- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know a right good morning friends,
- 0:03Speaker 1: Welcome to Monday, Welcome to March. Appreciate you being here
- 0:06Speaker 1: starting your week with us. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Oh my god, that's right, It's March. It is crazy.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Rihanna has confirmed that she is back in the studio.
- 0:15Speaker 2: The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here.
- 0:18Speaker 2: She posted a video to Instagram that showed a day
- 0:21Speaker 2: in her life where one specific sentence caught everybody's attention.
- 0:26Speaker 2: While she was going over designs in a business meeting,
- 0:28Speaker 2: she said, quote I still have to go to the
- 0:30Speaker 2: studio afterwards. In an interview with The Harper's Bazaar last year,
- 0:34Speaker 2: Rihanna did say that she'd put out another album, that
- 0:37Speaker 2: it can't be anything quote mediocre. That's why it's been
- 0:40Speaker 2: taking so long, because she wants to focus on something
- 0:43Speaker 2: that really, you know, counts, and it's not just there
- 0:46Speaker 2: to put it out for the reason of just having
- 0:49Speaker 2: something out because fans keep harassing her about it. She's
- 0:53Speaker 2: really trying to be intentional about it. It seems as
- 0:55Speaker 2: though we're gonna get it somewhat sooner, Hopefully Fingers crossed.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Hendersonville installed a pet microchip scanner at Memorial Park. This
- 1:04Speaker 2: is so important and I'm so happy to see so
- 1:06Speaker 2: many places around Middle Tennessee doing this more and more.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Hendersonville Parks and Rex director Andy Gilly he installed a
- 1:15Speaker 2: new scanner at Memorial Park after someone suggested the idea,
- 1:19Speaker 2: and it just it really helps with loss and abandoned pets.
- 1:21Speaker 2: They're on a rise, unfortunately, and they wanted away for
- 1:24Speaker 2: the community to be able to reconnect animals with their
- 1:27Speaker 2: owners quickly. So the scanner works with microchipped pets. It's
- 1:31Speaker 2: a scan that just shows a unique number that links
- 1:33Speaker 2: back to a registration and an owner's contact information. So
- 1:37Speaker 2: if you ever find a dog or a cat wandering
- 1:40Speaker 2: the streets and you see that they have a collar on,
- 1:43Speaker 2: one of the ways that you can try to check
- 1:45Speaker 2: who belongs to the pet is through this scanner. If
- 1:47Speaker 2: there is no number on the.
- 1:48Speaker 3: Caller, that's great.
- 1:50Speaker 2: And Liquid Death has released their own urn in collaboration
- 1:54Speaker 2: with Spotify. I know that sounds really crazy. It's called
- 1:56Speaker 2: the Eternal Playlist. Earn so white Urn holds your as
- 2:00Speaker 2: has a twist. There's a built in wireless speaker on
- 2:04Speaker 2: the top, so you can listen to a playlist of
- 2:06Speaker 2: your choice for all of eternity. The limited edition ARN
- 2:10Speaker 2: costs five hundred dollars, and yes, I have thought about purchasing.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I've thought about it. I was like, this might this
- 2:17Speaker 2: might be a good idea. I don't hate it, but
- 2:20Speaker 2: it's a thing, okay, And those are the three things
- 2:23Speaker 2: you need to know.
- 2:24Speaker 3: It plays the music inside for the ashes.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Correct, So for you, if you were to pass away,
- 2:30Speaker 2: you could pick an eternal playlist that you would want played,
- 2:33Speaker 2: and it will play it forever.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I can't think of any reasons this is a bad idea, Like,
- 2:37Speaker 1: I'm why does this not exist already?
- 2:40Speaker 3: This is great?
- 2:41Speaker 2: I agree, That's why I thought about it. It's a
- 2:43Speaker 2: little creepy to think about it right now, but hey,
- 2:47Speaker 2: who knows.
- 2:48Speaker 1: I wonder if I could just play our podcast for eternity,
- 2:51Speaker 1: you know what I mean?
- 2:54Speaker 3: Us Chef Forever, every episode.
- 2:59Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning on what oh.
- 3:02Speaker 5: Seven five the River?
- 3:04Speaker 3: Thomas, It's one oh seven five the River.
- 3:06Speaker 1: We've got something very cool this morning and all week

- 3:12Speaker 1: festival happening a bridge don Areena.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Next month. It's called Freely Fest. The killers are going
- 3:16Speaker 3: to be there, Tea Pain is going to be there.
- 3:18Speaker 1: The line up is really awesome, and we've got tickets
- 3:20Speaker 1: all week.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Six, one, five, seven, three, seven, nine to one oh seven.
- 3:24Speaker 2: If you've never seen Tea Pain live, you need to
- 3:27Speaker 2: do it. I'm telling you, it's going to change your life.
- 3:30Speaker 3: These tickets and some small talk.
- 3:32Speaker 4: Next on the River, Ricky is Zach and Mano.
- 3:36Speaker 5: In the morning on what oh seven five the River,
- 3:38Speaker 5: everybody say good morning to Alicia Lebanon.
