- 1:07Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention please? The
- 1:16Speaker 2: show starts in five life eight seven, six, five four
- 1:31Speaker 2: three two one go.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Thy wrong. Let's talk about it, and my host, Misiness
- 2:23Speaker 3: Sat johnsons he will be showing us here shortly, okay,
- 2:26Speaker 3: and we hope to have some guests coming in tonight
- 2:29Speaker 3: thus also on the show, and we will be talking
- 2:32Speaker 3: about the FI six rehabilitation program here at the Texas
- 2:38Speaker 3: Department of Come a Justice institutional division that the Parole
- 2:42Speaker 3: Board of the State of Texas has placed a lot
- 2:45Speaker 3: of individuals in. And it seems that they have taken
- 2:48Speaker 3: the wrong time because they have assigned so many thousands
- 2:52Speaker 3: of inmates in the FI six program that they don't
- 2:55Speaker 3: have enough bed so an individuals are being held in
- 2:58Speaker 3: confinement years and years years after receiving I to go home.
- 3:03Speaker 3: So tonight we're gonna be talking about the problems that's
- 3:06Speaker 3: affecting these individuals, that's you know, waiting and waiting and
- 3:10Speaker 3: waiting to go home, and how their families are feeling
- 3:12Speaker 3: about these programs that they have in place right now
- 3:16Speaker 3: and tonight, like I say, we're supposed to have some
- 3:20Speaker 3: guests coming on next door and they should be here shortly,
- 3:23Speaker 3: so my whole she should be joining us again soon.
- 3:26Speaker 3: But in the meantime, let me just give you a
- 3:28Speaker 3: little light on what's going on with the fbout six programs.
- 3:32Speaker 4: You're in the state of Texas. It used to be
- 3:35Speaker 4: that they were not granting us parole and people was
- 3:38Speaker 4: getting six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Up to fifteen denials of parole.
- 3:43Speaker 4: So on a twenty year simmons, you were doing fifteen.
- 3:47Speaker 3: Years on twenty year Simmons, Wow, because they said denying
- 3:50Speaker 3: you parole. So with that, it turns out that they said, well, okay,
- 3:54Speaker 3: people started complaining about, you know, being denied parole for
- 3:57Speaker 3: over the same reasons nature of offense formation, parole violation,
- 4:03Speaker 3: or things of this nature, reasons that they cannot change.
- 4:07Speaker 3: So because they cannot change these reasons, the prole board
- 4:10Speaker 3: has been utilizing the same reasons year after year after year.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Some people are getting by your set off under these circumstances.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Either way, these individual parole board members started saying, well, okay,
- 4:22Speaker 3: we're gonna start granting you parole. But in the process
- 4:26Speaker 3: of granting the parole, they're are placing so many people
- 4:30Speaker 3: in this our six rehabilitation program, which means that a
- 4:34Speaker 3: person would have to wait until they get to the
- 4:37Speaker 3: program three months later or a year later, then start
- 4:42Speaker 3: the program, and then they have to wait five six
- 4:45Speaker 3: months just to get released. So these individuals are being
- 4:48Speaker 3: frustrated because they want to go home to their families.
- 4:51Speaker 3: They've done everything they could to show that they're already
- 4:55Speaker 3: for society. But here it is our parole board system,
- 4:59Speaker 3: a person, our governor, our stay representatives, our senators, and
- 5:03Speaker 3: nobody are doing anything to try to fix these problems.
- 5:07Speaker 3: So as of right now, we have so many people
- 5:10Speaker 3: who ungraduated, graduated months ago, and we're still here. Becose
- 5:17Speaker 3: the parole board are not set to the release dates,
- 5:21Speaker 3: so without them setting the release days, these people cannot
- 5:25Speaker 3: even you know, fantom when they're going to go. So,
- 5:29Speaker 3: as of right now, who's trying to figure out.
- 5:32Speaker 4: What is it that we need our governors to do,
- 5:34Speaker 4: our state.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Representatives to do, our senators to do, our parole board
- 5:39Speaker 3: directors to do, the Management training corporation to do. This
- 5:46Speaker 3: is a corporation who's investing in TDC. So now we're
- 5:52Speaker 3: trying to figure out how is it possible that if
- 5:54Speaker 3: on another unit, you've got the same program and you're
- 5:58Speaker 3: going by the protocols that if they get granted the
- 6:02Speaker 3: FI six and complete their program that they get they
- 6:06Speaker 3: answer the same data they complete the program to be released.
- 6:10Speaker 3: But here we are in the same program and we
- 6:13Speaker 3: have to wait until after we complete. Then we have
- 6:16Speaker 3: to wait two three months for them to sessitate.
- 6:19Speaker 4: To be released.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Then we have to be able to get released. Now,
- 6:23Speaker 3: for those that says stayed halfway houses, these individuals are
- 6:27Speaker 3: the ones who are suffering the most. Wow, because it's
- 6:31Speaker 3: taken up to six months just to get to the
- 6:33Speaker 3: halfway house after doing the completion of the program and
- 6:39Speaker 3: after waiting just to get to the halfway house. But
- 6:43Speaker 3: then not only that, after you complete the halfway house,
- 6:45Speaker 3: you have to go to another facility just to get
- 6:48Speaker 3: to society. So these issues right here are very sad.
- 6:53Speaker 3: They're very sad. Tell them, yeah, they're very sad. Man,
- 6:58Speaker 3: And we're trying to figure out. I'm trying to get
- 7:00Speaker 3: the guy to call y'all.
- 7:01Speaker 4: Now, Well, he said, the guy.
- 7:08Speaker 3: That was gonna come on tonight, he's saying that he
- 7:10Speaker 3: can't get in because he's not his own He don't
- 7:13Speaker 3: have no funds on the phone. So either way, man, tonight,
- 7:17Speaker 3: we're gonna shed light on some of the problems again,
- 7:20Speaker 3: like I say, and we're asking right now for somebody
- 7:24Speaker 3: and our government to fix these problems. We recently reached
- 7:29Speaker 3: out to missus Helma Johnson, miss Elma Allen, I mean
- 7:33Speaker 3: apologize miss Elma Allen, and asked her to see if
- 7:36Speaker 3: there's anything that she can do to try to fix
- 7:39Speaker 3: this problem. And we haven't heard much from her, but
- 7:43Speaker 3: she got the emails. So everybody that's for our government
- 7:47Speaker 3: that's a wealthy problems, ain't nobody really doing anything.
- 7:52Speaker 4: Much to fix them?
- 7:53Speaker 3: And we want to know what's going on, what seems
- 7:55Speaker 3: to be the problem. Why no one is trying to
- 7:57Speaker 3: help these individuals. We kind of back into society with
- 8:02Speaker 3: a proper mind, he said, mind with out knowing that
- 8:06Speaker 3: they've been held a year, two years after being granted
- 8:10Speaker 3: to parole. They have a thing called FI five, the
- 8:15Speaker 3: FI five program. Once you get granted your parole.
- 8:17Speaker 4: And complete your program, you go home the same way.
- 8:22Speaker 3: That they have on the other facility. Why is the
- 8:25Speaker 3: FI six totally different from that process? And we're trying
- 8:30Speaker 3: to find out what is it that we need to
- 8:32Speaker 3: do in order to help them.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Fix this program.
- 8:37Speaker 3: After Right now, our re entry program people are not
- 8:41Speaker 3: doing the thing that they can do to help and
- 8:44Speaker 3: not is the counselor is doing anything they can't do
- 8:46Speaker 3: to help wow, because they say they hand decided it's
- 8:49Speaker 3: only certain things that they can do and if they
- 8:52Speaker 3: do too must then they'll get fired. They're trying to
- 8:54Speaker 3: help us reintegrate back into society, but trying to give
- 8:58Speaker 3: us the resources me our birth certificate, our Social Security
- 9:02Speaker 3: card to help us try to get our job of license,
- 9:05Speaker 3: you know, seeing that the nature a job in society,
- 9:09Speaker 3: they will not let them come contact nobody by us
- 9:12Speaker 3: to help us realegrate back into society. So with this,
- 9:16Speaker 3: this is a big problem that needs to be fixed
- 9:18Speaker 3: all the way around. As to me for myself right now,
- 9:22Speaker 3: I made for oh in July last year last year,
- 9:25Speaker 3: and it took me three months to get here, and
- 9:27Speaker 3: then when I got here, I had to do the
- 9:29Speaker 3: six months and now here I am still waiting to
- 9:32Speaker 3: be released to society. I complete the program on the
- 9:36Speaker 3: fifteenth of July. For what happens after that, when will
- 9:40Speaker 3: I get a release date? That's the question, why are.
