:09:16Speaker 6: want to test.
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: I want to test, Like how much more will they
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: give you and charge you before they before they charge
- 1:09:24Speaker 3: you more?
- 1:09:24Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 1:09:25Speaker 5: Okay, perfect. Because there was a guy in front of
- 1:09:27Speaker 5: me at Chipotle that was so obnoxious. He was like
- 1:09:29Speaker 5: a teenager and he was like little He was like,
- 1:09:32Speaker 5: tell you what I promise you got this like from
- 1:09:34Speaker 5: his dad.
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: He's like, I want you to keep.
- 1:09:36Speaker 5: Pilotter on until you think you're gonna get fired.
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: Like okay, cool guy, I don't need to be a
- 1:09:41Speaker 3: dig about that, guying the policy.
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: Yeah exactly.
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: So yeah, this is what the guy said. Now what
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: you can do is when they said, well, I don't know,
- 1:09:49Speaker 3: you start playing that.
- 1:09:50Speaker 13: It has always been just hold big beautiful bulls and burritos.
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: I want a big beautiful ball or burrito. So you're
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: not skimping people, We're not no questions.
- 1:10:03Speaker 13: You should ask for a little more.
- 1:10:04Speaker 3: To ask for a little more. What does that mean?
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: A little more?
- 1:10:08Speaker 5: Ask like again like oh good, and can I have
- 1:10:10Speaker 5: a little bit more?
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: Like isn't this your boss?
- 1:10:14Speaker 3: Well, It's like those videos that you see where people
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: say I'm just going to keep asking for you know,
- 1:10:19Speaker 3: they come aroun, would you like some pepper on the salad?
- 1:10:21Speaker 3: And it's just like this crazy amount, like it's a
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: pile of pepper on top of the salad, and to
- 1:10:28Speaker 3: the waters going are you serious? Or they bring that
- 1:10:30Speaker 3: little cheese around. No, a little bit more, No, a
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: little bit more, a little bit more, and the guys like,
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: are you serious?
- 1:10:37Speaker 11: Oh yeah?
- 1:10:38Speaker 7: This walk always been an issue with Greg and never
- 1:10:40Speaker 7: me or Woody or anybody else, but.
- 1:10:43Speaker 6: Only every panda. Yeah, panda, but every texture.
- 1:10:47Speaker 3: I've always gotten great portions of Panda.
- 1:10:49Speaker 7: But my buddy, you should try this because my buddy
- 1:10:52Speaker 7: he kind of like agrees with you, Greg, and he
- 1:10:54Speaker 7: always had a strategy so when they're starting to like
- 1:10:57Speaker 7: pour things into the container, he starts talking to them
- 1:11:01Speaker 7: to distract them so they keep on going, that's good.
- 1:11:04Speaker 6: I'll try that.
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:11:05Speaker 6: Our former wood He Show employee, Randy, used to work
- 1:11:08Speaker 6: at Panda yea, but he agrees.
- 1:11:11Speaker 7: Yes, but I do agree with the panda that he
- 1:11:14Speaker 7: worked at, and with the panda that I go at
- 1:11:16Speaker 7: that location.
- 1:11:16Speaker 6: I've often wanted to tell them, look, I will pay
- 1:11:19Speaker 6: you whatever it takes.
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: Just put more.
- 1:11:22Speaker 3: It's so tiny is go to Chipotle a lot As
- 1:11:24Speaker 3: long as it's not the meat, you can put a
- 1:11:27Speaker 3: lot on there. I'm known as the cheese guy because
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: I tell them more and more cheese until they can
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: barely close the lid.
- 1:11:33Speaker 6: To the ball.
- 1:11:34Speaker 3: Well, I'm going to do both.
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: I'm gonna do toppings and meat, right. Yeah, that's what
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: the CEO is saying.
- 1:11:38Speaker 5: Yeah, you get it.
- 1:11:40Speaker 7: No, I haven't gone to Chipotle in a long time,
- 1:11:43Speaker 7: and Chipotley that's one of his words.
- 1:11:46Speaker 6: Yeah, and the bowl.
- 1:11:48Speaker 3: I would always order double meat, but I had to
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: pay for it. I also had Chipotle Bowl for lunch yesterday.
- 1:11:54Speaker 3: It was super mega loaded. Without asking, I was able
- 1:11:57Speaker 3: to eat half and save the rest for dinner.
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: I loved doing this question.
- 1:12:01Speaker 16: Do I have to save it to bring it in
- 1:12:03Speaker 16: the next day to prove y'all no, you deserve to
- 1:12:07Speaker 16: eat it just like well, try to try to get
- 1:12:09Speaker 16: like some video and audio like do that whole thing
- 1:12:11Speaker 16: like like not not like no morgasm is required, but
- 1:12:17Speaker 16: just like you know, like you do for those kind
- 1:12:18Speaker 16: of things like just to see we'll test it out,
- 1:12:20Speaker 16: just to see what they say.
- 1:12:21Speaker 3: And go to a random one, you know, just to
- 1:12:24Speaker 3: pick a pick a random Chipotle.
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: Which one wouldn't be random, is my question?
- 1:12:27Speaker 7: Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: I don't know if you go to one on the regular,
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: I haven't been there. Yeah, yeah, just pick a random Chipotle.
- 1:12:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: And then there's actually one.
- 1:12:36Speaker 3: Right down the street from the station.
- 1:12:37Speaker 9: Yeah, very close.
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: Yeah, right by overkind by where Sammy is.
- 1:12:40Speaker 5: Okay, perfect, Just don't overdo it with the rice or
- 1:12:42Speaker 5: there won't be much room.
- 1:12:44Speaker 16: Because yeah, you're right, like that's just rice and then
- 1:12:47Speaker 16: extra every yeah stuff.
- 1:12:49Speaker 3: What what would they care about the most? The meat?
- 1:12:50Speaker 3: The protein, right, and then the meat gua cheese sour
- 1:12:55Speaker 3: cream is probably what they're going to be the most
- 1:12:58Speaker 3: stingy about.
- 1:13:00Speaker 17: Really.
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: I used to go, yeah, I've always wanted more corn,
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: and they.
- 1:13:02Speaker 5: Were like, no, all right, focus on the corn.
- 1:13:05Speaker 3: Well, go do that and report back let us know
- 1:13:07Speaker 3: how KOs.
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: Well, this is this is good news.
- 1:13:18Speaker 3: Remember that dog reading and research facility in Wisconsin that
- 1:13:22Speaker 3: was in the news recently. Oh yeah, and all the beaglesgulls.
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, police recalled because this protest got so crazy.
- 1:13:31Speaker 3: Polase recall. They launched like tear gas and pepper spray
- 1:13:33Speaker 3: on the crowd to keep them from breaking in and
- 1:13:35Speaker 3: you know, taking the beagles inside. Well, those beagles are free.
- 1:13:40Speaker 3: A rescue group got like all fifteen hundred of them. Yeah,
- 1:13:45Speaker 3: they're now working with people around the country to find
- 1:13:48Speaker 3: good homes for these dogs, and they said they already
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: have like a thousand adoption applications. The rescue group says
- 1:13:57Speaker 3: the dogs they just want to be with people. They're
- 1:13:58Speaker 3: willing to accept love, and the younger dogs they'll just quicker.
- 1:14:01Speaker 3: The older dogs go to take some time. But uh,
- 1:14:04Speaker 3: they added that every one of the beagles they rescued
- 1:14:06Speaker 3: are super sweet, and uh, they're loving the attention because
- 1:14:10Speaker 3: they they know they're good now, you know, Yeah, they're
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: they're in they're in good shape.
- 1:14:15Speaker 6: Beagles are so damn cute, but they are eternal toddlers
- 1:14:19Speaker 6: with ADHD.
- 1:14:21Speaker 11: Is that right?
- 1:14:21Speaker 6: They're so cute and I like them, but every beagle
- 1:14:25Speaker 6: I've met has been hyper, kind of stupid.
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:14:30Speaker 6: They're they're really sweet, though, but they are they're just
- 1:14:33Speaker 6: so damn hyper and so dumb.
- 1:14:36Speaker 3: Theyd a lot. I don't beagles.
- 1:14:39Speaker 6: I think they're short hair. I don't know those like
- 1:14:41Speaker 6: my dog is short hair, but she sheds like crazy.
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: Those short and the short hairs are the worst.
- 1:14:46Speaker 5: Beagles share shed year round in spring and fall.
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: Yeah, because it's more difficult, I think, to get off
- 1:14:52Speaker 3: of stuff. And then number almost they're they're super pokey,
- 1:14:57Speaker 3: like you get one in your skin the right way.
- 1:14:59Speaker 5: It's like it's like a porcupine coil.
- 1:15:02Speaker 7: I'll take a short hair dog over a.
- 1:15:03Speaker 6: Long haired dog all day though YouTube and getting the
- 1:15:06Speaker 6: hair off a car seat virtually impossible.
- 1:15:09Speaker 3: I got this great mit thing. Yeah, it works great
- 1:15:14Speaker 3: because you get a little rubber tips on them, but
- 1:15:16Speaker 3: it goes back and forth and it collects it into
- 1:15:18Speaker 3: like a like a long strand right down the middle.
