- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Now, I know this is going to come
- 0:07Speaker 1: as a surprise, but the DOJ has not exactly been
- 0:11Speaker 1: honest with us about the methods that they used when
- 0:13Speaker 1: it comes to redactions. And now, according to a new report,
- 0:18Speaker 1: that there was a flag list, which was a list
- 0:22Speaker 1: of topics that should be flagged as they're going through
- 0:25Speaker 1: the documents so that those documents could be reviewed further
- 0:29Speaker 1: to make sure they weren't politically explosive or damaging to
- 0:32Speaker 1: the administration or the administration's friends. And of course, who
- 0:37Speaker 1: was directly in the middle of all of it? You
- 0:39Speaker 1: guessed it, Todd, baby Billy Blanche. In this episode, we
- 0:43Speaker 1: have an article from Raw Story and the headline, Scrambling
- 0:46Speaker 1: DOJ Rushed to Shut Epstein Case as Flag List Surfaced
- 0:50Speaker 1: Big Names. This article was authored by Jordan Green. Days
- 0:55Speaker 1: after an explosive meeting at the White House Situation Room
- 0:58Speaker 1: last July, To address a crisis threatening to engulf the
- 1:01Speaker 1: Trump administration, FBI Director Kash Patel sought clarity on how
- 1:06Speaker 1: the scandal might implicate powerful men linked to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Addressing Patel as boss and citing prior discussion between the two,
- 1:15Speaker 1: an FBI official from the Bureau Information Management Division responded
- 1:20Speaker 1: by sending the director an email with a collection of
- 1:23Speaker 1: spreadsheets named Flagged Item Lists. Based on guidance calling on
- 1:28Speaker 1: FBI personnel, tasked with redacting material from the Epstein files
- 1:32Speaker 1: to flag items of interest for discussion with DOJ attorneys.
- 1:37Speaker 1: The FBI official informed Patel that the list included public figures,
- 1:41Speaker 1: potentially classified information, potential CSAM, etc. So there's a lot
- 1:47Speaker 1: we don't have, okay? And the people out there that
- 1:50Speaker 1: want to think that all these files have been released,
- 1:52Speaker 1: stop being dumb. I mean, honestly. Oh, they're duplicative. They
- 1:58Speaker 1: have nothing to do with what's going on Cool, let
- 2:00Speaker 1: us see them. Let us decide that. Because at this point,
- 2:05Speaker 1: nobody trusts you, Todd Blanche. Nobody. The guidance to flag
- 2:10Speaker 1: these sensitive items from the Epstein files came from the
- 2:13Speaker 1: Department of Justice Assistant Director Shannon Perry in Form Patel.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Heading the effort for the Department of Justice was Todd Blanche,
- 2:22Speaker 1: then the Deputy Attorney General and formerly President Donald Trump's
- 2:25Speaker 1: criminal defense lawyer. Blanche is now awaiting confirmation as Attorney
- 2:30Speaker 1: General from the U.S. Senate. Like I've told you from
- 2:33Speaker 1: the jump, Todd Baby Billy Blanche and his disgusting fingerprints
- 2:38Speaker 1: all over this shit, and he's going to have to
- 2:40Speaker 1: own it. This is his legacy. Keep that in mind.
- 2:45Speaker 1: This Epstein nonsense, that's going to be Todd Blanche's legacy.
- 2:48Speaker 1: That's what people are going to remember him for. The
- 2:51Speaker 1: man who whitewashed the Epstein scandal. Talk about a shitty legacy.
- 3:01Speaker 1: The email from Parry and other documents about sensitive items
- 3:04Speaker 1: flagged for review by the DOJ, including references to public figures,
- 3:08Speaker 1: was quietly released by the FBI last week and are
- 3:11Speaker 1: being reported here for the first time. The material in
- 3:15Speaker 1: the flagged items list had already been turned over to
- 3:18Speaker 1: the Department of Justice four months earlier, Parry told Patel
- 3:22Speaker 1: in a July 21, 2025 email. Remember, this all started
- 3:26Speaker 1: about a year ago now, when this all blew up again.