- 9:44Speaker 4: These people refusing to grant these people release they team immediately.
- 9:48Speaker 3: After they complete the program. There's no question that they
- 9:53Speaker 3: noticed you were in the program for six months. So
- 9:56Speaker 3: the classification division here should have a set up right
- 9:59Speaker 3: thereailable to know.
- 10:01Speaker 4: That he will complete on this day and that a
- 10:04Speaker 4: relief they should be said immediately after that.
- 10:08Speaker 3: But the councilors say they don't have no control or
- 10:11Speaker 3: low communication.
- 10:12Speaker 4: With the parole Board.
- 10:14Speaker 3: In order for these processes to take place. So with
- 10:19Speaker 3: that problem right there, ma'am, we are very very computing
- 10:23Speaker 3: that's what this program even stands for, because it's not
- 10:28Speaker 3: about rehabilitation. It can't be.
- 10:32Speaker 4: It's about capitalism.
- 10:34Speaker 3: Indytadors are being held months out and months years after
- 10:38Speaker 3: years after being approved for parole. So that we're asking
- 10:43Speaker 3: for the parole director, the rehabilitation director, the governor, the
- 10:49Speaker 3: state representative. It's in our Texas senators that's pushing for
- 10:54Speaker 3: anything regarding the parole board process or regarding anything that
- 10:59Speaker 3: has to do with.
- 11:00Speaker 4: TDC to fix this problem. That's what we're trying to do.
- 11:07Speaker 3: As of right now, ma'am. They got so many beds
- 11:11Speaker 3: in here that's empty, but they're placing people in the
- 11:14Speaker 3: programs that got dis charge day. You got a three
- 11:17Speaker 3: month discharge day. But you got a person sitting over
- 11:19Speaker 3: there in the units with a twenty five year centers
- 11:22Speaker 3: from MAP role and he's waiting to come to the program,
- 11:25Speaker 3: but he can't get to the program because they putting
- 11:27Speaker 3: people here that's been there. They got an FI three,
- 11:30Speaker 3: I mean a dis charge day. He'm going home anyway.
- 11:36Speaker 3: What about those that don't made for little find they
- 11:38Speaker 3: get to the program. We got so many bucks in
- 11:42Speaker 3: here empty, This unheard of for whow are they not
- 11:45Speaker 3: seeing any bunks up?
- 11:46Speaker 4: So these people can go home.
- 11:49Speaker 3: That's what we're trying to find out. What's wrong with
- 11:52Speaker 3: our sys and we.
- 11:54Speaker 4: Need to fix now.
- 11:57Speaker 3: So as I was seeking of earlier, the guys on
- 11:59Speaker 3: the other side that tried to get my attention to
- 12:01Speaker 3: see if they can come on the show. But obviously
- 12:03Speaker 3: guy said he didn't have no funds on the phone,
- 12:06Speaker 3: so this way he won't be able to come on
- 12:07Speaker 3: the show. But still, ma'am, we're gonna go on with
- 12:11Speaker 3: the show and we're going to show that you know
- 12:13Speaker 3: what I'm saying, that these issues exist. It's just like
- 12:16Speaker 3: now with the parole voice system. These DoD markings on
- 12:20Speaker 3: the five deny of people parolee by marking out of
- 12:23Speaker 3: their points is the number. It's unheard of because that
- 12:27Speaker 3: right there is allowing the State of Texas to hold
- 12:30Speaker 3: an individual.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Year after year after year for as.
- 12:33Speaker 3: Long as they want to, even after they met the
- 12:37Speaker 3: criterias to make parole. Who authorized them to mark out
- 12:41Speaker 3: that boy system number? Because the legislators and activis point system,
- 12:47Speaker 3: but the legislator did not give them that power to
- 12:50Speaker 3: mark it out. So why is it that the legislators
- 12:53Speaker 3: notice they didn't give them.
- 12:54Speaker 4: Their power, it's still allowed for them to do this.
- 12:58Speaker 3: This is unheard of. This is all right. Boundaries are
- 13:02Speaker 3: suffering of the loss of their love. Were't begging for
- 13:05Speaker 3: them to come home, you know, Otter, They them did
- 13:07Speaker 3: everything in their power to do right by the system
- 13:09Speaker 3: and steal. Our system is failing these individuals. So tonight
- 13:15Speaker 3: we're asking for anybody that's listening to this podcast in
- 13:18Speaker 3: the state of Texas to contact your state representatives, contact
- 13:22Speaker 3: your senators, contact your parole board director, your governor, anybody
- 13:28Speaker 3: who's willing to stand up and support us and show
- 13:31Speaker 3: that the State of Texas or as the prison system
- 13:34Speaker 3: and the parole bar system and our criminal justice system
- 13:37Speaker 3: is broken, and we are commanding for it to be
- 13:41Speaker 3: fixed in any way that they can dix these programs.
- 13:45Speaker 3: I said, right now, ma'am, I've been there thirty five years,
- 13:48Speaker 3: and I've never seen anything so sad that nothing, because
- 13:53Speaker 3: back and to day, if you get a parole, he
- 13:58Speaker 3: was automatically going home and.
- 13:59Speaker 4: The parole wouldn't have no power to deny you when
- 14:02Speaker 4: you go on.
- 14:04Speaker 3: But they felt that that was the evolving dough and
- 14:06Speaker 3: that that was too easy, so they changed it along
- 14:10Speaker 3: with changing the sentence and guidelines. So now it's harder
- 14:14Speaker 3: to get out of the prison system and you have
- 14:16Speaker 3: to stay here longer in the prison system. Back then
- 14:21Speaker 3: you was doing two years and eighteen days on a
- 14:23Speaker 3: twenty year sentence. Now you're doing fifteen years on a
- 14:26Speaker 3: twenty year sentence. That's unheard of. That's how the system
- 14:31Speaker 3: has changed so dramatically for the worst. Our kids are
- 14:37Speaker 3: being held behind prison walls for a long periods of time,
- 14:41Speaker 3: when in fact, our sister is not doing anything to
- 14:45Speaker 3: help them realegrate back into society. And this is our
- 14:49Speaker 3: problem as of right now, me being here thirty five years.
- 14:53Speaker 3: I had to teach myself. I had to teach myself
- 14:57Speaker 3: because these systems that these programs that haven't played, they're
- 15:00Speaker 3: not teaching us anything in there nothing. All they're doing
- 15:04Speaker 3: is getting the money in order to keep going. Step
- 15:07Speaker 3: out to the Devin. The conditions didn't heal bad. They're
- 15:11Speaker 3: not utilizing the funds that the governors are given them.
- 15:14Speaker 4: To be able to fix these systems.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Instead if they're just kicking the can down their road,
- 15:19Speaker 3: get up to yet up and yet getting another grant.
- 15:22Speaker 3: So this reason we had to complain about that on
- 15:24Speaker 3: the demean guess say their felt me and yes they
- 15:28Speaker 3: did come to fix these systems.
- 15:32Speaker 4: But who's responsible for all of this?
- 15:35Speaker 3: Who's responsible for overseeing these problems? Is it the legislators?
- 15:41Speaker 3: Is it the governor? Is it the state representatives?
- 15:45Speaker 4: Who is it?
- 15:47Speaker 3: Because either way it.