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: It works.
- 1:15:25Speaker 3: I ordered one off off of Amazon just to see.
- 1:15:29Speaker 2: I'll send you the ones.
- 1:15:30Speaker 3: He's got rubber.
- 1:15:32Speaker 5: I'm gonna need magic man.
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: Well, I mean the dog's not allowed on the furniture,
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: which we also bought another one. Because she all of
- 1:15:39Speaker 3: a sudden, and she hadn't been doing this for many,
- 1:15:41Speaker 3: many years, she decided that now she's gonna test herself
- 1:15:44Speaker 3: and get up on the couch and like when we're
- 1:15:46Speaker 3: not around, she get up on the couch and she'll
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: lay on the couch.
- 1:15:48Speaker 5: She's get brave and we go what are you doing?
- 1:15:52Speaker 3: And she has this like guilty look. But then there's
- 1:15:54Speaker 3: like hair all over that part of the couch, and
- 1:15:57Speaker 3: as soon as I sit there, it's all over all
- 1:15:59Speaker 3: my clothes. That's the part I don't want that.
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: I want the dog.
- 1:16:02Speaker 3: I don't want that part. So she's never been allowed
- 1:16:05Speaker 3: on the couch. So my wife bought these mats that
- 1:16:09Speaker 3: when they jump up there. We used to have one
- 1:16:11Speaker 3: that would just make this really loud like sound. Oh
- 1:16:14Speaker 3: my god. So as soon as pressure hits it and
- 1:16:16Speaker 3: it would freak around, and that stopped her. And then
- 1:16:19Speaker 3: those things have been gone for years because she stopped
- 1:16:21Speaker 3: with the couch jumping up on the couch. And then
- 1:16:24Speaker 3: my wife just found these these other ones. You bought
- 1:16:26Speaker 3: new ones and it makes a sound, but it also
- 1:16:28Speaker 3: gives like a little like oh, but it's like a vibration.
- 1:16:32Speaker 3: I put my hand on. I laid my hand on it,
- 1:16:34Speaker 3: so when you're expecting it, you can leave your hand
- 1:16:37Speaker 3: on there. It's kind of like touching your tongue to
- 1:16:39Speaker 3: like a nine volt type.
- 1:16:40Speaker 5: Of thing batteries where you shakes it one's.
- 1:16:42Speaker 3: Hand, yeah, or like that lightning reaction game that we have.
- 1:16:45Speaker 3: It's a vibration, it's not there's there's no Yeah, it's
- 1:16:48Speaker 3: not a shock.
- 1:16:48Speaker 7: You kind of do what they do with cats and
- 1:16:50Speaker 7: then put a bunch of tinfoil on that.
- 1:16:53Speaker 3: Does that mean?
- 1:16:54Speaker 5: Because it really scares them?
- 1:16:56Speaker 3: Catch? Yeah, okay, but guess what again? Exactly right, they're
- 1:16:59Speaker 3: not jumping up on there again. That's that's the gross
- 1:17:02Speaker 3: part about people with cats is that those cats go
- 1:17:04Speaker 3: in the little box.
- 1:17:05Speaker 2: There you go, Sammy, Now you're going to be living
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: in a house with a cat. The kitchen counter there.
- 1:17:10Speaker 3: Yeah, they're on all the surfaces where you're eating.
- 1:17:12Speaker 5: Yeah, I hate that.
- 1:17:13Speaker 7: Hold on, is that official?
- 1:17:14Speaker 3: Are you moving in?
- 1:17:16Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 1:17:16Speaker 2: She said she was.
- 1:17:17Speaker 9: Yeah, yes, I'm going to.
- 1:17:18Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 1:17:19Speaker 6: It wasn't a matter of when. Yeah when.
- 1:17:21Speaker 3: Yeah, she said that the decision has been made to
- 1:17:23Speaker 3: move in.
- 1:17:25Speaker 10: We're working on a floor situation right now. He needs
- 1:17:27Speaker 10: to redo the floors. The ones we picked out have
- 1:17:29Speaker 10: been discontinued.
- 1:17:31Speaker 3: Now. Notice he's been slow rolling this.
- 1:17:33Speaker 10: No, we picked out the floors, and we we got
- 1:17:35Speaker 10: multiple estimates, but then the floors we picked out were discontinued,
- 1:17:38Speaker 10: so then we had to find other ones.
- 1:17:40Speaker 3: And once the floors are done, and well, i'd really
- 1:17:42Speaker 3: get a fresh coat of paintings, Like, I'm not.
- 1:17:48Speaker 6: Moving on so you read, I'm totally team Sammy on this.
- 1:17:52Speaker 6: It makes no sense. Let's move everything in just to
- 1:17:54Speaker 6: move it all back out and red the floor.
- 1:17:56Speaker 3: I understand, No, I know you. Yeah yeah, And he
- 1:17:58Speaker 3: was also just making a joke about he's kicking the
- 1:18:01Speaker 3: can to keep it from moving up. Well, you know,
- 1:18:05Speaker 3: as soon as I get that first.
- 1:18:07Speaker 7: And last months, last month's no, I'm getting the reverse
- 1:18:11Speaker 7: vibes like Samy's, like, well, I need it set the
- 1:18:14Speaker 7: way I want before I'm moving right.
- 1:18:16Speaker 3: Yeah, she's being logical. Yeah, but yeah, that Matt is great.
- 1:18:21Speaker 5: I'm looking at it. There's a tons of them on here.
- 1:18:23Speaker 3: I'll send you the link. I'll send you the link
- 1:18:25Speaker 3: to the fur.
- 1:18:26Speaker 5: That goes right down the middle.
- 1:18:27Speaker 3: Oh the mid you're no, the MyD sorry is the
- 1:18:30Speaker 3: dog gonna be allowed when you get your dog's gonna
- 1:18:32Speaker 3: be allowed on the couch.
- 1:18:32Speaker 5: So this little princess can be anywhere she wants. She
- 1:18:37Speaker 5: is perfect, She's an angel. If she poops on the couch,
- 1:18:40Speaker 5: the kid's gonna get in trouble. She can do no wrong,
- 1:18:43Speaker 5: she's perfections.
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: I love that attitude, Gina, but you don't even know
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: that yet.
- 1:18:48Speaker 5: But I'm going to train her and she's going to
- 1:18:50Speaker 5: do all the tricks.
- 1:18:51Speaker 3: So my buddy Dan love him. He is obsessed with
- 1:18:55Speaker 3: his dog that he's got. He loves his dog. And
- 1:18:58Speaker 3: it's a little toy gay dog like yours is. I'll
- 1:19:03Speaker 3: show I'll show you a picture of it, and you
- 1:19:04Speaker 3: can tell me what kind of dog this is, so
- 1:19:06Speaker 3: people understand. Anyway, wife and I go to visit and
- 1:19:10Speaker 3: we're hanging out in the house. This thing does not
- 1:19:13Speaker 3: leave you alone where it's constantly licking your hand, looking.
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: At your hand like like go white. It's like it's
- 1:19:19Speaker 2: cute and it's fun.
- 1:19:22Speaker 11: To do that.
- 1:19:22Speaker 3: It's allowed on the couch, it's allowed everywhere, so it's
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: like it's on you and licking you. And if it's not,
- 1:19:26Speaker 3: it's on the ground. Now it's looking your leg.
- 1:19:28Speaker 5: I watch a million dog trainer videos in your what
- 1:19:31Speaker 5: is this.
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: It's a little tiny it's like a cockapoo, like a
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: cocka goya first of all, a poo cockapoo, cocker spaniel.
- 1:19:39Speaker 9: Yeah, a little coup and that can.
- 1:19:42Speaker 5: Be a sign of like anxiety, and it's like you're
- 1:19:44Speaker 5: supposed to put them away when they do that, norige that.
- 1:19:47Speaker 2: Yeah, there's another pick.
- 1:19:48Speaker 3: He sends me pictures of his dog like I care
- 1:19:51Speaker 3: all the time. Oh sad, like I don't.
- 1:19:57Speaker 13: A guy, just another guy pictures of his dog.
- 1:19:59Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, my response to them in the in the blue.
- 1:20:02Speaker 5: There cute cats, Oh my god.
- 1:20:09Speaker 12: That's the thing.
- 1:20:09Speaker 3: It's like if it's behaved and can leave people alone.
- 1:20:11Speaker 3: But man, when the dog it's like constantly jumping up, bigger, bigger, small,
- 1:20:16Speaker 3: like a badly behaved dog where you have somebody over
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: and it's like jumping up, licking, just stop.
- 1:20:22Speaker 2: Especially when I do like that.
- 1:20:25Speaker 10: I think little dogs should be able to still jump
- 1:20:28Speaker 10: up and say hello to people. And I get bigger
- 1:20:30Speaker 10: dogs if they're overpowering.
- 1:20:31Speaker 9: But why are you taking their excitement down? Let them
- 1:20:34Speaker 9: be excited.