- 3:41Speaker 6: Good morning, Alisia, Good morning.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Welcome to one oh seven five the River. What are
- 3:47Speaker 2: you doing to start your week off right now? Are
- 3:48Speaker 2: you getting ready for work?
- 3:50Speaker 7: I am all right.
- 3:51Speaker 3: How is your weekend? Alicia? What'd you would you get
- 3:53Speaker 3: up to?
- 3:54Speaker 7: I relaxed. I went shopping and I got a lot
- 3:57Speaker 7: of groceries that I was surprised I could afford.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean that was very relatable.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Also, you went shopping, what else did you buy?
- 4:03Speaker 7: I had to go to Alta to and get some
- 4:05Speaker 7: refilled on my makeup right now, Oh my gosh, that's
- 4:09Speaker 7: my favorite store.
- 4:09Speaker 3: You guys.
- 4:10Speaker 1: I this is not Alta, but I had to take
- 4:12Speaker 1: my daughter to Sophora a few days after Christmas PTSD.
- 4:17Speaker 3: It was horrible.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Was it horrible because it was crowded or was it
- 4:22Speaker 2: because the pricing or the excitement? Okay, f G, I
- 4:28Speaker 2: mean it was.
- 4:29Speaker 1: It was a madhouse. The smells in there, the price,
- 4:33Speaker 1: everything about it. I don't know how you guys do.
- 4:34Speaker 2: It, honestly, It's just part of life, though you do. Alisa.
- 4:40Speaker 2: I'm glad that you are all up to date with
- 4:41Speaker 2: your makeup. You're ready to go because you're the first
- 4:44Speaker 2: caller of the day on one of seven five the River.
- 4:46Speaker 2: That means that you're gonna go see the Killers Tea
- 4:49Speaker 2: Pain Dominic Fike All next month on April eighth at
- 4:53Speaker 2: britch Down Arena for Freely Fast. That is awesome.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it's gonna be a good one. Ricky is a
- 4:57Speaker 1: huge teap pain. You recently saw a tea Pain, didn't you.
- 5:00Speaker 2: The changed my life, Kevin. It was such a fun show.
- 5:03Speaker 2: It was one of those ones where you have to
- 5:05Speaker 2: go because you grow up with T Pain and T
- 5:07Speaker 2: Pain has so many bops that you just forgot he
- 5:10Speaker 2: even was a part of And then you see him
- 5:12Speaker 2: live truly, you leave on cloud nine. It knows You're
- 5:14Speaker 2: just so happy.
- 5:15Speaker 1: He's so much more like musically talented than people would assume.
- 5:19Speaker 2: You have no idea. Yeah, it's wild. The man is
- 5:21Speaker 2: a genius. I'm excited.
- 5:23Speaker 3: You should be.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Thank you for calling, Thank you for starting your week
- 5:26Speaker 1: with us. We're gonna put you on hold.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Okay, Okay, thanks Alisha. We've got more tomorrow and all week.
- 5:32Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Yesterday, I was at Geotis Park for the US women's
- 5:37Speaker 2: national team. They played Argentina, and there was a really
- 5:41Speaker 2: amazing moment that I noticed, and then also a really
- 5:43Speaker 2: bad moment that happened. A nice balance of the day
- 5:48Speaker 2: for sure, that I want to share with you guys.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Okay, right after justin Bieber, Ricky will tell us what happened,
- 5:54Speaker 1: the good and the bad.
- 5:55Speaker 3: We'll find out.
- 5:56Speaker 5: Next Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Ricky told us something a second ago. She went to
- 6:04Speaker 1: Giotas yesterday for some soccer. Something good happened, which I
- 6:07Speaker 1: would assume the whole thing was good. It was a
- 6:08Speaker 1: beautiful day and something bad happened, and I'm on the
- 6:11Speaker 1: edge of my seat here.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Do you want the good or the bad? Part for it.
- 6:15Speaker 3: Let's get so yeah, Ricky, you got you gotta.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Okay, Well, let me set the scene. Okay. I went
- 6:22Speaker 2: to the women's uh US women's national team game versus
- 6:26Speaker 2: Argentina yesterday at Gioda Spark for the She Believes Cup.
- 6:30Speaker 2: UH just a cool event all around, so I will say,
- 6:33Speaker 2: perfect day to be outside. It was absolutely stunny. I
- 6:38Speaker 2: was so happy to just like sit there in the sunshine,
- 6:42Speaker 2: surrounded by people who are just supporting women's sports. Was
- 6:44Speaker 2: so cool. So here we'll say the positive part first, Okay, Okay,
- 6:49Speaker 2: I noticed so many happy little girls at this game
- 6:53Speaker 2: that truly just brought me so much joy and happiness
- 6:56Speaker 2: love that I could not contain it. I don't think
- 6:59Speaker 2: I stopped smiling the entirety of the time that I
- 7:01Speaker 2: was at Yodas Park because there are just so many
- 7:04Speaker 2: little girls and women, just a lot of people there
- 7:07Speaker 2: supporting women's sports, and it was such a cool thing
- 7:10Speaker 2: to witness because it's so important for these little girls
- 7:13Speaker 2: to you know, see themselves out there on the field
- 7:15Speaker 2: and see that they can do. Representation matters, It so matters.