- 15:48Speaker 4: Has to be fixed because.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Ten years from now it'll wors them before it get
- 15:52Speaker 3: any better if it keep going like this. So we
- 15:56Speaker 3: ask them for anybody that's willing to get involved off
- 16:00Speaker 3: to support us and stand up and demand for these
- 16:04Speaker 3: systems to be shamed. Okay, for our legislators to listen
- 16:08Speaker 3: to what we have to say. So I don't know
- 16:11Speaker 3: if my co hosts had come up back back on
- 16:13Speaker 3: or not, but if she had, I would like to,
- 16:15Speaker 3: you know, see if she would have anything she wanted
- 16:17Speaker 3: to add to this.
- 16:20Speaker 5: Good evening. I grew apologized for being late. As you
- 16:27Speaker 5: guys know, I work late graveyard, so I overstepped and
- 16:37Speaker 5: I do appreciate Cortnell for and Cortnell, uh you you
- 16:50Speaker 5: see something real quick, because I told you I was
- 16:56Speaker 5: trying to add the call so they can call and
- 17:02Speaker 5: let me see if we went to the right the
- 17:08Speaker 5: video thing, because they do. I would like for everyone
- 17:15Speaker 5: to hear from from the men's from Domingus. Give me,
- 17:29Speaker 5: give me a few minutes. So I'm trying to get
- 17:35Speaker 5: this up and going over anywhere.
- 17:41Speaker 3: On my side.
- 17:42Speaker 5: Okay, So let me ask you a question since you
- 17:48Speaker 5: asked the question earlier. You asked that question, why they're
- 17:54Speaker 5: not doing anything? Well, we know why they're not doing
- 17:57Speaker 5: anything because you look at the prison system. The prison system,
- 18:02Speaker 5: it started out as a million dollar industry and it
- 18:06Speaker 5: went to a billion dollar industry. Now it's a trillion
- 18:09Speaker 5: dollar industry. There's so much money being made through the
- 18:13Speaker 5: prison system every day that a person is helped in
- 18:19Speaker 5: prison the state get paid. You know, they would make
- 18:25Speaker 5: it seem like it costs so much, but they're getting
- 18:29Speaker 5: so much. They're making so much money off of it.
- 18:32Speaker 5: If you go and you look at it, and people
- 18:34Speaker 5: don't understand that these people are making money off of
- 18:38Speaker 5: people being in prison. They are making money off of
- 18:43Speaker 5: free labor. Because you ask me why you would have
- 18:46Speaker 5: individuals to sign in to be a part of these
- 18:49Speaker 5: different things that they go and be a part of.
- 18:52Speaker 5: They signing in like they go into jobs. Why because
- 18:57Speaker 5: somebody getting paid for something, whether you're going to work
- 19:02Speaker 5: the job or not. Somebody getting paid, somebody saying that
- 19:05Speaker 5: somebody doing something, and somebody getting paid because they wouldn't
- 19:08Speaker 5: have you feeling out forms as if you was going
- 19:10Speaker 5: to work. So there's a lot of stuff that goes
- 19:13Speaker 5: into play. I looked at not too long ago. Y'all
- 19:21Speaker 5: have a lot of prisons that are being ran privately.
- 19:26Speaker 5: You say, there's a program where y'all have whole prison
- 19:28Speaker 5: systems within y'all TDCJ that is being ran by private companies.
- 19:35Speaker 5: There's two right now that the state is getting ready
- 19:38Speaker 5: to take back over because they've been they've been ran
- 19:42Speaker 5: privately and they've been ran down. Evidently they have not
- 19:46Speaker 5: been doing what they were supposedly do. And see, that's
- 19:49Speaker 5: what happened when people get greedy for money. Because whenever,
- 19:52Speaker 5: whenever these people decided up in Tennessee that they could
- 19:57Speaker 5: run prison system better than the the prison system, that's
- 20:01Speaker 5: what the private prison system became. And I think that
- 20:06Speaker 5: was in It ain't been long ago. That was in
- 20:09Speaker 5: what the I want to say, nineteen eighty one might
- 20:14Speaker 5: have been when those two guys you talked about, two
- 20:17Speaker 5: guys that didn't know nothing about no prison system. I
- 20:19Speaker 5: think one of them was had something to do with
- 20:22Speaker 5: the government. He was, uh something representative or something. But
- 20:28Speaker 5: they had hospitals, they had different entities that sponsored their
- 20:34Speaker 5: these prison systems, these private prison systems. So then we
- 20:38Speaker 5: wonder why the hospitals are so invested into the prison
- 20:44Speaker 5: system that because that's that's what they get. They can
- 20:48Speaker 5: get all they love, they specimens, they can get all
- 20:51Speaker 5: they they test, and they can run tests on y'all
- 20:54Speaker 5: because remind you, you are a ward of the state.
- 20:58Speaker 5: So these people are able to make so much money
- 21:03Speaker 5: off of just doing little stuff. They can draw your blood.
- 21:06Speaker 5: I remember you saying one time that they were just
- 21:09Speaker 5: getting blood, getting blood, getting blood, and you was wondering, like,
- 21:12Speaker 5: where's they getting all this blood from and what do
- 21:15Speaker 5: they need with it? They running tests, they doing their experiments,
- 21:21Speaker 5: they doing whatever, because you are a product of the state,
- 21:27Speaker 5: you know. And it's not just in Texas, it's everywhere.
- 21:29Speaker 3: You know.
- 21:30Speaker 5: I heard somebody tell me that they didn't eat the
- 21:33Speaker 5: hot dogs that they served for for July because they
- 21:38Speaker 5: gave them hot dogs because they said they saw on
- 21:40Speaker 5: the box and said not for human consumption. So they
- 21:44Speaker 5: experiment with everything. We see it so often, and it's
- 21:50Speaker 5: not their people that their experiment. You look at the
- 21:53Speaker 5: ratio of people inside these prison systems, the ratio of
- 22:00Speaker 5: us to them and us to other people. I mean,
- 22:04Speaker 5: it's two races that probably dominate the prison system. And
- 22:10Speaker 5: we all know that that's our Blks and our Hispanics.
- 22:19Speaker 5: And then we look at all of what's going on
- 22:23Speaker 5: in society right now. You know, our great president number
- 22:30Speaker 5: forty seven, he's so great. He's trying to wipe away
- 22:34Speaker 5: so much and take away so much and thinking that
- 22:37Speaker 5: it's hurting us as brown people, but it's not. You've
- 22:42Speaker 5: had your foot on our head and on our necks
- 22:47Speaker 5: for the last four hundred and something years. There's nothing
- 22:50Speaker 5: that y'all can do to us that's gonna make us
- 22:54Speaker 5: feel any less or any worthy. If we want to
- 22:58Speaker 5: know what is going on, we followed the money trail,
- 23:01Speaker 5: and that's with anything that's with anything, because if we
- 23:06Speaker 5: look at how a lot of this stuff even come about,
- 23:10Speaker 5: ain't none of us had no equipment, We had no ships,
- 23:13Speaker 5: we have no boats. We can bring none of this
- 23:15Speaker 5: stuff into these communities community, but yet it got there.
- 23:22Speaker 5: Just like now, there's an epidemic of drugs going throughout
- 23:26Speaker 5: the prison system, all of the prison system. I look
- 23:29Speaker 5: at videos every other day, people sending me videos of
- 23:33Speaker 5: individuals having these these six in these episodes from the
- 23:40Speaker 5: consumption of drugs. But how how when they can't go nowhere.
- 23:48Speaker 5: It ain't like they can pull up and order it.
- 23:50Speaker 5: Because they can't pull up and order it, So how
- 23:53Speaker 5: does it get inside of the prison system. It goes
- 24:01Speaker 5: back to the head. If we start with the head
- 24:06Speaker 5: and get things in order, it'll begin to fall down.
- 24:10Speaker 5: When you hold people accountable, then they do what they're
- 24:13Speaker 5: supposed to do. But if they think you not watching,
- 24:15Speaker 5: and they think you don't care, they think they got
- 24:18Speaker 5: the upper hand, They're gonna continue to do what they're doing.