- 3:30Speaker 1: And this has been going on since. And the fact
- 3:34Speaker 1: that we still don't have a special counsel after all
- 3:37Speaker 1: this bullshit is just insane to me. I mean, how
- 3:41Speaker 1: much more nonsense are we going to take? Now, hopefully,
- 3:45Speaker 1: if there's a new Congress after the election, they get
- 3:48Speaker 1: their shit together. But I'm not confident. We all know
- 3:52Speaker 1: that power protects power. The items were produced as part
- 3:58Speaker 1: of the approved project plan, per DOJ's guidance, to flag
- 4:01Speaker 1: items of interest for discussion with DOJ attorneys that were redacted.
- 4:06Speaker 1: The internal discussion at the FBI about public figures potentially
- 4:09Speaker 1: implicated in the scandal was starkly different from an awkward
- 4:13Speaker 1: public memo jointly released with the DOJ exactly two weeks
- 4:17Speaker 1: earlier that cited an exhaustive review of investigative holdings relating
- 4:21Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein and the federal agency's commitment to transparency.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Remember the nonsense they tried to pitch to us with
- 4:28Speaker 1: that letter? Oh, there's nothing left to see. Nobody needs
- 4:32Speaker 1: to be investigated. You need to move on. Meanwhile, they're
- 4:36Speaker 1: hiding a bunch of bullshit, they're protecting a bunch of people,
- 4:39Speaker 1: and they're lying directly to the American public. The material,
- 4:46Speaker 1: the agency said, did not expose any additional third parties
- 4:49Speaker 1: to allegations of illegal wrongdoing and did not uncover evidence
- 4:53Speaker 1: that could predicate an investigation into against uncharged third parties.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Imagine going through everything we've went through, looking at all
- 5:01Speaker 1: those documents, all those court documents, all the allegations, and
- 5:05Speaker 1: thinking there's nothing there. I mean, it's absurd. It truly
- 5:09Speaker 1: is absurd. A DOJ spokesperson told Raw Story that any
- 5:14Speaker 1: guidance on how or what the flag was given for
- 5:17Speaker 1: the purpose of general awareness in preparation for disclosure. The
- 5:22Speaker 1: spokesperson's statement is jarringly at odds with the July 7th,
- 5:25Speaker 1: 2025 memo that was a product of the document review.
- 5:30Speaker 1: The memo specifically stated that it was the determination of
- 5:34Speaker 1: the DOJ and FBI that no further disclosure would be
- 5:37Speaker 1: appropriate or warranted. The DOJ did not respond to a
- 5:41Speaker 1: request for clarification on the statement. Of course they didn't.
- 5:46Speaker 1: They're not beholden to you. What, you think the taxpayer
- 5:48Speaker 1: pays the bills? Two weeks after the release of the
- 5:52Speaker 1: DOJ and FBI memo attempting to put concerns about Epstein's arrest,
- 5:57Speaker 1: Perry was forwarding Patel material specifically flagged so top administration
- 6:02Speaker 1: officials could scrutinize possible links between powerful men and the
- 6:06Speaker 1: notorious sex traffickers most heinous crimes. So basically going through
- 6:11Speaker 1: everything and making sure their friends are protected. What we
- 6:14Speaker 1: have here, folks, is a cover-up that's happening in real time.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Not one that happened 50 years ago. Not one that
- 6:21Speaker 1: happened after JFK was killed, but right now, as we speak.