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: Yeah, but it's they don't ever leave you alone. It's
- 1:20:37Speaker 3: not like they it's like they're fixed of you and
- 1:20:39Speaker 3: then they go about their business. This dog, we were
- 1:20:41Speaker 3: there for like three hours. It was non constantly yeah, okay,
- 1:20:45Speaker 3: like just enough constantly.
- 1:20:46Speaker 5: Just the trainer I follow says you have to take
- 1:20:48Speaker 5: away their three apps, food, fun, and freedom. Those are
- 1:20:51Speaker 5: like the punishments, you know, like so if they do
- 1:20:53Speaker 5: something bad, you put them in their crate, or they
- 1:20:55Speaker 5: don't get treats. And that's how I'm going.
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: To be strict.
- 1:20:58Speaker 6: And the experts say when when you walk in, the
- 1:21:00Speaker 6: dog gets super excited, they're all amped up to see you.
- 1:21:03Speaker 2: But I want to say, give them their joy happy.
- 1:21:08Speaker 3: My sister before she had kids, she was using the
- 1:21:11Speaker 3: dog as a practice run for having kids. I'd like, oh, well,
- 1:21:15Speaker 3: I forget what the dog's name was. Oh you know,
- 1:21:18Speaker 3: let's say Ziggy. Oh no, she gotta be quiet. Ziggy's nap.
- 1:21:24Speaker 3: Just we just put Ziggi down for his nap. What
- 1:21:26Speaker 3: do you mean you put the dog?
- 1:21:27Speaker 2: You put the for a nap a bed.
- 1:21:30Speaker 3: Yeah, and now she just got this. Uh she got
- 1:21:33Speaker 3: another one, another Yorky oh tiny cue and and uh
- 1:21:38Speaker 3: they're doing kind of the same. Oh, the dog's name
- 1:21:41Speaker 3: was Oscar, treating Oscar's taking a nap.
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: Okay, your legal child.
- 1:21:45Speaker 5: Puppies do need naps.
- 1:21:46Speaker 3: Well, like, I don't want to hate this dog, but
- 1:21:48Speaker 3: you talking like this makes me hate this dog.
- 1:21:50Speaker 7: I looked it up.
- 1:21:50Speaker 5: And when we get this little one, they they supposed
- 1:21:53Speaker 5: to sleep like twenty hours a day.
- 1:21:55Speaker 2: Great, yeah that sounds good.
- 1:21:57Speaker 3: It won't but well it has to be like two
- 1:21:59Speaker 3: hours up or Greg, it is a cat.
- 1:22:03Speaker 6: That's a legal cat.
- 1:22:04Speaker 3: Yeah, legal cat.
- 1:22:05Speaker 6: But interesting about Dan having that dog, it's a total
- 1:22:08Speaker 6: dichotomy because he's also a gun fanatic, right, Oh he is.
- 1:22:11Speaker 3: Yeah we should.
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:22:13Speaker 3: When I was visiting him, Greg that same visit with
- 1:22:15Speaker 3: the dog wouldn't stop licking my hand because Greg, Greg
- 1:22:18Speaker 3: and I we both love guns. So I FaceTime Greg.
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: I'm like, hey, check it out a tour of this collection, dude,
- 1:22:25Speaker 2: he has ever stopped.
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: Dude. The guy's got I don't know, no fewer than
- 1:22:31Speaker 3: seventy magazines filled with oh yeah, and they're all loaded,
- 1:22:35Speaker 3: ready to go. They're in a closet. He's got a
- 1:22:38Speaker 3: ton of guns and big stuff, small stuff, yep, everything. Yeah.
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: But yet he's got this a girl dog.
- 1:22:45Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:22:45Speaker 3: But yet he's got this like, you know, many interesting dude,
- 1:22:49Speaker 3: you know, got him in the guns. So he has
- 1:22:52Speaker 3: this crazy neighbor across the street who wouldn't stop yelling
- 1:22:55Speaker 3: about Jews.
- 1:22:56Speaker 7: Are you serious?
- 1:22:57Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:22:57Speaker 3: And this guy is like, you know, clearly mentally unstable. Yeah,
- 1:23:02Speaker 3: and it's creeping out all the neighbors. And so his
- 1:23:04Speaker 3: wife goes, you know, because they didn't have anything. He's
- 1:23:07Speaker 3: super liberal, like not you wouldn't think, and uh, his
- 1:23:11Speaker 3: wife's like, maybe we should get a gun.
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: I love it because.
- 1:23:16Speaker 3: Well yeah, so he went from one.
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: And he's like it was one of those things and
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: he became sessed.
- 1:23:22Speaker 3: And now he's got a billion guns. I'm like, well,
- 1:23:25Speaker 3: let this dude come over and try to anti jew YOUU,
- 1:23:29Speaker 3: because this guy's this guy's going to leave in a pile.
- 1:23:32Speaker 3: This is a neighbor right across from them. They're like
- 1:23:35Speaker 3: a they're like a townhouse development kind of thing, So
- 1:23:39Speaker 3: directly across from them, try that. And this guy's always
- 1:23:41Speaker 3: screaming about.
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: Jews and death to Jews, that's wonderful, all kinds of stuff.
- 1:23:46Speaker 3: And he's like, yeah, maybe we should.
- 1:23:48Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:23:48Speaker 3: So that's I mean, his house is the wrong house.
- 1:23:50Speaker 3: He's ready to go. Oh ready to get past that
- 1:23:53Speaker 3: dog first. Exactly nothing but a Soca Sports Day with
- 1:24:02Speaker 3: the g Jeff Garci Jeff G Good Morning, what he show.
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: So the Lakers kind of teased us last night for
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: about three and a half quarters. They hung around, got
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: as close as four points, then it imploded. Lakers ended
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: up losing by eighteen. So Marcus Smart, how do you
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: think the Lakers played rash?
- 1:24:22Speaker 2: Excuse me, yeah, that pretty much sums set up. Man.
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: Big story was how bad Austin Reeves was. He was
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: three for sixteen shooting. Lakers did hold Sga in check.
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: If they could do that again and maybe get some
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: scoring from Reeves, they could steal a game. Lakers in
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: ok SE Game two tomorrow. Other NBA playoffs, Pistons won
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: last night. Tonight the most annoying fan bases in the world.

- 1:24:51Speaker 1: offense for the Dodgers last night. It's kind of like
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: that Kershaw syndrome. Early game today, won ten glass. Now
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: on the mound down in Orange County, the Angel beat
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: the White Socket.

- 1:25:57Speaker 3: Kings fans, who are you rooting for in that matchup
- 1:26:01Speaker 3: between the Ducks and the Golden Knights? You hate both
- 1:26:04Speaker 3: as a Kings fan, you hate both teams with a passion.
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: Who's the less?
- 1:26:09Speaker 3: Are you going with the Ducks only because it's so colin?
- 1:26:14Speaker 2: Do you go with the Golden Knights only because you
- 1:26:16Speaker 2: hate the Ducks so much?
- 1:26:18Speaker 8: Like?
- 1:26:19Speaker 3: Which I'm just curious if you're like a hardcore Kings fan.
- 1:26:22Speaker 3: I was gonna ask our friends Chad and Eileen because
- 1:26:25Speaker 3: they are the most hardcore Kings fans that I know,
- 1:26:28Speaker 3: and they hate both the team so much, Like I
- 1:26:31Speaker 3: don't think they'll even go to a concert at the
- 1:26:33Speaker 3: Honda cent Oh my god, because an artist they like,
- 1:26:37Speaker 3: but they won't even go there because it's where the
- 1:26:39Speaker 3: Ducks play. Let's say the same thing goes for Ducks
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: fans hating the Kings. You know, in this situation, you're
- 1:26:46Speaker 3: a Kings fan who you're rooting for? Are you going
- 1:26:49Speaker 3: for the Ducks or are you going to go for
- 1:26:52Speaker 3: the Vegas Golden Knight. Yeah, it's Tyler for you.
- 1:26:55Speaker 7: He's a fake Kings fan.
- 1:26:57Speaker 2: Kings fan.
- 1:26:58Speaker 4: So this was the same problem for the last series
- 1:27:01Speaker 4: because it was the Ducks in Edmonton and King's fans
- 1:27:03Speaker 4: hate both, so it's back to back. Personally, I hate
- 1:27:06Speaker 4: the Knights more than I hate the Ducks, so.
- 1:27:09Speaker 3: I guess go Ducks.
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: But if there's a way for Class Stadium to kind
- 1:27:12Speaker 4: of explode, that'd be fine.
- 1:27:14Speaker 3: Wow, Okay, all right, hold on, I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 1:27:18Speaker 3: ask our friend Eileen here.
- 1:27:20Speaker 2: Well, let it let her know that.
- 1:27:22Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, Hey, so you're on the air. Yeah,
- 1:27:27Speaker 3: quick quick question as a hard core as a hardcore
- 1:27:30Speaker 3: Kings fan, in the matchup between the Ducks and the
- 1:27:35Speaker 3: Vegas Golden Knights, who do you root for? I am
- 1:27:38Speaker 3: rooting for the Ducks.
- 1:27:39Speaker 11: I'm so sorry.
- 1:27:39Speaker 22: I just think they're so cute and young and fast.