- 24:25Speaker 5: We see it every day. Just like if somebody don't
- 24:30Speaker 5: get a handle on this Camelo Anthony case, he's going
- 24:35Speaker 5: to be another product of the system because what the
- 24:44Speaker 5: public is doing right now, they're trying to taint the
- 24:47Speaker 5: jury and they're doing all kinds of stuff that makes
- 24:51Speaker 5: no sense because you can't tell me why is the
- 24:56Speaker 5: dad and the other twin a to go on these
- 25:00Speaker 5: platforms and do the stuff that they're doing and that
- 25:03Speaker 5: not be illegal, that not be against all of what
- 25:07Speaker 5: is going on. Should not if you got a trial,
- 25:09Speaker 5: you should not be all out here in the public
- 25:12Speaker 5: doing all that. You should be waiting until your trial
- 25:15Speaker 5: to the stuff come up and the case go for
- 25:19Speaker 5: and then if you got something to say, that's when
- 25:21Speaker 5: you get on there and you talk your talk after words.
- 25:25Speaker 5: Could I okay, you know, I've been saying the same
- 25:35Speaker 5: thing about since they then about here, that that baby's
- 25:42Speaker 5: not going to get a cry. But a lot of
- 25:47Speaker 5: people have been saying we need to say positive. You know,
- 25:51Speaker 5: I've been saying positive by you know, but by talking
- 25:57Speaker 5: to the men from texts and knowing their situation and
- 26:04Speaker 5: how and with the experience with with Jerry's over there,
- 26:09Speaker 5: it's going to be hard. We had to get a
- 26:14Speaker 5: fair trick period after hearing what the record were spilling
- 26:21Speaker 5: over there, that hatred, even coming from our own people,
- 26:27Speaker 5: our own people, what I heard, I wouldn't. I mean,
- 26:34Speaker 5: I was like, I had to come on social media
- 26:40Speaker 5: after listening to what our own people were saying about
- 26:46Speaker 5: that young man. They weren't saying that he deserves it,
- 26:55Speaker 5: you know. So Cornell, are you familiar with that case.
- 27:08Speaker 3: Case?
- 27:09Speaker 5: Yes, yes, yes, yes, well yes, ma'am.
- 27:11Speaker 3: I got a couple of guys over here who are
- 27:14Speaker 3: very very familiar with that because they have friends of
- 27:18Speaker 3: connected to the case. And I'm goring to call back
- 27:20Speaker 3: and I will tell you what I know about this case. Man.
- 27:23Speaker 3: All right, okay, all right, okay, you.
- 27:26Speaker 5: Know, I mean, it was it was embarrassing listening to
- 27:35Speaker 5: what are brown people was over there saying, you know, oh,
- 27:43Speaker 5: we we stand behind we're standing behind the wrong person.
- 27:47Speaker 5: You know, we're sending our money to the wrong person,
- 27:51Speaker 5: the wrong family. They got him a public defender. I
- 27:56Speaker 5: never seen that family, not once. Then before the cameras
- 28:02Speaker 5: with a public defender. I ain't never seen that family
- 28:08Speaker 5: or heard of anything about that family bond. I mean,
- 28:14Speaker 5: it's just to justify it's to justify him calling people
- 28:18Speaker 5: out of their names. Is to justify the fact that
- 28:22Speaker 5: they got four go fundmeans and they can come on lives,
- 28:28Speaker 5: they can come on TikTok because you know, when you
- 28:30Speaker 5: go on them TikTok lives and you do these lives,
- 28:33Speaker 5: you can make money off those lives. If you get
- 28:35Speaker 5: so many likes and you get so many coins, you
- 28:37Speaker 5: can make money off of that. So these people were
- 28:40Speaker 5: live for fifteen hours. He sit over there and he
- 28:43Speaker 5: was jumping from live to live to live to live
- 28:45Speaker 5: to line and it's just makes no sense to me
- 28:50Speaker 5: outside of being a money grab. I don't understand you.
- 28:54Speaker 5: But you got four gofundmes, Why do you need that
- 28:56Speaker 5: much money? And I'm sure these people are are donating,
- 29:01Speaker 5: because we know how they donate. If they donated over
- 29:05Speaker 5: a million dollars to that lady that called that child
- 29:09Speaker 5: or the N word, and and they donated over a
- 29:12Speaker 5: million dollars to her, you know, you know that these
- 29:16Speaker 5: people don't care nothing about donating to foolishness. They don't
- 29:19Speaker 5: care nothing about donating to stuff that that makes no sense.
- 29:22Speaker 5: You could say videos don't lie, and you can look
- 29:28Speaker 5: at these videos over and over again, the videos don't lie.
- 29:32Speaker 5: Now time, have you seen Anthony family come over here
- 29:35Speaker 5: to defend anything shitt Can you please tell me in
- 29:40Speaker 5: time that you have seen anybody commit a crime in
- 29:46Speaker 5: these news and be innocent and and and and they
- 29:50Speaker 5: not and and and they come on there and talk
- 29:52Speaker 5: about it and say anything about it. But if they knew,
- 29:55Speaker 5: without a shadow of a doubt that Camelo Anthony was guilty,
- 30:00Speaker 5: they would have gone drug that boy up under the rug.
- 30:02Speaker 5: But see, they can't drag him. What they're doing right now,
- 30:05Speaker 5: shouldn't if they stalling, they're trying to come figure out
- 30:08Speaker 5: what other kind of charges they can dummy up on
- 30:12Speaker 5: this baby, because they do that. That's what they do
- 30:15Speaker 5: in Texas. Ain't what nobody told me something that I
- 30:18Speaker 5: we just talked to somebody. We got a guy that
- 30:21Speaker 5: you're gonna be talking to soon that had the same
- 30:24Speaker 5: thing happened to him. He had a caser, had that
- 30:27Speaker 5: case and then the facts, well, I guess it's gonna
- 30:32Speaker 5: pick up the case or whatever. But they could not.
- 30:36Speaker 5: They did not have enough evidence to convict him, So
- 30:39Speaker 5: that's when they trumped up another charge on him while
- 30:43Speaker 5: he was in prison. How did he commit that crime
- 30:46Speaker 5: if he was already locked up in your prison system?
- 30:48Speaker 5: Ain't nobody questioned that. Ain't nobody asked that question. But
- 30:52Speaker 5: because he looked like us, ain't, don't nobody care? Because
- 30:58Speaker 5: none of these laws was designed for us US, No way.
- 31:00Speaker 5: If you look at all these laws that's own the books,
- 31:03Speaker 5: and all this stuff that's owned the books, none of
- 31:05Speaker 5: this stuff was designed for us. Everybody around here celebrating
- 31:08Speaker 5: Fourth of July and and celebrating that for what. You
- 31:11Speaker 5: weren't even free then. You were not free in seventeen
- 31:15Speaker 5: seventy six. None of our ancestors was free in seventeen
- 31:17Speaker 5: seventy six. But yet we'll will yet celebrate a Fourth
- 31:22Speaker 5: of July and proudly celebrate fourth for July for what exactly? Fireworks?
- 31:34Speaker 5: Firework you got? They wasn't kicking up that much for June,
- 31:37Speaker 5: team nothing. Our brown brothers, y'all wasn't doing that much
- 31:44Speaker 5: for Sinker Demaya, but doing that much for they got
- 31:51Speaker 5: their foot on our next and they don't and they'll
- 31:56Speaker 5: defending They'll defend these people to their grave. And and
- 32:00Speaker 5: you got all these these b K b K men
- 32:03Speaker 5: that that that's married to these yts and and that's
- 32:08Speaker 5: all they do. It's the fandom defend them. If they
- 32:12Speaker 5: can be wrong, it's it's hell. And they gonna defend them. Yes,
- 32:18Speaker 5: but you can't get them to stand up and and
- 32:20Speaker 5: and why do they do that? And I explained that
- 32:23Speaker 5: the other day on on on on my on my life,
- 32:27Speaker 5: when I did my devotion, I was explaining why a
- 32:31Speaker 5: lot of those people You asked that question to why
- 32:35Speaker 5: all those b K men down? Because that's who it is.