- 7:19Speaker 6: They get to see someone that looks like them doing
- 7:21Speaker 6: something absolutely incredible.
- 7:24Speaker 2: And that was what I was going to say too,
- 7:26Speaker 2: is that there were so many parents that were there,
- 7:28Speaker 2: and it seemed like with large groups of children as well,
- 7:31Speaker 2: because it looks like a lot of soccer teams came together.
- 7:34Speaker 2: So there's just a sea of little girls and then
- 7:37Speaker 2: like four parents trying to wrangle all of them. So
- 7:40Speaker 2: you guys are amazing for doing that. It's so important
- 7:42Speaker 2: that they see these things, and it really truly, just
- 7:44Speaker 2: like I said, I have not smiled that much and
- 7:46Speaker 2: I think in a very long time. So that was
- 7:48Speaker 2: a positive thing that I noticed from yesterday. So the
- 7:51Speaker 2: entire time I was at Yoda's smiling ear to ear,
- 7:53Speaker 2: so excited to be there. Gorgeous day. The women's team won,
- 7:57Speaker 2: so like we hit amazing, let's go guys, and then
- 8:02Speaker 2: the game ends, and this is where the negative part happens.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Way Geoda's Park, I love you so much. You need
- 8:08Speaker 2: to figure out your ride share situation. It's awful. It
- 8:11Speaker 2: is absolutely horrific the way that they do it. They
- 8:16Speaker 2: need to figure it out. And I'm just speaking as
- 8:18Speaker 2: someone not only who is a local here, but somebody
- 8:21Speaker 2: who loves Geotis because it's such a great setup and
- 8:25Speaker 2: I love being there, but when you leave, it's miserable.
- 8:28Speaker 3: I was just a mile to get an uber.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Well that's horrific. Why do I need to walk a
- 8:33Speaker 2: mile to get an uber? But if you don't walk
- 8:35Speaker 2: a mile, you have to wait thirty five minutes for
- 8:38Speaker 2: anyone to pick you up. And the amount of times
- 8:40Speaker 2: we had drivers drop us and both AJ and I
- 8:43Speaker 2: were standing there trying to get a ride, and everybody
- 8:46Speaker 2: who's lined up waiting is all going through the same experience.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Every single person is experience because the.
- 8:51Speaker 6: Drivers know that they don't want to have to deal
- 8:53Speaker 6: with the traffic, so as soon as they see that
- 8:54Speaker 6: they're picking you up from Geotis Park, they're like, oh, no, no, cancel,
- 8:57Speaker 6: i'me out.
- 8:58Speaker 2: And I get it. Yeah, but need to figure out
- 9:01Speaker 2: a better way of doing.
- 9:02Speaker 3: This, to do something about it.
- 9:03Speaker 2: And I know they've been working on it, because it's
- 9:05Speaker 2: been a few years and it's gotten a little bit
- 9:06Speaker 2: better than when they first opened. But like, ooh, everybody
- 9:10Speaker 2: in that line, we were all so hyped about the wind,
- 9:13Speaker 2: and you just you saw, like the wind just leave
- 9:15Speaker 2: our bodies. Like we were just like, now we have
- 9:18Speaker 2: to deal with this. This is how the end of
- 9:21Speaker 2: the game. It just it's not fun.
- 9:23Speaker 3: I feel like Zach was right.
- 9:24Speaker 1: We should have gone with the negative first, so we
- 9:25Speaker 1: get end on a positive note.
- 9:28Speaker 2: One the girls.
- 9:35Speaker 1: You need to know, right just after seven o'clock here
- 9:39Speaker 1: on this Monday morning, thank you for starting your brand
- 9:41Speaker 1: new week with us.
- 9:42Speaker 3: Ricky's got those three things.
- 9:43Speaker 2: Zendia and Tom Holland are married. According to a long
- 9:47Speaker 2: time stylist Law Roach, the two got married in secret,
- 9:51Speaker 2: so law revealed the news to Access Hollywood on the
- 9:53Speaker 2: Actor Awards red carpet, saying, quote, the wedding has already happened,
- 9:57Speaker 2: you missed it. Shortly after Valentine's Day, people started to
- 10:00Speaker 2: notice that Zindea changed her jewelry, so she's now been
- 10:03Speaker 2: wearing a gold band on her left ring finger instead
- 10:06Speaker 2: of that big five carrot diamond engagement ring that Tom
- 10:10Speaker 2: gave her a year ago. So everyone started to assume, oh,
- 10:13Speaker 2: they already got married. Turns out they did. So I
- 10:16Speaker 2: hope that at some point we get to see what
- 10:18Speaker 2: she wore. I really want to know what her wedding
- 10:21Speaker 2: dress looks like, and like if she had bridesmaids, and
- 10:24Speaker 2: what they looked like. It's so important to me that
- 10:26Speaker 2: I know what this looked like. I'm hoping that she
- 10:29Speaker 2: shares it at some point. But really exciting news for them.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Happy for them. Obviously doing it in secret is a
- 10:34Speaker 2: lot more chill and feels a lot more special, So
- 10:38Speaker 2: really happy for the two of them. Dino Trek is
- 10:41Speaker 2: coming back to the National Zoo. This is exciting stuff.