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: I really you want them to beat the Knights.
- 1:27:45Speaker 3: That's the nicest thing you've ever said about the Ducks.
- 1:27:47Speaker 8: That I heard.
- 1:27:48Speaker 22: Dude, I am so I've done a one eighty, like
- 1:27:52Speaker 22: you cannot believe.
- 1:27:53Speaker 13: Okay, I swear.
- 1:27:56Speaker 18: I don't even get it.
- 1:27:57Speaker 22: I totally don't even get it. What I really yes,
- 1:28:00Speaker 22: I'm so sorry. Please don't be disappointed at me.
- 1:28:02Speaker 3: I'm not disappointing. I'm just surprised, like I'd never I
- 1:28:05Speaker 3: thought there was a chance that you could go for
- 1:28:07Speaker 3: the Nights because you hated the Ducks so much. You
- 1:28:10Speaker 3: know what I learned the season.
- 1:28:12Speaker 22: I think I hated the Ducks because of certain players
- 1:28:14Speaker 22: that I hated.
- 1:28:15Speaker 2: And they're all gone, all right, fair enough, I seriously do.
- 1:28:21Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 1:28:21Speaker 22: So I'm like, I'll go Ducks these days. And I
- 1:28:24Speaker 22: have a good friend and I want my good friend
- 1:28:26Speaker 22: to be happy. And he's a huge Ducks fan.
- 1:28:27Speaker 2: And my dad was a Ducks fan.
- 1:28:29Speaker 3: So very later decision I made. I mean, you are
- 1:28:33Speaker 3: og Orange County, You're you're born and raised in Orange County.
- 1:28:36Speaker 22: So that is true, that is true, but that was
- 1:28:38Speaker 22: part of the reason also for my angst.
- 1:28:40Speaker 3: Alright, all right, love you, all right, God, there I go.
- 1:28:47Speaker 3: That's surprised. That's the nice thing she's got, right, I said.
- 1:28:54Speaker 3: Earlier in the hour, we were talking about Chipotle and
- 1:28:59Speaker 3: the CEO, and he said that they will never deny
- 1:29:03Speaker 3: you a larger portion.
- 1:29:04Speaker 21: It has always been our brandy those and it is
- 1:29:07Speaker 21: still to this day. We serve big, beautiful bowls and burritos.
- 1:29:11Speaker 13: No questions asked.
- 1:29:12Speaker 2: You're not skipping people, Well you're not.
- 1:29:14Speaker 13: If you want more, you should ask for a little more.
- 1:29:16Speaker 13: Promise you. There's never a team member on that line
- 1:29:19Speaker 13: is gonna say no.
- 1:29:19Speaker 3: All right, So we're gonna we're gonna put that to
- 1:29:21Speaker 3: the test. We'll see what We'll see what Morgan finds
- 1:29:24Speaker 3: when she goes, and she'll report back to us tomorrow.
- 1:29:27Speaker 3: You have your meta glasses, don't you. I do. However,
- 1:29:29Speaker 3: they blink.
- 1:29:30Speaker 2: We're gonna know that I'm recording them. But the little
- 1:29:32Speaker 2: piece of like electrical tape over or something.
- 1:29:34Speaker 3: I can't say it.
- 1:29:36Speaker 7: I mean, is that pretty obvious?
- 1:29:37Speaker 13: Still menace?
- 1:29:38Speaker 3: Well, it covers the lens, I mean lens.
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: I thought that.
- 1:29:41Speaker 3: I thought the light was separate the lens.
- 1:29:43Speaker 7: I thought it was two lenses.
- 1:29:45Speaker 3: I don't know anyway, who said an idea? I thought
- 1:29:46Speaker 3: that was a good idea. Audio anyway, Who cares? But
- 1:29:49Speaker 3: the uh, the thing is, is this like investigating reporting?
- 1:29:56Speaker 3: He said, So let's let's see it's an investigative report.
- 1:29:59Speaker 6: But knowing they're being filmed, won't they then just pile
- 1:30:02Speaker 6: it on?
- 1:30:03Speaker 14: Right?
- 1:30:03Speaker 2: Will they know the old school route.
- 1:30:06Speaker 3: With the phone?
- 1:30:07Speaker 2: The phone is the microphone?
- 1:30:08Speaker 3: Okay?
- 1:30:08Speaker 11: Cool?
- 1:30:08Speaker 3: Because we're just we're not looking to get anybody in trouble.
- 1:30:11Speaker 3: I just want to see is this guy being legit?
- 1:30:13Speaker 3: And if they say anything about it, you say, hey,
- 1:30:15Speaker 3: you're CEO looking up on socials everywhere. Yeah, yeah, you
- 1:30:21Speaker 3: know this dude. Yeah, So we'll report back on that tomorrow.
- 1:30:24Speaker 3: Somebody said, as a follow up to Cinco de Mayo
- 1:30:28Speaker 3: that their wife wanted to go to Chipotle for dinner.
- 1:30:33Speaker 3: It's like, because it was Sinco de Mayo Chipotle, that's
- 1:30:36Speaker 3: where you're going for Cinco.
- 1:30:37Speaker 5: De Mayo authentic, I guess, yeah, for sure.
- 1:30:41Speaker 3: Yeah, because we're we were making that joke about you know,
- 1:30:44Speaker 3: white people taco night. You know that song that you
- 1:30:46Speaker 3: hear people taco. We're getting taco shells from the grocery
- 1:30:54Speaker 3: and crown be from the grocery, right, So we were
- 1:30:58Speaker 3: we were laughing about that, and uh, one of our
- 1:31:00Speaker 3: friends said to me, you know, I heard that white
- 1:31:03Speaker 3: people tako and I think I'd never heard that before.
- 1:31:05Speaker 3: I go, yeah, it's all over social media, but it's
- 1:31:07Speaker 3: hella true, right, this is the white chicks. This white
- 1:31:10Speaker 3: chick she goes. You know what's funny about that, she goes,
- 1:31:13Speaker 3: I sent my husband out to the store to get
- 1:31:15Speaker 3: the rice aroni Mexican style. I'm like, dude, that is
- 1:31:19Speaker 3: the whitest issue. That's worse than the ortega taco shells
- 1:31:26Speaker 3: and the Artaga sauce.
- 1:31:27Speaker 2: There's Mexican restaurants everywhere, and.
- 1:31:30Speaker 16: Did y'all always do like my mom would always do,
- 1:31:32Speaker 16: the hard taco shells?
- 1:31:33Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, crapy. Look I like both. I like
- 1:31:40Speaker 3: the street the street style tacos. Those are cool. But
- 1:31:44Speaker 3: I do like a good crispy taco, like.
- 1:31:47Speaker 5: A floppy corn.
- 1:31:48Speaker 3: Let's let's switch it up, let's get let's get crazy.
- 1:31:51Speaker 3: But I was, I was laughing just because, like, oh,
- 1:31:54Speaker 3: rice arony Mexican style, that's what it's called. They have
- 1:31:57Speaker 3: their own Mexican rice, but it's rice a roni Mexican stuff.
- 1:32:00Speaker 3: They also have a Spanish rice one. Yeah, rice Mexican style. See,
- 1:32:06Speaker 3: there's even there's even a couple of taco sitting right
- 1:32:09Speaker 3: on top of the plate, right there on the box.
- 1:32:10Speaker 3: The Mexican it's legit.
- 1:32:13Speaker 5: I think you have to add like a jar of
- 1:32:14Speaker 5: salsa to it. That's what makes it Mexican style.
- 1:32:17Speaker 3: Got it.
- 1:32:19Speaker 6: Like chicken flavor?
- 1:32:20Speaker 7: Yeah, sleep, I'm gonna get that tonight.
- 1:32:23Speaker 3: There's nothing wrong with the rice a roni. It's just
- 1:32:25Speaker 3: funny everything, you know for white people. Taco night.
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: Yeah, we're going out for Italian Garden. More Woody shows
- 1:32:35Speaker 2: coming up.

- 1:32:51Speaker 3: email at the woodieshow dot com finals follow us on
- 1:32:54Speaker 3: social media look for it's there at the Woody Show
- 1:32:58Speaker 3: after the show. It's the after hours voicemail that you
- 1:33:01Speaker 3: can leave whatever you got for us same number you
- 1:33:03Speaker 3: called during the show eight seven seven four. What he
- 1:33:06Speaker 3: just like, if you have a random thought or you're
- 1:33:07Speaker 3: listening to the podcast, you still want to chance to call. Yeah,
- 1:33:11Speaker 3: I didn't get a chance to call. I want to
- 1:33:12Speaker 3: share your two cents about whatever the topic might be.
- 1:33:16Speaker 3: This is a follow up. This person called in with here,
- 1:33:18Speaker 3: Hello Woody Show.
- 1:33:20Speaker 15: I was still getting over the fact that Gina almost
- 1:33:23Speaker 15: died from dehydration, and then y'all went and talked about
- 1:33:26Speaker 15: various things like not knowing where your pee hole was,
- 1:33:29Speaker 15: things of that nature. But what he also mentioned that
- 1:33:31Speaker 15: he thought that dermatologists was for women. That was maybe
- 1:33:35Speaker 15: one of the craziest things y'all had said on the show.