- 32:40Speaker 5: It's the b K men. You don't hard to hear
- 32:41Speaker 5: none of those women over there saying that, But it's
- 32:44Speaker 5: most of those men. And most of those men they
- 32:47Speaker 5: are dating the y T women, and a lot of
- 32:51Speaker 5: them they don't even love themselves. So if they don't
- 32:55Speaker 5: have love for themselves, then how can they have love
- 32:58Speaker 5: for anybody else or care about you. There is one man,
- 33:02Speaker 5: it's one man over there that has a platform nothing
- 33:08Speaker 5: but uh white tea women, and he allowed them women
- 33:15Speaker 5: to talk to doubt, to talk about black women. Well,
- 33:23Speaker 5: I bet you they won't do that in the street
- 33:24Speaker 5: because I'm telling you I'm not my I'm not my ancestor,
- 33:29Speaker 5: you know, and I just and I just think about
- 33:32Speaker 5: you know, you can love who you want to love,
- 33:36Speaker 5: you know, but when you involved hate, you can't say
- 33:45Speaker 5: you love God. Because God is not hate. God is loved.
- 33:49Speaker 5: But God ain't in that mess.
- 33:52Speaker 3: God is.
- 33:54Speaker 5: God name in the same sentence. And God ain't no
- 33:57Speaker 5: way in that God in and nothing nothing that is
- 33:59Speaker 5: taken away from the citizens. He everything. He's killing people,
- 34:03Speaker 5: he's taking away medicine, he's taking away food, he's taking
- 34:06Speaker 5: away housing, He's taking everything that he's taken away. God
- 34:09Speaker 5: wanted to do that. Jesus want have done that. He
- 34:12Speaker 5: ain't asked out downtown. What would Jesus do because Jesus
- 34:15Speaker 5: would have done that. Jesus want to see all these
- 34:17Speaker 5: homeless people up under these bridges. And yet yet we
- 34:21Speaker 5: sending we would send millions and billions of dollars on
- 34:25Speaker 5: a parade for him, But you got homeless people living
- 34:29Speaker 5: in tents under bridges that serve this country. If you
- 34:33Speaker 5: wanted to really honor the army and the military, you
- 34:40Speaker 5: should have been honoring them veterans, getting some of them
- 34:42Speaker 5: veterans off the street. That's what you should have been there,
- 34:46Speaker 5: But we weren't talking about that. They're good enough to
- 34:51Speaker 5: go fight for our country and stuff, but they're not
- 34:54Speaker 5: good enough to house and feed regardless of what kind
- 34:59Speaker 5: of mental illness that's going on. We don't know what
- 35:02Speaker 5: the men and women are seeing over there, you know,
- 35:05Speaker 5: we don't know. And then you know the draft, so
- 35:13Speaker 5: of course he don't know, and I never know because
- 35:16Speaker 5: now he's too old. But then he want to make
- 35:18Speaker 5: he want to change the limits and change everything for
- 35:21Speaker 5: everybody else. Yeah, I'll be glad when you get on
- 35:25Speaker 5: up out of there.
- 35:27Speaker 4: Okay, Well, I would like to weigh in on this.
- 35:30Speaker 3: Uh. First of all, we have already realized for decade
- 35:34Speaker 3: that we have two systems now, one for blacks and
- 35:38Speaker 3: one for white i'm v K and one for for
- 35:41Speaker 3: the for the white hys V. Why thank and I
- 35:46Speaker 3: apologize for that now. And the issue is that now
- 35:50Speaker 3: for decade, our system has rallied around the way that
- 35:55Speaker 3: they can take and treat the African American totally different
- 35:59Speaker 3: as a pole to the Caucasian. So under them circumstances,
- 36:04Speaker 3: now the issue now becomes the capitalism, the capitalism is
- 36:09Speaker 3: how can they make billions and billis and billions of
- 36:12Speaker 3: dollars all hey, and this is what's happening. So now
- 36:17Speaker 3: when it comes to our criminal justice system, that is
- 36:20Speaker 3: one of the easiest ways to lock us away from
- 36:23Speaker 3: society and to get paid for locking us away from society.
- 36:30Speaker 3: Now they've taken our females and doing them the same
- 36:33Speaker 3: identical way, locking them away from society for possessions of
- 36:40Speaker 3: less than the grammar of cocaine of things of this nation,
- 36:44Speaker 3: when in fact they don't have a they don't have
- 36:46Speaker 3: a a it's not a crime. They have a drug habit.
- 36:50Speaker 3: They have a problem that needs to be fixed that
- 36:53Speaker 3: they need to get the help up. But instead our
- 36:56Speaker 3: system penalizing them instead of giving them them the help
- 37:00Speaker 3: that they need. The same way in here, instead of
- 37:04Speaker 3: giving these kids the help that they need to help
- 37:06Speaker 3: them get off of this drugs, they are paralyzing them
- 37:09Speaker 3: and they are trying to do everything they can to
- 37:11Speaker 3: hold them here in prison. Now, the issue that I
- 37:15Speaker 3: spoke about was regarding the mister after the communal case.
- 37:19Speaker 3: In that case, here's we're dealing with a double system.
- 37:23Speaker 3: You have some people saying he's guilty, and you have
- 37:26Speaker 3: some people saying he's innocome and that this self depends. Okay, well,
- 37:31Speaker 3: what do the evidence say?
- 37:32Speaker 4: What do the facts say?
- 37:34Speaker 3: If the facts show that he was justified, then why
- 37:37Speaker 3: is it that everybody's missing the point? That doesn't make
- 37:42Speaker 3: no sense, no matter of what our opinion is, because
- 37:44Speaker 3: I wouldn't want to happen to my time. If he's ennocent,
- 37:47Speaker 3: he's innocent. If he's guilty, he's guilty.
- 37:50Speaker 5: Well, everybody keeps saying that he could have walked away,
- 37:53Speaker 5: he could have walked away, but you don't know, a
- 37:56Speaker 5: lot of stuff is starting to come out, Like we're
- 37:59Speaker 5: starting to find out that these these kids had ties
- 38:02Speaker 5: to the the the Peanut Butter boys. Yeah, them them
- 38:08Speaker 5: boys that ran up in there in January the sixth,
- 38:12Speaker 5: they had ties. Dad was really connected to him because
- 38:16Speaker 5: he he was in the same circles with three of
- 38:19Speaker 5: them right there in the Dallas Fort Work area. And
- 38:22Speaker 5: the couple that was known to to do time. One
- 38:26Speaker 5: was known to go to jail and did some time.
- 38:28Speaker 5: There was two females in a in a in a male.
- 38:31Speaker 5: He's connected with them, and they had they got a
- 38:34Speaker 5: video out that's saying that one of the Peanut Butter
- 38:37Speaker 5: boys to call and said that the one that's unlive
- 38:42Speaker 5: he was gonna he was he was gonna be the
- 38:44Speaker 5: paper child for them. They was already looking at him. Now,
- 38:47Speaker 5: you tell me, well, what kind of stuff is that
- 38:49Speaker 5: that they teaching something in their house that's not right?
- 38:52Speaker 5: And if he could come on these live, these live
- 38:56Speaker 5: shows and say what he said the other night, called
- 38:59Speaker 5: b a female? Uh uh that that that that N
- 39:03Speaker 5: word and in in cow ha uh b. Yeah, he
- 39:09Speaker 5: used that regularly. That ain't just something that just popped
- 39:12Speaker 5: up because he was under the stress. That he's mad. Yeah,
- 39:15Speaker 5: they want us to be mad at Robert Hinton because
- 39:17Speaker 5: he did what he did. But it's okay for him
- 39:19Speaker 5: to get over here and cut people out and to
- 39:21Speaker 5: say what he want to say. Nah, if we ain't
- 39:23Speaker 5: gonna do the double standard, if we're gonna do it
- 39:25Speaker 5: for one and do it.
- 39:26Speaker 3: All, okay. So it's obvious saying, ma'am, what you're saying
- 39:30Speaker 3: that this case is being overshadowed by the issue of
- 39:34Speaker 3: the skin. Is that okay, and not by the facts. Okay.