- 6:25Speaker 1: And it's being managed by Todd Blanche. The email included
- 6:30Speaker 1: a list of six criminal cases linked to Epstein, among
- 6:33Speaker 1: them an FBI investigation launched by the Miami Field Office
- 6:37Speaker 1: in 2006. That case file includes a video file capturing
- 6:41Speaker 1: a 2009 FBI sting operation resulting in the arrest of
- 6:45Speaker 1: Alfredo Rodriguez, the former house manager for Epstein's home in
- 6:49Speaker 1: Palm Beach. on suspicion of selling the so-called black book
- 6:53Speaker 1: containing phone numbers of young women and girls that Epstein abused.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Not just that, but everybody. That black book had all
- 7:01Speaker 1: the names of all of his associates, everybody that was
- 7:04Speaker 1: dealing with him, all of his friends, and everybody that
- 7:07Speaker 1: he thought that, you know, was in his circle. A
- 7:12Speaker 1: description of the video capturing the conversation between Rodriguez and
- 7:16Speaker 1: an FBI undercover employee that was flagged for the DOJ's
- 7:19Speaker 1: review contains just the sort of details about potential involvement
- 7:23Speaker 1: by Epstein associates that Trump supporters had avidly sought. The
- 7:28Speaker 1: two talked about the girls, other employed by Epstein and
- 7:31Speaker 1: Epstein's associates. The description reads, The two discussed things that
- 7:35Speaker 1: happened between the girls and Epstein's associates. There are associates
- 7:39Speaker 1: named during the conversations. So why don't we have that?
- 7:44Speaker 1: Why wasn't that released? Who are they trying to protect?
- 7:46Speaker 1: And why? Aside from Glenn Maxwell, Epstein's partner, who was
- 7:50Speaker 1: convicted of sex trafficking in 2021, the description does not
- 7:53Speaker 1: name any of the associates cited by Rodriguez. But when
- 7:57Speaker 1: the video was released, along with millions of other records
- 8:00Speaker 1: through the Epstein Files Transparency Act in January 2026, the
- 8:05Speaker 1: associates mentioned by Rodriguez were revealed to be former Israeli
- 8:09Speaker 1: Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Attorney Alan Dershowitz, among others. Well,
- 8:16Speaker 1: I wonder why Dershowitz was running for the exits. Remember
- 8:20Speaker 1: all the big blustery talk? Oh, I can't wait to
- 8:23Speaker 1: speak to Congress. Then the dude bounces, doesn't show up,
- 8:28Speaker 1: just ghosts the whole process. Sit all the way down
- 8:32Speaker 1: and shut all the way up. Nobody wants to hear it, Mr. I-kept-my-underpants-on.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Here Mr. Epstein says, Mr. Brock, I'll fly you to
- 8:40Speaker 1: New York. and some of the girls that came along
- 8:43Speaker 1: the way, Rodriguez says in the video, which Raw Story reviewed.
- 8:47Speaker 1: You can bring this guy down like in no time.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Barack told the Wall Street Journal in 2023 that he
- 8:53Speaker 1: met with Epstein at his various mansions, but never participated
- 8:57Speaker 1: in any party or any other inappropriate event with him,
- 9:00Speaker 1: and never met with any girls or minors, not even
- 9:03Speaker 1: with adult women, in the context of any inappropriate behavior. Well,
- 9:08Speaker 1: that's not what Virginia said. So? Believe what you will.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Rodriguez told the undercover employee that Dershowitz would typically sit
- 9:18Speaker 1: at the pool with a glass of wine. Although there
- 9:21Speaker 1: was hanky-panky upstairs, Rodriguez said he never saw any indication
- 9:25Speaker 1: that he took part. Although there were sometimes naked or
- 9:28Speaker 1: topless girls around the pool. He saw nothing. Him and
- 9:32Speaker 1: Epstein weren't friends. Come on. I was just his lawyer.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I was just over there every now and then. No
- 9:38Speaker 1: big deal. And when I got my massage... Rodriguez's testimony
- 9:41Speaker 1: has been completely discredited. Dershowitz told Raw Story he was
- 9:43Speaker 1: a criminal. He died from cancer in 2014 after serving
- 9:53Speaker 1: his sentence. Rodriguez's testimony has been completely discredited. Dershowitz told
- 9:58Speaker 1: Raw's story. He was a criminal. I never saw any
- 10:01Speaker 1: females at the pool, naked, topless, or otherwise. Complete fabrication. Okay, well,
- 10:07Speaker 1: you call him a liar. I feel the same way
- 10:09Speaker 1: about you. So I don't believe your story, Mr. Dershowitz.