- 1:33:37Speaker 15: So I just wanted to encourage you all to please
- 1:33:40Speaker 15: go see the derm. It's for human beings. I take
- 1:33:43Speaker 15: pretty damn good care of myself and I went to
- 1:33:45Speaker 15: the Derham and found out that I had a pre
- 1:33:48Speaker 15: cancerous patch on my nose which had to get frozen off.
- 1:33:52Speaker 15: So please, what do you show? Do not think that
- 1:33:56Speaker 15: the dermatologist is just for women. I need everybody to
- 1:33:59Speaker 15: drink water over there, go see the dermatologists, put on sunscreen,
- 1:34:04Speaker 15: know your body anatomy and uh, and have a great
- 1:34:07Speaker 15: rest of your life.
- 1:34:11Speaker 11: All right.
- 1:34:11Speaker 3: Well, so again it was always just an association thing
- 1:34:15Speaker 3: because whenever my wife would say, oh, I have a dermatologist,
- 1:34:17Speaker 3: the point I go, what are you doing? She goes,
- 1:34:18Speaker 3: I'm getting a facial or she would go for like
- 1:34:21Speaker 3: a little uh, what's the it's called botox, thank.
- 1:34:25Speaker 5: You, But the grmatologising with skin right, I know, figtology.
- 1:34:31Speaker 3: It was an association I'm getting, I'm fully getting And
- 1:34:33Speaker 3: by the way I went, I told you.
- 1:34:36Speaker 5: And you got the full body thing.
- 1:34:37Speaker 3: They did the full body examination and like, wow, I
- 1:34:42Speaker 3: guess I don't have really any moles.
- 1:34:45Speaker 2: That's good.
- 1:34:45Speaker 3: I don't. I don't have so they're like, wow, this
- 1:34:47Speaker 3: is easy.
- 1:34:47Speaker 2: You don't have.
- 1:34:50Speaker 3: And I'm not a huge sunscreen guy like I do,
- 1:34:53Speaker 3: not for everyday outings when I'm in Mexico and I'm
- 1:34:56Speaker 3: on the beach. All yeah, so it's knock on what
- 1:35:01Speaker 3: it's it's it's a it's pretty shocking.
- 1:35:03Speaker 5: When they did your body mapping or whatever. I don't
- 1:35:05Speaker 5: think I asked you. Did they look like in your
- 1:35:07Speaker 5: butt cheeks? Yeah, because I had like a freckle in mind,
- 1:35:10Speaker 5: and I don't know if I'm supposed to get that
- 1:35:11Speaker 5: looked at. Is a freckle?
- 1:35:12Speaker 6: Oh yeah, no, they look in your butt everywhere.
- 1:35:15Speaker 3: I was talking about how they made them spread a
- 1:35:17Speaker 3: different than though, Right, it's not like freckles turn into cancer.
- 1:35:25Speaker 13: Stuff.
- 1:35:25Speaker 2: We don't know.
- 1:35:25Speaker 6: You have to be raised. If a freckle could be cancer, yeah,
- 1:35:29Speaker 6: absolutely it can.
- 1:35:30Speaker 13: Sure.
- 1:35:31Speaker 6: I mean, what do you consider a mole like something
- 1:35:33Speaker 6: that's I thought are more raised? Yeah, right, but a freckle,
- 1:35:36Speaker 6: that absolutely can. I have a big one on my
- 1:35:38Speaker 6: chest that's not raised whatsoever, and that's one that I'm
- 1:35:40Speaker 6: getting removed really yeah, okay, And the left side of
- 1:35:44Speaker 6: my face is all pre canceros too, So I'm on
- 1:35:46Speaker 6: this chemotherapy ointment.
- 1:35:48Speaker 3: That chemotherapy ointment.
- 1:35:49Speaker 5: Yeah, isn't that crazy? We live in the future.
- 1:35:52Speaker 6: That's weird.
- 1:35:52Speaker 3: Chemotherapy ointment.
- 1:35:54Speaker 6: It's an ointment.
- 1:35:55Speaker 5: Yeah, oh god, it's because the left side because of
- 1:35:57Speaker 5: your driver's side, right, probably because all that sun comes
- 1:36:00Speaker 5: through the window it hits your right on the.
- 1:36:01Speaker 3: Cheap like would be everybody.
- 1:36:04Speaker 10: Yeah, So Greg, how Are you having the one on
- 1:36:06Speaker 10: your chest removed if it's not raised?
- 1:36:09Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 1:36:09Speaker 3: How they how they remove?
- 1:36:11Speaker 6: Yeah? They kind of do like a football shaped uh
- 1:36:14Speaker 6: cut around it.
- 1:36:15Speaker 3: So you're gonna have like a little dimple there.
- 1:36:16Speaker 6: Probably, And then I'm getting something on my nose taken on.
- 1:36:18Speaker 3: Right now, your chest can look stupid everywhere, I know. Yeah,
- 1:36:21Speaker 3: and they leave that shirt on at the pool, Greg,
- 1:36:23Speaker 3: welcome to our world, right menicine, I know it's gonna
- 1:36:25Speaker 3: be weird.
- 1:36:26Speaker 2: Don't shirt on. Don't subject to anybody to that. It's
- 1:36:29Speaker 2: called florora sill anyway, Yes, I know.
- 1:36:34Speaker 3: I just associated it with chick stuff because that's every
- 1:36:38Speaker 3: time my wife would go before the facial and for
- 1:36:40Speaker 3: the boattop that's there, which I guess we go for
- 1:36:42Speaker 3: those things. But yes, also when you have these other things.
- 1:36:46Speaker 2: I didn't know dermatologists did facials.
- 1:36:49Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:36:49Speaker 7: I thought it was just like lotion and stuff, you know, dude.
- 1:36:54Speaker 2: So, uh, there was a guy in the news.
- 1:36:58Speaker 3: He had this dangerous irregular heartbeat and he got it
- 1:37:01Speaker 3: fixed during a routine rectal exam. Excuse. So the story
- 1:37:06Speaker 3: is pretty funny.
- 1:37:07Speaker 11: Man.
- 1:37:07Speaker 3: The guy goes to the hospital. We always make jokes
- 1:37:09Speaker 3: Greg about how they want to see your penis and
- 1:37:11Speaker 3: no matter what. And you had joked, you had joked
- 1:37:15Speaker 3: about the dermatologist, you know, spreading, but they did. They
- 1:37:18Speaker 3: looked everywhere, they looked, They spread his butt, cheeks, they
- 1:37:22Speaker 3: went under.
- 1:37:22Speaker 6: His bagh, the whole thing.
- 1:37:25Speaker 3: Anyways, this guy, he went to the hospital. He had
- 1:37:27Speaker 3: a heart read one hundred and forty beats per minute,
- 1:37:31Speaker 3: and he was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, right, so you've
- 1:37:34Speaker 3: heard of that before, yes, So before doing any of
- 1:37:36Speaker 3: the other treatments, the doctors performed an exam to check
- 1:37:40Speaker 3: for internal bleeding and his heart rates suddenly dropped back
- 1:37:44Speaker 3: to normal and the arrhythmia disappeared. And so the doctors
- 1:37:49Speaker 3: think it worked by stimulating the vagus nerve vegas vegas.
- 1:37:53Speaker 3: Is it called vegas vegas vegas vegas vegas. It's spelled
- 1:37:57Speaker 3: v A g u s vegas the vegas nerve and
- 1:38:00Speaker 3: like that's in your butt, yeah, or access through your butt, right.
- 1:38:04Speaker 7: Because if you that'll make you pass out and then.
- 1:38:06Speaker 3: Helps control heart rate and it can slow it down
- 1:38:09Speaker 3: when it's activated. So they think they did what to
- 1:38:11Speaker 3: the vegas nerve, like like they stimulated it when they're
- 1:38:14Speaker 3: doing this. This rectal exam so.
- 1:38:16Speaker 5: Crazy because there's so much online right now, like if
- 1:38:19Speaker 5: you get nervous or if you would ever do this,
- 1:38:20Speaker 5: it'll stimulate your vegus nerve. Like that's like a buzzword
- 1:38:23Speaker 5: thing right now. So I didn't know you could go
- 1:38:25Speaker 5: in rectally. Yeah, let's all give it a try.
- 1:38:27Speaker 3: It's a new standard treatment. You know, you didn't know
- 1:38:29Speaker 3: that for different things. But like they say, and this
- 1:38:33Speaker 3: is just rare because it just shows how nerve stimulation
- 1:38:36Speaker 3: can sometimes impact heart rhythm and unexpected way. So this
- 1:38:39Speaker 3: is not like the new way they're going to treat, Like.
- 1:38:43Speaker 5: My mom's been in for a while now, okay, I Hey, so.
- 1:38:47Speaker 3: When you're constipated or when your heart rate's a little high,
- 1:38:50Speaker 3: just put.