- 39:39Speaker 3: So if against your attorney received the case, ma'am, their
- 39:44Speaker 3: job and not an obligation is to apply the loss
- 39:47Speaker 3: of the facts of the case.
- 39:48Speaker 5: Well, he's not gonna do that because from what we've
- 39:52Speaker 5: been here the last couple of days, the d A
- 39:55Speaker 5: and in the the the their friends, their friend. Yeah,
- 40:02Speaker 5: the dad, the dad in the DA, the one that's
- 40:05Speaker 5: been running around on all this talking him and the
- 40:08Speaker 5: DA and friends. That that's that's what sloped around.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Now, that's what we have an issue called judicial misconduct
- 40:18Speaker 3: because we have this back then pointed out. Now we
- 40:22Speaker 3: have the power to make a change of venue out
- 40:25Speaker 3: of that county had away from that judge or the
- 40:27Speaker 3: district attorney. Wow, because we see we got a buddy
- 40:30Speaker 3: buddy just some here.
- 40:32Speaker 5: And not only that, they got a petition going around
- 40:35Speaker 5: to bring charges against the brother, the brother because they
- 40:40Speaker 5: saying everybody is saying that these kids before, before all
- 40:45Speaker 5: this stuff started getting passed around and the mama telling
- 40:49Speaker 5: them to retract videos and to take stuff down and
- 40:53Speaker 5: do all that. You're hearing little kids talk about how
- 40:56Speaker 5: these twins were bullied. But now everybody hushed hush about that.
- 41:01Speaker 5: You don't hear them talking about that. But in the
- 41:03Speaker 5: beginning they were talking about how they was bullis and
- 41:05Speaker 5: I could see that if if, if dad is doing
- 41:08Speaker 5: what he doing on these platforms. Yeah, they bullies. And
- 41:12Speaker 5: then I believe some stuff happened between the mama and
- 41:15Speaker 5: the daddy that that cost them to be some some
- 41:18Speaker 5: some some some tension, and and they got some They
- 41:22Speaker 5: got a favorite one in there too. It's a lot
- 41:24Speaker 5: going on that's playing a part in this, and these
- 41:27Speaker 5: people trying to keep it on the hush. But then
- 41:30Speaker 5: they're trying to paint Anthony as a bad person. This
- 41:33Speaker 5: boy ain't never been on now. They did one one
- 41:37Speaker 5: press conference that the dad showed up to. Didn't have
- 41:40Speaker 5: no reason being there, but he showed up to the
- 41:42Speaker 5: press conference. But these people have only done one press conference.
- 41:47Speaker 5: But yet he he he he wrong, he gilty, he
- 41:52Speaker 5: done did this. But history ain't never changed. But then
- 41:56Speaker 5: you got those those medcal stories keep changing every time
- 42:01Speaker 5: you turn around, every video you go listen that you're
- 42:03Speaker 5: gonna hear something different coming out their mouths. But they
- 42:07Speaker 5: telling the truth.
- 42:10Speaker 3: Okay, So with that man, the issue is that we
- 42:13Speaker 3: have to we have to all take focus on the law.
- 42:17Speaker 3: If the law require for him to be justified, ma'am,
- 42:20Speaker 3: and that he did not have to retreat or have
- 42:23Speaker 3: to leave the crime, lead the scene of the climate
- 42:25Speaker 3: order to be justified that he didn't have to.
- 42:28Speaker 5: But he's justified, then we don't even have to talk
- 42:30Speaker 5: about that no more because he met all it's five,
- 42:35Speaker 5: it's five, he met out five of them.
- 42:39Speaker 3: Okay. So that's why we as a public, as community
- 42:44Speaker 3: should bove a petition delanding for them charge us to
- 42:49Speaker 3: be dismissed.
- 42:51Speaker 5: But but let me say, I don't mean to take
- 42:54Speaker 5: you off, brother, but when you got what is divided,
- 43:02Speaker 5: you got some of our people that are siding with
- 43:07Speaker 5: them as well because they believe that. But well, I
- 43:14Speaker 5: have to today I was in a room, so I
- 43:17Speaker 5: can't say that we don't have some of them on
- 43:20Speaker 5: our side too, because there is there. There were a
- 43:23Speaker 5: couple people today that I know were other other sersuasions
- 43:29Speaker 5: that were for him. There's a guy out of California
- 43:33Speaker 5: that he comes on that he is Caucasian and he
- 43:37Speaker 5: says that law, by law, that baby is innocent. He
- 43:44Speaker 5: said his ground. He said by law, he stood his ground.
- 43:48Speaker 5: And there's another guy they said the same thing. And
- 43:51Speaker 5: then there's a lady that said the same thing. So
- 43:53Speaker 5: there's some people on both sides. That's either up, but
- 43:57Speaker 5: that's probably more of us be came in that that
- 44:03Speaker 5: feel that way, and they feel that way for the
- 44:05Speaker 5: wrong reason exactly because you know what I was hearing
- 44:10Speaker 5: around Also if when you said, I forgot what you said,
- 44:15Speaker 5: but a lot of them were saying, oh, he was
- 44:19Speaker 5: wrong for doing that. Would you want to would you
- 44:26Speaker 5: want your child to protect his help if he was
- 44:29Speaker 5: in that situation, because I wanted my child to protect hisself,
- 44:36Speaker 5: and I know for sure that my son would have
- 44:40Speaker 5: protect his protect hisself, and I would the ten toes
- 44:46Speaker 5: down with him.
- 44:51Speaker 4: Okay, the true.
- 45:08Speaker 3: For now, and he got the district attorney on his side,
- 45:17Speaker 3: who happens to be his best friend, and whoever knows
- 45:20Speaker 3: who is his best friend in the courthouse, then we're
- 45:23Speaker 3: saying that the District Attorney's office in our state of
- 45:26Speaker 3: Texas is not considering and looking at the facts to
- 45:30Speaker 3: this case, only going with the money trail now because
- 45:34Speaker 3: now this has turned to almost a million dollar process
- 45:38Speaker 3: now where somebody's gonna get their hands into a picky
- 45:41Speaker 3: job and they're going to get.
- 45:42Speaker 4: Paid where of this.
- 45:44Speaker 3: But now the Middle Avenue Defense and the community, how
- 45:48Speaker 3: the state focus on the facts of the case and
- 45:51Speaker 3: the law to be applied to them. It don't matter
- 45:54Speaker 3: how many people come up against us, that the facts
- 45:56Speaker 3: of the law and the law applied to it show
- 45:59Speaker 3: that we are like, then we shall prevail right now.
- 46:03Speaker 3: Our petition dismissing this case based the going standiel ground
- 46:08Speaker 3: number one, number two self defense, and number three the
- 46:13Speaker 3: lack of sufficient impidence to prove that he intentionally and
- 46:17Speaker 3: knowingly cause the death of an individual. Ma'am. He should
- 46:21Speaker 3: be right now release from any further confinement. What the law?
- 46:25Speaker 5: My okay, my question to you do history did not
- 46:28Speaker 5: know that, ma'am?
- 46:31Speaker 3: Yes they do. But see that's what they thinking. The
- 46:34Speaker 3: job don't know. They think the public don't know because
- 46:37Speaker 3: there ain't nobody saying nothing about that. So if don't
- 46:41Speaker 3: nobody say anything about the law to be applied and
- 46:45Speaker 3: how we're supposed to be applied, they'll let it go
- 46:48Speaker 3: on and on and on and on against what they're doing.
- 46:50Speaker 3: They'll keep letting that money.
- 46:51Speaker 5: Right, this is what they're doing. They keep because they're
- 46:54Speaker 5: now asking them for the asking for more money because
- 46:58Speaker 5: they're saying that they having to do, they're having to
- 47:01Speaker 5: pull tape, they having to do all this stuff. But
- 47:04Speaker 5: they shouldn't have to because that man ain't got no
- 47:08Speaker 5: grounds to stand on. There's nothing to stand on. Like
- 47:11Speaker 5: they not saying like they're not saying what evidence was
- 47:17Speaker 5: presented to the grand jury who made up the grand jury?