- 10:44Speaker 2: They'll have a chance to see encounters with nearly fifty
- 10:47Speaker 2: dinosaurs in an exhibit that hasn't been seen at the
- 10:50Speaker 2: Zoo in three years, so you'll be able to really
- 10:53Speaker 2: see what these things looked like up close and personal.
- 10:57Speaker 2: The exhibit opens March sixth, so this week runs through
- 11:00Speaker 2: July twenty six Go check it out. Obviously, support the
- 11:04Speaker 2: Zoo and see this exhibit that hasn't been there in
- 11:06Speaker 2: quite a while. So if you saw it last time,
- 11:08Speaker 2: go again. Why not? There might be new things that
- 11:10Speaker 2: you've never seen before. And I hop is giving away
- 11:14Speaker 2: free short stacks tomorrow for National Pancake Day. So Tomorrow,
- 11:18Speaker 2: obviously National Pancake Day, we are all gonna celebrate by
- 11:22Speaker 2: eating free pancakes. Free pancakes from seven am to eight
- 11:26Speaker 2: pm at I Hoop. So that means you have breakfast, lunch,
- 11:28Speaker 2: or dinner with free pancakes.
- 11:30Speaker 3: Why did you say or you could do all of that?
- 11:32Speaker 2: Well, you should only you should only go once for
- 11:35Speaker 2: the free pancakes. If you want to eat pancakes for
- 11:38Speaker 2: another meal, you should make them at home. Okay, don't
- 11:40Speaker 2: take advantage of the situation. Guests are encouraged to donate
- 11:44Speaker 2: to help support local Feeding America food banks. And don't
- 11:47Speaker 2: forget to tip your waiter or waitress. A lot of
- 11:50Speaker 2: people forget that when it's like free stuff like this,
- 11:52Speaker 2: but they still.
- 11:52Speaker 3: Need to tip a tip on what the amount would
- 11:54Speaker 3: have been.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Yes, I'm Rick Sanchez and those are the three things
- 11:57Speaker 2: you need to know.
- 11:57Speaker 3: I didn't realize tomorrow is the National Pancake Day.
- 12:00Speaker 1: I had already told my family that I was gonna
- 12:02Speaker 1: make pancakes for dinner Tuesday night because it's my wife
- 12:06Speaker 1: and I. It's our wedding anniversary and I always make
- 12:07Speaker 1: heart and pancakes.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Yeah, that's our tradition. I had no idea it was
- 12:11Speaker 3: pancake Day.
- 12:12Speaker 2: It all works out.
- 12:13Speaker 5: I love it.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Here's Olivia Deine. Thank you for all that, Ricky. We
- 12:16Speaker 1: do have zach Spax coming up. We're learning together. Next
- 12:18Speaker 1: other River.
- 12:20Speaker 4: Class is in sessions Zach's.
- 12:23Speaker 6: Fact one ver did you guys know that with sabi
- 12:27Speaker 6: is so difficult to grow? So ninety nine percent of
- 12:29Speaker 6: wasabi sold in the US is just diet horse radish.
- 12:33Speaker 5: What I know.
- 12:34Speaker 3: I feel like I've been led through my entire life.
- 12:37Speaker 2: I'm really upset about this.
- 12:38Speaker 3: With sabi is not withsabi correct. And there's your fact
- 12:41Speaker 3: of the day. You're welcome.
- 12:42Speaker 2: I hate that fact.
- 12:43Speaker 3: I'm us all out Zach.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Brought to you by Mark Spain on.
- 12:47Speaker 5: The River, Ricky Zach and Minnow in the Morning.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Without naming the TV show, we want you to give
- 12:54Speaker 1: us a line and see if we can kind of
- 12:56Speaker 1: guess what show it is. Like a quote, a famous
- 12:58Speaker 1: quote from the show. It's one oh seven five the
- 12:59Speaker 1: River like.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Pivot, Pivot obviously Friends. Yeah, that is a known, well
- 13:04Speaker 2: known moment in Friends. If you have one for us
- 13:07Speaker 2: six one five, seven, three seven nine one o seven,
- 13:09Speaker 2: both Kevin and I have a better chance of knowing
- 13:12Speaker 2: whatever line you spit at us.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Zach, I don't I think beyond pivot Zach's that's the
- 13:18Speaker 1: end of it for yeah, six one five, seven, three seven.
- 13:21Speaker 4: Nine Ricky Zach and Menno in the morning on.
- 13:26Speaker 2: It's one oh seven five the River. We're talking TV
- 13:28Speaker 2: shows here. We're trying to guess the TV show without
- 13:31Speaker 2: naming the show. Tell us a line that you think
- 13:34Speaker 2: will instantly recognize Sanchia and Murphy'sborough for.
- 13:39Speaker 3: You, Siginfel.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Oh, yes, good job, keV.
- 13:43Speaker 3: That was killed it. That was proud of you. Thank
- 13:46Speaker 3: you very quick.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Perfect, Zach, you sin Sanchia is still here? Do you
- 13:50Speaker 1: want to give Sanchio one from your list?
- 13:51Speaker 5: Zech?