- 1:38:52Speaker 7: Through the buttle Yeah, right, the dump, my buddy, that's
- 1:38:55Speaker 7: e MT. I found out. I found that out from
- 1:38:58Speaker 7: him because he said, yeah, like people will pass out
- 1:39:00Speaker 7: on the toilet because of that.
- 1:39:02Speaker 2: People can die.
- 1:39:03Speaker 3: Wasn't that like a joke, like if someone's acting crazy,
- 1:39:06Speaker 3: like hey, chill you out, like you know, like uh
- 1:39:09Speaker 3: like yeah, like like like something like someone someone trying
- 1:39:12Speaker 3: to think, how.
- 1:39:13Speaker 6: Can say it? Yes? If they're acting up?
- 1:39:16Speaker 3: Yeah, like some somebody needs done up the butt that
- 1:39:22Speaker 3: you need to chill out.
- 1:39:23Speaker 10: I remember hearing about dogs when they get in a fight,
- 1:39:25Speaker 10: you have to stick the finger of the butt to
- 1:39:27Speaker 10: get the stope.
- 1:39:28Speaker 3: That Maybe that's where that came from. Then like, hey,
- 1:39:30Speaker 3: because you're like you show somebody's going right in your Assam,
- 1:39:34Speaker 3: he's done calm down, even when he wants to do it.
- 1:39:39Speaker 3: You need to chill We got to get break because
- 1:39:42Speaker 3: we have a couple of people joining us. Next, what
- 1:39:45Speaker 3: do you show crossfire with Hammer and Hank and our

- 1:39:58Speaker 3: Crossfire next? After the break? Hang on, Hi, welcome back everybody.
- 1:40:11Speaker 3: So we have a couple of guys to talk to

- 1:40:22Speaker 3: start by saying hello to half baked, Hey, half baked,
- 1:40:27Speaker 3: good morning, older yet half baked.
- 1:40:32Speaker 14: How are you my friend who would have been watching
- 1:40:35Speaker 14: the Holgan document.
- 1:40:38Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's the other thing I forgot.

- 1:42:47Speaker 11: And what and what?
- 1:42:48Speaker 2: Why?
- 1:42:49Speaker 3: It's his look, his music, his look, his look scary
- 1:42:54Speaker 3: all right? Now? Do you think that he is guilty
- 1:42:57Speaker 3: of the crimes that he has been accused of.
- 1:43:00Speaker 11: I believe he is.
- 1:43:02Speaker 23: But let's just pretend he's not. Let's just pretend they

- 1:43:14Speaker 7: Why Why isn't that right?
- 1:43:16Speaker 19: If you are old as hell, you can't hang out
- 1:43:21Speaker 19: with underage alone unless it's your old but hapaic.
- 1:43:27Speaker 5: He was like, oh, but I'm like a kid, so

- 1:43:31Speaker 3: Well you're not right, all right, so not a fan?
- 1:43:35Speaker 3: Do you do you like any of his music? Like,
- 1:43:37Speaker 3: let's put all that stuff aside. Looking Yah, I'll admit this.
- 1:43:41Speaker 23: He's a lyrical miracle, all right. In eighty eight when
- 1:43:48Speaker 23: I was a seven year old piece of meat, I
- 1:43:52Speaker 23: thought he looked weird.
- 1:43:54Speaker 3: Then O, yeah, but would.
- 1:43:56Speaker 5: You go to his house when h roller coasters and stuff?
- 1:44:02Speaker 3: I wanted to go there?
- 1:44:03Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:44:03Speaker 3: Yeah, super cool.
- 1:44:05Speaker 23: Yeah.
- 1:44:06Speaker 17: Actually actually I have a friend who is gift that
- 1:44:11Speaker 17: went there and he said it was like as good
- 1:44:14Speaker 17: or bitter than Wow.
- 1:44:18Speaker 3: Let's go to Hammer and Hank hammeron Hank. Did you
- 1:44:20Speaker 3: see the Michael Jackson movie? You love pop music?
- 1:44:23Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:44:24Speaker 8: Yes, I mean no, I don't like his music.
- 1:44:29Speaker 5: Like his music here, big stance?
- 1:44:31Speaker 8: Why still like Janet Jackson?
- 1:44:34Speaker 3: Jackson chants great, rhythm chants great. But I mean Michael
- 1:44:38Speaker 3: Jackson kind of hard to argue, Like from a music standpoint.
- 1:44:41Speaker 8: I'm Janet Jackson Jackson.
- 1:44:44Speaker 7: Do you think he's guilty?
- 1:44:45Speaker 3: Do you think that he's guilty? One?
- 1:44:49Speaker 8: Guilty?
- 1:44:50Speaker 6: All right?
- 1:44:50Speaker 2: Guilty?
- 1:44:51Speaker 3: You heard it here. You heard it here from Hammer
- 1:44:53Speaker 3: and Hank. All right, guys, the other big story in
- 1:44:55Speaker 3: the news, and then we'll go back to you half
- 1:44:56Speaker 3: baked on this one. Spirit Airlines closes down. What you
- 1:45:00Speaker 3: what are your thoughts? Have you ever flown Spirit Airlines?
- 1:45:03Speaker 11: No?
- 1:45:04Speaker 23: I always go to San Diego, to La Always America West.
- 1:45:13Speaker 23: I've never flown Spirit.
- 1:45:15Speaker 3: You've never flown Spirit?
- 1:45:17Speaker 11: Like?
- 1:45:17Speaker 3: Do you do you think that Spirit should have got
- 1:45:20Speaker 3: a They should have gotten a bailout from the government
- 1:45:22Speaker 3: to keep them around so they could be a low,
- 1:45:25Speaker 3: low budget carrier, you know, low cost carrier to kind
- 1:45:28Speaker 3: of keep the other airlines honest and you know, affordable.
- 1:45:32Speaker 3: They needed to go, they needed to go, all right,
- 1:45:36Speaker 3: all right? What about you, Hammer and Hank? Have you
- 1:45:38Speaker 3: ever flown on Spirit Airlines?
- 1:45:41Speaker 14: Never?
- 1:45:41Speaker 11: Never? Once?
- 1:45:42Speaker 13: All right?
- 1:45:43Speaker 3: Have you ever flown You've been on an airplane before?
- 1:45:45Speaker 11: Right?
- 1:45:46Speaker 8: Yes, I was on airport in nineteen ninety nine when
- 1:45:50Speaker 8: I went to Hawaii.
- 1:45:52Speaker 6: Did you like to fly?
- 1:45:53Speaker 16: So?
- 1:45:54Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 1:45:55Speaker 8: I was to take a long reationship. I'd rather go
- 1:45:58Speaker 8: graym driving to us.
- 1:46:03Speaker 2: Hey was that Hawaii trip the one day you went
- 1:46:06Speaker 2: to go for the movie?
- 1:46:08Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:46:08Speaker 8: It was a hip hopis Road that my old station
- 1:46:11Speaker 8: was promoting.
- 1:46:12Speaker 7: Oh okay, yeah, okay, because he was part of a
- 1:46:15Speaker 7: show where they got flown out to go see a movie,
- 1:46:18Speaker 7: but then they party too hard and they skipped the movie,
- 1:46:22Speaker 7: and then the movie coming got really mad at them.
- 1:46:25Speaker 6: Yeah, it was the whole point to go. Yeah.
- 1:46:27Speaker 3: All right, hey, happig, I heard you. You made a
- 1:46:29Speaker 3: new purchase. You got a you purchased a new sports jersey.
- 1:46:33Speaker 19: Yeah, even though he's on a bad list, I got
- 1:46:39Speaker 19: the white Lawrence Taylor.
- 1:46:42Speaker 3: Okay, all right, so white there was Those were the
- 1:46:45Speaker 3: home jerseys, right, No, that's the way jerseys. Yeah, okay,
- 1:46:51Speaker 3: LT number fifty seconds.
- 1:46:52Speaker 24: He became bad Later on eighty six, LT was yet
- 1:47:01Speaker 24: the only defender ever to win League MVP. He won
- 1:47:07Speaker 24: an award exclusive to offense as a defender.
- 1:47:12Speaker 2: Okay, nice.
- 1:47:13Speaker 3: Let me get your take on this after hours voicemail
- 1:47:15Speaker 3: that we got so people. After the show's over, guys,
- 1:47:18Speaker 3: they can leave us a message at the same number
- 1:47:20Speaker 3: they called during the show, which is eight seven four,
- 1:47:23Speaker 3: Woody and half baked. Let's see what you think about
- 1:47:26Speaker 3: this one.
- 1:47:27Speaker 20: Here's cracking everybody, first time color a long time listener.
- 1:47:30Speaker 20: Here about the sports cards memorabilia, man, the nineties was
- 1:47:34Speaker 20: saturated so much that all of that stuff doesn't matter
- 1:47:37Speaker 20: if it was Kobe Shack whoever.