- 47:20Speaker 5: They're not sharing none of that information.
- 47:25Speaker 3: Okay, and you know why because it's a pickle Pell
- 47:29Speaker 3: grand jury. It's the fathers of the son is a
- 47:33Speaker 3: friend with the district attorney. Obviously they're gonna present escape
- 47:37Speaker 3: to the district grand jury and get them in diagment.
- 47:39Speaker 3: Their indictment is being rubber stamp. That's a rubber stamps indictment.
- 47:43Speaker 3: Why because no evidence was presented to the grand jury
- 47:46Speaker 3: support that indictment none.
- 47:49Speaker 4: So what's that now?
- 47:50Speaker 3: Was saying that that other information out there and not
- 47:53Speaker 3: only they're a Melo anthony statement saying that he acted
- 47:55Speaker 3: in self defense and video put it just showing that
- 47:59Speaker 3: he acts anybody, why he didn't retreat anybody. But the
- 48:06Speaker 3: issue remained that he did not have to retreat by law.
- 48:10Speaker 5: How can he retreat if you got four people standing
- 48:13Speaker 5: around you, how you gonna retreat without If he tried
- 48:17Speaker 5: to retreat that people failed to realize that you got
- 48:20Speaker 5: four people. It was just one. It was four people.
- 48:23Speaker 5: And they keep saying that he could have went in
- 48:25Speaker 5: any direction. How if you got four people surrounding you,
- 48:31Speaker 5: either direction you go, you're gonna bump into somebody if
- 48:34Speaker 5: they surrounded you. Okay, okay, So how can he how
- 48:40Speaker 5: could he willfully on his own decide Now he said
- 48:44Speaker 5: what he said so that they can move from where
- 48:47Speaker 5: he was to give him his space, and then maybe
- 48:51Speaker 5: he could have retreated. But they wanted to be bullied
- 48:54Speaker 5: and they wanted to touch his stuff.
- 48:58Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, he was right anything correct crime okay. And
- 49:12Speaker 3: number three, he did not do anything to cause the cause.
- 49:19Speaker 5: What what what's probably gonna come out is he was
- 49:23Speaker 5: under that tent talking to one of them girls and
- 49:27Speaker 5: they over there. Oh well, one of them came over
- 49:30Speaker 5: there and saw him over there talking to one of
- 49:33Speaker 5: the girls because they said that that I think it
- 49:35Speaker 5: was the dad or somebody on one of them shows. Oh,
- 49:38Speaker 5: Diego Diego was gonna popped up. That's that's that's hunter.
- 49:43Speaker 5: He he don't he done popped up in one of
- 49:44Speaker 5: the what's his name? And he directly was was coming
- 49:48Speaker 5: on the stuff that I was posting because I was posting.
- 49:51Speaker 5: You know, I don't care. He stood his ground. They
- 49:53Speaker 5: come in there with that polish that he stood his ground,
- 49:55Speaker 5: He did what he needed to do. And then he
- 49:57Speaker 5: gonna say, oh, you supported the murder. I say, and
- 50:00Speaker 5: they need to lock you up too, I said, because
- 50:03Speaker 5: you one, you, the one went and got your brother.
- 50:05Speaker 5: You the one went and got them. You the one
- 50:08Speaker 5: went and brought them over there. Because that's that's what
- 50:11Speaker 5: they said. The first two minutes of the video. You'll
- 50:14Speaker 5: see him go and get his brother and bring them back.
- 50:17Speaker 5: So he went and brought them to the to it.
- 50:19Speaker 5: And I tell you it's gonna come out that it
- 50:21Speaker 5: was probably over there about a girl, had something to
- 50:24Speaker 5: do with a girl, and that that was the whole
- 50:28Speaker 5: little cows of that. But we're gonna see it's gonna
- 50:32Speaker 5: come out because them kids ain't gonna keep all that
- 50:35Speaker 5: stuff quiet. They only they only can be quiet for
- 50:38Speaker 5: a little while. They're not gonna maybe keep all that
- 50:40Speaker 5: quiet because then people gonna start pointing the fingers at them.
- 50:43Speaker 5: Because remind you, there was four people that surrounded him.
- 50:48Speaker 5: They ain't said nothing about none of the other people.
- 50:50Speaker 5: What them other two boys at the only person they
- 50:53Speaker 5: talking about its hunter. Where the other two boys at.
- 50:57Speaker 5: They don't identified one. I think his name is BJ,
- 51:02Speaker 5: but they hadn't identified the other one. One of them went.
- 51:06Speaker 5: From my understanding, one of them was black, or maybe
- 51:12Speaker 5: two of them was black. I don't know, but it
- 51:14Speaker 5: was it was a BK person up in.
- 51:16Speaker 3: There, Okay, the criminal Initially, Initially it came from.
- 51:25Speaker 5: From them aggressives, from them twins because number one, one
- 51:30Speaker 5: of them didn't even have no right to be there,
- 51:32Speaker 5: if we tell the truth, he wasn't even on no roster.
- 51:35Speaker 5: He was not participating in nothing that day. So he
- 51:40Speaker 5: he he lawfully, if we want to tell the truth,
- 51:42Speaker 5: had no right even to be there. And they want
- 51:47Speaker 5: to say Camillo didn't have no right under that tent,
- 51:51Speaker 5: but he had right to be in there. It started
- 51:54Speaker 5: raining and they told them to get to a tent
- 51:57Speaker 5: or get to the bus.
- 52:00Speaker 3: Okay, okay, come listen that. I ask you a question now, yes,
- 52:07Speaker 3: what constitution.
- 52:09Speaker 4: A crime?
- 52:10Speaker 3: Man?
- 52:14Speaker 5: What constitute a crime?
- 52:17Speaker 3: Yes, ma'am? What constitutes acquire a crime? You have to
- 52:25Speaker 3: do what you have to ask.
- 52:29Speaker 5: You have to plan it a long huh, don't you
- 52:34Speaker 5: have to? You have to plan it. You have to
- 52:37Speaker 5: follow through with it.
- 52:39Speaker 3: Okay. So that means that you intentionally and you normally
- 52:44Speaker 3: it's something to commit that crime, right.
- 52:49Speaker 5: Right, Okay, So in order to commit a crime, you
- 52:53Speaker 5: got to have you got to have intent, and you
- 52:57Speaker 5: gotta have what.
- 52:59Speaker 3: Knowledge and.
- 53:01Speaker 5: You had to have intent and knowledge.
- 53:03Speaker 3: Okay, So mind yourself. Look at Anthony charged with titly
- 53:08Speaker 3: and normally cause him to death.
- 53:10Speaker 5: Well, he had no He didn't intend to do anything
- 53:15Speaker 5: because he didn't even know them. First of all, he
- 53:17Speaker 5: didn't even know them. He he went to compete in
- 53:21Speaker 5: the match, he went to compete in track. He had
- 53:23Speaker 5: no idea that none of them folks was gonna come
- 53:26Speaker 5: in his safe. So how did he have intention on
- 53:28Speaker 5: doing anything?
- 53:30Speaker 3: Okay? So that's what I'm pointing out. That's what I'm
- 53:33Speaker 3: pointing out to you. You have to take the intent
- 53:37Speaker 3: and the normally our Look at kamdo Ath his case,
- 53:40Speaker 3: because he didn't normally do anything.
- 53:42Speaker 4: To committal crime.
- 53:44Speaker 3: He was in a pleasant place which he had a
- 53:46Speaker 3: right to be. He did not provoke anybody to do
- 53:49Speaker 3: anything to him, okay, and he did not have any
- 53:54Speaker 3: answer anybody. So just said that God to get his
- 54:00Speaker 3: for his friends. He's the one who had the criminal
- 54:03Speaker 3: antent to come back Hunter.
- 54:06Speaker 5: That would be Hunter, that would be Hunter.