- 10:13Speaker 1: That's my personal opinion. Dershowitz was also flagged by the
- 10:18Speaker 1: FBI as a public figure linked to Epstein around the
- 10:21Speaker 1: time of the controversial memo and the meeting of top
- 10:24Speaker 1: officials at the Situation Room to strategize about how to
- 10:28Speaker 1: insulate Trump from the furor surrounding the administration's handling of
- 10:32Speaker 1: the Epstein files. Leslie Backshise, a special agent in charge
- 10:37Speaker 1: of the New York field office, sent an email to
- 10:39Speaker 1: FBI colleagues on July 10th alerting them that Dershowitz was
- 10:43Speaker 1: referenced in the Epstein child sex trafficking investigation in two
- 10:48Speaker 1: FBI witness interviews. Minutes later, Charles Yarborough, assistant director of
- 10:53Speaker 1: the FBI's criminal investigation division, forwarded the email to Patel.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Gotta protect Trump's homies, right? Gotta make sure everybody's hooked up.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Can't let the cover-up be exposed, can we? Dershowitz was
- 11:06Speaker 1: not considered a subject in the investigation and no evidence
- 11:09Speaker 1: was uncovered during the investigation to suggest Dershowitz was involved
- 11:14Speaker 1: in the abuse of minors. Bakshis wrote, she went on
- 11:17Speaker 1: to summarize the two witness interviews. And look, I'm not
- 11:20Speaker 1: saying that he did. What I am saying is that
- 11:22Speaker 1: he lies about his relationship with Epstein. They were a
- 11:25Speaker 1: lot closer than he says. And I think there's plenty
- 11:27Speaker 1: of witnesses that have come forward and painted that picture.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Another witness told the FBI that they met Dershowitz at
- 11:35Speaker 1: Epstein's home when he was alone without his wife and
- 11:39Speaker 1: he received a massage, in contradiction to public statement previously
- 11:42Speaker 1: made by Dershowitz. Both proffers are provably false, Dershowitz told
- 11:48Speaker 1: Raw Story. I never had sexual contact with anyone other
- 11:51Speaker 1: than my wife since the day I met Jeffrey Epstein.
- 11:55Speaker 1: I never did anything improper with regard to Epstein. I
- 11:58Speaker 1: have been the victim of disprovably false accusations. I asked
- 12:02Speaker 1: the FBI to investigate the false allegations against me. But
- 12:07Speaker 1: still doesn't have the courage to go speak to Congress.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Got it. The FBI did not respond to a detailed
- 12:12Speaker 1: set of questions for this story. Blanche, who was up
- 12:17Speaker 1: for confirmation as Attorney General, wrote in response to a
- 12:20Speaker 1: question posed by Senator Dick Durbin that the FBI pursued
- 12:24Speaker 1: all investigative leads in its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and
- 12:28Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell. Blanche wrote, consistent with the long-standing principle of
- 12:33Speaker 1: federal prosecution as outlined in the Justice Manual, several experienced
- 12:37Speaker 1: prosecutors and investigators have reviewed the material and determined that
- 12:41Speaker 1: additional prosecutions are unavailable at this time. In response to
- 12:46Speaker 1: questions from Senators, Blanche refused to comment on whether Department
- 12:50Speaker 1: of Justice has initiated any new investigations related to Epstein's
- 12:54Speaker 1: sex trafficking ring since the beginning of the second Trump administration.
- 12:59Speaker 1: The documents were released by the FBI in response to
- 13:03Speaker 1: a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the non-profit
- 13:06Speaker 1: Democracy Forward Foundation. Despite the Trump-Vance administration's attempts to forestall
- 13:12Speaker 1: transparency to its handling of the Epstein files with delay tactics,
- 13:17Speaker 1: Democracy Forward will keep fighting in court to ensure the
- 13:21Speaker 1: public has access to more of these important documents, said
- 13:24Speaker 1: Dan McGrath, special counsel for oversight at the non-profit. So
- 13:29Speaker 1: how many more examples do we need that there's a
- 13:31Speaker 1: cover-up underway, and that that cover-up is being managed by
- 13:35Speaker 1: none other than Todd Blanche? All the information that goes
- 13:40Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box.