- 1:47:39Speaker 18: None of that stuff is worth anything anymore. My dad
- 1:47:42Speaker 18: died a two years ago, and I tried to sell
- 1:47:44Speaker 18: this collection last year. Do'by wanted any of it, like, absolutely,
- 1:47:48Speaker 18: none of it from the nineties. Anything that he had
- 1:47:51Speaker 18: from the eighties, you know, a couple of roockey cards,
- 1:47:53Speaker 18: Bo Jackson, stuff like that. I kept the Bo Jackson
- 1:47:55Speaker 18: because my favorite player. But nothing. I got nothing for
- 1:47:59Speaker 18: all of it stuff, and he had thousands of cards
- 1:48:02Speaker 18: and I literally had to give them away.
- 1:48:04Speaker 3: Okay, So he's saying that the nineties sports memorabil scene
- 1:48:08Speaker 3: is kind of oversaturated.
- 1:48:10Speaker 14: That's basically true. But if you get your cards graded
- 1:48:17Speaker 14: by Beck, if there were something, okay, okay, all right.
- 1:48:21Speaker 3: All right, okay, all right, fellas, back to the News
- 1:48:27Speaker 3: and Hammer and Hank.
- 1:48:28Speaker 2: We will start with you.
- 1:48:31Speaker 3: So, teacher Appreciation Week is happening. Do you have any
- 1:48:35Speaker 3: fond memories of your teachers? Who was your favorite teacher ever?
- 1:48:38Speaker 3: And what made them so great?
- 1:48:40Speaker 8: My favorite teacher when I was in college is a
- 1:48:44Speaker 8: damage you see, where'd you go to college and Glenn
- 1:48:47Speaker 8: and Tom lawm Tom?
- 1:48:52Speaker 3: Wait where where did you go to college?
- 1:48:55Speaker 13: Okay?
- 1:48:57Speaker 3: Okay, as like Tom and Lonely College?
- 1:49:00Speaker 7: Okay, what did you colleges?
- 1:49:02Speaker 3: Okay? So are you working on your mastory how to
- 1:49:07Speaker 3: do good radio?
- 1:49:11Speaker 23: Job? Yeah?
- 1:49:12Speaker 3: So what's the what's the one thing? Like the one
- 1:49:15Speaker 3: takeaway when it comes to doing good radio? What's the one?
- 1:49:18Speaker 3: What's the biggest thing you think you learned from one
- 1:49:20Speaker 3: of those teachers?
- 1:49:22Speaker 8: How to run a board by break let's shoppydright, to
- 1:49:30Speaker 8: do good emotions?
- 1:49:33Speaker 3: All right, very key, half bay. Do you remember any
- 1:49:36Speaker 3: of your teachers? Would you say that you had a
- 1:49:38Speaker 3: favorite teacher?
- 1:49:40Speaker 11: Yes, my sixth grade teacher.
- 1:49:42Speaker 23: And I told I've told everyone that I hate freem
- 1:49:47Speaker 23: up Christian, which I do. But the sixth grade was good,
- 1:49:52Speaker 23: but then it got bad later on?
- 1:49:55Speaker 11: Why just bady?
- 1:49:59Speaker 3: Okay? But what made this teacher so good? What was
- 1:50:01Speaker 3: the teacher's name? Sixth grade?
- 1:50:04Speaker 14: She was great?
- 1:50:06Speaker 3: Miss Okay?
- 1:50:08Speaker 6: Wow, she's still alive? Yeah?
- 1:50:09Speaker 3: Do you uh do you ever look her up like
- 1:50:11Speaker 3: on Facebook or anything?
- 1:50:12Speaker 18: No?
- 1:50:13Speaker 11: But I wish her will oh babe?
- 1:50:18Speaker 3: All right, guys, what about Ashley Graham SeaBASS? Remind everybody
- 1:50:21Speaker 3: who actually Graham is and what she said, and then
- 1:50:23Speaker 3: we'll see if you guys agree with uh with what
- 1:50:26Speaker 3: she says.
- 1:50:26Speaker 2: Ashley Graham a plus size model for many years now,
- 1:50:29Speaker 2: but she is now saying that the ozepic age is
- 1:50:32Speaker 2: bad and saying that the use of these GLP one
- 1:50:35Speaker 2: drugs feels like a smack in the face to women
- 1:50:39Speaker 2: who felt like they've had a voice.
- 1:50:41Speaker 3: Okay, so the weight loss drugs are smack in the
- 1:50:43Speaker 3: face because like the whole body positivity movement, like people
- 1:50:47Speaker 3: just embracing you know, being fat and stuff.
- 1:50:50Speaker 2: That's over.
- 1:50:50Speaker 3: Yeah, because now people can even more easily do something
- 1:50:54Speaker 3: about it. So the people who choose even to that
- 1:50:56Speaker 3: point something about it, it kind of lessens weekends their argument.
- 1:51:00Speaker 3: What are your thoughts on that, Hammer and Hank, How
- 1:51:01Speaker 3: do you feel about the weight loss drugs?
- 1:51:03Speaker 8: I think you sa why because I never tried it,
- 1:51:10Speaker 8: none interest in trying it and never going to try it.
- 1:51:14Speaker 3: So what do you What do you do for for
- 1:51:17Speaker 3: working out or for weight management?
- 1:51:18Speaker 11: What do you do?
- 1:51:19Speaker 3: What's your approach?
- 1:51:21Speaker 13: I walk a lot.
- 1:51:24Speaker 3: Yeah, we have had you on the phone and you've
- 1:51:25Speaker 3: been walking by construction sides since st Yeah.
- 1:51:30Speaker 7: Yeah, but why are you so against it?
- 1:51:32Speaker 8: You take it sick.
- 1:51:36Speaker 3: Long term? I'm not sure what the long term side
- 1:51:37Speaker 3: effects are.
- 1:51:38Speaker 2: Yeah, but Hank, don't you take a bunch of medication.
- 1:51:42Speaker 8: I take a promosol, p sem sine, and plowmac.
- 1:51:48Speaker 7: All right, so you don't think those have any side effects?
- 1:51:52Speaker 2: Nope?
- 1:51:53Speaker 3: Oh okay, do you take a Do you take a
- 1:51:55Speaker 3: vitamin drowsiness? Do you take a vitamin every day?
- 1:51:59Speaker 11: Nope?
- 1:52:00Speaker 3: No, no vitamins here?
- 1:52:02Speaker 8: Okay, they said, imagine taking vironlins really too good life?
- 1:52:12Speaker 3: Okay, that's also kind of what hul Cogan right, Like,
- 1:52:15Speaker 3: say your prayers each your vegean, they take your vitamin
- 1:52:17Speaker 3: something like that, right, half baked.
- 1:52:19Speaker 23: Yeah, dude, eighty ougan was legit, Like what do you say?
- 1:52:25Speaker 3: What was this whole thing? Like, say your prayers something,
- 1:52:28Speaker 3: take your vitamins.
- 1:52:29Speaker 23: Take your vitamins and drink your milk.
- 1:52:33Speaker 2: Okay, you're gonna train, say your prayers and eat your vitamins.
- 1:52:37Speaker 3: You'll never go wrong. Yeah, So, half big, what do
- 1:52:39Speaker 3: you think about the the weight loss medications? Are you
- 1:52:42Speaker 3: for them? You against them? Do you think it's a
- 1:52:44Speaker 3: hurting the body positivity movement?
- 1:52:47Speaker 23: I think, on one hand, if it makes you skinny,
- 1:52:51Speaker 23: that's good. But on the other hand, there's start off
- 1:52:54Speaker 23: thing like it makes you drop a mood eighty times
- 1:52:59Speaker 23: a day.
- 1:53:00Speaker 3: Yeah, drop a load?
- 1:53:06Speaker 7: Wow, basically dropping loads.
- 1:53:09Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:53:10Speaker 3: Look, I'm sure if that was legitimately one of the
- 1:53:12Speaker 3: side effects, like you have even more people taking on
- 1:53:15Speaker 3: down the street. Yeah, what do you? What do you do? Okay,
- 1:53:21Speaker 3: I don't take it?
- 1:53:23Speaker 11: What was that?
- 1:53:24Speaker 3: Actually? What was that one supplement Greg that we had
- 1:53:25Speaker 3: Tony take when he was on our show, A jackieloid.
- 1:53:28Speaker 6: Yes, that's it, and I tried it for a couple
- 1:53:30Speaker 6: of weeks.
- 1:53:31Speaker 3: Jackuloid. Yeah, there is, look it up. It's a really
- 1:53:34Speaker 3: it's a real thing. Worked for Tony. That's what it's called.
- 1:53:36Speaker 3: A Jackuloid's supposed to help you produce like massively large.
- 1:53:41Speaker 2: Finest gas stations. Yeah yeah, yeah, so half.
- 1:53:46Speaker 3: Baked. What do you do for any kind of like
- 1:53:49Speaker 3: exercise or weight management?
- 1:53:52Speaker 23: I go to the gym and lift weights and.
- 1:53:59Speaker 3: How's how's work going? Is it going?
- 1:54:00Speaker 13: All right?

- 1:56:28Speaker 2: text six six ones half Baked is the best.
- 1:56:30Speaker 3: More people need to be like him. That's mateo checking in.
- 1:56:34Speaker 5: I agree.
- 1:56:35Speaker 3: Yeah, this one said. The Southern text came over said,
- 1:56:38Speaker 3: are these two guys characters right out of hr puffing stuff?