- 13:52Speaker 3: How you deal with Okay?
- 13:56Speaker 6: See, see it could go either way. It's either friends
- 13:59Speaker 6: or Wendy Williams both.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Yeah, Joey and Wendy both say that, Oh yes she does.
- 14:05Speaker 2: He is a very specific too. Sanchia, thank you so
- 14:09Speaker 2: much for calling in this morning. We hope you have
- 14:10Speaker 2: a great day. Okay, you guys too, have fun by
- 14:14Speaker 2: Bam and Clarksville. Tell us a line. Let's see if
- 14:16Speaker 2: we instantly recognize it.
- 14:20Speaker 5: I think I'm coming you.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Oh what is that like Sanford and Son or something. Yeah,
- 14:31Speaker 1: I just got a weird brain that catalogs all these quotes, Zach.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Can you give one to Bam?
- 14:36Speaker 2: Now? I'm impressed? That's crazy. You do have a weird
- 14:39Speaker 2: catalog of like Kevin remembers so many lines from like
- 14:42Speaker 2: TV shows and movies, but he can't remember to read
- 14:46Speaker 2: his emails every day.
- 14:47Speaker 3: So TV shows and movies are much more fun.
- 14:51Speaker 6: Oh wait, this will definitely make a lot of sense
- 14:53Speaker 6: for you my line, you are not the father.
- 14:57Speaker 5: Oh yeah, thanks for calling, buddy.
- 15:03Speaker 3: We appreciate you.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Have a good one.
- 15:05Speaker 3: You too, I've got one for Ricky.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Okay, say my name? Oh is this because I'm watching
- 15:11Speaker 2: Breaking Bad right now?
- 15:12Speaker 3: Ricky's watching Breaking Bad.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Kevin is so excited about it.
- 15:16Speaker 3: We talk about it every day. He's like obsessed with it.
- 15:19Speaker 5: He really is.
- 15:21Speaker 3: Oh, I'm coming to the cottage.
- 15:23Speaker 2: I'm coming to the heated rivalry.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Yeah, seven three seven.
- 15:31Speaker 3: If you want to.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Throw a quote at us, we'll see which one of
- 15:34Speaker 1: us can buzz in quicker.
- 15:36Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning, Mika.
- 15:41Speaker 2: In Nashville, Welcome to one oh seven five the River.
- 15:45Speaker 2: Tell us a line from a show that we will
- 15:47Speaker 2: instantly recognize.
- 15:49Speaker 7: Okay, go home, Roger.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Talking about this sister sister Yea. That is such a
- 15:56Speaker 2: good one. Yeah, it is.
- 15:59Speaker 7: That is one of my favorit shows. I have my
- 16:00Speaker 7: daughter watching it.
- 16:03Speaker 3: I love that.
- 16:03Speaker 2: I love when. That's such a cool moment to be
- 16:06Speaker 2: able to pass that down. Kevin talks about this all
- 16:08Speaker 2: the time, being able to watch those things that he
- 16:11Speaker 2: grew up with or loved and now his kids get
- 16:13Speaker 2: to watch it. That's so cool, Meeka, I love it.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Yeah, y'all, have a great day.
- 16:16Speaker 2: You two bye.
- 16:18Speaker 1: You know what I never really thought of until now,
- 16:20Speaker 1: is I should we should I can make my own
- 16:21Speaker 1: t G I f we can watch like an episode
- 16:24Speaker 1: of Full House, an episode of Sister Sister, like every
- 16:26Speaker 1: Friday night. You know.
- 16:26Speaker 3: Yeah, I think you should do it like the good
- 16:28Speaker 3: old days.
- 16:29Speaker 2: What a throwback?
- 16:30Speaker 3: Some popcorn? Yes, I'm in.
- 16:33Speaker 1: By the way, I want to save this for another day.
- 16:34Speaker 1: I'm worried about my family's popcorn consumption. They eat popcorn
- 16:37Speaker 1: every single night, and I feel like that's a problem.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely, that's a little concerning.
- 16:43Speaker 3: Every night. That was fun.
- 16:44Speaker 1: I was looking back, I think I won the whole thing.
- 16:46Speaker 1: But now it's your turn to win.
- 16:48Speaker 2: I didn't realize it was a competition.
- 16:50Speaker 3: You think you want always a competition. Now you're on
- 16:54Speaker 3: the other side of this game.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Here the game of the day for John Mullaney tickets
- 16:57Speaker 1: for playing next.
- 16:58Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and in the morning on.
- 17:03Speaker 2: It's a New Week. That means we've got a new
- 17:05Speaker 2: game to play for Kevin Manno's Game of the Day,
- 17:07Speaker 2: presented by Genesis Diamonds on one oh seven five the River.
- 17:10Speaker 2: I have no idea the name of the game, because
- 17:12Speaker 2: Kevin wanted to surprise me while on air, which always
- 17:16Speaker 2: scares the crap.
- 17:18Speaker 1: It's not anything crazy, it's not I just I like
- 17:20Speaker 1: to tell you live with everybody else.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Okay, what's the name of the game. Keep in mind
- 17:23Speaker 2: we're giving away tickets to see John Mullaney at the
- 17:25Speaker 2: rhyme in We're.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Gonna play Name that Tune, but tune is spelled t
- 17:29Speaker 1: oo m.