- 54:09Speaker 3: Okay, so he's done that. How is it that the
- 54:12Speaker 3: District Attorney's office is missing the point? The point is
- 54:16Speaker 3: that they went to go get somebody and they came
- 54:19Speaker 3: back and confront of the mental anthony. And with that
- 54:21Speaker 3: being said, that's where Camilo Anthony was justified and doing
- 54:25Speaker 3: what he did, and he stood his ground and doing
- 54:27Speaker 3: what he had to do. And now for the District
- 54:30Speaker 3: Attorney's office, I would to you right now as we
- 54:33Speaker 3: see so dismissed that indictment against him. Why because he
- 54:37Speaker 3: was justified. He stead of the ground, he did not
- 54:40Speaker 3: have to retreat. So his lawyers, I don't know what
- 54:43Speaker 3: they're doing, what's it lands or what they thinking about doing,
- 54:46Speaker 3: But I see now that distant turn into a money
- 54:49Speaker 3: circus now, yeah, and everybody's missing the point. So that's.
- 54:57Speaker 5: That's how it is. It's a money ground because it
- 55:00Speaker 5: go go fund means and then you staying on lives
- 55:04Speaker 5: for fifteen hours. You on for fifteen hours. They was
- 55:08Speaker 5: on that line for fifteen hours, and then you're going
- 55:11Speaker 5: from live to live to live to life. I mean
- 55:14Speaker 5: everybody trying to have this this this this jewelry tons
- 55:19Speaker 5: on their platform because that's what he's doing, taunting the jury.
- 55:24Speaker 3: Okay, so what should we do? We need the public
- 55:27Speaker 3: if the's a lawyers, camilo anthey are not going to
- 55:30Speaker 3: do their jobs around we are demanding right now have
- 55:35Speaker 3: a petition that they were drawn from this case and
- 55:38Speaker 3: that we feel assigned from attorneys who are going to
- 55:40Speaker 3: represent him to Professor of his ability while because these
- 55:43Speaker 3: attorneys are not following anything to get him off of
- 55:46Speaker 3: this case when in fact the facts of proven that
- 55:49Speaker 3: he was justify. Why did they not follow emotion of
- 55:52Speaker 3: this mistess indictment and why are they let this case
- 55:55Speaker 3: go forward a word of grand jury that he may
- 55:58Speaker 3: not get a fair of drawal at because now they're
- 56:00Speaker 3: trying to tell money crowd. The lawyers will allow themselves
- 56:04Speaker 3: to be paid money to help them get the conviction,
- 56:07Speaker 3: then paid more money to do the appeal, then paid
- 56:10Speaker 3: more money to do the eleven h seven, So they
- 56:12Speaker 3: will wreck up as much money as they can out
- 56:14Speaker 3: of this one particular case. That's a very simple case.
- 56:18Speaker 3: It's a justified case. And this boy stird the crowd
- 56:21Speaker 3: and he's innosome, and the District sign's officer dismissed that
- 56:24Speaker 3: case right now as we speak.
- 56:26Speaker 5: So now, so how much time do he have from
- 56:29Speaker 5: the indictment because they have what one hundred and eighty
- 56:33Speaker 5: days to get him into court after the indictment come down.
- 56:40Speaker 3: Okay, here's what's going to happen in his case because
- 56:43Speaker 3: of the complicity that's in this particular case, the District
- 56:46Speaker 3: attorney's officer is going to follow motion for continuance, which
- 56:49Speaker 3: means that now they got to go fund me. They're
- 56:51Speaker 3: gonna try to lack them as much money as they can.
- 56:53Speaker 3: In this case. The point now is that you have
- 56:55Speaker 3: one hundred and eighty days to be indicted. That means
- 56:59Speaker 3: that all the evil I have to go to the
- 57:00Speaker 3: frantury After Dan Dymy, you have what we call a
- 57:04Speaker 3: pre trial hearing, which means that you can follow this
- 57:07Speaker 3: thirty days before the jury trial and ask them to
- 57:10Speaker 3: show you all of the evidence that will allow you
- 57:13Speaker 3: to follow motion to squash the indictment or dismiss the indictment. So,
- 57:18Speaker 3: as of right now, I'm just optionist to follow motions
- 57:21Speaker 3: to dismiss the indictment. Because indament was built on what
- 57:26Speaker 3: we classify as glad jury lack of tearing gland tenderal
- 57:32Speaker 3: was fixed in this case. Wow, because the glad turist
- 57:35Speaker 3: friends of the district attorney and friends of the victim,
- 57:38Speaker 3: of the fallow of the victim. It's a glad jury racriteria.
- 57:42Speaker 3: So what we do as a public we demanded this
- 57:45Speaker 3: whole case befo all the platforms to be dismissed and
- 57:49Speaker 3: the attorneys in this case to be dismissed off this
- 57:52Speaker 3: case unless they do their job by following the motions
- 57:55Speaker 3: to dismiss the case right now because we ain't no needle. Wow,
- 58:00Speaker 3: they help get a conviction. No, we don't need to
- 58:02Speaker 3: because we don't have to go that far to no
- 58:05Speaker 3: jury because the jury is gonna be tainted it and
- 58:10Speaker 3: the public is not gonna know why because these attorney
- 58:12Speaker 3: is going for a money grab and they'll make it
- 58:14Speaker 3: look good for the record like they're doing their job.
- 58:17Speaker 3: But all the time, the jury gonna come back and
- 58:19Speaker 3: say he'll to you. And when that happened, then he
- 58:21Speaker 3: have to appeal that case. And the lawyers who living
- 58:25Speaker 3: in Canlo Avenue are gonna pay gonna appeal that case
- 58:28Speaker 3: and they're gonna get more money just to appeal that case.
- 58:32Speaker 3: So right now, ma'am, I wish the public would stand
- 58:35Speaker 3: up to the state, to the District Attalion's office in
- 58:38Speaker 3: that county and do their job and demand for this
- 58:41Speaker 3: case to be dismissed. Baseball justifible calls standil ground and
- 58:47Speaker 3: lack of sufficient evidence to show that he intentionally and
- 58:51Speaker 3: knowingly called the death of this individual.
- 58:54Speaker 5: And can and who can do that? The lawyer right,
- 58:58Speaker 5: The public can do this, The public can do. What
- 59:01Speaker 5: can the public do? Tell the public what they can do?
- 59:04Speaker 3: Again? The public can send upon a signat to petition
- 59:09Speaker 3: to demand the District Attorney's office in this case dismiss
- 59:13Speaker 3: this case based upon stuff the Bible calls saniel ground
- 59:18Speaker 3: and lack of sufficient evidence to show that Camilo Anthony
- 59:21Speaker 3: intentley only caused because of this individual. And it's going
- 59:25Speaker 3: to ask for the attorneys in this case either sign
- 59:28Speaker 3: on this petition and get a wearing on it brought,
- 59:32Speaker 3: dismiss themselves from this case. Familiar to do their job.
- 59:37Speaker 3: That's what we're asking for, because this case can be
- 59:39Speaker 3: dismissed right now before we even go to the jury,
- 59:43Speaker 3: and he should be given a release right now. He
- 59:45Speaker 3: shouldn't have to have no hob on that he can't
- 59:48Speaker 3: get out of jail because right now his life is
- 59:52Speaker 3: in danger. While become a public opinion, you have one
- 59:55Speaker 3: minute left, so that's what we're asking for now, and
- 59:59Speaker 3: the public can do an online petition to the disc
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: Attorney's office to dismiss this case basically on justify because
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: it self defense and stand your ground which you don't
- 1:00:10Speaker 3: have to retreat, and lack of sufficient evidence to justify
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: and cattle and wantly because that's what he's indicted for
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: at Cattland Norty.
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: But the evidence and.
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: The fact that he did not have catland nor to
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: do anything to anybody.
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: So he's justified.
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: So that's what we're acting us. So if anybody listen
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: to this, please sayd up and support the Melo Anthony
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: demands of this case. You dismissed. All right, thank y'all
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: allow with me this opportunity and I'll talk to you
- 1:00:37Speaker 3: guys later. And thanks y'all very much. Thank you. Mission
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: that okay, ma'am.
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: But I okay, all right, talk to you so.
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: Okay, man, thank you very much.