- 1:56:43Speaker 17: Yeah?
- 1:56:44Speaker 3: Real people?
- 1:56:45Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:56:46Speaker 3: Is it hammer and Hank or hammering Hank? Like no,
- 1:56:51Speaker 3: it'd be like Hank is hammering those nails into that board, hammering.
- 1:56:55Speaker 5: He's hammering those hits.
- 1:56:56Speaker 3: H A M M E R I and hammering, hammering.
- 1:57:02Speaker 3: We were asking about ozempic and the weight loss drugs.
- 1:57:06Speaker 2: And things like that.
- 1:57:07Speaker 3: Did you see, greg there's an ingredient I guess in
- 1:57:10Speaker 3: both ozempic and Magovie, and it's showing some early promise
- 1:57:14Speaker 3: for treating alcoholism.
- 1:57:16Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 1:57:16Speaker 6: Really, and it's talking about that curbing your cravings and
- 1:57:20Speaker 6: what in general.
- 1:57:21Speaker 3: Yeah, because the numbers showed the patients who were given
- 1:57:24Speaker 3: a semiglue tide shot, so that would be ozempic and Magovie,
- 1:57:27Speaker 3: were able to cut their heavy drinking days by about
- 1:57:30Speaker 3: forty one percent compared to the twenty six percent who
- 1:57:33Speaker 3: just took a placebo. And on top of that, people
- 1:57:36Speaker 3: who have taken ozempic or Govy also said they've had
- 1:57:39Speaker 3: a lower alcohol craving and that they've you know, they've
- 1:57:44Speaker 3: had less Maybe I should talk to my doctor about
- 1:57:46Speaker 3: it as a whole.
- 1:57:47Speaker 5: They even said the same thing with gambling. Just all
- 1:57:50Speaker 5: of that kind of And.
- 1:57:52Speaker 2: It's funny because a miracle.
- 1:57:53Speaker 5: Were we talking about it or did I see it
- 1:57:55Speaker 5: somewhere where they were saying it looks like it leads
- 1:57:57Speaker 5: to a little bit of depression, and the guy was like, no,
- 1:57:59Speaker 5: it's not impression. It's that people aren't getting those highs
- 1:58:02Speaker 5: from gambling evening you out, yeah, which is doctor Drew?
- 1:58:07Speaker 6: What is the og that ozepic? Like the og one
- 1:58:10Speaker 6: because the guy that basically accidentally created it, he apparently
- 1:58:14Speaker 6: was gonna win a Nobel Prize.
- 1:58:17Speaker 7: And should should still, I mean changed the.
- 1:58:19Speaker 6: World, get on it.
- 1:58:21Speaker 3: Nobel Committee researchers are still looking at all the facts,
- 1:58:25Speaker 3: but they say that in the battle against alcoholism, this
- 1:58:28Speaker 3: could be a huge breakthrough.
- 1:58:30Speaker 6: Hell yeah, that's awesome.
- 1:58:31Speaker 3: I know a lot of people that have gone on
- 1:58:32Speaker 3: it and they just don't drink as.
- 1:58:34Speaker 6: We don't have the interest. That's what happened with me
- 1:58:36Speaker 6: with well buttre and it made me quit smoking. Wow wow,
- 1:58:40Speaker 6: well not quit, but it's just cut back a lot.
- 1:58:43Speaker 3: The people who are so anti weight loss drugs because
- 1:58:47Speaker 3: they go well, diet and exercise. Okay, fine, that is
- 1:58:50Speaker 3: that is true, and if you want to do it
- 1:58:52Speaker 3: that way or that's that's fine. But I think I'm
- 1:58:57Speaker 3: convinced that the people who say that the only reason
- 1:59:00Speaker 3: they're so mad about it is because they did it
- 1:59:03Speaker 3: the hard way. They're all right so, or they're like
- 1:59:06Speaker 3: just those those workout diet nazis. The people who you know,
- 1:59:10Speaker 3: all their food has to be raw, vegan, you know whatever.
- 1:59:16Speaker 3: And so they're just mad because it was there was
- 1:59:18Speaker 3: something they always had over people, because they had that
- 1:59:21Speaker 3: discipline to eat right, they had that discipline to work out.
- 1:59:24Speaker 3: And people are losing significant weight, not just five or
- 1:59:27Speaker 3: ten pounds, but losing significant weight. I saw it just
- 1:59:30Speaker 3: by doing the weight loss injection, and it pisses them off.
- 1:59:34Speaker 7: I saw her yesterday, she was down sixty plus pounds.
- 1:59:37Speaker 2: How dare she? What a loser?
- 1:59:40Speaker 6: I'm mad at her?
- 1:59:41Speaker 2: Yeah, Like, what do you care if someone's that's why
- 1:59:44Speaker 2: you got to go to the menace route.
- 1:59:45Speaker 6: You just don't tell people.
- 1:59:46Speaker 7: You just don't tell people about it and just do it.
- 1:59:49Speaker 7: That's the thing. Just just do it and then see
- 1:59:52Speaker 7: what the results is. Because if you start, see what
- 1:59:54Speaker 7: the results is and then go from there. No, no,
- 1:59:56Speaker 7: because once you start telling people, there's going to be
- 1:59:59Speaker 7: every expert. Of course, I shouldn't do it this way,
- 2:00:04Speaker 7: you shouldn't do that way. Just find har for you
- 2:00:07Speaker 7: and just get it done.
- 2:00:08Speaker 3: Do we know the long term effects of this stuff?
- 2:00:10Speaker 5: We don't, But it's worth the gills that I'm going
- 2:00:13Speaker 5: to have on my back.
- 2:00:14Speaker 3: But I also know what the long term effect is
- 2:00:16Speaker 3: of correct, there's.
- 2:00:19Speaker 5: Not going to be a long term effect is you're
- 2:00:20Speaker 5: gonna die correct.
- 2:00:22Speaker 3: So that's the that personally, that's the way that I've
- 2:00:24Speaker 3: approached it. I go, well, it's not great being the
- 2:00:28Speaker 3: big giant, fat ass lugging around a bunch of extra
- 2:00:30Speaker 3: weight on you know, my on my skeleton, on my heart,
- 2:00:34Speaker 3: and you know, things like that's not good either. Yeah,
- 2:00:38Speaker 3: something's gonna get you. We got a one chance of death.
- 2:00:40Speaker 3: I'd rather die skinny.
- 2:00:42Speaker 6: I couldn't getten oldest killing us all.
- 2:00:45Speaker 7: I couldn't believe it. I mean, Sammy was there.
- 2:00:48Speaker 3: Were say you'll be on one of these things at
- 2:00:53Speaker 3: some point.
- 2:00:54Speaker 7: You watched No, we're leaving the music festival and of
- 2:00:57Speaker 7: course we're drinking all day, and I go, hey, I
- 2:01:00Speaker 7: gotta go pee in this bush. I'll catch up with
- 2:01:02Speaker 7: you guys. And they got really far ahead, and like
- 2:01:06Speaker 7: I ran towards them and I wasn't even gas at all.
- 2:01:09Speaker 7: If that was me pre taking shots, dude, I would
- 2:01:13Speaker 7: just be I'll be huffing and puffing when I caught
- 2:01:15Speaker 7: up to them.
- 2:01:16Speaker 9: Yeah, I didn't even notice that you ran all the
- 2:01:17Speaker 9: way up.
- 2:01:18Speaker 3: To catch up to be honest, but yeah, someone for
- 2:01:20Speaker 3: what about the way those weight loss drugs make a
- 2:01:22Speaker 3: person's face. Look, that's not the weight loss drugs. It's
- 2:01:24Speaker 3: because it's rapid and so you know, like if there
- 2:01:27Speaker 3: is some elasticity still in your skin as you get older,
- 2:01:30Speaker 3: it's less and less. But yeah, so the the longer
- 2:01:34Speaker 3: it takes to slim down, it'll the skin has that time.
- 2:01:38Speaker 7: The reason that he had that.
- 2:01:39Speaker 3: But even if you lost weight other ways, people still
- 2:01:44Speaker 3: look weird, you know, depending some people still look weird,
- 2:01:46Speaker 3: look weird.
- 2:01:47Speaker 7: And yeah, and this is where Woody and I differ.
- 2:01:50Speaker 7: I highly highly suggest if you're taking these drug drugs,
- 2:01:55Speaker 7: be active, do some weightlifting, do some kind of workout,
- 2:02:00Speaker 7: because you'll be a gubb you'll be a bunch of
- 2:02:02Speaker 7: goo and you'll be melting.
- 2:02:03Speaker 5: Well, yes, it's muscle waste. But also if you're talking
- 2:02:06Speaker 5: about like female celebrities, those broads all had buckle fat removal.
- 2:02:10Speaker 5: That's why their cheeks look weird. They had the fat
- 2:02:12Speaker 5: pads taken out of their cheeks. So like, we're gonna
- 2:02:15Speaker 5: be fine the rest of us.
- 2:02:16Speaker 2: I just smashed my face on that. Lots of too,
- 2:02:21Speaker 2: mash your fat pad.