- 17:30Speaker 3: So we're gonna throw a cartoon yeah exactly.
- 17:33Speaker 1: We're gonna rattle of some like attributes some characteristics of
- 17:36Speaker 1: a cartoon character, and you have to tell us which
- 17:39Speaker 1: cartoon character it is.
- 17:40Speaker 3: So name that tune t o m.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Okay six seven is the number to call to play
- 17:49Speaker 2: Kevin Manno's Game of the Day. Name that Tune too, exactly.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Yeah, And John mulaney has voiced a few cartoon characters
- 17:56Speaker 1: over the year, so it kind of makes sense.
- 17:57Speaker 3: There's a connection here. If you want to play name
- 17:59Speaker 3: that tune t o and call him out. We're playing
- 18:02Speaker 3: next on the.
- 18:02Speaker 5: River, Ricky, Zach and menow in the Morning.
- 18:06Speaker 2: On the River, Kevin Manno's Game of the Day on
- 18:09Speaker 2: one O seven five the River. We're playing Name that
- 18:12Speaker 2: tune t oo en. Yes, because it's cartoon not tune
- 18:19Speaker 2: like music. Yeah.
- 18:20Speaker 1: When you name that tune you think of songs, but
- 18:22Speaker 1: this is cartoon characters.
- 18:24Speaker 3: Name this too.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Is all because you're getting tickets to John Mulaney at
- 18:28Speaker 2: the Ryman on June thirteenth. If you win, Name that.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Too, Yes, Ashley and Bowling Green, Kentucky is on the line.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Good morning, Ashley.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Good morning.
- 18:36Speaker 3: How are you?
- 18:37Speaker 5: I'm good?
- 18:38Speaker 2: How are you good?
- 18:39Speaker 3: Do you like John Mullaney? Are you a fan of
- 18:41Speaker 3: his comedy?
- 18:42Speaker 2: He it's pretty funny.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I've seen him at the Ryman before and he's going
- 18:46Speaker 1: to be back at the Ryman. If you can name
- 18:48Speaker 1: two out of three of these cartoon characters, you're gonna
- 18:50Speaker 1: be there with them. Okay, Okay, a couple of facts
- 18:52Speaker 1: here we go. Your game starts right now. She is bilingual,
- 18:59Speaker 1: She carries a purple backpack.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Name that tune, Dora nice.
- 19:05Speaker 3: Yeah, girl, that.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Was an easy one.
- 19:08Speaker 3: Okay, here we go. Question two. You get this, you win.
- 19:11Speaker 1: He has a grandson named Morty. He is a genius scientist.
- 19:16Speaker 3: Name that tune.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Rick, Rick and Morty.
- 19:19Speaker 3: Yeah, our very own Ricky Sanchez.
- 19:23Speaker 1: You know the character's last name, Yeah, Rick Sanchez, Yeah.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Him.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Congratulations, Ashley, you're going to see John m'laney at the rhyme.
- 19:33Speaker 2: That was so easy for you. I'm really proud of you.
- 19:36Speaker 2: I'm impressed with your skills. Hang on the line. Okay,
- 19:38Speaker 2: we're gonna get your info. Okay, thank you.
- 19:41Speaker 3: See, I got to make some of these harder. I've
- 19:42Speaker 3: got a lot here in front of me, but they're
- 19:44Speaker 3: too easy. Like this one.
- 19:45Speaker 1: He eats a lot of carrots, and he often asks,
- 19:47Speaker 1: what's up, Doc, bugs bunny?
- 19:49Speaker 3: Yeah, see, those are just too easy. I gotta I
- 19:51Speaker 3: gotta go deeper.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Yeah, dig deep. For a different cartoon layer that you
- 19:56Speaker 2: haven't experienced yet.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Name that tune spelled t all week for these John
- 20:01Speaker 1: mulaney tickets.
- 20:02Speaker 4: Three things you need to know.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Hello and good morning, Welcome to Monday.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Thank you for starting with us a bit past eight
- 20:08Speaker 1: o'clock here, Ricky's got those three things.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Michael B. Jordan had a big weekend last weekend, and
- 20:14Speaker 2: it looks like he may have an even bigger day
- 20:16Speaker 2: on March fifteenth. So he won Best Actor at the
- 20:19Speaker 2: NAACP Image Awards and the Actors Awards, which are formerly
- 20:24Speaker 2: known as the Screen Actors Guild or SAG Awards. So
- 20:27Speaker 2: well deserved, well deserved for his work as twins Stack
- 20:31Speaker 2: and Smoke in the movie Sinners. Now this is where
- 20:34Speaker 2: it gets interesting. Okay, why I say he may have
- 20:36Speaker 2: a huge day on March fifteenth. March fifteenth is the Oscars,
- 20:40Speaker 2: and in recent years, nine out of ten Best Actors
- 20:43Speaker 2: at the SAGA Awards later won the Academy Award that
- 20:46Speaker 2: they were up for. The Michael B. Jordan he is
- 20:49Speaker 2: nominated for Best Actor this year. This is his first
- 20:52Speaker 2: nomination at the Oscars. There's a chance he's gonna get it.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Fingers crossed. Have you seen Sinners, you understand that he
- 21:01Speaker 2: deserves this award. If you have not seen Sinners, highly
- 21:04Speaker 2: recommend that you watch it. You sit down and take
- 21:07Speaker 2: some time to watch it. It's very out of the box.
