Idaho National Guard Detention Lawsuit | Boise News
A Purple Heart recipient is suing the Idaho National Guard after claiming she was violently detained and injured by troops outside her D.C. home—allegedly pinned down, cuffed too tight, and left with surgery-warranting wrist damage. Though the troops claimed she assaulted them days prior (she wasn’t charged), the ACLU is backing her as part of a nationwide wave of 54 similar lawsuits across 17 states, all seeking compensation under the Federal Tort Claims Act. No official response has been received yet—this is still just an allegation. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow…