- 21:09Speaker 2: It's something that you're not used to It's a completely
- 21:12Speaker 2: original idea, genuinely the way that this man can play
- 21:16Speaker 2: both characters mind blowing.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Ricky and I loved it. Zack stopped watching halfway through
- 21:20Speaker 1: because he got bored.
- 21:21Speaker 3: Yeah that's true.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Zach gets bored watching literally anything except for one thousand
- 21:24Speaker 2: pounds sisters, so that does not say much. Now, this
- 21:28Speaker 2: is specifically for Zach though. Okay, if you have a
- 21:31Speaker 2: Golden Retriever, this is for you. That's why it's tied
- 21:34Speaker 2: to Zach.
- 21:34Speaker 3: I'm excited.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Twelve South has a monthly Golden Retriever meetup every month.
- 21:40Speaker 2: It's called twelve South Golden Hour. They have meetups that
- 21:43Speaker 2: stroll through the neighborhood. The next walk is set for Saturday,
- 21:47Speaker 2: March fourteenth, in front of Bongo Java's Belmont Boulevard location.
- 21:51Speaker 3: I will absolutely be there.
- 21:53Speaker 2: It's a cute Wait, well, you're gonna be out of
- 21:55Speaker 2: town on the fourteenth, are you? I know his tees
- 21:58Speaker 2: are better than he does. That's a cute way to
- 22:00Speaker 2: meet with new friends. Walk that energy out of your
- 22:03Speaker 2: furry friend because obviously we know those Goldens have energy.
- 22:07Speaker 2: If you want to keep up with their meetups or
- 22:09Speaker 2: just you want to see cute goldens. I totally don't
- 22:11Speaker 2: blame before that. They have an Instagram at twelve South
- 22:14Speaker 2: Golden Hour, So even though Zach may not be there
- 22:16Speaker 2: this month, he will be there next month.
- 22:18Speaker 6: This just makes me so happy. I have two Golden
- 22:20Speaker 6: Retrievers and I cannot wait.
- 22:22Speaker 2: So I brought it up just for you. And here's
- 22:25Speaker 2: a trend that we all hope does not take off.
- 22:28Speaker 2: A marathon runner just joined the three point one mile
- 22:31Speaker 2: high club because he ran a five k in an
- 22:33Speaker 2: airplane bathroom during an eleven hour flight. What dom Strow
- 22:37Speaker 2: is his name. He filled himself jogging in tight circles,
- 22:40Speaker 2: stepping on the toilet as if it were, you know,
- 22:43Speaker 2: like a stepper at a gym, and somehow he did
- 22:48Speaker 2: all of that in under an hour. He quote unquote
- 22:51Speaker 2: ran three point one miles in under an hour. The
- 22:54Speaker 2: clip has over a million of views and obviously a
- 22:57Speaker 2: whole lot of comments, most of which are people just
- 23:00Speaker 2: be like, what the heck are you doing? Let me
- 23:01Speaker 2: to use the bathroom. Yes, so fingers crossed, this doesn't
- 23:04Speaker 2: become like an actual trend because so mad, the worst
- 23:08Speaker 2: way to spend your flight, and just a horrible, horrible
- 23:12Speaker 2: sense of I'm the only person that exists, terrible. I'm
- 23:16Speaker 2: Ricks Sanchos, And those are the three things you need
- 23:18Speaker 2: to know.
- 23:18Speaker 5: One O seven five Ricky, Zach and Mannow in the Morning.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Okay, what's a decision that you have made in under
- 23:25Speaker 2: ten seconds that has changed your life forever?
- 23:29Speaker 3: Forever?
- 23:30Speaker 2: So you basically never thought about it, You just did
- 23:32Speaker 2: it on instinct and then it just had a ripple
- 23:34Speaker 2: effect of change.
- 23:36Speaker 1: I mean, I think we probably all have some, like
- 23:39Speaker 1: several I would imagine.
- 23:41Speaker 3: I know that Zach does for sure. Yeah, I mean definitely.
- 23:43Speaker 6: Like there was I was just driving down the road
- 23:45Speaker 6: and I decided to take a left instead of it right,
- 23:48Speaker 6: and I beat all of the traffic.
- 23:49Speaker 3: It changed my life forever.
- 23:52Speaker 2: Okay, so I didn't. Some of these things may have
- 23:55Speaker 2: changed your life for the day, have changed your life forever.
- 23:59Speaker 2: Either way. We want to hear about it.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Good or bad, quick decision that changed everything for you,
- 24:08Speaker 1: We want to hear about it.
- 24:11Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Mannow in the Morning.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Jenna and Gallatin is on the line. Jenna, we were
- 24:16Speaker 1: talking about decisions, quick decisions that we make in under
- 24:19Speaker 1: ten seconds that really change life forever.
- 24:22Speaker 3: Do you have one of these I do.
- 24:24Speaker 7: It is seriously life changing.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Cool tell us everything.
- 24:28Speaker 7: Okay, So a couple of years ago, my best friend
- 24:31Speaker 7: and I came to Nashville for a girls trip. On
- 24:35Speaker 7: the very last night, we were doing the whole Broadway
- 24:37Speaker 7: thing and we were trying to decide whether or not
- 24:39Speaker 7: to go to one last bar or go home. So
- 24:43Speaker 7: we ultimately decided to go to one last bar. We
- 24:45Speaker 7: went to Tritsies and while we were hanging out, two
- 24:49Speaker 7: guys walked up to us and we spent the rest
- 24:53Speaker 7: of the night on Broadway hanging out. Turns out one
- 24:56Speaker 7: of the guys ended up being my now husband. One is.
- 25:03Speaker 3: God, that's so cute.
- 25:06Speaker 7: It's crazy how that one decision to hang out at
- 25:10Speaker 7: Tutsy's that last night like completely changed our lives.
- 25:13Speaker 2: I am mind blown by this. How long have you
- 25:16Speaker 2: guys been married? For Jenna?
- 25:17Speaker 7: So we just celebrated our two year wedding universary.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Story always go to Tutsi's if you're questioning it goes.
- 25:28Speaker 7: It is my favorite story to tell.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I love it.
- 25:32Speaker 7: It's awesome.
- 25:32Speaker 2: That is amazing. And what does your friend get married?
- 25:34Speaker 2: You said that she's engaged, right, does she have a
- 25:36Speaker 2: date yet?
- 25:37Speaker 7: He's soon to be engaged, so I think he has
- 25:40Speaker 7: the ring.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 25:44Speaker 6: Okay, feel like we're getting like behind the scenes information.
- 25:46Speaker 2: I feel like I know something I shouldn't know. That's
- 25:49Speaker 2: really exciting for me.
- 25:52Speaker 7: I know, it's crazy. We both found our soulmates at
- 25:55Speaker 7: the same exact moment.
- 25:57Speaker 2: That's a beautiful story. Thank you so much for sharing that, Jenna.
- 26:00Speaker 7: Yeah, thanks, guys, Happy Monday, have a great day. Love
- 26:06Speaker 7: thanks shelso By.
- 26:08Speaker 3: Man, that was a sweet one. Oh my gosh, actually insane.
- 26:11Speaker 2: Make a decision under ten seconds changes your life forever.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Just it happens. It's a little more intense than Zach
- 26:17Speaker 2: making a different turn than he's used to.
- 26:19Speaker 6: It literally changed my life. Now I know the backway
- 26:21Speaker 6: to get homeside. I don't have to sit in traffic.
- 26:24Speaker 3: Yeah, you take that shortcut every day now.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, you didn't add that part earlier. That changes everything.
- 26:30Speaker 3: Okay, Well, now you.
- 26:31Speaker 5: Know Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the morning.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Whether you are the person that says huh after everything,
- 26:40Speaker 2: or you are a round a person who does it,
- 26:42Speaker 2: You're going to relate today's daily double tap I one
- 26:44Speaker 2: to seven five the River, My fiance can never hear
- 26:48Speaker 2: anything that I'm saying. I think that's why we're together
- 26:50Speaker 2: for as long as we are.
- 26:51Speaker 3: That's fair.
- 26:52Speaker 2: But he's constantly saying huh to me, and that's what
- 26:56Speaker 2: this is all about.
- 26:57Speaker 3: I mean, I'm worried that my hearing's going I don't know.
- 26:59Speaker 1: I feel like my dad had bad hearing when I
- 27:01Speaker 1: was a kid, and now it's happening to me, and
- 27:03Speaker 1: so I can relate big time.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Today's daily double tap hair.
- 27:06Speaker 2: If you say something to me and.
- 27:07Speaker 4: I go humh and then you repeat yourself and.
- 27:09Speaker 2: I say huh, don't say never mind, don't give up
- 27:12Speaker 2: on me. I can do it, I can get it.
- 27:15Speaker 2: I just need you.
- 27:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I believe in you. I mean I want to
- 27:20Speaker 3: so badly.
- 27:20Speaker 6: But I will say if I have to say haunt
- 27:22Speaker 6: like two or three times, it drives me absolutely insane,
- 27:25Speaker 6: Like speak up, what are you saying?
- 27:28Speaker 2: Well, a lot of times people do speak up. You're
- 27:30Speaker 2: just so kidding.
- 27:32Speaker 3: I think it's more of a NUS problem than that problem.
- 27:35Speaker 2: It's rough out here. The bottom line is whether you
- 27:37Speaker 2: are the receiver or the giver of the haws.
- 27:41Speaker 1: When I do a couple of hans and I still
- 27:42Speaker 1: don't know, and I can tell them when I know,
- 27:45Speaker 1: and then I'm just like yeah.
- 27:46Speaker 3: Like I just nod like that. He asked me a question.
- 27:49Speaker 3: I'm not responding. Probably what's over.
- 27:51Speaker 2: I said. The craziest thing ever, was like, yeah
- 27:54Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the
- 27:59Speaker 4: river
